Valuetainment - ＂Christians Are Under Attack＂ - Michigan LDS Church Shooting Sparks OUTRAGE After 4 Dead, 8 Wounded

00:00:00.000 Michigan, one person dead, nine injured in a shooting and fire at Michigan Church.

00:00:08.620 Police say, Rob, if you want to pull up the story, there's multiple stories I have of this one here.

00:00:13.340 I'm going to go to the CNN one first, and I'm going to go to the other one.

00:00:17.720 Imagine, all you want to do is go to church, and all of a sudden, you're there, and at least four people were killed.

00:00:22.940 This is the latest update I'm reading.

00:00:24.620 And eight others were wounded in a shooting at Church of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan, police said.

00:00:32.040 Authorities say gunmen rammed a vehicle through the front of the church during a large service, began shooting, and intentionally set a fire that grew into a large blaze.

00:00:42.000 Officers exchanged fire with gunmen and killed them, according to police.

00:00:46.160 Investigators have identified the man as Thomas Jacob Sanford, a 40-year-old from the nearby city of Burton.

00:00:54.360 The FBI is now leading the investigation into a deadly shooting and suspected arson at a Michigan church.

00:01:02.220 Bureau is investigating the incident as an act of targeted violence, according to Reuben Coleman.

00:01:07.380 Rob, if you want to play the clip.

00:01:09.700 This is from inside the church as the shooting took place yesterday.

00:01:16.160 We're not going to see anybody getting shot.

00:01:20.260 No.

00:01:20.540 Are you sure, Rob?

00:01:21.180 This is what was going on in the church?

00:01:22.360 This is the older one.

00:01:23.160 This is the older one.

00:01:23.760 I think this is an older video, Rob.

00:01:24.980 I think that's last week, which is still bad.

00:01:27.360 Yeah.

00:01:27.520 I mean, you know what I mean?

00:01:28.240 I don't think that's the same video.

00:01:28.900 Then here's the, this is the police chief yesterday talking about the shooting, and then I also have him talking about the shooter, which would you prefer?

00:01:34.120 Go for it.

00:01:34.980 Go shooting first. 0.88

00:01:35.920 Okay.

00:01:36.060 That call came out here today at 1025 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is located at 4285 McCandlish Road.

00:01:51.700 During this incident, what we know right now is that a 40-year-old suspect from Burton, he's a male, he drove his vehicle through the front doors of the church.

00:02:03.620 He then exited his vehicle, firing several rounds at individuals within the church.

00:02:10.700 Ten gunshot victims have been transported to local hospitals at this time, including one who has been deceased.

00:02:23.000 Officers who were trained immediately responded to the area.

00:02:27.500 One was a DNR officer, and then one was a Grand Blank Township officer, where they met the suspect, and they engaged in gunfire with that particular individual, neutralizing that suspect.

00:02:40.700 And that suspect is no longer with us.

00:02:43.420 As I said, it is a 40-year-old male from Burton.

00:02:47.840 During all this incident as well, there was a fire that occurred, and we believe that that was deliberately set by the suspect.

00:02:57.640 We do believe that we will find additional victims once we have that scene secure.

00:03:06.800 Okay, so a few things I'm seeing here about the guy.

00:03:09.500 40 years old, former Marine from 04208, served in Iraq in his tenure.

00:03:15.060 He lived there in Burton, Michigan, which is near Grand Blanc.

00:03:19.780 Drove the pickup truck.

00:03:20.960 You're going through the whole thing that he just explained there.

00:03:23.760 Casualties, we already talked about that.

00:03:26.340 Act of targeted violence.

00:03:29.000 The attack occurred one day after the death of LDS Church President Russell M. Nelson.

00:03:33.300 I think he died at 101 years old, if I'm not mistaken.

00:03:36.280 It was the 17th president, I think.

00:03:38.780 It could be the 14th or the 17th president, Rob, if you can verify that on which of the two he was.

00:03:43.840 So, Vinny, what are your thoughts on this story?

00:03:46.240 Well, I mean, if you're out there and you're listening to this and you're paying attention even a little bit,

00:03:52.480 it's obvious what's happening, okay?

00:03:55.640 Christians are under attack, and we are the most persecuted religion on the planet.

00:04:01.540 This weekend, Tom, I was listening to the audio Bible, and I'm not even joking.

00:04:06.180 Right when this was happening, Matthew, the verse of Matthew came up while he was saying,

00:04:10.240 blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, and theirs will be the kingdom of heaven.

00:04:14.060 Okay?

00:04:15.060 We have so many stories.

00:04:18.020 I'm not even going to get into the second part of it, but, you know, in the last few weeks,

00:04:22.240 there was a coach.

00:04:23.040 This was kind of simple.

00:04:23.820 He was praying with some of the players.

00:04:26.440 He was shot at.

00:04:27.520 He was actually shot.

00:04:28.740 Minneapolis trans shooter opens fire inside of a church while children are praying, okay?

00:04:33.360 And now we have this.

00:04:34.140 The guy apparently had IEDs driving into a church and started shooting.

00:04:38.160 And I've said this before, and I apologize to everybody that thinks that I'm just repeating the same talking points

00:04:43.660 because it's not flesh and blood.

00:04:45.940 Everybody thinks we're fighting Antifa or China or Muslims.

00:04:49.900 It's not that.

00:04:51.060 We are literally fighting the devil, okay?

00:04:53.880 And our enemy is Satan, okay?

00:04:55.600 And we're seeing it manifest here.

00:04:57.380 His power is being manifested here on earth, Tom, and it's undeniable at this point.

00:05:02.100 Can you imagine?

00:05:02.960 Guys, could you imagine if every week, Adam, and this is for you guys too,

00:05:06.300 a synagogue was getting bombed, and look at that footage.

00:05:10.820 Look at that.

00:05:11.260 Pat, every week, that was happening to synagogues or, you know, mosques or temples, a Hindu temple. 0.98

00:05:18.520 What the hell? 0.63

00:05:19.040 They'd be an outrage. 0.99

00:05:20.160 But for some reason, when it comes to us, when it comes to Christians, nobody cares. 0.99

00:05:25.800 This is going to be talked about for one more day, and then it's over.

00:05:28.320 And it's pissing me off because we need to step the hell up.

00:05:31.300 Everybody steps up for everybody else, Pat, but nobody steps up for us.

00:05:34.100 Well, we're incredibly, amen, Vinny.

00:05:37.200 Amen to that. 0.94

00:05:38.060 It's ridiculous. 0.54

00:05:38.320 The Lord gave us Jesus Christ to save us from a broken world and did not promise that this 0.78

00:05:45.720 world would be our utopia.

00:05:47.540 But living in the foundation of Christ, you go to make a strong and positive impact on

00:05:54.160 everyone, and you pray for your enemies.

00:05:56.900 And we are a very angry nation right now, and there are things that are manifesting.

00:06:01.400 And people say, well, it's not just Christians.

00:06:04.200 No, it's not just Christians.

00:06:05.780 But the amount of persecution globally is worse among Christians.

00:06:11.740 The UN knows it.

00:06:12.760 The UN even publishes it.

00:06:14.120 Cato Institute publishes it.

00:06:15.940 Sometimes it's inconvenient to talk about that if you have a narrative that you want to

00:06:19.500 push one way or the other.

00:06:21.140 But it's true.

00:06:22.460 And you have this Church of Latter-day Saints, these people with their kids going to worship,

00:06:27.960 mind their own business, and a guy with a truck comes through.

00:06:30.540 And people say, well, it's all about gun control.

00:06:33.280 He had these large apparent jerry cans with gasoline that set it on fire.

00:06:37.580 So what prevents him from driving through and setting it on fire?

00:06:40.800 Does everybody escape alive?

00:06:42.460 Well, maybe.

00:06:43.760 But you've still got—it's not about the weapon.

00:06:46.720 It's about the people.

00:06:47.980 It's about the people that are there.

00:06:50.400 And Christians are the number one persecuted.

00:06:53.220 But there's a lot of angry things.

00:06:54.820 And I want to know—I want to know this guy's background.

00:06:57.020 I want to know how we could have noticed it, how we could have stopped it, how we could

00:07:00.560 have stepped in.

00:07:01.940 I want to know that.

00:07:03.440 Yeah, look at the time.

00:07:04.260 He's there.

00:07:04.620 Look at his wife. 0.69

00:07:05.560 He has a Trump—

00:07:06.080 Okay, is that a Trump shirt?

00:07:08.060 Zoom in.

00:07:08.800 Yeah, it looks like a Trump 2020 shirt.

00:07:10.840 Okay, so he was a supporter of Trump 2020 pens outside of—so he had a sign of

00:07:17.420 Trump and Pence outside of his house in his Sanford home.

00:07:20.600 A 2019 social media photo post shows that Sanford wore in a Trump t-shirt, slogan,

00:07:24.520 Make Liberals Cry Again.

00:07:26.440 Unbelievable.

00:07:26.860 No verified records of Huntington Party registration of Republicans.

00:07:29.500 So that's not been reported yet.

00:07:30.960 Investigators have explicitly said that speculation about his motives or political leanings is

00:07:35.720 just that speculation and that they won't draw conclusions.

00:07:40.660 But there's nothing that's—let me—is this him still, Rob, or is this someone else?

00:07:44.200 This is what the internet's saying is him.

00:07:46.880 Okay, can we read some of these things?

00:07:49.380 Politically active Democratic Socialist, progressive, and proud union member.

00:07:54.720 So is that a post of his?

00:07:56.540 Well, that's his description on his ex.

00:07:59.480 Thomas J. Sanford.

00:08:00.000 Joint July 2020.

00:08:02.820 Is that the real name of the guy, though?

00:08:04.920 Is it Thomas J. Sanford?

00:08:06.340 Yeah, are we sure this is the right, you know, account?

00:08:12.320 Because Thomas Jacob Sanford is his name.

00:08:14.740 Okay, go back to the other one.

00:08:15.920 I don't see the picture on his face, so I don't know if that's going to be him.

00:08:18.420 So keep going to the next one.

00:08:19.640 And he was talking about Trump.

00:08:48.020 Okay, so then what is that other picture that people are posting?

00:08:53.200 Okay, what is that one?

00:08:54.640 The one right there with the Trump shirt on.

00:08:57.020 Is that the same guy?

00:09:00.140 Zoom in a little bit more on the shirt, Rob, see if you can.

00:09:02.520 Is that Trump that posted the picture on him?

00:09:04.700 Liberals cry again.

00:09:06.320 See, that doesn't add up.

00:09:07.660 So wait, in 2020, he joined and he's saying he's a progressive—

00:09:11.060 Democratic.

00:09:11.860 Yeah, none of that makes sense.

00:09:13.220 Maybe that's not a shirt honoring Trump.

00:09:14.720 Hang on, go back to the—there's something in here.

00:09:17.380 Look at his—if this is the right account, there is a pinned tweet, Pat.

00:09:21.800 Take a look at this pinned tweet, Rob, because you go to that—

00:09:24.380 You just added a minute ago.

00:09:25.420 Yeah, if this is correct, on 2021, a single $1,400 payment when the unemployment system owes me over $10,000 to show no remorse for cheating me.

00:09:34.340 I'm underwhelmed.

00:09:35.200 So he appears to be upset if this is the correct account.

00:09:39.240 We all got to be very careful with this.

00:09:41.420 If the news media is publishing this as the correct account from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, okay.

00:09:47.000 But it appears that there's some anger.

00:09:49.340 He's wearing a Trump shirt, says 2020, and there sure appears to be some, like, anger at the system.

00:09:54.520 You see that, Pat?

00:09:55.600 Like, I've been cheated or something's going on.

00:09:58.960 Democrat, socialist, progressive, union member.

00:10:03.040 So there are—

00:10:04.160 He seems to have donated to Blue numerous times.

00:10:08.580 So he donated to Blue Political Action Pack, $192, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

00:10:15.780 Rob, what was the actual handle?

00:10:17.260 Thomas what?

00:10:17.660 About 12 times he donated to the Democratic Party, if that's the same person we're talking about.

00:10:22.660 I think it was, like, Thomas J., like, the account that you had up there, Rob.

00:10:26.940 Thomas J. Sanford 1.

00:10:28.340 Thomas J. Sanford 1.

00:10:29.640 Thomas J. Sanford 1.

00:10:34.500 If that account is still up.

00:10:35.500 Let's see if they have it.

00:10:36.360 And we say allegedly, but this is what the police has indicated.

00:10:39.460 Well, it's not him without a beard.

00:10:40.780 Like, it might be him without a beard, maybe.

00:10:43.860 No, it doesn't look nothing like the guy.

00:10:45.860 Yeah, see?

00:10:46.400 There we go.

00:10:46.820 It doesn't look nothing like the guy.

00:10:47.640 This guy works for a PTI professional, yeah, and he has a Ukraine flag.

00:10:51.240 No, it doesn't look nothing like the guy.

00:10:53.080 So here's the part.

00:10:54.340 We don't yet know where he's at, okay?

00:10:58.480 Sanford, Rob.

00:10:59.040 You put a D in there.

00:10:59.900 There wasn't a D.

00:11:00.700 It's a Sanford.

00:11:01.100 You put Sanford.

00:11:02.000 Yeah.

00:11:02.340 In fact, just to clarify, yeah, you're right.

00:11:04.000 This guy's from Wisconsin.

00:11:05.200 That's not the same guy.

00:11:05.840 It's not the same guy.

00:11:06.360 No, it's not.

00:11:07.380 So, again, more details will come about this.

00:11:11.040 There's another story talking about that, you know, it could be a former member of the church

00:11:16.980 that had a bad experience that was going after that.

00:11:19.420 I don't know if the guy was LDS or not, but there's a lot of different stories that come

00:11:23.460 up with this.

00:11:24.000 Adam, your thoughts on this?

00:11:24.960 Yeah, well, I can't believe I need to say this, but political violence or religious violence

00:11:29.100 has no place in America.

00:11:31.460 We just saw what happened with Charlie Kirk.

00:11:32.940 We've seen multiple situations where places of worship, whether it's this LDS church in

00:11:42.020 Michigan, whether there's the Catholic church in Minnesota, there's the synagogue in Pittsburgh,

00:11:46.480 whether there's a Sikh temple, this seems to be a common theme here.

00:11:50.720 It is incumbent on our cities, on our police forces to protect the most vulnerable.

00:11:58.900 The places of worship and schools and social gatherings should be just that.

00:12:04.520 They should not be crime scenes.

00:12:06.400 And it's becoming all too common that it's a crime scene at a church, crime scene at a

00:12:11.160 school, crime scene at a public gathering.

00:12:14.380 And at what point is, say, enough's enough?

00:12:16.620 So churches, you know, Rob, I sent you some data.

00:12:20.160 You know, people, America has becoming more secular and secular and secular over the last

00:12:26.400 few decades.

00:12:27.160 And there seems to be at least a pause in people becoming less religious, less Christian

00:12:35.120 even.

00:12:35.480 Here's a here's a of you have this stat right here.

00:12:38.140 But since the shooting of Charlie Kirk, more people have gone back to church.

00:12:42.600 I think we need more of that in America today.

00:12:44.900 The biggest challenge that churches have, whether it's churches, whether it's synagogues, whether

00:12:48.460 it's mosques.

00:12:49.080 You know, we can keep that separate is at one point you want to get people to come in.

00:12:54.940 But how do you keep the bad people out at this particular church?

00:12:58.200 Latter-day Saints.

00:12:59.840 I guess LDS is known for saying visitors welcome.

00:13:04.180 They want people to come in and experience church.

00:13:06.360 That's every church, though.

00:13:07.340 That's my point.

00:13:08.420 But they want people to come in and experience this.

00:13:10.880 But how do you keep people like this out?

00:13:13.980 That's the that's the OK, that's the that's such a heavy question that you have.

00:13:19.940 It's not you're not going to be able to do it because what do churches say?

00:13:24.280 Anybody's welcome.

00:13:25.300 The most broken people are welcome because they come in, they get on their knees and they

00:13:29.800 give their life to Christ and you can be forgiven.

00:13:31.700 That's that.

00:13:32.500 That's the part that some other religions and denominations have a hard time with Christianity

00:13:36.580 where they say we've had this conversation before.

00:13:38.880 You mean to tell me I can go do X, Y, Z and I can come and accept Jesus Christ, my Lord

00:13:42.680 and Savior.

00:13:43.240 And if you truly believe it and if it's coming from your heart, that's what makes this, you

00:13:48.120 know, as unique of a, you know, faith that it is, you know, when it becomes you, you want

00:13:53.820 those folks to come.

00:13:54.900 But to me, this this is I want to know more.

00:13:58.880 I can't stand hearing stories like this because the last place people need to be worried when

00:14:03.860 they go to is the church.

00:14:05.320 That's where you need to go and sit down, pray, go through whatever phases you're going

00:14:12.540 through.

00:14:12.780 I mean, listen, the weekend when the Charlie Kirk assassination happened, that was like

00:14:17.040 the last weekend, folks.

00:14:18.040 If you ran a church, that was not the weekend to be asking for money and to come out and

00:14:22.080 say, hey, we have a twenty eight million dollar building project.

00:14:24.800 Some people did that, believe it or not.

00:14:26.260 That's like the wrong weekend to do it.

00:14:27.840 But, you know, it's it's it's tragic.

00:14:30.960 It's devastating.

00:14:31.720 It's annoying.

00:14:32.140 By the way, I don't care who he supported.

00:14:34.080 He needs to be held accountable.

00:14:35.840 Somebody posted something on Twitter.

00:14:37.060 I bet they'll never bring this up.

00:14:38.720 You're talking to the wrong group.

00:14:39.940 We're like, we're not those guys that are not going to bring it up and not cover it.

00:14:43.620 Whether he was or he wasn't.

00:14:46.400 For a man to do something like this, you have issues, but I want to know more.

00:14:51.120 I want to know every single thing about this guy's records, what church he went to, what

00:14:56.000 happened with his family, what happened the week before, what happened two weeks before.

00:14:59.140 And God willing, they'll find it.

00:15:01.020 But a terrible, terrible story.

00:15:04.000 Let me just weigh in.

00:15:04.940 So I think churches need to and schools, for that matter, need to do a better job of playing

00:15:10.160 defense.

00:15:11.280 You know, my point was you want people to come in.

00:15:13.520 But at what point, at what price this past week, it was the Jewish New Year, which is

00:15:17.820 called Rosh Hashanah.

00:15:19.180 And if you were going to go to temple, oh, there's no way that a shooter is getting in

00:15:24.880 there because a temple at this point has become a full on SWAT driven security establishment

00:15:31.380 because the attacks on Jews that are happening.

00:15:34.120 So my Christian friends need to take notice.

00:15:36.400 You know, we talk about tolerance and don't don't take my kindness as weakness.

00:15:39.700 They're coming after you, whether that's a certain type of people, whether that are

00:15:44.800 atheists, whether that are anarchists and Jewish people, for that matter, have learned

00:15:49.220 the hard way.

00:15:50.520 And my hope and prayer is that churches realizes, wow, guys, like, have you not noticed what's

00:15:56.640 going on at churches now?

00:15:57.820 The shootings, this this thing that happened in Michigan and, you know, protect yourself.

00:16:02.180 In America, we have this sort of like toggling.

00:16:05.480 You're right about that.

00:16:06.460 You're right about that.

00:16:07.180 I mean, this last vault conference, we spent the we spent three times as much last vault

00:16:12.660 for security.

00:16:13.800 I don't know how many metal detectors we had.

00:16:15.620 I mean, I was late because I was running through metal detectors.

00:16:18.380 It was taken a long time to get people to come in purely because of trying to get everybody

00:16:22.640 to make sure that place was safe.

00:16:24.120 So nobody had to be worried about.

00:16:25.580 So, yeah, but bigger budget of that hazard.

00:16:27.460 You didn't have to worry about this 10 years ago, five years ago.

00:16:30.040 No, no.

00:16:30.320 This was like the last thing on our minds.

00:16:31.660 But this is you have to do it today.

00:16:33.180 And Pat, I have to be armed.

00:16:34.180 I'm like, you think I want to be armed at my church?

00:16:37.420 I have to because, you know what?

00:16:39.340 I'm taking it.

00:16:40.000 I'm taking the responsibility.

00:16:41.280 If God forbid something happens, guess what?

00:16:43.040 I'm running towards the fire.

00:16:44.280 I was at a I was at a soccer tournament this weekend and I was I was I was armed the entire

00:16:50.340 time.

00:16:51.120 You have to be.

00:16:52.000 You have to be ready.

00:16:53.020 And thank God the way they set up the storm.

00:16:55.560 There was cops everywhere.

00:16:56.840 Good.

00:16:57.120 I love the way they did it.

00:16:58.080 There was cops everywhere.

00:16:59.320 But you have to be.

00:16:59.960 You know, which is what they announced last week.

00:17:01.800 Florida.

00:17:02.500 Yeah.

00:17:02.620 Open carry.

00:17:04.140 Yeah.

00:17:04.460 I'm showing you.

00:17:05.460 You saw that image of that dude on the back of the bike in Florida.

00:17:07.960 Yeah, it's open carry.

00:17:08.480 Go ahead, Tom.

00:17:09.220 I was there.

00:17:09.760 No, I said I said open.

00:17:11.440 Open carry.

00:17:12.440 Open carry.

00:17:13.060 So anyways.

00:17:13.760 Do you remember, Pat, we had a conversation a couple of years ago with Zubi and it was a 1.00

00:17:19.400 conversation of what's a better city, Riyadh and Saudi Arabia or New York City?

00:17:23.640 Yeah.

00:17:23.900 And I'm like, New York City, obviously, dude.

00:17:25.620 And he's like, not so fast, buddy.

00:17:27.320 Have you ever been to Saudi?

00:17:28.160 And which prompted a conversation between the difference between America and certain other

00:17:31.700 places in the world between freedom and safety.

00:17:35.420 In America, we value our freedom, right?

00:17:38.480 Another great Patrick, Patrick Henry said, give me liberty or give me death.

00:17:43.060 That's what we value.

00:17:44.640 But what's the price of freedom?

00:17:46.000 You have stuff like this where you have other cities where there's zero religious or I'm

00:17:50.640 sorry, freedoms in a lot of the Middle Eastern countries, UAE or Saudi, there's no freedoms,

00:17:56.120 but they're safe.

00:17:57.280 You hear stories like you could leave your wallet out there.

00:17:59.560 Nobody's going to steal it.

00:18:00.740 So there's this sort of like balance.

00:18:02.340 It's like a seesaw between freedom and safety.

00:18:04.900 I'd much rather have the freedom that we have in America, but we need protection as well.

00:18:09.160 But everything is based on what you had to escape.

00:18:12.780 So what we had to escape caused the way the founding fathers created America was to allow

00:18:21.760 you to have guns to say, you shouldn't be afraid of us.

00:18:25.060 We want you to also be able to protect yourself, that if the government ever wanted to become

00:18:28.740 tyrannical and come after you, you're fully protected.

00:18:31.840 It's not not everybody has the same story of reasoning of how they start their countries.

00:18:36.000 But America was that. 0.56

00:18:37.260 And quite frankly, I don't mind it.

00:18:38.440 I see, you know, support how this place was built.

00:18:42.120 That's why we're here.

00:18:42.820 This has been a record-breaking month in the history of the company with Manect.

00:18:45.940 Massive.

00:18:46.620 I've never gotten this many Manects. 1.00

00:18:48.440 Rob is talking about the amount of Manects it's getting, but there's one massive announcement

00:18:51.300 that we've been working on.

00:18:52.500 The first strategic partner that became the biggest shareholder outside of us in Manect.

00:18:59.400 And it's a great story.

00:19:02.520 I don't want you to watch the whole five-minute clip.

00:19:04.520 We'll post it on social afterwards.

00:19:05.880 I just want you to watch the first minute on how exciting this is.

00:19:09.040 There's so many big things happening behind closed doors with Manect.

00:19:13.120 We're hiring machine learning engineers left and right.

00:19:16.000 And we're hiring right now.

00:19:17.720 If you're looking at the saying, I want to be part of Manect, I want to be part of VT.

00:19:20.380 We're aggressively hiring.

00:19:21.660 But this is our latest strategic partner with Manect that just happened last Friday.

00:19:26.920 We shot the video.

00:19:27.700 The announcement internally was finalized two weeks ago.

00:19:30.860 Go ahead, Rob.

00:19:31.320 I have a big announcement to make to you today.

00:19:34.060 Let me tell you what it is.

00:19:34.800 For Manect. 0.69

00:19:35.260 Manect today, September, the biggest month the company's ever had in the history.

00:19:39.120 But the announcement is very simple.

00:19:40.620 We've been working for it for one year.

00:19:42.460 I have a very special guy sitting next to me today who is officially the biggest strategic

00:19:47.020 partner and investor in Manect.

00:19:49.860 And that's none other than Tony Robbins.

00:19:51.920 How you doing, brother?

00:19:52.860 Excited about this partnership.

00:19:54.160 Thanks for coming by.

00:19:55.040 Yes, of course.

00:19:55.500 Well, I'm excited, too.

00:19:56.580 I mean, if you're watching, I think one of the most important principles of success in

00:20:00.840 business that's certainly shaped my life is proximity is power.

00:20:04.100 The first multi-billionaire I met, he's saying, tell me your goals.

00:20:06.880 Tell me your dreams.

00:20:07.520 And I told him all about them.

00:20:08.480 And he says, Tony, if you want to do that, you've got to know a lot of these certain people.

00:20:12.040 He goes, how much time do you spend with those people?

00:20:13.740 I said, almost never.

00:20:14.760 He goes, brother, what made me a billionaire is proximity is power.

00:20:18.300 If you get in the environment with people that are the best in the world, you're one or two

00:20:22.680 people away from the deal that you want to make.

00:20:24.320 But if you're trying to do something you don't know anybody, you can forget it.

00:20:26.980 And what I love about this is you're democratizing it.

00:20:29.520 You make it so we get access to people.

00:20:31.340 If you're on LinkedIn, it's really nice.

00:20:32.820 But most people are not going to respond.

00:20:34.260 You know, maybe 10% of the people respond if they're a player.

00:20:36.740 They don't have time and energy.

00:20:38.080 But in my case, I'm doing this and I'm just donating the money that's received.

00:20:41.200 I just want to empower people and help people and go on this journey with you because

00:20:44.380 I know what's coming.

00:20:45.180 I don't think you're announcing everything.

00:20:46.780 No, not yet.

00:20:47.340 They don't know everything that's coming.

00:20:48.780 You can pause it right there.

00:20:50.760 We'll post a video all over social afterwards.

00:20:52.360 Guys, the last week, the amount of downloads with the app right now, it's unbelievable.

00:21:01.080 Messages, calls, all of it.

00:21:03.820 And everybody online is like, oh my God, you know, do these people charge this much?

00:21:07.960 And do those people don't?

00:21:08.840 Is Pat $48,000 an hour?

00:21:10.400 I'm actually not $48,000 an hour.

00:21:12.040 For a keynote, it's $350,000 to $500,000 per hour that people pay gladly that we do.

00:21:18.140 However, on Manect, if you want access, it's that much.

00:21:21.320 FYI, 25 years ago, if you wanted to book President Trump to speak for one hour, you know how much

00:21:26.000 it was 25 years ago?

00:21:27.140 $1 million.

00:21:28.500 And guess what?

00:21:29.540 He was worth it.

00:21:30.920 If you have access to people like this.

00:21:32.860 Now, if you're watching this right now, you're saying, man, I want to be able to talk to,

00:21:36.100 can I get a message back from Ray Luce for $75?

00:21:38.500 Yes.

00:21:39.240 Can I message Terrence Howard, the actor?

00:21:40.860 Yes.

00:21:41.680 Can I message some basketball players and talk to them?

00:21:44.240 Yes.

00:21:44.960 Can I message some business people and find out how to raise money?

00:21:47.580 Yes.

00:21:48.360 Can I talk to some guys like Tony Robbins?

00:21:51.980 Yes.

00:21:52.520 That access is available.

00:21:54.520 You can go out there and try to cold email somebody, less than 1% chance they respond.

00:21:58.860 Instagram X tweet, less than 5% chance.

00:22:01.920 LinkedIn's around 10%.

00:22:03.460 Manect is 94% response rate.

00:22:05.680 If you haven't yet used the app, you can download the app and start Manecting today.

00:22:11.000 And we have so many more big announcements that's coming.

00:22:13.760 And I think LinkedIn missed the opportunity.

00:22:17.080 There's a massive business community that's looking for a place to network with each other.

00:22:22.980 LinkedIn is becoming that for now.

00:22:25.080 I'm excited about it.

00:22:25.900 There's a lot of good things that are going on behind closed doors.

00:22:27.960 But we just wanted to announce to all of you guys, Tony Robbins is officially the strategic

00:22:32.780 partner with Manect.

00:22:33.900 More announcements coming soon.

00:22:35.100 I'm excited about it.
