Triggered - Donald Trump Jr - What Real Leadership Looks Like, Live with Sen Bernie Moreno | TRIGGERED Ep.210

00:00:00.000 Thank you.

00:05:27.000 It's been a big last week, to say the least.

00:05:32.000 And my father is working nonstop to deliver on his biggest promises right off the bat. 0.95

00:05:38.000 I think he got more done in the first 48 hours than Joe Biden and his incompetent group of boobs got done in the four years. 0.99

00:05:46.000 But... 0.96

00:05:47.000 We're not sick of winning yet.

00:05:49.000 So, guys, we have a lot to cover.

00:05:51.000 We'll also have Senator Bernie Marino, new elected senator from Ohio.

00:05:55.000 I guess he's going to be the senior senator from Ohio since J.D. is now the vice president.

00:06:00.000 His family is actually from Colombia, so we'll get into all the latest news there.

00:06:06.000 You saw that Colombia wasn't going to accept their criminal illegals back, so we threatened them with sanctions. 1.00

00:06:13.000 And in about an hour, they...

00:06:17.000 So, again, we're not sick of winning.

00:06:20.000 We've got so much to talk about.

00:06:22.000 One thing is for sure.

00:06:24.000 We're seeing what strong, decisive American leadership actually looks like.

00:06:30.000 It's hard to believe it's been gone for so long, but it's back, and we're going to make America great again.

00:06:37.000 So make sure you guys are liking, sharing, subscribing, so you never miss one of these major episodes.

00:07:31.000 Who you support makes a big difference.

00:07:40.000 With my father back in office, guys, I think you're going to have a lot more money in your paycheck.

00:07:45.000 And that means you'll have more opportunities to plan for the years and for the decades ahead.

00:07:50.000 And one way you can do that is by diversifying your portfolio into gold.

00:08:26.000 Go check it out, educate yourselves, and you'll have some fun with it.

00:08:32.000 And now, guys, let's get into all of the top headlines.

00:08:36.000 First off, my father is making it clear.

00:08:39.000 We are deporting illegal aliens. 1.00

00:08:42.000 We're sending them back to their home countries. 1.00

00:08:44.000 And if the countries don't want to accept them, they're going to pay a very heavy price.

00:08:51.000 Colombia and its far-left leaders are learning this the hard way.

00:08:55.000 It all started when Colombian President Petro prevented two U.S. military aircraft full of his citizens from landing in the country on Sunday amid a mass deportation effort of those in America illegally, guys. 0.97

00:09:11.000 Illegally.

00:09:12.000 Okay, these are Colombian citizens here illegally and they don't want them back. 1.00

00:09:16.000 I wonder why that is, huh?

00:09:17.000 Could they be not ideal people to have in America?

00:09:21.000 Could they be people that, let's just say, they wouldn't want in Colombia?

00:09:25.000 Well, in rapid response, My father threatened steep economic and diplomatic sanctions, including a 25% tariff on goods coming in from Colombia.

00:09:36.000 Guess what, folks?

00:09:38.000 Shockingly, shockingly, just hours later, I think it was like 90 minutes, the Colombian president said he'd comply with the flights and send out a rambling, quite bizarre message that didn't really make much sense.

00:09:51.000 But what does make sense is that the clear and powerful message my father is sending to the rest of the world, guys.

00:10:02.000 This administration is standing up for Americans and standing up for American sovereignty.

00:10:08.000 I know that's a novel concept after the last four years that we've had.

00:10:12.000 And there's no one that better understands how to wield America's economic might.

00:10:17.000 We're the big boy across the board. 0.99

00:10:19.000 And yet, These moron bureaucrats who've never done anything in the real world and they've just been in government, they don't understand how to do that. 1.00

00:10:26.000 They wouldn't have a slightest clue how to utilize that. 1.00

00:10:30.000 Well, things are different now.

00:10:32.000 As the New York Post put it, there's a new tariff in town, folks.

00:10:36.000 And meanwhile, massive deportation efforts are underway from coast to coast.

00:10:42.000 Thousands have already been arrested and sent out of the country.

00:10:45.000 Yesterday alone, there were over 600 ICE arrests.

00:10:49.000 of criminal illegal aliens.

00:10:52.000 Now, there's a long way to go, but this is the right start.

00:10:56.000 And they're not even warmed up yet, folks.

00:10:59.000 And believe it or not, the illegal alien criminals aren't too happy. 1.00

00:11:04.000 They're not thrilled about it, folks.

00:11:05.000 They're not thrilled that we don't just give them everything they want and they can terrorize our citizens and run roughshod over our laws.

00:11:14.000 Here's a clip of a Haitian who had this to say.

00:11:18.000 When being arrested by ICE. One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti. 0.99

00:11:26.000 ICE says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions in recent years.

00:11:31.000 You feel me?

00:11:33.000 You're biting forever, bro.

00:11:34.000 Thank Obama for everything that he did for me, bro.

00:11:39.000 ICE Boston quickly takes down its next targets, including this illegal alien from Brazil who has an Interpol Red Notice for armed robbery.

00:11:48.000 This Salvadoran illegal alien charged locally with rape and released by a sanctuary jurisdiction.

00:11:55.000 And this Dominican illegal alien charged with assault with a deadly weapon and heroin trafficking.

00:12:02.000 Guys, these are not exactly the people we want in our country.

00:12:05.000 And yet these are the people that Joe Biden and the Democrats knowingly let in there.

00:12:11.000 I mean, think about that.

00:12:12.000 Rapists, people assault with a deadly weapon convictions, like 17 convictions.

00:12:17.000 You can't make it up.

00:12:19.000 What kind of civilization could even survive allowing these people in? 1.00

00:12:22.000 But still, even some in the media, as obvious as that is, and as much sense as it makes, they're still defending the illegals.

00:12:32.000 But luckily we have another great weapon on our side.

00:12:36.000 J.D. Vance, this weekend, delivered a reality check on CBS. Check this out.

00:12:44.000 ...that all these immigrants or all these refugees have been properly vetted.

00:12:47.000 In fact, we know that there are cases of people who allegedly were properly vetted and then were literally planning terrorist attacks on our country.

00:12:55.000 That happened during the campaign, if you may remember.

00:12:58.000 So clearly not all of these foreign nationals have been properly vetted.

00:13:00.000 No, but there are 30,000 people in the pipeline.

00:13:02.000 Afghan refugees.

00:13:03.000 But my primary concern as the Vice President, Margaret, is to look after the American people.

00:13:08.000 And now that we know that we have vetting problems with a lot of these refugee programs, we absolutely cannot unleash thousands of unvetted people into our country. 1.00

00:13:17.000 It's not good.

00:13:19.000 These people are vetted.

00:13:19.000 Just like the guy who planned a terrorist attack in Oklahoma a few months ago, he was allegedly properly vetted.

00:13:24.000 And many people in the media and the Democratic Party said that he was properly vetted.

00:13:28.000 Clearly he wasn't.

00:13:30.000 I don't want my children to share a neighborhood with people who are not properly vetted, and because I don't want it for my kids, I'm not going to force any other American citizens' kids to do that either.

00:13:39.000 No, and that was a very particular case.

00:13:41.000 It wasn't clear if he was radicalized when he got here or while he was living here.

00:13:45.000 I don't really care, Margaret.

00:13:46.000 I don't want that person in my country, and I think most Americans agree with me.

00:13:50.000 We'll be back in one minute.

00:13:53.000 Well, speaking for me and many other people, I too don't really care, Margaret, when he got radicalized or how he got radicalized.

00:14:00.000 This is not someone we want in our country.

00:14:02.000 So, like I said, guys, my father is off to a fast start.

00:14:07.000 And this includes signing a wave of executive orders to dismantle DEI, or as I refer to it, D-I-E, because that seems to be what happens when we follow these policies.

00:14:17.000 We're going to restore merit-based hiring.

00:14:21.000 Again, I know that's shocking.

00:14:22.000 I know it's hard to believe that we'd actually want to hire, I don't know, someone who could actually be qualified to do the job or maybe someone who deserves it.

00:14:31.000 You know, the whole merit side of things.

00:14:33.000 I understand that that is also probably going to be very adverse to the feelings of those in the mainstream media, but it doesn't matter.

00:14:41.000 We're doing it anyway.

00:14:42.000 And we're making federal bureaucrats Actually show up to the office at work. 1.00

00:14:47.000 You won't believe this, guys.

00:14:49.000 Some of these agencies, they maintain billion-dollar buildings and millions in office space.

00:14:55.000 They don't even have to show up to work, or they have to show up to work one day a month.

00:14:58.000 And so they show up on the last day of one month and the first day of the next month, two days in a row, and then they get two months off.

00:15:04.000 Think of how sick that is.

00:15:05.000 And yet we get to pay for it and we pay for the electricity in these buildings and we pay to maintain these buildings that aren't even occupied.

00:15:10.000 And, you know, I'm sure they're probably working other side jobs or they're just walking their dog while you are paying their salary.

00:15:17.000 Well, that stops now.

00:15:19.000 And my father's now taking it a step further, banning the military.

00:15:24.000 From using taxpayer dollars to get gender transition surgeries.

00:15:30.000 Probably not something we want in the military.

00:15:31.000 We've seen the statistics.

00:15:33.000 We see what happens.

00:15:34.000 We see the recidivism rate.

00:15:36.000 Not ideal.

00:15:37.000 And yet, we're going to do it anyway.

00:15:39.000 Because under Pete Hegseth, who on Friday was confirmed to be our Secretary of Defense, winning, we're getting the military back to its true purpose of lethality.

00:15:53.000 And actual readiness, not woke nonsense and far-left activism.

00:15:58.000 Here's Pete Hegseth laying out the key tenets of his agenda for the Department of Defense.

00:16:06.000 It's an honor to salute smartly, as I did as a junior officer and now as the Secretary of Defense, to ensure these orders are complied with rapidly and quickly.

00:16:17.000 Every moment that I'm here, I'm thinking about the guys and gals in Guam.

00:16:23.000 In Germany, in Fort Benning and Fort Bragg, on missile defense sites and aircraft carriers.

00:16:30.000 Our job is lethality and readiness and warfighting.

00:16:35.000 We're going to hold people accountable.

00:16:37.000 I know the chairman agrees with that.

00:16:38.000 The lawful orders of the President of the United States will be executed inside this Defense Department swiftly and without excuse.

00:16:46.000 We will be no better friend to our allies and no stronger adversary to those who want to test us and try us.

00:16:55.000 So Mr. Chairman, thanks for welcoming me today.

00:16:57.000 I look forward to serving the troops, the warriors of this department.

00:17:00.000 It's the honor of a lifetime and we're going to get to work.

00:17:03.000 God bless you all.

00:17:04.000 Well, and meanwhile, guys, all federal employees across the government in DEI positions are now on paid leave.

00:17:12.000 Unfortunately, they're getting paid, but there's a process.

00:17:14.000 We got to follow it.

00:17:15.000 But they're on leave.

00:17:17.000 And that's a solid start.

00:17:18.000 And funding has been frozen.

00:17:20.000 For all DEI initiatives across the federal government.

00:17:26.000 Because they don't belong there.

00:17:27.000 They don't belong anywhere.

00:17:28.000 But we've got to start somewhere.

00:17:30.000 And my father, President Trump, also directed the Office of Management and Budget to end all DEI mandates, policies, and programs across all agencies.

00:17:43.000 Guys, if you think that's enough, that is not all.

00:17:48.000 That is not all.

00:17:49.000 My father also revoked a Lyndon Johnson-era affirmative action executive order to ensure that hiring decisions are based on merit and not radical left-wing agendas.

00:18:03.000 This is huge.

00:18:05.000 This is historic and it's powerful.

00:18:07.000 And these are promises the Trump campaign made clear they were ready to deliver on on day one.

00:18:13.000 And now it's all happening.

00:18:15.000 And our country is now in a much better place than it was prior to January 20th.

00:18:21.000 This is what I've been saying for a long time, guys.

00:18:24.000 This administration, after America went through four years of hell, after my father went through the last four years of hell, after I went through four years of hell as one of the most subpoenaed people in the history of the world, now we have a new team.

00:18:36.000 I tweeted the other night, all Democrats had to do was shut the hell up.

00:18:40.000 All they had to do was not get involved, not play games, not cheat in the 2020 election.

00:18:45.000 And guess what?

00:18:45.000 You'd have had this same can-kicking 2016 to 2020 Trump administration that would have known better, slow-rolled everything for the next four years.

00:18:55.000 We wouldn't have gotten anything done.

00:18:56.000 But now he understands.

00:18:58.000 Now he knows.

00:18:59.000 And he's governing like a guy that's been shot, persecuted, impeached twice, and has zero F left.

00:19:08.000 To give.

00:19:09.000 He's just going to do what's right.

00:19:11.000 You're not going to have those people slow-rolling him.

00:19:13.000 You're not going to have people convincing him, well, no, maybe there's a nice way to do this.

00:19:18.000 We're just going to do the things we said we were going to do.

00:19:21.000 And we have a team that believes in that same agenda.

00:19:25.000 Had the Democrats just shut the hell up, had they not gotten involved, had they not cheated, had not played games, honestly, there would have been probably a Democrat president, assuming the White House last week.

00:19:36.000 Because we didn't have a bench.

00:19:37.000 We didn't have anyone that was talented.

00:19:38.000 It wasn't like some of the other people were going to win.

00:19:41.000 But now, Republicans over the last four years have learned to fight back.

00:19:46.000 They've learned to push back on the nonsense.

00:19:49.000 They've become unafraid.

00:19:50.000 And more importantly, we now have a bench.

00:19:53.000 Whether it's JD or others, we have people that will fight back against the insanity.

00:19:58.000 The Democrats have no bench.

00:20:00.000 We've done an entire reversal.

00:20:02.000 More importantly, Americans now get it too, whether it's the youth of America or others that finally understand that the Republican Party, and really the America First Party, which is what it is now, is all about them, and they're going to deliver.

00:20:17.000 And the even better news, folks?

00:20:20.000 We're just getting started.

00:20:23.000 It's been about a week and, oh, six hours and 15 minutes since my father has been sworn in.

00:20:30.000 Last Tuesday evening...

00:20:32.000 My father also fulfilled his promise to Ross Albrecht, who was sentenced to multiple life sentences in prison without parole for creating an online marketplace, Silk Road.

00:20:43.000 Ross created a platform but was held responsible for those who used it to engage in illegal activity like selling drugs.

00:20:51.000 I mean, many talk about him as being one of the guys that created the pathway to crypto and all of the things that we're seeing.

00:20:57.000 But, you know, hey, that kind of control, that gets you multiple life sentences under the Democrats.

00:21:02.000 And the judge who sentenced them inflicted an especially harsh sentence because she claimed that Ross had, and I quote, privilege.

00:21:11.000 It was an injustice that has now been made right.

00:21:16.000 Whether it's that, whether it's the freeing of the J6 prisoners, the pardons, the executive orders to make common sense great again. 0.53

00:21:28.000 On every issue, we are delivering big wins.

00:21:32.000 Last week, my father took his America First message to the elites at the World Economic Forum.

00:21:37.000 And let's just say he didn't hold back.

00:21:41.000 Make your product in America or suffer the consequences.

00:21:45.000 Check this out.

00:21:46.000 To every business in the world is very simple.

00:21:49.000 Come make your product in America and we will give you among the lowest taxes of any nation on earth.

00:21:56.000 We're bringing them down very substantially, even from the original Trump tax cuts.

00:22:01.000 But if you don't make your product in America, which is your prerogative, then very simply you will have to pay a tariff, differing amounts, but a tariff which will direct hundreds of billions of dollars and even trillions of dollars into our treasury to strengthen our economy and pay down debt. but a tariff which will direct hundreds of billions of Well, he didn't stop there.

00:22:22.000 He also called out...

00:22:24.000 Bank of America for their debanking of conservatives.

00:22:28.000 Speaking of you, and you've done a fantastic job, but I hope you start opening your bank to conservatives because many conservatives complain that the banks are not allowing them to do business within the bank, and that included a place called Bank of America.

00:22:43.000 They don't take conservative business.

00:22:46.000 And I don't know if the regulators mandated that because of Biden or what, but you and Jamie and everybody, I hope you're going to open your banks to conservatives because what you're doing is wrong.

00:22:59.000 Mr. President, I'll say that your friend Gianni said hello, told me to tell you hello, and we look forward to sponsoring the World Cup when it comes both this summer for the club and next year, so thank you.

00:23:14.000 Love that, folks.

00:23:16.000 Speaking truth to power.

00:23:19.000 Actually, this time. 0.99

00:23:20.000 Not fakely like they've done it in the past and every time liberals do something that's ridiculous.

00:23:25.000 So, lastly, more major confirmations hearing this week.

00:23:31.000 Cash Patel.

00:23:32.000 Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr., guys.

00:23:35.000 Hey, you've watched it.

00:23:36.000 Mitch McConnell's not voting for any of our people, some of the other rhinos. 1.00

00:23:40.000 So even if we have 53 in the Senate, it doesn't really matter that much.

00:23:43.000 Make sure they understand that Donald Trump deserves the cabinet that you all mandated, that you guys all voted for, that he made very clear that he was going to put in there when he runs.

00:23:56.000 So we'll ask Bernie Moreno about that in a couple seconds as well.

00:23:59.000 But get this, guys.

00:24:01.000 It turns out that a doctor's committee, a committee of very serious doctors, opposing Bobby Kennedy, opposing RFK Jr., is backed by none other than Bill Gates, and even includes, shockingly, fake names and fake doctors.

00:24:18.000 It's fake names, fake doctors, signing a fake petition to try to stop RFK Jr. from exposing the flaws in our health care and food systems.

00:24:27.000 Uh, why?

00:24:29.000 I wonder why.

00:24:30.000 Huh.

00:24:31.000 Maybe everything that's been said about Bill Gates on the internet is true, but they're trying to do this because they're trying to pressure senators with fake information to, you know, like when it's unnamed sources have said really bad things about Pete Hexeth, even though plenty of people were willing to come out and say this is nonsense and actually sign their name to it.

00:24:46.000 We've seen this process play out before. 0.96

00:24:49.000 Do not let the clowns like Bill Gates and his foundation and his billions get away with it. 0.94

00:24:55.000 How about instead we let RFK Jr. make America healthy again? 0.97

00:25:00.000 I know!

00:25:00.000 We can't have that.

00:25:01.000 I mean, we should be poisoning our children instead, obviously, according to the left and these liberal insane people. 1.00

00:25:08.000 Stop making these clowns allow us to be sick, okay? 1.00

00:25:12.000 Especially our kids. 0.99

00:25:13.000 Let Bobby get in there. 0.99

00:25:14.000 Let's fix this stuff.

00:25:16.000 So stay on it, guys.

00:25:17.000 It's because of you guys that we're here.

00:25:19.000 So we're trying to deliver for you guys, but we all have to stay engaged.

00:25:22.000 We have to stay in the game.

00:25:25.000 With that, Senator Bernie Marino is coming up in just a few seconds.

00:25:29.000 But first, check out one of our newest sponsors.

00:25:32.000 All Family Pharma.

00:25:33.000 We talk about it all the time.

00:25:35.000 Be prepared for a time of crisis.

00:25:37.000 They're cutting through the red tape to get you the meds you need fast, easy, with no interference.

00:25:42.000 Whether it's ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, you know, those bad things that, you know, other guys wouldn't want you to have but have been proven to be really effective and surprisingly cheap so they don't make billions of antibiotics or other essential medications.

00:25:56.000 You can check out their website and find the medications that you need.

00:26:00.000 All Family Pharma even lets you order.

00:26:01.000 So, with that, joining me now...

00:26:25.000 The Ohio senator.

00:26:26.000 I should say the senior senator from Ohio.

00:26:28.000 Amazingly enough, he's been in office for like three weeks, but, you know, he's now the senior senator from Ohio, and I love to see it.

00:26:34.000 My good friend, Bernie Marino.

00:26:36.000 Bernie, good to have you, man.

00:26:37.000 How are you?

00:26:37.000 I'm doing great, and let me just say this off the bat.

00:26:40.000 Thank you for everything you did for me.

00:26:42.000 I mean, you came out to Ohio.

00:26:44.000 I lost track of how many times.

00:26:46.000 The crowds loved you.

00:26:47.000 Without your support, I could never have gotten across the finish line, so truly appreciate it.

00:26:51.000 Well, Bernie, listen, you were doing great on your own.

00:26:54.000 I mean, I was sort of shocked some of these rallies that we did in Ohio when they were like, why aren't you in a swing state, Don?

00:27:00.000 I'm like, you know, listen, I kind of like Bernie.

00:27:01.000 I think he's going to be a rock star in the Senate.

00:27:03.000 And God knows the Senate needs some help.

00:27:05.000 So it was an honor and a pleasure.

00:27:07.000 And it's great to see you defeating a longtime leftist that voted with Joe Biden like 99 percent of the time while running ads like he's this great Trump-supporting moderate.

00:27:15.000 I mean, enough of the nonsense in politics.

00:27:18.000 So I was glad to do it, Bernie.

00:27:19.000 Great to see you.

00:27:20.000 A solid start right out of the gate.

00:27:23.000 Yeah, you know, you talked about nominations and confirmations.

00:27:27.000 Look, this is the easiest thing we'll do in the Senate.

00:27:29.000 We should be confirming every single one of President Trump's nominees with unanimous support from Republicans.

00:27:35.000 Look, they're all dramatically better than all Biden's people. 0.97

00:27:40.000 And every Democrat and a lot of Republicans voted for these clowns. 0.99

00:27:43.000 So for us, this is the easiest thing we got to do. 0.80

00:27:45.000 Yeah, when I see Republicans that voted for Mayorkas, but, you know, won't vote for our nominees to do, like, literally what the American people clearly want.

00:27:54.000 I mean, there's obviously a mandate.

00:27:55.000 I mean, that's pretty sick.

00:27:57.000 You know, I see, you know, hey, Mitch McConnell voted for all these leftists that have been an abject disaster, but he won't vote for Pete Hanks, and he probably won't vote for Bobby Kennedy and all of this. 0.93

00:28:07.000 I mean, it's pretty disgusting.

00:28:10.000 It makes no sense because, again, we have to stay focused and united.

00:28:14.000 We have a big agenda.

00:28:15.000 I've never seen anything.

00:28:17.000 I don't think Washington's seen anything like what's happened over the last week.

00:28:21.000 I mean, the frenzy of activity, the urgency.

00:28:24.000 We love it.

00:28:25.000 This is what we wanted.

00:28:27.000 There's so much optimism.

00:28:29.000 I think the greatest line...

00:28:30.000 At the inauguration was, Americans make the impossible possible. 0.85

00:28:34.000 And I think that renewed American spirit is something your dad's going to be known for in the history books.

00:28:40.000 So, you know, Bernie, obviously big stuff this weekend.

00:28:44.000 You saw what was going on in Colombia.

00:28:47.000 But you were actually born in Colombia.

00:28:50.000 So you know the country well.

00:28:52.000 Obviously friends and relatives from there.

00:28:54.000 Your reaction to what we're seeing play out on the world stage.

00:28:58.000 When they basically tried turning back criminal illegals that are from Colombia.

00:29:03.000 They won't even take their own criminals back, but they want them to stay in our country. 0.77

00:29:06.000 And yet, once you wield America's economic might and actually put some resolve behind it, it's sort of amazing what we're seeing play out, not just there, but on a world stage.

00:29:19.000 What do you think about all of that?

00:29:21.000 What can you do in the Senate to protect American sovereignty?

00:29:25.000 Well, let's just back up a second.

00:29:27.000 This was the easiest thing for Colombia to do.

00:29:29.000 The president there is a rabid socialist.

00:29:32.000 The people of Colombia can't stand the guy.

00:29:34.000 They're going to get rid of him in the next election.

00:29:36.000 But look, at the end of the day, this is very simple.

00:29:39.000 It was criminal illegal aliens that were being shipped back by their own constitution.

00:29:45.000 Columbia is required to take them back.

00:29:48.000 And at the last minute, this guy at three o'clock in the morning refuses to allow the plane to come in.

00:29:53.000 Totally disgraceful, total slap in the face against America.

00:29:57.000 Look, he thought Biden was still in office because at the end of the day, had Biden been in office and not President Donald J. Trump, we probably would have accepted it.

00:30:04.000 But President Trump, while playing golf between hole three and hole four, says, hey, listen, this is what you want to do.

00:30:12.000 Here's a list of the things we'll do to you.

00:30:13.000 The guy folded like a cheap suit, tried to alpha male Trump and say, hey, I'll send my presidential jet.

00:30:21.000 President Trump made it clear, you're going to accept every single criminal illegal.

00:30:26.000 Because we've done a lot for Colombia.

00:30:28.000 And again, let me emphasize, the people of Colombia love America, love President Trump, hate Petro.

00:30:35.000 He's out of there next year.

00:30:37.000 And this shows that we have to use American strength, economic strength, to get our agenda and strength around the world projected.

00:30:44.000 I'm going to introduce a bill here in the Senate to give the tools to President Trump legally to say, hey, look, we have this ready.

00:30:52.000 So if something like this happens in any other nation, we're going to go after you, not just the country, but the individuals and target them through our banking system.

00:31:01.000 We can never allow this kind of American disrespect to happen again.

00:31:05.000 Yeah, I mean, it's sort of, I mean, you know, obviously the Democrats had no intention of trying to stop that.

00:31:09.000 They need to create, you know, dependent voters.

00:31:12.000 But even other Republicans just...

00:31:15.000 Don't seem to know how to, you know, I guess they never worked in, like, actual business or never did anything other than be bureaucrats.

00:31:21.000 You're a business guy.

00:31:23.000 You know, talk about what we can actually achieve if we're actually just willing to wield sort of the economic might of America, right?

00:31:29.000 I mean, that seems like a big one.

00:31:31.000 It's something my father clearly understands how to use.

00:31:34.000 You would, as a businessman who built an incredible business, would understand how to do that.

00:31:39.000 But maybe talk about that relative to the standard sort of political class who just wouldn't even think to do something like this.

00:31:45.000 And so you have this, you know, we're this big juggernaut, and it's like we don't use the tools in our arsenal to get things done and just let the rest of the world, frankly, some of these, you know, small and or even third-world countries just run roughshod all over us. 0.99

00:31:57.000 You know, these guys make the simple very complicated.

00:32:01.000 At the end of the day, look, you go to a country like Colombia and say, option one, you're our friend.

00:32:06.000 We give you a lot of aid.

00:32:07.000 We have a good trade agreement.

00:32:09.000 You want to be friends with America?

00:32:10.000 That's good.

00:32:12.000 Option B, you want to be our enemy.

00:32:13.000 And we're going to make certain that we punish you economically in a way that cripples your economy. 0.80

00:32:18.000 We don't want to do that.

00:32:20.000 We want to be your ally.

00:32:21.000 But allies don't send us criminals.

00:32:23.000 Allies don't send us drugs that kill Americans.

00:32:26.000 Allies don't facilitate drug trafficking and illegal immigration.

00:32:31.000 So if you're going to be our friend, be our friend.

00:32:33.000 And I think that's the message to Mexico, to Canada.

00:32:35.000 To Europe, who's totally taking advantage of our companies.

00:32:38.000 And I think what President Trump talks about that is so shocking because they're so used to taking advantage of this country.

00:32:45.000 And that is over.

00:32:47.000 The era of America getting rolled has absolutely come to an end.

00:32:51.000 And we're going to have reciprocal, fair agreements with these countries where we get treated with the respect that we deserve.

00:32:58.000 Yeah, no, it's sort of amazing.

00:32:59.000 I said this in the first term.

00:33:00.000 I got in a lot of trouble because I was like, you know, when NATO is doing their whole thing going against us, I'm like, so we fund like 70% of all of NATO. They don't want to, they're not prepared.

00:33:07.000 They don't want to put their money in it.

00:33:08.000 They don't even follow the agreements they signed in terms of what they're contributing.

00:33:12.000 I'm like, well, with allies or friends like those kinds of nations, who needs enemies?

00:33:17.000 And the same would seemingly go for all these countries in Latin America who often don't play along.

00:33:22.000 And they're happy to take advantage of us when we're writing checks.

00:33:24.000 But when we actually request something back of them that seems quite reasonable, like taking back their citizens who are illegally here and criminals, it's a problem. 1.00

00:33:34.000 Yeah, I mean, have you ever had a friend or an ex-friend, I should say, where every single time you went out...

00:33:39.000 The expectation was that you would pay the check.

00:33:41.000 After 50 times, you go to a restaurant and you say, hey man, why don't you pick it up this time?

00:33:46.000 And they get completely insulted.

00:33:48.000 That's almost what our relationship is with a lot of our allies.

00:33:51.000 Look, we're not going to get ripped off anymore.

00:33:53.000 That's not what a friend does.

00:33:55.000 A friend has reciprocal fair agreements with you.

00:33:58.000 Think about what we're asking, Don.

00:33:59.000 We're asking...

00:34:00.000 Take back your own citizens that committed crimes in our country.

00:34:06.000 That's not...

00:34:06.000 And by the way, we flew them there.

00:34:08.000 We weren't even giving them a bill, which we should have.

00:34:10.000 We should say, hey, this trip cost us...

00:34:13.000 A hundred grand.

00:34:14.000 You need to pay us a hundred grand to bring back your own citizens that committed crimes in our country. 0.99

00:34:19.000 And for them to say, no, we're not going to do that is completely unacceptable.

00:34:24.000 That's a red line.

00:34:25.000 And President Trump has showed him, look, if you want to act like that, if you want to have that relationship, there's going to be consequences.

00:34:31.000 Yes.

00:34:31.000 Senator Marino, can you talk a little bit more about the other major flaws?

00:34:35.000 With our current asylum policy and how easy it is to exploit? 1.00

00:34:39.000 I mean, I think everyone understands, hey, the border's been porous.

00:34:42.000 We let them in.

00:34:42.000 We give them money.

00:34:43.000 We give them phones.

00:34:44.000 We give them, you know, court dates in 30 years.

00:34:46.000 But, you know, there's a lot more to it that's been taken advantage of.

00:34:51.000 Can you talk about those?

00:34:52.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:34:53.000 So our immigration system has protections for refugees.

00:34:56.000 A refugee is defined as somebody who's being persecuted because of their race, their religion, or their nationality.

00:35:03.000 Virtually no one in the Western Hemisphere falls under that description.

00:35:07.000 Maybe Cuba and Venezuela.

00:35:10.000 So we have a process to say, hey, if you claim asylum, then you're allowed to come in and we hear your claim and you go into the interior of the country, you're paroled.

00:35:19.000 But what's happened is the drug cartels, who are pretty much smarter than every one of our politicians, are exploiting that and they bring...

00:35:28.000 Economic migrants to our border and say, hey, look, you're not allowed to come in as an economic migrant because you're skipping in line in front of millions of people. 0.93

00:35:35.000 So just claim asylum.

00:35:37.000 And what Biden was doing was paroling him into the U.S., feeding him, housing him, giving him health care.

00:35:42.000 What we're saying in our bill that we're introduced called the Rules Act is saying, no, no, no, you're not allowed to skip ahead refugees and you can't file a fake asylum claim.

00:35:51.000 And if you do, you're never going to be allowed into this country. 1.00

00:35:54.000 And if you're here and had a fake asylum claim, you can never come back in.

00:35:59.000 And you can only do it at a legal port of entry.

00:36:02.000 I'm sure, Don, you would invite people to your home all the time.

00:36:05.000 But they have to come through your front door.

00:36:07.000 They can't break through your kitchen window because that's a problem.

00:36:11.000 And that's what we're allowing people to do.

00:36:13.000 They're allowed to cross the river, jump over a wall, and then claim asylum.

00:36:17.000 And all of a sudden, we forgive that original sin.

00:36:19.000 We're not going to do that anymore.

00:36:21.000 Yeah, I mean, when I see some of these people claiming asylum, like, well, you crossed through eight countries to get here.

00:36:26.000 Any one of them could have given you asylum, but it's like, that wasn't enough.

00:36:28.000 You had to come to America, and I wonder what the difference is.

00:36:30.000 I imagine that has to do with the amount of money that we hand them at the border.

00:36:35.000 Well, yeah, you don't get free luxury hotel rooms, three meals a day, gift cards, health care, education, in any of these countries.

00:36:43.000 So, look, we can't be suckers, and I think there should be, if there's one bill that should have total...

00:36:49.000 Bipartisan support is my bill because it's actually protecting refugees.

00:36:53.000 Refugees are having to wait in line behind millions of economic migrants that are filing fake claims.

00:36:59.000 And of course, the idea that we even tolerate anybody to enter this country through a non-legal port of entry is insane.

00:37:08.000 So we'll see if the Democrats support it, but we're going to introduce it.

00:37:12.000 We're going to move that forward.

00:37:13.000 And I'm hooked to putting it in front of your dad's office and have him sign it into law.

00:37:18.000 It will lower border crossings by about 70%.

00:37:22.000 I think that'd be important because you're right.

00:37:24.000 We've seen a lot of executive actions going on right now, whether it's immigration, DEI, so far so good.

00:37:33.000 But what do you think we can actually get done legislatively?

00:37:36.000 You can do the executive action, but that can be taken away with a stroke of a pen in four years or whenever it may be by the Democrats.

00:37:42.000 I'd love to see this stuff actually codified into law.

00:37:45.000 It seems like you're leading that charge with the new pieces of legislation that you're coming up with as it relates to immigration. 0.98

00:37:50.000 But how do we get these other things in there, perhaps while we have the House and Senate, or perhaps there's a chance to get some people, you know, Democrats that understand just how badly their people are sick of this crap.

00:38:04.000 How do we get this stuff actually written into law so it can't just go away and that we have common legislation that actually stands the test of time?

00:38:12.000 Yeah, I think we have to do it one thing at a time.

00:38:14.000 So we take care of asylum. 0.99

00:38:15.000 The next thing we got to do is talk about people overstaying their visas.

00:38:20.000 The lottery system is totally insane.

00:38:22.000 It should be all merit-based.

00:38:24.000 It should be based on five criteria.

00:38:26.000 You got to learn the language.

00:38:27.000 You have to assimilate.

00:38:29.000 You can't take government benefits.

00:38:30.000 You had to add to our economy.

00:38:32.000 And most importantly, you're not going to lower the wages of American citizens.

00:38:36.000 So if you meet those criteria, we're not going to have it be a lottery.

00:38:39.000 In fact, Let's start with the highest paid job offers first.

00:38:43.000 Because a lot of these companies, they rip off their workers and they bring in foreign workers to do it. 1.00

00:38:49.000 Same job for less money with no assimilation. 0.99

00:38:53.000 That's just not going to be tolerated.

00:38:54.000 We have to have a legal immigration system that benefits the United States of America. 0.70

00:39:00.000 That should be the overarching theme of any immigration law that we have.

00:39:04.000 And that's what I'm going to put forward here in the Senate.

00:39:07.000 Well, I look forward to that as well.

00:39:09.000 You know, I'd like to ask you because, you know, God knows they tried going after you because, you know, you were the Republican nominee and you ran.

00:39:15.000 So the media is going to do that to you.

00:39:16.000 That's sort of the nature of the beast when you're on our side.

00:39:19.000 But what do you make of the media still very eager to defend not just illegal aliens, but like criminal illegal aliens?

00:39:26.000 What drives that reflex to act like, you know, these crazy people when we're just carrying out deportations of the bad guys?

00:39:36.000 I think it's two things.

00:39:37.000 They're completely insane, some of them, but they're also masters of deception because what they do is they take this idea of illegal immigration, which most Americans are for legal immigration the way I just outlined it, and then add...

00:39:49.000 Illegal immigration and combine it. 1.00

00:39:52.000 Like, they have this idea that we're out deporting children on the way to school.

00:39:56.000 I mean, that we're taking away the citizenship of people like me who are nationalized citizens.

00:40:01.000 They're just all about scare tactics because, like, they got nothing on policy.

00:40:05.000 They have no real policies that advance this country.

00:40:09.000 We saw that for four years under Joe Biden.

00:40:11.000 I mean, your dad could have relaxed and had a great life and not run again, but he loves this country to his core, which is why he's out here.

00:40:19.000 We're fighting again.

00:40:19.000 I think it's inspired a lot of people.

00:40:21.000 I know it's why I ran.

00:40:23.000 People like me, I'd never been in politics in my entire life, been a business guy, never imagined being here.

00:40:28.000 But I saw what your dad did, what he went through.

00:40:30.000 And when I was being attacked viciously, I said to myself, this is nothing.

00:40:35.000 I haven't been shot.

00:40:36.000 They haven't taken away my businesses.

00:40:38.000 They haven't tried to bankrupt me.

00:40:40.000 They haven't tried to put my kids in jail, right?

00:40:42.000 So, I mean, they haven't accused me of treason.

00:40:45.000 I'm so far behind President Trump.

00:40:48.000 I'm good and it allowed me to plow through.

00:40:50.000 Yeah, well, give it time, Bernie.

00:40:52.000 I'm sure they'll get there.

00:40:53.000 Or if they win again, they'll go back to their usual ways.

00:40:56.000 So that's why it's going to be so important to stay active, not just accept this, but stay active in the midterm process.

00:41:02.000 Just make gains on the slim majority that we have.

00:41:07.000 I mean, they have to understand where Americans are.

00:41:09.000 And I mean, I think the Democrats voting to protect pedophiles and criminals and all this stuff in our country, just understand that they hate you.

00:41:18.000 So we've got to expand.

00:41:22.000 Yeah, I think it's that, you know, use your voice and don't be afraid of it.

00:41:28.000 Like, I look at the mayor of Chicago.

00:41:30.000 Chicago's a great city.

00:41:32.000 I had my honeymoon was in Chicago because my wife's from northern Indiana. 1.00

00:41:35.000 And look, it's a great American city.

00:41:37.000 But there's American citizens there that are suffering.

00:41:40.000 Their schools are a mess.

00:41:42.000 Their communities are a mess.

00:41:43.000 They don't have job opportunities.

00:41:44.000 And what's the mayor advocating for?

00:41:46.000 Fighting for illegal criminals? 0.80

00:41:49.000 I mean, you're talking about so disgusting that they don't have their priorities straight.

00:41:53.000 And we have to use our collective voices just to shine a light on that because the media won't.

00:41:58.000 The mainstream media just won't come.

00:42:00.000 We'll cover that story.

00:42:01.000 But that's what we're going to do.

00:42:02.000 I'm going to do what you did.

00:42:04.000 Go out and campaign for good America First candidates in the midterms and do everything I can to change the nature and complexion of what the Senate looks like.

00:42:13.000 We need new people here.

00:42:14.000 You've got J.D. Vance here.

00:42:16.000 You got me here.

00:42:17.000 We have a lot of us that are united together to get this country to the right place because we can't count on your dad to be doing this forever.

00:42:24.000 And what he's done for this country is the greatest service any American's ever done.

00:42:29.000 So, you know, speaking of which, obviously, you know, the Senate and the House and, you know, every, you know, school board all the way down to dog catcher, that all matters.

00:42:36.000 But we also have another slate of confirmation hearings this week.

00:42:39.000 We got Kash Patel for FBI, Tulsi Gabbard for DNI, RFK Jr. for HHS. Talk about how your meetings with them have gone.

00:42:49.000 What do you expect to hear in these hearings?

00:42:51.000 You know, what's the time frame on voting for confirmation?

00:42:54.000 You know, do you see any Democrats giving us any of these people?

00:42:58.000 Republicans roll over and give us the biggest communists in the world, but the Democrats seem to be pretty steadfast against it.

00:43:04.000 And then, you know, some of the usual rhinos in the Republican Senate are also voting against it.

00:43:09.000 But this is obviously a big leak for things that matter so much to us, whether it's health, whether it's national security, whether it's, you know, putting someone who will break down the weaponized justice system in the FBI and what we've seen over the last few years.

00:43:22.000 What do you see transpiring this week?

00:43:24.000 Well, I think there's some easy ones.

00:43:26.000 I think you'll see Sean Duffy be pretty unanimously confirmed.

00:43:30.000 That's a no-brainer.

00:43:31.000 They know that there's no way Sean Duffy doesn't get 50 votes.

00:43:34.000 So I think they vote for him.

00:43:36.000 Howard Lutnick, I think, will have no problem.

00:43:39.000 Scott Besson just got confirmed before I started on this podcast.

00:43:42.000 I think RFK and Tulsi are going to be a battle.

00:43:47.000 It's going to be a lot of political theater, but I'm confident what we saw as a result of getting Pete across the finish line, I think we're going to get him there.

00:43:56.000 Maybe J.D. needs to leave dinner like he had to and come and break a tie, but that's okay.

00:44:02.000 We'll get him across the finish line.

00:44:04.000 Look, I think Cash has done such an incredible job.

00:44:07.000 I mean, every senator I talk to is totally blown away because, of course, they read the mainstream media and thought Cash was some kind of crazy person.

00:44:16.000 Great guy.

00:44:17.000 He's going to truly reform the FBI. Pam Bondi won't have an issue. 1.00

00:44:22.000 So I think we're going to be in a pretty good place.

00:44:24.000 Look, I think the writing's on the wall for the Democrats.

00:44:27.000 They're rudderless.

00:44:28.000 They have no policies.

00:44:29.000 They have no leaders.

00:44:30.000 They have no agenda.

00:44:32.000 Their failed policies were a disaster for this country over the last four years.

00:44:36.000 And they got the stink of Joe Biden on them for a long time.

00:44:39.000 Well, you know, I know you have a heart out with some of the stuff going on right now, but before we go, since you're a car guy, obviously, you know, ran a big business, created a bunch of car dealerships, you know, that's where you came from.

00:44:49.000 My father revoked the EV mandate, the electric vehicle mandate.

00:44:53.000 You know, what is the future?

00:44:57.000 What do you see that in terms of American manufacturing?

00:45:00.000 Obviously, that's not a ban on electric vehicles.

00:45:02.000 It just says, hey, we're not going to subsidize something at the expense of something else when it seemed like so many people were willing to literally destroy the American automotive industry, you know, to push something that, you know, probably indirectly benefit China more than anything, given that they have all the rare earth minerals, they control the lithium mines that go into the battery packs of these things.

00:45:20.000 You know, what do you see going on in the auto industry?

00:45:24.000 So we're going to introduce something called the American Freedom Act.

00:45:26.000 I'm sorry, the Automotive Freedom Act.

00:45:28.000 Look, we've got to get rid of these EV incentives.

00:45:30.000 It's totally nuts.

00:45:32.000 We have Rolls-Royce customers that can lease a Rolls-Royce electric vehicle and get $7,500.

00:45:39.000 I mean, come on. 0.70

00:45:40.000 That's just ridiculous, right? 0.99

00:45:41.000 We shouldn't be playing it in the hands of China. 1.00

00:45:43.000 We have to stop letting California dictate emission standards for the entire nation.

00:45:48.000 That's nuts.

00:45:49.000 That happened back 50 years ago.

00:45:52.000 It's time to have one.

00:45:53.000 We have to legislate for 10 years, emission standards, so these car companies have certainty.

00:46:01.000 And we have to incentivize, through good tax policy and good regulatory policy, American manufacturing.

00:46:07.000 Don, there's four million cars, four million cars made in Canada and Mexico that are sold in the United States.

00:46:16.000 That's insane.

00:46:18.000 Those cars should be made here, and the economic impact of that is extremely important for national security.

00:46:26.000 When World War II started, we didn't have better weapons than the Germans or Japanese, but we could make a lot of them. 0.99

00:46:32.000 And a lot of that came because we were really strong in the auto sector.

00:46:36.000 So we have to bring that auto manufacturing back to America.

00:46:39.000 That's what my bill does.

00:46:40.000 I know it's what your father cares a lot about.

00:46:42.000 And I'm thinking that we can get that bill across the finish line this year.

00:46:45.000 Well, I love that.

00:46:47.000 So, you know, I know you have to go.

00:46:48.000 You've got a lot of stuff going on as it relates to all these confirmations and everything.

00:46:51.000 Get these other guys over the line.

00:46:53.000 Maybe you've got to smack around some rhinos and, you know, get them into place.

00:46:56.000 Or we can find good people to primary them.

00:46:58.000 But good luck with the rest of that.

00:47:00.000 Bernie, we'll talk to you soon, guys.

00:47:02.000 Bernie Marino, the senior senator from the great state of Ohio, and someone who's going to be fighting there for the America First MAGA cause for a long time.

00:47:12.000 So really appreciate it, Bernie.

00:47:13.000 Thank you.

00:47:14.000 Thank you.

00:47:15.000 All right, guys.

00:47:16.000 With that, what I'm going to do, I'm going to go to some of the questions in the live chat.

00:47:19.000 So if you have anything good, get it up there.

00:47:22.000 I think you guys got to pull that up.

00:47:24.000 And voter ID in all 50 states.

00:47:27.000 I know my father talked about that.

00:47:28.000 And, you know, for California, for some of the stuff, like we got to have some fairness in these elections and we need some basic common sense policies.

00:47:34.000 And maybe you got to link that to if you want your billions in federal aid.

00:47:39.000 Maybe that becomes a requirement.

00:47:41.000 So I agree with you.

00:47:43.000 It's really, it's a state's issue.

00:47:45.000 But again, I think the government can probably wield some of its economic might to get some of these common sense things in place.

00:47:54.000 And so I saw that started, but also it wasn't just visiting.

00:47:59.000 California.

00:47:59.000 It was visiting the people in North Carolina who also got crushed with natural disasters this year and were seemingly neglected entirely.

00:48:09.000 So I know he's talking about having the Army Corps of Engineers get in there, rebuild some of these bridges and towns and get these people what they need, not just those who perhaps have more of direct access to the Democrat machine.

00:48:23.000 So it's a big deal, and we're actually doing this.

00:48:27.000 For all Americans.

00:48:30.000 That's a big deal, guys.

00:48:33.000 That's a big deal.

00:48:34.000 Someone's saying they wouldn't even let me show my ID in L.A. County, which should not surprise anyone.

00:48:41.000 Investigate Garland.

00:48:43.000 God knows he needs it.

00:48:45.000 But honestly, we're so busy out there getting these things done.

00:48:49.000 Let's just focus on getting whatever we can done.

00:48:52.000 I saw James Carville the other day on TV. Just let Trump do his thing.

00:48:57.000 He's going to get punched out.

00:48:58.000 He's just going to wear out because they can't even believe how much he's getting done in such a short period of time.

00:49:04.000 But it's a different energy, folks.

00:49:05.000 The people are behind it.

00:49:06.000 The team is behind it.

00:49:08.000 They're not coming up with ways to get to no.

00:49:12.000 They're coming up with ways to get to yes.

00:49:14.000 And so that's a really big deal.

00:49:18.000 That's a huge difference.

00:49:19.000 That's why I said earlier, I said in the intro, if Democrats would have just shut the hell up, let Trump win in 20, right now you'd probably be sitting on a Democrat president because we didn't have a bench.

00:49:31.000 We didn't have anyone other than Trump that was willing to fight.

00:49:33.000 He would have not been nearly as effective in the last four years as he will be in this next four years because they didn't have a team that believed it or was willing to fight.

00:49:40.000 They were just sort of waiting it out.

00:49:41.000 You know, we'll get back to the swamp in a little bit.

00:49:44.000 Now it's different.

00:49:45.000 I mean, you see JD just...

00:49:46.000 I mean, man, I was watching the Sunday shows yesterday.

00:49:49.000 It was like, somebody called 911. I got to report a murder.

00:49:53.000 You know, you're watching these journalists just destroy their credibility in real time because we're no longer accepting their... 0.94

00:50:00.000 Ridiculous premise that everything they say is actually right. 0.98

00:50:03.000 He just craps all over it. 0.91

00:50:04.000 So I think it's amazing.

00:50:07.000 I think we have a long runway.

00:50:09.000 I think what my father said about sort of this just being the dawn of a new era for America is 100% right.

00:50:17.000 It's a big deal.

00:50:20.000 Don Jr., did you hear Putin's comments about the 2020 election being stolen?

00:50:23.000 He's playing us.

00:50:24.000 You know, I didn't, but like, does anyone here?

00:50:28.000 I actually think that the 2020 election was fair and above board and honest.

00:50:32.000 I don't.

00:50:33.000 I mean, I think it was clearly stolen.

00:50:34.000 I think I'm fine with it, like, because we're going to get this.

00:50:37.000 I mean, we have to go through, we spent probably hundreds of millions in legal fees.

00:50:42.000 I was deposed, you know, ad nauseum.

00:50:44.000 We went through extra impeachments.

00:50:47.000 They tried to take away my father's businesses.

00:50:49.000 They tried to jail him.

00:50:50.000 They tried to, you know, sell. 0.56

00:50:53.000 They tried to kill him.

00:50:55.000 But...

00:50:55.000 Right now, thank God they didn't, but right now, I think that's a small price to pay to actually get these things done.

00:51:04.000 So there's no question that it was stolen.

00:51:07.000 It's just...

00:51:08.000 I'm almost glad it worked out the way it did.

00:51:12.000 Like I said, if Democrats just shut the hell up, they didn't try to stick in a puppet candidate like Biden, and they didn't play their games, America would have been clueless.

00:51:19.000 The guys watching this, many of you would have probably got it.

00:51:23.000 But it...

00:51:24.000 It wouldn't be nearly as effective.

00:51:25.000 So now we have a chance to start anew.

00:51:27.000 We have a chance to have people actually understand what's going on.

00:51:31.000 And so that's a big deal.

00:51:32.000 Someone asked, do I play golf as well?

00:51:34.000 The answer is no.

00:51:35.000 I mean, I can play.

00:51:36.000 I was pretty decent, but I just never loved it the way others in my family love it.

00:51:40.000 And so I didn't.

00:51:42.000 I'll leave the golf to my daughter.

00:51:44.000 I like to go fishing, hunting, shooting, all that kind of stuff.

00:51:49.000 We'll do that.

00:51:50.000 Sorry, guys.

00:51:51.000 There was something I had to get done for work, so I got to sign this quickly.

00:51:56.000 It was late before I could get to it.

00:52:00.000 And so now I'm just going to do that here while I'm on with you guys.

00:52:06.000 And what did I say?

00:52:07.000 Did I say something different?

00:52:09.000 Daughters?

00:52:10.000 Okay.

00:52:10.000 Oh, well, I'm being corrected.

00:52:13.000 I said, yeah, I have two daughters that are both very good at golf.

00:52:18.000 I have a son that's pretty good at golf, and then two that are sort of into the stuff that I like.

00:52:22.000 Okay, done with work, but it never stops.

00:52:25.000 2024, buddy, we love Kai.

00:52:27.000 Yeah, so Kai's my 17-year-old.

00:52:29.000 Chloe's my 10-year-old.

00:52:30.000 She's going to be, I think, equally good to Kai, especially because, you know, we moved to Florida like four years ago, and so...

00:52:41.000 Kai, she was great early, but she started where she could play every day.

00:52:46.000 It's a nice cold day in Florida.

00:52:48.000 It's like 70 degrees out.

00:52:51.000 They can play seven days a week.

00:52:53.000 They can really get good at the game.

00:52:54.000 That would have been a lot harder to do in New York City.

00:52:56.000 Not a lot of great golf courses that make it too easy to get to.

00:53:00.000 We had one.

00:53:03.000 Still not the easiest to get to in the middle of the week when you're living in a concrete jungle.

00:53:07.000 And so coming down here, so Chloe's got to get, she got to start at 6 instead of 13, and that's kind of a big deal.

00:53:14.000 That's kind of a big deal.

00:53:16.000 But Kai's been just out there crushing it, and she's on, I mean, man, I think she's more on social than I am these days.

00:53:24.000 And so she's doing it.

00:53:26.000 And doing a great silver charm national carry laws.

00:53:28.000 You saw my father talk about national reciprocity and getting that going.

00:53:32.000 But again, you've got to remember this, guys.

00:53:34.000 This is the one, this is a big one.

00:53:37.000 Like, everyone's like, your dad didn't do anything on it.

00:53:39.000 It's like, that's not his job.

00:53:40.000 Like, he signs legislation into law, but Congress puts it on his desk.

00:53:44.000 There's the three equal branches of government.

00:53:46.000 Congress has to do it.

00:53:47.000 So it's not about Trump or, you know, whatever, doing these things.

00:53:50.000 You need to get your congressman to actually fight for these things.

00:53:53.000 And so, with a slim majority, That takes a lot more going and a lot more doing.

00:53:59.000 It's why we've got to stay active, not just right now, but we've got to stay active during the midterms, and we've got to try to increase our three-vote majority in Congress so that we can do a lot more, a lot faster, so we can do things actually legislatively, signing them into actual law, not just doing it as an executive action.

00:54:17.000 So that's a big deal.

00:54:18.000 I saw someone, when was the last time I went skiing?

00:54:23.000 I guess it was last March was the last time I went skiing.

00:54:25.000 I do a father-daughter trip every year with Kai.

00:54:27.000 I'll start doing one with Chloe, but Kai was a ski racer because we lived up in cold weather before moving down here.

00:54:32.000 And so we do a father-daughter trip out skiing every year.

00:54:37.000 That was great.

00:54:37.000 Last year we went to Aspen.

00:54:39.000 That's where we go a lot.

00:54:40.000 I grew up going there.

00:54:41.000 And, you know, that's a pretty liberal place.

00:54:42.000 But I knew there was something going on in the election last year because, you know, Aspen is like sort of very liberal place with all these sort of woke, you know, I knew there was something going on where,

00:55:00.000 you know, some very privileged, very lucky people who definitely would have been sort of default Democrats, instead of sort of giving me like the cold shoulder or like side eye, were running up and taking selfies and saying, let's get going.

00:55:13.000 You know, that was one of the first things I noticed when I'm like, wait a second, there's something really interesting.

00:55:18.000 Uh, going on here and something different.

00:55:21.000 JLY3 fans, what's your favorite gun?

00:55:24.000 There's no favorite gun.

00:55:25.000 There's just, there's many guns.

00:55:26.000 You know, it's sort of like, like many tools, right?

00:55:29.000 There's no universal.

00:55:30.000 So, you know, my personal favorite, you know, I love like really precise long range guns.

00:55:34.000 Uh, but you know, you gotta have a handguns and you gotta have shotguns and the shotgun that you're using for home defense may not be the same shotgun as you're shooting clays with. 0.83

00:55:41.000 So, you know, I, I, I love them all.

00:55:44.000 Uh, and everyone needs many guns. 0.85

00:55:47.000 And I think what's really interesting, I was out, I actually right after the election, I went right out to SHOT Show, which is like the biggest gun industry show.

00:55:54.000 And from there, I went to Safari Club, you know, one of the biggest hunting shows out there.

00:55:59.000 So my work never stops.

00:56:00.000 But, you know, at SHOT Show, the momentum was great.

00:56:04.000 And it wasn't just because people or the industry folks were excited to sell out of fear, which is what happens, you know, the Democrats win and they sell a lot of stuff because people are fear buying.

00:56:14.000 They were actually excited because, like, they actually believe now Americans are actually going to pay because they're going to have excess money.

00:56:20.000 They can buy the cool gun that they've always wanted, not just buy, you know, a bunch of, like, stripped lower ARs so that they have something in their safe against a ban.

00:56:27.000 You know, that's a big difference.

00:56:29.000 That kind of optimism is what I'm seeing right now around the country.

00:56:32.000 I go to my local restaurant, whatever it is, and they're telling me, hey, we're super excited.

00:56:35.000 We're building on an extension or we're building another restaurant somewhere else.

00:56:39.000 We're actually invested in America.

00:56:44.000 Regulated to death.

00:56:46.000 So that's a really big deal and a big difference.

00:56:50.000 When will ATF finally abolish for their attack on legal law-abiding citizens?

00:56:54.000 You know, I know Pam Bondi's, you know, working hard on getting someone at ATF who's not just, you know, an anti-gun kind of person so we can make those things, make all of that go well.

00:57:05.000 And, you know, who knows what they do with it in the end.

00:57:08.000 You know, maybe it gets absorbed somewhere else.

00:57:10.000 I'll leave that to them.

00:57:11.000 But I love their ideas for the ATF. I think you guys all understand where I stand, you know, on all of these things.

00:57:19.000 But I think, you know, again, this is an administration that can get things done there.

00:57:23.000 So, you know, obviously they got to get confirmed.

00:57:25.000 They got to get in office and all that stuff.

00:57:27.000 And then they can actually start really.

00:57:30.000 Getting their team out there.

00:57:31.000 But guys, hold on one second.

00:57:32.000 We got some breaking news.

00:57:34.000 President Trump announced his plans to impose tariffs on foreign computer chips and pharma producers outside of the U.S. If you want to stop these tariffs, you need to build plants in the U.S., is my father's direct quote.

00:57:50.000 Because don't forget, it's like 93% of our antibiotics and medicine we get from China.

00:57:55.000 A vast majority of the chips we get from Taiwan, who's a great ally, but also sits 68 miles off the coast of China, and they may take them over.

00:58:04.000 And let's just say, if we get in a war, we'd love not to.

00:58:08.000 We'd love just to have peace.

00:58:10.000 But if you get in one with China, I imagine they could take over Taiwan and there's probably not a lot we could do about it from 6,000 miles away relative to 60 miles away. 0.98

00:58:20.000 There's a big difference.

00:58:21.000 So we actually got to incentivize people to do these things in America because we cannot and can no longer be dependent on our enemies.

00:58:29.000 The people who are literally saying they want to displace us or otherwise, we have to do it.

00:58:36.000 Utilizing our economic might right now to keep China in place is going to be an important part of that. 1.00

00:58:41.000 We don't want to be fighting wars, but we do have other tools in the arsenal.

00:58:46.000 We have other ways we can get these people in check.

00:58:49.000 That's a really big deal.

00:58:52.000 So we should be doing all of that.

00:58:55.000 And it seems...

00:58:56.000 Like, my father is doing just that.

00:58:58.000 So yeah, winning.

00:59:00.000 You're right.

00:59:00.000 You know, how nice is it to actually win again every once in a while?

00:59:04.000 I mean, I know it's hard to believe.

00:59:05.000 It's like, how do you...

00:59:06.000 You'd be like a Super Bowl champion team playing, you know, like, you know, Bob Warner football team and losing.

00:59:14.000 That's what America's been for far too long.

00:59:18.000 And we got to stop it.

00:59:20.000 Apex337, DJT, do you want to run for any political office?

00:59:22.000 I would vote for you.

00:59:23.000 Well, I appreciate that.

00:59:24.000 That's a great honor.

00:59:26.000 My biggest thing is making sure that we had a bench to choose from.

00:59:31.000 I appreciate you guys, you know, having me in there.

00:59:33.000 I know, you know, we've seen some of the polling in 28 and I'm doing pretty damn good.

00:59:38.000 You know, right up there or tied with JD and whatever it may be.

00:59:41.000 But that's what I want us to have an actual bench of like America first people that we can choose from.

00:59:45.000 Oh, we have more breaking news.

00:59:47.000 So I'll finish this and I'll get to that in a second.

00:59:50.000 I want us to have a bench.

00:59:51.000 We never had a bench on the conservative side because everyone was a rhino. 1.00

00:59:54.000 Everyone was like someone you wouldn't really vote for.

00:59:56.000 You vote for reluctantly because you don't want a Democrat to be in there.

00:59:59.000 But I actually want it to be where you have a choice of great people.

01:00:03.000 And we're working to do that bench.

01:00:04.000 So you never know.

01:00:05.000 Maybe one day I run.

01:00:06.000 Right now, I want to make sure we do the same stuff in the public sector as my father is going to do in government.

01:00:14.000 So like I said, I was at SHOT Show earlier this week.

01:00:16.000 We're taking...

01:00:16.000 A gun company public.

01:00:18.000 We're going to take Grab A Gun, where people can, you know, great tech stack, people can buy guns online.

01:00:24.000 You can get ahead of that.

01:00:26.000 You know, it'll turn into ticker sign Pew in a couple months, P-E-W, when we actually do that.

01:00:31.000 So that's kind of fun.

01:00:32.000 Right now it's trading under CLBR, so we're doing that in a SPAC. You know, taking Grab A Gun public so that others can...

01:00:40.000 You know, shop for guns the way they do everything else.

01:00:42.000 Obviously, you have to go through an FFL process and do it still legally, but, like, they're streamlining it, giving people, and new people, especially women and younger people who may not have perhaps bought guns that way.

01:00:53.000 So, again, like, we're fighting these things on all fronts, guys.

01:00:56.000 That's why, again, whether it's I'm talking about the sponsors of this show.

01:00:59.000 Or, you know, if you buy CLBR just to support those guys that are doing these things that you thought would have been impossible, like taking a gun company public.

01:01:07.000 New, you saw what we did with Public Square, PSQH, taking them public on the NASDAQ two years ago.

01:01:12.000 That's some of the payment stack and tech stack for buy now, pay later options.

01:01:18.000 We're doing it a lot for the gun industry, but plenty of other industries as well so that you're not worried about getting canceled or you're not going to just get shut down because you're trying to Literally exercise your Second Amendment rights.

01:01:30.000 So there's guys like me that'll be out there doing all of these things.

01:01:34.000 So again, make sure you support that.

01:01:36.000 So the other breaking news, President Trump, your favorite president, my father, directs Department of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to begin construction of an Iron Dome system here in America.

01:01:51.000 We seem to give the Iron Dome to a lot of People around the world, some of our allies, but we don't actually have those same defenses here in America to protect us, to protect our children.

01:02:03.000 So again, we are putting America first.

01:02:07.000 Big news right here.

01:02:08.000 I know I heard about it conceptually, but apparently it just happened.

01:02:11.000 Directing Pete Hegseth to begin construction of an Iron Dome system in America.

01:02:16.000 That's the missile system that shoots down all the other missiles from our bad actors and enemies around the world who would clearly try to take advantage of that.

01:02:27.000 So it's nice that we can build these systems here, not just build them and use them for, I guess, some of our friends abroad.

01:02:36.000 That's a big deal.

01:02:38.000 What's going on on the drones?

01:02:40.000 Okay, that's one I'll have to get back to you.

01:02:42.000 I imagine we're going to look into that because it was sort of a big story that just went away.

01:02:47.000 I imagine my father will get to that.

01:02:50.000 Fire Sky Girl awesome and Iron Dome system for the U.S. finally.

01:02:54.000 I know, it's like everyone else has an Iron Dome but us.

01:02:57.000 So I think that's a great start.

01:02:59.000 Again, putting America first.

01:03:03.000 Crystal LaRose, America is turning badass and I love it.

01:03:06.000 I agree with you.

01:03:07.000 Do I have to sign something else?

01:03:08.000 Okay.

01:03:09.000 I got to sign something else.

01:03:10.000 Sorry.

01:03:10.000 Still doing other work.

01:03:12.000 The day job never quits. 0.99

01:03:14.000 I don't just talk crap on TV. So that's a big deal. 0.98

01:03:20.000 I'll keep talking and do this.

01:03:23.000 Sorry.

01:03:23.000 These are things I was supposed to do before the show, but didn't have all the paperwork.

01:03:29.000 Yeah.

01:03:30.000 I always wondered why we did not have an Iron Dome.

01:03:32.000 I mean, it seems like a big one.

01:03:34.000 C-Crew, release the Epstein list 100%. 0.90

01:03:37.000 I mean, I think we got to do that one.

01:03:39.000 We should release the Diddy list as well.

01:03:42.000 That's a big deal.

01:03:45.000 Revoke more security clearances.

01:03:47.000 Well, you saw that.

01:03:47.000 They revoked Brennan.

01:03:49.000 They revoked the 52 or whatever it was.

01:03:52.000 People with real dollars that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.

01:03:56.000 Well, if you're going to lie to the American public, if you're going to use the guise of This clearance is like, oh, well, I have clearance, so I must know.

01:04:06.000 Even if you're going to lie to the American public, gone.

01:04:09.000 Bye-bye.

01:04:10.000 By the way, there's no reason for these people to have them.

01:04:12.000 If they're no longer working in government, they shouldn't just use those clearances to be able to trade off of that, get great, high-paying jobs, weaponize this information.

01:04:21.000 It's sort of like insider trading, right?

01:04:23.000 I mean, we've got to do something about that, too.

01:04:26.000 But we've got to do these things slowly but surely.

01:04:30.000 And so that seems like a great start.

01:04:33.000 So they've already started revoking some of those security clearances because there's no reason for those people to have them, especially if they're going to lie.

01:04:39.000 They're going to try to change the outcomes of elections.

01:04:42.000 That's a big deal.

01:04:45.000 So Brennan for Gitmo.

01:04:47.000 Man, if there's someone who deserves it, it's John Brennan. 1.00

01:04:49.000 I mean, what a lying scumbag. 1.00

01:04:52.000 But, you know, at least he shouldn't have security clearances. 1.00

01:04:55.000 But I'm sure he'll be out there in full force and effect working against America.

01:04:59.000 For the rest of his life, because that's what these guys do.

01:05:03.000 Can we revoke Adam Schiff?

01:05:06.000 It's spelled a little differently there, but yes, I agree with you.

01:05:10.000 You know, it'd be nice, but now he's in the Senate.

01:05:12.000 I'm sure he'll have all the highest security clearances, and he'll probably get put on intelligence committees like he was in the House and weaponize that against the Americans.

01:05:19.000 You know, it's not perfect.

01:05:21.000 Nothing's perfect.

01:05:22.000 I think we're off to a great start, and I look to continue to do this for four years and then another eight years.

01:05:27.000 You know, with JD or, you know, someone else that's great, you know, we shall see.

01:05:36.000 But, yeah, no, there's a lot of stuff here.

01:05:39.000 Well, we probably just have to do a show in the not-too-distant future of just the feed.

01:05:44.000 But there's so much going on and so much to talk about.

01:05:46.000 I don't want to do that.

01:05:47.000 But, you know, we'll get to that in the next couple of weeks.

01:05:51.000 Really appreciate you guys.

01:05:53.000 Thanks for tuning in.

01:05:54.000 Remember, like, share, subscribe, okay?

01:06:01.000 I appreciate it.

01:06:02.000 But that's how we beat the system.

01:06:05.000 Sparky79, what did Barron say to Biden?

01:06:08.000 Honestly, I think he was very nice.

01:06:09.000 He just said, you know, nice to meet you and good luck, whatever it is.

01:06:11.000 I asked him about it afterwards, you know, right there.

01:06:15.000 The memes were pretty amazing, but, you know, I don't think it was anything all that sinister, despite, you know, I think Joe Biden just forgot where he was for a minute, so it looked like it was.

01:06:23.000 But, you know, at the time, it didn't seem like there was anything all there, but you guys, the internet will always have some fun with these things.

01:06:30.000 And so, you know, it was fun saying hi to Hillary and Bill.

01:06:35.000 But what a great day it was.

01:07:01.000 Cheap, effective solutions to some of the stuff that's out there that we don't have to be beholden to.

01:07:06.000 Some of the insanity that's out there.

01:07:08.000 Also, text.

01:07:36.000 You might as well do it and learn something, and then you make a decision that makes sense for you.

01:07:42.000 So thank you guys.

01:07:43.000 I really appreciate you all.

01:07:45.000 Actually, we're going to do a show tomorrow.

01:07:47.000 I got stuck on a plane coming back from inauguration and then going to SHOT and then going to SEI. All those things last week.

01:07:53.000 So I missed Thursday's show.

01:07:55.000 So we're going to do another show tomorrow.

01:07:57.000 I'll be sure to get to more questions tomorrow.

01:08:01.000 So keep some good ones around.

01:08:04.000 So Unusual Show, Tuesday, 6 p.m.

01:08:08.000 Don't forget to tune in.

01:08:09.000 I'm sure we'll have a great...

01:08:11.000 Do we know who our guest is?

01:08:13.000 Oh, we have a great Missouri Senator as well as former AG there.

01:08:17.000 He's one of the guys...

01:08:18.000 That worked with Jeff Landry, former AG of Louisiana, to combat sort of the big tech and the Biden administration utilizing big tech to manipulate you guys.

01:08:29.000 Another great warrior, one of the new senators who's going to be awesome, SEC and crypto.

01:08:36.000 You know, let's get to that one tomorrow.

01:08:38.000 That's a longer story, but it's going to be nice to have people that understand crypto at the SEC. I'm pretty psyched about that.

01:08:44.000 You have Atkinson there.

01:08:46.000 I think he'll be really good for all things crypto.

01:08:49.000 And so I will see you guys tomorrow at 6 o'clock and also on Thursday at 6. So we'll go back to the regular schedule, but extra show tomorrow.

01:08:59.000 So have some good questions for then.

01:09:01.000 I'll see you guys tomorrow at 6. Have a great night and...

01:09:05.000 I will look forward to talking to you all then.
