00:07:36.000Today, a grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts.
00:07:45.000The first count is that on or about May 15th of last year, he knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States.
00:08:01.000That the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting in interstate commerce a communication that contained a threat to kill the President of the United States.
00:08:11.000Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years.
00:08:18.000So I think it's fair to say that threatening the life of anybody is dangerous and potentially a crime.
00:08:27.000Threatening the life of the President of the United States will never be tolerated by the Department of Justice.
00:08:35.000You have Lee Zeldin calmly explaining the Supreme Court and Supreme Court precedent while a Democrat literally melts down like a freshman who just didn't do their homework.
