Summary

Eggs are cheaper than you think. What are you supposed to do with that information? Is it a good thing? What is it supposed to tell you about the world we live in? And why should you be grateful for it? The answer to all of these questions and more comes from a piece written by Megan McArdle in The Washington Post, a leftist propaganda outlet that has been one of the world's leading propaganda outlets for the past few years. And it's a piece you can't make up for, especially when you get into the reasoning behind it, and how it's used to justify the insanity that's going on in the world today. It's a perfect example of why you should be grateful you have eggs, even if they cost twice as much as they did a year ago, and even if the farms that do this stuff are burning down across the country, like, you should just be grateful that you can afford to buy eggs at all! Don't forget to be grateful and don't forget it, folks. Who cares if you don't have enough to feed your family the same way you did a few months ago? Who cares about the price of eggs now? Who gives a shit about that? You're blessed to actually have them, aren't you lucky to actually be able to shop for them? And if you were from the Stone Age, you'd probably think that's pretty amazing, huh? What is wrong with these people? What's wrong with them? ? What are they don't care about that you're not able to support your family? What do they care about you and your family going bankrupting now, and you're just a little bit more than you can buy eggs? Why don't you be thankful that you have them now, you're blessed, right? Don t forget to remember that your ancestors would have been rich beyond your wildest dreams? And that's what really matters, isn't it? And they would have declared you rich, right?? not just because of your ancestors who lived in caves, but because they were blessed to have them? What a wonderful life, right?! You are blessed to be rich beyond their dreams, aren t you? - John McCain? -- -- What do you think? -- is that a good deal? -- What is going on here? -- Do you think so? -- -- Is that a real thing? --

00:00:00.000 Well guys, sometimes you gotta laugh.
00:00:03.000 It's a shame that we have to laugh at these things, but there's times where you wonder, how do you not?
00:00:10.000 How do you get through the insanity of what's going on?
00:00:13.000 And this one comes from The Washington Post.
00:00:17.000 You know, the Jeff Bezos Amazon Washington Post that has been one of the left's leading propaganda outlets for the last few years.
00:00:27.000 And this one you literally almost can't make up, especially when you get into the reasoning.
00:00:32.000 And it's an opinion piece by one of their columnists, Megan McArdle, who writes, why eggs are cheaper than you think.
00:00:41.000 Eggs. They're cheaper than you think.
00:00:43.000 Like, even if you're paying multiple times what they were a few months ago, even if, magically, when we call it out, the conspiracy theorists wondering what the hell's going on, and then, you know, the egg farms are burning down across...
00:00:57.000 It's sort of weird how this is all happening.
00:00:59.000 Again, you're a conspiracy theorist.
00:01:01.000 But why eggs are cheaper than you think?
00:01:04.000 Because things are better than what your lying eyes are telling you.
00:01:08.000 And this is what the Washington Post Opinion person says in the thing, right?
00:01:14.000 Even at today's elevated prices, right, it doesn't matter.
00:01:17.000 If you can't help but cringing when you see the cashier ring up eggs that cost twice as much as they did a year ago, it might help to remember that however poor you feel, your ancestors would have taken one look at your grocery cart and declared you rich beyond their dreams.
00:01:40.000 This is a real thing in the Washington Post.
00:01:44.000 It may cost a lot, but if you were from the Stone Age and you saw what we were living in, you'd probably say this is wonderful.
00:01:52.000 What is going on here?
00:01:53.000 This is their reasoning to justify the insanity that's going on.
00:01:58.000 We've seen the same stuff happen on other things as it relates to inflation and oil prices.
00:02:02.000 They've come down from yesterday, not from when Joe Biden took office, but let's just massage the statistics.
00:02:09.000 So yes, Your ancestors who lived in caves would think that you're blessed to actually have eggs and to be able to shop for them, no matter how expensive they are, even if it's bankrupting your family, even if the asinine policies of the left, even if the farms that do this stuff are burning down, like, you should be grateful, you ungodly peasants, you!
00:02:33.000 What is wrong with these people?
00:02:35.000 This is what passes as journalism today, right?
00:02:39.000 This is an opinion piece in one of the world's leading, I'll say this leading as we all understand it to be nothing more than leftist propaganda.
00:02:47.000 We saw that when Jeff Bezos took over, it had gone there a long time before, but remember folks, Eggs are cheaper than you think because your ancestors who lived in caves would have looked at your grocery cart and declared you rich beyond your wildest dreams.
00:03:02.000 Be grateful and don't forget it, folks.
00:03:05.000 You know. Who cares if you go bankrupt now?
00:03:07.000 I mean, minor details. Who cares if you're not able to feed your family the same way?
00:03:11.000 Minor details. They don't care.
00:03:13.000 They're just gonna make you feel bad about being upset that asinine Democrat policies, to me, are doing this to you and to all of us as a country, as a nation, as a world.
00:03:26.000 It's disgusting. But they're gonna keep doing it.
