00:06:37.000 It doesn't end, I guess they still think there's kings here.
00:06:40.000 Also, FBI Director Kash Patel is moving to declassify the Swalwell Fang Fang files.
00:06:47.000 You know, that's when Eric Swalwendell, then on the House Intelligence Committee, actually was, you know, dating and sleeping with a Chinese spy.
00:06:55.000 You know, minor details like that.
00:06:56.000 You know, so that's going to be a big one.
00:06:59.000 And coming up, John Solomon will be here with big developments out of the Ukraine and Democrat kickback schemes to the DNC and to the Joe Biden campaign.

00:08:54.000 WhyReFi, investing in America's future.
00:08:57.000 Let's get into some of the top headlines.
00:09:00.000 So Saturday was supposed to be this massive new kings protest.
00:09:06.000 Here we go again.
00:09:06.000 It didn't work out the first time, so we're going to try again.
00:09:09.000 The left's big moment.
00:09:11.000 Millions of people marching for reasons they can't entirely understand or articulate.
00:09:18.000 Other than, I guess, obsessive Trump derangement syndrome, and also because a lot of these people are probably being paid.
00:09:27.000 And like any good left-wing riot, they had to attack a courthouse at some point during the night.
00:09:34.000 In Los Angeles, a group laid siege to the federal courthouse in downtown Los Angeles, where they were smashing concrete blocks and throwing them at federal officers.
00:09:47.000 DHS personnel in riot gear were assaulted and multiple arrests were made.
00:09:52.000 Check this out.
00:09:54.000 This is
00:10:46.000 the same playbook we saw in 2020, guys.
00:10:49.000 Basically, the same people probably, you know, just change the t-shirt, change the flag, the slogan, whatever it is.
00:10:54.000 You know, they all look the same.
00:10:56.000 Same tactics, dress it up as, you know, resistance, and then start attacking federal buildings and assaulting law officers.
00:11:04.000 I remember when that was an insurrection, but, you know, if you're a Democrat, it's clearly not.
00:11:09.000 It's just, you know, protest, paid or not.
00:11:12.000 And meanwhile, guys, in New York, the mask came all the way off because we've got video of a communist group marching, openly chanting, there is only one solution, communist revolution.
00:11:27.000 Check this one out.
00:12:02.000 Hands down their occupation.
00:12:06.000 Hands down their occupation.
00:12:08.000 Hands off the literary.
00:12:10.000 Hands off the middle east.
00:12:12.000 From the valley of the peace.
00:12:14.000 From the belly of the beast.
00:12:16.000 Hands off the middle league.
00:12:18.000 Hands off from the Venezuela.
00:12:21.000 Hands off Venezuela.
00:12:24.000 Cuba.
00:12:30.000 What do you want me to do?
00:12:45.000 Come on.
00:12:46.000 You're rescued.
00:12:47.000 Five party and every rescue.
00:12:49.000 Either party represents you.
00:13:09.000 How do you say that?
00:13:11.000 No war to the class war.
00:13:13.000 No off of the class war.
00:13:14.000 No war from the class war.
00:13:18.000 No war on the war.
00:13:20.000 No war from the class war.
00:13:22.000 No war to the class war.
00:13:24.000 No war to the class war.
00:13:26.000 From the belly of the beast.
00:13:30.000 Hands off the middle east.
00:13:31.000 Hands off the middle east.
00:13:33.000 From the belly of the beast.
00:13:35.000 From the belly of the beast.
00:13:37.000 Hands off the middle east.
00:13:39.000 Hands off the middle.
00:13:41.000 So let me get this straight, guys.
00:13:44.000 They call themselves no kings.
00:13:48.000 They claim they're defending democracy, and their solution is a communist dictatorship.
00:13:54.000 I mean, that's the plan.
00:13:56.000 Doesn't seem like it.
00:13:57.000 I mean, I think a communist dictatorship is sort of like the closest thing to a king we could probably have.
00:14:05.000 No kings?
00:14:07.000 But they'll take a Stalin, maybe a Maduro, a Mao, they'll take a Castro, but you know, definitely not a Trump.
00:14:16.000 I mean, you know, obviously can't have that.
00:14:18.000 And like I've told you, these protests aren't organic.
00:14:22.000 They're highly organized.
00:14:24.000 They're highly manufactured.
00:14:25.000 In fact, an incredible investigative thread dropped this week from Data Republican, exposing a man named Stephen A. Cash, a former CIA officer who worked in the Balkans during the Clinton era, who then served as a senior advisor at DHS Intelligence Analysis under Biden.
00:14:47.000 After my father won in 2016, Steve Cash co-founded something called the Steady State, a group of 340 plus former intelligence community officials.
00:14:58.000 Some of the same people who signed that fake letter claiming the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
00:15:06.000 And he's admitted on video to having played a role in planning the no-kings process.
00:15:12.000 Check this out.
00:15:13.000 March leads me to both the month of March coming up and a March, which is the No Kings March, which will be on March 28th all around the United States.
00:15:23.000 Probably going to be the biggest mass March demonstration in American history.
00:15:30.000 We're going to be there.
00:15:33.000 We, the steady state, we are partners with many, many organizations that range from one end of the spectrum to another end of the spectrum of political views, of specific views.
00:15:48.000 It's time to get out in the street and demonstrate the resolve of the American people to stay a democracy.
00:15:55.000 I attended a planning meeting actually for the No Kings rally, March 28th.
00:16:00.000 There's my plug again.
00:16:02.000 And I left it practically in tears.
00:16:05.000 Thousands of people are involved in the planning of this.
00:16:10.000 In case we missed it, his company, Deck Prism LLC, holds over $15 million of Department of Energy contracts, including SoulSource, meaning, you know, the only guy that can compete in it, you know, non-competed contracts, while donating 100% to Democrats over 20 years.
00:16:33.000 Again, this is not organic.
00:16:36.000 It's highly organized.
00:16:38.000 And most of these folks are either being paid or they're just useful idiots in the Democratic machine.
00:16:46.000 And speaking of useful idiots for foreign adversaries, Eric Swalwell seems to be hitting new levels of panic over his infamous relationship with Chinese spy Fang Fang.
00:16:57.000 FBI Director Kash Patel is pushing to declassify and release the investigative files on Congressman Eric Swalwell and Christine Fang, better known as Fang Fang, the Chinese spy who infiltrated his office, helped him with fundraising, placed an intern in his congressional offices, and had what the classified intelligence report describes as an intricate and intimate relationship with him, including, and I'm being delegate here,
00:17:28.000 certain sexual acts.
00:17:30.000 FBI agents in California have been directed to gather and redact documents for release to senior administration officials.
00:17:40.000 And the Bureau is even discussing sending agents to China to interview Fang because they believe she has even more damaging information on this clown.
00:17:53.000 And what does Swalwell do?
00:17:54.000 He goes on X and says, Donald Trump is targeting me.
00:17:59.000 He's scared.
00:18:00.000 I mean, think about that.
00:18:02.000 The guy who was on the intelligence committee subpoenaed me, went after me, my family, never met a camera he didn't love, got out there talking about all these things and insurrection and Russia-Russia-Russia collusion.
00:18:15.000 The guy's apparently sleeping with a Chinese spy.
00:18:18.000 Oh, no, no, is Donald Trump targeting him?
00:18:20.000 Not like, I don't know, maybe the American people should target a congressman on an intelligence committee who's sleeping with a Chinese spy.
00:18:26.000 Just maybe, Eric, just maybe, you're the bad guy.
00:18:30.000 Eric, buddy, I want you to take a look at a banner that flew over the protest this weekend.
00:18:37.000 My father isn't a king, but he is your daddy.
00:18:42.000 And by the way, Swalwell is currently running for governor of California because he wasn't bad enough in Congress.
00:18:49.000 You know, you get to be governor.
00:18:50.000 I mean, that's what happens when you're failing in some sort of political position in California.
00:18:55.000 They actually promote you.
00:18:56.000 That seems to be something that happens over and over again.
00:19:00.000 Just look at the current governor.
00:19:02.000 So the voters of the largest state in the union really deserve to know how exactly a Chinese spy can compromise a sitting member of Congress, a sitting member of the House Intelligence Committee.
00:19:16.000 What did she get access to?
00:19:18.000 I think inquiring minds and anyone with a brain would want to know.
00:19:22.000 What did she send back to Beijing?
00:19:25.000 And why was none of this ever prosecuted?
00:19:29.000 Now, speaking of the radical left losing their minds, I need you guys to watch this clip from a woke political conference in Canada.
00:19:39.000 Watch the whole thing.
00:19:40.000 Their convention chair, who identifies as non-binary, of course, literally stopped the entire conference because a young woman called them Madame.
00:19:52.000 They halted proceedings to correct a pronoun.
00:19:56.000 I mean, this is what Canada has to spend their time on, apparently.
00:19:59.000 And it gets better.
00:20:00.000 They have something called equity cards, equity cards, guys.
00:20:04.000 Literal race and gender cards to determine who gets to speak and in what order.
00:20:10.000 I guess, you know, if you check a couple boxes, you take priority over someone who probably knows maybe more about what they're talking about and isn't batshit crazy.
00:20:18.000 So if you're a white male delegate, sorry, guys, you go to the back of the line.
00:20:24.000 Your voice matters less because of your skin color.
00:20:28.000 It's not a skit.
00:20:30.000 It's not South Park, although it totally could be.
00:20:33.000 It's totally real.
00:20:34.000 Check this out.
00:20:36.000 Thank you, delegate.
00:20:40.000 There's a point of privilege on microphone one, then we'll go to microphone three.
00:20:44.000 Go ahead, delegate.
00:20:45.000 Yes, hello.
00:20:47.000 I was standing here with my gender equity card before you called on the previous speaker.
00:20:51.000 That's my point of privilege, so I would like to.
00:20:53.000 I will explain the speaking order, which is fixed that I cannot amend, which is the pro-con rotation.
00:20:59.000 You can move yourself up a line that you're standing on.
00:21:01.000 I am pro and I, I was, we went, um, you went pro.
00:21:07.000 You went pro-con.
00:21:08.000 Pro.
00:21:09.000 And my plan was to go con.
00:21:11.000 The speaker at ConMike 3 also has a speaking card.
00:21:14.000 Yesterday, this card was used in an inappropriate manner.
00:21:19.000 And while I understand in Ontario, we note this as equity, even if that, this was also used inappropriately in terms of gender.
00:21:28.000 I want everyone to be mindful that these cards for individuals like myself who identify as a black woman have no value outside of this space.
00:21:39.000 This is a real political party in Canada.
00:21:43.000 Literal race cards and pronoun policing who are police who are running the political conventions.
00:21:52.000 They even call themselves the new Democratic Party, which, you know, pretty much lines up with our current Democrat Party here in the United States.
00:22:00.000 And while we're at it, across the pond in the United Kingdom, guys, you're allowed to fly the ISIS flag.
00:22:09.000 You can fly the Hamas flag.
00:22:12.000 You can fly the Pride flag.
00:22:14.000 But which flag is not allowed?
00:22:17.000 Well, apparently the British flag.
00:22:21.000 You can't fly the flag of the country.
00:22:23.000 You can fly the ISIS flag, Hamas, Pride, all the other crazy flags of the world, but you can't fly the British flag.
00:22:29.000 Watch this clip from a recent demonstration in the UK.
00:22:56.000 And you wonder why countries are falling apart.
00:23:00.000 Why you can't when you can't fly your own nation's flag in your own nation, but a terrorist organization's flag is totally acceptable.
00:23:09.000 It's just fine.
00:23:11.000 That tells you everything you need to know about Western civilization and where it's heading if we don't fight back.
00:23:19.000 Now, here's one more for you.
00:23:21.000 And this is a perfect example of how Democrats operate at every level of government.
00:23:27.000 In Connecticut, Democrats created a meals and beverage tax, an extra 1% tax, and they promised, they stood up and swore to the people of Connecticut that the money would go back to cities and towns.
00:23:44.000 However, since 2019, that tax has raised over $500 million, half a billion dollars.
00:23:53.000 How much went back to municipalities?
00:23:57.000 Zero.
00:23:58.000 Zero, guys.
00:23:59.000 Not a dime.
00:24:00.000 Not a single penny.
00:24:02.000 Every single dollar was diverted into the state general fund.
00:24:08.000 Check this out.
00:24:10.000 Brand new for you at 530.
00:24:12.000 Connecticut's tourism budget has been slashed, but there are plans to revive it.
00:24:16.000 Money will come from a meals tax, a tax that is supposed to help promote the state, but is going somewhere else.
00:24:21.000 Your chief political reporter Susan Rath is live in Middletown, where restaurants are fighting to get the money that was promised.
00:24:28.000 Susan?
00:24:30.000 Sam, I think we can all agree that tourism is important, yet Connecticut spends far less than many other states.
00:24:36.000 Now, this meals tax was supposed to go to help cities and towns, but somehow it ended up going somewhere else, straight to the state budget.
00:24:48.000 Abby McAllister was having lunch this Friday at Tate's in Middletown.
00:24:52.000 She agrees tourism is vital.
00:24:55.000 If we're going to be successful, we need to promote the state.
00:24:58.000 Bring business in.
00:24:59.000 She may also be one of the few who knows you pay a meal tax when you go out to eat.
00:25:05.000 Every check includes a 1% charge.
00:25:07.000 That extra 1% tax has gone back to the general fund since 2019, generating over $500 million.
00:25:17.000 But that wasn't the original intent.
00:25:20.000 The money was supposed to go to the city or town where the tax was generated.
00:25:24.000 The owner of Tates came to Hartford to speak at a public hearing on a bill to bring some of that money back.
00:25:30.000 The hospitality industry is a cornerstone of whatever culture you might be a part of.
00:25:35.000 And I think that it's important to understand that we can contribute much more to our communities this way than just the meal or the donation.
00:25:45.000 It's money that is generated inside our local economies, but it's sent straight to the state's general fund.
00:25:51.000 Our towns get nothing.
00:25:52.000 Our tourism marketing budget gets nothing.
00:25:54.000 And our small businesses get nothing.
00:25:56.000 Scott Dulch from the Connecticut Restaurant and Hospitality Association has been leading the fight to get back the money and do what he calls common sense.
00:26:05.000 Give 50% to the towns, the other 50% to the state tourism budget.
00:26:10.000 Democratic and Republican lawmakers agree on this one.
00:26:14.000 A lot of people think Connecticut tourism really is just mystic to casinos or pizza.
00:26:18.000 There's a lot more going on out there that we're not funding.
00:26:21.000 Abby McAllister says cities and towns need the money and the return will be tenfold.
00:26:27.000 Give us back what was designated for tourism.
00:26:30.000 We're not asking for something that wasn't already designated for tourism.
00:26:35.000 We're just asking them to give back what they've taken.
00:26:40.000 Now the finance committee will have to give approval in order for this to go to the full General Assembly.
00:26:46.000 So the bottom line is some Republicans and Democrats agree that the money should go to where it was intended, but there are a lot of people who are wondering how it went so far for so long in the wrong direction.
00:26:58.000 Here, Chief Political Reporter, Susan Ralph, Channel 3, live in Middletown.
00:27:03.000 Money stolen from you, consumers, stolen from the restaurants, stolen from the small businesses, stolen from the towns that were promised the money and dumped into the state's general slush fund.
00:27:17.000 This is what Democrats do.
00:27:19.000 They tax you.
00:27:20.000 They promise you'll see the benefit.
00:27:22.000 And then they take the money and spend it on whatever they want to.
00:27:28.000 Half a billion dollars, guys, just gone.
00:27:30.000 Nobody held accountable.
00:27:32.000 No one held accountable for the lies since they told you specifically what it was going to be spent for.
00:27:36.000 They promised.
00:27:38.000 And it's just another example of massive Democrat-orchestrated fraud.
00:27:45.000 Joining me now, investigative reporter and just the news founder, John Solomon.
00:27:50.000 John, great to have you back.
00:27:51.000 Good to be with you, Don.
00:27:53.000 So you broke this incredible story about NSA intercepts showing Ukrainian officials basically discussing a plot to funnel back millions in American aid money back to the Biden 2024 campaign through none other than USAID.
00:28:10.000 I mean, really, I guess it shouldn't surprise us anymore, but it should shock us.
00:28:15.000 Can you walk us through it and what else we need to know?
00:28:19.000 Yeah, let's give everybody a little quick history lesson because the context of this is important.
00:28:24.000 In 2016, we know that the Ukrainian embassy in the United States was advocating for Hillary Clinton's campaign.
00:28:32.000 The ambassador even wrote an op-ed doing so.
00:28:36.000 In the period before that, they were enriching the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, was enriching Joe Biden's son Hunter.
00:28:44.000 So Ukrainians generally have had a leftward lurch in their support in the American political system, sometimes very overtly, like putting Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma or their ambassador writing an op-ed saying they would prefer Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump in 2016.
00:29:02.000 Then we get through the whole impeachment scandal.
00:29:04.000 We're told don't believe any of that Ukrainian liberal preference.
00:29:08.000 Turns out it was all true.
00:29:10.000 It wasn't a conspiracy theory.
00:29:12.000 Hunter Biden and the Democratic Party were deeply entangled with the Ukrainian government, Ukrainian businesses.
00:29:19.000 And we lived through that.
00:29:20.000 Joe Biden's in the White House.
00:29:22.000 And in 2022, in early 23, his fundraising is lagging, even though he's the incumbent.
00:29:29.000 He's got the problems with the Afghanistan withdrawal, questions about his mental acuity, enormous unpopularity, particularly when it comes to an open border.
00:29:40.000 And so it's at that moment when NSA guys with headphones on are listening and they intercept a series of conversations.
00:29:48.000 Some of these are probably on email.
00:29:49.000 And it's a senior government official in the Ukrainian government of President Zelensky talking about a plot that has been discussed with USAID workers, our foreign aid agency workers in Kiev to give a $200, $300 million clean energy grant to Ukraine.
00:30:06.000 Now, Ukraine's in the middle of a war with Russia.
00:30:08.000 The last thing they're going to be building is some clean energy project.
00:30:12.000 They're not building solar panels when you're getting bombed every day.
00:30:14.000 It's probably not great using a panel.
00:30:17.000 A complete ruse.
00:30:18.000 And they even say so.
00:30:19.000 And listen, the intercept suggests that this is not going to be a justified project, but you'll spend the money.
00:30:24.000 And then by the time they discover it, it won't be recoverable.
00:30:29.000 And the goal is take that money, then you're going to give it to non-governmental organizations, nonprofits.
00:30:34.000 Then they're going to hire subcontractors with the USAID money.
00:30:37.000 And then those subcontractors are going to hire American companies.
00:30:41.000 And those American companies are then going to move the money into the coffers of Joe Biden's 2024 campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
00:30:48.000 And they said they hope to arrange this in such a way that 90% of the money that originally came from you and I, taxpayers, through USAID to Ukraine would ultimately be laundered into the DNC and Joe Biden to help his 2024 campaign.
00:31:04.000 That's what's been captured.
00:31:06.000 Now, that was only recently discovered.
00:31:07.000 That intercept or series of intercepts were not ever brought to the attention of anyone in the FBI or anyone during the Biden years.
00:31:15.000 Tulsi Gabbert just recently found it.
00:31:17.000 She's asked USAID to go look and see if they can find the contract.
00:31:21.000 Did it happen?
00:31:22.000 Was there some fraud involved?
00:31:24.000 And so there's a beginning of an investigation to find out whether what was discussed ultimately transpired.
00:31:30.000 And we should know answers in a couple of weeks.
00:31:32.000 I mean, do we trust USAID to do that?
00:31:35.000 I mean, that's like asking OJ to find the murderer, right?
00:31:37.000 I mean, it feels a little, you know, again, I know they've cleaned out a lot of that stuff, but I imagine once you get past that top level, these are all people that were likely in on it, and they're not going to probably incriminate themselves.
00:31:50.000 Great point.
00:31:50.000 I can't imagine them looking too hard to find the culprits here.
00:31:54.000 Yeah, well, the good news is that the Trump administration has gone right to the top.
00:31:59.000 Russ Vogt, the OMB director, very trusted by the president, has been asked to look at this himself.
00:32:05.000 Don't rely downward.
00:32:06.000 Now, what's interesting, OMB gathered when it took over USAID, all records so they couldn't be destroyed, so they couldn't be tampered with.
00:32:14.000 So they have a preserved database of every email going back two decades that USAID workers ever did.
00:32:20.000 They're scouring through that now.
00:32:22.000 I know they found some interesting emails in the last few days, I'm told, that may be referring to this plot.
00:32:28.000 But it's at the very senior levels of government, not down at the deep state bureaucrats who would have a great motive in trying to hide this.
00:32:36.000 Yeah, so does this fall into like, you know, the bucket of like, you know, fraud that JD Vance would be looking into as well?
00:32:42.000 Or is that, you know, because it's international?
00:32:44.000 Very well could be.
00:32:45.000 You could have three things, right?
00:32:46.000 You could have USAID confirm the allegation.
00:32:52.000 Then two things would happen.
00:32:53.000 You would send it over to JD Vance's task force to recover the money from those who stole it.
00:32:57.000 And then you'd send it over to Kash Patel and Pam Bondi and launch a prosecution like we did in Minnesota after we discovered some of the 2024, in 2024, we discovered some of that Minnesota fraud.
00:33:08.000 And then the U.S. attorney under the Trump administration got rolling, and now we got 90, 100 people indicted, 60 already convicted.
00:33:15.000 So I think there would be a two-tier process.
00:33:17.000 One, recover the money.
00:33:18.000 That's JD Vance and his job to get the money back, punish the workers, stop it.
00:33:23.000 But you could also have very significant criminal prosecutions as well.
00:33:27.000 Yeah, so I guess the mechanism here really just fake infrastructure projects designed to be essentially disapproved after the money was already spent.
00:33:36.000 So they say, hey, we want it for this.
00:33:38.000 We want it for that.
00:33:38.000 It's never going to happen.
00:33:39.000 We know that.
00:33:40.000 Give us the money anyway.
00:33:41.000 And then when it doesn't get approved, all of a sudden you have this money to be able to play with.
00:33:46.000 90% going to the DNC.
00:33:48.000 I presume the 10% is kicked back to Zelensky and his cronies over there.
00:33:53.000 Not that they need the 10%.
00:33:54.000 They've probably been stealing so much from the trillions we've probably spent over there.
00:34:00.000 Maybe they don't even need the 10%, but I imagine some of it was there.
00:34:04.000 Sure.
00:34:04.000 This is sophisticated stuff.
00:34:06.000 It is.
00:34:07.000 Who on the American side was coordinating that?
00:34:11.000 Do we know that yet?
00:34:12.000 I mean, how deep does this go?
00:34:14.000 Because I can't imagine, this isn't one guy with an email.
00:34:17.000 I mean, this has got to be a team of people.
00:34:18.000 This is a multi-hundred million dollar transaction through complicated processes.
00:34:24.000 And again, how do we trace that money?
00:34:27.000 Yeah.
00:34:27.000 So what we do know is that the NSA identified the senior Ukrainian government officials who were having this conversation.
00:34:34.000 And I believe they have some of their emails in.
00:34:36.000 So we know who in Ukraine was involved.
00:34:39.000 The intercepts don't mention the USAID workers by name.
00:34:44.000 They just simply mention that they're working for USAID in Kiev.
00:34:47.000 That's a small group of people.
00:34:49.000 And that's why the calling of the USAID email should help people find that pretty quickly.
00:34:54.000 Who was in touch with those government officials?
00:34:57.000 Who was talking about a clean energy grant in the middle of a war with Russia?
00:35:00.000 It should be easy to narrow down.
00:35:03.000 And my understanding is they've made some progress just in the time since I broke the story last week.
00:35:08.000 That's a good sign.
00:35:09.000 You're right.
00:35:10.000 It's very sophisticated.
00:35:11.000 In fact, the NSA intercept report, which is a summary of the intercepts, said that this was designed to be so complicated, it would be hard to figure out after the fact.
00:35:20.000 Laundering it multiple times until you eventually break off the money and you send it to the DNC and Joe Biden.
00:35:26.000 So it is.
00:35:27.000 At the time this was going on, a very famous person was running USAID.
00:35:32.000 The former UN ambassador was now at USAID, Samantha Power, someone very close to Obama, someone very close to Hillary Clinton, someone very close to Joe Biden.
00:35:44.000 So at the top of USAID is a very political Biden-Clinton era, Obama-era person.
00:35:51.000 Now, it doesn't mean she's involved yet, but certainly you'd be looking at that agency from the top down to see who knew what, when.
00:35:58.000 Yeah, I mean, as I sort of just mentioned, you know, we've been covering the fraud everywhere.
00:36:02.000 Minnesota, California, you know, rampant, and I'm sure they'll get into a lot of that.
00:36:06.000 But, you know, now Ukraine.
00:36:08.000 I mean, JD Vance has a fraud task force.
00:36:10.000 Kash Patel is turbocharging the fraud probes.
00:36:13.000 We have a new joint task force with the FBI and HSI in the one big beautiful bill.
00:36:19.000 How can we bring all of this together to deliver actual indictments and recover funds?
00:36:26.000 Because we see this stuff all the time.
00:36:31.000 It's almost a never-ending amount of fraud and almost a never-ending amount of culprits.
00:36:36.000 Yet, I know I do, and I'm sure all the people watching, they want to see indictments.
00:36:40.000 Now, they got to understand there is a process, maybe explain that a little bit, because if you break the process, you break that sort of chain a little bit, it's a lot worse because not only will nothing happen, they'll weasel out of it and probably continue this stuff.
00:36:54.000 But can you talk a little bit about that?
00:36:56.000 Because, again, I think people do want action.
00:36:58.000 It seems the Democrats get action without following the rules.
00:37:02.000 We won't get that.
00:37:02.000 It'll get venue shopped to a judge who would throw it out in two seconds.
00:37:05.000 So we have to play by a different fact set, unfortunately.
00:37:08.000 But how does all that work right now?
00:37:09.000 Well, I think one of the things that you're seeing is a little bit of innovation by the Trump Justice Department in where they pick venues.
00:37:17.000 So, you know, if you go to D.C. and New York, you're not going to get a conviction.
00:37:20.000 Traditionally, that's where most big government fraud cases have gone.
00:37:23.000 However, if a single subcontractor is in another state, or if a single contractor or NGO is in another state, you're seeing this Trump Justice Department move cases to those states.
00:37:35.000 That's how the grand conspiracy case is now down in Miami.
00:37:39.000 Last week, you saw Bill Pulti, the Federal Housing Finance Administration Director and the head of Fannie Mac and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
00:37:47.000 He referred Letitia James a second time.
00:37:50.000 She gets cleared in Northern Virginia the first time.
00:37:52.000 He sends a second referral.
00:37:53.000 This time, he sends it to Florida and to Chicago because that's where the mortgage insurance companies or the house insurance companies were based.
00:38:03.000 That's an innovative way of potentially tackling this and getting around some of the jury nullification issues that we've seen in D.C. and New York.
00:38:12.000 There is a brand new assistant attorney general just for fraud.
00:38:16.000 So there's a whole new division of the Justice Department dedicated to fraud.
00:38:20.000 New resources, new mindset, new top-down management.
00:38:23.000 This case, if it were to be proven, if you could find the grant and the money moving, would be tailor-made for that division.
00:38:30.000 And then you'd bring it in the venue where the best or the jurisdiction where the best opportunity is for conviction based on the evidence.
00:38:37.000 And so those are things that they're looking at right now.
00:38:40.000 There are two American companies that were mentioned as the ultimate destination where the money would go before it was disseminated.
00:38:49.000 Those were redacted from the report because obviously you want to preserve the lead gen for the Justice Department and the FBI.
00:38:56.000 But the intercepts clearly named the American companies that they thought ultimately would be disseminating the money to the DNC and to Joe Biden.
00:39:06.000 So there's a lot of information in the raw NSA reports.
00:39:09.000 And it seems to me that the Trump administration has hit the ground running now.
00:39:14.000 And so I think JD Vance will be involved in recovering the money.
00:39:18.000 The fraud team, the FBI Kash Patel, is out there every day arresting bad guys.
00:39:22.000 And pretty soon, I wouldn't be surprised if Kash Patel is putting handcuffs or certainly booking John Brennan based on what we're hearing down in Florida.
00:39:32.000 There are some people that went and got phone records of Susie Wiles.
00:39:35.000 They could be arrested soon.
00:39:37.000 So you're beginning to see machinery, which was very slow at the beginning because you had to get this evidence put together, now starting to get into targeted prosecutions, targeted arrests.
00:39:47.000 And I think a lot of that's going to happen in the April-May timeframe.
00:39:50.000 I think we'll see a bunch of significant arrests and indictments in the next few months.
00:39:55.000 You've mentioned Brennan.
00:39:56.000 Are there others?
00:39:57.000 Obviously, he was a big one.
00:39:58.000 I think he was one of the guys that lied before Congress and perjured himself.
00:40:01.000 And not only does he not get punished for that, he gets a job being a commentator talking about ethics on CNN.
00:40:08.000 I mean, it's sort of ironic, but it is typical in terms of Democrat projection.
00:40:13.000 Accuse others of doing what you're doing yourself.
00:40:16.000 They seem to do that a lot.
00:40:18.000 Are there other big names that the people watching this show would know that perhaps weren't covered under the sort of Joe Biden last minute blanket pardon for anyone who was doing news bidding?
00:40:28.000 Well, Comey got a subpoena just a couple of weeks ago.
00:40:31.000 So the former FBI director, James Comey, got a subpoena.
00:40:34.000 That is a sign that some of his work is an object or a concern of the grand jury down in Florida.
00:40:43.000 So we're keeping an eye on that.
00:40:44.000 I actually think after, if the grand jury decides that they're going to indict Brennan, and there was a very big action last week, the Senate and House transmitted official copies of the testimonies.
00:40:55.000 You wouldn't need that unless you were about to indict someone.
00:40:58.000 You could use the unofficial copies to introduce the grand jury.
00:41:01.000 But if you ask for the official, it means your grand jury is thinking about doing something.
00:41:05.000 I think after that, they're going to go down to people who may not be that famous, but who were the operators inside the FBI creating and opening files.
00:41:14.000 I mean, the other day I reported your dad was subjected to four consecutive code-named FBI investigations from the summer of 16 to January of 25.
00:41:25.000 He was under continuous investigation by the FBI, treating a man who was twice elected by the American people president as though he were a security threat, a counterintelligence threat.
00:41:36.000 Who opened those cases?
00:41:37.000 What agents created the predicate?
00:41:40.000 I think there's a lot of activity right now looking at whether agents open cases against your dad and against his followers and his friends and his assistants on false pretenses.
00:41:50.000 And so they may not be sexy names, but they were people who were at the heart of weaponization.
00:41:55.000 I think that'll be the next round of indictments after a decision is made on John Brennan.
00:42:00.000 Yeah, because I imagine, I mean, you really have to get that going now because, you know, if the Democrats win midterms, you know, we're starting, you know, Russia, Russia, Russia to the 12th.
00:42:08.000 You know, here we go again.
00:42:10.000 You know, we get it.
00:42:12.000 It's hard to believe, but you almost have to be playing the same battle because we have not historically been playing the same battle.
00:42:19.000 And so there's nothing to dissuade them from just continuing with the nonsense.
00:42:24.000 Yeah, no, that's exactly right.
00:42:25.000 Listen, they've already made clear they intend to be nonsensical.
00:42:30.000 They're going to double down.
00:42:31.000 They want to indict everybody again.
00:42:33.000 They're talking about it every day, deplatforming them, ruining their businesses, suing them.
00:42:38.000 That's what the Democrats have in store.
00:42:40.000 And you're seeing just in the last few days a great example of that.
00:42:45.000 So I have requested under the Freedom of Information Act some of the information about China's penetrations into our election system.
00:42:53.000 One of those involves a Chinese operator named Christine Feng, who was deeply involved with Eric Swalwell.
00:43:02.000 As my request, it's working its way through for potential release.
00:43:06.000 The New York Times and the Washington Post, the two official news organizations of the deep state, are out there saying, oh, wouldn't it be terrible if information about Eric Swalwell came out?
00:43:16.000 No, it actually would be good for the American public to know what China did with people like Swalwell, like Kathy Hochl, like Dianne Feinstein, where we now know Chinese assets were inserted into the Democratic machinery.
00:43:29.000 But you're seeing the deep state already turning to all their friends trying to create a sympathetic view about the release of what is official government information.
00:43:38.000 It's crazy.
00:43:38.000 Just so we're clear with Swalwell, because I remember because he was in the room when the House Intelligence Committee subpoenaed me and I'm giving testimony for treason, crime punishable by death.
00:43:47.000 They're trying to throw me in jail for the rest of my life.
00:43:48.000 That's right.
00:43:49.000 I mean, he's sitting on the House Intelligence Committee while having an affair with a Chinese spy.
00:43:55.000 And I'm the bad guy somehow.
00:43:57.000 It's crazy.
00:43:58.000 It's sort of shocking, but that they can get away with it for that long.
00:44:02.000 Yeah, no, they're very good because they've got the legacy media in their back pocket.
00:44:06.000 Now, the difference between 16 and 26 is that we have a much more robust media system that can get the story out and around and counter false stories much quicker than we could in, let's say, 19 when they made up the bogus Ukraine impeachment arguments, or certainly 16, where they made the man just elected president look like he was a Russian stooge when there wasn't an iota of evidence that that was true.
00:44:29.000 I mean, we now know John Durham.
00:44:30.000 Then they knew it.
00:44:31.000 They knew it from the beginning.
00:44:33.000 They made it.
00:44:33.000 They created it.
00:44:34.000 They faked it.
00:44:35.000 They knew it was fake because they faked it.
00:44:36.000 It's just that amazing.
00:44:38.000 So the good news is the amplification system, the countering system, the fact-based system, way more robust than it was.
00:44:46.000 Now, getting people indicted is important because in these sort of conspiracy cases, you roll up, right?
00:44:52.000 So you're going to look for someone who wants to make a deal who's about to get indicted and say, you know, I know something about X or Y.
00:44:58.000 And so the mob and Drug Cartel notion of rolling up has to start now if we're going to get accountability before the 26 or 28 election.
00:45:08.000 John, I mean, it seems like a lot of your reporting from years ago is now perhaps more relevant than ever before.
00:45:13.000 Back when we were first learning about the inner workings and corruption in Ukraine, et cetera.
00:45:19.000 Do you think there would be folks willing to talk and cooperate with an investigation now that may have not been able to or willing to then?
00:45:28.000 Because now they understand where things are.
00:45:32.000 They understand how bad it was.
00:45:33.000 And maybe they don't have the teeth that they had when the Democrats were in power and they controlled everything.
00:45:38.000 And if you did that, that was the end of your job, your family, your life.
00:45:41.000 They'd throw you in jail for being a whistleblower and looking into the fraud far more likely than they would actually go after the fraudsters because we're talking seismic levels of waste, fraud, corruption, and abuse at this point.
00:45:58.000 Yeah, you know what?
00:45:59.000 It is very true.
00:46:00.000 Since your dad got back into office, whistleblowers who were kept silent or just chose to keep silent for career preservation are coming out of the woodwork.
00:46:07.000 Kash Patel has developed a whole group of them in the FBI.
00:46:11.000 Some of them, the whistleblowers are now leading the cases that they were blowing the whistle on, which is a really cool dynamic.
00:46:16.000 They get to investigate what they knew was wrong all along.
00:46:20.000 You see in Minnesota, all the state workers who've come forward saying, hey, Keith Ellison and Governor Waltz, they knew and they turned a blind eye.
00:46:27.000 They've come forward in a big way in the intelligence community.
00:46:31.000 The recent work I've done, not only on Ukraine, but on China and the fact that China hacked into our voter registration data in 2020, and it wasn't told to the American people.
00:46:41.000 We didn't know about it.
00:46:42.000 There's a whistleblower there that's helping Telsey Gabbard and John Radcliffe.
00:46:47.000 And so there are some really courageous patriots who either were silenced or kept silent for preservation's sake, are now assisting these government investigations.
00:46:57.000 And that's why they're speeding up in speed.
00:47:00.000 It was a slow crawl at the beginning.
00:47:02.000 Now it's an avalanche of evidence coming out daily.
00:47:05.000 What about the same from the Ukraine side?
00:47:07.000 Are there people over there that are willing to jump in and step up and say, hey, yeah, this is nonsense and this is what's going on?
00:47:13.000 I mean, what's the state of play in Kiev?
00:47:16.000 Again, I think most Americans are fed up.
00:47:18.000 I wonder if some of those people are willing to cooperate now.
00:47:21.000 My reporting indicates that Steve Witkoff, who's done a great job negotiating all across the world, including in Ukraine, recently was given some information from some Ukrainian government officials that could be very, very helpful to the last decade of understanding some of the corruption going on and the relationships between our two countries and some of the people who profited or created fraud or did other things, tried to create political influence through untoward means.
00:47:45.000 So we understand that at least some information has been transmitted to people like Steve Witkoff.
00:47:51.000 Those are really important people at that level.
00:47:53.000 They get the information.
00:47:54.000 They know where to give it and how to get action.
00:47:56.000 So a lot is going on.
00:47:59.000 You see it in the Russia collusion case recently, some interviews of people that were long silent.
00:48:05.000 All of a sudden, they're having their story told to the FBI and then grand jury subpoenas follow.
00:48:11.000 So I think the entire system, the entire Democratic system is vibrating.
00:48:16.000 The system depended on three things.
00:48:19.000 Untoward money, illegal immigration, and hijacking the apportionment system.
00:48:26.000 And then if you can get to that, then maybe registering non-citizens or other people, ballot box stuffing.
00:48:32.000 People say, there's no proof of ballot box stuffing.
00:48:34.000 To the contrary, we had a race in California, in Connecticut, in one in New Jersey just in the last two years that had to be completely done over because Democrats theft the ballot box.
00:48:45.000 We have new evidence that China was considering doing that maybe in concert with some Democrats in 2020, stuff that Kash Patel put out.
00:48:54.000 Those three pinnacles of election interference, corrupt money, illegal immigration, and sort of hijacking the apportionment system, and then ballot box stuffing.
00:49:08.000 All three of those now are a high priority for this White House, for the intelligence community, the FBI, to get all the evidence out and to start indicting people.
00:49:15.000 And, you know, we've had a few non-citizens suddenly indicted.
00:49:18.000 We were told non-citizens voting was a conspiracy theory.
00:49:21.000 Not anymore.
00:49:22.000 I could show you a whole bunch of cases.
00:49:25.000 Recently, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Harmee Dillon, who oversees voting rights, has said that her early review of voter roles has found tens of thousands of non-citizens who got into a position to vote.
00:49:38.000 Not hundreds, tens of thousands.
00:49:41.000 That is a wake-up call.
00:49:42.000 And I think this administration, between now and November, will make significant improvements to the system by cracking down and punishing those who abused it in the past.
00:49:52.000 You know, John, you mentioned Brennan, but what else should we be keeping our eyes on in this coming spring and summer?
00:49:59.000 Are there sort of, you know, you mentioned the fraud in Connecticut elections.
00:50:03.000 That's probably new for a lot of people.
00:50:04.000 They don't even realize it.
00:50:06.000 Again, we have other ways of getting the news, but I think the average American is still probably heavily reliant on mainstream media.
00:50:13.000 The people who aren't junkies who aren't going to go beyond sort of the title of the essay, oh, wow, this must be accurate.
00:50:22.000 It must be there.
00:50:23.000 Or it's just guilt by omission.
00:50:25.000 They're just not going to include those kinds of stories.
00:50:27.000 What are the other big ones we should be looking out for in spring and summer?
00:50:31.000 I suspect that the intelligence committee has now identified which states had their election registration voter databases hacked by China in 2020.
00:50:39.000 Now, two years ago, when Great Britain learned this happened, it was a national crisis.
00:50:43.000 Months of scandal.
00:50:44.000 People got fired, major security reforms for the election.
00:50:48.000 I think when states start to get notified, we didn't tell you this, but six years ago, five years ago, your voter registration database was accessed by China.
00:50:57.000 That's going to create a really significant aha moment in America that election integrity isn't some conservative talking point or some imaginary conspiracy theory.
00:51:09.000 It is very real.
00:51:10.000 Our enemies are looking to hijack the ballot box, perhaps in concert with Democrats.
00:51:16.000 And I think those notifications will be very, very powerful moments that even the mainstream media won't be able to ignore.
00:51:22.000 Hey, if you're in a state and you find out your voter registration data is now in the hands of China, that's a big story no matter what the political aisle is.
00:51:29.000 So I'd be watching for that in the next few weeks.
00:51:32.000 Then I think Brennan, a decision to be made on Brennan, then some FBI people who were involved in spying on the enemy.
00:51:39.000 I mean, at the end of the day, what those four code name investigations were against your dad, which was Crossfire Hurricane, Round River, Plasmic Echo, and Arctic Frost, it was an effort to use the tools of the intelligence and law enforcement community to spy on your dad's campaign and the people supporting your dad's campaign for 10 consecutive years, from the summer of 2016 to January 2025,
00:52:07.000 just before he raised his hand and took the oath of office.
00:52:10.000 We need the American people to understand how pervasive that spying is, how much worse it was in Watergate, as some of our senators were saying last week, and get that out to the people with evidence that says, oh, I believe this.
00:52:22.000 This isn't a tweet or a truth or someone's grievance.
00:52:26.000 My God, we really did this.
00:52:28.000 And I think those things are coming down the pike between now and June.
00:52:31.000 What do you think is required, John?
00:52:33.000 You know, obviously, hey, we don't believe those things would happen under our FBI now, but what's to prevent it from just, you know, hey, Democrats win midterms.
00:52:42.000 Obviously, they have power in Congress.
00:52:43.000 You know, perhaps they win an election in 28 or 32.
00:52:47.000 What's to prevent this from ever happening again?
00:52:50.000 Is there any real way to codify that now so that it can't happen again?
00:52:55.000 How do you see that playing out?
00:52:56.000 Because I think that's a big deal.
00:52:58.000 Dealing with the past and having accountability, I think, is huge, but really preventing it from happening in the future is probably a far bigger deal to the American people.
00:53:08.000 It took what we've gone through over the last decade to make the people aware that what they believed about America is probably not actually accurate in terms of what they thought was going to happen under the quote, justice system, et cetera.
00:53:21.000 How do you stop it from ever happening again?
00:53:24.000 Well, I want to go to something Ronald Reagan and his team was fond of saying.
00:53:28.000 At the end of the day, people are policy.
00:53:30.000 And what the Obama administration did 14, 15 years ago was start embedding their people into positions where they could create abusive decisions, abusive tactics, abusive targeting.
00:53:43.000 The first thing that has to happen, and it's happening in some places, other places not as much, is a replacement of the people and a replacement of the culture.
00:53:52.000 You have to have people in the FBI that says, I'm going to resist the temptation to spy on the Democratic opposition or the Republican opposition because it's just wrong.
00:54:02.000 We put a whole bunch of people in in the Obama years who thought that was actually the prize of being in their position, not the bane of what they shouldn't be doing.
00:54:11.000 So changing people out is important.
00:54:13.000 That process is underway.
00:54:14.000 At the FBI, it's extensive replacement.
00:54:16.000 In the Justice Department, it's pretty extensive, though maybe not enough yet.
00:54:20.000 In the intelligence community, I'm a little worried that we still have a lot of deep staters still in the same positions able to do that.
00:54:27.000 Then you have to create penalty.
00:54:28.000 Someone has to realize I'm going to jail for 10 or 20 years if I do this in the future because Joe Smo just went to jail for 10 or 20 years.
00:54:37.000 That's a very big important.
00:54:38.000 And then the third is: I think the reason there's a temporary renewal of the FISA standards is to watch some of these reforms that were put into place last year by your dad, see how they're working, and make another set of reforms before your dad leaves office so that FISA search warrants and other things that were abused in this process have a better system to catch cheating before it's approved.
00:55:02.000 Once a judge approves it, that baby has left the train's left the depot and the abuse is done.
00:55:09.000 Can you catch it in real time as someone's making an abusive request?
00:55:12.000 And there's some very smart things that are being done now that weren't done a year ago because of reforms that your dad and the intelligence community made, John Ratcliffe and others.
00:55:21.000 One of them is one of the ways that the FBI used to bamboozle judges is they would get one FISA warrant from one judge and maybe it didn't go well.
00:55:30.000 So they wouldn't go back to that judge.
00:55:32.000 They would go to another judge who knew nothing about the first FISA warrant, get them to approve the second one.
00:55:36.000 Now the FISA warrants all have to go back to the same judge.
00:55:39.000 So if a judge approved it, like, I thought you told me you were going to get this.
00:55:42.000 Why didn't that happen?
00:55:43.000 Now you've got somebody who's looking at the whole body saying, I'm not approving this because you didn't deliver what you want.
00:55:49.000 Those are some of the reforms underway.
00:55:51.000 Well, that's a really big deal.
00:55:52.000 John, thank you so much.
