00:00:08.980 So for men, it's about, hey, I wouldn't mind my package being a little bit bigger, right? 0.99
00:00:13.640 Guys are always into, hey, penis enlargement, whatever. 0.99
00:00:16.240 I've never seen this before. 1.00
00:00:18.560 Biohacker Brian Johnson makes shocking reveal about his girlfriend's vagina being the top 1%. 0.99
00:00:23.420 If your girlfriend's vagina is in the top 1%, do you want to advertise it? 0.99
00:00:27.800 Well, this guy just did, right? 0.99
00:00:28.880 So if you go on the bottom, this is so funny.
00:00:31.140 It's like, you know, the article goes into saying
00:00:33.840 he's never shied away from sharing, you know,
00:00:36.280 famed biohack across the new Rubicon on TMI 0.77
00:00:38.720 while many plebeians may boast about their partner's emotional intelligence 0.82
00:00:43.260 running emotional, you know.
00:00:44.460 Johnson is out there publicly praising his top-tier girlfriends.
00:00:47.700 Kate Otolo's private's million followers.
00:00:49.940 He posted a video, 48 years old. 0.94
00:00:52.160 Just gave Kate sex goodnight. 0.98
00:00:54.660 This guy's a little weird. 0.99
00:00:55.340 Go a little bit lower, Rob.
00:00:56.260 Go a little bit lower.
00:00:56.980 but I want to show the chart that he puts up.
00:00:59.600 Okay, go a little bit lower.
00:01:01.080 It's as if it's a stock, okay?
00:01:03.500 And even go a little bit lower.
00:01:04.840 You'll see the chart he posts right there.
00:01:06.900 This is the one.
00:01:08.080 So he gives her a top score
00:01:10.020 because she's in the top 1%, you know, result, 0.99
00:01:14.340 lowest 5%, below median is where most women are at.
00:01:17.600 What is he talking about?
00:01:18.920 You can see it at the bottom on the X-axis.
00:01:20.940 It's the microbiome.
00:01:22.060 Yeah.
00:01:22.540 So you have a microbiome in your gut 1.00
00:01:25.160 and you and women have a microbiome in their vagina we also have a microbiome on our skin
00:01:30.200 in our mouth all of the orifices of our body have microbiota have organisms and so somehow
00:01:37.160 they're saying oh when you culture this vaginal flora it is they're rating it objectively on this
00:01:44.900 scale so great i think that the the the indication here for people is just that hey look what is Kate
00:01:52.300 doing that's improving the her vaginal microbiome it's not eating garbage food i've met kate and
00:01:58.500 brian and to be fair they basically said we want to do everything for attention we possibly can
00:02:03.980 i get it this is an attention economy that that is they said that they said that well this is
00:02:08.820 getting a lot of this is getting a lot of attention you know i mean and you know brian is very good 0.99
00:02:13.380 at virality hey i just had sex with kate let me show you my my vagals my my vagal my vagus nerve 0.99
00:02:19.500 score let me show you my whoop score after i had sex with kate hey i'm gonna inject he's tracking 0.99
00:02:23.240 his data while he's having sex with kate yeah and what's he looking for what data is he i think he 0.98
00:02:27.800 was looking for heart rate variability afterwards but again it's like okay great like you're getting
00:02:33.160 a lot of attention saying is he like on a bunch of i for visualized it's having the ekg stuff on
00:02:37.720 his body like he's got these you know and then honey let's go out it's like hey i'm ovulating
00:02:42.660 babe let's go we're gonna have a kid what's he i think he just has a whoop band on he's looking
00:02:47.320 at his hrv and his you know his vagal tone not a lot of wires and all no i don't think although
00:02:52.200 i wouldn't be what's going to get caught in different things i wouldn't put it past him
00:02:54.920 but he's definitely about virality oftentimes at the expense of decorum perhaps so yeah this is 0.75
00:03:01.580 great like women should be thinking about the quality or the composition of their vaginal
00:03:06.400 microbiome just like men should be thinking or all of us should be thinking about the composition
00:03:10.800 of our gastrointestinal microbiome and these are in a large part driven by the quality of our
00:03:17.140 diet you know and so great kate's not eating junk food that she has a good microbiome score in her 0.99
00:03:23.500 vagina awesome if women see that and they understand how she does that please if you're 1.00
00:03:28.100 in the top one percent is that better for your mate or is that better for you it's probably 1.00
00:03:31.380 better for both people because when you're having sex you're obviously very intimate with the vagina 0.99
00:03:36.020 and we know that when there is vaginal dysbiosis vaginas are not as much fun to be around 0.95
00:03:41.940 predominantly because of the smell and just that it's not as much fun for women they can get more
00:03:46.640 infections and things like this. So it's better for both partners to have a healthy microbiome 0.92
00:03:51.900 in the vagina, in the mouth. You don't want to kiss someone with bad breath. It's kind of the 1.00
00:03:54.960 same thing. Got it. Interesting. So it's more about smell than anything else. Probably, yes.
00:04:00.840 And for the woman, it's about the propensity for urinary tract infections or the propensity for 1.00
00:04:07.980 fungal overgrowth, yeast infections, et cetera. So when you have a healthy microbiome in the vagina, 1.00
00:04:13.260 A woman is going to be more resilient against the wrong type of organisms, fungal or bacterial, overgrowing and creating yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, or urinary tract infections.
00:04:25.100 So how does that apply to men? Now flip it and put it on men. 1.00
00:04:27.520 I think that, you know, a man is going to have a skin microbiome, and your skin microbiome is going to affect the woman's vaginal microbiome also.
00:04:35.340 So you want to be healthy. Your skin microbiome is in large part due or connected with your gastrointestinal microbiome.
00:04:42.400 we know that for men and women, the right type of flora in our gut affects the regularity with
00:04:48.760 which we have bowel movements, which is super important for humans and human health. It affects
00:04:52.880 whether we get bloated or gassy, which is no fun. It affects our ability to digest food. It affects
00:04:57.240 systemic inflammation. And so we as humans are sort of this symbiotic organism with the trillions
00:05:06.100 of bacteria, viruses, and fungi that live within us. Have you heard the statistic that most
00:05:11.300 scientists now agree that we are more not human than we are human. There are perhaps, you know,
00:05:17.120 10 to the 15th cells in the human body. There are probably 10 to the 16th plus organisms in your gut
00:05:23.160 and around you. You are at least an order of magnitude, perhaps two orders of magnitude,
00:05:28.220 not human, more not human than you are human. This is DNA that is not yours. So we are this sort of
00:05:33.780 symbiotic simulacrum of humans, and we affect those organisms based on how we're moving through
00:05:40.340 our environment and what we're eating pretty interesting it's funny you say this because
00:05:44.460 you know when I was single if you smoke cigarettes you know I was dating a beautiful girl you know
00:05:52.340 a former Miss California type of a girl but she's you know she one of them smoked and I couldn't
00:05:59.120 deal with it I couldn't deal with the smell another one was you know even if she came out 0.99
00:06:05.020 of the shower there was still a bit of a stench okay and I'm not even talking about down there 1.00
00:06:09.680 just here. And I couldn't deal with it. Another one was she, she was great, but she smelled like
00:06:14.580 copper. And I would say, why do you smell like copper? Her skin would smell like copper. And 1.00
00:06:20.040 you know, for somebody that's extremely sensitive with scent, you know, so now this, this, but this
00:06:25.640 is not even about what they all look physically great, but the smell was I was throwing it off.
