Valuetainment - ＂Let Him Go Back To Israel＂ - Israel Cyber Chief ARRESTED In FBI Sting Sparks COVER-UP Questions

00:00:00.000 Israel cyber directorate employee arrested in U.S. on suspicion of pedophilia.

00:00:09.380 Yes.

00:00:09.720 Let me read this and I'm going to come to you.

00:00:11.100 I actually really want Adam's opinion on this story.

00:00:14.020 If you show a picture of me right now, I'm going to be very upset.

00:00:17.300 Tom Artyom, 38, a senior employee of Israel's National Cybersecurity Court,

00:00:23.120 was among eight men arrested in Vegas and FBI joint operation

00:00:26.920 targeting online sexual exploitation of minors with police stating,

00:00:31.000 we would like to remind parents to discuss with their children

00:00:33.960 the dangers of engaging with strangers online.

00:00:37.100 Alexandria charged with felony counts of luring a child with a computer for sex acts

00:00:41.980 was booked at the Henderson Detention Center and released on $10,000 bill,

00:00:47.100 returning to Israel and placed on leave.

00:00:49.180 As a cyber director noted, the employee updated the director

00:00:52.300 that during his trip to the United States, he was questioned by the U.S. authorities

00:00:56.480 on matters unrelated to his work, and he returned to Israel at the planned time

00:01:00.680 of return to the operation, conducted after two weeks,

00:01:03.260 also arrested David and a few other guys, all these other names.

00:01:07.000 Go ahead, Vinny.

00:01:07.340 So, okay, so, by the way, this isn't just some low-level tech nerd.

00:01:11.640 This is the acting head of data and AI for Israel's National Cyber Directory.

00:01:16.840 Okay, he works directly under Bibi Netanyahu, okay?

00:01:20.480 And that arrest had the sting operation, which was the FBI,

00:01:23.440 Homeland Security, and Nevada police.

00:01:25.860 They targeted these sex predators. 1.00

00:01:27.800 He was in town.

00:01:28.660 Remember that time we were in Vegas?

00:01:29.820 They were doing that hacker, black hat, hacker.

00:01:32.460 It's the biggest hacker conference in the world.

00:01:34.400 He was there.

00:01:34.940 He's a part of AI.

00:01:36.120 He was booked at Henderson Detention Center and charged

00:01:38.560 with a felony for luring a child online for sex.

00:01:42.520 Okay, that normally goes from one year to 20 years in prison.

00:01:45.560 But the next day, and just like I think a couple of the guys as well,

00:01:49.420 because there's eight of them, posted a $10,000 bond.

00:01:52.240 And despite he has zero diplomatic immunity, he got to go back to Israel.

00:01:58.340 Netanyahu's office put out a statement saying that he was not arrested.

00:02:02.060 He was only questioned, but multiple sources, guys, The Guardian, Jerusalem Post,

00:02:07.260 Times of Israel, and all confirmed, everybody, including the Henderson County.

00:02:12.280 Rob, you have the police actual arrest that I put?

00:02:16.000 That's him, okay?

00:02:18.080 He was really booked.

00:02:20.560 This is no BS hearsay.

00:02:23.080 He wasn't the only one caught.

00:02:24.140 Among the other suspects was Pastor Neil Harrison Creasy of Redemption Church in Las Vegas.

00:02:29.440 Weird.

00:02:30.380 He was also arrested in this thing.

00:02:31.860 He resigned from his church shortly after being released from the same $10,000 bond.

00:02:36.900 Here's my only problem, guys. 0.98

00:02:38.360 If you're a foreign national and you're trying to lure a child in America to have sex, 0.99

00:02:44.580 you don't post, bail, and leave.

00:02:47.160 Normally, Pat, because I did a lot of research, your passport is seized,

00:02:50.920 your travel is restricted, and you're considered a flight risk, okay?

00:02:55.100 The fact that he was let to go back to Israel within 24 hours means somebody, federal government,

00:03:01.800 I don't know, Rob, can we try to find out who is the district attorney of Henderson County?

00:03:06.920 And that's actually a really good question, in Las Vegas.

00:03:10.920 It's just weird, Pat.

00:03:12.460 None of those other guys, even if they posted bail, you can't leave the country.

00:03:16.980 Because who's to say that you're not going to be able to come back?

00:03:20.640 You can't just leave.

00:03:22.000 They're supposed to take your passport.

00:03:23.020 Tom, do you know?

00:03:23.900 You're supposed to take your passport.

00:03:25.520 Yeah, there's flight risk.

00:03:26.300 Bail is directly related to flight risk.

00:03:28.900 Like Diddy.

00:03:29.460 They said he's got all these private planes.

00:03:31.120 He could go to Belize.

00:03:31.980 He could go to somewhere.

00:03:32.880 Remember that?

00:03:33.340 Now, he was acquitted of many of the charges, and there's some of the smaller ones that he was guilty of.

00:03:39.480 But the whole discussion about Diddy's bail was flight risk.

00:03:43.420 Yeah, we don't want you to leave the country, and it's just...

00:03:46.100 More importantly, we want you to show up at the appointed time for your trial.

00:03:49.180 Yeah, and exactly, because who's to say...

00:03:50.800 There's a watch group called the Jewish Community Watch, which has tracked over 60 people who were accused of sex abuse who fled back to Israel.

00:04:01.480 The activists have said the real number is like around 100 with rabbis and teachers and all that stuff.

00:04:05.660 There's a case of Malka Leifer, L-E-I-F-E-R, who fled to Australia in 2008 after...

00:04:12.800 To fled Australia after it was abusing more than 70 girls, okay?

00:04:18.060 70 girls, and this just shows you that Israel can drag out the extradition, because we have an extradition treaty, but sometimes they're like, nah, we'll deal with it here.

00:04:26.100 She wasn't sent back until 2021, and only in 2023 she was finally convicted.

00:04:32.000 So here's my thing.

00:04:33.700 Who gives the okay for someone who was arrested for that?

00:04:37.600 Say the other story you said about Australia.

00:04:40.020 Okay, so Malka Leifer fled Australia in 2008.

00:04:44.260 She was alleged for abusing 70 girls. 0.99

00:04:47.760 She went to Israel.

00:04:48.660 She was an Israeli citizen.

00:04:50.780 And they kept her there, and she didn't come back to face authorities in Australia until 2023.

00:04:57.560 Meaning Israel didn't release until 2023.

00:05:00.280 They kept them.

00:05:00.820 They keep them there.

00:05:02.120 So your argument here is, why did they release...

00:05:05.160 Where is he at now?

00:05:06.100 He's in Israel.

00:05:06.860 Now, where is he today?

00:05:08.260 Who?

00:05:09.100 Tom Alexander.

00:05:09.820 Tom's in Israel.

00:05:10.960 They let him go back to Israel.

00:05:12.240 And he's on leave.

00:05:13.700 The luring child, which was in release custody, has returned to Israel.

00:05:17.620 Okay.

00:05:17.880 He's on leave, but he's not arrested.

00:05:19.040 Adam, what's your thoughts on this story?

00:05:20.720 First, I'm hearing it, but what's your point?

00:05:23.000 My point is how, when anybody charged a foreign national, anybody, if right now, God forbid, 0.64

00:05:30.240 one of us got in trouble for something like this, which I'm just being, you know, I'm just playing devil's advocate.

00:05:35.460 Your passport and everything is, every single one of those eight guys, your passport has

00:05:39.780 to be taken at him because right now, you're charged for trying to have sex with an underage

00:05:43.580 kid, which by the way, that, what they were trying to do was 16 or under. 0.92

00:05:46.960 Actually, it was under 16.

00:05:48.600 You can't, you could, what's to stop you from leaving the country and never coming here to 1.00

00:05:52.840 face the charges?

00:05:53.440 Because these are serious, Adam.

00:05:54.660 This is a serious felony charge, especially as the freaking number one hacker guy, which 0.92

00:05:58.600 horrible at his freaking job for covering his tracks. 0.86

00:06:01.560 How was he allowed to leave the country and his passport not frozen? 0.97

00:06:05.500 What do you have thoughts on this?

00:06:06.340 I have a couple of things.

00:06:07.560 And I want, you said a couple of words here.

00:06:09.660 We always, we always are very careful to be very fair.

00:06:11.960 Of course.

00:06:12.280 So right now, these, he was questioned and these are allegation pending charges, but he

00:06:17.380 wasn't charged.

00:06:18.400 So it appears that somebody that works for an Israeli government agency gets into some,

00:06:24.460 you know, you know, alleged trouble over here and gets detained for questioning, also known

00:06:31.120 as arrested regarding sex, you know, and solicitation, solicitation of sex trafficking with minors.

00:06:39.700 Yes.

00:06:40.140 He does not get indicted and he just goes back to Israel at the appointed time.

00:06:46.220 And the outrage that you're feeling that I see is, wait a minute, did the Israeli government

00:06:51.440 have a guy working for one of their departments that gets on, you know, into some allegations

00:06:57.780 and some hot water here and they just get him back to Israel and say, look, he's not

00:07:02.340 going to be charged.

00:07:02.840 Let's get this guy out of here.

00:07:04.200 That's what it looks like to me.

00:07:05.740 So be careful with charge.

00:07:07.240 Okay.

00:07:07.380 I just want to read you this.

00:07:08.440 According to the Guardian, okay, felony charges confirmed.

00:07:13.820 Yeah, he's charged.

00:07:14.460 The authorities have officially charged him with a felony, luring a child with a computer

00:07:19.080 for a sex act, a serious offense under Nevada law.

00:07:22.100 Yes.

00:07:22.480 His case was detailed in official court documents and report by reputable news outlets.

00:07:27.160 His biography confirms he was charged in a $10,000.

00:07:30.940 Okay.

00:07:31.360 Perfect.

00:07:31.780 Then we were correct.

00:07:32.400 This article from Jerusalem Post says.

00:07:34.400 I'm glad you're doing that, Tom, by the way.

00:07:35.740 Yeah, no, I love that.

00:07:36.480 I'm glad you're doing this for sure.

00:07:38.020 But the question becomes this, if it's charged, so Nevada releases him on $10,000, bail, which

00:07:47.440 is not a lot of money.

00:07:48.440 No.

00:07:48.820 So he's trying to lure a child.

00:07:51.620 Yes.

00:07:52.140 And nothing has happened that they've caught.

00:07:54.200 No.

00:07:54.860 Mind you, this was a sting operation that they've been trying to get these guys, eight of them,

00:08:00.500 for FBI, Homeland Security.

00:08:02.380 So it's a sting operation.

00:08:04.000 He thought that he was going to hook up with an underage child.

00:08:07.860 So they catch them in this thing.

00:08:09.320 They arrest them.

00:08:10.240 They charge them because of this report.

00:08:12.220 Yeah, we've seen those things.

00:08:12.840 Like 10 guys come jumping out of the apartment and pin you down.

00:08:16.660 Yeah.

00:08:17.060 And I tried looking up what the other six did, Pat.

00:08:20.800 None of their jobs.

00:08:21.500 I wanted to put everybody on blast.

00:08:23.240 Rob, could you grab all of them so we could show all eight of them?

00:08:26.320 Show all eight of the guys.

00:08:27.660 One of them, like I said, is a pastor.

00:08:29.100 He's been fired.

00:08:30.180 So now these are all – the other ones are American. 0.94

00:08:33.540 So they're here.

00:08:34.460 You post the bond.

00:08:35.660 You have a court date, just like I'm pretty sure this Tom guy has a court date,

00:08:39.460 but he's back in Israel, okay?

00:08:41.580 You shouldn't be able to leave this country with a serious felony charge like that,

00:08:47.580 period, unless somebody was like, hey, listen, this guy works for our government.

00:08:51.380 He works under, you know, Bibi Netanyahu.

00:08:53.760 We got to get him back.

00:08:55.140 Why'd they let him go?

00:08:56.160 You tell me, Adam.

00:08:57.260 That's my only question.

00:08:58.340 So I do have feelings on this now because it's – I hear what you're saying,

00:09:03.680 and I know how passionate you are about pedophilia. 1.00

00:09:05.900 If this guy allegedly did what he did, throw this scumbag in jail. 1.00

00:09:09.880 I know. 1.00

00:09:10.180 But here's also the problem that I have.

00:09:12.980 It's Israeli cyber director headline.

00:09:17.060 Here we go. 0.99

00:09:17.500 Oh, by the way, there were seven other scumbags that were arrested again. 0.99

00:09:20.040 One was a little bit of pastor. 0.99

00:09:21.500 Seven other guys.

00:09:22.120 We don't need to talk about them.

00:09:23.440 Let's talk about the Israeli guy.

00:09:25.820 Hold on.

00:09:26.320 Okay.

00:09:26.760 Because – no, I'm just saying like –

00:09:28.200 That's not it.

00:09:29.140 It is it.

00:09:29.680 No, Adam, because you know what?

00:09:30.940 Those other seven are booked, charged, and they have to go to court,

00:09:35.120 and they're going to probably go to jail.

00:09:36.280 Okay, so maybe you become an international lawyer and figure out what the relationship is

00:09:41.960 with Israel and Nevada.

00:09:43.320 But I don't know.

00:09:44.440 What I'm saying is this.

00:09:45.960 Multiple people were booked.

00:09:47.540 Multiple people allegedly did this, and the only one we're talking about is the Israeli guy.

00:09:52.440 Because he was allowed to leave the – 0.85

00:09:52.960 And if we want to go down the rabbit hole of who the goat of pedophilia is, 0.98

00:09:57.620 look no further than the Catholic Church. 0.97

00:09:59.520 So I'm not sure what game you're playing right now.

00:10:01.500 Okay.

00:10:01.840 But see, I'm happy you went there because this is the problem.

00:10:06.720 This is the problem that you can't address is –

00:10:09.340 I addressed the problem. 1.00

00:10:10.160 He's a scumbag. 1.00

00:10:10.660 No, but you said everybody in the – 1.00

00:10:13.160 But you fell for the headline.

00:10:13.920 No, no, no.

00:10:14.480 And Adam, you're getting emotional because you're making this –

00:10:18.180 No, no, because Adam, I'm responding to a freaking headline that was all over the news

00:10:23.280 on the weekend that I saw on my own. 0.55

00:10:25.900 Who wrote the headline?

00:10:27.060 What do you mean who wrote the headline?

00:10:27.900 Who wrote the headline?

00:10:28.220 There was a bunch of different outlets.

00:10:29.640 The Guardian, Times of Israel, the Jerusalem Post.

00:10:32.800 Exactly.

00:10:33.340 The Jerusalem Post is actually calling a crime out where it should be.

00:10:38.880 No, it didn't.

00:10:40.380 The Jerusalem Post said –

00:10:42.760 That's the article we're reading.

00:10:44.340 He was only held for questioning.

00:10:47.640 And that's –

00:10:47.680 This came from BB's office saying he was only questioning.

00:10:49.940 This was the article you just read.

00:10:51.600 Okay, guys, let's do this.

00:10:52.620 I'm not trying to make a five-minute story a 20-minute story.

00:10:55.440 Let me tell you where I'm at with this here.

00:10:56.640 It's very simple for me.

00:10:58.020 Okay, and by the way, I'm the guy that interviewed the new owners of Pornhub

00:11:02.100 and called them out, and it was one of the worst PR stunts that they did here.

00:11:05.520 And it was a terrible look.

00:11:06.740 And I brought the other lady, Micklewaite, right after that interview, 0.98

00:11:10.360 and she went after them.

00:11:11.460 So I have no tolerance for stuff like this with kids whatsoever.

00:11:15.720 Both things could be right.

00:11:17.160 And if this guy did this and the other guys –

00:11:21.400 because I pulled it up right now.

00:11:22.620 So what is that crime in the state of Nevada?

00:11:24.720 Okay.

00:11:25.520 In Nevada, what happens if you do similar crime to what Tom Alexandrovich did?

00:11:31.100 Luring a child with a computer for a sex set falls under a Nevada revised statutes of 201-560, 201-570.

00:11:37.720 Here's how it works.

00:11:39.160 It's illegal for any adult to use the Internet text messaging or other technology

00:11:42.280 to lure or attempt persuade a minor to engage sexually.

00:11:44.880 Category B felony.

00:11:45.720 If convicted using a computer network to lure child sex at classified category B,

00:11:49.740 one to ten years in prison, up to $10,000 fine.

00:11:51.880 A conviction generally requires mandatory registration as a sex offender, da-da-da-da-da.

00:11:56.220 Okay.

00:11:56.720 So that's that part.

00:11:58.300 Now, why did they release him?

00:12:00.120 Of course, we're naive if we say it's not because he's tied to the government of Israel.

00:12:07.420 If you are that delusional that you can't say there could be the influence that Bibi made a phone call 0.57

00:12:12.860 and said, no, he's getting out of here.

00:12:13.840 He's coming to us.

00:12:14.440 And he's going to be judged here.

00:12:16.180 True.

00:12:16.640 That's that.

00:12:17.640 Three.

00:12:17.960 You think Bibi is happy the fact that he behaved this way? 0.93

00:12:20.240 You think Bibi needs another story like this? 0.88

00:12:21.880 No.

00:12:22.020 So you think he's just going to go back there and say, good job, buddy.

00:12:24.020 Keep doing it.

00:12:24.580 No.

00:12:24.800 That's also not the case.

00:12:25.820 So all of those three could be right.

00:12:28.420 But a part of what Adam is also saying is right.

00:12:31.340 Because there is a community that all day, there was a comedian that did something that

00:12:35.520 I was looking at, a Persian guy, I don't know who he is.

00:12:38.680 He did this, which was very funny.

00:12:40.400 He's showing a guy that's preparing for a podcast and he's looking for stories.

00:12:44.400 And he tells a story.

00:12:46.160 What's the story?

00:12:47.340 Well, there's a, what country has committed the most crime?

00:12:49.680 Well, Syria, well, Egypt, well, this, well, that.

00:12:51.880 No, no.

00:12:52.200 What other country?

00:12:52.900 Well, this, well, there was an Armenian that got hurt in Israel.

00:12:56.360 That's the story we have to talk about.

00:12:57.920 I put that at the top of the story.

00:12:59.320 So there is also this thing where the community that has completely been sabotaged, that the 0.99

00:13:06.340 only thing they search for is, what can I do to talk shit about Israel? 0.97

00:13:10.820 That's also there. 0.99

00:13:11.860 And by the way, I have no problem with that.

00:13:14.360 If that's the story that person wants to die on, go at it.

00:13:17.120 Make your search engine to just show you stuff that's bad about Israel.

00:13:20.480 I can sit there and also do the same for a lot of different people, but that's why I'm

00:13:24.640 still reading the story because I want the audience to say, this is what you want her

00:13:27.980 to know more about.

00:13:28.840 You ought to know it.

00:13:29.540 If he did that, the guy belongs in jail and make sure everybody in prison knows what he

00:13:35.560 was trying to do so they can do to him what he was trying to do to another minor.

00:13:40.380 I'm supportive of that.
