00:06:23.000 Hey guys, welcome to another huge episode of Triggered.
00:06:26.000 I hope everyone's doing well.
00:06:27.000 Thank you for joining, and thank you to everyone who was here for our special Wednesday show last night.
00:06:33.000 So, first off, I actually had a pretty early morning down here in Florida.
00:06:39.000 Well, the alarm went off at about 3 a.m., but you know, 5 01 a.m. to be exact is when you know it really started getting good.
00:06:48.000 Before the sun was even up over Palm Beach, Trump Force One touched down and became the first plane ever to land.
00:06:56.000 At President Donald J. Trump International Airport, also known as DJT.
00:07:02.000 It was also the last plane to ever take off from Palm Beach International Airport prior to that, which was PBI.
00:07:09.000 That's right, guys.
00:07:10.000 It's official.
00:07:11.000 And I was on that plane.
00:07:12.000 So it was a pretty awesome way to start the day.
00:07:15.000 A little tired now.
00:07:19.000 We'll show you that and also get into some of the other news that we didn't get into yesterday.
00:07:24.000 And we'll bring you the latest from the courtroom in Provo, Utah.
00:07:27.000 For more big development.

00:08:15.000 And guys, we have another familiar face sponsoring the show now Gold Co.
00:08:21.000 Gold just surged past $5,000 an ounce, silver blew past $100, and the U.S. just added silver to the critical mineral list.
00:08:30.000 Meaning, It's now considered crucial for American security and economic survival.
00:08:35.000 This isn't speculation.
00:08:36.000 This is real.
00:08:38.000 That's why I've renewed my partnership with the number one rated gold company, Goldco.
00:08:45.000 A rated by the BBB, the Better Business Bureau, and they've helped Americans place over $3 billion in gold and silver.
00:08:54.000 So visit donjrgold.com, D O N J R gold.com, to get a free, 2026 gold and silver kit.
00:09:03.000 And because you're part of this audience, you get up to 10% back in bonus silver or gold just for getting started.
00:09:11.000 Again, that's donjuniorgold.com.
00:09:14.000 Do it now, educate yourself.
00:09:16.000 What do you have to lose?
00:09:18.000 All right, let's get into all of it.
00:09:20.000 And I guess I'll start on the tarmac because this morning was one of those moments you don't forget.
00:09:25.000 For me, I'm lucky just to be a little bit of a little part of it.
00:09:29.000 Okay.
00:09:30.000 It's five in the morning.
00:09:32.000 It's dark, and Trump Force One is coming in over Palm Beach, the same 757 that carried my father through every campaign stop, every rally, every mile of the longest political comeback in American history.
00:09:46.000 And frankly, one of the, before that, back in 16, probably one of the least likely political campaigns and probably most historic in political history.
00:09:55.000 So a lot of history.
00:09:58.000 That plane was the backdrop of really so many incredible rallies.
00:10:02.000 You'd land in Iowa or Pennsylvania at midnight.
00:10:05.000 There'd be thousands of people standing at a fence line just to watch the plane come in.
00:10:10.000 And again, at 5 01 a.m. this morning, the wheels touched down.
00:10:14.000 And just like that, Palm Beach International Airport is now President Donald J. Trump International Airport.
00:10:22.000 Here's more from this morning's flight.
00:10:25.000 Attention all aircraft, effective immediately.
00:10:27.000 Palm Beach International Airport is officially President Donald J. Trump International Airport.
00:10:33.000 President Donald J. Trump International Airport, ADIS Information Hotel, now current, Trump Altimeter 3009.
00:10:40.000 There we go, it's official.
00:10:46.000 Always having an alpha sock shot.
00:10:48.000 Understand the President.
00:10:51.000 Also, Since I know there's a lot of questions about how this works, Governor DeSantis signed a law back in March.
00:10:58.000 The Florida legislature passed it.
00:11:00.000 It became official today.
00:11:02.000 The signs are going up all over the county, on the highways, and the airport code itself is changing from PBI to DJT.
00:11:11.000 Okay, we had a lot of those great local representatives on the plane with us today.
00:11:19.000 Byron Donald, so many of the team, Joe Bruzzo, All of them.
00:11:26.000 It was pretty awesome.
00:11:27.000 It also means that millions of travelers every single year are going to look down at their boarding pass and see three letters D, J, T.
00:11:35.000 And that's probably going to piss off at least half of them.
00:11:39.000 Maybe not, but a large number of millions of people will be pissed off, which is just fine.
00:11:46.000 And there's sort of symbolism to all of this.
00:11:50.000 For 10 years, the left wing machine tried to erase.
00:11:54.000 My father, our family.
00:11:56.000 Fake hoaxes, impeachments, indictments, witch hunts.
00:12:00.000 They even tried throwing him off the ballot numerous times.
00:12:03.000 The media tried to tell you that he was finished more times than I can remember.
00:12:07.000 And we spoke about that quite a few times in the early years of this show.
00:12:12.000 Every panel, every expert, every smug cable news lawyer.
00:12:17.000 And this morning, the son came up over an international airport with his name on it in his home county.
00:12:25.000 In steel and concrete.
00:12:27.000 You know, there's something sort of fitting and profound about all that.
00:12:31.000 And for everyone out there who stood in the rain at those rallies, who put the flag on the truck, who wore the red MAGA hat, this one's for you too.
00:12:41.000 That airport is a monument to the most loyal political movement in American history, and no one can take it down.
00:12:48.000 And while we're on the subject of things that are actually real, let's talk about putting real money back into your pocket.
00:12:56.000 Walmart, the biggest retailer in America, the place half the country does its weekly shopping at, just announced it's cutting prices on thousands of items.
00:13:07.000 Ground beef, laundry detergent, the basics that every family buys every single week in stores, online, and at Sam's Clubs.
00:13:17.000 Check this out.
00:13:18.000 Shoppers could see some relief at the checkout line, though.
00:13:21.000 Walmart cutting prices on thousands of items, including ground beef and soft drinks, laundry detergent, and other essentials.
00:13:28.000 The discounts are available in stores online and at Sam's Club.
00:13:32.000 President Trump put out a statement saying this came at his administration's request.
00:13:37.000 And it's not just the checkout line.
00:13:39.000 The build out is real, too.
00:13:42.000 Micron just committed $3 billion to build out American chip supply chains.
00:13:47.000 General Motors is putting another $275 million into vehicle and engine manufacturing in Tennessee.
00:13:55.000 And my father made the point this week that the chip business.
00:13:59.000 That went overseas for so long is moving back into this country.
00:14:05.000 Real prices are coming down, real factories are going up, real jobs.
00:14:10.000 That's one side of the ledger this week.
00:14:14.000 And of course, there's the other side.
00:14:17.000 The other side is the left trying to rewrite our history and our reality any way that they can.
00:14:25.000 So let's talk about the Smithsonian for a second.
00:14:28.000 You know, this great cultural institution of American history, yada, yada, yada.
00:14:33.000 Over the 4th of July weekend, the White House Domestic Political Council dropped a 162 page report calling Saving America's Story, a full audit of the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.
00:14:49.000 This is the flagship American history museum in this country, the one on the National Mall, the one paid for by your tax dollars, the one your kids walk to on their field trip to DC.
00:15:03.000 And what they found is shockingly worse than you think.
00:15:10.000 The report concludes that the museum had been captured by a radical activist ideology, that it stopped treating American history as a shared inheritance to celebrate.
00:15:21.000 And started using it as a political weapon to divide, disparage, discourage the American people, really to dispirit them.
00:15:34.000 And this isn't some vague idea.
00:15:36.000 The report walks through the specific exhibit after exhibit with photos and receipts.
00:15:42.000 The museum's big immigrant exhibit frames citizenship for illegal aliens as a great civil right cause of our time.
00:15:52.000 The girlhood exhibit.
00:15:54.000 An exhibit that is literally supposed to be about girlhood celebrates a biological male.
00:16:01.000 And, you know, of course, refuses to define what a woman is.
00:16:06.000 The National Museum of American History cannot tell you what a woman is.
00:16:11.000 It also basically says America was founded on stolen land and can barely be bothered to care about our founding fathers.
00:16:20.000 The men who built this country are basically a footnote there.
00:16:25.000 But there's apparently plenty of square footage for anti white activism, illegal alien activism, and of course, gender ideology.
00:16:36.000 Those are the report's own words.
00:16:39.000 Anti white activism in the nation's flagship history museum.
00:16:44.000 I don't know, guys, you know, call me crazy, but maybe we should focus on things like, I don't know, the Wright brothers.
00:16:53.000 Where's the moon landing?
00:16:55.000 Where's Normandy?
00:16:56.000 Where's Edison?
00:16:58.000 And the Transcontinental Railroad, and every ordinary American who built something out of nothing.
00:17:03.000 That's the story of this country.
00:17:06.000 The most inventive, most generous, most successful experiment in human freedom ever attempted.
00:17:13.000 And the people running the building decided the real theme was oppression.
00:17:19.000 And my favorite line on the whole report, frankly, the author said the museum might as well have been, or hung, really, hung a warning label.
00:17:28.000 At every entrance that reads, These exhibits were prepared by people who don't want you to love your country.
00:17:35.000 That's your flagship history museum, guys.
00:17:38.000 Over a billion taxpayer dollars a year.
00:17:41.000 62% of their funding comes from you.
00:17:44.000 You're paying people to teach your kids that America is something to apologize for.
00:17:50.000 And think about the timing here.
00:17:53.000 I mean, we literally just celebrated America's 250th birthday last weekend.
00:17:58.000 The institution entrusted with telling that story got caught teaching your children that the whole thing is a crime scene?
00:18:07.000 We talked about this last week with the Teddy Roosevelt Museum.
00:18:11.000 Roosevelt said that a nation either builds or it decays.
00:18:15.000 And for decades, the people running our institutions chose decay and called it scholarship.
00:18:20.000 Well, that arrangement is over.
00:18:23.000 This administration put the Smithsonian on notice.
00:18:26.000 You take the people's money, you tell the people's story.
00:18:31.000 Because here's the thing about the people who curate our history they are very, very selective about which stories make it to the display case.
00:18:41.000 Because hiding the truth is how they push their lies.
00:18:45.000 And speaking of which, let's check in on the Democrats' new rising startup in Maine, Graham Planter, who actually just dropped out of the race.
00:18:56.000 You know how well that's worked out for Democrats when they rig a primary, because now that he's dropped out of the race, it goes to a few elite select Democrats who get to choose who should be the Senate candidate for Maine this cycle.
00:19:08.000 Now, I know you'll be shocked to hear that the guy with the Nazi tattoo, right, and all the creepy text messages to women, and the allegations of sexual assault, you know, Didn't quite pan out.
00:19:21.000 It turns out the guy with the Nazi tattoo may have been a really, really bad guy.
00:19:27.000 You know, it didn't stop him before.
00:19:28.000 You know, people still haven't disavowed, at least all of them haven't.
00:19:32.000 They knew all about this before, and then there was one more, and that was, I guess, the straw that broke the camel's back, despite dozens, if not more than that, of allegations that this guy's probably a sociopath.
00:19:45.000 Now, Planter was the Bernie Sanders endorsed communist who was such a phenomenon.
00:19:52.000 That the sitting governor, Janet Mills, looked at the polling and left the race.
00:19:57.000 So the sitting governor was going to run for this seat and just left because this guy was that good in their minds.
00:20:02.000 I mean, he won the June primary comfortably.
00:20:06.000 This was their guy.
00:20:08.000 Last night, their guy quit.
00:20:11.000 But it wasn't that long ago that Democrats like Liz Warren were saying, That's my kind of man.
00:20:17.000 Check it out.
00:20:19.000 I am here because Washington needs fighters and Graham Platner is the Fighter, we need.
00:20:28.000 You bet.
00:20:29.000 I said to myself, that's my kind of man.
00:20:37.000 Because that is a man who not only has the values, but a man who believes in accountability.
00:20:47.000 And we need a little accountability coming out of Washington right now.
00:20:53.000 We need Graham Plattner.
00:20:55.000 To come in and get rid of the corruption in Washington.
00:20:59.000 Time for new laws.
00:21:03.000 On Monday, Politico published an on record allegation from a woman who dated Planter on and off for two years.
00:21:10.000 She says that in late 2021, he showed up drunk, came into her home uninvited, and forced himself on her despite repeated objections.
00:21:20.000 And remember, this is the same candidate who had the racist and sexist online history he blamed on PTSD somehow.
00:21:28.000 You know, the chest tattoo that just so happens to have been, you know, Nazi imagery, which he covered up.
00:21:37.000 Just a month ago, Planter said he was something that stood for, you know, healthy masculinity.
00:21:46.000 Watch him in his own words.
00:21:48.000 You represent masculinity in certain ways.
00:21:52.000 The Democrats have trouble connecting with male voters.
00:21:57.000 Describe the masculinity that you represent.
00:22:00.000 I think it's just a healthy form of it, which is yeah, look, I mean, I lift weights, I shoot guns.
00:22:07.000 My background is obviously in the military.
00:22:09.000 I work outside.
00:22:10.000 Most of my hobbies are things that people tend to associate with, like, manly stuff, I guess.
00:22:16.000 The exact same time I go to therapy, I have a very open sort of dialogue and emotional relationship with my wife.
00:22:26.000 I am, I work incredibly hard to put myself in places where I share space with folks.
00:22:34.000 Democrats looked at that, that whole buffet, you know, and said, You know what?
00:22:40.000 That's our guy.
00:22:41.000 That's our nominee.
00:22:42.000 It took yet another allegation before Chuck Schumer and Bernie and Warren and Ruben Gallego all yanked their endorsements.
00:22:52.000 But remember, guys, Democrats know this guy.
00:22:57.000 They knew who he was.
00:22:59.000 They're just pretending to be shocked now because they had no other way out.
00:23:04.000 Watch Scott Jennings on CNN talking about just that.
00:23:08.000 The only thing I disagree with is when she said that he hadn't been vetted.
00:23:12.000 No, he had been vetted.
00:23:13.000 All of the things that have been stated, it was all out in the public.
00:23:18.000 And people like Roe Connor, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Tim Walz, The Bulwark, Pod Save America, all these people came together to overlook it all, to explain it all, to rationalize it all.
00:23:30.000 He was vetted.
00:23:31.000 People knew all these things.
00:23:33.000 And a whole bunch of Democrats in Maine showed up and voted for him anyway.
00:23:37.000 And a bunch of donors from around the country sent him money anyway.
00:23:41.000 I agree with Alyssa's question.
00:23:43.000 What changed?
00:23:44.000 Why are you bailing on Graham Platner now?
00:23:46.000 You already signed off on Nazi tattoo, a self described communist, somebody who's had rape fantasies, somebody who has been on a social media platform known as a playground for predators, and on the difference between this accuser and the previous one is simply this she's a liberal.
00:24:07.000 It's okay, I guess, for Democrats that their candidates assault conservatives, but he broke into someone's house and apparently, according to her, raped her.
00:24:16.000 And because her politics are correct, they can now believe it.
00:24:19.000 All of this whole thing is disgusting.
00:24:20.000 But to say that they hadn't vetted him or that they didn't know about all this is totally false.
00:24:24.000 They knew it and they signed up for it.
00:24:26.000 And I don't know why they're backing away from this scumbag today when they had already signed off on all that other crazy bait.
00:24:32.000 So now the party has less than three weeks under Maine law to pick a new nominee at an emergency convention.
00:24:39.000 Well, again, sort of how they end up with Kamala Harris.
00:24:43.000 So let's see how this goes.
00:24:45.000 So, you know, we're going to see what happens.
00:24:47.000 But it's clear.
00:24:49.000 That Democrats must own this.
00:24:51.000 And now, I want to take you back to Provo.
00:24:55.000 We obviously did an important show last evening with Jack Posobick.
00:24:59.000 We laid out what's happened this week.
00:25:01.000 We're now four days into the preliminary hearing.
00:25:04.000 And as I told you, I was in that courtroom for two of those days, front row, a few from Erica and Charlie's parents.
00:25:12.000 And I promised you we'd stay on the case every step of the way.
00:25:15.000 So here's where it stands the biggest fight in that room now wasn't about DNA.
00:25:22.000 It's not about the video.
00:25:24.000 It's about overwhelming evidence.
00:25:27.000 It's about whether you get to see it or not.
00:25:30.000 Whether Charlie's own family gets to see the evidence that the state has compiled over the last 10 months.
00:25:37.000 Now, the piece everyone's been waiting for the recorded police interview with Lance Twiggs, Robinson's roommate and trans romantic partner, that's the interview where Robinson said he killed Charlie because.
00:25:53.000 He'd quote, had enough of his hatred.
00:25:57.000 His hatred, yeah.
00:25:57.000 Charlie Kirk, the guy whose entire career was standing at a table on college campus and saying, Prove me wrong to anyone who talked to him.
00:26:06.000 Okay?
00:26:07.000 Prove me wrong.
00:26:08.000 Here's the mic.
00:26:09.000 Here's one of the largest platforms in the world.
00:26:12.000 Make your opinion heard.
00:26:14.000 That guy, a lot of hatred, right?
00:26:16.000 He let other people talk, unlike what the left likes to do to us.
00:26:21.000 And what did the defense do with that tape?
00:26:23.000 They fought for two days to keep it away from you.
00:26:28.000 So last night, the judge let it in.
00:26:31.000 But he ordered redactions on Wednesday and then more redactions this morning.
00:26:37.000 So, the most important interview in the biggest political assassination case in recent American history comes to you pre edited by the court.
00:26:49.000 And then, overnight, Erica and Charlie's parents had to file with the court in writing just to ask to see the evidence.
00:26:59.000 Check this out.
00:27:01.000 This is all related to the 1102 statements.
00:27:03.000 And that's where Lance Twiggs, the romantic interest roommate of Tyler Robinson, basically was interviewed by an SBI agent, a State Bureau of Investigation for Utah agent.
00:27:14.000 And during that interview, the defense contends that he was being led on, meaning that the SBI agent was essentially reading those Discord chat messages and those text messages to him, and he was just agreeing.
00:27:27.000 Why the defense is fighting this right now while it's on full display, it is beguiling.
00:27:31.000 And I'll just say this.
00:27:32.000 If they win this, and they probably are going to because the judge is working in an abundance of caution here, it's going to be a Pyrrhic victory.
00:27:41.000 All of this is going to come out in the trial, so it's just delaying that piece of it.
00:27:45.000 And I'll lastly close with this when court ends at 5 o'clock, it does not end for the attorneys.
00:27:51.000 So they all go back and they huddle, and what ends up happening is you bring paralegals in to go match up the transcripts with the video and the audio.
00:27:59.000 The defense is contending that some of them provided by the state did not match up, and that's what's got to be cleaned up right now.
00:28:06.000 And then, guys, earlier today, we got a huge decision when the judge overruled the defense and will allow a new trove of Tyler Robinson texts and Lance Twiggs audio and video to be published.
00:28:21.000 Now, to be clear, all of this will come out in the trial either way.
00:28:26.000 But the court of public opinion matters too.
00:28:30.000 And I sat with Charlie's family.
00:28:32.000 I watched a widow and two grieving parents just show.
00:28:36.000 Just incredible strength in that courtroom.
00:28:39.000 And as the Kirk family attorney explained, the Kirks have waited 10 months for this hearing, and they have a right to be here, and they have a right to hear the evidence against the man who allegedly killed their husband, their son, our friend.
00:28:59.000 They have a right to see and to feel what's going on in this courtroom.
00:29:04.000 Good morning, Your Honor.
00:29:04.000 Jeffrey Nyman, on behalf of the Kirk family.
00:29:08.000 We appreciate the court is trying to balance here, but the Kirk family's waited 10 months for this hearing.
00:29:15.000 And they have a right to be here, and they have a right to hear the evidence.
00:29:19.000 They have a right to see and feel what's going on in this courtroom, just like they want to understand, Judge, what you are viewing.
00:29:26.000 They want to see the evidence.
00:29:29.000 And we understand you have to balance, but at a minimum, this courtroom needs to be open for the evidence to be displayed openly in this courtroom.
00:29:38.000 For them to see it.
00:29:40.000 The Utah Constitution gives them the right to be here and to be here and not to see the evidence.
00:29:46.000 What's the point of being here?
00:29:48.000 We ask you to let the evidence be seen in the courtroom, please.
00:29:53.000 Thank you for your time.
00:29:54.000 Thank you, counsel.
00:29:56.000 And then today, finally, we got the evidence the public deserved to see the video recordings of the Lance Twiggs text messages and confession from Robinson straight from Twiggs's phone.
00:30:10.000 Check this out.
00:30:13.000 How long?
00:30:14.000 Okay.
00:30:14.000 And Tyler says, I'm still okay, my love, but I'm stuck in Orham for a little while longer yet.
00:30:20.000 Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but gotta grab my rifle still.
00:30:25.000 To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age.
00:30:28.000 I am sorry to involve you.
00:30:32.000 And then Lance replies, You weren't the one who did it right.
00:30:35.000 And Tyler says, I am, I'm sorry.
00:30:39.000 Lance says, I thought they caught the person.
00:30:43.000 And then Tyler says, No, they grabbed some crazy old dude and interrogated someone in similar clothing.
00:30:49.000 I had planned to grab my rifle from the drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down.
00:30:56.000 It's quiet almost enough to get out.
00:30:58.000 But there's one vehicle lingering.
00:31:00.000 We could scroll down to page three.
00:31:05.000 Continue reading.
00:31:07.000 Lance says, Why?
00:31:09.000 And Tyler says, Why did I do it?
00:31:11.000 And Lance says, Yeah.
00:31:13.000 Tyler says, I had enough of his hatred.
00:31:15.000 Some hate can't be negotiated out.
00:31:18.000 If I'm able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence.
00:31:23.000 Going to attempt to retrieve it again.
00:31:25.000 Hopefully, they have moved on.
00:31:27.000 I haven't seen anything in the news about them finding it.
00:31:30.000 We'll update you shortly, or Sharley, we'll update you by midnight.
00:31:34.000 And then Lance says, All right, stay safe.
00:31:37.000 How long have you been planning this?
00:31:39.000 Scroll down a little bit, please, Kimberly.
00:31:42.000 And Tyler replies, A bit over a week, I believe.
00:31:45.000 I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it.
00:31:49.000 I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.
00:31:53.000 We can scroll down to page four and continue reading about halfway down.
00:32:01.000 I'll stop you about halfway down.
00:32:03.000 This is while they were, but I don't want to chance it while they were parked there.
00:32:07.000 If they'd found it, I imagine there would be more commotion.
00:32:11.000 Again, I'm sorry for roping you into all of this.
00:32:14.000 You shouldn't have to worry about this.
00:32:17.000 And Lance replies, Does anyone else know?
00:32:20.000 Tyler says, Not to my knowledge.
00:32:22.000 All right, I'll stop you there.
00:32:23.000 Twiggs then confirmed in the recorded interview that he found a note on Robinson's desk on September 10th, admitting he'd left to go take out.
00:32:35.000 Charlie Kirk.
00:32:38.000 Right.
00:32:39.000 You talked about the note that he left.
00:32:42.000 I want to bring this up, and I should say that these text messages that we've been looking at here are Bates number 54.
00:32:55.000 Okay.
00:32:55.000 The notes have been titled 16.3 with a note, and this is Bates number 58.
00:33:05.000 Do you recognize that on the screen there?
00:33:09.000 Yeah.
00:33:10.000 Yeah.
00:33:11.000 What do you recognize it as?
00:33:13.000 That was the note under his keyboard that he was referring to in the first text of that chain.
00:33:20.000 So, where did you find this?
00:33:22.000 On his desk, underneath his computer keyboard.
00:33:29.000 And what I assume you read it.
00:33:38.000 Yeah.
00:33:39.000 And then what did you do with it after you read it?
00:33:42.000 I believe I just put it back down on the desk after I took a picture of it.
00:33:47.000 Okay.
00:33:48.000 And again, the time you read it was probably around 11 o'clock or so on the 10th.
00:33:52.000 Yes.
00:33:53.000 The night of September 10th.
00:33:54.000 Mm hmm.
00:33:58.000 All right.
00:33:58.000 And did you ever see that again after you placed it back on his desk?
00:34:03.000 No, I don't think I did.
00:34:05.000 And that was a desk in his bedroom?
00:34:07.000 Yes.
00:34:08.000 And that's a separate bedroom than your bedroom?
00:34:11.000 Yeah.
00:34:12.000 Guys, that's not vague.
00:34:15.000 That's a confession note.
00:34:18.000 Again, folks, the evidence here is overwhelming.
00:34:22.000 The DNA, The literal confessions, the identifications, the fact that his own parents recognized him in the videos, the roommate and the romantic partner confirming he confessed that he even wrote the note.
00:34:38.000 The fact that the roommate was clearly very sympathetic to the trans call, something Charlie spoke about ad nauseum.
00:34:45.000 I know because I did many of those things with him live.
00:34:49.000 So, for all the noise that some people want you to hear or believe, the facts are clear.
00:34:54.000 And I just want you to all understand those facts and to be able to separate fact from fiction.
00:35:01.000 And of course, guys, we'll continue following this story every step of the way, ensuring that Charlie and his family and all of us get the justice we deserve.
