00:09:42.000 And with that, we're going to go to Mike Davis.
00:09:45.000 Okay, guys. We're here with Mike Davis, a great lawyer, a true MAGA warrior.
00:09:52.000 Mike, give us the breakdown.
00:09:55.000 What's going on?
00:09:57.000 What's new? What are the additional angles with some of the insanity that we're seeing?
00:10:02.000 It's like Indictment Tuesday.
00:10:04.000 It's like Taco Tuesday at this point.
00:10:05.000 It happens every week.
00:10:08.000 What's going on? Well, it's what we've been predicted would happen for the last year, since August, since the Mar-a-Lago raid a year ago.
00:10:17.000 And this is lawfare by the Democrats.
00:10:20.000 They fear that they can't beat President Trump in the next election, so they are simply trying to take him out through lawfare.
00:10:29.000 There are five parts to this.
00:10:31.000 Number one, there is the Manhattan DA, this Alvin Bragg, the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, who has indicted Trump for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim.
00:10:44.000 And Alvin Bragg tried to turn that into a felony.
00:10:47.000 That was a zombie case.
00:10:48.000 That was a case that went nowhere.
00:10:50.000 Alvin Bragg passed on to the prior Manhattan DA. The U.S. Attorney passed on it.
00:10:55.000 The Federal Election Commission passed on it.
00:10:57.000 It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo came from the Biden Justice Department to Alvin Bragg's office and brought this unprecedented indictment of a former president.
00:11:11.000 You have Jack Smith bringing a bogus charge against President Trump for the non-crime of a former president, having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
00:11:24.000 Number three, you have Jack Smith indicting President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election.
00:11:31.000 It's only a crime to object to presidential elections and third-world Marxist hellholes.
00:11:36.000 If it were a crime to object, Democrats would be in jail for objecting to Republican Next, you're going to have Fannie Willis, the Fulton County Georgia DA, indicting Trump for the same January 6th nonsense.
00:11:56.000 And then you have Tish James, the Attorney General of New York, bringing this bogus civil fraud claim against Trump for the non-fraud of a businessman paying back banks in full with interest.
00:12:11.000 This is about taking up Trump through the lawfare legal process.
00:12:15.000 Yeah, I remember. I did a full day's worth of testimony in the Tish James one.
00:12:20.000 And it's me and literally 10 lawyers from the state of New York.
00:12:23.000 They don't have actual crime and real stuff.
00:12:26.000 And what was amazing about it, they're asking businesses.
00:12:30.000 I'm looking out the window. I'm literally looking at 40 Wall Street, one of the buildings that they claim, you know what I mean, as part of all of this somehow.
00:12:37.000 And it's like... They didn't even understand how basic real estate transactions work or what the value of something is.
00:12:45.000 I remember them asking both about 40 Wall Street.
00:12:49.000 Well, the rent is this, but how do you get this valuation?
00:12:53.000 Well, what if you condo it, which you're able to do?
00:12:56.000 Oh, you know, the golf course, it's valued this, but if you're charging this much per round, you know, this was about Doral.
00:13:04.000 If you're doing this much per round, you know, how do you get that valuation?
00:13:08.000 It's like, well, what do you think 450 acres of condos would be worth in Miami right now?
00:13:14.000 Oh, like, they didn't, you know, they took, like, the most basic approach to try to justify the answer that they wanted, which is, oh, well, it wouldn't be valued as that per this, but I was like, so, but doing, you know, thousands of condos in the hottest real estate market arguably in the world, like, you have that zoning.
00:13:35.000 You have that ability. You could actually keep most of it.
00:13:37.000 You get rid of one golf course and put up thousands of, you know, condos of the four that are there at And it was like, I was like a magician.
00:13:45.000 They're like, oh, now you just see an entire binder of questions just went off to the side because you shut down the nonsense.
00:13:51.000 I mean, is that just what it is?
00:13:53.000 Like, just the repetition?
00:13:54.000 If they can get one thing?
00:13:56.000 That's all they're looking for?
00:13:58.000 Well, yeah. I mean, you didn't realize that Marxists only know how to destroy businesses and not run businesses.
00:14:04.000 You learned that at your deposition.
00:14:06.000 That's breaking news, right?
00:14:08.000 I mean, I would say this about Democrats.
00:14:10.000 They don't care if they win or lose.
00:14:12.000 They want to make the process the punishment here.
00:14:15.000 They want to get through November 7th, 2024 and distract and take down Trump as much as they can
00:14:23.000 between now and then, because this is all about the election.
00:14:27.000 And frankly, the Supreme Court's ultimately going to resolve all these cases
00:14:31.000 and they're going to resolve all these cases in Trump's favor,
00:14:34.000 but it's going to take years for that to happen.
00:14:36.000 That was Jack Smith's play with Virginia governor, Bob McDonnell,
00:14:40.000 a likely Republican presidential or vice presidential candidate in 2016.
00:14:45.000 So Jack Smith, this political hitman, brought bogus corruption charges that ultimately got overturned.
00:14:50.000 8-0 by the Supreme Court.
00:14:52.000 It would have been 9-0, but Justice Scalia passed away.
00:14:56.000 It is very hard to have the Supreme Court overturn a criminal conviction.
00:15:00.000 It's nearly impossible for it to happen unanimously, but Jack Smith found the way.
00:15:06.000 And the issue here is this has to be resolved by the American people on November 7, 2024, put President Trump back in the White House, and all of this goes away immediately.
00:15:18.000 Yeah, you know, talk a little bit about, you know, part of the legal strategy, it seems, you know, because people are like, oh, well, when Trump wins, he can just pardon himself.
00:15:24.000 It's like, it's not so simple, because some of these things are also done at the state level.
00:15:29.000 There's a reason for that.
00:15:31.000 Again, you know, that the Justice Department, you know, let's just say people who aren't exactly fans of ours, you mentioned the Bragg one in New York, you know, this was passed by, like, four different entities that would love nothing more than to take Trump, but even they realized it was B.S., Yeah, I mean, that's exactly right.
00:15:59.000 Remember, they were not moving forward with this until Matthew Colangelo, who was the
00:16:04.000 acting number three in the Biden Justice Department, got sent from the Biden Justice Department
00:16:09.000 to the Manhattan DA's office, the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, to bring these charges.
00:16:13.000 This is lawfare by Biden and his administration.
00:16:17.000 You're right, Trump can only pardon himself or dismiss federal cases, but you know what?
00:16:23.000 House Republicans have the power of the purse right now, and they can start punching back.
00:16:27.000 They can start saying, okay, New York, or okay, Fulton County, if you want federal funding, you're going to cut off this lawfare against presidential candidates.
00:16:36.000 You do not get Democrat prosecutors Democrat judges and Democrat juries and these Democrat hellholes do not get to decide the President of the United States.
00:16:46.000 The American people do.
00:16:48.000 And House Republicans can start stepping up now through the appropriations process and make this painful for Democrats.
00:16:55.000 That's the problem. Republicans roll over and play dead.
00:16:59.000 And what we need to do is start to learn to take off the gloves, put on the brass knuckles, and break their glass jaws.
00:17:06.000 Yeah, I think that's 100% right.
00:17:09.000 Yes, they have the power to do that.
00:17:11.000 We understand that. They'll talk about it.
00:17:13.000 They'll think about it.
00:17:15.000 They'll write a mean tweet.
00:17:16.000 But what are the odds of them actually doing anything about it?
00:17:20.000 That's a very good question, and I'll tell you what needs to happen right now.
00:17:24.000 And Democrats are masters at this.
00:17:26.000 They make the process the punishment.
00:17:28.000 House Republicans need to move forward with impeachment right now on Biden immediately.
00:17:33.000 He is clearly compromised by tens of millions of dollars and foreign bribes and other corruption.
00:17:39.000 Biden needs to be impeached immediately, and Merrick Garland should be impeached for covering this up.
00:17:46.000 And they're going to say, well, the Democrats in the Senate will never...
00:17:49.000 Remove them from office.
00:17:51.000 Who cares? Make the process the punishment.
00:17:53.000 Expose this to the American people.
00:17:55.000 It's the only way the American people are going to learn about this corruption for the next election.
00:18:01.000 Also, House Republicans need to start hauling in these bad actors for oversight hearings.
00:18:07.000 Send them letters.
00:18:08.000 Depose them with staff depositions.
00:18:10.000 Demand their documents.
00:18:11.000 Demand they come in for public hearings and demand they explain to the American people why they are using federal funds to run a lawfare campaign to interfere in the 2024 presidential election.
00:18:24.000 Let's start getting tough as Republicans.
00:18:28.000 Yeah, listen, I love it.
00:18:29.000 I just, you know, I think we have to start putting pressure on our own lawmakers to actually get them to do that.
00:18:35.000 And by the way, I would say the same, and I'll let you talk about this a little bit, the same with a lot of the Republican attorney generals out there.
00:18:43.000 Clearly weaponized them in the case of New York and otherwise.
00:18:49.000 The federal level, they're venue shopping to try to find a jury that could care less about the Constitution, and they certainly probably have that in D.C. Talk about the Attorney General side of things, because I think that's another place where, again, we wield a lot of power, but we don't actually do anything with it.
00:19:11.000 Democrats are the masters of earning power and using power.
00:19:15.000 Republicans are the masters of earning power and handing over power.
00:19:19.000 We need to stop doing this.
00:19:21.000 We have these Republican attorneys general around the country.
00:19:25.000 We have laws on the books in these states about, let's say, conspiracy.
00:19:30.000 If they are doing any of these bad acts and they have any one of these overt acts as part of these conspiracies in these states with Republican attorneys general, move forward with charges.
00:19:43.000 The Democrats are doing it, like you said, Don.
00:19:46.000 They're doing it up in New York with Tish James.
00:19:49.000 They're doing it in Manhattan with Alvin Bragg, Republican attorneys.
00:19:53.000 AGs, Republican DAs need to start getting creative and start indicting.
00:19:58.000 There is no shortage of crimes by Biden, by Democrats, by BLM, by Antifa.
00:20:05.000 Let's start giving them a healthy dose of their own medicine.
00:20:09.000 Well, listen, I've told people this off the record before, but I'll say it here, that you'd be my choice for Trump's attorney general.
00:20:17.000 I think various heads would explode in the confirmation process with that one, but God knows, I think that would be a lesson that they'd probably regret playing all of these games.
00:20:29.000 I would say this. I would never get confirmed.
00:20:32.000 I would get one vote from Chuck Grassley, my former boss, as the charity vote.
00:20:36.000 But I always say that I want to be Trump's acting attorney general.
00:20:39.000 And during my three-week reign of terror, I will fire and indict so many people who are on my growing list on day one.
00:20:48.000 And then I'll spend the next two and a half weeks flying around on the FBI jet and doing nothing like Bill Barr did for the last six months of the Trump administration while BLM and Antifa destroyed our country.
00:20:59.000 Yeah, no, I have a feeling that would not have happened under the Mike Davis rule of law.
00:21:04.000 So, no, it shouldn't have happened anyway.
00:21:06.000 I mean, the problem is the Mike Davis is the way it should actually function, but you're right.
00:21:11.000 Across the board, you know, Republicans have been too weak to fight back.
00:21:15.000 They're more concerned about being liked in D.C. They'll get maybe not as bad a hit piece from the Washington Post.
00:21:22.000 You know, we give up and we fold...
00:21:27.000 Just to minimize a little bit of, you know, the inevitable pain that these guys want to do.
00:21:32.000 The other side's just playing an entirely different game.
00:21:34.000 We're playing t-ball, they're playing hardball.
00:21:37.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:21:38.000 Look, the only thing Democrats respect is power, right?
00:21:44.000 This is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.
00:21:46.000 These aren't liberals who love America.
00:21:48.000 These are leftists. These are Marxists.
00:21:50.000 They hate America. They don't believe in due process.
00:21:53.000 They believe in Me Too justice and you're guilty.
00:21:56.000 Even when you're proven innocent, they don't believe...
00:21:59.000 They believe in equality.
00:22:00.000 They don't believe in free speech.
00:22:02.000 They believe in censorship.
00:22:04.000 Republicans need to wake up.
00:22:07.000 Our country is going down.
00:22:09.000 The Titanic is going down.
00:22:10.000 And Republicans, you know, they want to be like the string orchestra on the Titanic and look beautiful as the Titanic's going down.
00:22:17.000 Hell no. We need to start fighting.
00:22:19.000 Yeah, I mean, Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, I mean, these people, they don't care about the facts or the law.
00:22:26.000 They figure, hey, if we can get Trump in front of a D.C. jury, we'll get a conviction.
00:22:31.000 What should the Trump legal team strategy be?
00:22:37.000 You know, I think, you know, I'm actually, you know, pretty happy for the first time with a lot of that team and what they're doing, but you're right.
00:22:46.000 I mean, you know, some of it's just a war of attrition, right?
00:22:48.000 If they can burn all your time, your energy, your resources financially, you know, you're fighting a 12-front war, you know, that's all part of that plan.
00:22:58.000 But what should that team be doing perhaps that they're not already doing?
00:23:01.000 I think they're doing a fantastic job, and this is ultimately going to get resolved politically.
00:23:07.000 Like you said, Don, Trump is going to be convicted in this D.C. district court with this Obama judge and this Trump deranged jury.
00:23:17.000 Circuit Court of Appeals is going to affirm because it's an Obama-stacked federal appellate court.
00:23:23.000 This is going to have to be resolved by the Supreme Court.
00:23:26.000 It should be nine to nothing.
00:23:27.000 But the three Democrat-appointed justices on the Supreme Court are now just purely partisan hacks.
00:23:33.000 So it will be probably five to four, six to three, depending If the Chief Justice decides to grow a backbone that day.
00:23:42.000 But this will get resolved by the Supreme Court legally in Trump's favor.
00:23:47.000 The issue is that's going to happen after the election.
00:23:49.000 So this is where elected Republican officials around the country need to find their backbones and step up and start speaking up now.
00:23:58.000 And I would say to these Republicans, These Never Trumpers, these DeSantis supporters, if you guys are stupid and naive enough to think that this lawfare is going away after Trump, if Trump goes away, you are incredibly naive.
00:24:13.000 Remember that we have 100 years of Marxism and 100 million people got killed.
00:24:18.000 This is not ending with Donald Trump.
00:24:20.000 Yeah, you know, I see that now.
00:24:22.000 You know, DeSantis, three weeks ago, it was the, well, it's not really the weaponization.
00:24:26.000 It's not really that important.
00:24:28.000 And then, you know, now changing talking points just to sort of, you know, polling must have come in or Paul Ryan gave him permission to change.
00:24:35.000 You know, now he's going to go after it.
00:24:37.000 It's like, no, you're not.
00:24:39.000 You're going to do whatever the establishment wants.
00:24:40.000 I mean, I think that's Part of what all of this, you know, that full frontal assault against Trump, I think it tells us everything we need to know.
00:24:49.000 That's why they're doing it because they fear that he's the only guy that would actually be a threat to the hegemony of power that they have and have held for probably much longer than we believe.
00:24:59.000 I think, you know, TDS, the Trump derangement syndrome brought it out, but the Democrats have been doing this forever.
00:25:07.000 We've fallen so much further than we were probably ever aware of.
00:25:11.000 And between COVID, that little power grab that they used with all of that, it sort of brought out their true colors in what's really going on.
00:25:19.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:25:20.000 And you know what? These federal judges have lifetime tenure.
00:25:24.000 They have pay protection.
00:25:25.000 They're not supposed to care about the politics.
00:25:28.000 They're only supposed to Follow the law.
00:25:30.000 The Democrat-appointed judges and justices are going to vote against Trump every single time.
00:25:37.000 The Republican-appointed justices and judges should support Trump because the law is absolutely on Trump's side, but sometimes they need help finding their backbones.
00:25:48.000 Maybe, like, for example, Chief Justice John Roberts.
00:25:51.000 And so that's why it is so important that Republican politicians And influencers create the political environment so when the Supreme Court rules on this case, they don't have people trying to kill them in their homes, right?
00:26:06.000 So it is really important that Republican officials step up now And call out this lawfare now and use tactics now like cutting off Jack Smith's funding and using the power of the purse and using oversight right now so we can nip this in the bud.
00:26:22.000 The reason Jack Smith is moving forward and Merrick Garland is moving forward With an indictment of Trump for having his presidential records and an indictment of Trump for, you know, objecting to an election 30 months after this happened is because they're allowed to get away with this by Republicans.
00:26:40.000 Republicans were too quiet a year ago in August after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:26:45.000 It seems like I was the only one out there defending Trump for the first several months of that.
00:26:49.000 Republicans need to find their backbones.
00:26:52.000 Otherwise, these Marxist Democrats are going to exploit their weakness.
00:26:57.000 Yes, you talked about that, you know, the process, right?
00:26:59.000 It's going to be in a D.C. court.
00:27:01.000 Then it's going to go to a D.C. court of appeals.
00:27:02.000 And then eventually, you know, for something like this, you know, again, you don't want preferential treatment.
00:27:08.000 We understand that that's a system.
00:27:10.000 But for something like this, something that's unprecedented during an election of the leading candidate of the opposition party, if you sort of, I think, and I think we all agree, like, there's no way he's not found guilty in a D.C. court.
00:27:23.000 Like, it's literally, like, it...
00:27:26.000 I can't imagine.
00:27:27.000 If someone was on that jury and you had one person that was like, hey, I'm just abstaining and it's a hung jury or whatever it may be, that person would likely be killed.
00:27:35.000 You talked about the Supreme Court justices fearing for their lives.
00:27:39.000 If they did it to Ruth Bader Ginsburg back in the day, those people would be in jail.
00:27:43.000 If they're doing it to Gorsuch, if they're doing it to Kavanaugh, if they're doing it to Comey Barrett...
00:27:48.000 You know, that's fine.
00:27:49.000 That's their right of peaceful protest.
00:27:51.000 I mean, these things are just enforced so differently.
00:27:54.000 So if we know what this sort of outcome is going to be, that it ends up at the Supreme Court in a matter of years, is there not a way to bypass some of this process?
00:28:04.000 I mean, I don't think that anyone could objectively even— We're good to go.
00:28:30.000 It's going to be very hard to change the venue.
00:28:33.000 Trump should move to change the venue because he's not going to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. And there's way too much pretrial publicity, including with Jack Smith's unprecedented political announcement of the indictment, which is just unbelievable how political it was.
00:28:48.000 What I would say House Republicans need to do is they need to include an appropriations writer in this process that no federal funds Make this where you can't use federal funds for any prosecution before the election.
00:29:11.000 You're not saying that Trump has immunity here.
00:29:13.000 You're just saying that you can't move forward with this prosecution until after the election.
00:29:17.000 And let the American people decide whether they want Trump to be president,
00:29:22.000 rather than Merrick Garland and Joe Biden and Jack Smith and this Obama judge and this Trump deranged jury.
00:29:30.000 That's not how we run elections in America.
00:29:32.000 That's how they ran elections in Zimbabwe.
00:29:36.000 Yeah, well, you know, again, the stuff that we see on a daily basis right now, if it was going on in third world countries, we'd be talking about regime change.
00:29:46.000 You know, we'd be starting yet another war.
00:29:48.000 And yet it's going on right here.
00:29:50.000 And, you know, our people are, you know, Pretty silent.
00:29:53.000 I mean, you tweeted recently basically what you just said.
00:29:56.000 No federal fund should be used on or before November 7th, 2024 for the prosecution of any major presidential candidate.
00:30:03.000 How do we make that happen?
00:30:05.000 I mean, we're going to have hundreds of thousands of views on this show.
00:30:09.000 What can regular people do to make sure that, whether it's their congressman or otherwise, understand that this is A, an option.
00:30:18.000 They know that, but they're going to slow play it unless they're sort of forced.
00:30:21.000 How do we force this message so that people can't really avoid it and just pretend it's not really an option?
00:30:28.000 Because it's totally an option.
00:30:30.000 We just need to have some balls.
00:30:32.000 Yeah, I think the best way to do it is to light up the Senate switchboard at 202-224-3121.
00:30:40.000 202-224-3121.
00:30:42.000 Ask to speak to both of your home state senators along with your U.S. House of Representatives.
00:30:50.000 So three people. Call those offices and say, no federal funds for any prosecution of any presidential candidate before the November 2024 election, right?
00:31:00.000 It's that simple.
00:31:02.000 Light them up and help these, particularly these House Republicans, find their backbones.
00:31:07.000 And that's what needs to happen now.
00:31:09.000 Also, House Republicans need to remember this, that this lawfare is a zero-sum game.
00:31:15.000 If Democrats are not on defense with our own subpoenas and our own impeachments and our own appropriation fights, if we're not putting them on defense there, they're on offense.
00:31:27.000 And they're on offense, indicting our leading presidential candidate and his top supporters, his top aides, and Christians praying at abortion.
00:31:38.000 At abortion clinics and parents protesting at school board meetings.
00:31:41.000 Wait, wait, wait. Mike, you mean domestic terrorists as labeled by the DOJ? I mean, that's the clown world that we're living in, though.
00:31:50.000 I mean, a concerned parent who wants their children to maybe learn math rather than, you know, the Communist Manifesto or indoctrination, you know, or, you know, modern trans theory, that's a domestic terrorist in these people's minds.
00:32:06.000 And, you know, Again, we say it here.
00:32:09.000 I think, you know, shit, I know I do it.
00:32:11.000 I make a meme about it like it's a joke, but it's not because it's really happening.
00:32:17.000 You know, we're not being punked even though, you know, five years ago, like any of the major tenets of today's modern Democrat Party would be like, oh, come on, it's a joke.
00:32:25.000 That'd be a Saturday Night Live parody back when that was actually funny.
00:32:29.000 But it's actually going on.
00:32:30.000 They're not pretending anymore.
00:32:32.000 They're saying the quiet parts out loud and actually acting on them.
00:32:36.000 Yeah, it's amazing. I wish that the Republicans controlled a House of Representatives with subpoena power where they can cut off spending and they can have oversight hearings and they can drag people in with their documents and actually, you know, put them in front of the cameras.
00:32:54.000 We do. And where the hell are the House Republicans?
00:32:57.000 This is where, again, House Republicans must step up.
00:33:03.000 We need to go on offense now, otherwise we are going to get crushed.
00:33:07.000 This is not going to end with Donald Trump.
00:33:10.000 They're going after Christians praying at abortion clinics.
00:33:14.000 They're going after parents who don't want their kids to get gender-affirming care behind their backs in schools, right?
00:33:21.000 If they're going to go after Christians, if they're going to go after parents, this is not stopping with Donald Trump.
00:33:28.000 House Republicans need to find their backbones and start fighting back.
00:33:32.000 Yeah, and frankly, I'd make the case that if they get away with this now, it's over.
00:33:40.000 What we see now will become the day-to-day norm.
00:33:44.000 And I don't just mean the prosecution of their political enemies.
00:33:47.000 I mean the prosecution and criminalization of basic tenets of American history and decency.
00:33:55.000 You know, if you can't be Christian in America or any other religion, I have a feeling that if this was going on at a mosque, they would have nothing to do with it.
00:34:04.000 It's that direct attack on Christianity.
00:34:09.000 It's the direct affront against the lunatics of the trans movement, etc., etc.
00:34:15.000 I can't even believe we're actually living in this world, and yet it happens.
00:34:18.000 Give us the number again, because I'm so pissed off.
00:34:22.000 We just got to call these people, and everyone do it.
00:34:25.000 Light them up. Yeah, it's 202-224-3121.
00:34:30.000 Ask for both of your home state senators and your representative in the House, and tell them no funding for Jack Smith's prosecution before the November 2024 presidential election.
00:34:43.000 So they can't say that it's obstruction of justice.
00:34:47.000 We are just saying we are going to do what we've always done in this country before the Biden administration, which is we're not going to prosecute presidential candidates before the election.
00:34:57.000 Yeah, no, 100%.
00:34:58.000 So, you know, if we were going to play the game like they play it, who would be, you know, sort of, who should be the first people, you know, impeached?
00:35:08.000 You know, if the Republicans were going to play the impeachment game, who should it be?
00:35:12.000 I mean, obviously everyone's, oh, Joe Biden.
00:35:14.000 I'm like, I don't know. The problem with impeaching Joe Biden is you end up with Kamala Harris, which could be significantly worse.
00:35:22.000 I say that somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but I think there's probably some truth to it.
00:35:27.000 But should it be the leaders at the DOJ? Should it be Merrick Garland?
00:35:32.000 What should they do? I mean, obviously, Mayorkas at the border for that criminal insanity.
00:35:38.000 But again, if we're going to play this game, who'd be your top list?
00:35:42.000 Well, I would say this. There's no chance that Senate Democrats are going to remove anyone, but we still need to make this a political issue because impeachment is a political process and we need to make this painful for Democrats.
00:35:53.000 So I would actually, the first two people on my list are President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
00:35:58.000 Biden for being corrupt and compromised.
00:36:01.000 And Garland for covering it up and protecting the Bidens while he's politicized.
00:36:06.000 They both have politicized and weaponized the justice system to go after Trump.
00:36:10.000 Trump's top aides and Trump supporters, like we said, Christians and parents.
00:36:15.000 We cannot continue down this path.
00:36:17.000 And frankly, this is why the next election is so important, because the next president of the United States, whether it's Biden or Trump, Or Gavin Newsom is going to replace one or more conservative justices on the Supreme Court?
00:36:33.000 And do you want Trump or Biden replacing Justice Clarence Thomas, for example?
00:36:38.000 Because if we lose the Supreme Court, that is the last line of defense.
00:36:42.000 If we lose the Supreme Court, There goes everything.
00:36:45.000 That's our God-given right to speak, associate, worship, protect ourselves.
00:36:50.000 Those will go out the door immediately if there is a Democrat-controlled Supreme Court.
00:36:55.000 And if you don't believe me, just look at the votes and the dissenting opinions of the three Democrat-appointed Supreme Court justices right now.
00:37:07.000 President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the transformation of the 5-4 left of center court to the 5-4 Clarence Thomas court, and that could be lost in this November 2024 election.
00:37:21.000 Yeah, no, 100%.
00:37:22.000 I mean, we saw that play out, you know, in the last few weeks.
00:37:25.000 You saw, you know, A.G. Landry, one of my friends, you know, with the censorship, you know, you can't have the Biden administration forcing Facebook to censor stuff.
00:37:34.000 But, you know, and the left lost their minds.
00:37:36.000 It's like, wait, they're not allowed to.
00:37:38.000 It's shocking, the attack on free speech.
00:37:40.000 But you also saw it with the affirmative action ruling and others.
00:37:43.000 I mean, these are major things.
00:37:46.000 You know, that court. Essentially, and I'm sure colleges and institutions will figure out ways around it, and I'm sure they'll continue to do their nonsense because that's the woke society in which all of those people operate.
00:37:58.000 But, you know, they actually got rid of, you know, government-mandated institutionalized racism, and people went crazy about it.
00:38:07.000 I mean, so, you know, you're right.
00:38:09.000 That was so critical and so important.
00:38:12.000 Yeah, I mean, think about it this way.
00:38:13.000 Why should poor Asian kids lose out?
00:38:17.000 Why should they lose golden tickets to wealthy black kids like the Obama's kids?
00:38:22.000 I mean, that's why affirmative action is so disgusting because it helps wealthy connected black people like the Obama's to the detriment of poor Asian kids who are more qualified.
00:38:32.000 And why the hell should that be legal in this country?
00:38:35.000 And that's the issue. If conservatives, if Republicans lose control of the Supreme Court, it is game over America.
00:38:43.000 They will run over all of us.
00:38:45.000 We saw just a sneak peek of this during BLM and Antifa riots in the middle of COVID lockdowns, right?
00:38:53.000 No, no, no, Mike, those riots were okay.
00:38:55.000 They could actually help stop the spread.
00:38:58.000 I'm still trying to figure out how.
00:38:59.000 No one actually could explain that to me.
00:39:01.000 But it was very clear on the leftist news networks that that was actually a real talking point of theirs.
00:39:09.000 That no, no, no, this is different.
00:39:11.000 This somehow created a magical shield of unmasked people in close proximity, rioting and looting.
00:39:18.000 That was okay and was actually perhaps a way to stop the spread.
00:39:24.000 I mean, that's how insane this has gotten.
00:39:26.000 Well, I mean, I think there is some truth to it that when you burn down a building,
00:39:31.000 like commit arson and burn down the building, that might kill COVID.
00:39:34.000 So there might be some truth to that.
00:39:36.000 that arson kills COVID. So maybe we should give them more credit there.
00:39:39.000 But, I mean, it's insane.
00:39:41.000 Now, you know, they went from BLM and Antifa, now it's the COVID, excuse me, it's the Ukraine COVID masks that I see around Washington, D.C. I spent about 20% of my time in this D.C. hellhole, and people are still wearing COVID COVID masks in this town.
00:39:57.000 They're usually Ukraine COVID masks because that's, you know, the latest religious sect for the Democrats, but it just shows how today's Democrats are insane.
00:40:07.000 Yeah, no, the religion of the left and their deities seems to change daily.
00:40:12.000 It was climate change, as led by the high priestess Greta Thunberg.
00:40:17.000 It became COVID, led by, you know, God Anthony Fauci.
00:40:23.000 And now the new religion of the left is Ukraine, as led by, you know, Vladimir Zelensky.
00:40:30.000 It's... It's insane, but that's exactly what it is.
00:40:33.000 I mean, they like to talk about conservatives somehow being a cult, but I'm still trying to figure out how they can say that with a straight face, given literally everything that they seem to worship on a daily basis.
00:40:45.000 I always say today's Democrats are Marxist and their goal or God is power, because they're godless, and their religion or strategy for their goal or God of power is Marxism.
00:40:56.000 They can't talk about that because that's not popular, so they use different religious sects.
00:41:01.000 And those religious sects are chaos and division, whether it's racial chaos and division with BLM, or gender chaos with 15 pronouns, the COVID lockdowns, the environment.
00:41:18.000 Those are all their religious sects, which is for their goal or God of just ultimate power on Earth.
00:41:24.000 They just want to control us, and they do that through their religious sects.
00:41:29.000 Yeah, you know, compare and contrast all of this insanity with sort of, you know, the Hunter Biden treatment.
00:41:35.000 You know, I talk about it probably even too much on the show.
00:41:38.000 I know what they tried to do to me, you know, with nothing.
00:41:42.000 And we all know that now, but it didn't matter.
00:41:43.000 It didn't stop me from doing 50 hours of testimony.
00:41:45.000 And they wanted to try me for treason, minor details, a crime punishable by death.
00:41:50.000 But, you know, you see what's going on.
00:41:53.000 Talk about sort of All the dirty tricks that Hunter's lawyers tried to pull with that ridiculous plea deal, where he got a deal unlike anything any human being who's ever committed tax fraud or criminal firearms charges could get.
00:42:08.000 But then they tried tying in sort of this blanket immunity.
00:42:12.000 For literally anything and or everything else he may have done that maybe we don't even know about.
00:42:18.000 And given what we've seen, I'm sure there's more.
00:42:20.000 I'm curious to see what are the things that he chose not to film himself doing because he said, you know what, maybe this is a little too much for video.
00:42:29.000 Talk about that because that level of corruption that a judge could look at this and say, wait a minute, this is ridiculous.
00:42:36.000 Talk a little bit about what's going on there.
00:42:38.000 Yeah, think about this. You have your family, the Trump family, you guys are in the real estate business, and you guys got criticism for the Obama General Services Administration giving you a lease in Washington, D.C. to take a dump of an old building called the old post office building And turn it into a beautiful new hotel that has since been sold.
00:42:59.000 And you guys made a ton of money off of it.
00:43:01.000 So congrats to you.
00:43:03.000 That was somehow corruption and a violation of the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, according to the Democrats.
00:43:10.000 And they wanted to go after the Trumps for this.
00:43:12.000 Yet we have the Bidens who are the dumbest people on the planet and have done nothing in their life other than work in government.
00:43:20.000 And when Biden is the Vice President of the United States, His dumb, crackhead son is selling the vice presidency to China, Ukraine, Romania, and every other highest bidder on the planet.
00:43:35.000 James Comer from the House Oversight Committee has been able to track down over $30 million
00:43:40.000 in payments, corrupt foreign payments, including bribery from Burisma from China.
00:43:47.000 It seems like every Biden, except for the four-year-old granddaughter in Arkansas, who
00:43:51.000 they just claimed, what, last week?
00:43:54.000 And Democrats wanted to cover this up.
00:43:56.000 Merrick Garland wanted to cover this up with this sweetheart deal up in Delaware.
00:44:04.000 The U.S. attorney up there was going to let Hunter Biden plead guilty to two misdemeanors
00:44:12.000 for failing to file taxes and deferred felony charge for having a gun and not give him any
00:44:19.000 jail time and then essentially give him a backdoor pardon for every possible crime that
00:44:25.000 Hunter Biden could have possibly committed as part of these plea negotiations.
00:44:31.000 This is obviously to protect Hunter Biden, but more importantly, it's Merrick Garland protecting his boss, Joe Biden.
00:44:38.000 And this is yet another reason that House Republicans need to move forward immediately with oversight hearings and impeachment.
00:44:46.000 Yeah, like, you know, I keep wondering, because I watched it for, you know, the entirety of my father's presidency, and, you know, even afterwards, you know, where are the, you know, bigger-than-Watergate folks?
00:44:59.000 Because, you know, every time my father sent a tweet, if he said Merry Christmas, it was bigger than Watergate, it was somehow a scandal, you know.
00:45:05.000 You know, where's Bob Woodward?
00:45:06.000 Where are those clowns?
00:45:08.000 Because this is like, this makes Watergate look like chicken shit, and yet...
00:45:13.000 Our media, they're not even interested.
00:45:16.000 You would think that there'd be one of these people who won a Pulitzer Prize for their reporting on Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:45:23.000 They keep the prize even though the reporting was clearly inaccurate because it was all a lie and bullshit.
00:45:30.000 Where are those people?
00:45:31.000 Because it's almost shocking to me.
00:45:34.000 This feels like Like, without question bigger than Watergate.
00:45:38.000 It's probably the highest level of corruption to ever happen in the United States of America.
00:45:45.000 And we're at the brink of, you know, potentially nuclear war with Russia.
00:45:50.000 And no one's even asking the question is, are we making decisions?
00:45:55.000 Because Ukraine has more information that they could leak out there.
00:45:59.000 I mean, we're not even willing to ask the question.
00:46:02.000 It was like the Wuhan lab.
00:46:04.000 Of course that's the most plausible answer.
00:46:07.000 It always was. There was never...
00:46:09.000 Like, that's the case here.
00:46:11.000 Like, we are making these decisions, you know, not because it's the religion of the left, but because mainstream media is running the cover for this.
00:46:18.000 And we're not even willing to ask, like, hey, are we going to get into nuclear war to cover up, you know, Joe Biden and the Democrats and, you know, more pay-to-play and bribery schemes?
00:46:26.000 Like, we're not even asking the question anymore.
00:46:30.000 It's mind-blowing.
00:46:31.000 And then, you know, top that with the coincidence of every time there's sort of a major bombshell tying Joe Biden, the next day there's another indictment of Trump.
00:46:39.000 Yeah, it's unbelievable.
00:46:41.000 And think about this. President Obama put Vice President Biden in charge of Ukraine, and Biden and his scumbag family cashed in handsomely in Ukraine.
00:46:53.000 And what happened during this corruption?
00:46:56.000 Putin took Crimea.
00:46:59.000 We had four years of Trump.
00:47:00.000 Putin did not mess with Ukraine whatsoever during four years of Trump because Trump was strong and he wasn't corrupt by these bribes and other corrupt payments to the Biden family.
00:47:12.000 Biden's back in office, and guess what?
00:47:15.000 Russia smells Biden's lunch.
00:47:18.000 Putin knows that Biden is corrupted.
00:47:20.000 They have 17 audio recordings that this Burisma executive has, 15 with Hunter Biden, two with Joe Biden.
00:47:28.000 As the Vice President of the United States, shaking down Burisma for this $10 million bribe.
00:47:35.000 Five to Hunter, five to Joe.
00:47:37.000 These are on tape.
00:47:38.000 And guess what? This Burisma executive is almost certainly a Russian asset.
00:47:44.000 So that means That Putin has these tapes of Joe Biden as the Vice President of the United States shaking down Burisma for a foreign bribe.
00:47:53.000 Biden threatened to cut off a billion dollars in US aid if Ukraine's president didn't fire Ukraine's prosecutor Investigating Burisma and the Bidens.
00:48:05.000 That is blackmail.
00:48:06.000 The president of the United States is compromised.
00:48:09.000 He's also compromised by tens of millions of dollars in payments from China.
00:48:14.000 Where are the two biggest trouble spots in the world right now under Biden?
00:48:17.000 It's Ukraine and Russia and China and Taiwan.
00:48:20.000 It's not a coincidence. When you have a weak, compromised, corrupt president, our enemies take advantage of that.
00:48:28.000 Yeah. No, it's...
00:48:29.000 But again, you know, we'll say it here.
00:48:33.000 I don't even see a lot of the conservative people talking about this stuff.
00:48:37.000 It's... Oh, it's not really a big deal.
00:48:39.000 I mean, again, I know, and we all remember the hysteria of Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:48:45.000 This... Even the Russia, Russia, Russia sort of worst case scenario doesn't even come close to the level of this, you know, and you're right, we're focused on Ukraine, but China's a bigger deal, you know, right?
00:48:57.000 China doesn't give a billion dollars to crackheads.
00:49:01.000 They don't have that as part of their DEI, you know, let's make sure we have a diverse group of investment managers.
00:49:09.000 They don't do that unless they're buying someone.
00:49:12.000 They certainly wouldn't invest with Hunter.
00:49:15.000 He wouldn't pass their thing.
00:49:17.000 There are many things, but they're not stupid.
00:49:18.000 But this is probably the greatest return on investment because it feels like to me as an American, every decision coming out of this White House is literally like China first, America last.
00:49:29.000 Don't worry about it. It's one of the greatest deals China's ever made.
00:49:33.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:49:34.000 And that's when you have a bought-off President of the United States, a compromised President of the United States like President Biden, House Republicans have a constitutional duty to expose this.
00:49:48.000 They have to move forward with oversight.
00:49:50.000 They have to move forward with impeachment.
00:49:52.000 The only way you're going to get the mainstream, meaning liberal media, to cover Any of this, and for any of this to break through to middle America, to everyday Americans, is to move forward with impeachment.
00:50:05.000 Yeah. So, you know, in terms of, you know, the primary, my father seems to be getting bigger and stronger with every indictment.
00:50:15.000 It's sort of amazing. And I think it's important because I think the American people at this point, you know, the indictments, it's so common.
00:50:22.000 I think people are actually waking up to what's actually going on, even those who've been sort of, let's call it politically agnostic.
00:50:29.000 You recently said...
00:50:31.000 Why would Trump do a debate?
00:50:34.000 That's basically just, at this point, a vice presidential debate.
00:50:38.000 Do you think he should do any of them?
00:50:41.000 One of them, do you think he should let it play out?
00:50:43.000 What's your thoughts on that process?
00:50:46.000 If I were President Trump, there's no way I would debate.
00:50:48.000 He's a former president.
00:50:50.000 He's winning by 40 points.
00:50:52.000 What does he have to gain by debating?
00:50:54.000 He doesn't. This is like a munchkin show with the vice presidential contenders.
00:50:59.000 Why should Trump go be part of that?
00:51:01.000 He doesn't, everyone knows where Trump stands on every issue.
00:51:04.000 He's been a public figure and the public guy for like 50 years.
00:51:08.000 There aren't going to be any surprises.
00:51:11.000 What does he have to get?
00:51:13.000 What does he have to gain to go debate these munchkins on a stage when they're all clamoring
00:51:18.000 to be the vice president?
00:51:19.000 Yeah, no, listen, I agree.
00:51:21.000 There's a portion of me that wants to see it.
00:51:25.000 It's the memes, okay?
00:51:27.000 I want to see it for the memes because I'm sure there'd be some epic stuff.
00:51:29.000 And yeah, I don't think he exactly needs to bolster his bona fides on the debate stage.
00:51:34.000 I think Hillary Clinton learned that one the hard way.
00:51:36.000 So did Jeb and others.
00:51:39.000 But, you know...
00:51:41.000 I guess, yeah, what's the purpose of giving Asa Hutchinson, pulling at a whopping.01%, two hours of unfettered access to try to take him down?
00:51:53.000 And I imagine the people at Fox are probably going over and kissing his ass to try to get him to go and show up and trying to convince him it's a great idea.
00:52:02.000 But yeah, the tactician side of me agrees with you 100%.
00:52:05.000 You're literally going to have teams of people just trying to figure out the one zinger and, you know, Like fighting or otherwise, sometimes they land, right?
00:52:13.000 Like, why would you give those guys polling at nothing even that opportunity?
00:52:17.000 Well, here's how President Trump can participate in this debate.
00:52:20.000 He can run it like The Apprentice.
00:52:22.000 And he can run the debate, and these Republican contenders who want to be his vice president can audition.
00:52:29.000 And then he can decide who wins the debate, and that could be part of his calculation for who he picks for vice president.
00:52:35.000 Of the people running, do you think any of them...
00:52:39.000 Would you look at any of them at VP or would you not even do that?
00:52:43.000 I mean, he put out the tweet sort of addressing this point last week.
00:52:46.000 Like, hey, I may watch to tune in to see who I might look at as a VP. Do you think any of them right now deserve a shot?
00:52:57.000 Yeah, I mean, of course. The Republican field has a lot of senators and governors, a lot of people who have a promising future in the Republican Party.
00:53:07.000 And I think President Trump wants to unite the party for the general election, and he will, and he's going to win back the White House, and we're going to end this lawfare, this weaponization of our law enforcement and intel agencies, and we're going to rebuild our economy, and we're going to put China in check and Russia in check, and we're going to be And a good place like we were for the first three years of President Trump's first term before Democrats destroyed our economy with COVID and BLM and Antifa.
00:53:35.000 Yeah. Who would you look at that's perhaps not on everyone's front-burner list for VP, as well as some of the other positions?
00:53:45.000 Who would you like? Again, I look forward to the three weeks of your AG Pro Tem run, but who would you look at?
00:53:55.000 Who's someone that could do the stuff that we all, probably, and anyone watching this show would want to do, but that could also get confirmed?
00:54:05.000 So for Vice President of the United States, I'm from Iowa, and I think that Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is a very, very solid pick.
00:54:16.000 She's from the Midwest. She's conservative.
00:54:18.000 She's been a governor for many years.
00:54:20.000 She's someone to strongly consider for Vice President of the United States.
00:54:25.000 For Attorney General, I would bring someone in who has the backbone of steel who can actually get confirmed.
00:54:32.000 And so, you know, like Matt Whitaker would be good.
00:54:35.000 I love Jeff Clark.
00:54:36.000 Anyone who has a backbone and who is fearless who will come in and fire and indict people immediately is who would have my vote.
00:54:46.000 So, you know, you talked about sort of uniting, you know, the party.
00:54:50.000 And I think we can do that. And I think people understand what's going on.
00:54:52.000 But for the more, you know, apathetic voters, the people who, you know, they're not consuming this stuff on a daily basis.
00:54:58.000 How should, you know, MAGA be messaged to really get the point across, whether it be as it relates to the corruption?
00:55:06.000 Because it is amazing. You know, you turn on the news and it...
00:55:11.000 Even though you know it's BS, it still influences you, right?
00:55:13.000 It's sort of like if you spend time on Twitter, you get a view of the world that doesn't actually exist in the world, but it's like these ecospheres.
00:55:22.000 How do you message that so people really understand what's there?
00:55:25.000 Because again, you look at the Trump results, you look at the Trump economy, you look at this and you're like...
00:55:30.000 Even with all the chaos, all created by the Democrats, you know, the people who, well, I don't really like his attitude.
00:55:36.000 It's like, well, your attitude would be different if they spent, you know, years trying to impeach you, lying about this, the pee tape, like, insanity.
00:55:43.000 But it was the gospel, as though it really happened.
00:55:45.000 Your attitude would likely be a little bit different.
00:55:48.000 How do you get that across to those, you know, center, centrist, independent voters to make sure that they understand what's fully going on here and vote accordingly?
00:55:59.000 Yeah, I mean, I would very much have Republican politicians out there find their backbones and be better surrogates to explain this.
00:56:09.000 And so it's not just Trump defending himself.
00:56:11.000 There are people, there are validators out there.
00:56:13.000 But I would message it this way to the American people, two ways.
00:56:17.000 Do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Justice Thomas on the Supreme Court?
00:56:22.000 We talked about that. But I would say, do you feel safer We're good to go.
00:56:43.000 All Americans felt peace and prosperity under President Trump.
00:56:47.000 Do you want that back? Or do you want the uniparty elite running our country into the ground and enriching themselves like they did during COVID and beyond?
00:56:57.000 And it's that simple.
00:56:59.000 Do you want peace and prosperity with Trump, warts and all?
00:57:03.000 Or do you want to continue down this path of chaos and poverty that we have under President Biden?
00:57:11.000 Yeah, you look back on those times and it's like, oh, wow, it's so crazy.
00:57:14.000 I'm like, I don't know, man. I think people were doing pretty good.
00:57:17.000 You know, if you turned off the TV and just lived your life, you actually were in a great place.
00:57:23.000 And yet, you know, they'd have you believe that everything was chaos.
00:57:28.000 but it was really just totally created.
00:57:31.000 It was a figment of their imagination, yet it still had profound effect.
00:57:35.000 I think Russia, Russia, Russia did a lot of election influencing for the midterms.
00:57:40.000 And yet, I guess that will continue, though hopefully with stuff like this.
00:57:46.000 You do see people breaking away from that mainstream media.
00:57:50.000 You see them breaking away, even from the conservative side who've shown
00:57:52.000 that they too don't have a backbone, and or they have a backbone,
00:57:56.000 but they wanna make sure that they're able to wield power, which is what most of these things are,
00:57:59.000 and they're perhaps no different than the Democrats that way.
00:58:02.000 I mean, there is definitely a uniparty in Washington, D.C. I always say that the D.C. swamp is the only place on the planet where the reptiles lack backbones on both sides of the aisle.
00:58:17.000 What are some of the other things you're working on, Mike, at the Article III project?
00:58:21.000 We are very busy.
00:58:22.000 We are looking at potential Supreme Court picks for the next President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and we hope to compile a list that he may use from which to pick when he's the 47th We're fighting back constantly against the Democrats' lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his supporters, Christians, parents.
00:58:49.000 Another thing that we're doing is defending constitutionalist judges, and this is so important.
00:58:54.000 These judges, like we said, have lifetime tenure.
00:58:56.000 They have pay protection, but they're still humans.
00:58:59.000 And when you threaten to kill them and their families outside of their homes, that has an effect.
00:59:03.000 And so at Article 3 Pop Project, we are punching back against these radical assaults on judicial independence and their lawfare.
00:59:11.000 Yeah, talk a little bit about that, right?
00:59:13.000 Because people are like, oh, alleged judges is their lifetime.
00:59:15.000 There's no real threat. They can do what they need to do.
00:59:16.000 But there is.
00:59:18.000 And it's enforced differently.
00:59:19.000 You saw that, you know, with the people camping out at some of the justices' houses.
00:59:23.000 But I imagine that happens on a local level, too.
00:59:27.000 And again, I imagine that the offenders are treated very differently depending on where their political allegiances lie.
00:59:37.000 Yeah, I mean, just imagine, Don, if we had a bunch of Trump supporters protesting outside of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's house before she's ruling on a key case.
00:59:48.000 For some reason, I don't think the Biden Justice Department and the Biden White House press secretary would come out and say that this is protected by the First Amendment because it's not.
00:59:59.000 It's a violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1507.
01:00:04.000 It is obstruction of justice.
01:00:07.000 To threaten and intimidate judges outside of their homes.
01:00:10.000 This is a deadly game.
01:00:11.000 You do not have a First Amendment right to obstruct justice.
01:00:15.000 We saw Judge Esther Salas, an Obama-appointed judge, have her son Daniel killed and her husband Mark Seriously wounded in her house because she got doxxed.
01:00:28.000 We saw Justice Brett Kavanaugh face a 1am assassination attempt against himself, his wife Ashley and their two teenage daughters.
01:00:36.000 It was a lot closer than people understand.
01:00:39.000 And so this is a deadly game and it is frankly impeachable that Merrick Garland is allowing this to continue.
01:00:48.000 So you obviously know Gorsuch well, and he's done a great job, and that was an amazing pick.
01:00:54.000 Talk a little bit more about that, because it's almost shocking.
01:00:57.000 I know about it a bit, but it's not even a talking point.
01:01:01.000 I imagine the vast majority of people don't even know that that actually happened and was a very real threat.
01:01:10.000 Yeah, so, Justice Kavanaugh, someone flew across the country with padded shoes and zip ties and other weapons, and he came very close to getting into Justice Kavanaugh's house.
01:01:27.000 And if he got into Justice Kavanaugh's house, he almost certainly would have been killed, along with his wife Ashley and their two teenage daughters.
01:01:35.000 Yeah, I meant, yeah, I said Gorsuch, but yeah, that was Kavanaugh.
01:01:40.000 It was Kavanaugh, and I'll tell you what, it was a lot, like I said, a lot closer than people understand, and they have their security very much upped right now, so if people think that they're going to try to do this, they will make a deadly mistake, but this is the game that's being played, and this is, this was, these deadly...
01:02:02.000 These potentially deadly protests were encouraged by the White House Press Secretary at the time, Jen Psaki, and by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
01:02:11.000 You do not have a right to protest outside of a federal judge's home.
01:02:16.000 That is obstruction of justice under federal law.
01:02:20.000 And like we said, if a Trump supporter did this to a Democrat judge, they would be in jail right now, as they should be.
01:02:26.000 Yeah. Well, listen, Mike, thank you so much for everything that you're doing, for staying in that fight.
01:02:32.000 I think we all understand there's consequences to sort of being on this side and on this team, and they'll be wielded.
01:02:38.000 But I think it's important for all of us to become unafraid to keep going like that.
01:02:42.000 So I just want to thank you for all that you're doing.
01:02:45.000 As we run up the additional indictments, I'm sure we'll have you back on to talk about the nuances of all of those, too, because, you know, God knows it's been about, you know, a week.
01:02:55.000 We haven't seen one, so I'm sure there's probably one coming in the next couple minutes or so.
01:02:59.000 Yeah, exactly. When we find Hunter's next hooker, there will be another indictment.
01:03:04.000 Exactly. Well, thanks so much, Mike.
01:03:07.000 Really appreciate it. Guys, go check out Mike Davis.
01:03:10.000 Follow him on social. Really good insight into what's going on.
01:03:14.000 It's not just bombs, although those are great, too.
01:03:18.000 Just a thorough understanding of what's going on, and check out what he's doing at the Article 3 Project.
01:03:23.000 Because it's important that we're actually fighting these battles and that someone with brains and balls and the backbone that Mike's been talking about is out there doing that because otherwise nothing gets done.
01:03:34.000 So, Mike, you're the man. Really appreciate it.
01:03:36.000 And again, I think one of the things I'm looking forward to in the next decade is just that three weeks of Mike Davis as acting AG. I just want to sit there with popcorn and look back and revel in the glory.
01:03:51.000 My three-week reign of terror before I'm chased out of town.
01:03:55.000 But I will tell President Trump I need my pardon signed ahead of time.
01:03:58.000 Yes, yes. We will get the pre-pardon in the works because these people will not like it.
01:04:04.000 It'll be awesome.
01:04:07.000 Thank you very much.
01:04:08.000 Thanks a lot, man. Have a good one.
