Valuetainment - ＂Bombing Narco TERRORISTS＂ - Pete Hegseth UNDER FIRE In Venezuela Drug War SECOND STRIKE

00:00:00.000 This is all around Venezuela, right? 0.55

00:00:02.620 Is this what this is all around?

00:00:04.160 Yeah, he's talking about the orders that the president is giving to blow up.

00:00:07.660 So let's go to that.

00:00:09.080 Let's go and talk about that.

00:00:10.440 So new details emerge about the controversial September 2nd strike on alleged drug boat that killed survivors.

00:00:18.680 This is ABC News.

00:00:19.520 Rob, I think you've got a clip on this here if you want to play the clip.

00:00:25.180 Is this the one, Rob?

00:00:26.120 Yep.

00:00:26.420 Okay, go for it.

00:00:27.120 And tonight, new information.

00:00:30.100 According to a source familiar with the incident, the two survivors climbed back onto the boat after the initial strike.

00:00:37.340 They were believed to be potentially in communication with others and salvaging some of the drugs.

00:00:43.500 Because of that, it was determined they were still in the fight and valid targets.

00:00:47.960 A JAG officer was also giving legal advice.

00:00:50.880 So again, David, that video will be key and Admiral Bradley will be on the hill.

00:00:55.340 Okay, so is this the back and forth on Hexet ordering a lethal attack but not the killing of the survivors?

00:01:03.460 These two stories are kind of going hand in hand, right, Rob?

00:01:06.440 Do you have that one as well?

00:01:07.460 Yeah, so that was ABC News.

00:01:09.860 Now CNN reports that the Admiral has said that the people, the two remaining survivors of the September 2nd boat strike,

00:01:17.400 they were not actually trying to radio to other drug smugglers.

00:01:22.780 This is CNN reporting this late last night.

00:01:24.580 Yeah, with what?

00:01:25.560 Breaking news.

00:01:26.220 We have new exclusive reporting on the double strike on that alleged drug boat in September.

00:01:30.040 Admiral Frank Mitch Bradley, who oversaw the operation, told lawmakers today that the two survivors did not,

00:01:35.820 as some defense officials have been claiming for months behind scenes, radio for backup before a second strike killed them.

00:01:42.060 That's according to two sources with direct knowledge of today's closed-door briefings.

00:01:45.700 Now, joining me is Senator Tammy Duckworth, a member of the Armed Services Committee and a retired U.S. Army pilot.

00:01:50.620 So, Senator, does this change the calculus when determining whether a secondary strike would be necessary, the idea that there was not a radio call?

00:01:58.260 It doesn't really, Anderson.

00:02:02.680 I mean, it tells you that the Defense Department has been lying to everybody since September, but it doesn't change their calculus because, as I, you know, if you were, if these were pilots,

00:02:11.080 if this was war and this was a pilot who had been shot down, you're sitting in a rubber dinghy in the middle of the ocean and they radio for help, you're supposed to pick them up.

00:02:18.960 You're supposed to help them.

00:02:20.040 Or even if their forces pick them up, you can't just go in and kill those people just because you think that they might conduct future operations against you.

00:02:28.620 It just violates all sorts of international laws of warfare.

00:02:32.880 It's illegal on so many levels.

00:02:35.440 But it does.

00:02:35.900 Okay, Vinny, what do you have to say about this?

00:02:37.960 Okay, well, first and foremost, just to make it clear, these aren't fishermen coming here to get tuna and all that nonsense.

00:02:46.220 Okay, these are people coming here.

00:02:48.040 Patrick, fentanyl and some guy yesterday on CNN was like, it's cocaine.

00:02:53.820 It's cocaine.

00:02:54.820 It's fentanyl.

00:02:55.820 It's drugs that are killing hundreds of thousands of Americans.

00:02:59.840 Put that in your minds out there and this is what they're fighting for.

00:03:04.200 This is it.

00:03:04.920 And those two guys are hanging on the water.

00:03:07.080 They're calling for help or their boys are going to come get them.

00:03:09.800 Who do you think is going to come get them?

00:03:11.360 Other drug dealers that are going to grab the drugs.

00:03:13.860 So what's the issue, though?

00:03:14.840 What's the controversy here?

00:03:16.020 They're trying to say, Pat, that Pete Hegseth is ordering a second strike.

00:03:19.020 As you know, as a soldier, as a veteran, and I've watched these videos, Pat, because that's all I would do when I was in the military.

00:03:24.920 When you strike and you see those like AC-110 warthogs, ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba, and you hit them and they're wounded and they're staying there, you hear, hit them again. 0.64

00:03:32.520 You got it. 0.99

00:03:33.480 Get rid of the freaking threat. 0.99

00:03:34.680 Because if you keep them alive, they get another boat and they keep bringing the drugs to the country. 0.99

00:03:38.860 I approve to this 1,000%.

00:03:42.800 He has a mandate, Pat.

00:03:44.200 This is the Department of War.

00:03:46.540 Okay?

00:03:47.080 Enough is enough.

00:03:47.980 We can't let anybody here.

00:03:49.280 And if you think about it, every mandate that Trump has, every mandate.

00:03:52.140 The border.

00:03:53.000 They want to open the border as best they can.

00:03:55.040 Deporting people.

00:03:55.760 They have a problem with that.

00:03:56.820 The terrorists that we're going to get to.

00:03:58.180 $83 billion a month.

00:04:00.460 They want to stop that. 0.95

00:04:01.680 He's killing people that are coming here that are going to eventually, with their poison, kill Americans. 1.00

00:04:08.040 And this is just something, Pat. 0.99

00:04:09.340 The media and the left, this is the tactic.

00:04:12.380 They have to do something.

00:04:13.600 And it's not going to work because it's not illegal.

00:04:15.980 It's not illegal.

00:04:17.300 Ask the hundreds of thousands of mothers and fathers who have had to bury their kids.

00:04:22.160 Two of my friends, Rico and Fu, from California.

00:04:25.300 Yeah, they're at a party and they did a little bit of drugs and they both died.

00:04:28.720 Two of my friends because this cocaine had fentanyl in it.

00:04:31.760 They didn't overdose.

00:04:32.820 They were poison. 0.94

00:04:34.000 So enough of this nonsense. 0.99

00:04:35.580 Enough.

00:04:35.860 This is just another talking point that she had to come out and admit.

00:04:39.220 And now anything, Pat.

00:04:40.160 Every day it's something different.

00:04:41.500 Where they were floating.

00:04:42.500 Where they weren't waving. 0.99

00:04:43.460 I don't give a shit. 1.00

00:04:44.240 If you're coming here to kill Americans, you're going to die. 1.00

00:04:47.420 Those Venezuelans, get an email. 1.00

00:04:49.380 Look at the internet.

00:04:50.660 Get X. 1.00

00:04:51.400 And know that we will bomb your ass if you come here. 1.00

00:04:53.760 Period. 1.00

00:04:54.260 Play this clip first.

00:04:55.080 Go ahead, Rob.

00:04:55.500 So this is what?

00:04:56.080 This is X that's saying that he did watch a 9-2 boat strike.

00:04:59.300 But says he didn't stay around for the entirely.

00:05:02.060 And then says it was Admiral Bradley that made the call, right?

00:05:06.560 To sink the boats.

00:05:07.380 Yep.

00:05:07.740 Okay, go ahead.

00:05:08.480 Good.

00:05:08.720 Watch that first strike line. 0.51

00:05:10.620 As you can imagine, at the Department of the War, we've got a lot of things to do.

00:05:13.400 So I didn't stick around for the hour and two hours, whatever.

00:05:16.460 Where all the sensitive site exploitation digitally occurs.

00:05:20.320 So I moved on to my next meeting.

00:05:21.980 A couple of hours later, I learned that that commander had made the, which he had the complete authority to do.

00:05:27.180 Bingo.

00:05:27.420 And by the way, Admiral Bradley made the correct decision to ultimately sink the boat and eliminate the threat.

00:05:33.520 He sunk the boat, sunk the boat, and eliminated the threat.

00:05:38.420 And it was the right call.

00:05:40.300 We have his back.

00:05:41.260 And the American people are safer.

00:05:43.860 Because narco-terrorists know you can't bring drugs through the water and eventually on land if necessary to the American people.

00:05:52.100 We will eliminate that threat.

00:05:53.940 And we're proud to do it.

00:05:54.900 Pat, plain and simple.

00:05:57.340 Plain and simple.

00:05:58.680 I got up.

00:05:59.480 I have other stuff to do. 1.00

00:06:00.460 My admiral, chain of command, said, blow the, kill them. 1.00

00:06:04.600 That's it. 1.00

00:06:05.720 The message should be out there.

00:06:07.500 Okay, and this whole Venezuela case.

00:06:09.080 Didn't Maria Machado, didn't she technically win the election, Patrick?

00:06:12.480 That guy's not even supposed to be in there.

00:06:14.100 And he's running for his life, like you said in the beginning.

00:06:16.060 Sleeping in different beds.

00:06:17.240 Enough is enough. 1.00

00:06:18.440 Any American that is going to be threatened by your drugs, we're going to kill you. 1.00

00:06:23.600 What the hell does Anderson Cooper know about war? 1.00

00:06:26.460 What briefing rooms does Anderson Cooper or anybody at ABC, I have a source that's a Trump-hating congresswoman, go in front of the camera and talk shit about the president. 1.00

00:06:35.240 Enough already. 0.99

00:06:36.240 Enough.

00:06:36.640 He has a mandate.

00:06:37.420 That's what I voted for, Pat.

00:06:38.460 What is this?

00:06:39.980 Do you have the clip about Maduro sleeping in different beds and changing phones just to make sure because he's worried for his life?

00:06:46.980 I do.

00:06:47.300 I think it's—

00:06:49.300 Is this a clip or—

00:06:51.260 But I believe it's in—

00:06:54.260 Humberto, what are they saying?

00:06:55.780 Me informó de otras cosas parecidas a esta, pero más.

00:06:58.420 It's in Spanish?

00:06:59.180 Yes.

00:06:59.620 Okay.

00:07:00.240 See if you can have that in translated.

00:07:01.920 Tom, tell us your thoughts about the story here.

00:07:04.300 So Maduro, if he's truly sleeping in different beds, it means he is convinced.

00:07:09.800 I found three stories together to be very, very funny.

00:07:12.280 Maduro said, I had a peaceful and productive—I think those were the translated Spanish words.

00:07:16.800 A peaceful and productive phone call with President Trump.

00:07:20.760 And then we hear, he's sleeping in different beds and he's using different phones.

00:07:25.160 Okay.

00:07:25.460 That sounds like a guy who's a little worried about sophisticated triangulation through electronic devices and is now sleeping in different places.

00:07:35.540 Because if you take a look at the Israeli actions in Beirut, they knew what room and what apartments that guys were in, and they hit that room in that apartment. 0.57

00:07:47.480 You don't think Maduro knows that kind of technology is available to the entire West, especially the U.S.?

00:07:51.940 Of course.

00:07:52.320 Of course he does.

00:07:53.320 So Pat, this is a nervous guy who is saying the right things to the camera about a phone call with Trump, but is scared to death.

00:07:59.800 But he's putting up a brave, you know, big dictator face in public.

00:08:03.900 But behind closed doors, he is worried that his day could come tonight or tomorrow night.

00:08:09.180 So he's moving around trying to avoid getting hit.

00:08:13.180 By the way, the last, you know, bit of the movie on Pablo—excuse me, the documentary on Pablo Escobar.

00:08:20.800 Pablo Escobar was doing the same thing.

00:08:22.600 He was moving around.

00:08:23.660 He was active.

00:08:24.400 And finally he got found one morning.

00:08:26.780 They identified him, and he tried to escape one safe house to another, and they shot him on the roof of the house.

00:08:33.220 So you don't think—Maduro's thinking that.

00:08:35.100 That's what Maduro's thinking about.

00:08:36.900 Adam.

00:08:37.940 I just want to know if there was a different alternative to what's going on.

00:08:40.660 So obviously we're fully supportive of drugs not pouring into our country, criminals just running around.

00:08:46.160 I'm just simply wondering, are there better approaches to just blowing up drug boats?

00:08:50.680 Why aren't, you know, maritime Navy police officers rolling up and hijacking this?

00:08:56.180 Like, is there a better alternative?

00:08:57.960 I'm not questioning the motive.

00:08:59.660 I fully support not having these people in our country or provide drugs.

00:09:04.160 I'm just simply asking a question.

00:09:06.060 Is there a better approach just to just blowing them up out of the water?

00:09:08.720 Where they are, Adam, to send stuff out there.

00:09:11.380 And it's a huge military operation.

00:09:13.260 Here's the thing.

00:09:14.020 Here's the deterrent.

00:09:14.760 They warned you.

00:09:15.820 Number one military in the world, bro.

00:09:16.920 Adam, are we ready for this?

00:09:17.720 Yeah.

00:09:18.240 They've been warned.

00:09:20.140 Don't bring your drugs to our shores. 0.96

00:09:23.600 Period.

00:09:24.220 International water.

00:09:24.920 And they're speeding.

00:09:26.240 What fisherman's driving 100 miles an hour?

00:09:29.080 Like, what are we lying?

00:09:31.920 Adam, they're not playing games.

00:09:33.540 They're not going to stop, pull them over, bring them here.

00:09:35.940 Enough of it.

00:09:36.580 Because they're sending them all the time.

00:09:38.040 Every day there's another boat.

00:09:39.380 Every single day.

00:09:40.060 Because, Adam, that's their money.

00:09:41.320 That's their bread. 0.97

00:09:42.200 It's Maduro.

00:09:43.180 You know what I mean? 0.99

00:09:43.580 All the freaking, all the nastiness that this guy's done in his freaking life. 0.99

00:09:46.700 All the cartels. 0.98

00:09:47.260 So they're blowing them up out of the water and they continue to send them? 0.76

00:09:49.480 They keep sending them every day.

00:09:50.700 There's people not here.

00:09:51.700 Hey, buddy, what happened to Hector and Juan and Carlos, the other guy?

00:09:54.780 Are you ready for this?

00:09:55.500 What about the other guys?

00:09:56.040 Look at this video, Rob.

00:09:56.880 Look at this video.

00:09:57.600 They don't even have HD.

00:09:58.960 They still don't have HD, bro.

00:10:00.800 You think they're sitting there?

00:10:02.020 Are they not following the internet?

00:10:03.940 Like, all the Venezuelans, if you know people, tell them to stop. 1.00

00:10:07.580 Okay. 0.98

00:10:07.900 And you're going to get blown up.

00:10:09.100 Period. 0.73

00:10:09.640 Adam.

00:10:10.000 End of story.

00:10:11.360 There is no.

00:10:11.840 So are you saying that the guys who take the next mission and the third mission and the

00:10:16.000 They're not listening.

00:10:16.780 They're not on X.

00:10:17.580 No, no.

00:10:18.000 They made it.

00:10:18.540 It's okay.

00:10:19.040 Let's go.

00:10:19.460 Vámonos.

00:10:19.780 Easy, easy.

00:10:20.680 Tenemos los drogas.

00:10:21.700 Okay.

00:10:21.860 And then they just boom?

00:10:22.740 No.

00:10:23.100 They have no idea?

00:10:24.100 No, I think that they know.

00:10:24.860 They don't send the risks involved?

00:10:26.100 They know, but they're like, hey, you know what? 1.00

00:10:27.760 The cartels are saying, get your ass and go. 1.00

00:10:30.720 Get your ass and go because you might make it. 1.00

00:10:32.040 So they're mules and they're saying, listen, you're going to die one way or another. 1.00

00:10:34.600 Either they're going to stay in the country. 1.00

00:10:35.800 We're going to kill you if you don't do this. 0.99

00:10:36.880 Yeah. 1.00

00:10:37.260 Or afuera and you're going to go figure it out.

00:10:39.300 Yeah.

00:10:40.340 How about this?

00:10:41.180 Don't even man them.

00:10:41.900 Have a remote control boat.

00:10:43.080 Well, I don't know.

00:10:43.780 Well, don't give them ideas, buddy. 1.00

00:10:45.060 Do something different, you moron. 1.00
