00:00:36.320 can put three yachts. The owner wants to sell us this house. They came, they visited, et cetera,
00:00:42.160 et cetera. We've done a lot of stuff. I've looked at a ton of office space, a ton of different
00:00:46.180 properties here, a ton of different people. I'm just trying to see what the market here is.
00:00:50.080 And I had a great time, but I had a conference called this last week with some of our leaders,
00:00:55.960 and I challenged everybody on two requests and I'm going to give it to you as well. One of them is
00:01:02.280 don't go do what everybody else is going to do going into 2021. They will not have a strong close
00:01:11.880 after 2020. I guarantee you, most people are going to be kicking back between now and the end of the
00:01:17.860 year. They're not going to do nothing. They'll just be doing regular casual work enough to just
00:01:22.860 get by, waiting for things to get better in 2021, which is the most unrealistic expectation for a year
00:01:30.660 to kick off strong. They're thinking January 1st, you're going to wake up with fireworks, have an
00:01:34.240 incredible kickoff to a 2021. The way you have an incredible kickoff to a great 2021 is to finish the
00:01:39.260 year strong. Second thing is in 2021, no matter what happens, expect weird things to happen.
00:01:49.520 You got inauguration, you got president-elect, president, Biden, Trump, all this stuff that's
00:01:57.520 going to go, it's not going to be pretty. It's going to be pretty ugly year because there's going

00:02:07.080 world because we are so like all over the place fighting each other, our biggest enemies ourselves.
00:02:13.140 But at the same time, I don't know why I'm just very optimistic about 2021, very optimistic, not
00:02:20.220 optimistic in a way that I think everything's going to go away. Not at all. I'm just very optimistic in
00:02:25.160 a way that I think new heroes are going to be born. So my challenge to you is this, number one, finish
00:02:29.800 strong the next few days. Let everybody else be casual about it. And number two, 2021, make a 100%
00:02:39.640 commitment. Don't just say it right now because you're excited. Make a 100% commitment to give
00:02:44.780 the best effort you've ever given to outwork, outimprove, outstrategize, outlast in 2021 like
00:02:53.920 never before. You know, earlier today, simple concept. I gave a new assignment to my four-year-old
00:02:58.440 daughter on what she needs to do on a daily basis. My boys, they have their own assignment. They have to
00:03:01.780 make 52 shots every day. They have to read 20 pages every day. They have to do certain requirements
00:03:06.020 every day, Christmas or not, every day, right? So they wake up in the morning. Anything they
00:03:11.560 want in life from me starts off by them reading the book. So I want them growing up thinking,
00:03:16.760 I get anything I want in life if I finish reading my books. And my daughter's got her own assignment.
00:03:23.560 So everything's already packed. And I said, well, you got to write your name, you know, XYZ times.
00:03:29.280 And my son says, I'll help her. See, one's being a leader, oldest, Tico. He says, Dad,
00:03:36.560 can we have paper and pen? And I go. I'm like, ah, can't find paper. So I go to one room. It's not
00:03:42.640 my house, right? Obviously, I'm renting this house for Christmas. I go to one room and I pull one
00:03:49.000 drawer. I don't see paper. Pull the next drawer. I don't see paper. Pull the next drawer. I don't
00:03:54.300 see paper. I'm about to leave the room to go to the next room. Okay. Let's go find paper. In my
00:04:00.060 mind, I say, my mindset is paper is going to be in the next drawer. Like, all right. So I pull the
00:04:06.060 next drawer. No paper. Pat, this concept cannot work all the time. Go one more drawer. I pull one
00:04:12.560 more drawer. No paper. I said, ah, there's like 20 more drawers to leave. Like, ah, let me do one
00:04:19.480 more drawer. I do one more drawer. Guess what I found on the sixth drawer? Paper. Got the paper
00:04:25.840 when I got the pen, gave it to him and they're working on the names. What's the moral of the
00:04:29.600 story? Don't give up after opening one drawer up in 2021. Open the second one, the third one,
00:04:36.600 the fourth one, the fifth one. I guarantee you, you're going to find papers. The story of my life,
