00:10:31.000Number one, there is the Manhattan DA, this Alvin Bragg, the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, who has indicted Trump for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim.
00:10:44.000And Alvin Bragg tried to turn that into a felony.
00:10:50.000Alvin Bragg passed on to the prior Manhattan DA. The U.S. Attorney passed on it.
00:10:55.000The Federal Election Commission passed on it.
00:10:57.000It wasn't until Matthew Colangelo came from the Biden Justice Department to Alvin Bragg's office and brought this unprecedented indictment of a former president.
00:11:11.000You have Jack Smith bringing a bogus charge against President Trump for the non-crime of a former president, having his presidential records in the office of former president, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
00:11:24.000Number three, you have Jack Smith indicting President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election.
00:11:31.000It's only a crime to object to presidential elections and third-world Marxist hellholes.
00:11:36.000If it were a crime to object, Democrats would be in jail for objecting to Republican Next, you're going to have Fannie Willis, the Fulton County Georgia DA, indicting Trump for the same January 6th nonsense.
00:11:56.000And then you have Tish James, the Attorney General of New York, bringing this bogus civil fraud claim against Trump for the non-fraud of a businessman paying back banks in full with interest.
00:12:11.000This is about taking up Trump through the lawfare legal process.
00:12:15.000Yeah, I remember. I did a full day's worth of testimony in the Tish James one.
00:12:20.000And it's me and literally 10 lawyers from the state of New York.
00:12:23.000They don't have actual crime and real stuff.
00:12:26.000And what was amazing about it, they're asking businesses.
00:12:30.000I'm looking out the window. I'm literally looking at 40 Wall Street, one of the buildings that they claim, you know what I mean, as part of all of this somehow.
00:12:37.000And it's like... They didn't even understand how basic real estate transactions work or what the value of something is.
00:12:45.000I remember them asking both about 40 Wall Street.
00:12:49.000Well, the rent is this, but how do you get this valuation?
00:12:53.000Well, what if you condo it, which you're able to do?
00:12:56.000Oh, you know, the golf course, it's valued this, but if you're charging this much per round, you know, this was about Doral.
00:13:04.000If you're doing this much per round, you know, how do you get that valuation?
00:13:08.000It's like, well, what do you think 450 acres of condos would be worth in Miami right now?
00:13:14.000Oh, like, they didn't, you know, they took, like, the most basic approach to try to justify the answer that they wanted, which is, oh, well, it wouldn't be valued as that per this, but I was like, so, but doing, you know, thousands of condos in the hottest real estate market arguably in the world, like, you have that zoning.
00:13:35.000You have that ability. You could actually keep most of it.
00:13:37.000You get rid of one golf course and put up thousands of, you know, condos of the four that are there at And it was like, I was like a magician.
00:13:45.000They're like, oh, now you just see an entire binder of questions just went off to the side because you shut down the nonsense.
00:14:52.000It would have been 9-0, but Justice Scalia passed away.
00:14:56.000It is very hard to have the Supreme Court overturn a criminal conviction.
00:15:00.000It's nearly impossible for it to happen unanimously, but Jack Smith found the way.
00:15:06.000And the issue here is this has to be resolved by the American people on November 7, 2024, put President Trump back in the White House, and all of this goes away immediately.
00:15:18.000Yeah, you know, talk a little bit about, you know, part of the legal strategy, it seems, you know, because people are like, oh, well, when Trump wins, he can just pardon himself.
00:15:24.000It's like, it's not so simple, because some of these things are also done at the state level.
00:15:31.000Again, you know, that the Justice Department, you know, let's just say people who aren't exactly fans of ours, you mentioned the Bragg one in New York, you know, this was passed by, like, four different entities that would love nothing more than to take Trump, but even they realized it was B.S., Yeah, I mean, that's exactly right.
00:15:59.000Remember, they were not moving forward with this until Matthew Colangelo, who was the
00:16:04.000acting number three in the Biden Justice Department, got sent from the Biden Justice Department
00:16:09.000to the Manhattan DA's office, the Soros-funded Manhattan DA, to bring these charges.
00:16:13.000This is lawfare by Biden and his administration.
00:16:17.000You're right, Trump can only pardon himself or dismiss federal cases, but you know what?
00:16:23.000House Republicans have the power of the purse right now, and they can start punching back.
00:16:27.000They can start saying, okay, New York, or okay, Fulton County, if you want federal funding, you're going to cut off this lawfare against presidential candidates.
00:16:36.000You do not get Democrat prosecutors Democrat judges and Democrat juries and these Democrat hellholes do not get to decide the President of the United States.
00:18:11.000Demand they come in for public hearings and demand they explain to the American people why they are using federal funds to run a lawfare campaign to interfere in the 2024 presidential election.
00:18:24.000Let's start getting tough as Republicans.
00:18:29.000I just, you know, I think we have to start putting pressure on our own lawmakers to actually get them to do that.
00:18:35.000And by the way, I would say the same, and I'll let you talk about this a little bit, the same with a lot of the Republican attorney generals out there.
00:18:43.000Clearly weaponized them in the case of New York and otherwise.
00:18:49.000The federal level, they're venue shopping to try to find a jury that could care less about the Constitution, and they certainly probably have that in D.C. Talk about the Attorney General side of things, because I think that's another place where, again, we wield a lot of power, but we don't actually do anything with it.
00:19:11.000Democrats are the masters of earning power and using power.
00:19:15.000Republicans are the masters of earning power and handing over power.
00:19:21.000We have these Republican attorneys general around the country.
00:19:25.000We have laws on the books in these states about, let's say, conspiracy.
00:19:30.000If they are doing any of these bad acts and they have any one of these overt acts as part of these conspiracies in these states with Republican attorneys general, move forward with charges.
00:19:43.000The Democrats are doing it, like you said, Don.
00:19:46.000They're doing it up in New York with Tish James.
00:19:49.000They're doing it in Manhattan with Alvin Bragg, Republican attorneys.
00:19:53.000AGs, Republican DAs need to start getting creative and start indicting.
00:19:58.000There is no shortage of crimes by Biden, by Democrats, by BLM, by Antifa.
00:20:05.000Let's start giving them a healthy dose of their own medicine.
00:20:09.000Well, listen, I've told people this off the record before, but I'll say it here, that you'd be my choice for Trump's attorney general.
00:20:17.000I think various heads would explode in the confirmation process with that one, but God knows, I think that would be a lesson that they'd probably regret playing all of these games.
00:20:29.000I would say this. I would never get confirmed.
00:20:32.000I would get one vote from Chuck Grassley, my former boss, as the charity vote.
00:20:36.000But I always say that I want to be Trump's acting attorney general.
00:20:39.000And during my three-week reign of terror, I will fire and indict so many people who are on my growing list on day one.
00:20:48.000And then I'll spend the next two and a half weeks flying around on the FBI jet and doing nothing like Bill Barr did for the last six months of the Trump administration while BLM and Antifa destroyed our country.
00:20:59.000Yeah, no, I have a feeling that would not have happened under the Mike Davis rule of law.
00:21:04.000So, no, it shouldn't have happened anyway.
00:21:06.000I mean, the problem is the Mike Davis is the way it should actually function, but you're right.
00:21:11.000Across the board, you know, Republicans have been too weak to fight back.
00:21:15.000They're more concerned about being liked in D.C. They'll get maybe not as bad a hit piece from the Washington Post.
00:22:19.000Yeah, I mean, Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, I mean, these people, they don't care about the facts or the law.
00:22:26.000They figure, hey, if we can get Trump in front of a D.C. jury, we'll get a conviction.
00:22:31.000What should the Trump legal team strategy be?
00:22:37.000You know, I think, you know, I'm actually, you know, pretty happy for the first time with a lot of that team and what they're doing, but you're right.
00:22:46.000I mean, you know, some of it's just a war of attrition, right?
00:22:48.000If they can burn all your time, your energy, your resources financially, you know, you're fighting a 12-front war, you know, that's all part of that plan.
00:22:58.000But what should that team be doing perhaps that they're not already doing?
00:23:01.000I think they're doing a fantastic job, and this is ultimately going to get resolved politically.
00:23:07.000Like you said, Don, Trump is going to be convicted in this D.C. district court with this Obama judge and this Trump deranged jury.
00:23:17.000Circuit Court of Appeals is going to affirm because it's an Obama-stacked federal appellate court.
00:23:23.000This is going to have to be resolved by the Supreme Court.
00:23:27.000But the three Democrat-appointed justices on the Supreme Court are now just purely partisan hacks.
00:23:33.000So it will be probably five to four, six to three, depending If the Chief Justice decides to grow a backbone that day.
00:23:42.000But this will get resolved by the Supreme Court legally in Trump's favor.
00:23:47.000The issue is that's going to happen after the election.
00:23:49.000So this is where elected Republican officials around the country need to find their backbones and step up and start speaking up now.
00:23:58.000And I would say to these Republicans, These Never Trumpers, these DeSantis supporters, if you guys are stupid and naive enough to think that this lawfare is going away after Trump, if Trump goes away, you are incredibly naive.
00:24:13.000Remember that we have 100 years of Marxism and 100 million people got killed.
00:24:28.000And then, you know, now changing talking points just to sort of, you know, polling must have come in or Paul Ryan gave him permission to change.
00:24:35.000You know, now he's going to go after it.
00:24:39.000You're going to do whatever the establishment wants.
00:24:40.000I mean, I think that's Part of what all of this, you know, that full frontal assault against Trump, I think it tells us everything we need to know.
00:24:49.000That's why they're doing it because they fear that he's the only guy that would actually be a threat to the hegemony of power that they have and have held for probably much longer than we believe.
00:24:59.000I think, you know, TDS, the Trump derangement syndrome brought it out, but the Democrats have been doing this forever.
00:25:07.000We've fallen so much further than we were probably ever aware of.
00:25:11.000And between COVID, that little power grab that they used with all of that, it sort of brought out their true colors in what's really going on.
00:25:25.000They're not supposed to care about the politics.
00:25:28.000They're only supposed to Follow the law.
00:25:30.000The Democrat-appointed judges and justices are going to vote against Trump every single time.
00:25:37.000The Republican-appointed justices and judges should support Trump because the law is absolutely on Trump's side, but sometimes they need help finding their backbones.
00:25:48.000Maybe, like, for example, Chief Justice John Roberts.
00:25:51.000And so that's why it is so important that Republican politicians And influencers create the political environment so when the Supreme Court rules on this case, they don't have people trying to kill them in their homes, right?
00:26:06.000So it is really important that Republican officials step up now And call out this lawfare now and use tactics now like cutting off Jack Smith's funding and using the power of the purse and using oversight right now so we can nip this in the bud.
00:26:22.000The reason Jack Smith is moving forward and Merrick Garland is moving forward With an indictment of Trump for having his presidential records and an indictment of Trump for, you know, objecting to an election 30 months after this happened is because they're allowed to get away with this by Republicans.
00:26:40.000Republicans were too quiet a year ago in August after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
00:26:45.000It seems like I was the only one out there defending Trump for the first several months of that.
00:26:49.000Republicans need to find their backbones.
00:26:52.000Otherwise, these Marxist Democrats are going to exploit their weakness.
00:26:57.000Yes, you talked about that, you know, the process, right?
00:27:10.000But for something like this, something that's unprecedented during an election of the leading candidate of the opposition party, if you sort of, I think, and I think we all agree, like, there's no way he's not found guilty in a D.C. court.
00:27:27.000If someone was on that jury and you had one person that was like, hey, I'm just abstaining and it's a hung jury or whatever it may be, that person would likely be killed.
00:27:35.000You talked about the Supreme Court justices fearing for their lives.
00:27:39.000If they did it to Ruth Bader Ginsburg back in the day, those people would be in jail.
00:27:43.000If they're doing it to Gorsuch, if they're doing it to Kavanaugh, if they're doing it to Comey Barrett...
00:27:49.000That's their right of peaceful protest.
00:27:51.000I mean, these things are just enforced so differently.
00:27:54.000So if we know what this sort of outcome is going to be, that it ends up at the Supreme Court in a matter of years, is there not a way to bypass some of this process?
00:28:04.000I mean, I don't think that anyone could objectively even— We're good to go.
00:28:30.000It's going to be very hard to change the venue.
00:28:33.000Trump should move to change the venue because he's not going to get a fair trial in Washington, D.C. And there's way too much pretrial publicity, including with Jack Smith's unprecedented political announcement of the indictment, which is just unbelievable how political it was.
00:28:48.000What I would say House Republicans need to do is they need to include an appropriations writer in this process that no federal funds Make this where you can't use federal funds for any prosecution before the election.
00:29:11.000You're not saying that Trump has immunity here.
00:29:13.000You're just saying that you can't move forward with this prosecution until after the election.
00:29:17.000And let the American people decide whether they want Trump to be president,
00:29:22.000rather than Merrick Garland and Joe Biden and Jack Smith and this Obama judge and this Trump deranged jury.
00:29:30.000That's not how we run elections in America.
00:29:32.000That's how they ran elections in Zimbabwe.
00:29:36.000Yeah, well, you know, again, the stuff that we see on a daily basis right now, if it was going on in third world countries, we'd be talking about regime change.
00:29:46.000You know, we'd be starting yet another war.
00:30:42.000Ask to speak to both of your home state senators along with your U.S. House of Representatives.
00:30:50.000So three people. Call those offices and say, no federal funds for any prosecution of any presidential candidate before the November 2024 election, right?
00:31:09.000Also, House Republicans need to remember this, that this lawfare is a zero-sum game.
00:31:15.000If Democrats are not on defense with our own subpoenas and our own impeachments and our own appropriation fights, if we're not putting them on defense there, they're on offense.
00:31:27.000And they're on offense, indicting our leading presidential candidate and his top supporters, his top aides, and Christians praying at abortion.
00:31:38.000At abortion clinics and parents protesting at school board meetings.
00:31:41.000Wait, wait, wait. Mike, you mean domestic terrorists as labeled by the DOJ? I mean, that's the clown world that we're living in, though.
00:31:50.000I mean, a concerned parent who wants their children to maybe learn math rather than, you know, the Communist Manifesto or indoctrination, you know, or, you know, modern trans theory, that's a domestic terrorist in these people's minds.
00:32:09.000I think, you know, shit, I know I do it.
00:32:11.000I make a meme about it like it's a joke, but it's not because it's really happening.
00:32:17.000You know, we're not being punked even though, you know, five years ago, like any of the major tenets of today's modern Democrat Party would be like, oh, come on, it's a joke.
00:32:25.000That'd be a Saturday Night Live parody back when that was actually funny.
00:32:32.000They're saying the quiet parts out loud and actually acting on them.
00:32:36.000Yeah, it's amazing. I wish that the Republicans controlled a House of Representatives with subpoena power where they can cut off spending and they can have oversight hearings and they can drag people in with their documents and actually, you know, put them in front of the cameras.
00:32:54.000We do. And where the hell are the House Republicans?
00:32:57.000This is where, again, House Republicans must step up.
00:33:03.000We need to go on offense now, otherwise we are going to get crushed.
00:33:07.000This is not going to end with Donald Trump.
00:33:10.000They're going after Christians praying at abortion clinics.
00:33:14.000They're going after parents who don't want their kids to get gender-affirming care behind their backs in schools, right?
00:33:21.000If they're going to go after Christians, if they're going to go after parents, this is not stopping with Donald Trump.
00:33:28.000House Republicans need to find their backbones and start fighting back.
00:33:32.000Yeah, and frankly, I'd make the case that if they get away with this now, it's over.
00:33:40.000What we see now will become the day-to-day norm.
00:33:44.000And I don't just mean the prosecution of their political enemies.
00:33:47.000I mean the prosecution and criminalization of basic tenets of American history and decency.
00:33:55.000You know, if you can't be Christian in America or any other religion, I have a feeling that if this was going on at a mosque, they would have nothing to do with it.
00:34:04.000It's that direct attack on Christianity.
00:34:09.000It's the direct affront against the lunatics of the trans movement, etc., etc.
00:34:15.000I can't even believe we're actually living in this world, and yet it happens.
00:34:18.000Give us the number again, because I'm so pissed off.
00:34:22.000We just got to call these people, and everyone do it.
00:34:25.000Light them up. Yeah, it's 202-224-3121.
00:34:30.000Ask for both of your home state senators and your representative in the House, and tell them no funding for Jack Smith's prosecution before the November 2024 presidential election.
00:34:43.000So they can't say that it's obstruction of justice.
00:34:47.000We are just saying we are going to do what we've always done in this country before the Biden administration, which is we're not going to prosecute presidential candidates before the election.
00:34:58.000So, you know, if we were going to play the game like they play it, who would be, you know, sort of, who should be the first people, you know, impeached?
00:35:08.000You know, if the Republicans were going to play the impeachment game, who should it be?
00:35:12.000I mean, obviously everyone's, oh, Joe Biden.
00:35:14.000I'm like, I don't know. The problem with impeaching Joe Biden is you end up with Kamala Harris, which could be significantly worse.
00:35:22.000I say that somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but I think there's probably some truth to it.
00:35:27.000But should it be the leaders at the DOJ? Should it be Merrick Garland?
00:35:32.000What should they do? I mean, obviously, Mayorkas at the border for that criminal insanity.
00:35:38.000But again, if we're going to play this game, who'd be your top list?
00:35:42.000Well, I would say this. There's no chance that Senate Democrats are going to remove anyone, but we still need to make this a political issue because impeachment is a political process and we need to make this painful for Democrats.
00:35:53.000So I would actually, the first two people on my list are President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
00:35:58.000Biden for being corrupt and compromised.
00:36:01.000And Garland for covering it up and protecting the Bidens while he's politicized.
00:36:06.000They both have politicized and weaponized the justice system to go after Trump.
00:36:10.000Trump's top aides and Trump supporters, like we said, Christians and parents.
00:36:17.000And frankly, this is why the next election is so important, because the next president of the United States, whether it's Biden or Trump, Or Gavin Newsom is going to replace one or more conservative justices on the Supreme Court?
00:36:33.000And do you want Trump or Biden replacing Justice Clarence Thomas, for example?
00:36:38.000Because if we lose the Supreme Court, that is the last line of defense.
00:36:42.000If we lose the Supreme Court, There goes everything.
00:36:45.000That's our God-given right to speak, associate, worship, protect ourselves.
00:36:50.000Those will go out the door immediately if there is a Democrat-controlled Supreme Court.
00:36:55.000And if you don't believe me, just look at the votes and the dissenting opinions of the three Democrat-appointed Supreme Court justices right now.
00:37:07.000President Trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the transformation of the 5-4 left of center court to the 5-4 Clarence Thomas court, and that could be lost in this November 2024 election.
00:37:22.000I mean, we saw that play out, you know, in the last few weeks.
00:37:25.000You saw, you know, A.G. Landry, one of my friends, you know, with the censorship, you know, you can't have the Biden administration forcing Facebook to censor stuff.
00:37:34.000But, you know, and the left lost their minds.
00:37:36.000It's like, wait, they're not allowed to.
00:37:38.000It's shocking, the attack on free speech.
00:37:40.000But you also saw it with the affirmative action ruling and others.
00:37:46.000You know, that court. Essentially, and I'm sure colleges and institutions will figure out ways around it, and I'm sure they'll continue to do their nonsense because that's the woke society in which all of those people operate.
00:37:58.000But, you know, they actually got rid of, you know, government-mandated institutionalized racism, and people went crazy about it.
00:38:17.000Why should they lose golden tickets to wealthy black kids like the Obama's kids?
00:38:22.000I mean, that's why affirmative action is so disgusting because it helps wealthy connected black people like the Obama's to the detriment of poor Asian kids who are more qualified.
00:38:32.000And why the hell should that be legal in this country?
00:38:35.000And that's the issue. If conservatives, if Republicans lose control of the Supreme Court, it is game over America.
00:39:41.000Now, you know, they went from BLM and Antifa, now it's the COVID, excuse me, it's the Ukraine COVID masks that I see around Washington, D.C. I spent about 20% of my time in this D.C. hellhole, and people are still wearing COVID COVID masks in this town.
00:39:57.000They're usually Ukraine COVID masks because that's, you know, the latest religious sect for the Democrats, but it just shows how today's Democrats are insane.
00:40:07.000Yeah, no, the religion of the left and their deities seems to change daily.
00:40:12.000It was climate change, as led by the high priestess Greta Thunberg.
00:40:17.000It became COVID, led by, you know, God Anthony Fauci.
00:40:23.000And now the new religion of the left is Ukraine, as led by, you know, Vladimir Zelensky.
00:40:30.000It's... It's insane, but that's exactly what it is.
00:40:33.000I mean, they like to talk about conservatives somehow being a cult, but I'm still trying to figure out how they can say that with a straight face, given literally everything that they seem to worship on a daily basis.
00:40:45.000I always say today's Democrats are Marxist and their goal or God is power, because they're godless, and their religion or strategy for their goal or God of power is Marxism.
00:40:56.000They can't talk about that because that's not popular, so they use different religious sects.
00:41:01.000And those religious sects are chaos and division, whether it's racial chaos and division with BLM, or gender chaos with 15 pronouns, the COVID lockdowns, the environment.
00:41:18.000Those are all their religious sects, which is for their goal or God of just ultimate power on Earth.
00:41:24.000They just want to control us, and they do that through their religious sects.
00:41:29.000Yeah, you know, compare and contrast all of this insanity with sort of, you know, the Hunter Biden treatment.
00:41:35.000You know, I talk about it probably even too much on the show.
00:41:38.000I know what they tried to do to me, you know, with nothing.
00:41:42.000And we all know that now, but it didn't matter.
00:41:43.000It didn't stop me from doing 50 hours of testimony.
00:41:45.000And they wanted to try me for treason, minor details, a crime punishable by death.
00:41:50.000But, you know, you see what's going on.
00:41:53.000Talk about sort of All the dirty tricks that Hunter's lawyers tried to pull with that ridiculous plea deal, where he got a deal unlike anything any human being who's ever committed tax fraud or criminal firearms charges could get.
00:42:08.000But then they tried tying in sort of this blanket immunity.
00:42:12.000For literally anything and or everything else he may have done that maybe we don't even know about.
00:42:18.000And given what we've seen, I'm sure there's more.
00:42:20.000I'm curious to see what are the things that he chose not to film himself doing because he said, you know what, maybe this is a little too much for video.
00:42:29.000Talk about that because that level of corruption that a judge could look at this and say, wait a minute, this is ridiculous.
00:42:36.000Talk a little bit about what's going on there.
00:42:38.000Yeah, think about this. You have your family, the Trump family, you guys are in the real estate business, and you guys got criticism for the Obama General Services Administration giving you a lease in Washington, D.C. to take a dump of an old building called the old post office building And turn it into a beautiful new hotel that has since been sold.
00:42:59.000And you guys made a ton of money off of it.
00:43:03.000That was somehow corruption and a violation of the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, according to the Democrats.
00:43:10.000And they wanted to go after the Trumps for this.
00:43:12.000Yet we have the Bidens who are the dumbest people on the planet and have done nothing in their life other than work in government.
00:43:20.000And when Biden is the Vice President of the United States, His dumb, crackhead son is selling the vice presidency to China, Ukraine, Romania, and every other highest bidder on the planet.
00:43:35.000James Comer from the House Oversight Committee has been able to track down over $30 million
00:43:40.000in payments, corrupt foreign payments, including bribery from Burisma from China.
00:43:47.000It seems like every Biden, except for the four-year-old granddaughter in Arkansas, who
00:43:54.000And Democrats wanted to cover this up.
00:43:56.000Merrick Garland wanted to cover this up with this sweetheart deal up in Delaware.
00:44:04.000The U.S. attorney up there was going to let Hunter Biden plead guilty to two misdemeanors
00:44:12.000for failing to file taxes and deferred felony charge for having a gun and not give him any
00:44:19.000jail time and then essentially give him a backdoor pardon for every possible crime that
00:44:25.000Hunter Biden could have possibly committed as part of these plea negotiations.
00:44:31.000This is obviously to protect Hunter Biden, but more importantly, it's Merrick Garland protecting his boss, Joe Biden.
00:44:38.000And this is yet another reason that House Republicans need to move forward immediately with oversight hearings and impeachment.
00:44:46.000Yeah, like, you know, I keep wondering, because I watched it for, you know, the entirety of my father's presidency, and, you know, even afterwards, you know, where are the, you know, bigger-than-Watergate folks?
00:44:59.000Because, you know, every time my father sent a tweet, if he said Merry Christmas, it was bigger than Watergate, it was somehow a scandal, you know.
00:46:11.000Like, we are making these decisions, you know, not because it's the religion of the left, but because mainstream media is running the cover for this.
00:46:18.000And we're not even willing to ask, like, hey, are we going to get into nuclear war to cover up, you know, Joe Biden and the Democrats and, you know, more pay-to-play and bribery schemes?
00:46:26.000Like, we're not even asking the question anymore.
00:46:31.000And then, you know, top that with the coincidence of every time there's sort of a major bombshell tying Joe Biden, the next day there's another indictment of Trump.
00:46:41.000And think about this. President Obama put Vice President Biden in charge of Ukraine, and Biden and his scumbag family cashed in handsomely in Ukraine.
00:46:53.000And what happened during this corruption?
00:47:00.000Putin did not mess with Ukraine whatsoever during four years of Trump because Trump was strong and he wasn't corrupt by these bribes and other corrupt payments to the Biden family.
00:47:12.000Biden's back in office, and guess what?
00:47:38.000And guess what? This Burisma executive is almost certainly a Russian asset.
00:47:44.000So that means That Putin has these tapes of Joe Biden as the Vice President of the United States shaking down Burisma for a foreign bribe.
00:47:53.000Biden threatened to cut off a billion dollars in US aid if Ukraine's president didn't fire Ukraine's prosecutor Investigating Burisma and the Bidens.
00:48:29.000But again, you know, we'll say it here.
00:48:33.000I don't even see a lot of the conservative people talking about this stuff.
00:48:37.000It's... Oh, it's not really a big deal.
00:48:39.000I mean, again, I know, and we all remember the hysteria of Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:48:45.000This... Even the Russia, Russia, Russia sort of worst case scenario doesn't even come close to the level of this, you know, and you're right, we're focused on Ukraine, but China's a bigger deal, you know, right?
00:48:57.000China doesn't give a billion dollars to crackheads.
00:49:01.000They don't have that as part of their DEI, you know, let's make sure we have a diverse group of investment managers.
00:49:09.000They don't do that unless they're buying someone.
00:49:12.000They certainly wouldn't invest with Hunter.
00:49:17.000There are many things, but they're not stupid.
00:49:18.000But this is probably the greatest return on investment because it feels like to me as an American, every decision coming out of this White House is literally like China first, America last.
00:49:29.000Don't worry about it. It's one of the greatest deals China's ever made.
00:49:34.000And that's when you have a bought-off President of the United States, a compromised President of the United States like President Biden, House Republicans have a constitutional duty to expose this.
00:49:48.000They have to move forward with oversight.
00:49:50.000They have to move forward with impeachment.
00:49:52.000The only way you're going to get the mainstream, meaning liberal media, to cover Any of this, and for any of this to break through to middle America, to everyday Americans, is to move forward with impeachment.
00:50:05.000Yeah. So, you know, in terms of, you know, the primary, my father seems to be getting bigger and stronger with every indictment.
00:50:15.000It's sort of amazing. And I think it's important because I think the American people at this point, you know, the indictments, it's so common.
00:50:22.000I think people are actually waking up to what's actually going on, even those who've been sort of, let's call it politically agnostic.
00:51:41.000I guess, yeah, what's the purpose of giving Asa Hutchinson, pulling at a whopping.01%, two hours of unfettered access to try to take him down?
00:51:53.000And I imagine the people at Fox are probably going over and kissing his ass to try to get him to go and show up and trying to convince him it's a great idea.
00:52:02.000But yeah, the tactician side of me agrees with you 100%.
00:52:05.000You're literally going to have teams of people just trying to figure out the one zinger and, you know, Like fighting or otherwise, sometimes they land, right?
00:52:13.000Like, why would you give those guys polling at nothing even that opportunity?
00:52:17.000Well, here's how President Trump can participate in this debate.
00:52:22.000And he can run the debate, and these Republican contenders who want to be his vice president can audition.
00:52:29.000And then he can decide who wins the debate, and that could be part of his calculation for who he picks for vice president.
00:52:35.000Of the people running, do you think any of them...
00:52:39.000Would you look at any of them at VP or would you not even do that?
00:52:43.000I mean, he put out the tweet sort of addressing this point last week.
00:52:46.000Like, hey, I may watch to tune in to see who I might look at as a VP. Do you think any of them right now deserve a shot?
00:52:57.000Yeah, I mean, of course. The Republican field has a lot of senators and governors, a lot of people who have a promising future in the Republican Party.
00:53:07.000And I think President Trump wants to unite the party for the general election, and he will, and he's going to win back the White House, and we're going to end this lawfare, this weaponization of our law enforcement and intel agencies, and we're going to rebuild our economy, and we're going to put China in check and Russia in check, and we're going to be And a good place like we were for the first three years of President Trump's first term before Democrats destroyed our economy with COVID and BLM and Antifa.
00:53:35.000Yeah. Who would you look at that's perhaps not on everyone's front-burner list for VP, as well as some of the other positions?
00:53:45.000Who would you like? Again, I look forward to the three weeks of your AG Pro Tem run, but who would you look at?
00:53:55.000Who's someone that could do the stuff that we all, probably, and anyone watching this show would want to do, but that could also get confirmed?
00:54:05.000So for Vice President of the United States, I'm from Iowa, and I think that Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is a very, very solid pick.
00:54:16.000She's from the Midwest. She's conservative.
00:54:36.000Anyone who has a backbone and who is fearless who will come in and fire and indict people immediately is who would have my vote.
00:54:46.000So, you know, you talked about sort of uniting, you know, the party.
00:54:50.000And I think we can do that. And I think people understand what's going on.
00:54:52.000But for the more, you know, apathetic voters, the people who, you know, they're not consuming this stuff on a daily basis.
00:54:58.000How should, you know, MAGA be messaged to really get the point across, whether it be as it relates to the corruption?
00:55:06.000Because it is amazing. You know, you turn on the news and it...
00:55:11.000Even though you know it's BS, it still influences you, right?
00:55:13.000It's sort of like if you spend time on Twitter, you get a view of the world that doesn't actually exist in the world, but it's like these ecospheres.
00:55:22.000How do you message that so people really understand what's there?
00:55:25.000Because again, you look at the Trump results, you look at the Trump economy, you look at this and you're like...
00:55:30.000Even with all the chaos, all created by the Democrats, you know, the people who, well, I don't really like his attitude.
00:55:36.000It's like, well, your attitude would be different if they spent, you know, years trying to impeach you, lying about this, the pee tape, like, insanity.
00:55:43.000But it was the gospel, as though it really happened.
00:55:45.000Your attitude would likely be a little bit different.
00:55:48.000How do you get that across to those, you know, center, centrist, independent voters to make sure that they understand what's fully going on here and vote accordingly?
00:55:59.000Yeah, I mean, I would very much have Republican politicians out there find their backbones and be better surrogates to explain this.
00:56:09.000And so it's not just Trump defending himself.
00:56:11.000There are people, there are validators out there.
00:56:13.000But I would message it this way to the American people, two ways.
00:56:17.000Do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Justice Thomas on the Supreme Court?
00:56:22.000We talked about that. But I would say, do you feel safer We're good to go.
00:56:43.000All Americans felt peace and prosperity under President Trump.
00:56:47.000Do you want that back? Or do you want the uniparty elite running our country into the ground and enriching themselves like they did during COVID and beyond?
00:56:59.000Do you want peace and prosperity with Trump, warts and all?
00:57:03.000Or do you want to continue down this path of chaos and poverty that we have under President Biden?
00:57:11.000Yeah, you look back on those times and it's like, oh, wow, it's so crazy.
00:57:14.000I'm like, I don't know, man. I think people were doing pretty good.
00:57:17.000You know, if you turned off the TV and just lived your life, you actually were in a great place.
00:57:23.000And yet, you know, they'd have you believe that everything was chaos.
00:57:28.000but it was really just totally created.
00:57:31.000It was a figment of their imagination, yet it still had profound effect.
00:57:35.000I think Russia, Russia, Russia did a lot of election influencing for the midterms.
00:57:40.000And yet, I guess that will continue, though hopefully with stuff like this.
00:57:46.000You do see people breaking away from that mainstream media.
00:57:50.000You see them breaking away, even from the conservative side who've shown
00:57:52.000that they too don't have a backbone, and or they have a backbone,
00:57:56.000but they wanna make sure that they're able to wield power, which is what most of these things are,
00:57:59.000and they're perhaps no different than the Democrats that way.
00:58:02.000I mean, there is definitely a uniparty in Washington, D.C. I always say that the D.C. swamp is the only place on the planet where the reptiles lack backbones on both sides of the aisle.
00:58:17.000What are some of the other things you're working on, Mike, at the Article III project?
00:58:22.000We are looking at potential Supreme Court picks for the next President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, and we hope to compile a list that he may use from which to pick when he's the 47th We're fighting back constantly against the Democrats' lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his supporters, Christians, parents.
00:58:49.000Another thing that we're doing is defending constitutionalist judges, and this is so important.
00:58:54.000These judges, like we said, have lifetime tenure.
00:58:56.000They have pay protection, but they're still humans.
00:58:59.000And when you threaten to kill them and their families outside of their homes, that has an effect.
00:59:03.000And so at Article 3 Pop Project, we are punching back against these radical assaults on judicial independence and their lawfare.
00:59:11.000Yeah, talk a little bit about that, right?
00:59:13.000Because people are like, oh, alleged judges is their lifetime.
00:59:15.000There's no real threat. They can do what they need to do.
00:59:19.000You saw that, you know, with the people camping out at some of the justices' houses.
00:59:23.000But I imagine that happens on a local level, too.
00:59:27.000And again, I imagine that the offenders are treated very differently depending on where their political allegiances lie.
00:59:37.000Yeah, I mean, just imagine, Don, if we had a bunch of Trump supporters protesting outside of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's house before she's ruling on a key case.
00:59:48.000For some reason, I don't think the Biden Justice Department and the Biden White House press secretary would come out and say that this is protected by the First Amendment because it's not.
00:59:59.000It's a violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1507.
01:00:11.000You do not have a First Amendment right to obstruct justice.
01:00:15.000We saw Judge Esther Salas, an Obama-appointed judge, have her son Daniel killed and her husband Mark Seriously wounded in her house because she got doxxed.
01:00:28.000We saw Justice Brett Kavanaugh face a 1am assassination attempt against himself, his wife Ashley and their two teenage daughters.
01:00:36.000It was a lot closer than people understand.
01:00:39.000And so this is a deadly game and it is frankly impeachable that Merrick Garland is allowing this to continue.
01:00:48.000So you obviously know Gorsuch well, and he's done a great job, and that was an amazing pick.
01:00:54.000Talk a little bit more about that, because it's almost shocking.
01:00:57.000I know about it a bit, but it's not even a talking point.
01:01:01.000I imagine the vast majority of people don't even know that that actually happened and was a very real threat.
01:01:10.000Yeah, so, Justice Kavanaugh, someone flew across the country with padded shoes and zip ties and other weapons, and he came very close to getting into Justice Kavanaugh's house.
01:01:27.000And if he got into Justice Kavanaugh's house, he almost certainly would have been killed, along with his wife Ashley and their two teenage daughters.
01:01:35.000Yeah, I meant, yeah, I said Gorsuch, but yeah, that was Kavanaugh.
01:01:40.000It was Kavanaugh, and I'll tell you what, it was a lot, like I said, a lot closer than people understand, and they have their security very much upped right now, so if people think that they're going to try to do this, they will make a deadly mistake, but this is the game that's being played, and this is, this was, these deadly...
01:02:02.000These potentially deadly protests were encouraged by the White House Press Secretary at the time, Jen Psaki, and by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
01:02:11.000You do not have a right to protest outside of a federal judge's home.
01:02:16.000That is obstruction of justice under federal law.
01:02:20.000And like we said, if a Trump supporter did this to a Democrat judge, they would be in jail right now, as they should be.
01:02:26.000Yeah. Well, listen, Mike, thank you so much for everything that you're doing, for staying in that fight.
01:02:32.000I think we all understand there's consequences to sort of being on this side and on this team, and they'll be wielded.
01:02:38.000But I think it's important for all of us to become unafraid to keep going like that.
01:02:42.000So I just want to thank you for all that you're doing.
01:02:45.000As we run up the additional indictments, I'm sure we'll have you back on to talk about the nuances of all of those, too, because, you know, God knows it's been about, you know, a week.
01:02:55.000We haven't seen one, so I'm sure there's probably one coming in the next couple minutes or so.
01:02:59.000Yeah, exactly. When we find Hunter's next hooker, there will be another indictment.
01:03:07.000Really appreciate it. Guys, go check out Mike Davis.
01:03:10.000Follow him on social. Really good insight into what's going on.
01:03:14.000It's not just bombs, although those are great, too.
01:03:18.000Just a thorough understanding of what's going on, and check out what he's doing at the Article 3 Project.
01:03:23.000Because it's important that we're actually fighting these battles and that someone with brains and balls and the backbone that Mike's been talking about is out there doing that because otherwise nothing gets done.
01:03:34.000So, Mike, you're the man. Really appreciate it.
01:03:36.000And again, I think one of the things I'm looking forward to in the next decade is just that three weeks of Mike Davis as acting AG. I just want to sit there with popcorn and look back and revel in the glory.
01:03:51.000My three-week reign of terror before I'm chased out of town.
01:03:55.000But I will tell President Trump I need my pardon signed ahead of time.
01:03:58.000Yes, yes. We will get the pre-pardon in the works because these people will not like it.
