00:10:59.000On Saturday, Governor Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill 2624, Privacy for Immigration Support Service Providers.
00:11:54.000They just change the name and cover it all and can't do anything about it.
00:11:59.000The covered locations include nonprofit offices, legal clinics, law offices, and healthcare facilities.
00:12:05.000You know, again, all of the places that have been scammed by the scam artists that guys like Nick Shirley and many others and JD Vance has been working to shut down.
00:12:15.000In reality, guys, and you all know this, this law is a response to what Nick Shirley was going around doing, which is going to California to uncover massive Immigration and healthcare fraud, something that has been rampant not just in California but in Minnesota and probably a lot of other states.
00:12:33.000California right now is voting on AB 2624, aka the Stop Nick Shirley Act.0.96
00:12:38.000This is the bill that was created after I exposed widespread fraud inside of immigrant communities here inside the United States.0.67
00:12:44.000They created this bill that specifically protects immigration support service providers.
00:12:48.000That includes, but it's not limited to, any place that receives money from the government that gives legal services to illegal migrants or provides healthcare to illegal migrants.
00:12:58.000Anything that has to do with immigrants or illegal immigrants that your tax dollars go to, they're trying to shield and actually penalize somebody for going out and exposing potential fraud that's taking place.
00:13:10.000If I were to go outside the Quality Learning Center and say, hey, there's no kids inside this daycare and they received $1.9 million, they give me a piece of paper saying, hey, you cannot publish this video, therefore I cannot publish the video online.
00:13:24.000That's according to this bill that's being brought about right now.
00:13:28.000And if I were to publish that video, they'd give me a $4,000 fine, and not only would I have to pay for my own legal fees, I'd have to pay for the legal fees of the person who's suing me.
00:13:36.000And also, this bill was created by Mia Bonta.
00:13:38.000Her husband is the Attorney General of California, Rob Bonta.
00:13:42.000So, the Attorney General is supposed to prosecute and go after fraudsters.
00:13:45.000Meanwhile, his wife is creating a bill, and it's here on the Senate floor right now to get passed to protect fraudsters from being exposed.
00:13:52.000Now, they're going to go ahead and vote, and there are 30 Democrats and 10 Republicans here inside the California Senate, and there needs to be 21 votes to get this bill passed.
00:15:07.000Under the law, a covered organization can send a written demand.
00:15:12.000Stop publication of a video and sue for at least $4,000 plus legal fees.
00:15:18.000It's basically a way to punish journalists for reporting, for uncovering corruption.
00:15:24.000So, California literally passed a law to force a citizen, reporter, or publisher to have to go to the courts to defend why uncovering fraud actually matters.
00:15:36.000And remember, these are the same people on the left who spent years telling us that, you know, sunlight is the best disinfectant, right?

00:16:19.000On Sunday, she decided to remind voters what she did as mayor of Atlanta.
00:16:25.000And let's just say, here's what she came up with.
00:16:28.000When I was mayor of Atlanta, when ICE had the family separation policy in our state, in our nation, I made the decision to end our multi year, multi million dollar agreement with ICE because all money ain't good money.
00:16:53.000And when we did that, Other cities followed, counties followed, other states followed, and it made a difference.
00:17:02.000Her pitch to Georgia voters is that she ended agreements with ICE.
00:17:07.000This is the same state where Lake and Riley was murdered.
00:17:11.000So I guess, you know, preventing future murders like this is really, you know, a sore subject.
00:17:18.000We can't actually do that again, especially if those people are going to vote for her, right?
00:17:22.000And the agreement, Lance Bonham's ended.
00:17:26.000Allowed Atlanta to hold detainees for ICE.
00:18:19.000Just so you understand, they refuse the transfer in a controlled building, forcing the officers to locate the person around homes, workplaces, traffic, and otherwise innocent people.
00:18:32.000They then blame ICE for making arrests in the community because it can make them look bad.
00:18:38.000So they release these people when they have them detained, when they know federal law says it, when they know they'd be picked up in minutes to make it harder and frankly create a very hazardous environment.
00:18:49.000And these aren't like, I don't know, hidden cameras.
00:18:52.000Democrats are saying this stuff out loud in public.
00:19:38.000If you're sitting at home right now and you go to a drugstore because a doctor prescribed a medication, especially a branded product that might change your life for the better, hopefully, one in three times roughly you will leave empty handed because you can't afford the medication.
00:19:51.000Now, When you see drug prices drop as fast as they have over the past year, the fastest drop we've had in 63 years, and it's accelerating, which is why I'm confident that it's going to continue, you change that dynamic.
00:20:03.000And one of the realities is that we leave empty handed from the drugstore because our drugs cost much more than they cost in other countries.
00:20:10.000And the president recognized this, and it really bothered him, and it has for years.
