00:00:00.280 So, these masks, you can buy this, 2,000 of these masks on Amazon for $149, ends up being
00:00:05.700 seven and a half cents a mask, right?
00:00:08.180 I cannot tell you how many businesses I go to where I forgot a mask, and I'm famous for
00:00:13.880 losing masks, I'm forgetting about them, right?
00:00:15.500 I got masks all over the place, and I'm going, my mind's awesome, I'm like, I forgot my mask,
00:00:19.760 sorry you can't come in.
00:00:21.400 If I had to tell you how many businesses turned me away because I did not have a mask, I couldn't
00:00:26.380 even tell you, and by the way, this is not a political message.
00:00:28.680 I ask, do you have one of the blue masks to give me?
00:00:31.740 Sorry, we don't have it.
00:00:33.260 Look, let me get this straight.
00:00:35.140 Seven and a half cents cost you 100, 200, 1,000, $5,000 customer, and referrals of other people
00:00:46.240 for me to send to you just because you didn't get a couple hundred masks to give your front 0.83
00:00:52.040 desk to say, don't worry, give it to them.
00:00:54.780 Yesterday, I went to a spa, and after the spa, I was at O Spa in Manalapan, I believe.
00:01:00.980 After the spa, I went to the Apple store.
00:01:02.780 When I went to the Apple store to buy some ear pods, right, because these are famous for
00:01:06.860 losing these, but I like these more than the ear pod pro, and the girl's like, okay, thank
00:01:11.840 you.
00:01:12.120 Went into the Apple store.
00:01:13.120 I'd like to order this.
00:01:14.300 She took my credit card.
00:01:16.240 She wiped my credit card.
00:01:18.040 The machine she used, she wiped the machine. 0.99
00:01:20.680 She wiped her hands.
00:01:22.480 She put the card in.
00:01:24.480 After she put the card in, she gave me the pen to sign.
00:01:28.860 Each pen they used, they throw it away.
00:01:31.720 Then she wiped the card again and handed it to me with a wipe.
00:01:35.880 I'm like, do you guys do this?
00:01:38.180 Yes, we do.
00:01:39.020 You've been trained on this?
00:01:40.060 Yes.
00:01:41.020 Like, what a special touch.
00:01:42.540 And when I walked in, do you need a mask?
00:01:43.980 We have a mask.
00:01:44.580 Of course, you're not going to lose a $149 customer.
00:01:50.020 What's the profit margins on this, you think, for Apple?
00:01:52.980 90 bucks?
00:01:53.840 100 bucks?
00:01:54.380 What do you think this costs to make at the amount of that?
00:01:56.220 So again, sometimes people have to realize it's not about politics.
00:02:01.120 This is about you running a business.
00:02:03.340 And one of the things we definitely cannot afford to do is having more small businesses
00:02:08.280 go out of business, small business owners, entrepreneurs, go invest in these masks.
00:02:15.940 I'm not talking to you whether you agree with it or not.
00:02:19.900 This is something where somebody comes in, the last thing you want to lose a business
00:02:23.920 for is this, seven and a half cents.
00:02:27.180 Go buy a couple thousand of these.
00:02:28.620 I don't get any kind of advantages or Amazon doesn't send me money for this.
00:02:31.680 Go buy it on your own.
00:02:33.100 Get a couple thousand of them.
00:02:34.140 When customers come in, if they don't have it, get one of those tongs, okay?
00:02:37.880 The tong, you get it.
00:02:39.160 Here you go.
00:02:39.780 Hand it to them.
00:02:40.580 Great.
00:02:41.020 Customer comes in, shows responsibilities.
00:02:42.620 You get more business.
00:02:44.080 As much as this sounds common sense, as much as this sounds common sense, you would be amazed
00:02:49.940 how many people don't use this aspect of common sense with their business today.
00:02:56.800 If I'm the only one going through this, then don't worry about it.
00:03:00.200 If you say, Pat, I've gone through this as well, smash that thumbs up button.
00:03:03.660 If you say, Pat, I haven't experienced any of this, smash the thumbs down button and I'm
00:03:07.500 okay with that.
00:03:08.680 But yeah, so get some of these masks.
00:03:11.180 Don't say no to your customers.
