00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:05:17.000 Okay.
00:05:19.000 Guys, I don't know what the hell happened there.
00:05:21.000 I started yakking and then I'm like, I don't see myself moving at all.
00:05:25.000 Seems like a problem.
00:05:26.000 Someone said they want to see my sexy face.
00:05:28.000 I appreciate that.
00:05:29.000 Thank you very much, guys.
00:05:30.000 It was weird.
00:05:31.000 I was seeing the live chat, but we weren't up.
00:05:32.000 But anyway, new exciting episode of Triggered Tonight.
00:05:37.000 All right.
00:06:00.000 as the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
00:06:03.000 This is a really big deal.
00:06:05.000 As I've told you guys, I've been very involved in sort of building that coalition, whether it's RFK, whether it's Tulsi, leaning in to the Maha Make America Healthy Again movement.
00:06:16.000 So we're going to cover all of that.
00:06:18.000 It was actually really cool being in the room, watching it happen, you know, months of hard work, a great alliance, people who are just really gotten to know each other and get along great.
00:06:27.000 It was really cool.
00:06:28.000 Then I actually I'm sitting in one of the transition meetings and I'm seeing it go like, I guess someone must have leaked it or whatever it may be.
00:06:35.000 So I was like, I posted about it.
00:06:36.000 And I guess other people were speculating, but it looked like it was real.
00:06:39.000 So I posted like, hey, this happened, yada, yada, yada.
00:06:41.000 They're like, are you leaking this?
00:06:42.000 I go, no, I'm not leaking it.
00:06:44.000 I'm watching it blow up all over the internet.
00:06:45.000 What are you talking about?
00:06:47.000 I am apparently being accused of being the leaker.
00:06:49.000 I think everyone got it.
00:06:50.000 It's a joke, but all good.
00:06:52.000 But we're following through, guys, on the promises that we made.
00:06:56.000 Remember when I said this?
00:06:57.000 I was like, hey, I'm gonna do this.
00:06:58.000 I'm gonna backchannel.
00:06:59.000 I gave Bobby a handshake.
00:07:00.000 I gave Tulsi a handshake.
00:07:02.000 Here we are.
00:07:03.000 Tulsi gets DNI, Director of National Intelligence, RFK, Head of HHS. I did what I said I was going to do.
00:07:13.000 A lot more to be done, obviously, but those were a couple of the big ones where I went out on a limb and just want to make sure that we understand that I'm a man of my word.
00:07:21.000 So we're following through on our promises, we're putting people in positions where they can succeed, and we're picking people with the courage to actually do what's right in the moments that matter most.
00:07:33.000 Speaking of which, we'll be joined tonight By incoming border star, Tom Homan.
00:07:40.000 Tom, obviously a friend of the show, friend of the family, a tough guy who's going to fix the border.
00:07:46.000 You've probably been watching the video clips.
00:07:48.000 Some of them are pretty epic.
00:07:50.000 So I'm super excited about that one as well.
00:07:53.000 Tom will be a little bit different than the last border star, Kamala Harris.
00:07:57.000 He...
00:07:58.000 We'll be putting illegal immigrant criminals on notice.
00:08:02.000 You won't want to miss this.
00:08:04.000 Make sure your friends are watching as well.
00:08:05.000 Also, make sure that you're liking, sharing, subscribing, so you never miss one of these major episodes.
00:08:11.000 And if your friends aren't watching us, now is a great time to start.
00:08:15.000 And if you don't watch it here on Rumble, or if you get your podcast, perhaps just the audio side, remember, you can go to Spotify or Apple Podcasts if you miss the show here.
00:08:23.000 So make sure everyone is seeing it.
00:08:26.000 That's right.
00:08:27.000 The Avengers, it's coming together.
00:08:29.000 I said it was going to happen.
00:08:30.000 Other people made the memes.
00:08:32.000 Others work to actually effectuate those changes.
00:08:36.000 It's all of us collectively that are going to fix America.
00:08:40.000 Guys, for all of the top headlines that we'll spotlight here on the show, go over to my news app, MXM News, where you can get the mainstream news without the mainstream bias.
00:08:49.000 Also, keep supporting some of our great sponsors who have the guts to support programming like this.
00:08:55.000 So check out the Birch Gold Group and diversify your savings.
00:08:59.000 With my father back in office, you're going to have more money in your paycheck.
00:09:02.000 That means you'll have more opportunities to plan for the futures.
00:09:05.000 One of the ways you do that is by diversifying your portfolio into gold.
00:09:09.000 For over 20 years, Birch Gold Group has helped thousands of Americans protect their savings by converting an IRA or a 401k into an IRA in physical gold.
00:09:19.000 To learn more, text Don Jr., D-O-N-J-R, to the number 989898 and claim you are free, no obligation info kit on gold.
00:09:29.000 Again, Don Jr.
00:09:30.000 to the number 989898.
00:09:32.000 It's free.
00:09:33.000 Educate yourself and learn.
00:09:35.000 Now, let's get into some of the top headlines before we get to border czar Tom Holman.
00:09:41.000 So, obviously, the big news, I know, just tweeting about it and posting it on Instagram and on, you know, truth, like, this one's blowing up bigly.
00:09:48.000 So, let's begin.
00:09:50.000 With RFK Jr., who is now officially nominated to be the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
00:09:57.000 This is a massive win for our country.
00:09:59.000 Our nation is unhealthy and our food supply is compromised by pesticides and other nasty chemicals.
00:10:08.000 Bobby's nomination shows that we're serious about making America healthy again.
00:10:13.000 American families are cheering this move.
00:10:15.000 And you know who really hates it, guys?
00:10:17.000 I mean...
00:10:18.000 Really hates it.
00:10:19.000 You know who's lost like billions in market cap?
00:10:23.000 Pharmaceutical companies.
00:10:24.000 The lobbyists for big pharma are also not happy, but they'll still get paid because those things are going to pay them well to try to subvert this agenda.
00:10:33.000 But if you look at the stock prices of the major pharmaceutical companies, they are down a lot.
00:10:39.000 Because they understand they're not going to be able to poison our kids anymore with this nonsense.
00:10:44.000 There's going to have to be some accountability.
00:10:46.000 Bobby is incredibly well-versed and informed as anyone about how we are poisoning ourselves with our food production and the system that's just out of whack in this country.
00:10:57.000 Here's just a quick example of that.
00:11:01.000 A big part of it is our diet.
00:11:04.000 Restaurants that serve contaminated food are fined or shut down.
00:11:09.000 But when it's the government that approves the poisons in our food, a few people get very, very rich and the toxins end up in every supermarket aisle.
00:11:18.000 Let me show you what I mean.
00:11:20.000 Doritos, Cheez-Its, Cap'n Crunch, gummy bears.
00:11:24.000 Everyone knows that these are junk foods so maybe you wouldn't be too surprised to see that the ingredients include a lot of poisons including a harmful yellow dye called tatrazine or yellow dye number five.
00:11:37.000 What you may not know is that this dye was originally made out of this sludge that's left over when you turn coal into coke for blast furnaces.
00:11:45.000 It's called coal tar and I've actually We
00:12:50.000 can actually start focusing on making Americans healthier rather than just doing whatever Big Pharma wants, which sadly is how the country has been run for far too long.
00:12:59.000 And speaking of health, Joe Biden literally looked decades younger and had a big ol' smile on his face this week when my father returned to the White House.
00:13:08.000 I mean...
00:13:09.000 I've been saying it.
00:13:10.000 I'm 99% sure Joe Biden voted for Trump.
00:13:13.000 He understands what the Democrat Party did to him.
00:13:15.000 He understands what Kamala Harris did to him.
00:13:17.000 It wasn't a coincidence that Jill wore red the other day to the Kamala Harris whatever it was concession thing.
00:13:24.000 I think he voted for Trump.
00:13:26.000 There's no denying it.
00:13:27.000 I don't know if you've seen the pictures yet, but if you haven't, they are on the screen now.
00:13:32.000 I don't think anyone has seen Biden this happy, arguably, in years.
00:13:38.000 And Democrats are now wondering, wait, We thought Trump wasn't an evil fascist.
00:13:46.000 What's going on?
00:13:47.000 I mean, they have the orange Fuhrer in the office.
00:13:49.000 I thought he was the greatest threat to democracy ever, yet they seem to be getting along swimmingly.
00:13:54.000 Watch this clip from Charlemagne talking about just that.
00:14:00.000 Now, granted, you know, I'm glad it's a peaceful transition to power, but what happened to the threat of democracy talk?
00:14:06.000 What happened to the fascist talk?
00:14:07.000 By the way, I know I've said those things about Trump as well, but I'm not talking about me.
00:14:11.000 I'm talking about his political opponents like President Biden.
00:14:14.000 When they say it, it holds way more weight than me.
00:14:17.000 I'm just trying to figure out how do you go from he's an essential threat to democracy to welcome back.
00:14:23.000 He was happy too.
00:14:24.000 He was happy.
00:14:25.000 He was smiling.
00:14:25.000 He was grinning.
00:14:26.000 He was cheesing.
00:14:27.000 Say cheese.
00:14:28.000 He was cheesing.
00:14:29.000 I'm just trying to figure out how.
00:14:30.000 I understand President Biden believes in political norms, but damn.
00:14:34.000 That man is happy as hell to leave.
00:14:36.000 He don't care.
00:14:36.000 Okay, you want to go.
00:14:39.000 Yeah.
00:14:58.000 Are we back?
00:15:01.000 Thank you.
00:15:03.000 All right, guys, I'm sorry.
00:15:04.000 The clips, something's going on with the computers, so I can't do the clips.
00:15:08.000 There's a couple really good ones, unfortunately, I wanted to show you, but especially the Tom Homan clips, some of those are epic, but we'll just talk it through with him directly.
00:15:16.000 So, of course, the left is completely phony.
00:15:19.000 Voters saw through it before the election, and they see it now as well.
00:15:23.000 While Biden certainly seems happy to be gone after January, Anthony Blinken is panicking.
00:15:29.000 And he's trying to make sure that peace in the Ukraine doesn't actually happen.
00:15:33.000 He wants to send all the money he can there before January 20th.
00:15:38.000 There's a clip of it.
00:15:39.000 He talks about it.
00:15:40.000 He wants to give them unlimited money so we can keep the death going on forever.
00:15:44.000 Well, We're going to stop it.
00:15:47.000 We're going to create peace.
00:15:48.000 That's what my father promised.
00:15:49.000 What we're seeing in the Ukraine has to be the biggest money laundering operation in history.
00:15:54.000 Can you imagine what we're going to find once all of the auditing starts?
00:15:59.000 Because there's no question, we have to do that.
00:16:02.000 Big changes are coming, guys.
00:16:03.000 In the past few days, my father has nominated Matt Gaetz, Pete Hegseth, and Tulsi Gabbard to key cabinet roles.
00:16:10.000 Are you guys tired of all the winning yet?
00:16:13.000 I hope you're not, because it's just getting started.
00:16:17.000 The fake news is already starting with their smears for the nominees.
00:16:20.000 For example, they're attacking Pete Hegseth and claiming he's simply a TV host and failing to mention that he's a major in the Army National Guard.
00:16:28.000 He's been there for decades.
00:16:30.000 He has two bronze stars and decades of service.
00:16:35.000 He also happened to go to Harvard and Princeton.
00:16:37.000 He didn't let the Chinese spy balloon stroll across our skies.
00:16:41.000 He didn't wear a mask like Darth Vader with all sorts of medals like Lloyd Austin.
00:16:45.000 He didn't leave our weapons in the hands of the Taliban.
00:16:48.000 He didn't cover up and hide the hospitalization like Lloyd Austin also did.
00:16:53.000 That's what Biden's defense secretary.
00:16:56.000 Lloyd Austin did.
00:16:57.000 That's who the experts like in power.
00:17:01.000 That's who the defense lobbyists want in control.
00:17:04.000 Those are the types of failures that get board seats at Raytheon.
00:17:09.000 And it's why the defense lobbyists hate Pete Hexeth, because he's taking the job for all of the right reasons, not there simply to sell out to the swamp.
00:17:19.000 And as for Tulsi Gabbard, another one I promised you we'd make happen, they're trying to claim she's some sort of traitor despite being a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
00:17:29.000 Remember, they're literally calling her an agent of Russia, the lunatic never Trumpers and some of the crazy people on the left.
00:17:35.000 She's an asset of Russia.
00:17:37.000 Here we go again, folks.
00:17:39.000 Get ready for the ride.
00:17:40.000 We're going to have four more years of Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:17:44.000 People forget that Tulsi used to be loved by the liberal media.
00:17:48.000 She was the vice chair of the DNC, okay?
00:17:51.000 Literally, the vice chairman of the Democrat National Committee at one point.
00:17:55.000 But once she started speaking out, they decided to smear her.
00:17:59.000 Once she started calling out the DNC for rigging their primaries and calling out Democrats' newfound love for endless wars, Democrats, all of a sudden, had no place for her.
00:18:09.000 As for Matt Gaetz, check out this clip.
00:18:12.000 Well, we won't be able to show you the clip because I'm not going through the glitching process again, but let's just say it's epic.
00:18:18.000 And if you guys know Matt Gaetz, it's going to be good.
00:18:21.000 When he calls out disgraced former FBI official Andy McCabe, he thinks he's attacking Gates.
00:18:28.000 He actually makes a great argument for his nomination.
00:18:31.000 A disrupter?
00:18:32.000 Oh no, anything but that, guys.
00:18:35.000 All of the experts have done such a wonderful job racking up $35 trillion in debt and endless wars.
00:18:41.000 God forbid we do something a little bit different.
00:18:44.000 To remind you, Andy McCabe was fired after leaking to the media and lying about it to the FBI and their agents.
00:18:52.000 Think about that.
00:18:53.000 If I did that, I'd be in jail.
00:18:55.000 He gets to star on MSDNC and CNN. He gets essentially a promotion For lying under oath, for committing perjury.
00:19:03.000 He is the whole reason that the FBI needs to be reformed, and Matt Gaetz is the perfect man to do it.
00:19:08.000 The FBI has spent years going after its political opponents, including not just my dad, but concerned parents.
00:19:15.000 It's time for it to go back to its core mission of keeping Americans safe.
00:19:21.000 I know.
00:19:21.000 I know, guys.
00:19:22.000 It's a novel concept.
00:19:23.000 It's going to take so much time to get used to, like, people doing their actual jobs.
00:19:28.000 I understand.
00:19:28.000 I know that's unusual.
00:19:30.000 I know that's different.
00:19:31.000 But we're going to fix it.
00:19:33.000 And Matt Gaetz will work with a new FBI director to restore integrity to our justice system and our rule of law.
00:19:40.000 We're not tolerating any more swamp corruption from folks like Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray.
00:19:46.000 And speaking of left-wing madness, we also have a triggered exclusive story to break right here on the show.
00:19:53.000 We have even more evidence of Democrats having a tough time handling this election.
00:19:58.000 We obtained an email sent to employees of the Los Angeles Public Health Department the day after the election.
00:20:05.000 They were told it's normal to be feeling heart sick, folks, heart sick and worried.
00:20:11.000 And we're given a list of mental health support resources.
00:20:15.000 We'll post the email.
00:20:16.000 I think we can probably do that.
00:20:17.000 The clips haven't been working video by us, but the pictures are hopefully up.
00:20:21.000 Now, the email was sent by department chief Dr.
00:20:24.000 Barbara Ferrer, who it turns out isn't even a real doctor.
00:20:34.000 Probably one of the least shocking things ever.
00:20:36.000 But no, she's not a medical doctor.
00:20:38.000 She is a doctor in, quote, social welfare.
00:20:40.000 I'm sure that's really helpful when it comes to medicinal emergencies.
00:20:44.000 And based on the email, I guess she's offering taxpayer-funded grief counseling for bureaucrats Upset with the election result.
00:20:53.000 You can't make this stuff up, folks.
00:20:55.000 It's pretty special.
00:20:57.000 These people are truly morons.
00:20:59.000 Imagine these people having to make real decisions about your health.
00:21:01.000 They can't handle the results of an election.
00:21:04.000 And lastly, folks, over in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a Democrat commissioner just said that it's fine to count illegal ballots.
00:21:12.000 She even admitted she knows what she is doing, and she knows that it's illegal.
00:21:17.000 It's against the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruling about illegal ballots.
00:21:21.000 They don't care.
00:21:22.000 That's their only chance to try to claw back a Senate seat.
00:21:25.000 It sounds insane.
00:21:27.000 But to Democrats, it's just another day that ends.
00:21:31.000 And why?
00:21:31.000 I'd play the other video, but you're going to have to take my word for it today.
00:21:34.000 We'll get this sorted out for the next show.
00:21:36.000 Maybe we'll run a separate one where we can plug these in.
00:21:39.000 But she's openly mocking law enforcement and daring them to do something.
00:21:44.000 Let's hope they finally do.
00:21:46.000 When we're back in charge, we know they will.
00:21:48.000 So we're going to get to Tom in just a few seconds, but first check out our great sponsors over at Tax Network USA. Do you owe back taxes?
00:21:56.000 Are your tax returns still unfiled?
00:21:58.000 Did you miss the deadline to file for an extension?
00:22:00.000 Don't get blindsided by the IRS and their heavy-handed tactics.
00:22:05.000 You could face wage garnishment, frozen bank accounts, or even property seizures if you haven't taken action yet.
00:22:11.000 So like I always say, I want you to be prepared.
00:22:14.000 Tax Network USA has helped taxpayers save over a billion in tax debt and has filed.
00:22:20.000 Tax Network USA has helped us to make a decision to make a decision to make a decision to make a decision.
00:22:49.000 Thanks for having me.
00:22:50.000 Thank you.
00:23:20.000 Yeah, I'm getting forward to a lot of negative press.
00:23:25.000 They're all over me, but they simply don't understand that I don't care.
00:23:29.000 I don't care what they think of me.
00:23:30.000 I'm going to do the job.
00:23:31.000 And as a matter of fact, sometimes I get tired, you know, because I'm on the road constantly.
00:23:36.000 I'm fighting a good fight.
00:23:37.000 And every time I read a bad story, it throws gas on my inner fire.
00:23:42.000 So they really help me to keep moving forward.
00:23:45.000 So thank you.
00:23:45.000 I hope another bad story comes out in the next 20 minutes, because then I get fired up again for the rest of the evening.
00:23:50.000 So I'm good with that.
00:23:51.000 So you find out you're built differently.
00:24:06.000 It took me a little longer.
00:24:07.000 You know, I was a little older when I figured that out.
00:24:09.000 Politics was a great step into that.
00:24:11.000 But, I mean, you've done an amazing job with that.
00:24:14.000 And it is.
00:24:15.000 It's perhaps one of the most important jobs in our government right now.
00:24:19.000 We got to secure that border.
00:24:20.000 We got to get rid of the drug dealers.
00:24:21.000 We got to get rid of the criminals.
00:24:22.000 We got to get rid of the rapists.
00:24:23.000 Like, this seems like common sense, but the left being against that, Tells you probably everything you need to know.
00:24:29.000 I mean, is it even shocking to you at this point or are you just used to it?
00:24:33.000 You know, I'm used to it, but sometimes I sit back and think, look, my grandfather's a cop, my father's a cop.
00:24:39.000 I know I was going to be some sort of cop.
00:24:41.000 And I woke up this morning and I was actually in the shower thinking to myself, okay, I'm a bad guy by all the left media.
00:24:47.000 Think about this for a moment.
00:24:49.000 So the people that want to enforce the law, they're the bad guy.
00:24:53.000 But the ones who break the law, they're the victims.
00:24:56.000 It's just incredible how they put this upside down.
00:24:59.000 Again, they can write what they want, and that's why you see me on YouTube in Congressional Testimony.
00:25:05.000 They want to shut you up.
00:25:06.000 They want to let you talk.
00:25:07.000 They can gavel me as much as they want.
00:25:09.000 They can stick to gavel where the sun don't shine.
00:25:11.000 I'm the only one in that room under oath.
00:25:12.000 I'm the only one in that room actually earned the right to talk because of my three and a half decades on the border.
00:25:18.000 I know more about the border than they'll ever know.
00:25:22.000 The left has gone crazy.
00:25:23.000 I got more death threats right now than ever before against me and my family.
00:25:27.000 I actually moved my family out of here.
00:25:28.000 So, you know, it's incredible where we have become.
00:25:32.000 The left has lost their minds.
00:25:34.000 And so please, keep screaming, keep yelling, because I'm coming.
00:25:37.000 And me and the President of the United States is going to make this country safer.
00:25:42.000 We're going to save millions of lives, hundreds of thousands of lives from fentanyl overdoses.
00:25:47.000 We're going to decrease sex trafficking in women and children.
00:25:50.000 We're going to Drastically slow down any terrorist that wants to come across that southern border.
00:25:55.000 We're going to save America and I can't wait to get started January 20th.
00:25:58.000 By the way, it's literally, it's hard to believe that like stopping the sex trafficking of children and the free flow of fentanyl across, it's hard to believe that that's controversial.
00:26:08.000 It's hard to believe that the left actually has no interest in doing that.
00:26:12.000 I guess those people are reliable Democrat voters because of their soft stance on all of those things.
00:26:16.000 But talk about, Tom, the new position.
00:26:19.000 I know Kamala Harris was border czar, but she was...
00:26:25.000 Bordering on, let's just say missing, not even bordering, she was missing.
00:26:29.000 What role will you have in securing the border?
00:26:32.000 How are you going to work with DHS? How are we going to make this happen?
00:26:37.000 The deportation thing, especially of the criminals.
00:26:40.000 How do we effectuate that?
00:26:41.000 How do we do it aggressively and quickly?
00:26:46.000 You know, the best part about this job is I'm guaranteed success because I'm following such utter failure.
00:26:51.000 Yeah, you can't do worse than what Kamala Harris has done.
00:26:53.000 But look, the President's been clear on stage many times.
00:26:56.000 I'm sick and tired of reading these stories, how we're going to go out and round up families and send the military out in the inner city.
00:27:02.000 President Trump's been very clear on national stage.
00:27:05.000 I inherited his same talking points.
00:27:07.000 The President is committed to prioritizing public safety threats And that's for security facts.
00:27:13.000 There's a priority.
00:27:13.000 It doesn't mean everybody's off the table, but we're going to prioritize the most dangerous people to this country.
00:27:18.000 And that's what he did during the first Trump administration.
00:27:21.000 When I was the ICE director, 91% of everybody we arrested was a convicted criminal, pending criminal charges because we found them in a jail, or a fugitive.
00:27:31.000 Great prioritization.
00:27:32.000 We could do the same thing, except this time, no one's off the table.
00:27:34.000 If you're in the country illegally, you're here in violation of law.
00:27:37.000 If you cross the border illegally, that is a crime.
00:27:40.000 You are a criminal.
00:27:41.000 So it's going to be a massive deportation operation, but with common sense, take the worst first.
00:27:46.000 And that's why it shocked me that I'm hearing some of these governors and mayors say they're going to put roadblocks up, they're not going to assist.
00:27:52.000 I cannot believe any elected official does not want to remove public safety threats And national security threats from their communities.
00:28:00.000 I mean, where the hell we are as a nation?
00:28:02.000 But the position that the president has given me as the borders are, I'll be a direct report to the president, and I'll be working very closely with Governor Noem.
00:28:14.000 Who I'm very excited to work with, because she's been a strong proponent of the Trump border policies and green sustenance.
00:28:21.000 So I'll be working very closely with her, and at the White House, we'll be working closely with Steve Miller to drive up policies and push down to the agencies that make common sense and that will get us successful.
00:28:31.000 We need to secure the border.
00:28:33.000 That's one priority.
00:28:34.000 At the same time, we've got a dual track.
00:28:35.000 We need to run this deportation operation.
00:28:37.000 So I'm going to be working on both from the White House.
00:28:40.000 We work shoulder to shoulder with Secretary Noem.
00:28:44.000 And the problem is she's got a big job.
00:28:46.000 People don't understand.
00:28:47.000 That position is probably the worst one in the entire government because she's got such a mess.
00:28:52.000 FEMA's broken.
00:28:53.000 She's got to fix that.
00:28:54.000 Secret Service is broken.
00:28:55.000 She's got to fix that.
00:28:56.000 She has a Coast Guard, TSA, and all this immigration stuff.
00:29:00.000 I will be able to help her with immigration stuff.
00:29:02.000 I've done it three and a half decades so we can hit the ground running.
00:29:05.000 So what does that day one plan to secure the border look like to you?
00:29:09.000 What does that look like from a policy standpoint, from a resource standpoint, and ultimately from an enforcement standpoint?
00:29:16.000 End catch and release.
00:29:17.000 That needs to happen day one.
00:29:18.000 If you're coming to the border, you're going to be detained or removed.
00:29:21.000 Because if you end catch and release, they'll stop coming.
00:29:24.000 President Trump proved that under the first administration with the Remain in Mexico program.
00:29:28.000 When they realized they had to wait in Mexico and they weren't going to be released to the United States, it took about two months, and they stopped coming.
00:29:35.000 They stopped coming because they knew they weren't being released in the United States.
00:29:37.000 They knew they didn't qualify for asylum.
00:29:39.000 They're not going to spend all their money, give it to the criminal cartels to wait in Mexico to fight a case they knew they're not going to win.
00:29:45.000 People need to understand this.
00:29:46.000 And President Trump clearly understood this during the first administration.
00:29:50.000 If you look at the immigration court data over the last 10 years, it says this.
00:29:54.000 Nearly 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum at our southern border never get relief from the U.S. course.
00:30:00.000 They simply don't qualify for asylum.
00:30:02.000 They'll get an order of removal.
00:30:03.000 That's why when President Trump came up with the Remain of Mexico program, that was a game changer.
00:30:08.000 And not only that, he saved thousands of lives because people weren't trying to swim across the river and drowning.
00:30:15.000 They weren't dying in the desert.
00:30:18.000 Women weren't being sexually assaulted by the cartels because the traffic start flowing.
00:30:22.000 And so the Remain in Mexico program has to be put back in place.
00:30:25.000 The Third Safe Country agreements have to be put back in place.
00:30:28.000 And that's where if you're leaving El Salvador and you really think you're escaping fear and persecution in El Salvador, And you get to Mexico, have you not escaped that fear and persecution?
00:30:37.000 You're no longer there.
00:30:38.000 Claim asylum in Mexico.
00:30:40.000 And we gotta finish the wall.
00:30:42.000 The wall works.
00:30:44.000 And this administration, live from day one, they stopped building that wall.
00:30:47.000 Every place, anybody can go to CBP.gov, and they should.
00:30:50.000 Every place they build a border barrier, illegal immigration went down, Illegal drug flow went down.
00:30:55.000 And equally important, it saves lives.
00:30:59.000 Women and children can't get over that wall.
00:31:01.000 So they'll go to a place where there's not a wall.
00:31:03.000 And what's waiting on them?
00:31:04.000 The men and women of the Border Patrol, who's going to take care of their medical and humanitarian needs right away because they're in bad shape and they get here.
00:31:10.000 President Trump's policies, when he moved immigration to a 45-year low, where illegal immigration was down 90%, How many women did get raped to come across that border?
00:31:21.000 How many children didn't die in that river?
00:31:23.000 How many known suspected terrorists didn't come across that border?
00:31:27.000 How many pounds of fentanyl didn't come to the United States to kill young Americans?
00:31:30.000 How many billions of dollars did the cartels not make?
00:31:33.000 President Trump's policies were very humane and they saved thousands of lives.
00:31:37.000 We had the most secure border in my lifetime.
00:31:40.000 Yeah, I mean, interesting point in that so many of these people, they're going through three, four, five, six, eight countries to get here.
00:31:48.000 If they're really seeking asylum, don't they just need to get out of the country of residence?
00:31:52.000 But it's not that.
00:31:53.000 No, Mexico ain't giving them $10,000 a court date in 30 years and an Obama phone.
00:31:59.000 It's just very different.
00:32:00.000 So if the claim for asylum was real, you'd think, hey, they'd be satisfied just getting out of their country, but they're not.
00:32:06.000 They're gaming a system.
00:32:08.000 It's largely nonsense.
00:32:10.000 That doesn't mean there's not some people that are legitimately being persecuted, but it ain't the 10 or 20 million people that came across the border.
00:32:16.000 Many of the cases, they're here for the handouts.
00:32:20.000 You're exactly right.
00:32:21.000 So I'm excited.
00:32:23.000 We're already working on a plan.
00:32:24.000 So we're going to secure the border.
00:32:26.000 At the same time, we run a deportation operation.
00:32:29.000 I already explained the priorities to you.
00:32:30.000 And lastly, President Trump has committed to this, which no one's talking about.
00:32:35.000 This administration, half a million children were trafficked into the United States by criminal cartels.
00:32:40.000 This administration can't find more than 300,000 children.
00:32:45.000 How is that not the biggest story in the world?
00:32:47.000 I mean, 300,000 children.
00:32:49.000 I mean, think about that.
00:32:51.000 That's insane.
00:32:52.000 It's insane.
00:32:53.000 It's not even a talking point.
00:32:54.000 I talk about, you know, fentanyl killing 100,000 Americans a year.
00:32:58.000 That's two Vietnams a year.
00:33:00.000 And it's like, ah, no big deal.
00:33:02.000 No big deal.
00:33:03.000 It's ludicrous.
00:33:05.000 It is.
00:33:06.000 And you know, I was at the RNC with you and I saw a reporter come up to you and threw out, hey, is President Trump going to separate families against Zero Thomas?
00:33:13.000 I would love to have been there.
00:33:14.000 I would say, look, you talk about 2,500 separations because we locked the parent up.
00:33:18.000 The same we locked U.S. citizen parents up every day across this country when they commit a crime.
00:33:23.000 The child won't go to jail with them.
00:33:24.000 It's unfortunate.
00:33:25.000 It's sad, but that's law enforcement, right?
00:33:27.000 Why come you guys aren't talking about 300,000 children that you can't find?
00:33:31.000 And based on my experience, three and a half decades, some of these children are in sex trafficking.
00:33:36.000 Some of these children are in forced labor.
00:33:38.000 ICE has already found many in forced labor, cleaning up entrails in a meatpacking plant at a midnight shed.
00:33:43.000 Some of these children live with pedophiles.
00:33:45.000 So look, President Trump's committed.
00:33:47.000 While we do the operation, we secure the border.
00:33:49.000 There's also going to be a task force.
00:33:50.000 We need to save these children and find them and reunite them with their families.
00:33:55.000 So, Tom, we've discussed this in the past on the show.
00:33:58.000 I've seen it in the weeks coming up to the election.
00:34:01.000 Basically, anyone at Border Patrol, leadership there, they've been so demoralized.
00:34:06.000 They've basically said, hey, if Kamala Harris wins, we're just going to quit and we're going to leave because nothing's going to change and it's game over.
00:34:13.000 How is this change in leadership affecting morale over at the Border Patrol or at ICE? How is it affecting them on the ground?
00:34:22.000 I have to imagine it's very significant.
00:34:26.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:34:27.000 Bill Moosin did a story the other day, the morale sky high.
00:34:29.000 They went from being in the toilet with no hope to being sky high.
00:34:34.000 I literally had to clear my phone in my email.
00:34:37.000 Because not only is the Border Patrol, the morale is at an all-time high right now because of the re-election of President Trump.
00:34:44.000 But I got retired Border Patrol agents.
00:34:46.000 I got retired ICE agents.
00:34:48.000 I got guys that just left the military.
00:34:50.000 I got retired cops all across the country killing my email, wanting to volunteer to help President Trump secure this border and do this deportation operation.
00:35:00.000 So not only the guys on the ground ecstatic, We've got thousands of retirees begging to come back and help President Trump secure the border and save lives.
00:35:11.000 So I've never seen anything like it.
00:35:12.000 I mean, it makes me happy because I was a Border Patrol agent.
00:35:16.000 I was the first ICE director to actually come up to the ranks.
00:35:19.000 I was a Special Agent for many years, and I felt for these guys.
00:35:22.000 And every time I was around during the campaign year, I go out in the field and I tell these guys, just hang on.
00:35:28.000 Please don't leave.
00:35:29.000 Just hang on, because we got a new president coming, and you're going to be able to do your job again.
00:35:33.000 You'll be able to uphold the oath you took to enforce the law.
00:35:37.000 You're going to stop being Uber drivers.
00:35:38.000 You're going to stop being tourist agents.
00:35:40.000 You're going to be enforcing the law, securing this border, and making this country safe again.
00:35:44.000 So I'm glad many listened.
00:35:46.000 And I was told right now by somebody high up in CBP, there's a lot of pending retirement papers that were submitted, and 90% of them pulled back.
00:35:55.000 I love that.
00:35:55.000 Guys are saying, pull them back.
00:35:58.000 You hear about that, that's obviously incredible news.
00:36:02.000 There's clearly a mandate, not just electing my father, but mass deportations, even worded that way, is actually popular with a pretty overwhelming majority of the country.
00:36:13.000 Everything that we do with the politics, 50 plus or minus one basis point, it was in the mid-high 60s that they want this program.
00:36:22.000 That's pretty incredible.
00:36:25.000 I think it'd be higher than that if they really understood the whole issue.
00:36:29.000 I've been on a lot of shows lately and people say, well, isn't that kind of over the top?
00:36:33.000 Isn't that kind of racist?
00:36:34.000 Look, millions of people have crossed our border.
00:36:37.000 They demand the right to see a judge.
00:36:39.000 They demand the right to have asylum.
00:36:41.000 They demand due process.
00:36:42.000 You know what?
00:36:43.000 This country gives it to my great taxpayer expense.
00:36:45.000 But at the end of that process, When 9 out of 10 get ordered removed and a federal judge says you lose your case, you're about to go home.
00:36:51.000 If those orders are not executed and taken seriously, then what the hell are we doing?
00:36:57.000 You might as well just shut down the immigration court because those decisions don't mean anything.
00:37:01.000 Take the Border Patrol off the border because there's no consequence.
00:37:04.000 When you have the historic illegal immigration crisis that we've had with over 10 million encounters and up to 8 million being released, of course there has to be a historic deportation operation because we're dealing with millions of people where 90% of them are going to get an order removed that must be carried out.
00:37:20.000 And besides that, you've got to ask them, what is your alternative?
00:37:23.000 To just let them stay?
00:37:25.000 Because if you do that, every person in the world is going to want to come to the greatest nation on earth if they know they can enter illegally, lose their case, and still not be sent home.
00:37:34.000 We have to fix the border, and the way we fix it is through consequences and enforcing the law.
00:37:39.000 If we enforce a law, we can fix it.
00:37:41.000 Yeah, I mean, I actually saw some news.
00:37:43.000 Some of these migraine caravans are literally turning around.
00:37:46.000 Like, their self...
00:37:48.000 Deporting before they even get here.
00:37:50.000 I mean, we're so back, my friend.
00:37:52.000 We are back.
00:37:53.000 That's a big deal.
00:37:54.000 They just say, hey, gravy train's over.
00:37:56.000 Let's head back home.
00:37:58.000 I mean, if they're doing that on their own, that's pretty amazing.
00:38:01.000 I think if you create something within Border Patrol or working with Governor Noem where, hey, if you leave now on your own and you get back in line, You know, there's a better process for you getting in here than if you're here illegally, in which case you're not ever coming back.
00:38:17.000 I mean, do you see that happening?
00:38:19.000 Because I think creating some of those incentives probably makes your job a lot easier and lets you focus on the criminal element, which is obviously my number one thing you got to get rid of.
00:38:29.000 The rapists, the murderers.
00:38:30.000 I mean, They let in 13,000 murderers, knowingly.
00:38:34.000 They let in 16,000 rapists and sex offenders, knowingly.
00:38:38.000 This is Biden administration government statistics, 600,000 criminals.
00:38:42.000 That's mind-blowing.
00:38:44.000 But you see a structure like that where you actually get some of them to do the right thing so that they're not later on penalized when they actually want to come to America.
00:38:54.000 Yeah, you know, that's a great question, and you get it, Adan, because that's something I've been talking about in the last few days, that, look, you hear it legally, understand something.
00:39:04.000 If we deport you and go through a formal deportation process, you get an actual deportation order, you got a 20-year bar, which means you can't apply for a work visa, a tourist visa.
00:39:17.000 If you have a U.S. citizen child, they can't even petition for you.
00:39:20.000 So leave the country under your own free will.
00:39:24.000 Don't get a deportation order.
00:39:26.000 And you can apply for a work visa.
00:39:28.000 You can apply for a visitor visa.
00:39:30.000 If you have relatives that can petition for it, that can happen.
00:39:33.000 But if you don't leave on your own, we have to formally remove you.
00:39:35.000 You got a 20-year bar.
00:39:37.000 And that's the message we need to get out there right away to the people.
00:39:41.000 I think you see a lot of people self-deport because they know, okay, this is President Trump.
00:39:46.000 He's serious about this stuff.
00:39:47.000 He's proved that before.
00:39:48.000 So the chances are I'm going to be deported if I don't leave on my own.
00:39:52.000 So we hope that helps.
00:39:54.000 It mentions to the people, look, we don't want to tear the lights apart.
00:39:57.000 Deport yourself and take an opportunity.
00:40:00.000 Your dad had a great, again, no one talks about it.
00:40:03.000 During the first administration, he came up with an immigration plan.
00:40:06.000 And it talked about coming to the country based on merit, not some stupid lottery.
00:40:10.000 But even in his plan, he still talked about mothers and fathers, sons and daughters.
00:40:15.000 So there will be an opportunity for people to come back legally if they choose to deport and do the right thing.
00:40:20.000 So I think very soon after President Trump takes office, you're going to see another plan go out that makes common sense.
00:40:27.000 Even had a plan for the DACA people, but Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer shut it down.
00:40:33.000 So there is hope for people who want to be part of the greatest nation on earth, but you got to do it legally.
00:40:39.000 And there's going to be ways to do that, but don't get an order of deportation or you lock yourself up for 20 years.
00:40:44.000 I love that.
00:40:45.000 And you see, I mean, the biggest sort of trope from the left lately, I mean, it seems kind of racist, has been basically, who's going to pick your crops?
00:40:53.000 Who's going to do this?
00:40:54.000 Like, I mean, it seems like you solved that with that alone, which is like, hey, you get a work visa.
00:40:58.000 If you come here, you don't just get birthright immunity if you start having children.
00:41:03.000 I mean, you can do that, and they can sign up for it.
00:41:05.000 They can get the jobs.
00:41:06.000 We can fill the jobs that may or may not be needed.
00:41:08.000 We can do that the right way.
00:41:10.000 There's a way to do this In common sense, the left is just not for that because their whole idea has been clearly to create a mass of reliable Democrat voters, especially in red states, so that they could take over and have power, not because it has anything to do with humanity or anything else like that.
00:41:28.000 Yeah, you know, I think the voting is one thing, but they don't even have to get there.
00:41:32.000 Remember when Joe Biden wrote 90s Act with orders abolishing everything President Trump created and took the most secure border to historic, never seen before in numbers, he also overturned the Trump census rule.
00:41:43.000 So millions of illegal aliens released in sanctuary cities will be counted in the next census, which means when they reproportionate seats in the House, that means Dems get more seats in the House, which means they control the House forever.
00:41:54.000 That is your first goal.
00:41:55.000 Then the second goal, of course, is vote.
00:41:57.000 So, again, I know President Trump will get back on that census rule.
00:42:00.000 It makes sense.
00:42:01.000 If you're not in this country legally, You should be counting the census.
00:42:05.000 We should proportionate seats in the House based on how many illegal aliens are in your district.
00:42:09.000 You should be punished for how many illegal aliens are in your district, not be rewarded with more seats.
00:42:14.000 So that's your plan, because I've said it many times.
00:42:18.000 Any Democrat on the Hill that I get an argument with, they never can answer this one question.
00:42:22.000 And I ask them, I said, give me one downside on a secure border.
00:42:26.000 Give me a downside.
00:42:28.000 What's the downside on less immigration?
00:42:29.000 What's the downside on less sex trafficking?
00:42:31.000 What's the downside on less women getting raped?
00:42:32.000 What's the downside on less fentanyl?
00:42:36.000 What's the downside on less terrorists?
00:42:38.000 What's the downside on less sex trafficking?
00:42:40.000 Give me a downside on a secure board.
00:42:41.000 They can't give you one.
00:42:43.000 They can just, in their minds, they're thinking, more illegal aliens here, the more power we have.
00:42:48.000 They perceive a future political benefit in opening this border, and that's why they did it.
00:42:52.000 There's no other reason to do it.
00:42:53.000 Yeah, it's always just been power.
00:42:55.000 And when we say that, we call it out.
00:42:56.000 They tried calling us every name in the book, but that's the reality, because they can't give you a downside for it.
00:43:01.000 But, Tom, what do the mass deportations look like?
00:43:05.000 For example, I guess my understanding is we have well over a million illegal aliens who have been issued Deportation orders.
00:43:12.000 They just haven't been carried out.
00:43:15.000 Will those be top priority?
00:43:17.000 I guess after the criminals?
00:43:19.000 Yeah.
00:43:19.000 I mean, the public safety threats, national security threats, as President Trump has said, then we got fugitives.
00:43:25.000 We got a lot of people with fine orders.
00:43:27.000 And why is that important?
00:43:28.000 Because they have no field process.
00:43:31.000 We don't have to wait for a judge to make decisions.
00:43:32.000 The judges made decisions.
00:43:33.000 They choose to ignore it.
00:43:34.000 If you and I didn't have a judge's order, we'd be in prison.
00:43:37.000 So, yeah, that will be a priority, too, because they've had their due process, that great tax rate.
00:43:41.000 They've got to go.
00:43:42.000 But like I said, if you enter this country legally and you're here illegally, You better be looking over your shoulder because you're not supposed to be here.
00:43:51.000 And when I drove back home today from D.C., I didn't drive 200 miles an hour because I didn't want to get a ticket.
00:43:56.000 I don't line my taxi because I don't want to go to prison for tax fraud.
00:43:59.000 It's not okay to enter this country illegally.
00:44:03.000 It's not okay to be here illegally.
00:44:05.000 If you and I were in any other country around the world illegally, I'd be pooping my drawers every day waiting for the hammer to come down.
00:44:13.000 It's not okay to be here legally.
00:44:15.000 And I get it.
00:44:15.000 I get you want to be part of the greatest nation on earth.
00:44:18.000 I get it.
00:44:19.000 But there's right way and wrong way to do it.
00:44:20.000 I did an interview last night with Chris Cuomo.
00:44:24.000 And he talked about, well, some of these people are just coming back.
00:44:28.000 I said, I get that.
00:44:29.000 But it's not innocent illegal immigration.
00:44:31.000 When you got this kind of a surge coming across the border, which you call innocent illegal immigration because they're not criminals, It overwhelms the Border Patrol.
00:44:39.000 And all through this administration, the Biden administration, an average of 70% of agents have been pulled off the line, off patrol, to make challenges, change diapers, make baby formula, and do that type of stuff.
00:44:51.000 I said, when you do that, so this mass immigration takes law enforcement personnel off their national security duty.
00:44:56.000 That's when the cartels move the dope.
00:44:58.000 That's when they move the gang members and criminals that don't want to be vetted.
00:45:01.000 That's when they move the sex trafficking victims.
00:45:03.000 And that's when they're going to remove people that want to do this country harm from a terrorist organization or from a country that sponsored terror.
00:45:10.000 So that so-called innocent illegal immigration causes all these other bad things to happen.
00:45:15.000 That's what makes it even worse than just being a crime entering illegally.
00:45:18.000 It causes much more dangerous things to happen.
00:45:22.000 That's why we need to secure the border.
00:45:24.000 The southern border right now, and even Christopher Wray, who I don't have a lot of Even he said, the Southwest border is the biggest national security vulnerability this nation has ever seen.
00:45:36.000 We know people have crossed that border to come here to do us harm.
00:45:39.000 We just arrested eight of them two months ago.
00:45:41.000 They were planning a terrorist attack in New York New Jersey and California.
00:45:49.000 Luckily, the intelligence community caught them.
00:45:50.000 But you and I both know the intelligence community isn't perfect.
00:45:53.000 They missed Afghanistan, right?
00:45:56.000 And they missed, you know, the 9-11.
00:45:58.000 So thank God they got these guys.
00:46:00.000 But I've said it for the last four years, and even the FBI said it.
00:46:05.000 Something's coming.
00:46:07.000 Something's coming.
00:46:07.000 It's just a matter of when.
00:46:08.000 And when that something happens, I want President Trump to be in the Oval Office because he can handle it.
00:46:14.000 What do you have to say, Tom, to the people who are like, oh, it's going to be too expensive to go through this deportation effort.
00:46:21.000 It's just too expensive.
00:46:23.000 Because, I mean, I hear that a lot and it seems asinine to me because it seems to me like it's much more expensive to basically take care of people indefinitely, to throw them into our school system, our healthcare system, our already crumbling infrastructure.
00:46:36.000 What do you have to say to those people who try to say the cost of doing this is actually far too great?
00:46:41.000 Of course, I said that during that 60 Minutes interview.
00:46:43.000 I did almost a two-hour interview and it went down to 70 minutes.
00:46:46.000 A lot of that was left on the floor.
00:46:47.000 Because the other stuff was too good.
00:46:48.000 Yeah.
00:46:50.000 So look, you're exactly right in your first point.
00:46:52.000 We're spending billions of dollars right now on letting them in the country, giving them free online tickets, putting them in a New York City hotel room at 500 bucks a night, giving them free medical care, giving them three meals a day, in perpetuity, right?
00:47:06.000 Billions of dollars.
00:47:07.000 Not talking about the strain on the school systems, the hospitals, the trauma centers, the social services, all of this stuff.
00:47:13.000 It's costing an average of $181 billion a year in perpetuity, and it's going to get worse.
00:47:19.000 Yeah, this operation is going to cost some money, but in the long run, the taxpayers are going to be saving money.
00:47:24.000 It will be a tax savings for American people over time.
00:47:27.000 And not only that, what I told 60 Minutes, okay, so let me tell you, I met over 100 angel moms and dads.
00:47:33.000 I met the parents of the young women that were raped and murdered.
00:47:38.000 Give me a price tag.
00:47:39.000 What was that life worth?
00:47:40.000 You give me a price tag.
00:47:42.000 What's that life worth?
00:47:43.000 What's one terrorist getting in this country?
00:47:46.000 What's that worth?
00:47:47.000 So I'm willing to spend whatever it takes.
00:47:49.000 And President Trump said the same thing.
00:47:51.000 There's no price tag on protecting American lives and securing this border and protecting our national security.
00:47:57.000 There is no price tag.
00:47:58.000 What level of cooperation do you anticipate countries like Mexico and others that You know, we may want to have, you know, safe third country agreements with.
00:48:10.000 Do you see them going along with this?
00:48:12.000 Are we going to have to exercise some of our economic might to make them go along with it?
00:48:17.000 I know my father did that a lot with the threat of tariffs in Mexico the last time around, etc.
00:48:21.000 Do you see them playing ball off the bat or are we going to have to use other measures to get them to understand that this is going to happen?
00:48:28.000 Well, the president of Mexico now, she's further left leaning.
00:48:33.000 She always took action when President Trump told him, you better stop this caravan.
00:48:37.000 I won't tear the hell out of you.
00:48:39.000 The caravan so quickly was broken apart.
00:48:41.000 They didn't voluntarily break apart.
00:48:42.000 There's Mexican law enforcement involved there.
00:48:44.000 So we'll wait and see.
00:48:45.000 But if it comes to that, to have to put the hammer down, President Trump has no problem doing that.
00:48:51.000 I remember, and we arrested almost 500 gang members in Long Island during Operation Matador, and on the way back from Air Force One, he asked me how quickly to get these people out.
00:48:59.000 And I told him, look, El Salvador has been a problem.
00:49:01.000 They don't want their bad guys back.
00:49:03.000 And President Trump, how long has this been going?
00:49:06.000 I said, we've been going on for several administrations.
00:49:09.000 He goes, okay, thanks for letting me know.
00:49:11.000 Two days later, President Trump calls my office.
00:49:14.000 He says, how many planes can you fill?
00:49:15.000 How many planes can you fill if I have 13 members?
00:49:18.000 I said, I can fill seven.
00:49:19.000 He goes, fill them up.
00:49:20.000 They're gone.
00:49:21.000 So the conversation he had with President El Salvador took two days.
00:49:24.000 So we need a strong president.
00:49:26.000 And like right now, Venezuela is a big problem.
00:49:28.000 They won't take their people back.
00:49:30.000 And Venezuela is going to be a tough thing, but there's a lot of things a president can do.
00:49:34.000 President Reagan in 1984 was a young Border Patrol agent just starting.
00:49:37.000 My first assignment was sitting at a port of entry.
00:49:40.000 After midnight, because the port of entry closed at midnight, to make sure no one flying defensor came over, because we had one DEA agent that was tortured and murdered in Mexico.
00:49:50.000 His name was Kiki Camarana, great guy.
00:49:52.000 He was tortured and murdered in Mexico, and Mexico wouldn't assist with the investigation.
00:49:56.000 He would give us the people responsible.
00:49:58.000 President Reagan said, all right, I'm shutting down the port of entry.
00:50:01.000 And that just devastates the country of Mexico.
00:50:04.000 They have billions of dollars in trade come across with ports.
00:50:07.000 He shut them down.
00:50:08.000 And it took two days.
00:50:09.000 Two days for them to come up with the murderers.
00:50:11.000 So President Trump has a lot of tools in his toolbox.
00:50:15.000 And if he has to use them, there's no doubt in my mind.
00:50:18.000 He's going to use them because America's first with President Trump.
00:50:22.000 So what about the cartel threat?
00:50:24.000 I mean, is there going to be a push to designate them as a foreign terror group?
00:50:27.000 I can't personally think of a actual greater clear and present danger to the United States than the cartels, the fentanyl, the human trafficking.
00:50:36.000 How do you see it?
00:50:37.000 How do we inflict pain on the cartels to get them to stop?
00:50:40.000 I mean, they are functioning.
00:50:42.000 Frankly, they feel like they're higher functioning militarily than the Mexican military.
00:50:47.000 How do we do that to make that happen and end of that?
00:50:50.000 I mean, that's now probably a trillion dollar business for them.
00:50:53.000 They're not just going to go over easily.
00:50:56.000 But the cartels are like a Fortune 500 company.
00:50:59.000 The Sinaloa cartels, they're in over 40 countries on the globe.
00:51:02.000 Not only are they smoking a record amount of narcotics in the United States, they are now in every major city of the United States taking over the distribution within the United States.
00:51:10.000 And at the RNC, during my speech at the RNC, I echoed what President Trump has told me.
00:51:15.000 That he will designate them terrorist organizations, because the criminal cartels in Mexico have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined.
00:51:27.000 Take the 9-11, times that by 100, right?
00:51:30.000 So President Trump says he's going to designate a terrorist organization and wipe them off the face of the earth, because Mexico's not going to do it.
00:51:36.000 Mexico's been dealing with this for 30 years.
00:51:38.000 And I hate to say it, but it's just a fact.
00:51:41.000 Much of the Mexican military, much of the Mexican government, they're corrupt.
00:51:44.000 We know that.
00:51:45.000 That's why even when I was the ICE director, our vetted units, and we vet these guys ourselves that we work with down there, we didn't even tell them everything.
00:51:52.000 Not every cop and soldiers is corrupt.
00:51:54.000 I'm not saying that.
00:51:55.000 I'm sure there's soldiers and police officers down there doing it for the right reason, but there's a lot of corruption there.
00:52:00.000 And the cartels, you know, if you're a police officer and you're making, you know, $36 a week, and the cartel comes and gives you $100,000 to let something happen, they're going to take it.
00:52:09.000 I mean, many of them will.
00:52:10.000 So it's going to take U.S. special operations, U.S. intelligence to track these guys down, follow the money, and just, same thing President Trump did to ISIS in the caliphate.
00:52:21.000 He can do it.
00:52:22.000 He did that terrorist organization.
00:52:23.000 He can do it to the criminal cartels, but it's going to take the United States lead to get it done.
00:52:27.000 Yeah, I mean, we have a quarter of a trillion dollars for Ukraine.
00:52:30.000 No one can articulate what it actually means.
00:52:32.000 It feels like for a small fraction of that, we could actually solve this problem once and for all.
00:52:38.000 Yes, sir.
00:52:39.000 And I think President Trump's the guy to do it.
00:52:41.000 And once he does that, think of the lives, American lives.
00:52:45.000 You know, fentanyl poisonings, the deaths, are the number one cause of death between the ages of 18 and 45.
00:52:53.000 And we've lost over a quarter of a million people just to fentanyl.
00:52:55.000 If you take those cartels out, we're going to be saving a lot of lives.
00:52:59.000 And a lot of violence.
00:53:00.000 Right now, the criminal cartels in Mexico, a lot of people who don't know this, are fighting against each other because they're making record amounts of money smoking an alien, a record amount of money in sex trafficking, a record amount of money in moving drugs across the border.
00:53:11.000 So now the cartels are fighting each other for control of the plazas, their area of operation.
00:53:16.000 So there's a war going on in Mexico right now over the cartels.
00:53:19.000 They're violent.
00:53:20.000 They have military-grade weapons.
00:53:23.000 And they got intelligence.
00:53:25.000 Again, they're like a Fortune 500 company, so the only people that can take them out of business is the United States.
00:53:32.000 We have the capability, and we got a strong president coming in January who is committed to doing that, so I can't wait for that to happen.
00:53:38.000 That's going to save a lot of lives.
00:53:39.000 And it's also going to make living in Mexico better, too.
00:53:41.000 People want to fear about being kidnapped.
00:53:43.000 You can vacation in Mexico to a resort, not after we're being kidnapped and ransomed.
00:53:48.000 It's going to be a lot better for the United States, and it's going to be a lot better for Mexico.
00:53:51.000 Yeah, I mean, I read, I mean, even during their presidential race, like 30 of the candidates for president were murdered.
00:53:57.000 I mean, this is, it's the Wild West.
00:54:00.000 And, you know, I think we can stop it, but we need to actually focus on actually trying to stop it, not just letting it happen.
00:54:08.000 You know, the same old, same old, you know, resting this guy, resting that guy.
00:54:11.000 They've replaced their kingpins, you know, like you and I play chess.
00:54:14.000 It's going to take taking their money, taking their assets, and not just destroying them in Mexico, destroying them in every country they have a presence in.
00:54:22.000 That's why when he doesn't even tear us and open up all these other...
00:54:25.000 Possibilities and authorizations to actually take this thing seriously.
00:54:30.000 So, again, it's not going to happen without the United States of America.
00:54:33.000 It's not going to happen without President Trump.
00:54:35.000 He's going to do it, I promise you.
00:54:37.000 He means business when he says he's going to designate terrorist organizations.
00:54:40.000 And a lot of people are pushing back, well, if you do that, it's going to cause this, cause that.
00:54:43.000 No.
00:54:44.000 This is the most important thing President Trump can do, because we've lost a record amount of Americans from these drugs, and we need to stop it.
00:54:50.000 I know we both have an event to get to this evening, so I think I'll be with you shortly, face to face.
00:54:55.000 But what's your overarching message to Americans who are eager for major border action on minute one?
00:55:03.000 Like, Inauguration Day, one second in.
00:55:06.000 How much will you be able to improve the life of everyday Americans?
00:55:11.000 I got three words for them.
00:55:13.000 Jack and all.
00:55:15.000 Jack and all.
00:55:16.000 I love it.
00:55:17.000 You're going to see us take this country back.
00:55:20.000 And look, like I said before, it isn't just about the deportation and operation.
00:55:23.000 It isn't just about saving the children.
00:55:25.000 It's about securing the border.
00:55:26.000 What's the result?
00:55:28.000 Less overdose deaths.
00:55:30.000 Less sex trafficking.
00:55:31.000 For God's sake, it's one of the worst crimes around.
00:55:33.000 Less migrants dying under this administration.
00:55:36.000 Over 4,000 aliens have died crossing that border, an historic record.
00:55:41.000 When President Trump, again, had immigration on 90% and had that border shut down, he saved thousands of lives.
00:55:48.000 So less aliens die, less Americans die.
00:55:51.000 Wages will increase because you don't have all that illegal labor working for pennies on the dollar up here.
00:55:57.000 Sex trafficking is going to vastly increase.
00:55:59.000 This country is going to be ailing crime.
00:56:01.000 Ailing crime, you're going to see that reduced significantly.
00:56:04.000 As far as Torinda, Agua, and MS-13, I know this to you.
00:56:08.000 My gang's bigger than your gang, and we're going to take you out too.
00:56:11.000 So I can't wait to get started.
00:56:13.000 I'm excited about coming back, serving this country again.
00:56:16.000 Took a huge pay cut, but my wife said if you don't go back, we're going to get divorced because I'm sick and tired of you waking up every day pissed off about you not being able to do anything.
00:56:26.000 So I'm excited about coming back.
00:56:28.000 Well, Tom, I love the energy.
00:56:31.000 Thank you for all of the time.
00:56:33.000 Thank you for everything that you do.
00:56:35.000 I can't wait for you to get started on all of this.
00:56:38.000 And, you know, listen, I look forward to having you on a bunch to give the American people an actual recap.
00:56:44.000 I mean, so much of this administration is going to be about that transparency, understanding what their government is actually doing, seeing it.
00:56:50.000 And there's very little doubt in my mind that you're going to have results quickly.
00:56:56.000 Damn right.
00:56:58.000 Well, thank you very much, bud.
00:56:59.000 Great seeing you.
00:57:00.000 I'll see you live face-to-face in a little bit, probably over at the Lago, but be well and look forward to talking to you soon.
00:57:08.000 Thank you, sir.
00:57:09.000 Thank you, Tom.
00:57:11.000 Well, guys, thank you very much.
00:57:13.000 You know, again, because I have this event tonight, we're going to have to keep it a little bit short.
00:57:16.000 Maybe I'll take a couple of questions, but remember to check out our incredible sponsors.

00:57:57.000 Okay.
00:57:58.000 What were the three words that he said?
00:58:00.000 Shock and awe, folks.
00:58:03.000 Shock and awe.
00:58:05.000 Those are the three words of what the bad guys are going to expect.
00:58:10.000 That's a big one.
00:58:11.000 Tom's going to be all over it.
00:58:14.000 Guy has a lot of energy, a lot of real experience, not a bureaucrat.
00:58:18.000 He's a guy on the ground getting it done.
00:58:23.000 People saying they're so glad Tom's back.
00:58:27.000 100%.
00:58:27.000 Shock and awe.
00:58:29.000 That's going to be a good one.
00:58:30.000 Let's see.
00:58:31.000 Any questions?
00:58:31.000 Any good ones?
00:58:32.000 Bowling ball cannon.
00:58:33.000 Okay, we'll do that.
00:58:34.000 That's always a crowd favorite.
00:58:38.000 That's a little bit, you know, that's a fun one.
00:58:42.000 We'll get to that.
00:58:43.000 Obviously, we have a lot.
00:58:44.000 No anchor babies.
00:58:45.000 Listen, I think that's part of it.
00:58:46.000 You come back in here on a work visa, you can't just lock in for your lifetime.
00:58:50.000 I think those are all things that Tom can do, working with Governor Noem, then Secretary Noem, about all of these things.
00:58:58.000 That's obviously a big one.
00:59:00.000 Let's see.
00:59:03.000 Coda36, great news.
00:59:04.000 America is back.
00:59:05.000 Yes, yes it is, folks.
00:59:07.000 We are so back.
00:59:08.000 We're so back, they're self-deporting.
00:59:10.000 Brandon Herrera for ATF director.
00:59:12.000 You're not the first person who suggested that to me, guys.
00:59:16.000 I think that that could be an interesting one, but we're going to make sure someone good.
00:59:20.000 Don Jr.
00:59:21.000 for ATF director.
00:59:22.000 That would be even more aggressive.
00:59:24.000 They've been asking me, what position do you want?
00:59:26.000 I'm like, ah, no, no position, guys.
00:59:28.000 I've been campaigning for like nine years.
00:59:30.000 Like, I want to get back to being a business guy, doing the things that do that.
00:59:34.000 Obviously, all of that will be around, again, the parallel economy, taking on this.
00:59:37.000 You can't just fix government bureaucracy.
00:59:39.000 You have to do it in corporate America, too.
00:59:42.000 You know, that's perhaps, that's where I'm going to spend most of my time.
00:59:46.000 But, you know, again, it's setting up the framework over the next, not even 90 days anymore, but till January 20th.
00:59:52.000 Getting the right people in there, people who aren't just going to roll over, guys like Tom Holman who are not going to be swayed by a bad article or a bad hit on TV. He's just going to get it done.
01:00:04.000 Don, the former campaign staff from your father's advanced team, opportunity of lifetime.
01:00:07.000 I need to apply for executive position on the president's role.
01:00:10.000 Should I reach out to the guys on the team?
01:00:13.000 If you're on there, you know them.
01:00:15.000 Obviously want people who are there.
01:00:17.000 And again, don't give me the, hey, I was a loyalist from 15.
01:00:20.000 It's like, you know what day one is, as we discussed with Charlie Kirk?
01:00:24.000 What day is it Thursday?
01:00:25.000 I guess that was Monday.
01:00:26.000 I don't even know what day it is.
01:00:27.000 That's how much we're going.
01:00:29.000 But Day one is actually, where were you on January 7th?
01:00:33.000 That's an important one.
01:00:34.000 If you fell for that narrative, you know, it was literally the first unarmed insurrection in the history of the world.
01:00:39.000 It's worse than 9-11 and Pearl Harbor combined.
01:00:42.000 Like, if you're that guy, don't even call, folks, because I'm getting a lot of those calls now, people.
01:00:47.000 Hey, Don, we were with you all along.
01:00:49.000 I'm like, that's weird.
01:00:50.000 You haven't called me since 16 when you wanted a job.
01:00:55.000 Remember that.
01:00:56.000 It's just different.
01:00:57.000 We got a mandate from the American people.
01:00:59.000 The American people see through all the lies.
01:01:01.000 They understand what's going on.
01:01:04.000 Tucker as comms director, that would be a big one.
01:01:07.000 God-fearing American 249, Dan Pagino for USSS. Director, we need answers on the assassination attempts.
01:01:13.000 That's United States Secret Service.
01:01:14.000 Listen, I love it.
01:01:15.000 I've actually already spoken to Dan.
01:01:18.000 You know, definitely want to make sure if he's...
01:01:20.000 I don't know if he's leaving Rumble to do that, but definitely want his advice on that.
01:01:24.000 Someone who knows the job, someone who's been there.
01:01:28.000 The amount of guys that are like the actual door kickers that have reached out to me.
01:01:31.000 Remember, I had a detail for four years.
01:01:32.000 I know a lot of these guys really well.
01:01:34.000 You know, letting those guys get back in charge, not the bureaucrats.
01:01:38.000 That's a big deal.
01:01:40.000 Leg day reps.
01:01:41.000 We have an amazing cabinet so far.
01:01:42.000 I agree.
01:01:45.000 We are back, folks.
01:01:46.000 K-Gun Girl, appreciate that.
01:01:49.000 Let's see.
01:01:51.000 We'll...
01:01:53.000 Donnie's girl idea.
01:01:54.000 Will they give Pete Buttigieg his pink lip?
01:01:56.000 I have a feeling.
01:01:57.000 I have a feeling so.
01:01:59.000 I mean, if the guy can't show up to Ohio when you have a major spill, as we saw in East Palestine, if he only shows up because Trump shows up, probably not a great guy for any of these things.
01:02:14.000 Vmoron28, Dan, Dan, Dan.
01:02:15.000 Obviously, that's going to be about Bongino.
01:02:17.000 People love that idea, so we got to talk about it.
01:02:20.000 People definitely want a strong ATF director.
01:02:23.000 Get rid of the nonsense.
01:02:24.000 I agree with all of that.
01:02:26.000 But guys, I apologize.
01:02:27.000 We're going to have to cut this one a little bit short because I have to get over to the Lago.
01:02:30.000 A lot going on.
01:02:32.000 But if I'm there, I'm sure there'll be some breaking news on Monday that we can talk about to make everything all the more.
01:02:39.000 Interesting.
01:02:39.000 So you guys are the best.
01:02:41.000 We're going to have a fun weekend.
01:02:42.000 We'll talk about some of that on Monday.
01:02:44.000 I'm not going to tease it too much, but we're going to be doing some fun stuff with the big man, DJT, your favorite big man, not the 10% for the big man guy.
01:02:52.000 So we'll have some fun with that.
01:02:54.000 You guys have an awesome weekend.
01:02:56.000 I'll be seeing you soon.
01:02:57.000 Don't forget, download the Rumble app, check out our incredible sponsors, like, share, subscribe.
01:03:04.000 It's so easy.
01:03:05.000 The media, the credibility is...
01:03:08.000 In the tank.
01:03:10.000 It's gone.
01:03:11.000 Make sure other people see these things.
01:03:13.000 Make sure they understand what we're doing.
01:03:15.000 Make sure it's visible so that we can finish off the liars and the cheaters once and for all.
01:03:22.000 There's new media out there, folks, and it's us.
01:03:25.000 It's us collectively, but you guys need to do that to make sure it gets into the ether, okay?
01:03:29.000 We still don't have that ecosystem.
01:03:30.000 They still have cable licenses and all of this nonsense.
01:03:34.000 Get in the game.
01:03:36.000 Stay involved.
01:03:37.000 I love you guys.
01:03:38.000 Have an awesome weekend.
01:03:39.000 I'm heading to Lago.
01:03:40.000 I'll be with DJT. I will see you on Monday.
