Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - Delivering the Day One Agenda: No More Neocons, Plus Interview with Charlie Kirk | TRIGGERED Ep.190

00:00:00.000 Thank you.

00:05:25.000 What a week it has been.

00:05:27.000 After last week's historic election, we are now firmly into the transition process and we're doing everything we can to get this country moving in the right direction as quickly as possible.

00:05:41.000 We have to end all of this nonsense and get everything back on track.

00:05:48.000 To all the veterans watching, I want to sincerely wish you a very, very happy Veterans Day and thank you for your service.

00:05:56.000 Veterans are such a huge part of the American First Movement and are at the center of my father's most profound promises.

00:06:04.000 We're going to finish the job in the second term.

00:06:07.000 We're going to fix everything Biden broke at the VA and we're going to forge a path of peace and prosperity.

00:06:14.000 And we're going to make sure we have military leadership that isn't just looking for a board seat at Raytheon while spending trillions of dollars in endless and oftentimes pointless wars.

00:06:27.000 So those are all going to be important themes of this show moving forward.

00:06:32.000 Like I said, if your friends and family aren't watching us yet, now is a great time to start.

00:06:39.000 I've been blessed to have a seat at the table, whatever I can share.

00:06:43.000 Within reason, I'll do that.

00:06:46.000 It's been pretty awesome so far, you know, sitting in these meetings, whether it's with RFK Jr.

00:06:51.000 or whether it's with Elon in the room.

00:06:54.000 I mean, it's truly awesome to see it's actually happening, guys.

00:06:59.000 So let's keep getting that message out.

00:07:02.000 Remember, if you miss the show here or if you follow, you know, different podcast things, you can get Triggered on Spotify.

00:07:16.000 For all of the top headlines that we'll spotlight here on the show, go over, check out my news app, MXM News, like minute by minute.

00:07:24.000 MXM News, where you can get the mainstream news without the mainstream bias.

00:07:29.000 We'll also be joined today by Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA. Let's get

00:07:59.000 into some of those top headlines.

00:08:01.000 Do you remember just a couple months ago when we were told it's a conspiracy theory that FEMA wasn't helping out Trump supporters based on politics?

00:08:10.000 Remember that one?

00:08:11.000 I remember it because I made a pretty big deal about it.

00:08:14.000 Well, The Atlantic wrote a whole article mocking people online for alleging That FEMA was abandoning Trump voters.

00:08:24.000 You notice how all those red areas in North Carolina seemed like they were totally neglected?

00:08:29.000 Remember when I went up into Batcave and Pensacola Township, separate trips with the great people from Samaritan's Purse, and I'm asking the fire chief and I'm asking the police chief, where's FEMA? We don't know.

00:08:43.000 We haven't really seen them.

00:08:44.000 It was all done by the people at Samaritan's Purse. 1.00

00:08:46.000 Those were the people who were actually taking action.

00:08:49.000 Remember, that was a conspiracy theory that they were missing.

00:08:52.000 As a quick reminder, here's CNN saying that it was misinformation, their favorite word of the election cycle, folks, that this wasn't happening.

00:09:01.000 This definitely wasn't happening.

00:09:03.000 That was misinformation.

00:09:04.000 ...relief efforts in North Carolina, including lies being told by Trump.

00:09:08.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:09:09.000 Look, FEMA officials will tell me they have literally never dealt with this level of misinformation.

00:09:15.000 And these rumors, these lies, many of them have been pushed by former President Trump.

00:09:21.000 Claims that FEMA is spending all of its relief money on undocumented immigrants or that they're not helping people in Republican areas.

00:09:29.000 But of course, Just like I've told you, the only difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is just a few months.

00:09:36.000 Because on Friday, the Daily Wire published an explosive report revealing that FEMA workers were ordered to, quote, avoid Holmes advertising Trump.

00:09:47.000 Like, so if you had a Trump sign in your yard and you lost everything, yeah, you weren't going to get any attention from FEMA. During the hurricane response efforts here in Florida, that's where that happened.

00:09:59.000 I'm sure it probably happened elsewhere.

00:10:02.000 Government workers said that they skipped at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags and that these homes weren't given the opportunity to get FEMA assistance.

00:10:13.000 Well, guys, FEMA confirmed this message is real and claims that they fired the employee that sent it.

00:10:20.000 That's not enough.

00:10:22.000 A full investigation is in order.

00:10:24.000 If that actually happened in a time of crisis by people responsible for actually taking care of these people, people should be going to jail.

00:10:34.000 This is evil and should be criminal.

00:10:37.000 Partisan politics obviously have no place in disaster recovery.

00:10:41.000 We need to know how many more orders like this have been sent under Joe Biden.

00:10:46.000 I'm guessing it's a lot.

00:10:47.000 And I doubt it's just in Florida.

00:10:50.000 Because it's also becoming clear in the past few days that the left-wing bureaucracy will do its best to resist the second Trump administration and try to undermine America First policies.

00:11:01.000 CNN is already reporting that Pentagon officials are discussing how to disobey orders like using the military to deport illegal immigrants.

00:11:10.000 They want to make sure that the unelected bureaucracy, the people that no one ever voted for, that were placed there by partisan hacks, that don't have any real mandate whatsoever.

00:11:22.000 In fact, it's just the opposite. 0.98

00:11:23.000 They want to make sure that those clowns are still in charge. 0.95

00:11:27.000 And what we saw last Tuesday was that that is not what the American people want. 0.95

00:11:31.000 not going to stop the Pentagon, folks.

00:11:35.000 Some Pentagon officials say they're worried about what orders Donald Trump might issue when he's commander in chief again.

00:11:41.000 Of particular concern is the threat to deploy active duty troops domestically, which he said he'd be open to doing.

00:11:47.000 They also fear the possibility of mass firings of Department of Defense staff.

00:11:52.000 The same CNN that tells you the corrupt administrative state doesn't exist We'll literally report on how the deep state plans to undermine the incoming president.

00:12:06.000 It's not just limited to the Pentagon.

00:12:08.000 The Washington Post covered an EPA employee who said she and her coworkers are focused on how to make sure the new administration does not walk back environmental regulations achieved under Joe Biden.

00:12:21.000 In other words, they want to subvert the will of the people.

00:12:25.000 See the pattern, guys?

00:12:27.000 You see what's happening here?

00:12:29.000 This is what an attack on democracy actually looks like.

00:12:33.000 That's what it is.

00:12:35.000 The voters made their choice and bureaucrats don't get to undermine it. 0.77

00:12:40.000 None of these elected bureaucrats should have any say or any power in all of this.

00:12:46.000 And as I told you on Thursday, the regime media is having a rough time dealing with Tuesday's victory.

00:12:51.000 No one seems to be handling it worse than Joy Reid.

00:12:55.000 It's amazing how...

00:12:58.000 The two biggest haters in the world are both named Joy.

00:13:02.000 Apparently, the Joy is gone.

00:13:05.000 Joy Reid, Joy Behar, well, Sonny Hostin, probably not so Sonny either, the ladies in The View.

00:13:12.000 But on Friday, Joy Reid had a segment where a guest encouraged viewers to skip Thanksgiving this year.

00:13:20.000 When you know someone voted that way, do you recommend, just from a psychological standpoint, being around them?

00:13:26.000 We got the holidays coming up.

00:13:28.000 So I love that you asked this question because, you know, there is a push, I think just a societal norm, that if somebody is your family, that they are entitled to your time.

00:13:39.000 And I think the answer is absolutely not.

00:13:42.000 So if you are going into a situation where you have family members, where you have close friends who you know have voted in ways that are against you, like what you said, against your livelihood, And it's completely fine to not be around those people and to tell them why.

00:14:02.000 MSNBC seems happy to destroy families for ratings. 0.94

00:14:06.000 These people are insane. 0.68

00:14:07.000 If you have a liberal that you're going to their Thanksgiving, just go. 0.97

00:14:12.000 Put a smile on your face.

00:14:13.000 The media, they've learned nothing from Tuesday's loss.

00:14:17.000 They just don't get it.

00:14:19.000 But again, it's why more and more Americans are either tuning them out or simply just mocking them into extinction.

00:14:28.000 And by the way, guys, remember in the days leading up to the election when the fake news endlessly told you that because of a bad joke at Madison Square Garden, we would literally lose the election?

00:14:38.000 Remember that one?

00:14:40.000 I do.

00:14:41.000 Well, they claim that because of a joke from literally an insult comic, great guy, my friend Tony Hinchcliffe, they claim that Puerto Rican voters will rise up as one to elect Kamala Harris.

00:14:57.000 Well, it turns out it was just white liberals who thought that.

00:15:03.000 Shockingly, I'm shocked.

00:15:05.000 Puerto Ricans also want to make America great again.

00:15:10.000 For example, the data shows that the most Puerto Rican areas of Philadelphia swung the most towards Trump.

00:15:18.000 Yet again, reality was the opposite of what the media told you.

00:15:23.000 I think we actually won the governor's mansion and flipped that to red in Puerto Rico itself.

00:15:28.000 And some of the biggest gains we saw this cycle included districts with strong Puerto Rican populations.

00:15:35.000 Even AOC's own district shifted 24 points towards my father.

00:15:44.000 So for anyone still asking whether or not this political realignment is actually happening, It's real and it's spectacular.

00:15:53.000 And the good news in all of this, we won't be bogged down or handicapped by the fake news lies any longer.

00:16:01.000 This isn't going to be 2017 all over again with hoaxes because the American people are no longer letting themselves be fooled and duped by the lies, the distortions, and the distractions.

00:16:15.000 Make no mistake, The media, the deep state, they'll create them.

00:16:20.000 But the American public saw everything they've thrown at my father, all of the lawfare, all of the cases, all of the thing.

00:16:27.000 And the second we put out the facts, and frankly, the second Elon Musk took over X and people were able to see the other side, they were actually able to see it, as opposed to the one-sided argument that was made on leftist Twitter for years.

00:16:41.000 They voted for my father, resoundingly, anyway.

00:16:46.000 And that includes the baseless rogue prosecutions.

00:16:50.000 We've seen that, like all of these things.

00:16:52.000 The House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan on Friday, sent a stern warning to Special Counsel Jack Smith, demanding that he preserve all records related to his prosecutions.

00:17:04.000 Or, as I'd call them, persecutions.

00:17:07.000 We're not just going to let them...

00:17:09.000 Say, ah, we're not going to look at this anymore.

00:17:11.000 We have to look into the lawfare.

00:17:14.000 We have to look into the weaponization of the Department of Justice, the FBI, the most powerful organizations in our country.

00:17:21.000 If they've been used as a cruddle, as a weapon against their political enemies, against the citizens they're supposed to be protecting, we have to have an understanding of who allowed that, how it could possibly happen, and we have to put an end to it once and for all.

00:17:37.000 This has been one of the major concerns with Jack Smith closing down his witch hunts before the new Trump DOJ gets into office These files need to be reviewed.

00:17:47.000 There needs to be transparency so we can all see how corrupt it all really was As Congressman Jordan wrote, Of course they're going to do that, folks.

00:18:07.000 I imagine they probably already have.

00:18:10.000 But we're going to track it down And we're going to make sure that people understand Exactly what happened in America And Texas AG Ken Paxton also filed a Freedom of Information Act request With the U.S. Department of Justice requesting records From special counsel Jack Smith investigations We don't want Jack Smith getting away with any dirty tricks on the way out And we don't want it to ever be able to happen again

00:18:38.000 And by the way, relating to the FOIA request, there are a pile of FOIA requests across the Biden administration that have not been adequately responded to.

00:18:48.000 We need to ensure that we shed sunlight on all of this and do so in a short amount of time come January 20th.

00:18:57.000 Just look at what we found on FEMA. Just imagine what other stories are out there that are out there that have been out there for the last four years.

00:19:04.000 What other agencies were doing that?

00:19:05.000 I mean, the same DOJ and FBI that called concerned parents at PTA meetings domestic terrorists or people who bought Bibles literally domestic terrorists, the greatest threat to America.

00:19:17.000 You don't think there's more out there?

00:19:19.000 You don't think there's more that they did?

00:19:21.000 How about the IRS going after They're political enemies or conservatives or conservative groups or people that donated to Trump that magically got audited after never having been looked at before in years.

00:19:33.000 All happened at the same time, about a couple weeks after they wrote a check for the Trump campaign.

00:19:37.000 You think that's a coincidence?

00:19:40.000 My father hasn't even taken office yet, but he's already announcing a plan to shatter the left-wing censorship machine.

00:19:49.000 Check this one out.

00:19:50.000 This is world-class stuff and so fundamentally important to the future of our country.

00:19:56.000 If we don't have free speech, then we just don't have a free country.

00:20:00.000 It's as simple as that.

00:20:02.000 If this most fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple, just like dominoes, one by one.

00:20:11.000 They'll go down.

00:20:12.000 That's why today I'm announcing my plan to shatter the left-wing censorship regime.

00:20:18.000 And to reclaim the right to free speech for all Americans.

00:20:23.000 And reclaim is a very important word in this case, because they've taken it away.

00:20:28.000 In recent weeks, bombshell reports have confirmed that a sinister group of deep state bureaucrats, Silicon Valley tyrants, left-wing activists, and depraved corporate news media have been conspiring to manipulate and silence the American people.

00:20:46.000 They have collaborated to suppress vital information on everything from elections to public health.

00:20:53.000 The censorship cartel must be dismantled and destroyed and it must happen immediately.

00:21:01.000 And here is my plan.

00:21:02.000 First, within hours of my inauguration, I will sign an executive order banning any federal department or agency from colluding with any organization, business, or person to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens.

00:21:21.000 I will then ban federal money from being used to label domestic speech as mis or disinformation.

00:21:30.000 And I will begin the process of identifying and firing every federal bureaucrat who has engaged in domestic censorship, directly or indirectly, whether they are the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health, Human Services, the FBI, The DOJ, no matter who they are.

00:21:50.000 And relating to censorship and hidden information, remember a few weeks ago when we laid out evidence of a massive money laundering via ActBlue?

00:21:59.000 Well, now we're learning that an elaborate money laundering operation built around identity theft schemes could be responsible for more than a million dollars in donations that benefited defeated Senator Bob Casey and other Pennsylvania Democratic candidates and causes now we're learning that an elaborate money laundering operation built around identity theft schemes could be And that's just in one state.

00:22:24.000 Imagine what's been going on across the entire country.

00:22:28.000 You always wonder how they can raise that much more money than us, how they can outspend us 10 to 1 in some of these races.

00:22:34.000 Huh.

00:22:36.000 I think we may be on to something.

00:22:38.000 It's why the deep state and the Democrat machine is in a panic and pointing fingers, because this alleged fraud is going to be investigated and it's going to be exposed.

00:22:49.000 My father is already making major progress.

00:22:51.000 He held a call with Zelensky, reportedly making it clear that the future must be peace.

00:22:57.000 He's preparing action to secure the border.

00:23:01.000 American companies are on notice that they need to decouple from China. 0.73

00:23:04.000 A major middle-class tax relief package is on the way, and so much more.

00:23:10.000 And like I said, this is a MAGA mandate.

00:23:14.000 America first.

00:23:15.000 And we need Congress and the party to understand and fully support this agenda.

00:23:21.000 We are going to improve the lives of the American people like never before.

00:23:26.000 We've got the plans.

00:23:28.000 We've got your favorite president working harder than ever.

00:23:31.000 We're building the personnel.

00:23:32.000 And most importantly, we have the support of you, the American people, the people who made this all happen.

00:23:40.000 And Charlie Kirk, guys, he's coming up in just a few minutes, so we'll have some fun with that.

00:23:44.000 But first, check out the Birch Gold Group and diversify your saving.

00:23:49.000 Look, with my father back in office, you're going to have more money in your paycheck than ever before.

00:25:34.000 I think you'll love it.

00:25:36.000 Well, guys, joining me now, Turning Point USA founder, author of The Right Wing Revolution, Charlie Kerr.

00:25:43.000 Charlie, what's happening, man?

00:25:45.000 How you doing?

00:25:46.000 Oh man, I haven't slept much this week.

00:25:48.000 I know you know what that's all like.

00:25:50.000 But man, I can't believe we did it.

00:25:52.000 And being near you and around the team in 2016, this one feels better, different.

00:25:58.000 That one was just a shock to the world.

00:26:01.000 But this one, after all that your family's been through, after all that we've all been through, to kind of make a conscious decision that we won't surrender and won't give up and then achieve victory, It's one of the most amazing things I've ever had an honor to be part of.

00:26:17.000 Yeah, for the guys that don't know, when I met Charlie in like 2015, I was almost a baby.

00:26:23.000 Charlie was basically still a baby.

00:26:25.000 We had no idea what was going on.

00:26:27.000 And I think, you know, we worked so hard doing so many things.

00:26:30.000 He was on the road with me for six months straight.

00:26:33.000 But like, We just couldn't even fathom that you could maybe take on, you know, the Clinton machine.

00:26:39.000 So it was like, hey, you know, like election is like, I think we'll overperform.

00:26:43.000 We'll do better than other people were thinking, but there's no way we can actually win.

00:26:46.000 And then it was like, oh boy, what happened?

00:26:49.000 I think we've learned so much, but you're right.

00:26:51.000 With all of the insanity, with all of the persecutions, with all of the lawfare, the weaponization of government, the attacks on, you know, not just my father, but myself and you too, Charlie, the way they go after you.

00:27:03.000 I mean, You know, I think we're now battle tested, but it is so much sweeter, you know, when they see you coming, they're planning for it.

00:27:13.000 They, you know, I think the Clintons were like, ah, well, we don't have to, like, where's Michigan?

00:27:17.000 Like, who cares?

00:27:17.000 Who knows?

00:27:18.000 Like, we're going to win Michigan.

00:27:19.000 We always have.

00:27:20.000 You know, this time they saw us coming and we won anyway.

00:27:24.000 You know, it made it that much more special.

00:27:27.000 Yeah, and also a testament to you, Don.

00:27:29.000 I mean, you made a huge difference this cycle.

00:27:31.000 I just want to tell a quick story.

00:27:32.000 You came out and helped us in Arizona on the first day of early voting.

00:27:36.000 And I warned you.

00:27:37.000 I was like, Don, we're going to work you.

00:27:38.000 And you did seven events all across Arizona.

00:27:41.000 But the cool part of the story is I was exhausted.

00:27:44.000 And we had this college campus bring your ballot party at Arizona State University.

00:27:51.000 I was like, Don, you don't have to do this.

00:27:53.000 I need to get some rest.

00:27:54.000 I've got to be up early.

00:27:55.000 And Don was there for like two hours taking selfies, you know, signing hats.

00:28:00.000 And, you know, we had over a thousand ballots submitted for Donald Trump there just that evening in remarkable fashion.

00:28:07.000 And so, Don, you had amazing grassroots humility, I could call it, just like being there, being with the grassroots.

00:28:15.000 And look, what I also love about this, You and I have a joke, which is there's a new day one, which is January 7th, 2021.

00:28:26.000 I was just at Mar-a-Lago and it's like impossible to get in.

00:28:30.000 And I was laughing because back on January 28th, 2021, I went and saw the president and it was pretty easy to get a meeting.

00:28:39.000 It was like the easiest ever, meaning a lot of people disappeared, right?

00:28:44.000 Yeah, you don't get credit for being there in 15 and 16 if you abandon us on January 7th, 2021.

00:28:53.000 People want that reset because obviously that was clearly...

00:28:57.000 You know, just blown up and this.

00:28:59.000 I'm not saying everything was, you know, it wasn't ideal, obviously, but like it was turned into this insane thing, you know, the first unarmed insurrection in the history of the world.

00:29:11.000 And so it was so obvious what was going on.

00:29:13.000 If you had, you know, double digit IQ, you could understand exactly what was happening.

00:29:18.000 But the people who abandoned us then, and for months thereafter, and the people who, you know, were good with the lawfare, and the ongoing Russia, Russia, Russia, even after it had been totally disproven, like, just because you were there on day one doesn't mean you get any credit for that if you were basically subverting us, you know, all of that time.

00:29:35.000 So yeah, January 7th is the new start date, 2021, for where I kind of, you know, judge those people who are actually going to be with us.

00:29:44.000 Yeah, and it's important because the regime wanted to destroy the movement after that, all of this progress that we've made.

00:29:53.000 And what we need to look back at and then understand is that our movement transcends just Republican and Democrat.

00:30:01.000 It's about representation of the people that have felt as if their government has ignored them.

00:30:06.000 And so, yeah, it's just and throughout this campaign, I mean, your father faced First ever, four separate criminal trials.

00:30:16.000 He faced getting shot, as we well know, and almost getting shot again.

00:30:21.000 He had his business empire put in jeopardy, as again, you well know.

00:30:26.000 All this happening simultaneously.

00:30:27.000 And then all the other nonsense of the civil lawsuits.

00:30:31.000 He had to sit in a courtroom nonstop for like a month and a half.

00:30:36.000 And he overcame all of that.

00:30:38.000 And it's just, it really is one of the most amazing, I think the most amazing political comeback in American history.

00:30:46.000 And I challenge anyone to give me something comparable, where it was the closest that we've ever seen to an American president put in exile by the regime, like actually like try to be like, okay, You're done. 0.60

00:31:01.000 You're not allowed back into our club.

00:31:04.000 And the president clawed his way back.

00:31:08.000 And also credit to the people in this audience that didn't stop supporting after all of that.

00:31:16.000 That's an important point because it's like the American people voted knowing all of that was out there.

00:31:23.000 That's right. 0.94

00:31:23.000 But, like, it was so ridiculous, so oversold. 0.94

00:31:26.000 I always said, like, you know, and I think I've said it to you in, like, if they went after, like, one thing, like, and truly tried to push that, rather than just, like, sort of, let's just throw everything at a wall and hope something sticks, maybe they'd be able to sell it better.

00:31:39.000 But, like, think of all the stuff that they've thrown out there.

00:31:42.000 The American public, like, yeah, we know about all of it.

00:31:44.000 Like, we don't care.

00:31:45.000 We're not buying it.

00:31:45.000 Like, I mean, that's pretty incredible.

00:31:48.000 Yeah.

00:31:48.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:31:49.000 And it also shows the intellectual and political maturity of the population.

00:31:54.000 I mean, if you were to watch any of the advertisements that the Democrats were pouring billions of dollars behind, you would think that the only issues were abortion, And the only issues were like the negative stuff about Donald Trump.

00:32:07.000 And it turns out that the price of groceries, having a border, having a strong military, supersedes all of that.

00:32:14.000 And so, you know, we look back at this campaign.

00:32:16.000 We also have to remember and recognize that there were people within the establishment of the Republican Party that were trying to undermine all of us, undermine you, undermine me, undermine Turning Point.

00:32:30.000 And there was a really big risk.

00:32:34.000 For the campaign, and Susie Wiles deserves such credit, and James Blair deserves such credit, because they defied traditional Republican orthodoxy in a lot of different ways, and they trusted their gut.

00:32:45.000 And I do want to shout out Susie, because remember back in 2020, without saying any names, it's not worth it, but the fact is that the campaign ran out of money effectively in September of 2020.

00:32:55.000 It's just a fact, right?

00:32:56.000 It's well reported.

00:32:58.000 This time, we were outspending Kamala on TV ads with hard campaign money the last week of the election, and she went bankrupt. 1.00

00:33:07.000 She still spent three times probably what we've spent.

00:33:10.000 That's right.

00:33:11.000 They have that machine, but you're right.

00:33:13.000 When I'm watching some of the liberal tears flowing this week, it's like...

00:33:18.000 Who cares that you have to pay more for groceries?

00:33:21.000 Three-year-olds need to be able to change their gender and mutilate their bodies without parental consent. 1.00

00:33:27.000 That is the issue of our time.

00:33:28.000 And I'm like, I love it.

00:33:30.000 I'm like, oh my God, they didn't learn anything.

00:33:32.000 They haven't learned anything.

00:33:34.000 And the way they talk to you and they talk down to you, you're right.

00:33:38.000 And I've said this since day one, when we first started hanging out, when you start talking to real Americans in real America, you realize they're actually much more politically sophisticated than than most would realize. 0.97

00:33:50.000 Like, these are not stupid people. 0.98

00:33:52.000 They get it. 1.00

00:33:53.000 They just, their priorities are not aligned with a billionaire lunatic from Hollywood because the billionaire lunatic from Hollywood doesn't have to worry about the things that average Americans have to worry about.

00:34:02.000 And they can't fathom, you know, that grocery prices could be a real problem, that the people getting randomly murdered, you know, when they have their security details, you know, that that may actually bother people because of the open border or the people that are touched with and killed by fentanyl. 0.78

00:34:16.000 Like, It's amazing to me that the priorities, there's one or two people that are being intellectually honest on the left, and the rest are just like, no, no, no, we're still all in on crazy, which is special.

00:34:29.000 Yeah, it's funny.

00:34:30.000 One of them who's actually being intellectually honest, and I'm not a fan of theirs, is the whole Young Turk crew. 0.99

00:34:37.000 They've been very outstanding.

00:34:38.000 It's very interesting.

00:34:39.000 And I saw them at the DNC in Chicago.

00:34:41.000 Again, one of my favorite parts of this election, which was the coolest election ever, was me getting down to the floor of the DNC, which just kind of, I think, embodies the whole kind of, like, Trump, you know, like, attitude.

00:34:53.000 Like, no, we're going to go straight.

00:34:54.000 And so I went down to the floor of the DNC, and I did a show with Cenk from the Young Turks, and he was very worried that Kamala was not doing what's necessary because he said, this is an elitist, plutocrat-run campaign.

00:35:07.000 Like, this is not representing voters.

00:35:09.000 This is niche issues.

00:35:10.000 In fact, it's a very interesting thing.

00:35:13.000 There was a chairman of a Democrat party yesterday from Texas, of all places, who just suggested that the trans thing went a little too far.

00:35:23.000 Like, hey, guys, you know, in Texas, we just lost by 14 points.

00:35:27.000 And basically, his attitude was like, hey, if you're an adult, want to wear a dress, like, no big deal.

00:35:32.000 But like, maybe we as Democrats should be a little bit more reasonable on like, nine year olds taking puberty blockers.

00:35:38.000 And he got run out of the party within 12 hours.

00:35:40.000 Like, I mean, so they have not learned their lesson.

00:35:43.000 At all, which I guess for us is good.

00:35:46.000 But I mean, honestly, I want the party.

00:35:48.000 I want the country to come together.

00:35:50.000 So I want the Democrats.

00:35:51.000 I'd actually love to see two sane parties.

00:35:53.000 And you know what I mean?

00:35:54.000 You know, I mean, I get everything I want, but like I'm a business guy.

00:35:56.000 Like you never get everything that you want.

00:35:58.000 And that's sort of the reality.

00:36:00.000 But, you know, with them, you need to...

00:36:03.000 Prescribe 100% to literally every talking point, no matter how radical, no matter how, or you're out.

00:36:09.000 Like, I saw that clip, and the guy's like, listen, you know, it's fine, but, like, there's a lot of people in, like, middle America that, like, don't want their daughters playing against a guy, and they may not buy into that, like, you know, trans women are women.

00:36:20.000 Like, they're like, you know, they can Pretend they're women. 1.00

00:36:22.000 They can be, you know, they can say whatever they want.

00:36:24.000 No one's stopping them.

00:36:25.000 But, like, they may not want them playing against their daughters in sports.

00:36:29.000 And it's just, you know, an unfair advantage.

00:36:31.000 I mean, it's lunacy.

00:36:34.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:36:36.000 And the Democrat Party is so ideologically driven.

00:36:39.000 And the way that the president positioned the Republican Party is outside of abstractions and college, you know, academic ideology and said, no, I mean, it is the phrase common sense.

00:36:50.000 And I know it sounds so cliche.

00:36:51.000 It's almost like cringe at this point, but it's true, which is that Does it actually materially improve the life of the citizens of the country?

00:36:59.000 Are you protecting children?

00:37:01.000 And let's appreciate also, as we kind of reflect on this campaign, how the president was able to build a once-in-a-generation all-star team and a roster.

00:37:10.000 Elon Musk, Tulsi Gabbard, Bobby Kennedy.

00:37:12.000 And Don, you deserve a lot of credit.

00:37:14.000 I mean, I don't know what's public and private for some of those names because, I mean, you went to bat and went to war to help build that Avengers team.

00:37:22.000 And the table was really set because, you know, you deserve a lot of credit because you saw this realigned.

00:37:28.000 Parties are actually changing and we have a chance to kind of pick off some of their all-stars and their celebrities and bring them in because they feel as if there's no place for them.

00:37:36.000 And just think a year ago, one year ago, Bobby Kennedy was running for president as a Democrat.

00:37:42.000 He was a year ago.

00:37:43.000 I mean, people forget, like, he was running for president in the Democrat Party a year ago, not independent, as a Democrat.

00:37:51.000 And he obviously was a game changer, enthusiastic supporter of our movement.

00:37:57.000 And so I believe also...

00:38:00.000 And this is, you know, we're doing a long-form podcast here, that the new standard is that if you as a candidate cannot sit down and do a three-hour unscripted podcast, you will not ever win another presidential election.

00:38:14.000 And I think that, I believe, I would love your thoughts, we do not win the popular vote without Joe Rogan.

00:38:20.000 I just don't think it's possible.

00:38:21.000 Well, I think, honestly, without Joe Rogan, without Bobby Kennedy, the people, you know, some of those, you know, The suburban moms that care more about health than they do about trans issues. 0.55

00:38:30.000 Listen, I think, to me, that could have been the biggest one of them all.

00:38:35.000 I think Rogan probably seconded on some of those things with independent voters.

00:38:39.000 And honestly, what you've done with the youth vote is amazing.

00:38:43.000 I mean, when we're winning the youth vote, 18 to 29 in some of these areas, I mean, you know, that's strange that that timeline goes like basically right up to when you basically found a turning point.

00:38:52.000 And we've seen that, you know, the climate on college campuses has clearly shifted.

00:38:57.000 You know, you mentioned Arizona State.

00:38:59.000 It wasn't exactly that hard to get me to do my seventh event that night when it was like, hey, it's a frat party.

00:39:04.000 You know, I'm not quite as evangelical as Charlie.

00:39:08.000 So it was like when there's 12 young college co-eds being like, "Don, can you take a selfie with me?" I'm like, yes, I can.

00:39:15.000 So that was a little different.

00:39:17.000 But I saw you out at Penn State.

00:39:20.000 We did Penn State together back in 16.

00:39:24.000 But this time it was different.

00:39:26.000 Then it was like they showed up.

00:39:29.000 Plain Jane, you know, when we asked like, hey, if your teachers knew that you'd be here, raise your hand if you'd be penalized academically, every hand went up.

00:39:36.000 But now I see a massive swarm of people just wanting to get their hands on a MAGA hat.

00:39:41.000 They wore them proudly.

00:39:43.000 You know, they're shouting all the slogans.

00:39:46.000 And, you know, it delivered big in Pennsylvania, specifically in, you know, in Center County, the home of State College in Penn State.

00:39:53.000 That would have never happened before.

00:39:54.000 And, you know, I have to attribute that to you because, I mean, listen, you know, the RNC has shifted a lot.

00:39:59.000 They did a great job on certain things, but there's certain things that are just going to, you know, the traditional RNC and even the reformed RNC just wouldn't be able to do.

00:40:07.000 I think that's all turning point.

00:40:08.000 Well, thank you.

00:40:09.000 Yeah.

00:40:10.000 And Michael Watley and Laura deserve a lot of credit.

00:40:12.000 And the campaign also was like, hey, Charlie, you want the youth vote?

00:40:15.000 Thank you, because that's not our thing.

00:40:18.000 And, you know, it was obviously our expertise for 12 years.

00:40:21.000 And I visited, we did 25 campus stops I did this semester.

00:40:26.000 And we did, as you see in the videos, Don, where I debate these kids.

00:40:30.000 Like over 2 billion views.

00:40:32.000 And it's as hot as a pistol on YouTube and TikTok and really made a big difference on trying to change how young people viewed politics and view President Trump and viewed that, you know, their whole worldview.

00:40:45.000 Secondly, which I think is really important, though, is the ground game, is that we had over 1,000 full-time people in Arizona and Wisconsin registering voters and chasing ballots.

00:40:55.000 And you saw some of those events in Arizona, Don.

00:40:58.000 And if I may, I will just say with Arizona, you know, I was so bothered.

00:41:03.000 It was the running joke on some of our group chats.

00:41:04.000 Charlie, you better not lose Arizona.

00:41:07.000 By the way, we were throwing you under the bus if we lost Arizona.

00:41:10.000 Oh, yeah.

00:41:10.000 No, I'm well aware.

00:41:11.000 You were definitely taking the bullet on that one, buddy.

00:41:15.000 Hey, you win by six and a half points.

00:41:17.000 Now you've got a full vindication.

00:41:20.000 Not only that, it was the best performing polling to result swing state.

00:41:25.000 And also from 2020, from where 2020 was to where it ended up.

00:41:29.000 Yet the president will end up around seven points victory, which actually is double as 2016.

00:41:36.000 Which is amazing.

00:41:37.000 So it's actually one of the only states that got redder, except Nevada, since 2016.

00:41:43.000 And yeah, it's because we had, in Arizona, we had 550 full-time ballot chasers.

00:41:48.000 And, you know, to the...

00:41:51.000 Chagrin of some people, but we persevered.

00:41:54.000 We embraced early voting.

00:41:56.000 And voting early ended up being a major element of our victory.

00:42:00.000 And it wasn't just, okay, taking Sally Sue Marie, who usually votes on Election Day, and banking her vote.

00:42:06.000 It gave us more days to get the Trump supporter and turn him into a Trump voter.

00:42:12.000 Yeah.

00:42:12.000 The guy that will give you a thumbs up at the airport, but then you talk to him, he's not even registered to vote.

00:42:17.000 You know what I mean?

00:42:18.000 And so that was so critical.

00:42:19.000 And I mean, we got some resistance when I started pushing it, you know, and I get it like, hey, in an ideal world, I'd love to have same day voting with paper ballots and ID and, you know, all the common sense measures that you see all over the world.

00:42:30.000 I'd love to be able to see our states like actually count.

00:42:33.000 You know, like Florida, I can count 25 million people, but, you know, but Arizona takes five days.

00:42:37.000 It doesn't make any sense.

00:42:39.000 But until we do that, we have to play the game.

00:42:41.000 They can't have a two-month-long election day, and we have a one day, and just we hope for good weather.

00:42:46.000 And so, you know, there was a lot of resistance I think this proves the thesis that it does make sense.

00:42:57.000 It has to work.

00:42:58.000 And we were able to, what was great about those early numbers, especially Arizona, like some of the earliest voters were like our lowest propensity voters, you know, the one of four on it, you know, four being the guy that's going to You know, crawl through broken glass.

00:43:11.000 But, you know, I was like, oh, man, did we just bank all our votes, all our high propensity guys?

00:43:15.000 And then, you know, we did that one event.

00:43:16.000 There's a thousand people in the room a couple of days into early voting and like no one had actually voted yet.

00:43:20.000 Those were the highest propensity voters.

00:43:21.000 They waited.

00:43:22.000 But we were getting guys who would not normally even vote out there and voting early.

00:43:27.000 I mean, you know, with that major success, you know, how do we address that on a state level to make sure these things keep happening or at a federal level to make sure that, you know, we have that chance to compete on the same playing field?

00:43:38.000 Because the Democrats have set the field in a lot of these states where we don't control the legislatures, where we don't control these things.

00:43:43.000 We have to play by their rules.

00:43:45.000 But, you know, if we're going to play, we got to play the same game.

00:43:48.000 Yeah, so two thoughts on this.

00:43:50.000 Number one, you're so right.

00:43:52.000 When we did early voting, it gave us an opportunity day by day to bring lower props into the universe that require three or four contact points.

00:44:01.000 So a low prop is a low prop for a reason.

00:44:03.000 Maybe because they're not into voting as much, they have questions about voting, or they're just busy, right?

00:44:09.000 There's so many working men and women in this country that are busy.

00:44:12.000 So our 550 people, if we only had one day to get them to vote, they'd have a very low effective rate.

00:44:19.000 Efficacy, because it's like, hey, that carpenter is actually out on a job site until 7 p.m.

00:44:24.000 Okay, well, we're not going to get it.

00:44:26.000 30 days, though, gives us a chance to contact them three or four times, and eventually, over that 30-day period, have a higher probability of getting their vote into the system.

00:44:35.000 So it was a very smart adjustment, and it took one of the Democrats' advantages completely off the table.

00:44:42.000 Now, as far as...

00:44:44.000 How we get it moving forward really quick.

00:44:46.000 We need to celebrate this and then institutionalize it into the zeitgeist and the memory of the Republican Party that we took our country back in 2024, partially because of our embrace of early voting.

00:44:59.000 In my opinion, that is completely...

00:45:01.000 And if we learn that lesson, then we're going to clobber the Democrats on this in election cycles, because if you take early voting away, all of a sudden, A lot of their advantages disappear and evaporate.

00:45:15.000 It's a big deal.

00:45:16.000 So how do we deal with the vote count issues?

00:45:19.000 I mean, Arizona's still counting votes.

00:45:22.000 It's almost a week.

00:45:23.000 You know, we understand where things are going, but how does Florida, a state of literally almost four or five times the population, you know, they can count all the votes in two and a half hours.

00:45:34.000 What's happening in some of these states?

00:45:36.000 How do we fix that?

00:45:37.000 You know, obviously, you know, the justifiably cynical component of me is like, Hey, the longer they have to count the votes, the longer they have to find a truckload of ballots that magically show up with only the races that are kind of in question filled in perfectly.

00:45:51.000 That's the only one they had time to vote for this time around.

00:45:53.000 We saw that a little bit in 2020.

00:45:56.000 What's going on?

00:45:57.000 Why does it take so long?

00:45:58.000 What's happening?

00:46:00.000 Arizona is so dysfunctional.

00:46:01.000 The good news, though, here's the good news, is that the Maricopa County Recorder, which all the problems in Maricopa, right? 0.89

00:46:06.000 That's the beast.

00:46:08.000 We defeated him in both the primary and now a general election.

00:46:11.000 We have a new Maricopa County Recorder coming in, so we're going to fix the way we do elections.

00:46:16.000 There's also just a red wave happening in Arizona.

00:46:20.000 Expand our House and Senate majority.

00:46:22.000 We're going to have a whole new bill that's going to require hopefully the flortification of Arizona election results. 0.92

00:46:28.000 You have to have your results by 9 p.m.

00:46:31.000 Figure it out.

00:46:31.000 If you have to pre-canvas, whatever it takes, you got to do it.

00:46:36.000 The problem, Don, is that there's been this movement out west to embrace universal mail-in voting.

00:46:42.000 We're not going to get rid of that immediately, but when you have universal mail-in voting, and this is not to, like, make an argument for them, but they're just so incompetent they can't figure it out, is that the question is, how do you then account for ballots that arrive on Election Day, right?

00:46:58.000 Because you have to then open the envelopes and then put them through.

00:47:01.000 I think that's a silly argument.

00:47:02.000 I think you need to have a force Of hundreds of people dedicated that work 24 hours a day to count those late arrival ballots, and you'll get them all counted in a day.

00:47:12.000 So, I figured it out.

00:47:14.000 It's done, okay?

00:47:14.000 Because, look, it is bad for the country and bad for our confidence in elections, and therefore our confidence in our leaders, when it takes five or six days to count votes.

00:47:24.000 Because, yes, in Central American countries that are third world dictatorships, This is what they do, is that it takes them four days, and Maduro discovers 95,000 votes, and ta-da!

00:47:37.000 He stays in power.

00:47:39.000 So, Charlie, what do you make of this?

00:47:40.000 You know, because I think we need Washington Republicans lined up behind my father's agenda.

00:47:47.000 But you see the stuff, you know, the Pentagon is figuring out how an elected bureaucrat can thwart what literally is probably the greatest mandate in modern time in terms of, you know, getting things done.

00:47:56.000 You see what's happening in the Middle East already.

00:47:59.000 Hamas says 12 hours later, like, okay, like, daddy's home, like, we'll come to the table, we want peace.

00:48:05.000 You see all that going on.

00:48:06.000 And yet, They seem to be trying to thwart him there.

00:48:09.000 They're trying to thwart him at the EPA. You know, how do you get Republicans lined up behind the agenda?

00:48:14.000 You know, you see the Senate stuff, what's going on with leadership there, and that's all secret ballots.

00:48:18.000 So everybody can be like, I'm with you, but no one's going to see who I'm voting for.

00:48:22.000 So we'll put like a Mitch McConnell clone, you know, into that spot who will also be, you know, as bad, if not worse than perhaps a Democrat.

00:48:29.000 What's your confidence in In that you can assess where we stand in the House, in the Senate.

00:48:36.000 How do we hold these people to task?

00:48:38.000 Is there a way to get around that, make these things public so that the American people understand who actually is helping, who's on board, and who isn't?

00:48:46.000 Yeah, so the House one, the Speaker vote is public.

00:48:50.000 The other leadership elections are private.

00:48:52.000 I'm less worried about the House because I think they have PTSD from not fulfilling the mandate back in last cycle.

00:48:58.000 And I'll cut Speaker Johnson some slack.

00:49:01.000 We'll probably have a two or three seat majority.

00:49:03.000 And unfortunately, Don, there's going to be some members that are going to jump ship and then go join the administration.

00:49:08.000 Which again, guys, if you leave this house and go join the administration, it would be so frustrating.

00:49:14.000 However, we should be thankful, Don.

00:49:16.000 The fact we have the house at all is a surprise.

00:49:18.000 We were anticipating a Hakeem Jeffries house with even President Trump.

00:49:22.000 So that's amazing.

00:49:24.000 And we should be thankful for that.

00:49:26.000 The Senate is a disaster.

00:49:28.000 So the Senate elections are this week.

00:49:31.000 It's clear the voters want change, which would be Rick Scott.

00:49:35.000 According to senators I've talked to, it's a low probability that Rick Scott is able to get the votes.

00:49:39.000 Then you have Cornyn and Thune, both of which is more of the same.

00:49:44.000 Thune, probably worse.

00:49:46.000 Cornyn, however, is in cycle.

00:49:48.000 So if you have to choose somebody, you want to choose somebody who's currently in an election cycle because then you could threaten a primary in a deep red state like Texas and keep him accountable because John Cornyn would not survive a primary if the, let's say, MAGA faithful were to speak out, right?

00:50:05.000 And this is the way that I think we need to start analytically going through this.

00:50:10.000 But here's the biggest problem.

00:50:11.000 Is that it will take two years to get President Trump's appointments confirmed.

00:50:19.000 Whoever it is needs to immediately declare their support that we will have recess appointments.

00:50:26.000 And recess appointments means we can fill the entire cabinet overnight or else we'll be waiting years and this election will be for nothing.

00:50:34.000 Yeah, and the Democrats, you know, the one thing they're good at is getting 100% in line.

00:50:37.000 Every one of them is going to vote that way.

00:50:39.000 You don't have, you know, the Romney fallouts and these kinds of people like we do in the Senate.

00:50:43.000 You know, so that's a really big deal.

00:50:46.000 Yeah, no, that's an important one.

00:50:47.000 And again, that secret ballot, all this stuff, like, I mean...

00:50:52.000 The Senate just doesn't care. 0.82

00:50:54.000 We're slowly shifting it.

00:50:55.000 We're getting good guys in there.

00:50:57.000 Unfortunately, we're losing J.D. in the Senate, but I'd love for him because he could actually do that, I guess, as VP. He could still be a leader in the Senate, which would be kind of nice.

00:51:06.000 I think he should be Senate Majority Leader.

00:51:08.000 I've tweeted that out.

00:51:11.000 It's rather ballsy, but he can do it, and it's constitutional.

00:51:16.000 So I think J.D. Vance should run for Senate Majority Leader.

00:51:19.000 I'm in that camp.

00:51:21.000 Yeah, and the problem is, and I see people blowing me up a lot, they're like, it should be this guy who, you know, who may be great, but it's like, yeah, but he's going to get three votes in a secret ballot, and he's not going to get it.

00:51:29.000 And so the real problem with it is, you know, then you go all in for someone, you endorse someone, you don't know what's actually happening, the rhinos take over, and all of a sudden you have a loss on like day seven, You know, and, you know, you lose some of your political capital.

00:51:44.000 That's the problem with the whole thing because you have no control over the process.

00:51:47.000 I'd love to see all of these guys do these things publicly.

00:51:50.000 You're right.

00:51:51.000 I'd love to see someone in cycle because, you know, we know plenty of people, myself included, who probably happily moved to Texas just to be like, hey, We got to get this done.

00:51:59.000 We have a once in a lifetime opportunity to make this happen, to make real changes.

00:52:04.000 You have the team that's surrounding my father.

00:52:06.000 This is generational stuff.

00:52:08.000 We cannot squander that and go back to bureaucracy.

00:52:12.000 Like, that doesn't work.

00:52:13.000 Yeah, and look, I mean, if John Cornyn becomes leader, I mean, Ronnie Jackson would be someone that would be great to primary him, and he's from the reddest part of the state. 0.85

00:52:21.000 And again, I'm not beholden to anybody, so I can speak openly about this, which is like, okay, if you are in cycle as a Senate majority leader, then you better do what the president wants.

00:52:31.000 Or else that deep red state of Texas won't like you in a primary. 0.97

00:52:35.000 And we have a lot of good congressmen, you know, Chip Roy, Ronnie Jackson, and Wesley Hunt in the state of Texas that would love the opportunity, right, to become a U.S. Senator from Texas.

00:52:47.000 And Texas only becoming red or not bluer.

00:52:49.000 Now, and I just want to reiterate this point, which I think is very important, which is that we will not get our core group confirmed.

00:52:58.000 If we do not, and I'm talking about like basic stuff, Attorney General, FBI, Senate, CIA, Department of Defense, if we do not act quickly with the US Senate or else, we're going to be in like July and we'll have like five cabinet cabinet positions.

00:53:14.000 And that's going to be the Democrats' goal also, to slow roll it, to make it, you know, take off as much time on the clock as possible, to prevent as much of a reset as possible.

00:53:23.000 And yeah, we have to be all in on this.

00:53:25.000 But Charlie, it's 12.01 Eastern Time on Inauguration Day, January 20th.

00:53:31.000 Highlight some of the day one, second one, minute one, whatever it may be, actions that are on top of your ideal to-do list.

00:53:39.000 I imagine we're pretty aligned on this one.

00:53:41.000 Yeah, again, I'll speak openly not to get you in trouble here.

00:53:44.000 I promise, I don't prescribe to any of these things.

00:53:49.000 Yes, of course.

00:53:50.000 I would never.

00:53:51.000 I'm very milquetoast and moderate in my views.

00:53:55.000 Yes.

00:53:56.000 Get Ross Ulbricht out of prison.

00:53:58.000 It's a promise that the president made publicly that needs to be done.

00:54:01.000 On minute one, day one, I know of tons of libertarians in my social media feed, hundreds of thousands, in fact, that say they voted for the president because of the Ross Ulbricht promise that young man needs to get out of prison.

00:54:14.000 Number two...

00:54:14.000 Pardon every non-violent January 6th offender and do it in the outer room of the Capitol.

00:54:21.000 So Joe Biden went into the outer room of the Capitol and signed all of his executive orders getting rid of the 1776 Commission.

00:54:26.000 Do it right there and then that will help heal the country.

00:54:29.000 Number three, there needs to be volleys of remain in Mexico, reinstated, allow the Border Patrol their job, re-approve ANWR and all of the oil leases, re-approve the Keystone XL pipeline.

00:54:43.000 Remember, Biden got rid of the Keystone XL pipeline Day one, we need to reinstitute it immediately.

00:54:52.000 In addition, I think the president needs to make sure he has acting directors lined up at all these agencies.

00:55:00.000 Remember last time, Sally Yates, that hangover from the Obama administration, she took over the AG's office temporarily while it was technically our We're good to

00:55:31.000 go.

00:55:31.000 And then the big fight is that I think the president needs to fire a certain subset of federal workers and say that for cause, for example, there's 87,000 IRS agents, maybe fire a couple hundred of them and then force a legal challenge to make sure that it's clear that the president can fire civil service employees.

00:55:51.000 That's just off the top of my head, Don.

00:55:52.000 There's a lot of other ideas that I know that are cooking.

00:55:55.000 But the big one is this.

00:55:56.000 And I'm sure he'll do this through diplomacy as president-elect.

00:56:00.000 End the wars.

00:56:01.000 We are a war-weary country.

00:56:02.000 We need to end the Russian-Ukrainian war. 0.94

00:56:04.000 It's an outrage.

00:56:05.000 We need to bring peace to the Middle East.

00:56:06.000 The president can do that.

00:56:08.000 And then the border.

00:56:09.000 I know he's going to sign a ton of stuff.

00:56:10.000 He's got Tom Homan and other people counseling him, which I think is awesome.

00:56:14.000 And then kind of some of these other points that he said.

00:56:17.000 He was going to do.

00:56:18.000 I know that he wants to do it day one, including, and then also full pardons for Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro for what they went through, which is just completely outrageous.

00:56:28.000 And yeah, I just think that's minute one, day one.

00:56:31.000 That would be what I would like to see happen.

00:56:34.000 Can't let any time go to waste.

00:56:36.000 So what does the first hundred days look like?

00:56:38.000 The first day is pretty solid.

00:56:41.000 By the way, I agree with everything.

00:56:42.000 I mean, my whole thing is, like I said, you can already see some of the, you can't let RFK Jr.

00:56:48.000 anywhere near here.

00:56:48.000 I'm like, what are you talking about?

00:56:50.000 He helped!

00:56:51.000 Those wins so much more than, you know, you Rhinos ever could have imagined.

00:56:56.000 But you see that game already happening.

00:56:58.000 But, you know, so I agree with all of those things, you know, getting those guys, letting Elon loose.

00:57:03.000 But that's more of a hundred day thing.

00:57:04.000 What would your hundred day forecast look like?

00:57:07.000 Yeah, well, number one, I think that there needs to be a legislative win, but we made a mistake back in 17.

00:57:14.000 We went way too big and way too bold on Obamacare.

00:57:16.000 You might think, oh, you got to go big and bold.

00:57:18.000 Not if you're dealing with really weak.

00:57:20.000 You actually need to build momentum.

00:57:21.000 You have to build up to your big legislative achievement.

00:57:23.000 I think H.R. 1 needs to be a border supplemental bill that allows more Border Patrol agents, power for deportation, gives money for the judges on the border, and get it done in the first, like, three weeks.

00:57:35.000 We need a border supplemental.

00:57:37.000 Number two is that we need to confirm all the U.S. attorneys on the southern border.

00:57:41.000 There are seven U.S. attorneys that can then go after the cartels, go after the sex traffickers, go after the people on parole.

00:57:47.000 If we don't have those U.S. attorney positions filled, it doesn't matter how many judges that you have. 0.99

00:57:52.000 And then beyond that, we need to have, well, we need to pass a new budget.

00:57:57.000 That's number two.

00:57:58.000 We need to actually get a budget done.

00:58:00.000 And then I think we need to have a question about reorganizing the federal government Are there duplicative agencies?

00:58:07.000 Are there federal workers that are unnecessary?

00:58:09.000 And then we go back to the core promises.

00:58:13.000 President Trump, he doesn't need to do this by legislation.

00:58:17.000 Day one, he could say to the IRS director, stop enforcing the over-criminalization of taxing on tips.

00:58:24.000 He could do that day one.

00:58:25.000 And so without going to Congress, you can say to the IRS, like, hey, you guys are hunting down these waiters and waitresses.

00:58:31.000 And then eventually we can go back to Congress and say, okay, there will be no tax on tips.

00:58:31.000 Stop it.

00:58:35.000 But the problem is that it's like the overt police enforcement that we've seen with that.

00:58:41.000 And then I'd love to see a bill of the kind of no tax trio, no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security, and have the Democrats vote against that.

00:58:51.000 Which I just think would be awesome.

00:58:53.000 But I think a lot of them would get on board with that.

00:58:55.000 And then...

00:58:57.000 The Social Security one, especially, it's like, I mean, like, you've been paying in, like, they're paying you back your money.

00:59:01.000 Like, I don't even get it.

00:59:03.000 Like, it's nuts.

00:59:06.000 It's completely insane.

00:59:08.000 And then also, I just think we need to deregulate all the Biden regulations and get back to the Trump economy and the Trump economic spirit.

00:59:20.000 I'm not exactly sure on the legislative side of this.

00:59:24.000 But whatever it takes for the president to use our liquid gold and bring down the price of oil is one of the most important things to stem inflation and restore confidence in the American economy.

00:59:36.000 And by the way, ending the Russian-Ukrainian war and the Israeli situation in the Middle East will bring oil down significantly.

00:59:43.000 As those tensions are high, The oil markets go up because they're worried about embargoes.

00:59:49.000 They're worried about being closed.

00:59:50.000 So peace, the Middle East will bring down the price of oil significantly. 0.95

00:59:55.000 So that's the first 100 days from my estimation.

00:59:58.000 And then there's a ton of other stuff that the president has pledged to do that he could do by executive order, saying that we will not give federal funding if you teach critical race theory in schools.

01:00:08.000 Diversity, equity, inclusion in schools will put up with that.

01:00:11.000 Or in the military, or in the VA system, or any of these governmental agencies.

01:00:15.000 Yeah, he never pledged to do this, but he danced around with it.

01:00:18.000 But I think Daywani has to fire every general involved in the Afghanistan withdrawal.

01:00:23.000 As long as it doesn't jeopardize national security and you have replacements, which I'm sure it will.

01:00:27.000 The problem is they'll always say that it will, but it won't.

01:00:31.000 The three and four star generals, they're political figures at this point.

01:00:35.000 The guys that are the war fighters, it ends at about two star.

01:00:38.000 And everyone else at that point is like an Obama political appointee.

01:00:41.000 So it's not going to jeopardize anything. 0.95

01:00:43.000 If anything, if you get rid of those clowns and let the war fighters actually make the decision, we're going to be much, much safer and much better off. 0.98

01:00:49.000 Yeah, and then we have to reclassify the Mexican drug cartels as a terrorist organization. 0.98

01:00:54.000 We need to throw RICO cases at any nonprofit or charity that is assisted in the smuggling or sex trafficking of children on the southern border.

01:01:02.000 Some of the NGO stuff funded by the government de facto allowing this to happen.

01:01:05.000 Those people should go to jail for what they've been doing.

01:01:08.000 So whomever is the new Attorney General and his or her office, whoever it is, needs to go in and make that a top priority in the first 100 days.

01:01:18.000 And then we need to have a little Peace and Reconciliation Commission.

01:01:21.000 We need to have the JFK files released, hopefully.

01:01:24.000 That is another pledge that was made during the campaign.

01:01:28.000 And then we need to find out exactly to the extent that the Biden regime was targeting us.

01:01:34.000 Like, where are the documents?

01:01:35.000 Did they destroy them?

01:01:37.000 You know, they were infiltrating Latin masses. 0.90

01:01:39.000 They were going after moms and dads at school board meetings.

01:01:41.000 We need to kind of figure out all that out and then publicize it in real time.

01:01:46.000 And so, look, there's a ton of work to do.

01:01:49.000 I want to label who could, you know, who labeled Christians domestic terrorists?

01:01:53.000 Who labeled moms at PTA meetings that just wanted to end the indoctrination of their children into woke nonsense? 1.00

01:01:59.000 Like, who labeled them domestic terrorists?

01:02:01.000 Because those people, they should be made very, very public.

01:02:06.000 Yes, and a lot of this, what I'm talking about, as I'm remembering it, could still be like day one or day two.

01:02:10.000 These are all simple.

01:02:12.000 What I want is just total clarity.

01:02:16.000 I want the Twitter files, but for government.

01:02:20.000 Just let everyone see everything.

01:02:22.000 Because we preach from a high horse all these things, and we're doing all these nefarious things behind the scenes.

01:02:28.000 I'm like, that's got to stop.

01:02:30.000 I don't mind if we preach from a high horse if we're actually acting that way, but we're not, and we all know that.

01:02:34.000 No, no, that's exactly right.

01:02:36.000 And look, the president has a mandate and the American people gave him this mandate.

01:02:41.000 And legislatively, it's going to be the toughest fight because the Senate is just awful and they just don't listen to their voters.

01:02:48.000 That's why I think you have to start with border and get a significant border victory.

01:02:53.000 And then I think you have to, from the White House communication standpoint, Every hour on the hour, and this is something that you and I know really well as media, whoever ends up getting those jobs, I'm going to be heavily pressuring them.

01:03:05.000 Like, hey guys, you need to play offense every day.

01:03:07.000 You deported 8,000 criminals today.

01:03:10.000 Boom! 0.99

01:03:10.000 A crisp little tweet like that, right? 0.99

01:03:12.000 Today, 6,000 rapists were identified and sent back to their country of origin.

01:03:16.000 Boom! 0.99

01:03:17.000 Right?

01:03:17.000 Give people the daily momentum.

01:03:20.000 So like, wow, my government's actually working for me, right?

01:03:23.000 Today, we had the lowest border crossings in four years.

01:03:26.000 It doesn't need to be this long paragraph, right?

01:03:29.000 Simple, to the point.

01:03:30.000 And by the way, President Trump, you know this, he loves this, right?

01:03:34.000 Like one or two sentences, done, right?

01:03:36.000 Just clean.

01:03:37.000 And then that will build consensus and momentum to allow us to continue to fulfill the mandate for the federal government in a very special and powerful way.

01:03:48.000 And you go back, this is what's really important, is that the president's promises were unchanged from the primary to the general.

01:03:56.000 Any Republican consultant would say you can't run on mass deportations.

01:04:00.000 Well, he did, and he won the most Hispanic county in America.

01:04:04.000 98%.

01:04:05.000 Everyone commit this to memory for your friends and family.

01:04:08.000 Star County, Texas is the most Hispanic county in America.

01:04:12.000 98% Hispanic.

01:04:14.000 98%.

01:04:15.000 And it voted for Donald Trump for the first time of Republicans since 1896.

01:04:19.000 They want mass deportations.

01:04:22.000 And again, we're going to kind of lean on some of our friends that understand the immigration nuances even better than we do.

01:04:29.000 However, we must give public support that we are going to remove the people that came during Biden and others in this country.

01:04:37.000 And there's wide public support for that.

01:04:39.000 And the media is going to try to misrepresent it.

01:04:41.000 And they're going to try to fear.

01:04:42.000 And that's another thing your audience has to be ready for.

01:04:43.000 The media is going to try to make it this whole thing.

01:04:45.000 The voters voted for it, okay?

01:04:47.000 And we have to fulfill that mandate.

01:04:51.000 And so, look, I'm super excited for the first 100 days.

01:04:53.000 Don, I know you're working really hard on transition.

01:04:56.000 We're trying to do everything we can because the prep work is going to lead us to success.

01:05:00.000 100%.

01:05:00.000 So, Charlie, as we wrap here, you know, my father said no Nikki Haley, no Mike Pompeo.

01:05:07.000 He put that over the weekend.

01:05:08.000 I may not have had anything to do with that, you know, the other day.

01:05:12.000 Doesn't matter.

01:05:13.000 He said it.

01:05:14.000 What does personnel look like to you this time around, especially in the intel community and on the border?

01:05:20.000 What are your thoughts on, you know, no Pompeo, no Haley?

01:05:23.000 You know, whether it be, again, in an acting capacity or a Senate confirmed position, I think we really have a great roster to choose from.

01:05:30.000 I think the first time around we had loyal and you had competent and you have a couple people that are both, but we didn't know which was which.

01:05:35.000 So you could get loyal but not competent and that doesn't help.

01:05:38.000 Competent but not loyal also doesn't help.

01:05:40.000 You need that perfect combination.

01:05:43.000 Look, number one, if President Trump does nothing else for the next four years, he did a great job because of that Truth Social post.

01:05:52.000 That's enough.

01:05:53.000 The Dave Smiths of the world, who are not Trumpers, but a really funny comic, goes on Rogan a lot, is like he couldn't be happier.

01:05:59.000 He's like, oh my goodness, it's actually happened.

01:06:02.000 And by the way, we did not get elected on a warmonger agenda.

01:06:06.000 We got elected on a peace agenda.

01:06:07.000 So we're just doing what the American people gave us permission to do.

01:06:10.000 Kamala Harris lost on a warmongering Liz Cheney agenda, okay, with having CIA chiefs at her convention. 0.99

01:06:17.000 So, look, as far as personnel, there's a great roster, and we all know the names, Tulsi, Bobby Kennedy, Vivek, and there's a willingness to serve.

01:06:26.000 And I don't want to share too much private details, Don, but you know this, the sophistication And the depth of this transition versus 2016, it is, I mean, it's not even the same galaxy.

01:06:38.000 It is completely different.

01:06:41.000 And every conversation is going back to, nope, what did the voters do to give us?

01:06:46.000 Nope, we're not doing that.

01:06:47.000 And I love hearing that and seeing that.

01:06:49.000 And as far as personnel, I think people are going to be thrilled.

01:06:54.000 I agree with you.

01:06:55.000 Charlie, thanks for everything you do.

01:06:58.000 It's been absolutely awesome, guys.

01:06:59.000 Make sure you're following Charlie on social.

01:07:01.000 Check out everything he's doing.

01:07:03.000 Check out Turning Point.

01:07:04.000 Make sure, like, if you have young kids in high schools and college all over, you know, put them in a Turning Point chapter.

01:07:09.000 I mean, you hang around with some of the...

01:07:11.000 You know, I see these...

01:07:12.000 They're all, like, just...

01:07:14.000 It's just different.

01:07:15.000 These kids are great.

01:07:16.000 They've got their stuff together.

01:07:19.000 It's a great early start.

01:07:20.000 Make sure you check them out.

01:07:22.000 Charlie, keep doing what you're doing, and I know we'll be talking a lot in the coming months.

01:07:26.000 Absolutely, Don.

01:07:27.000 Thanks for all you did for the country, and congrats.

01:07:29.000 Thanks so much.

01:07:30.000 Thanks a lot, bud.

01:07:32.000 And before I go, guys, I'm going to take a couple questions as we close out the show.

01:08:29.000 Okay, so, Don, what can you tell us about the transition?

01:08:33.000 Great to see your father.

01:08:35.000 Confirm no Pompeo or Haley.

01:08:37.000 Yeah, it's been really interesting.

01:08:38.000 I mean, I've been able to sit in on a lot of the meetings, making sure we get the right people on the list.

01:08:43.000 You know, again, my job, I've always said, I don't want to be the guy placing anyone.

01:08:46.000 I don't care.

01:08:47.000 I just want to make sure the people who I know were either subversive at the time, We're too heavily tied to the deep state or to the rhinos that they don't have an opportunity to stymie the agenda.

01:08:58.000 We're going to make sure those guys don't have a seat at the table. 0.99

01:09:00.000 And so, you know, some of that may or may not have come up in a meeting the other day.

01:09:04.000 It's pretty incredible sitting in there with the transition team and Elon and DJT. I mean, it's, you know, and Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi has been in some of these meetings.

01:09:11.000 I mean, you know, the Avenger thing is really happening.

01:09:15.000 It's really happening.

01:09:16.000 I've seen it with my own eyes.

01:09:17.000 It's not like pretend.

01:09:20.000 They're sitting at the table and we're having these conversations.

01:09:22.000 So it's absolutely awesome to see.

01:09:24.000 I'm glad to see some of the people.

01:09:26.000 I noticed it literally the other day.

01:09:28.000 I guess it was on Monday on the show where literally on 10,000 comments, every other comment was no Pompeo.

01:09:36.000 So I was like, by the way, I always agree.

01:09:37.000 I just wasn't going to say it publicly at that time.

01:09:39.000 I was like that.

01:09:40.000 So yeah.

01:09:43.000 That's it.

01:09:44.000 Done.

01:09:45.000 Now, we have hundreds of more like that.

01:09:47.000 We also have to do the same too.

01:09:48.000 So it's not over.

01:09:49.000 And I, you know, I promise you I'm going to be on it as best as I possibly can.

01:09:53.000 But it's going well.

01:09:55.000 It's a really organized structure right now.

01:09:58.000 Howard Lutnick's done an incredible job with that.

01:10:00.000 I mean, he's running it like Like a business and like, you know, he's hired thousands of people in Wall Street and traders like he just knows how to do it showing presentations for my father.

01:10:07.000 He can see that.

01:10:07.000 And then the guys that, you know, were in there at the time who've been kind of the day one loyalists and also loyal on like January 7th, 2021.

01:10:15.000 The people who are both the guys that know, you know, they're in there.

01:10:19.000 Nope, that guy was bad for X, Y, Z reason. 0.82

01:10:21.000 That person was great for this Y reason.

01:10:22.000 This is why it's been great.

01:10:25.000 Okay, let's see.

01:10:26.000 Did you see the report about the migrants self-deporting?

01:10:29.000 It's amazing what a change in leadership can do for this country.

01:10:32.000 Yeah, I did.

01:10:33.000 I tweeted about it on X. It was sort of incredible.

01:10:35.000 There was a caravan coming up.

01:10:37.000 They saw that Trump won.

01:10:38.000 They literally turned back around.

01:10:40.000 They're pre-self-deporting.

01:10:42.000 They didn't even get here.

01:10:43.000 They were just like, eh, not worth it.

01:10:46.000 We are so back, folks.

01:10:48.000 We are so back.

01:10:49.000 When the illegal migrant caravans are literally turning around and self-deporting before they even get here, it just makes our job so much easier. 0.99

01:10:58.000 So I saw that.

01:10:59.000 It was awesome.

01:11:00.000 You can see I've been tweeting about this stuff or truthing about this stuff pretty heavily.

01:11:04.000 So you can check it out there.

01:11:06.000 But yeah, that was pretty amazing.

01:11:09.000 Let's see, I saw a so-called resistance protest in Portland had no one show up.

01:11:14.000 It seems like they don't have enough energy.

01:11:17.000 Deep down, they know life will be better under Trump.

01:11:20.000 I know, that's the problem.

01:11:20.000 I think so many of these people, you know, the suburban housewives and the this, the most radical, like, it's just virtue signaling.

01:11:27.000 I think they understand that it'd be better under Trump.

01:11:31.000 They even know that, but they have so much social credit, I think, for, you know, in their crazy little worlds doing this that...

01:11:38.000 Yeah, they don't have the time to actually do this.

01:11:41.000 It's amazing.

01:11:42.000 I guess they don't have to worry about the crime and the this that's been coming in because they're probably wealthy enough to be protected from that, so they don't care.

01:11:49.000 They'd rather, you know, preach about it.

01:11:51.000 But, yeah, there's not been a lot of energy, you know, in the protest movement.

01:11:56.000 You'll see some of it, of course.

01:11:57.000 You know, they'll all be in the same two, three counties across America.

01:12:01.000 But if you look at that map, that big, red, beautiful map, you realize there are no red...

01:12:07.000 There are no blue states, really.

01:12:09.000 There's only blue cities, blue areas.

01:12:14.000 It's so overwhelming.

01:12:15.000 It's sort of amazing.

01:12:16.000 And, you know, we're going to be the president.

01:12:18.000 My father's going to be the president for all Americans.

01:12:20.000 But, yeah, it's nice to see that that energy is sort of dwindled.

01:12:24.000 It only took a couple of days.

01:12:27.000 What do you think your father and Joe Biden will say to each other when they meet this week?

01:12:32.000 That's an interesting one.

01:12:33.000 I got to be a little careful.

01:12:34.000 I got to be a little bit more magnanimous now.

01:12:37.000 It's interesting even seeing my father when he's like, hey, Don, you're too aggressive about this.

01:12:40.000 I'm like, wait a minute.

01:12:41.000 He understands the importance of that role.

01:12:44.000 I imagine it'll be cordial.

01:12:47.000 It was cordial with Obama last time, and then Obama tried shanking him every which way imaginable.

01:12:53.000 The good stuff is, I guess, we've seen what Obama's really about.

01:12:56.000 We saw I think we all understand that Obama now is not this great, nice guy.

01:13:09.000 He's a bad guy.

01:13:12.000 Always has been.

01:13:14.000 But now that's at least been exposed to hopefully everyone else gets it.

01:13:18.000 But no, listen, I don't know.

01:13:19.000 I guess it depends on the state of Joe Biden.

01:13:20.000 Hopefully he's clear.

01:13:21.000 It's funny, though.

01:13:21.000 You saw him talk a couple times in the last week.

01:13:24.000 He's got a big old smile on his face.

01:13:26.000 He was actually fairly lucid.

01:13:28.000 So I have a feeling, I think I tweeted it, the only person happier on Wednesday morning when they woke up after Election Day, after me, was probably Joe Biden.

01:13:40.000 So I don't know.

01:13:41.000 It could be really interesting.

01:13:42.000 I look forward to getting the readout from my father.

01:13:45.000 I'll be curious to see what he says.

01:13:47.000 You know, maybe I'll let you know how that goes on Thursday.

01:13:50.000 So guys, thank you so much for tuning in.
