00:08:11.000Think of how many people that is that the FBI was watching, spying on people who ordered red MAGA hats and the addresses where those hats were shipped.
00:08:22.000That doesn't seem like the mandate of the FBI to me, but you know, again, this is Jack Smith's FBI.
00:09:08.000For all of the top headlines that we cover here on the show, go over to my news app, MXM News, where you can get the mainstream news without the mainstream bias.
00:09:17.000And of course, don't forget about our brave sponsors for having the guts to support this program.
00:11:11.000We've been talking about it on the show for two, three years at this point.
00:11:14.000Within hours, Omar called it an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement.
00:11:23.000Because, you know, the other side's never done that.
00:11:25.000And this clearly isn't if she actually broke the law, right?
00:11:29.000Rashida Tlaib called it a fascist police state.
00:11:32.000And Democrats, like thought leaders, you know, Jasmine Crockett said the administration couldn't stand when women of color refuse to back down.
00:11:43.000And by the next day, the ladies of the View were chiming in.
00:13:21.000Then her hometown paper, the Star Tribune, went through the records in 2019 and found a stretch after the marriage where Omar Elmi and a guy named Ahmed Hirsi.
00:13:35.000The guy who was her husband from 2002 in her religious marriage, all listed somehow at the same Minnesota address.
00:14:28.000To come to the United States to begin with, but all of us were investigating.
00:14:32.000Here's what I want to make sure we do.
00:14:34.000If we actually move a case forward, it's not a political case, it's an actual case because they did things wrong.
00:14:41.000If you decided to break the law or lie on the information you gave the United States, the bill to come into the United States through either asylum or because you were just wanting to seek a better life, but you didn't tell us who you actually.
00:14:54.000You were, you lied about certain things about your application.
00:14:57.000Those things, there's no expiration to that.
00:15:00.000If we can prove it, then you shouldn't have been here in the first place, we'll deport you.
00:15:05.000And so we're looking at it's more than just her case.
00:15:09.000We're looking at a lot of cases that are very similar to this that we feel like there may have been fraud from the get go.
00:15:16.000But when we move forward, it's not political, it's because you chose to break the nation's laws.
00:15:21.000And I've said this multiple times, and I continue to say it.
00:15:46.000Minnesota's campaign finance board found she filed joint returns with Hearsay in 2014 and 2015 while legally married to Elmi, the alleged brother.
00:15:58.000On paper, she's Elimi's wife on her taxes, hearses.
00:16:09.000Serious seems like a real question that people should actually ask.
00:16:11.000Seems like a question the media would actually want to know an answer to.
00:16:15.000Now, Omar's word for all of this was weaponize.
00:16:20.000This is the opposite of weaponize, guys.
00:16:22.000We've gone through weaponization, trust me.
00:16:24.000Okay, you guys have gone through weaponization.
00:16:26.000There's 600,000 people who bought MAGA hats that were in FBI spreadsheets.
00:16:29.000They probably now know a little something about weaponization.
00:16:33.000You know, this is the opposite of that.
00:16:36.000If she wasn't protected by the swamp for so long, this would have been investigated and prosecuted years ago.
00:16:43.000But if you want to talk about what weaponizing federal law enforcement actually looks like, Senator Chuck Grassley released a memo on Arctic Frost, the Biden Justice Department investigation that opened in 2022, that later moved into Jack Smith's special counsel operation.
00:17:32.000What was in the rows of this spreadsheet, you may ask?
00:17:36.000Names, dates of birth, home, and email address, occupations, employers, donation amounts, credit card information, including the last four digits, and even whether a donation was one time or recurring.
00:17:51.000Because if it was one time, maybe you made a mistake.
00:17:52.000Maybe if it was recurring, you're obviously a radical, you're an extremist, you're a domestic terrorist, probably in the eyes of Jack Smith's FBI and the Biden administration's FBI, and frankly, all of the Democrats.
00:18:05.000People who gave a dollar sitting in Jack Smith's watch list.
00:18:10.000Witch hunt on a spreadsheet with their birthday, their address, their job, part of their credit card information literally on there.
00:18:19.000And these weren't a bunch of political whales writing giant checks.
00:18:23.000The memo says that more than 148,000 rows were identified as donors, generally giving less than $1,000.
00:18:32.000The occupation list included a doorman, a pool technician, a driver, a logger, and retired Americans.
00:18:42.000That actually matters, guys, because this wasn't surveillance just aimed at one person.
00:18:47.000It swept in ordinary Republicans, just run of the mill conservatives, hardworking Americans who actually believe in their country, who gave five bucks to a candidate they happen to like.
00:19:00.000Separate records include a catalog of Trump campaign products, t shirts, mugs, doormats, plus, obviously, red MAGA hat orders showing individual buyers, their purchases, and their home delivery addresses.
00:19:15.000And here's a flashback to Smith in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 29th.
00:19:20.000Grassley asked one simple yes or no question.
00:19:24.000Did your operation obtain donor data, including financial information?
00:19:32.000Your special console operation obtained possession of donor data to include financial information, yes or no?
00:19:42.000Yes, we acquired financial information.
00:19:44.000As I sit here right now, I cannot recite to you every subpoena we issued.
00:19:49.000I can tell you why we issued subpoenas, and it was to conduct a criminal investigation of one of the most serious crimes that's ever happened in our nation's history.
00:20:51.000Approximately 50,000 bank documents and approximately 420,000 pages.
00:20:57.000The review covered the nine largest national banks supervised by the OCC from 2020 through September 2025.
00:21:05.000And the OCC found that nine major banks had policies that put access to financial services at risk based on political beliefs, religious beliefs, or based on lawful business activity.
00:22:02.000It doesn't get to price your right to be a conservative.
00:22:06.000And when the left treats your politics like a banking risk, don't be surprised when it treats everything else like a risk, or if it treats enforcing immigration law like a moral crime, which, of course, brings us to Michigan.
00:22:20.000Last Thursday night, the first Michigan Senate debate in Grand Rapids.
00:22:25.000Abdul Al Sayed, the Democrat nominee, the doctor who just wants to help people while also flirting with communism, went up against Republican Mike Rogers.
00:22:36.000The moderator asked, You've made your position clear.
00:24:24.000This is actually a real person during a real debate.
00:24:28.000The moderator asks, what is one decision that you expect to make that may be unpopular with some voters, but you believe ultimately would be in the best interests of Fayette County?
00:25:44.000From a party that spent a year lecturing you about rhetoric and about political violence, think about that.
00:25:48.000I mean, in the post Charlie Kirk, post July 13th, this assassination attempt of my father, and we have guns too, seems more like a threat to me.
00:31:05.000Don't believe the stuff they're telling you because you've heard enough hot mic stuff on this podcast to know where the other side actually wants to be.
00:31:13.000And imagine is that a country you want your children growing up in?
00:31:18.000Is that the future you want for them and for your grandchildren after them?
00:31:23.000So get out there, vote, get your friends.
