00:06:30.000 The DHS shutdown just hit day 41.
00:06:33.000 People are literally passing out in TSA lines in Houston, medical emergencies on the airport floor, and Democrats still won't fund the department because they're more worried about protecting illegal aliens than protecting you at the airport.

00:06:53.000 Not to the family of the 18-year-old girl who was murdered by an illegal alien.

00:07:13.000 And it's a stay that ends in why, so we have even more examples of massive fraud out in Minnesota, out of California, and, of course, out of Ukraine.

00:09:04.000 And now, let's get into all of the top headlines.
00:09:07.000 So we're now in day 41, guys, of the DHS shutdown, and Democrats are hell-bent on inflicting as much pain as possible on American travelers.
00:09:17.000 Just days ago at George Bush Airport in Houston, multiple medical emergencies in the TSA security lines occurred.
00:09:24.000 A young woman needed medical attention, and then a 73-year-old man collapsed, passed out, right there in the line.
00:09:32.000 Turns out it was heat exhaustion for standing in those lines for hours.
00:09:38.000 This is what Democrats are doing to the American people.
00:09:41.000 Nearly 500 TSA officers have quit since the shutdown started.
00:09:46.000 Call out rates are above 40% at some airports.
00:09:50.000 The TSA's acting administrator is warning that airports may have to close, all because of Democrat destruction.
00:09:58.000 We have an 11 a.m. flight.
00:10:00.000 What has it been like?
00:10:02.000 Terrible.
00:10:04.000 What do you want Congress to know who have the ability to shut this down and reopen and have TSA agents come back to work?
00:10:12.000 I think Chuck Schumacher should be a shape of himself.
00:10:16.000 And why?
00:10:18.000 What is the holdup?
00:10:20.000 Same thing it's been from day one.
00:10:22.000 Democrats refuse to fund the TSA and DHS unless they get guarantees that ICE won't enforce immigration laws.
00:10:31.000 That's it.
00:10:32.000 Guys, that's it.
00:10:33.000 That's the whole thing.
00:10:34.000 Hakeem Jeffries came right out and said it.
00:10:38.000 Democrats won't provide the votes to fund DHS unless they get a guarantee that ICE agents won't show up at polling places to stop illegal aliens from voting.
00:10:49.000 Now, let me get this clear.
00:10:51.000 Why would it matter if they're not actually voting?
00:10:54.000 I mean, we're told, we're told in no uncertain terms, we're told that illegals don't ever vote.
00:10:59.000 They don't do this.
00:11:01.000 And yet, they're going to shut down an entire administration if TSA shows up at places to stop illegal aliens from voting when it doesn't actually ever happen.
00:11:12.000 I'm confused.
00:11:15.000 Watch.
00:11:16.000 People, it's the reason why we are in a DHS shutdown right now because Republicans have refused to agree to the type of bold, transformative, meaningful, and dramatic reforms we are demanding in order for the Department of Homeland Security funding bill to move forward.
00:11:35.000 And I won't go through all of the demands, much of which we've talked about repeatedly in the public, but one of those demands is keep ICE out of sensitive locations.
00:11:46.000 And we've defined that as schools, houses of worship, hospitals, and polling sites.
00:11:54.000 We want an explicit prohibition that ICE can go nowhere near any polling sites in the United States of America.
00:12:02.000 It's one of our.
00:12:04.000 But here's the beautiful part, guys.
00:12:05.000 My father just sent ICE officers to help at the airports.
00:12:09.000 And you know what happened?
00:12:11.000 Shockingly, huh?
00:12:13.000 Those screening lines that were like stretching for four hours in places like Houston dropped to about one hour once ICE showed up.
00:12:23.000 And they're easing the pain for a lot of travelers and for a lot of families.
00:12:26.000 Huh.
00:12:27.000 It's almost like maybe there's a lot of illegal aliens in the country, perhaps more than we ever imagined.
00:12:33.000 And they all happen to be traveling on vacation as well.
00:12:37.000 Check this out.
00:13:17.000 So, the very agency Democrats are trying to defund is the one actually helping to solve the problem that Democrats create.
00:13:26.000 You can't write better irony than that.
00:13:31.000 But Democrats, they appear to have one mission, which is to protect illegal alien criminals, even violent murderers.
00:13:40.000 In Chicago, 18-year-old Sheridan Gorman, Loyola University Chicago freshman, walking with her friends along Lake Michigan at 1 a.m. when an illegal hiding behind a lighthouse jumped out and shot her in the head.
00:13:56.000 He killed her.
00:13:57.000 The suspect, Jose Medina, a Venezuelan illegal alien who was caught at the border and released by the Biden administration, who was then housed in a Chicago city-owned shelter, paid for by your tax dollars, murdered this girl.
00:14:14.000 And if that isn't sickening enough, it gets more insane.
00:14:17.000 The Loyola University student newspaper, Sheridan's own school paper, published a story about her murder.
00:14:25.000 And they referred to the suspect as an illegal immigrant because, you know, that's what he is.
00:14:31.000 Those are simple facts.
00:14:33.000 He's an illegal immigrant charged with murder.
00:14:36.000 And then the paper issued a formal apology.
00:14:40.000 Not to Sheridan's family, not to her friends who watched her die.
00:14:45.000 They apologized for using the term illegal immigrant.
00:14:50.000 They said it was insensitive language.
00:14:53.000 I don't know, guys.
00:14:54.000 I think it's okay to be a little insensitive to a freaking illegal immigrant murderer who just shot a great young, promising mind, a freshman female student at Loyola.
00:15:08.000 You know what?
00:15:08.000 How about some sensitivity to her?
00:15:11.000 This is what the left has done to our institutions.
00:15:14.000 They have so thoroughly infected our universities, our media, our culture, that our student newspaper is more concerned about the feelings of a murder suspect than the life of their dead classmate.
00:15:29.000 And guys, it gets even worse because a far-left lunatic in Chicago, an elected alderwoman for the city, she's blaming the victim, saying she might have startled, might have startled the illegal alien.
00:15:45.000 I mean, you know, she's walking along with some friends at home.
00:15:47.000 He's hiding behind a lighthouse, obviously armed, probably not legally.
00:15:51.000 She might have startled him, which caused him to shoot her in the head.
00:15:55.000 Watch.
00:15:57.000 All the time, right?
00:15:58.000 And they go out on the pier, they walk around.
00:15:59.000 So the kids were out doing normal, normal things people do in the neighborhood.
00:16:04.000 And it sounds like this might have been a wrong place, wrong time, running into a person who had a gun.
00:16:09.000 They might have startled this person at the end of the pier unintentionally.
00:16:15.000 But that's.
00:16:16.000 Sheridan Gorman deserved better.
00:16:19.000 Her family deserves better.
00:16:20.000 But once again, Democrats defend the criminal and not the victim.
00:16:25.000 And the entire Democrat machine is propped up by illegal immigration, by fraud and crime.
00:16:32.000 This is how they get power.
00:16:35.000 Because I know you're truly shocked.
00:16:38.000 But we have even more evidence in Minnesota of how they literally looked the other way on fraud dollars being shipped overseas to Somalia.
00:16:48.000 The state turned off tracking from money being sent overseas.
00:16:53.000 They literally have the ability to track this, and they turned it off.
00:16:56.000 They saw it was happening and basically said, ah, let's not track this anymore, guys.
00:17:01.000 Let's just turn it off.
00:17:02.000 Because if we turn it off, even though we know we're turning it off because it's happening, you know, we can pretend that it's not happening anymore.
00:17:09.000 Check it out.
00:17:10.000 I'm Minnesota State Representative Krista Knudsen.
00:17:13.000 Every time we turn around, it's just more and more fraud scandals in our state.
00:17:19.000 Today, in the fraud committee, the Department of Human Services testified that they haven't been tracking the IP addresses of money that's being literally flown out of our state and where it's going.
00:17:33.000 They did turn on that reporting for two weeks and they found that, yes, a lot of those IP addresses were tied to overseas computers.
00:17:43.000 And then they quickly shut it off after just two weeks of seeing where this money is actually going.
00:17:49.000 It's crazy, but listen for yourself.
00:17:52.000 DHS billed or paid or paid these daycares through, I believe it was the MEC squared billing system.
00:18:03.000 And we discovered when we wanted to find out who was billing and where they were billing from, that the MEC squared system was not designed to include IP numbers.
00:18:18.000 It's a major oversight.
00:18:19.000 It'd be like buying a brand new car that didn't have brakes.
00:18:23.000 It's a basic and computer system.
00:18:25.000 You ask any computer person out there, your home router has IP address tracking on it.
00:18:30.000 This system did not.
00:18:33.000 So that told us we weren't able to tell who was billing, when they were billing, or where they were billing from.
00:18:41.000 So we went to, Jay and I went to Minut, the state's IT department, and we said, look, we had this, this is the email that was part of I just read you.
00:18:51.000 We said, we need these IP addresses.
00:18:54.000 Well, we don't really have that, and it's impossible to do that.
00:18:59.000 We need to do that.
00:19:00.000 So after some negotiating, a gentleman over there, a very smart person, set up a temporary IP trap.
00:19:10.000 And he had had it, it took him a while, but he was able to trap the IP numbers.
00:19:14.000 And he saw people from Japan logging into our state system to bill for CCAT.
00:19:22.000 And that's all documented.
00:19:23.000 And the evidence is at the DHS lab, and Bennett probably has evidence of it.
00:19:28.000 So that case, because we suspected that lady had ties to terrorism, we could only get her on wire fraud.
00:19:37.000 We couldn't get her on anything more from that because the system wasn't designed to detect fraud.
00:19:45.000 Thank you.
00:19:46.000 So do you know if the DHS system, that temporary trap was only, I think, up from my reading a couple weeks?
00:19:56.000 Two weeks.
00:19:57.000 Two weeks.
00:19:58.000 So does DHS now have the capability to track IP addresses?
00:20:05.000 I do not know.
00:20:06.000 I don't know.
00:20:07.000 After the time I left, I was told no.
00:20:10.000 But what's happened in the last seven, eight years, I don't know.
00:20:14.000 So why would the system be set up without that ability when it's kind of standard on most computers?
00:20:23.000 I would be hesitant to give an answer to that.
00:20:27.000 Democrats aren't just looking the other way.
00:20:30.000 They are enabling it.
00:20:31.000 We're seeing it in California.
00:20:33.000 We're seeing it with their opposition to the Save America Act.
00:20:37.000 The good news is the Vance-led anti-fraud task force, well, they just suspended 70 hospice and some healthcare providers in Los Angeles that were flagged as high risk for fraud.
00:20:49.000 This is the same kind of operation we saw with Feeding Our Future in Minnesota.
00:20:53.000 And we must root out the fraudsters who steal from programs meant to help the most vulnerable.
00:21:00.000 Billions of dollars stolen from Medicare, stolen from hospice patients, stolen from people who are dying.
00:21:07.000 And this administration is now going after every single one of them.
00:21:12.000 And speaking of fraud, and honestly, this might be the biggest one of all.
00:21:18.000 Just the news broke a story overnight that is absolutely staggering.
00:21:22.000 U.S. intelligence, the NSA, intercepted Ukrainian government communications discussing a plot to take hundreds of millions of American tax dollars earmarked for clean energy projects in the Ukraine and route them back to the United States.
00:21:39.000 Guess to where, guys?
00:21:41.000 To fund Joe Biden's 2024 reelection campaign and the DNC.
00:21:47.000 I'm not making this up.
00:21:49.000 Let that sink in.
00:21:50.000 Your tax dollars sent to Ukraine for infrastructure or whatever else it is, right?
00:21:54.000 You know, they're probably stealing it all there anyway, but you know, infrastructure, then allegedly funneled through USAID subcontractors designed to make the money near impossible to track, were discussed being used to send right back to the Democrat Party and Joe Biden's campaign.
00:22:14.000 The declassified report says the Ukrainian government and U.S. government personnel through USAID and Kiev developed a plan where 90%, 90% of the allocated funds would go to the DNC, the Democrat National Committee.
00:22:30.000 They set up fake infrastructure projects that they knew would eventually be disapproved.
00:22:35.000 But by then, the money would have already been spent and impossible to return.
00:22:40.000 There's no evidence the Biden administration ever investigated it.
00:22:45.000 They just, you know, buried it.
00:22:48.000 So add this to the hospice fraud in LA, the daycares in Minnesota, and now Ukraine.
00:22:54.000 There is fraud everywhere, and it's got to stop.
00:22:58.000 We sent over $100 billion to Ukraine, and now we're finding out that Ukrainian officials were literally plotting to send that money back to the Democratic Party.
00:23:08.000 This is potentially the largest foreign election interference scandal in American history, and it needs to be investigated with the same energy we're bringing to everything else.
00:23:19.000 You want to talk about foreign interference in our elections?
00:23:22.000 Forget the Russia hoax.
00:23:24.000 This is real interference backed by actual intelligence intercepts from our own spy agencies with your taxpayer dollars.
00:23:34.000 And we'll continue bringing you the latest.
00:23:37.000 on all of it.
00:23:39.000 Certainly one of our newer sponsors, Immuno150, we talk about it all the time on the show, being prepared, prepare for the future.
00:23:47.000 And that starts, obviously, with your health.
00:23:49.000 Immuno150 is bringing people back to good, healthy living.
00:23:53.000 Their nutritional supplements pack everything your body actually needs into one place.
00:23:58.000 12 vitamins, 17 antioxidants, 17 amino acids, omega-3, 6, and 9, and a whole lot more.
00:24:06.000 And here's the key.
00:24:08.000 It's all microblended for total assimilation and digestion.
00:24:12.000 That means your body actually absorbs it, not like those cheap supplements where half of the stuff just passes right through you.
00:24:18.000 Immuno 150 has nearly everything the human body needs to get healthy and to stay healthy.
00:24:23.000 So go to immuno150.com.
00:24:25.000 That's I-M-M-U-N-O-150.com and check it out today.
00:24:33.000 Joining me now, Florida Senator Rick Scott.
00:24:36.000 Senator, can you, you know, to start, Democrats are holding, you know, DHS and TSA funding hostage because they want to protect illegal aliens.
00:24:44.000 Some of them literally said that's the people that they're looking to protect most, literally on TV.
00:24:49.000 They're not even pretending anymore.
00:24:51.000 What's going on here and how long can they keep this up?
00:24:55.000 Because I mean, you know, they have the mainstream media.
00:24:57.000 They're playing that game.
00:24:58.000 They're able to, you know, disproportionately perhaps affect it.
00:25:01.000 But don't people really know that it's the Democrats doing this every which way they can?
00:25:06.000 I can tell you, in my home state, they do.
00:25:09.000 But, you know, it's like they don't have a heart.
00:25:12.000 First off, the politics are disgusting, but they're heartless.
00:25:16.000 So number one, senators make $174,000 a year.
00:25:20.000 The average Democrat senator is worth $3 million.
00:25:23.000 So they're sitting there saying that the TSA agents making $50,000 a year don't get paid.
00:25:28.000 Secret Service doesn't get paid.
00:25:30.000 Coast Guard doesn't get paid.
00:25:31.000 Border Patrol doesn't get paid.
00:25:33.000 But they get paid.
00:25:34.000 I've had a bill since I got up here.
00:25:36.000 No budget, no pay.
00:25:37.000 So the way I look at it is if you want to vote to say other people in the federal government don't get paid, why are you getting paid?
00:25:43.000 Yeah.
00:25:44.000 Especially these are a bunch of rich people telling poor people or people just struggling every day that they don't need to get paid.
00:25:51.000 And you're right.
00:25:52.000 One, you know, Chris Murphy said his primary purpose is taking care of illegal immigrants, right?
00:25:58.000 And then Peter Welch said that, you know, maybe if we don't fund ICE, we can have a conversation to get amnesty for everybody.
00:26:06.000 So it's not about Americans.
00:26:08.000 It's about illegals.
00:26:09.000 And then how do you go to Lake and Riley's family or the young lady in Chicago that just got killed, Sheridan Gortman?
00:26:16.000 How do you go to that family and say, I care about you?
00:26:18.000 No, they don't.
00:26:19.000 They don't care about you.
00:26:21.000 They look at you with disgust.
00:26:23.000 Yeah, I mean, it's so bad, though.
00:26:25.000 But again, if you look at, if you're watching TV, you'd think it was at least both sides or perhaps even more so Republicans.
00:26:33.000 And they don't even talk about, frankly, a lot of the stuff that ICE has actually already been funded.
00:26:37.000 So they're just actually making DHS, the rest of it, suffer, which is TSA and all of the other agencies.
00:26:43.000 I mean, ICE is sort of taken care of.
00:26:45.000 So it doesn't actually accomplish anything, but it seems that they're willing to play games with the American people so long as they can control the narrative and make it seem like it's Republicans, meaning they don't mind that Americans suffer as long as they don't realize it's Democrats that are making them suffer.
00:27:01.000 They're okay if they think it's Republicans.
00:27:04.000 Yeah, remember, and think about this for all these poor TSA agents.
00:27:07.000 This is the third time in six months they've had a shutdown, so gone without being paid.
00:27:13.000 So, but they don't care.
00:27:15.000 It doesn't appear the Democrats, this bothers them.
00:27:18.000 They don't care that other people are not getting paid, that people are losing their houses or can't pay the rent or their cars to get repossessed, or they can't, these poor TSA agents, you know, can't take their kids on vacation or pay for sports camp or stuff like that.
00:27:31.000 They just, it's like they don't care about the people that are not getting paid.
00:27:35.000 They don't care about the safety of Americans.
00:27:37.000 So, I don't know.
00:27:38.000 I don't know why anybody would ever vote for a Democrat.
00:27:41.000 I mean, they don't care about you.
00:27:44.000 They care about illegal immigrants and they don't care about you.
00:27:48.000 It's the craziest thing.
00:27:49.000 Yeah, one interesting thing I noticed is the second they said, you know, hey, we're going to have ICE sub in for TSA at a lot of these airports.
00:27:58.000 It seems like in those areas, especially that had, you know, alleged heavy illegal activity, those lines cleared away pretty quickly.
00:28:05.000 It's almost as though TSA is functioning for the transport of illegal aliens and they're traveling all over the country, just enjoying themselves, probably on our dollars.
00:28:16.000 But that was interesting.
00:28:17.000 I mean, the second it wasn't TSA and it was now ICE, a lot of those places of the lines just went away, which leads me to believe there's a lot more illegals here than we even imagined.
00:28:26.000 Yeah, I was talking to somebody that came up to see me and they said that there was no line at the airport.
00:28:31.000 And they said it's the least they'd ever seen, at least number people they've ever seen at the airport.
00:28:37.000 Let me tell you, your dad is doing everything he can.
00:28:41.000 I mean, he just, you feel sorry for him in a lot of ways because, you know, they've always attacked him.
00:28:47.000 And here he's busting his butt to protect American lives.
00:28:51.000 And the Democrats just want to make his life as miserable as possible.
00:28:54.000 They want to destroy the economy.
00:28:57.000 They don't want people to be able to fly.
00:28:59.000 I mean, it's just like, it's like all they want to do is do whatever harm they can to Trump because they hate the guy.
00:29:06.000 I mean, it's disgusting what they're doing.
00:29:08.000 Yeah.
00:29:09.000 I mean, really, every step of the way, Democrats are just defending the criminals while really attacking the victims and ICE officers.
00:29:17.000 We're seeing it in Chicago, as you mentioned.
00:29:19.000 We're seeing it in Minnesota.
00:29:21.000 We've seen that for now months.
00:29:23.000 We're seeing it on Capitol Hill.
00:29:24.000 And now they want to cause chaos at the airports.
00:29:28.000 So what can you and your Senate colleagues do?
00:29:30.000 I mean, it feels like there has to be some sort of remedy that, you know, is it just exposing these guys?
00:29:37.000 Is it sort of like the zombie filibuster?
00:29:40.000 You'll make them get up there and defend these positions and how it actually works with facts, real-time fact checks.
00:29:47.000 Not that they can say, well, the Republicans are doing this.
00:29:48.000 And, you know, no, they're actually holding it up and ICE is funded.
00:29:51.000 So this is just a game that you're trying to perpetrate.
00:29:54.000 On, I guess, you know, your voters that I guess you believe are stupid enough to not figure it out.
00:29:59.000 Well, what we have to keep doing is telling people the truth, right?
00:30:02.000 We have to go on the Senate floor.
00:30:03.000 We have to go on radio.
00:30:04.000 We have to go on TV, do podcasts like yours, do all these things to get the message out.
00:30:09.000 Then on top of that, eventually we're going to have to look at getting rid of the filibuster.
00:30:12.000 If they're going to sit here and the entire Trump presidency is try to block everything that the president wants to do, he got elected.
00:30:19.000 He won the election, whether they like it or not.
00:30:21.000 He won the election.
00:30:22.000 He won by a landslide.
00:30:24.000 And so at some point, we're going to have to say to ourselves, just like how we had to change the rules for nominations, we're going to say, look, if we want this country to work and take care of citizens and put Americans first, we're going to have to get rid of the filibuster.
00:30:37.000 So I think that's where we're heading.
00:30:40.000 I'm clearly heading that camp because this idea that they used the filibuster, which was really only to stop debate, not to stop a bill, to use the filibuster to stop any bill is crazy.
00:30:52.000 There were 60 votes to stop a bill.
00:30:54.000 It was 60 votes to stop debate.
00:30:56.000 Yeah.
00:30:57.000 And I think that's the part that most people miss.
00:30:59.000 And I think the other part that we don't talk about is that the second Democrats have power again, if it behooves them, they will get rid of it in three seconds.
00:31:06.000 So this notion that it's like, no, this is what it's historically, I mean, that's where we always seem to be playing a different game, right?
00:31:12.000 We're playing T-ball, they're playing hardball.
00:31:14.000 If we think for one second that if they wanted to get an agenda passed, that they wouldn't just do this if they actually had the regular votes, because again, it's just stopping debate, not the actual vote, they would do it in two seconds.
00:31:24.000 So it's nonsense.
00:31:25.000 And I guess that brings me sort of to the Save America Act.
00:31:28.000 I know you, Mike Lee, have been pushing this thing hard.
00:31:33.000 Again, 84% popular with the American populace.
00:31:37.000 Why is there resistance in the Senate, even amongst Republicans?
00:31:42.000 What can we do there?
00:31:43.000 What can people that are watching do?
00:31:47.000 Here's a call.
00:31:48.000 You have to call every Republican and every Democrat senator and say the most important thing right now is to get the Save America Act passed.
00:31:57.000 I've been up here seven years.
00:31:58.000 This is the first time in seven years that the public is engaged on something on a bipartisan basis around the country, independents, Republicans, Democrats, they want to say, you have to show an ID to vote, right?
00:32:12.000 You have to prove you're an American to register to vote.
00:32:14.000 They want it.
00:32:14.000 We all want it, right?
00:32:16.000 But the Democrat senators don't want it for one reason, because they won't allow the cheating.
00:32:23.000 They don't want to stop the cheating.
00:32:25.000 Look, their ideas are crazy, right?
00:32:28.000 The Democrat Party is run by AOC and Mamdani.
00:32:31.000 Chuck Schumer jumps to their, whatever they say.
00:32:34.000 He's so scared of a primary, he does whatever they tell him to do.
00:32:39.000 So the only way we're going to get this done is either eventually we talk about this enough that 60 of us come together, we add it to a must-pass bill like FISA or National Defense Authorization Act, something like that, or we're going to have to force a talking filibuster or break the phil, just get rid of the filibuster.
00:32:57.000 I mean, that's the only way this is going to get done.
00:32:59.000 Yeah, and I think for our people, if we don't, you know, there's a demoralizing factor.
00:33:03.000 How do you not get something that's 84% popular with the American people?
00:33:06.000 You know, I've read now, hey, we may have the votes to get it there, yada, yada, yada.
00:33:10.000 But then you have, you know, and maybe you can talk about this a little bit.
00:33:13.000 You know, the people who are, you know, skeptics, I'm oftentimes one of them, just because unfortunately, I've seen it play out long enough, but that, hey, you could get it on the bill, but then the parletarian will just kind of strip it out.
00:33:24.000 Can you explain that process to the American people?
00:33:26.000 Because it's like, what I don't want to do is, I know guys like, like I said, you, Mike Lee, a few other, you know, Bernie Moreno, Eric Schmidt, like guys have been pushing for this.
00:33:34.000 There are some that are pushing.
00:33:36.000 There's plenty that are wishy-washy, but there are plenty that would also be like, hey, we'll put it in there if we know that someone else will strip it out.
00:33:42.000 So it can appear as though we're doing our jobs rather than actually doing our jobs, right?
00:33:48.000 Yeah.
00:33:48.000 Well, so the normal way is by passing a bill.
00:33:52.000 Now, the other thing we can do up here, we can do a reconciliation bill, which is tied to the budget.
00:33:58.000 So it's got to have budgetary impact and it can't be primary policy primary.
00:34:03.000 It has to be budget.
00:34:04.000 So some people believe we could put something about it in there.
00:34:08.000 I think it's very difficult.
00:34:09.000 We could put some either character sticks with money, because that's budgetary, to try to get people, states to do the right thing, share the data, do voter IDs, stuff like that.
00:34:19.000 But the idea that what we want to get with the Save America Act, that you have to use an ID like we do in Florida, that it would be very difficult to do because the parliamentarian will say that's policy.
00:34:31.000 That's not budget.
00:34:33.000 So there's things we could do, but to get the real bill done is not doable.
00:34:40.000 I don't believe.
00:34:42.000 And Mike Lee, neither of us believe you can get it done through reconciliation.
00:34:46.000 Yeah, because it seems like even kicking it back to the states, the states that don't require our leftist way blue, insane states, they're the only states that Kamala Harris even remotely performed well in.
00:34:58.000 Shocking.
00:34:59.000 You know, I don't think there's any amount of money that you could give them that would effectively try to tell them to eliminate this fraud.
00:35:07.000 I think they're much more content with the fraud and the power.
00:35:10.000 And if it meant, again, making their people suffer because they're not getting money for schools or whatever it may be, I think they'd be fine with that.
00:35:18.000 Well, Don, on top of that, we send money to these schools, I say these states, and then don't follow up to see how they spend it.
00:35:24.000 Like I'm doing an investigation of the Pacific Palisades fire out in California that Gavin Newsom didn't do his job.
00:35:30.000 Karen Bass didn't do their job.
00:35:32.000 So we sent the year for years, we've sent money to California from the federal government for wildfire suppression.
00:35:37.000 Where is a living daylights of this money go?
00:35:39.000 Because they sure haven't been doing it.
00:35:42.000 So that's my other concern.
00:35:43.000 We give this money.
00:35:44.000 Does anybody ever actually enforce it to make sure it's spent the right way?
00:35:48.000 Yeah, I mean, is there a way to do that federally?
00:35:49.000 I know that, you know, my father put, you know, JD Vance in charge of the sort of fraud committee.
00:35:53.000 We've been talking about on the show a lot.
00:35:55.000 Obviously, you know, billions in Minnesota.
00:35:57.000 We saw it.
00:35:57.000 We have video.
00:35:58.000 It's finally there.
00:35:59.000 I mean, CBS News even covered the hospice care issue out in California because that was so egregious.
00:36:04.000 But again, that was only discovered or let's say highlighted because a 20-something-year-old journalist, Nick Shirley, went out there and actually caught these people all on video driving luxury sports cars, showing up to a facility with no hospice care and 87 alleged facilities in one building.
00:36:22.000 It's a little bit insane, but how do you make that federal so that the states, again, just can't say, oh, yeah, yeah, sure, we'll monitor it.
00:36:27.000 You know, they're not going to monitor it because they're seemingly in almost, you know, there's no other plausible explanation other than they're in on the kickback scheme.
00:36:35.000 And I know you and I have even had these conversations in person.
00:36:38.000 How is it that in a deep red state, a Republican that's up by 30 points still doesn't raise more money than the Democrat counterparty, you know, in a deep red state?
00:36:48.000 And it's, it's clearly because this fraud scheme has been kicking back money to the Democrat fundraising apparatus for a decade.
00:36:54.000 So I did a letter to Vice President Vance on the Pacific Palisades fire.
00:36:54.000 Yeah.
00:36:59.000 So I'm glad the president put JD in charge of this.
00:37:03.000 I know Pam Bondi is looking at it.
00:37:04.000 I know our state, our U.S. attorneys are looking at it, but we're going to have to, it seems like every federal program is full of fraud because we don't put enough resources in to counteract it.
00:37:15.000 And we don't have standards enough to do it.
00:37:19.000 You would never spend your business money this way.
00:37:20.000 Yeah.
00:37:21.000 I mean, you have auditors, you check everything, you know, but in government, they just send, oh, just send money here, send money there.
00:37:28.000 Nobody gets fired, nothing, no accountability.
00:37:31.000 So your dad is going to bring, one of the things he talks about is bringing accountability to government.
00:37:37.000 And so I was able to do it when I was governor of Florida.
00:37:40.000 You have to do it through the executive branch.
00:37:42.000 He's doing it, but he's got to have the power.
00:37:43.000 So we've got to give him the resources to do it and make sure he has everything he needs.
00:37:48.000 So I'm going to do everything I can to help him crack down all this fraud.
00:37:51.000 There is so much fraud in this country with federal tax dollars.
00:37:54.000 Well, I mean, we want to talk about balancing a budget that's at all time highs.
00:37:58.000 I mean, this seems like a great place to start because it is.
00:38:02.000 I mean, the numbers I've seen.
00:38:03.000 And again, it's one little industry here in Minnesota, billions of dollars, one industry in California.
00:38:10.000 I mean, imagine all the other levels.
00:38:12.000 Get down into the insurance, get down to the other aspects of healthcare.
00:38:15.000 I mean, it's got welfare.
00:38:17.000 It's got to be insane, the amount of fraud that's being spent.
00:38:21.000 I mean, it's the GDP of other developed countries probably at this point.
00:38:26.000 I just think the federal government has allowed this fraud to go on because nobody wanted to crack down on it.
00:38:31.000 Nobody wants to hold anybody accountable, but your dad cares about it.
00:38:35.000 The people he's put in place care about it.
00:38:37.000 So I think we'll have a lot of success.
00:38:40.000 Part of the reconciliation that we're going to be doing to make sure ICE is funded going forward, to make sure they have the resources, we are going to have a fraud component of that.
00:38:50.000 We are going to put up resources to crack down all the fraud all across the federal government.
00:38:57.000 We started our first meeting yesterday on that, and we're going to get resources to the Trump administration so they can do more.
00:39:05.000 That's great.
00:39:06.000 I mean, can you maybe give us a status update on what's in the Senate's calendar?
00:39:09.000 What are the Senate GOP leadership things that they're prioritizing?
00:39:14.000 What's the path here for the Save America Act, the timeline?
00:39:18.000 This feels like a red line for a lot of voters.
00:39:20.000 I just want to make sure we have the time to actually get this through before midterms.
00:39:24.000 Because if I think you don't, I think you have a very demoralized voter base.
00:39:28.000 And that creates all sorts of other headaches for the next few years.
00:39:32.000 So, the number one thing we're doing right now is we've got to get Department of Homeland Security funded.
00:39:37.000 So, that's what we're working on every day.
00:39:40.000 So, number two is to make sure the Save America Act passed.
00:39:44.000 We're going to do a vote today about what would they vote if just for what about just ID, just require ID.
00:39:50.000 So, break down the pieces of the Save America Act.
00:39:52.000 So, that's one of the votes we're going to take today to see if we can start getting pieces of it done as we continue to focus on trying to get the whole thing done.
00:40:00.000 So, we've got to get that done.
00:40:03.000 And then we've got to make sure we give your dad the resources to make sure that we have the strongest military in the world and we have all the resources we need to make sure he finishes the job in Iran.
00:40:13.000 So, we'll be, you know, we don't know the exact number.
00:40:16.000 There's been conversations about numbers of what he'll need in a supplemental, but like, here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to fight to make sure everybody in the federal government gets paid.
00:40:25.000 That's number one.
00:40:26.000 Number two, we're going to get the Save America Act passed.
00:40:28.000 I'm going to focus on that.
00:40:30.000 You know, if we don't get it done this week, then what are we going to do next week?
00:40:35.000 Then, number three, we've got to make sure that we finish the job in Iran.
00:40:38.000 We've got to give your dad the resources he needs to finish that.
00:40:42.000 I mean, you have to be proud of what he's done to try to save Americans.
00:40:46.000 Like, I have, I'm in the Senate and I have these code pink protesters.
00:40:53.000 They come up and whatever your dad's doing, they protest.
00:40:55.000 So, today's protest was about how we are the ones harming the Cubans, right?
00:41:01.000 Yes.
00:41:01.000 So, and they just went there, Don.
00:41:03.000 They just went there, stayed in a four-star hotel.
00:41:06.000 I heard they flew first class.
00:41:07.000 I didn't get to ask them if they got the lay down seats or not to go to go down there.
00:41:13.000 They used electricity, so the hospital didn't have electricity.
00:41:16.000 And do you realize it's 100%?
00:41:19.000 Listen to them.
00:41:20.000 Your dad's caused all the problems in Cuba, not socialism.
00:41:24.000 Socialism works.
00:41:26.000 All right.
00:41:26.000 But it's been great.
00:41:28.000 There's a reason it's worked so well that everyone's trying to flee there and come to you.
00:41:31.000 I know.
00:41:32.000 Listen, this is maybe a great segue because you were not just a senator from Florida, but you were the governor here.
00:41:38.000 Obviously, very tight with the Venezuelan community.
00:41:40.000 You almost have to be in Florida.
00:41:42.000 So, yeah, Venezuela, obviously, the same thing with the Cuba situation.
00:41:47.000 This has nothing to do with Trump.
00:41:48.000 It sort of feels like those protesters.
00:41:49.000 It's like same protester, different t-shirt or a different flag, right?
00:41:53.000 A couple of weeks ago, it was the Palestinian flag.
00:41:55.000 Then they're wearing the Greta Thunberg t-shirt.
00:41:56.000 Then it was the Fauci t-shirt.
00:41:59.000 Just rinse and repeat, recycle the same protesters.
00:42:01.000 Whatever your dad's doing, it's bad.
00:42:03.000 So, I mean, you have, you have, in my state, what your dad's doing with regard to Venezuela, people are so optimistic, right?
00:42:12.000 And the Cubans in Florida, they're so optimistic.
00:42:16.000 They're really optimistic that finally their families are going to have an opportunity to live a dream, that they could build a business, things like that.
00:42:24.000 So, there's a lot of optimism in Florida about what your dad's done in Latin America.
00:42:27.000 So, you should be very proud of him because what he's willing to do is what other people were not willing to do: move the embassy in Israel.
00:42:35.000 I mean, focus on getting rid of Maduro.
00:42:38.000 You know, getting rid of the drugs that are coming into the country, killing our kids and our grandkids.
00:42:42.000 So, your dad takes a lot of heat for doing the right thing.
00:42:45.000 Yeah, you know, I guess, meanwhile, speaking of Maduro, he's in New York today on narco-terrorism charges.
00:42:51.000 How would you assess the phases and the plans in place for Venezuela?
00:42:56.000 You represent, again, one of the largest Venezuelan-American and Cuban-American communities in the country.
00:43:02.000 What are they telling you about the directions things are heading down there?
00:43:05.000 I know they're thrilled to get rid of Maduro.
00:43:08.000 I'm sure Cubans wouldn't mind a democratic regime there as opposed to a socialist communist regime.
00:43:16.000 But what are they telling you about the things that are how the direction is going actually in Venezuela right now?
00:43:22.000 So I just met with Maria Corner-Machado last week.
00:43:25.000 I talked to Venezuelans a lot.
00:43:27.000 So they are, I mean, January 3rd, when Maduro got arrested, changed their lives.
00:43:32.000 So they're very, very, very optimistic about the future.
00:43:36.000 They were looking forward to all the political prisoners being released.
00:43:40.000 Delsi Rodriguez has released quite a few of them, but not all of them.
00:43:44.000 The oppression has come down, not completely gone yet.
00:43:48.000 But the way your dad's doing it, where he controls all of their money, he's moving them in the right direction.
00:43:54.000 He's moving in the direction of an election.
00:43:56.000 Now, if you talk to a normal Venezuelan, they like the election tomorrow, right?
00:44:01.000 But what your dad's doing is trying to do it in a process where the opposition has the time to campaign and be ready.
00:44:08.000 And then whoever they elect, they'll elect a leader.
00:44:11.000 And what we're going to end up with is a country where American companies will want to invest down there.
00:44:16.000 They have unbelievable resources.
00:44:19.000 And so I think he's logical the way he's done it.
00:44:25.000 Everybody would like it to happen faster, but I think what he's accomplished down there is remarkable.
00:44:30.000 Yeah, no, it is.
00:44:32.000 I think, and again, Cuba, sort of the next frontier.
00:44:34.000 You had mentioned, you know, Code Pink, a bunch of left-wing influencers go down there, stay at one of the nicest hotels while the rest of the country is in a blackout.
00:44:43.000 Is this a sanctions violation?
00:44:46.000 What does it say about how delusional the left-wing political class is here in America?
00:44:51.000 And really, I don't know much about Code Pink, but I assume it's the usual sources that are sort of funding it.
00:44:58.000 It's Communist China.
00:44:59.000 There was a New York Post article about it.
00:45:01.000 Communist China and Russia.
00:45:02.000 I asked them if they knew Xi and Putin, if they were close to him.
00:45:06.000 But it's funded by our enemies.
00:45:11.000 I mean, Communist China is not our friend.
00:45:14.000 Don't buy stuff from Communist China.
00:45:16.000 So it's just, it's funded by our enemies.
00:45:21.000 So whatever your dad does, they're going to say it's bad.
00:45:26.000 I tell them to their face, I saw him, it's disgusting what you guys did to go to Cuba and support the government, stay at a four-star hotel, take electricity from poor people.
00:45:39.000 And by the way, they never went to see any of the political prisoners.
00:45:43.000 No, we wouldn't be allowed in.
00:45:45.000 Well, I mean, that tells you something.
00:45:48.000 So, but it's disgusting.
00:45:50.000 Yeah, I mean, listen, it's clear, you know, the Democrat Party is propped up by, you know, our enemies.
00:45:56.000 They're propped up by fraud.
00:45:58.000 You know, I know you've been out, again, in the Pacific Palisades supporting the fire victims and we're uncovering even more evidence of Karen Bass and the Gavin Newsome cover-ups there.
00:46:08.000 I know you touched on it a little bit earlier, but what is the latest there?
00:46:14.000 Because again, beyond the hospice care fraud, beyond the Medicare, I mean, this is a really big one.
00:46:19.000 I mean, people were displaced tens of thousands.
00:46:21.000 They can't get permits home.
00:46:22.000 I think there was one home built in that amount of time.
00:46:25.000 People still can't, it almost looks, and the conspiracy theorists are like, well, they're trying to displace you and put in tenement housing in the nicest neighborhood in the world because everyone should deserve an oceanfront view as well.
00:46:39.000 And like 20 years ago, you'd be like, I don't know, that seems a little far-fetched, but it seems to be the case.
00:46:44.000 I mean, people can't build back the footprint that they had on their own home.
00:46:49.000 What else is going on there beyond sort of what you discussed already?
00:46:52.000 So, so I'm doing an investigation with Ron Johnson, and we're trying to figure it out.
00:46:57.000 We're trying to figure, number one, we've got to find out why it happened.
00:47:01.000 Okay.
00:47:02.000 We've got to hold people accountable, and we've got to make sure it never happens again.
00:47:05.000 So, I was governor of Florida.
00:47:06.000 We had four hurricanes when I was governor.
00:47:09.000 After every hurricane, we did an after-action report.
00:47:11.000 And I didn't produce it.
00:47:13.000 It was put out by one of the Department of Emergency Management in Florida.
00:47:17.000 And then we said, okay, so what should we do different?
00:47:19.000 In Karen Bass's cases, she hired a PR firm to do it, and they made sure she did look bad, even though the fire was going on and she went to Africa.
00:47:29.000 Yeah.
00:47:30.000 All right.
00:47:31.000 They didn't.
00:47:31.000 And the Palisades fire actually was the rebirth of a fire that they intentionally didn't put out.
00:47:38.000 Yeah, well, they actually, my understanding is they actually gave her a copy and was like, yeah, no, this may make it more vague as it relates to me so it doesn't look badly on me, even though I mean, you're the mayor of the city.
00:47:48.000 You're on a, you know, probably government paid vacation for a place that really does nothing for the people of Los Angeles, and yet they still had to whitewash whatever was in there.
00:48:00.000 Yeah.
00:48:00.000 And then think about it.
00:48:01.000 You're right.
00:48:02.000 You can't get a permit to rebuild.
00:48:04.000 All right.
00:48:05.000 Then to get a permit costs thousands and thousands of dollars that people don't have.
00:48:10.000 Then the insurance product that California told everybody they should buy didn't cover all their costs.
00:48:15.000 Right.
00:48:16.000 Then they're trying to, then they're trying to confiscate the land to build to build something else.
00:48:22.000 So it sure appears, if you were sitting out there, I mean, it appears pretty bad.
00:48:26.000 12 people died, 12 seniors died.
00:48:30.000 Ron and I did a hearing out there in November.
00:48:33.000 One of them, Rachel Schwartz, a Holocaust survivor, says she lost everything.
00:48:38.000 She lost everything.
00:48:39.000 So this is the second time of her life.
00:48:42.000 She lost her whole family, I think, in the Holocaust and all of her possessions.
00:48:47.000 And now she's back at it again.
00:48:49.000 So it's like these, and they try to cover up their problems, all this stuff.
00:48:54.000 But we are going to get to the bottom of it.
00:48:56.000 It's going to be hard, but we're going to get to the bottom of it.
00:49:00.000 What can the Senate do to actually audit or send criminal referrals for this fraud, whether it's California, Minnesota, or Ukraine?
00:49:08.000 What is that process?
00:49:09.000 How do we get results?
00:49:11.000 Because again, honestly, I think Americans get frustrated sort of with the pace of some of this stuff.
00:49:16.000 And again, I get it.
00:49:17.000 And sort of, I try to spend a lot of time.
00:49:19.000 It's not that I'm getting soft, guys.
00:49:20.000 It's I understand that there's a process.
00:49:22.000 And if you break that process, that's their cause for appeal.
00:49:26.000 That's their cause to get it thrown out.
00:49:28.000 That's how they venue shop it to get it in front of a judge that's not going to do anything, even if it's the right thing to do constitutionally.
00:49:34.000 How do you play that out from your position in the Senate?
00:49:38.000 So what we can do is we can hold hearings.
00:49:40.000 So I'm on the committee, Homeland Security, that does investigations.
00:49:46.000 It has a subcommittee, and both the committee and the subcommittee that chair have subpoena power.
00:49:52.000 So Ron Johnson is the chair of the permits subcommittee on investigations.
00:49:57.000 And then Rand Paul is the chairman of the Homeland Security Committee.
00:50:00.000 So both of them, we can do investigation.
00:50:04.000 Ron has been part of my investigation at the Palisades.
00:50:08.000 We were doing the letters together.
00:50:09.000 It's helpful because they have subpoena power.
00:50:12.000 I've had hearings as part of the Senate Committee on Aging because of the seniors that died.
00:50:17.000 So we are getting the information.
00:50:20.000 Then my goal is that we will, if we find, right?
00:50:24.000 You don't want to say somebody clearly did something until you know, but when we find people have done things wrong, we're going to be transparent and we're going to let people know.
00:50:33.000 And on top of that, if it's criminal, we're going to refer it to the Department of Justice.
00:50:38.000 And if there's, if there's ways to, you know, people have taken our money, like look at all the wildfire money, where did all that go?
00:50:45.000 I'm going to expect these agencies to go ask for their money back from California.
00:50:49.000 We're going to hold people accountable.
00:50:51.000 We're not going to let up on this.
00:50:52.000 Yeah.
00:50:53.000 Can you get that money back or has it all been siphoned away?
00:50:57.000 So maybe you can prevent it from happening in the future, but is there a way to claw that stuff back?
00:51:01.000 Sure, but you got to have the wherewithal.
00:51:02.000 You got to be willing to do it.
00:51:04.000 You know, up here, I mean, I've been, as I said before, I've been here seven years.
00:51:08.000 It's like, people don't, you know, they don't ever want to hold states accountable.
00:51:14.000 Like, I'm a fiduciary for the federal government, for the federal taxpayers, right?
00:51:19.000 I'm not, and look, I don't, I'm not going to go waste money.
00:51:22.000 I'm not going to waste money by giving it to Florida or any state.
00:51:25.000 I mean, my job, I was governor of Florida.
00:51:27.000 I was a fiduciary for the taxpayers of Florida.
00:51:29.000 I'm now a fiduciary for the federal taxpayers.
00:51:32.000 And I'm going to look at every dime I can and to get this in, get this in line.
00:51:36.000 You know, your dad wants to balance a budget, right?
00:51:39.000 He doesn't get to.
00:51:40.000 We get to.
00:51:41.000 Congress has to.
00:51:42.000 We're running $1.9 trillion deficits.
00:51:44.000 He's trying to get interest rates down.
00:51:47.000 When Congress keeps spending money like it's going out of style and sends in bills with thousands of earmarks, how is he able to do his job?
00:51:54.000 I mean, Russ Vote is at OMB trying to do this.
00:51:57.000 Best is trying to do their job.
00:51:58.000 Your dad's trying to do their job.
00:52:00.000 Congress has got to do our job.
00:52:01.000 Stop sending the president bills that waste all this money.
00:52:06.000 Yeah, well, I know here in Florida, we're seeing what actually works.
00:52:10.000 You were governor here.
00:52:12.000 So you've worked, basically, you've worked this from all sides.
00:52:15.000 And some of the new data even shows an influx into our state.
00:52:20.000 What's Florida doing right?
00:52:22.000 What are your constituents saying?
00:52:24.000 I saw the interesting clip, the juxtaposition of Kathy Hochul, governor of my former state where I spent 44 years of my life, whatever it was, in 2020 when she was running for governor.
00:52:35.000 If you don't like it, go down to Florida.
00:52:36.000 Now she's saying, you should come back up here and just pay more taxes, please.
00:52:40.000 Just pay more taxes.
00:52:43.000 What's Florida doing right?
00:52:45.000 What are the constituents saying?
00:52:46.000 So here's what will surprise you.
00:52:48.000 In 2010, how many people you think moved to Florida?
00:52:51.000 Have any idea?
00:52:52.000 I have no idea.
00:52:53.000 More people left.
00:52:54.000 Really?
00:52:55.000 Between 2007, 2010, Florida lost 800,000 jobs.
00:53:00.000 Home prices dropped in half.
00:53:03.000 I ran for governor as like your dad did as a business person, never having run for office before.
00:53:08.000 And I ran on a plan to turn the economy around like your dad did, right?
00:53:12.000 So what we were able to do in my eight years, all right, we balanced the budget.
00:53:15.000 Florida had not balanced its budget, but once in 40 years, this idea, Don, that these states balance their budget, no, they borrow money.
00:53:21.000 That's balancing the budget.
00:53:22.000 Yeah.
00:53:23.000 That's not a balanced budget.
00:53:25.000 And we all know that personally, but they don't think that states do.
00:53:28.000 So we balanced the budget.
00:53:30.000 The private sector added 1.7 million jobs.
00:53:32.000 I reduced the number of state workers by 15,000.
00:53:35.000 You didn't miss any of them.
00:53:37.000 Not that they're wonderful people, but we didn't need as many.
00:53:39.000 We created efficiencies.
00:53:41.000 And then we became number one in higher education.
00:53:45.000 So, because here's what people care about: they want a job.
00:53:47.000 They want their kids to get a great education because that's their future.
00:53:50.000 And they want to be safe.
00:53:51.000 When I left there, a 47-year low-income crime rate.
00:53:53.000 My last year, I think we added like 220,000 jobs and we had about 300 to some thousand people moved to the state.
00:54:02.000 Last year, Florida lost jobs.
00:54:04.000 And what you have to always remember is you've got to constantly focus on recruiting companies.
00:54:10.000 You've got to constantly be focused on reducing taxes.
00:54:13.000 I reduced taxes and fees 100 times.
00:54:15.000 You have to do it every day.
00:54:18.000 And so in the Wall Street Journal says, you know, fewer and fewer people are moving to Florida because it's gotten expensive.
00:54:23.000 So, well, we've got a governor's race coming up.
00:54:26.000 And in this governor's race, what I want the race to be about, and I think Byron Donaldson is going to do it.
00:54:32.000 He was got endorsed by Trump and I endorse him.
00:54:34.000 Focus on how do we get more jobs again?
00:54:37.000 How do we make sure the middle income have a job and the poor people have a chance up?
00:54:42.000 But it's easy to compete against New York.
00:54:44.000 They're crazy.
00:54:46.000 So we got a lot of work to do to continue to make the state even better.
00:54:49.000 But the people in New York, what they're getting is just horrible government.
00:54:53.000 I don't disagree at all.
00:54:55.000 Senator, as a last thought, what's the call to action for voters to whip the Senate into shape on things that you're working on?
00:55:02.000 Are you confident that we can get the Save America Act done?
00:55:06.000 What's it going to take?
00:55:07.000 Again, other than people calling, and I think they got to start calling as soon as they're done watching this.
00:55:11.000 Start calling your respective congressmen and senators and everything like that.
00:55:15.000 Make them understand that this is a priority.
00:55:18.000 It's the attitude you never give up.
00:55:21.000 So we've got, we just have to, you have to call every senator, Republican and Democrat, and say, you have got to get the Save America Act passed, right?
00:55:30.000 You've got to make sure we give President Trump all the resources he needs to protect our countries, which means Homeland Security has got to be completely open and say, you've got to get the Trump agenda accomplished.
00:55:42.000 He won the election.
00:55:44.000 So call every Republican and call every Democrat and say, I want you to start focusing on American citizens and stop having this Trump derangement syndrome.
00:55:51.000 100%.
00:55:52.000 Well, Senator Rick Scott, thank you so much.
00:55:54.000 Really appreciate it.
00:55:55.000 Always great to have you on and look forward to seeing you soon.
00:55:58.000 All right.
00:55:58.000 Nice seeing you the other day.
00:55:59.000 Bye-bye.
