00:09:46.000 And we're going to begin at the U.S. Supreme Court, where yesterday the court ruled that a Tennessee law banning the surgical and chemical castration of minors for trans care purposes does not violate the 14th Amendment equally.

00:10:04.000 In a major win for sanity, in a major win for decency, in a major win for protecting children, and A big win for common sense.

00:10:21.000 In a concurring opinion, Justice Thomas noted that courts should not defer to self-described experts.

00:10:30.000 And remember, that's what we've seen so much.
