Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - John Solomon Reports: China's 2020 Election Fraud Scheme | TRIGGERED Ep.250

00:06:23.000 Hey guys, welcome to a special Tuesday edition of Triggered.

00:06:28.000 There's so much news breaking literally every second, so we're here to bring you the very latest on all of it.

00:06:34.000 I apologize we didn't do the normal Monday, but you had my father's birthday on Saturday.

00:06:41.000 In D.C. we did that.

00:06:42.000 Then I had to fly down to Florida for Father's Day to spend it with the kids.

00:06:48.000 Then I had to run up to New York.

00:06:49.000 I had to come back and I had to last night I had my daughter's 11th birthday.

00:06:53.000 Chloe turned 11. So it was a little bit of a zoo and rather than try to cram it all in and try to figure it out, we just said, you know what, let's just do a special Tuesday edition.

00:07:03.000 Keep it a little simple, not have me stressed and most importantly, not have me in trouble with a very aggressive 11 year old.

00:07:10.000 You guys know how that works.

00:07:12.000 So a plot to create fake mail-in ballots in the 2020 election.

00:07:35.000 This probably shouldn't surprise any of us, given their actions, given how strong Trump was on China, given what they did during COVID, etc., etc.

00:07:46.000 But I don't say this lightly, guys.

00:07:48.000 I mean, this story is huge.

00:07:50.000 This is like Joe Biden being senile and no one knowing it, huge.

00:07:56.000 And now, FBI Director Kash Patel has declassified the documents, some of whom were hidden by the usual actors.

00:08:07.000 You can only guess, but we'll get into that shortly.

00:08:09.000 And he sent them to Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley's office.

00:08:14.000 For review and release.

00:08:16.000 So we're going to get into all of that because most of the media will likely ignore it entirely.

00:08:21.000 This is one of those we're going to need you to share.

00:08:24.000 We're going to need you to blow it out there to your friends so that people understand just how corrupted our systems have become.

00:08:31.000 Just how bad so many actors are that they're willing to cover up the bidding of China to essentially rig an election.

00:08:40.000 Plus, we'll do a news rundown, guys.

00:08:43.000 of all of the top headlines and separate the news from all of the noise.

00:10:32.000 For your buck.

00:10:33.000 No pun intended.

00:10:34.000 So before we get to John Solomon, guys, let's take a look at some of the top headlines.

00:10:39.000 And we'll begin, obviously, in the Middle East, where my father has been incredibly consistent.

00:10:45.000 Iran can't have a nuclear weapon, and the Iranian regime has been given very clear direction on what they need to do.

00:10:52.000 But so far, they've refused to make a deal.

00:10:55.000 Here's my father on Air Force One last night.

00:10:58.000 Are you open to negotiating with the Iranians right now, or do you want to wait? 0.70

00:11:03.000 I don't know.

00:11:04.000 I've been negotiating.

00:11:05.000 I told them to do the deal.

00:11:06.000 They should have done the deal.

00:11:07.000 Their cities have been blown to pieces, lost a lot of people.

00:11:12.000 They should have done the deal.

00:11:13.000 I told them, do the deal.

00:11:15.000 So, I don't know.

00:11:16.000 I'm not too much in a mood to negotiate.

00:11:18.000 Now, there's been a lot of noise on all of this stuff, guys, and I get it.

00:11:22.000 I'm the last person that ever even wants to think about, let alone talk about, you know, any kind of boots on the ground.

00:11:28.000 But to be clear, the Trump White House isn't talking about that.

00:11:31.000 They're not talking about boots on the ground or starting new wars.

00:11:40.000 Here's just a small sample of that.

00:11:43.000 Iran wants to deal with us, but they don't know how. 1.00

00:11:46.000 We had a meeting with them on Saturday.

00:11:51.000 We have another meeting scheduled next Saturday.

00:11:53.000 I said, that's a long time.

00:11:54.000 You know, that's a long time.

00:11:56.000 So I think they might be tapping us along.

00:11:59.000 But Iran has to get rid of the concept of a nuclear weapon.

00:12:03.000 They cannot have a nuclear weapon.

00:12:05.000 He can't have a nuclear weapon.

00:12:07.000 Nobody can have.

00:12:08.000 We can't have anybody have a nuclear weapon, you know?

00:12:10.000 We can't have nuclear weapons. 1.00

00:12:12.000 And I think they're tapping us along because we're so used to dealing with stupid people in this country. 1.00

00:12:19.000 And I had Iran. 1.00

00:12:21.000 Perfect.

00:12:21.000 You had no attacks.

00:12:23.000 You would have never had October 7th in Israel.

00:12:26.000 The attack by Hamas.

00:12:28.000 Because Iran was broke.

00:12:29.000 It was stone cold broke when I was president.

00:12:32.000 And I don't want to do that.

00:12:33.000 I want them to be a rich, great nation.

00:12:35.000 The only thing is, one thing, simple.

00:12:37.000 It's really simple.

00:12:38.000 They can't have a nuclear weapon.

00:12:40.000 And they've got to go fast.

00:12:43.000 Because they're fairly close to having one.

00:12:45.000 And they're not going to have one.

00:12:48.000 And if we have to do something very harsh, we'll do it.

00:12:51.000 And I'm not doing it for us.

00:12:52.000 I'm doing it for the world.

00:12:55.000 And these are radicalized people.

00:12:56.000 And they cannot have a nuclear weapon.

00:12:59.000 And remember this week?

00:13:00.000 It was 10 years ago.

00:13:03.000 Yesterday.

00:13:03.000 Actually, that was the other big anniversary that we were celebrating this week.

00:13:06.000 We had Father's Day.

00:13:07.000 We had my dad's birthday.

00:13:08.000 We had the 250th anniversary of the Army.

00:13:10.000 That was really cool.

00:13:11.000 Maybe I'll play some clips.

00:13:13.000 You know, for you guys of that one as well, from behind the scenes, we had my daughter's birthday, Father's Day, it was a wild one.

00:13:21.000 But it was also 10 years ago yesterday that my father came down that gilded escalator and upended American politics forever.

00:13:30.000 He did it by trusting his instincts, upending the status quo, saying what need to be said, and exerting pure political strength and perseverance.

00:13:41.000 Look, I don't think anyone wants it, even the Democrats, shockingly.

00:14:05.000 I mean, I guess they'd be happy for it if it upended a Trump coalition. 0.98

00:14:10.000 So they'd probably risk it just for that because they're sick masters.

00:14:13.000 But we have to let people know, and our enemies need to know, that they are going to be held accountable.

00:14:21.000 We saw that in the first Trump term, and in November, the American people voted the way they did for a reason.

00:14:28.000 And one thing I can assure you of, our U.S. service members and personnel will be protected and not be needlessly put in harm's way.

00:14:37.000 And it's why we need strong leadership to ensure that our adversaries don't get away with what they got away with under Biden, which was appeasement and empty rhetoric.

00:14:48.000 And in many cases, for far too long, the swamp was just outright fleecing the American taxpayer through groups like USAID.

00:14:56.000 Because now we're learning that three contractors, three of them, have admitted to a decades-long bribery scheme.

00:15:03.000 Involving contracts worth over $550 million from USAID.

00:15:09.000 That's over half a billion dollars.

00:15:11.000 And that's just the three they've really put the screws to already.

00:15:15.000 Imagine how many more there are.

00:15:17.000 Imagine how many over-budgeted agencies are doing exactly the same thing.

00:15:22.000 Remember, we had Luke Rosiak at The Daily Wire on the show not too long ago who broke the story and uncovered how contracting officers were steering...

00:15:39.000 And this was just one example.

00:15:41.000 There are ongoing investigations into just how many different examples of this same criminal behavior there are that have yet to be prosecuted.

00:15:51.000 But, like all things, it takes time, and I'm looking forward to seeing the prosecutions on all of them.

00:15:57.000 And speaking of which...

00:16:02.000 And instead, I don't know, let's go out on a limb here, actually prosecute violent rioters in their own city.

00:16:10.000 I keep hearing about peaceful protests and all of that nonsense every day, day in and day out, and then I'm watching cars and stores being lit on fire, Molotov cocktails being thrown.

00:16:21.000 These aren't peaceful protests, folks.

00:16:23.000 This has been going on for over a week.

00:16:26.000 And Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom are more interested in attacking Trump than they are keeping their city safe, which is frankly par for the course for basically all of the Democrats at this point.

00:16:37.000 And of course, the regime media is still pushing their claims that the protests were, quote, mostly peaceful.

00:16:46.000 Remember that one?

00:16:46.000 Mostly peaceful.

00:16:47.000 Like this great summer of love in 2020.

00:16:49.000 Very peaceful.

00:16:50.000 Very peaceful.

00:16:51.000 Buildings are burning, cars are being destroyed, millions of dollars in damage, people being injured, beat up in the streets.

00:16:56.000 You know, mostly peaceful.

00:16:57.000 But for like 99% of it, it's mostly peaceful, folks.

00:17:01.000 Give me a break.

00:17:03.000 They're literally using the same line.

00:17:06.000 According to the Media Research Center, the phrase has been used 211 times since the riots broke out.

00:17:13.000 Check this analysis out.

00:17:15.000 I do want to point this out.

00:17:16.000 I think we've got to call spades when we see them.

00:17:19.000 And to have a media that 211 times calls the riots peaceful.

00:17:25.000 And CNN was responsible for 123 of those.

00:17:29.000 MSNBC 88. To call them peaceful when there are literally law enforcement officers who were harmed during them.

00:17:36.000 It's not just a media malpractice.

00:17:39.000 It's a dereliction of duty to give accurate information.

00:17:42.000 It's important that people understand what's going on.

00:17:44.000 That these riots are organized.

00:17:46.000 That they are intended to be nationwide.

00:17:48.000 And they're intended to go after the rule of law.

00:17:50.000 You know, you have people saying they want to not enforce border protections and security.

00:17:55.000 And you see so much about how these riots are going, very similar to how the BLM riots went in 2020.

00:18:00.000 And I noticed you talked about what was happening happening in Portland with the ICE facility.

00:18:04.000 It's worth remembering that those same people seized a federal courthouse in Portland for months in the summer of 2020.

00:18:12.000 And Americans are really sick and tired of seeing this kind of violence go unchecked.

00:18:17.000 Political violence can happen from any place, but there really is a problem on the left with sustained political violence, like going back for decades.

00:18:25.000 And it needs to be honestly reported.

00:18:45.000 But today, we have an explosive story destroying yet another fake news narrative.

00:18:52.000 Because according to a massive story from John Solomon, FBI Director Kash Patel on Monday evening turned over to Congress an intelligence report raising concerns that China had mass-produced Fake U.S. driver's licenses to carry out a scheme to hijack the 2020 election with fake mail-in ballots for Joe Biden.

00:19:15.000 Huh.

00:19:16.000 You know what?

00:19:17.000 It kind of reminds me of, remember November 6th, 7th, and 8th of last year when even the Democrats got on TV and said, Huh?

00:19:24.000 Where are those 8 million votes that got Joe Biden to 82 million votes in 2020?

00:19:30.000 Where are they?

00:19:31.000 It's almost like they didn't exist to begin with.

00:19:34.000 Huh?

00:19:35.000 Huh?

00:19:36.000 I wonder if this had anything to do with it.

00:19:40.000 Specifically, guys, these included substantiated allegations of plans from the CCP to manufacture fake driver's licenses, ship them to the United States for the purpose of facilitating fraudulent mail-in ballots, but under Ray's FBI, under Christopher Ray, remember the guy who swore before Congress about these things, the reports were abruptly recalled.

00:20:03.000 And never disclosed to the Republic.

00:20:05.000 I wonder why that is.

00:20:06.000 Could it be because he knew about it and he swore before Congress that these things weren't happening, so, you know, if they never find out, it's not a lie, right?

00:20:15.000 This may just be the tip of the iceberg.

00:20:19.000 We'll get into all of it with John Solomon in just moments.

00:20:22.000 But first, guys, remember to check out Berna to protect yourself in a time of crisis.

00:20:28.000 Berna's Leth-Lisa launchers are equipped with tear gas and kinetic ammunition.

00:20:31.000 They're designed to incapacitate an attacker for up to 40 minutes, and Berna is excited to introduce an all-new Compact Launcher.

00:20:39.000 It's the same size as a smartphone, allowing you to conceal carry everywhere comfortably and with confidence.

00:20:45.000 Over 80% of the components of the Compact Launcher are sourced in the United States, and their pistols are hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

00:20:54.000 Berna is legal in all 50 states, requires no background checks, and can be shipped directly to your door.

00:21:01.000 Try before you buy.

00:21:02.000 Visit Burna, B-Y-R-N-A dot com and find a Burna dealer partner near you.

00:21:09.000 That's B-Y-R-N-A dot com. 1.00

00:21:12.000 Check it out, guys.

00:21:14.000 Guys, joining me now, just the news founder, great friend of the show, investigative reporter, John Solomon.

00:21:22.000 John, thanks for being here.

00:21:23.000 Yeah, great to be with you, Don.

00:21:24.000 Big day.

00:21:25.000 Yeah, it sounds like it.

00:21:26.000 And I guess, guys, this is apparently a lot of this.

00:21:28.000 I guess you just got it a few seconds ago, so we may be breaking some serious news today on the show.

00:21:33.000 But, John, this is a massive story on the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party's 2020 election fraud plot.

00:21:42.000 Can you give us the big picture, and then we'll go through each detail piece by piece?

00:21:46.000 You bet.

00:21:47.000 So the same country that sent those scientists in with the pathogens a few weeks ago that could wipe out our crops, the same scientists that hid the origins of COVID-19 at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. 0.55

00:21:57.000 And created it.

00:21:58.000 Yeah, and created it.

00:22:00.000 Lab created it.

00:22:00.000 We now know that DIA had concluded in June 2020 that it was created.

00:22:05.000 That same country had a plot to try to hijack the election and steal it from your father and give it to Joe Biden.

00:22:11.000 Why do we know that?

00:22:12.000 That's exactly what the FBI had.

00:22:14.000 The FBI developed a source.

00:22:16.000 It was a new source.

00:22:17.000 They were still vetting him.

00:22:18.000 This source told the FBI in August of 2020 that China was mass-producing fake U.S. driver's licenses, shipping them to Chinese students and residents, both here illegally and legally in America, so that they could go get fake mail-in ballots and hijack the election.

00:22:34.000 The report specifically stated that the goal was to help Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election.

00:22:41.000 Now, it goes out for a few days to the intelligence community like a normal intelligence warning would go out, and then it's suddenly recalled, which is such an odd thing.

00:22:49.000 It very rarely happens.

00:22:50.000 And the reason for the recall is we want to just re-interview the source again, and then it never surfaces ever again.

00:22:56.000 It never gets investigated.

00:22:58.000 It's never looked at.

00:22:59.000 We now know, last night for the reporting I did, that about a month after this report came out, the Customs and Border Protection Agency, a separate federal agency, intercepted about 20,000 of those fake Chinese driver's licenses coming in the mail into the United States.

00:23:14.000 In other words, the source was corroborated.

00:23:17.000 What they had said actually came true, but that didn't stop the deep state from turning a blind eye, not further investigating this.

00:23:25.000 Kash Patel, late last night, turned these documents over.

00:23:28.000 To Senator Charles Grassley, who first heard about this episode from a whistleblower, it is now corroborated.

00:23:35.000 And just a few minutes ago, I got the actual Intel report language.

00:23:38.000 I can read 17 when we get a chance.

00:23:40.000 Okay, well, yeah, listen, just so we're clear, so they found 20,000 driver's licenses coming in.

00:23:46.000 That doesn't mean they didn't find lots of others.

00:23:48.000 And I think if I look at the margin of error in some of these states, I mean, you know, whether it's 2016, last election, I mean, this last one was a little bit more of a blowout.

00:23:58.000 But in 16 and 20, I mean, entire states were decided on 8,000 votes, 15,000 votes.

00:24:06.000 So 20 being just one shipment, and presumably they didn't put all their eggs in one basket and just get unlucky that they were caught.

00:24:15.000 The entire election was decided on 45,000 votes in 2020.

00:24:19.000 If they got a couple of these shipments in, that could have been the margin of error by itself.

00:24:24.000 You're exactly right.

00:24:25.000 And the fact that we don't know the answer is the crime here.

00:24:27.000 The FBI didn't do its job.

00:24:29.000 Instead of continuing down the path of investigating, corroborating, when they hear from the CPB reopening it, all right, maybe you pulled it back, reopened it when the CPB finds the licenses.

00:24:39.000 Nope.

00:24:39.000 They swept it under a rug.

00:24:40.000 And then after the election, remember that famous 60 Minutes story where the guy from the Homeland Security Department said this was a perfect election.

00:24:47.000 No foreign interference, as he said.

00:24:49.000 He looked in the camera and said that.

00:24:50.000 We now know there were two foreign interferences, this China plot and an earlier plot by Iran to hack a database, steal the identities of tens of thousands of American voters, and use it to try to influence the election.

00:25:03.000 I haven't even heard of that one.

00:25:05.000 That's a new one.

00:25:06.000 Let's see how much time we have.

00:25:07.000 We got to get into that one.

00:25:08.000 But what I want to know is, you know, all these guys that did that, you know, in their pompous...

00:25:15.000 I mean, Chris Wray was FBI director during this period of time.

00:25:19.000 And if I recall correctly, didn't he testify before Congress that there was no interference?

00:25:24.000 So when he said that, were they already aware of these things, right?

00:25:30.000 Because, I mean, now with the newly declassified intelligence reports, we know they were recalled.

00:25:36.000 Did they get recalled?

00:25:38.000 Because at the exact same time, Christopher Wray testified to Congress that there were no known plots from foreign interference.

00:25:44.000 So this looks like a cover-up.

00:25:46.000 Do we know the timing of when his testimony, when the initial discovery was?

00:25:50.000 This gets recalled in early September, and then Chris Wray is testifying in September at an oversight hearing.

00:25:56.000 Now, Chris Wray is not on the communique here.

00:25:59.000 It goes out to agencies.

00:26:00.000 We don't know if Chris Wray knew, but people inside the FBI absolutely knew and would have known.

00:26:06.000 That the testimony Chris Ray was giving was inaccurate based on what they had just gotten from this Chinese source?

00:26:12.000 So, you know, I assume now with Kash Patel in there, they're going to go after these things and try to figure that out.

00:26:18.000 You know, again, these people have no honor or shame.

00:26:21.000 I'm sure they'll lie through the teeth just to cover themselves up.

00:26:23.000 If this would have been, you know, any kind of country helping Trump the entire agency of anyone that was in, you know, in the chain of command or.

00:26:36.000 But, you know, I'm sure that'll be different anyway.

00:26:39.000 Well, listen, I think this is a moment where we might get a little bit of accountability.

00:26:43.000 I don't think there's going to be nearly as much because the deep state's good at protecting itself.

00:26:47.000 But there are going to be some arrests down the road.

00:26:50.000 I think in the COVID cover-up particularly, we're going to see some people who are arrested in the COVID cover-up in the next few months, I think, is possible.

00:26:59.000 The first thing is to find out.

00:27:00.000 Did China actually influence the election?

00:27:03.000 That would be an act of war.

00:27:04.000 It would be an act of intrusion on the American people.

00:27:07.000 Getting that answer now, it's not too late.

00:27:10.000 Signal intelligence can be reviewed.

00:27:12.000 NSA intercepts can be reviewed.

00:27:14.000 The licenses that CPB got, fingerprints and see who actually may have used them.

00:27:19.000 It's why we need in-person voting with real IDs.

00:27:27.000 Backgrounds, checks, you know, it's why, you know, of course, I mean, I sort of said it in my intro, I'm not sure if you heard that, but in my intro I said, you know, it was sort of amazing watching, you know, November 6th, 7th, and 8th of last year after my father won in this landslide, and all these Democrats are on TV saying, huh?

00:27:45.000 Where did those 8 million votes go?

00:27:47.000 Like, where were the 82 million people that showed up for Joe Biden?

00:27:50.000 Why didn't they show up for, like, and I was like, because even they were coming to the conclusion, like, hey, maybe we did steal this thing.

00:27:56.000 You know, I guess they're okay with it as long as they get what they want.

00:28:00.000 Once those same, you know, 8 million people magically disappeared, and it's not like, you know, they shouldn't have gone anywhere theoretically.

00:28:09.000 Same ridiculous policies.

00:28:11.000 Whoever was running the auto pen would have been running Kamala Harris. 1.00

00:28:14.000 You know, nothing would have changed.

00:28:16.000 So where'd they go?

00:28:18.000 Well, listen, this is the most scary thing.

00:28:20.000 If you're a Republican Democrat, Secretary of State, Election Commissioner, County Commissioner, China saw our mail-in voting system as a extreme vulnerable option to go attack America. 0.55

00:28:32.000 That's one thing that you can draw from these documents.

00:28:35.000 They saw how easy it would be to change the outcome or attempt to change the outcome of an election by using mail-in ballots, not machines, not other things.

00:28:43.000 They saw the weakness in the system right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

00:28:47.000 That should alarm us all.

00:28:49.000 Anyone in a position of authority in the election should read this document.

00:28:52.000 I'm going to just read one paragraph.

00:28:54.000 Read all of the paragraphs that are relevant.

00:28:56.000 It's the first time I'm seeing the text of this.

00:28:59.000 This is breaking news, guys, so I think it's important.

00:29:01.000 I think this is the kind of stuff we've got to make sure that other people share because the mainstream media will pretend this thing never happened.

00:29:06.000 They'll sweep it under the rug.

00:29:08.000 No one knew.

00:29:09.000 Oh, yeah, usual BS.

00:29:11.000 So, yeah.

00:29:12.000 The report says that this source was a collaborative source.

00:29:15.000 It had been in the system for less than a year.

00:29:18.000 He obtained the information from an identified subsource who claimed they obtained the information directly from communist government officials inside China.

00:29:28.000 In late August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large amount of fraudulent United States driver's licenses that were secretly exported to the United States.

00:29:37.000 The fraudulent driver's licenses would allow tens Of thousands.

00:29:41.000 There's your answer.

00:29:42.000 more than 20,000, tens of thousands of Chinese students and immigrants sympathetic to the Chinese Communist Party to vote for US presidential candidate, Joe Biden, despite, let me get here, Despite not being able to vote in the United States, China had collected private U.S. user ID from millions of TikTok accounts to include name, ID, and address, which would allow the Chinese government to use real U.S. persons' information to create the fraudulent driver's licenses.

00:30:11.000 The fraudulent driver's licenses were to include true ID numbers and true addresses of U.S. citizens, making them difficult to detect.

00:30:19.000 That's what came into the FBI.

00:30:21.000 Yeah, and that's because China's been stealing all that data from Americans forever, so they probably have a perfectly good database of people who were probably going to be no-shows but had real ID. 0.87

00:30:30.000 Change the name, change the photo.

00:30:32.000 That's right.

00:30:32.000 There you go.

00:30:33.000 You can go buy your election in the United States.

00:30:35.000 That's wild.

00:30:36.000 Pretty amazing.

00:30:37.000 It's wild.

00:30:37.000 No, I mean, it's a, you know, listen, when you're on our side, everyone with a brain said, hey, like, of course, like, you know, the mail-in ballots are the most easy to manipulate.

00:30:46.000 And then we got the, no, no, no, it was the most safe and secure.

00:30:49.000 I'm like, how do you know?

00:30:50.000 You've never even tested this.

00:30:52.000 There's no backup.

00:30:53.000 There's no way to ensure that.

00:30:54.000 And, you know, arguably our biggest geopolitical foe, our biggest adversary on that front, literally saw that.

00:31:03.000 And in a couple of months realized what was going to happen and were able to enact and take action to try to manipulate an election.

00:31:10.000 I mean, it sort of takes any time.

00:31:23.000 It does.

00:31:24.000 Listen, if China saw it as a vulnerability, it was a vulnerability.

00:31:27.000 They are patient.

00:31:28.000 They're persistent.

00:31:28.000 They are incredibly hostile to America.

00:31:32.000 They're looking for anything to break our democracy and our constitutional republic down.

00:31:36.000 And they saw mail-in ballots as that backdoor.

00:31:39.000 That's what makes this intelligence report so really significant.

00:31:42.000 Now, I want to go back to that famous moment, like perfect election, no foreign intrusions.

00:31:47.000 A lot of people didn't see this because it happened a year later.

00:31:51.000 The night before Thanksgiving 2021, so a year after the election, federal prosecutors indicted two Iranian nationals for hacking into a voter database, stealing the identities of thousands of American voters, and then using it in a malign operation to influence the outcome of the election.

00:32:09.000 That's so significant because prosecutors now laid it out in an indictment.

00:32:14.000 I think one of the men has now even pleaded guilty.

00:32:16.000 Why is that important?

00:32:17.000 Because at the moment, That 60 Minutes piece was aired, and they said it was a perfect election, no foreign intrusions.

00:32:24.000 Everybody in the chain of command knew that that was a false statement.

00:32:27.000 So they went on 60 Minutes, made a false statement, but the FBI already had this case baked.

00:32:33.000 They had a sealed indictment.

00:32:35.000 They didn't unseal it to a year later when Joe Biden's well into his presidency.

00:32:39.000 We knew, even before the China plot, let's even suppose the China plot wasn't on the table, there was already another.

00:32:45.000 Foreign intrusion into our system, and it's Iran, the very people now that Israel is attacking and trying to end their nuclear ambitions. 0.93

00:32:54.000 This is really important to understand how much the deep state—they can look in the camera, put on a little bit of makeup, and tell you something, and it's just completely false.

00:33:02.000 Well, I mean, the number one thing is, I mean, I think, you know, we need some accountability on that.

00:33:07.000 You know, they're always fine fessing up to these things once they get the result that they want.

00:33:11.000 You know, then they, oh, my bad, you know, mea culpa, I had no idea.

00:33:14.000 You know, they did the same with Wuhan and they did the same thing with China.

00:33:16.000 Like, you know, I remember, you know, when I got canceled one of the first times, you know, about COVID, where I was like, of course it came from the virus, from the Wuhan lab. 0.93

00:33:24.000 Like, of course it did.

00:33:26.000 And, you know, how do you know, Don, you're not a virologist.

00:33:29.000 I'm like, you don't need to be a virologist. 0.97

00:33:31.000 You just have to not be retarded to understand. 1.00

00:33:34.000 No, like, yeah, listen, apparently it's back. 0.80

00:33:36.000 So, you know, I was one of the guys bringing it back.

00:33:38.000 So we're bringing it back.

00:33:39.000 But to understand, like, of course it came from the lab that studies the exact virus at the place that was exactly ground zero.

00:33:46.000 Of course, we were illegally funding, and Anthony Fauci then lied about and had to get pardoned for that.

00:33:50.000 This stuff is so...

00:33:53.000 infuriating.

00:33:54.000 And, you know, so, you know, for people who are perhaps tuning in a little bit late, you know, literally there's been a plot discovered where China was basically exporting fake U.S. driver's licenses to Chinese students and other Chinese national sympathetic to their cause all over the United States as part of a plot to create voter identities for Chinese residents living in the United States so they could vote with fake mail-in ballots.

00:34:20.000 And for Joe Biden specifically.

00:34:22.000 Yeah, and specifically for Joe Biden, obviously.

00:34:24.000 I have a feeling the Chinese Communist Party ain't voting for Trump.

00:34:27.000 They weren't voting for Trump.

00:34:27.000 I mean, this looks like clear data exploitation, and it's probably even worse than we thought.

00:34:34.000 Imagine, you know, you talked about China just now.

00:34:36.000 You mentioned another confirmed plot about Iran doing that with databases.

00:34:40.000 You know, what don't we know about?

00:34:42.000 You know, what got through that we're just not even aware of?

00:34:46.000 To me, like I said, if they got tens of thousands, I mean, the entire election was decided with 45,000 votes.

00:34:50.000 That's right.

00:34:51.000 It could have swung the other way.

00:34:53.000 Now, I'm glad it actually went this way, as brutal as that was for me, our family, the testimony, the endless BS.

00:35:00.000 Now we actually have a cabinet in there who will fight.

00:35:03.000 We have people who are on the America First mission.

00:35:05.000 So I think we can be much more effective, and I think the world had to see just how fragile our entire democracy and system is.

00:35:11.000 And, you know, they bore witness to that under Joe Biden.

00:35:14.000 So I guess it's probably working out in the end.

00:35:18.000 But this is scary stuff.

00:35:19.000 But China saw what everyone with a brain knew. 0.68

00:35:22.000 We created the largest vulnerability to our democracy with this nonsense mail-in balloting stuff.

00:35:28.000 And they exploited it ASAP.

00:35:31.000 Yeah.

00:35:32.000 Listen, Jimmy Carter and James Baker all the way back in 2005 warned that mail-in ballots could become an extraordinary vulnerability.

00:35:39.000 Fifteen years later, China's trying to exploit that vulnerability.

00:35:42.000 And we're in 2025.

00:35:43.000 We've made some progress.

00:35:45.000 There's some things, but it's still a vulnerability, particularly in states like California and New York that hand out ballots like they were candy at a Halloween party.

00:35:53.000 We have to get a grip on the system because our enemies are going to continue to try to exploit it until we tighten it up.

00:35:59.000 Yeah, and again, for those just tuning in, just to confirm, U.S. Customs and Border Protection had intercepted nearly 20,000 fake licenses around the same time that all of this intelligence came in.

00:36:13.000 And that seems like about as solid of a corroboration of the initial report as we can imagine, right?

00:36:20.000 One just sounds like, oh, here's the evidence.

00:36:22.000 Like, it was going on.

00:36:23.000 That's just what they found, how much more could be out there.

00:36:26.000 And Kash Patel said last night that that report in and of itself should have triggered a criminal investigation.

00:36:32.000 Who's sending fake driver's licenses?

00:36:34.000 The FBI didn't even open up a criminal investigation when Customs Border Patrol alerted of that.

00:36:39.000 So first, they know the intel is coming in.

00:36:41.000 They sweep that under the rug.

00:36:43.000 So what did they do?

00:36:48.000 How do they do that as a process? 0.62

00:36:50.000 It comes in.

00:36:51.000 I mean, there's no one that will say, hey, man, this is a real problem.

00:36:53.000 We have to do something about it.

00:36:54.000 How do they do that?

00:36:55.000 I mean, that feels like that has to go all the way up to the top.

00:36:58.000 I just don't believe that Christopher Wray didn't find out about this and have any knowledge whatsoever that these guys were doing this to protect the CCP.

00:37:07.000 I've been scratching at this, and the normal way would be after CPB made the intercept, they would alert the FBI and say, hey, let's open a criminal case on this.

00:37:14.000 It's called an electronic communication.

00:37:16.000 But it's clear to me that CPB didn't think the FBI was doing the job right, because you know what they did?

00:37:20.000 They actually put out an announcement in San Diego saying they had intercepted these.

00:37:24.000 I actually found the announcement now.

00:37:26.000 So CPB was trying to shame the FBI into acting when they clearly had swept it under the rug.

00:37:31.000 It's pretty eye-opening.

00:37:33.000 Yeah, and I'm sure at the time, social media was covering it and censoring it and whatever.

00:37:36.000 Like I said, I kind of do this at this point.

00:37:39.000 This is what I do every day, and I didn't even know about that.

00:37:41.000 So that's how effective the censors can be.

00:37:44.000 It's why we ask everyone to like, to share, to subscribe, so that we can actually get this stuff out there, force them to cover it, make it a big enough story that you almost shame them into doing their jobs because they won't do it otherwise.

00:37:55.000 Yeah.

00:37:56.000 You're exactly right.

00:37:58.000 Go ahead.

00:38:00.000 Media, big tech, big bureaucracy, we're all together, in this case, protecting big communism in China.

00:38:07.000 Yeah, I mean, you've discovered a lot of these, John, and it seems like, wow, it's amazing.

00:38:11.000 The percentage of big stories like this that you and two or three other individuals seem to be the only ones that ever come up with is both shocking and also very telling in terms of the mindset of the mainstream media.

00:38:26.000 Yeah, you're right.

00:38:27.000 Listen, it's a wide open field for me.

00:38:28.000 People say, oh, you must be a genius.

00:38:30.000 No one wants to cover this.

00:38:31.000 They're too afraid to go tell.

00:38:32.000 No one's curious anymore.

00:38:35.000 No, they're curious.

00:38:37.000 If it was a political cruddle against their enemies, if it was something against Trump, they would chase this down to the ends of the earth.

00:38:43.000 Breaking news.

00:38:44.000 Because it's protecting Joe Biden, the Democrat regime, the Chinese Communist Party that they're sympathetic to.

00:38:49.000 You know, no big deal.

00:38:50.000 Whatever.

00:38:51.000 I agree.

00:38:52.000 Yeah, listen, it's a problem.

00:38:53.000 Americans are wise to it. 1.00

00:38:54.000 That's why they elected your dad in November.

00:38:56.000 They're wise to it.

00:38:58.000 But fixing it for the long-term good of this country is still a really big challenge for all of us.

00:39:02.000 That's why things like Truth Social are so important.

00:39:05.000 All the alternatives that are popping up now, we're starting to create an irrelevance to the legacy media and a relevance to the new media.

00:39:12.000 And all the things your dad has done in the White House press room to give access to new reporters, that competition is starting to have a very big effect in the American marketplace.

00:39:21.000 Yeah, I agree.

00:39:23.000 So John, more broadly, I believe there was another one discovered a week later.

00:39:34.000 It was something actually probably perhaps worse.

00:39:37.000 I don't know how much worse it is than taking out your food supply.

00:39:41.000 Is this all part of the same mosaic with respect to the different ways China is trying to infiltrate and destroy America? 0.94

00:39:48.000 Yes, they have a 200-year plan, and they stick to it relentlessly.

00:39:52.000 And they always admire the opportunity to take American tax dollars and use it against us.

00:39:57.000 So in this case, those two first scientists who were bringing in that fungus, which was a pathogen that could have been unleashed, could eventually wipe out American crops, create a famine in America, they were on an NIH grant program.

00:40:11.000 They were here on NIH visa.

00:40:12.000 Our federal government, without vetting these people, We're not letting them in. 0.96

00:40:18.000 They're paying them.

00:40:19.000 They're paying for the research.

00:40:20.000 And then they're using that access, that goodwill that we've given China to come in and develop things that could then be weaponized against us in the future.

00:40:28.000 We are funding our own demise through the extraordinary weakness and blindness of our bureaucracy.

00:40:35.000 And I'll tell you, for the last four or five days, Don, I've been trying to do just something simple as a reporter.

00:40:39.000 Ask every federal agency, how many visas have you given to scientists in China?

00:40:46.000 It should be a simple thing.

00:40:47.000 Someone should be able to find it in five minutes.

00:40:49.000 Unless the number is really big that it would be troubling to a lot of Americans, in which case, oh, we're not really sure.

00:40:54.000 We'll get to that after midterms or four years from now or whatever it is.

00:40:58.000 Yeah.

00:40:59.000 And you know they're not vetting them.

00:41:00.000 They're just waving them in, just like they waved them across the border. 0.63

00:41:03.000 And we are literally setting up, if it isn't for your dad's administration who's out there creating the counterbalance and the counterweight and the countermeasures to this.

00:41:12.000 We are literally riding our own check to our own demise.

00:41:15.000 We have to stop it.

00:41:16.000 We have to wake up and get these folks who don't have our best intentions to have our demise as their goal.

00:41:24.000 Get them out of our country. 0.55

00:41:25.000 Stop funding them.

00:41:26.000 It's insane.

00:41:27.000 It's one thing falling for the Trojan horse.

00:41:29.000 It's another one building your own and staffing it with your enemies and pretending like it's real. 1.00

00:41:33.000 I mean, no civilization could survive this level of stupidity. 1.00

00:41:37.000 It's really hard to believe. 1.00

00:41:40.000 It is hard to believe, but it's gone on, and it's that alliance between the big bureaucracy, the big media, the big tech, and the big left that has created this, and China knows it.

00:41:49.000 You look at the people on the streets in LA, all the work we did to track their funding, where does it go back to?

00:41:56.000 CCP and CCP sympathetic assets. 0.96

00:41:59.000 China has exploited every weakness, blindness, and stupidity we've exercised under the Biden administration to, hopefully, in their mind. 0.99

00:42:07.000 Push us to our demise. 1.00

00:42:08.000 We have to counter it quickly and faster and smarter than we've done in a long time.

00:42:12.000 Yeah, I mean, I guess going back to sort of the University of Michigan, the agro-terrorist example isn't even just at the University of Michigan.

00:42:22.000 In the summer of 2023, National Guard soldiers discovered five Chinese University of Michigan students near a military base, and they were letter charged for concealing their activities.

00:42:32.000 In fact, the University of Michigan, other colleges, and even major corporations have a joint research program with Shanghai Jatong University, which is where these students all came from.

00:42:42.000 The obvious question, I guess, John, is why?

00:42:46.000 Yeah, listen, they are using every opportunity they can to come up with every potential weapon to, if we ever got into a kinetic or non-conventional war with China, to have the upper hand, unleash a virus, unleash a famine, unleash genetically altered seeds that would change our production yields. 0.82

00:43:05.000 A decade ago, and it's interesting, all these episodes have occurred just before or after the Democratic administration.

00:43:14.000 Joe Biden, Obama.

00:43:15.000 A decade ago in Iowa, genetically altered seeds that had really serious implications for our farming communities were discovered on Chinese nationals in Iowa, I believe it was.

00:43:25.000 It keeps happening, usually when Democrats turn a blind eye to China.

00:43:30.000 Remember, very early on in the Joe Biden presidency, the FBI director was ordered by the president to stand down the China initiative, which was the FBI's premier counterintelligence.

00:43:41.000 By the way, the very thing that this memo was probably flowing from, stop Chinese spies in academia.

00:43:46.000 Joe Biden cut that off.

00:43:48.000 Why would you turn American eyes blind to what China was doing?

00:43:53.000 And you saw that.

00:43:54.000 I mean, you read the reports, you know, about, you know, the islands that China, you know, the coral reef that China turned into islands to create military bases all over the South China Sea.

00:44:03.000 Like, they weren't allowed to do that, but they saw Obama as weak and feckless and said they just did it.

00:44:08.000 Now they control the shipping ports.

00:44:09.000 Now they have extra military bases.

00:44:11.000 That's a disaster.

00:44:12.000 The tariffs that my father had in place on his first term.

00:44:16.000 China recently even said, yeah, we knew they were there, but we knew Joe Biden wouldn't enforce it, so we just ignored it and went about our business.

00:44:23.000 They understand that Democrat leadership is either weak, sympathetic, on the take, all of the above, and even if you have these laws in place, they're just going to ignore them.

00:44:34.000 Yeah, no, that's exactly right.

00:44:36.000 Peace through appeasement has never worked.

00:44:38.000 Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden have proven it.

00:44:41.000 Peace through strength is working.

00:44:43.000 We saw it work during the Reagan era in the fall of the Soviet Union.

00:44:45.000 We see it working under your Father.

00:44:47.000 Now, the world is substantially And I think your father will leave a far more peaceful and stable world behind than the one he got on the 20th.

00:45:05.000 I agree with that.

00:45:06.000 I mean, obviously tumultuous times right now, it's a complex thing.

00:45:10.000 I think everyone's probably going to just...

00:45:15.000 I don't think anyone in America wants a boots-on-the-ground war.

00:45:17.000 I think people largely agree that Iran probably shouldn't have unchecked nuclear weapons.

00:45:21.000 I mean, that doesn't seem like it's a great leap.

00:45:24.000 But I think I sort of see, even on our side, sort of two polarized factions.

00:45:29.000 And I think the left would gladly go to war in Iran if it breaks up a MAGA coalition, which is sort of a scary concept.

00:45:37.000 But definitely something they would do.

00:45:40.000 To try to screw things up because, you know, they just don't care.

00:45:42.000 They only care about power here.

00:45:44.000 But, John, I do want to ask you, you know, talk about just what a change in leadership at the FBI can do under Kash Patel, under, you know, Deputy Director, you know, Dan Bongina.

00:45:57.000 How do you assess it and what else might we learn in the coming weeks and months?

00:46:03.000 I think we're going to learn a lot more about the weaponization of Jack Smith.

00:46:08.000 I think there's a grand jury in Florida investigating The misbehavior of the Justice Department in the pursuit of your father.

00:46:15.000 We know recently that there was a declaration of a government investigation in the Colorado investigation of Tina Peters.

00:46:22.000 So I think we're going to learn that there are other tentacles of this weaponization machine that now are under criminal investigation, under Pam Bondi, under Kash Patel, under Dan Bongino, under the new weaponization department at the Justice Department.

00:46:38.000 It is far more reaching than I knew when I started on the very first stories debunking Russia collusion.

00:46:44.000 There are so many tentacles to it.

00:46:46.000 And I think some of the ones that maybe we haven't heard about are going to create the surprise fresh criminal cases.

00:46:52.000 Some of the statute of limitations are passed on Russia collusion.

00:46:55.000 Everyone got a pass on Russia collusion.

00:46:57.000 But some of those actors return because they didn't face any consequence.

00:47:02.000 They started another weaponization.

00:47:04.000 And I think this group now has the ability.

00:47:07.000 To bring to justice several people who abused the system in ways that our founding fathers would never have condoned for a second.

00:47:15.000 I think you'll see some accountability.

00:47:16.000 You'll see some arrests.

00:47:18.000 You'll see lots of shaming.

00:47:19.000 More than 100,000 pages of documents have been turned up by the FBI and turned over either to Congress or to Pam Bondi.

00:47:27.000 They're going to get released.

00:47:27.000 This is going to be the summer of heat.

00:47:30.000 There's going to be a lot of major revelations in these documents.

00:47:33.000 The FBI found them months ago.

00:47:34.000 They've already produced them.

00:47:36.000 Justice and Congress are in the process of making them public to the American people.

00:47:39.000 We're going to get a sense of the size and scope of the network that weaponized the United States government against its people.

00:47:47.000 John, you know, before we wrap, what can you tell us about this sentinel system inside the FBI where the Mueller team was apparently, you know, just making documents unsearchable so that an agent was pursuing something that led to their dead end.

00:48:02.000 There's nothing here, but it's clearly out there.

00:48:05.000 It has been known for years, two decades, that there was a drive that the most sensitive stuff in the country could be buried on.

00:48:14.000 And what sensitive meant was.

00:48:16.000 Politically, we just don't want this discovered.

00:48:18.000 This would embarrass the bureau.

00:48:20.000 It goes all the way back.

00:48:21.000 Listen, I found documents.

00:48:23.000 As a young reporter at the Associated Press, I caused a delay in the execution of Timothy McVeigh, not because he was a good guy, he was a bad guy, but the FBI had hid Tens of thousands of pages of documents in Discovery that were really important to not only the defense, but to the American public.

00:48:39.000 It's been going on for 20 or 30 years.

00:48:42.000 Everybody in the FBI knew what they were doing when they buried those documents.

00:48:46.000 Ash Patel has sent all those over to the Justice Department.

00:48:49.000 They're currently being reviewed to make sure they're not responsive to subpoenas, because the first thing you want to do is comply, not violate the law of subpoenas, and then they're going to be made to the public.

00:48:58.000 This summer is going to be a fascinating summer.

00:49:00.000 We're going to learn things we could only have imagined existed two years ago, and that process is underway.

00:49:06.000 I know there's frustration.

00:49:07.000 Why can't it be faster?

00:49:08.000 There are laws that still have to be complied with, but I think these documents are coming out in troves.

00:49:13.000 This stat that I just read to you, one of the many examples of what's likely ahead in the future.

00:49:18.000 Well, John, I really appreciate it.

00:49:51.000 I think that's a really big story about the CCP trying to infiltrate and change the results of a United States election.

00:49:58.000 You know, all the things they said that Russia were doing that they weren't doing?

00:50:03.000 Well, maybe China was doing it, but as long as it's for the Democrats, remember guys.

00:50:07.000 You have an FBI director, former, that seems to have perjured himself under oath and then tried to cover up.

00:50:13.000 So a lot going on here.

00:50:15.000 Make sure this gets out.

00:50:17.000 Make sure we force the mainstream media to actually cover this insanity so we can save our republic.
