A reporter tries to get Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-cortez to condemn the pro-abortion violence proposed by pro-choice groups, and she won't even acknowledge it. Is she condoning the violence? Or is she just ignoring the question? What's the difference between her and the rest of the Democratic Party on this one? Is she a sheep farmer? Or are we supposed to be offended by the violence being proposed by Pro-abortion groups? Or does she just not get the point of view of the people on the left on this whole pro-life movement? Or is there some sort of double standard that only applies to the far-left and only to the extreme right? What do you think? Do you think AOC should have been more forceful in her condemnation of the violence, or is there a double standard to be found in her response to a reporter's question, and AOC just ignores the question and doesn't even respond to it? or does she not even get the chance to say a word on the matter at all? I'll tell you what's going to happen, folks, and it's not going to be crickets. Watch for crickets, folks. Watch for yourself. I have a feeling we're going to see crickets and crickets! and you'll see the crickets... in the future, folks! I'm not sure if crickets will be a thing at all, but crickets is what we need to be worried about. (sounds like crickets at all. . . . I know what crickets are going to do, right?? (I know, I know, right? I know I know they will be, but I know that they are, right?!) Let me know what you think about it, and I'll let you know if you think it's crickets or not crickets? (and I'll talk about it in the comments section below! ) - Tom and I will talk about the double standard and why it's a problem, right or not? - Thank you for listening to this episode of the podcast. - Timestamps: 1:00:00 - Is it a problem? 2:30 - Is AOC's response? 3:15 - Will she condemn the violence proposed? 4:00 5:40 - Is she going to condemn it?
00:00:00.000Wow, guys, incredible news today out of the Supreme Court, a big win.
00:00:05.000And as we've seen ever since the leak, there's been a lot of pro-abortion groups talking about violence, insinuating violence, seemingly in some cases, to me, encouraging violence.
00:00:21.000And now you have a reporter that spent almost two minutes trying to get AOC, To condemn any violence.
00:01:34.000Senator Manchin said he's deeply disappointed by this decision, and he said he would support legislation to cut it by road, but he did not say anything about the filibuster.
00:01:42.000What's your message to him? Not supporting changes to the filibuster is not supporting filibuster.
00:01:51.000Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez, we're taking your response to mean that you do not condemn the violence proposed by Corvorsion Group.
00:01:57.000Are you concerned about state rights and country protection?
00:02:01.000Yes, I absolutely am concerned about that.
00:02:03.000Even in Texas, I think anti-slavery laws were overturned on the basis of the right to privacy established by Congress.
00:02:11.000Are you concerned about the pro-abortion violence proposed?
00:02:14.000We are overturning the right to privacy established by Roe.
00:02:17.000And that will have knock-on effects for people even regardless of their views on abortion.
00:02:23.000They will wake up with less rights and they don't know it yet.
00:02:26.000Will you condemn the violence proposed by pro-abortion groups?
00:02:31.000If you're on the left, you get to not answer the question, and it's not a tacit acceptance.
00:02:36.000It's not condoning the violence, even if you ignore a question from a reporter for two minutes while talking to other reporters.
00:02:44.000I have a feeling, based on actual experience, watching it over and over and over again, if you're a Republican and you don't assertively Ad nauseam.
00:02:56.000How many times did my father have to condone the nonsense they asked him to condone?
00:03:00.000Okay, he condoned it. He did. You must do it again and again and again.
00:03:05.000Whatever it was, it didn't even matter.
00:03:07.000Okay? Many of the things deserve to be condoned, and he did.
00:03:10.000But if he didn't do it with every sentence, it was a problem.
00:03:12.000Here, I have a feeling we're going to see crickets, folks.
00:03:16.000Watch for yourself. Watch for yourself, and you'll see...
00:03:20.000The double standard. Liberal privilege still exists even if Roe v.
00:03:26.000Wade and abortion got kicked back to the states.
