Valuetainment - “Pending Lawsuit Changes EVERYTHING” - Will Banking Records EXPOSE Epstein List Co-Conspirators？

00:00:00.000 You know, my biggest thing with the Epstein thing before we close it and go to the next story is to me, I'm finally at this point of what happened there.

00:00:07.520 I'm convinced that there is so much there that would get others in trouble, some of them that are on support for Trump, some of them that he may use to keep the enemies under control.

00:00:23.160 So Gates, you know, some of the folks in Israel, if you would, Brock visited Epstein's house 30, 31, 32 times.

00:00:31.200 And even Michael Wolff, who had him on the podcast two months ago, he has 100 hours of recorded conversation with Epstein at his house, at the Lex Wexner house that was gifted to him.

00:00:40.620 And I said, so who did you see coming to the house?

00:00:42.440 He said, well, Bill Clinton came there, Bill Gates.

00:00:44.820 I said, Bill Gates, you were there when Bill Gates came there.

00:00:46.720 Who else?

00:00:47.480 Yeah, I saw you, Brock, there.

00:00:49.180 So what's he doing there?

00:00:50.220 Well, I don't know.

00:00:50.780 They would have these meetings and all this.

00:00:51.880 So he's saying this on the podcast.

00:00:53.320 So to me, if the president is a deal maker, and this is the part, because if we know 170 million auto consulting fee is weird, I will tell you, if no one gets in trouble, that's going to be problematic for some people because they're going to be like, wait a minute, we know something happened there.

00:01:15.160 We've seen plenty of the documentaries.

00:01:16.560 We've seen plenty of the stories.

00:01:18.160 We've seen the lawsuits.

00:01:19.040 We've been tracking this guy for a while.

00:01:20.360 We know what happened when even the story of 2007, I don't know what year it is, when President Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago.

00:01:26.820 We've seen the ladies who got arrested that would bring 13, 14, 15-year-old girls back to Epstein's house. 1.00

00:01:33.800 And recently, Virginia Dufresne's memoir that just came out, which, by the way, when did she – she passed away a few months ago, right?

00:01:39.560 She committed suicide.

00:01:40.480 She committed suicide.

00:01:41.340 Allegedly committed suicide.

00:01:42.980 Yeah, six months ago.

00:01:43.920 So her book just comes out, and in the book, when you read it, she's telling how Epstein's wanted her to have his child, and in return, they were willing to pay X, Y, Z amount of money.

00:01:58.720 And some of the stuff that's in it is so graphic.

00:02:00.660 When she tells a story of what some of the people did to her, there's multiple names of folks of beating her, hitting her, and one of them she calls Prime Minister, who is the Prime Minister.

00:02:12.620 And she allegedly, the one that helped with the memoir, has given the list of names to the FBI.

00:02:18.680 She says she may be releasing those names.

00:02:21.200 That's what she's talking about.

00:02:23.560 I just think if there's got to be accountability, people get excited about a person like you that comes in who you don't want to be a lifer.

00:02:29.940 You don't want to be like Mitch McConnell falling down at 85 years old.

00:02:33.120 You don't want to be like – 0.94

00:02:33.760 Definitely not.

00:02:34.680 Definitely not Mitch.

00:02:35.820 Definitely not Mitch, right?

00:02:37.100 You don't want to be that.

00:02:38.300 You want to come and do your job and leave and go mind your own business.

00:02:40.560 But I do think there is a group of people on the base that are going to sit there and say, Anna, we want to see some names, Anna.

00:02:48.460 We want to see some names, Anna.

00:02:49.760 I do think there's some people.

00:02:50.820 I wish I had names to present, but we haven't gotten names.

00:02:52.740 I know.

00:02:53.060 And you said something.

00:02:54.420 You said you don't control that, right?

00:02:56.020 Yeah, I don't control the –

00:02:57.160 It's the DOJ.

00:02:57.880 It's Pam Bondi.

00:02:58.420 It's the DOJ, but also oversight.

00:03:00.920 I think a way that there's going to be names that come out is through those bank records and transactions.

00:03:05.740 And so that's why this has been given to the chairman of oversight.

00:03:09.040 So the entire, like, oversight committee, Democrats and Republicans. 0.93

00:03:12.740 Have you seen some stuff name-wise that for you, you're like, dude, this is pretty shitty. 1.00

00:03:18.020 This is dumb. 0.96

00:03:18.980 No, I haven't seen anything that hasn't already been out there. 0.93

00:03:23.000 I mean, they put – they housed the 33,000 files, and there was some new information.

00:03:28.600 But as far as the names that we were told by the witnesses that we were going to get, we haven't gotten those yet.

00:03:34.340 Do you think we will?

00:03:35.080 Do you think there's – like, out of all of these, because you go through, right?

00:03:37.780 JFK, MLK, RFK, COVID, Epstein, 9-11.

00:03:41.480 Do you think anything will happen with Epstein?

00:03:44.080 I think that if the witnesses can provide names, then yes.

00:03:48.340 I do think that based on what I was told by a whistleblower, and you saw the article from March of this past year,

00:03:53.740 that there was some form of destruction of evidence.

00:03:55.980 And I also think that they tried to destroy other evidence that implicated them to include the Russia documents as well,

00:04:02.320 the Russia collusion hoax documents that were found in the burn bags.

00:04:04.700 That's a problem because if there's also destruction of evidence, there can also be planted evidence.

00:04:11.000 But I'm not at the DOJ, right?

00:04:12.440 So, like, I'm limited within my certain authorities that I can do.

00:04:15.240 Now, what's going to be interesting is if there's an active pending lawsuit – I'm not an attorney – but if there's an active pending lawsuit with the victims and the bank,

00:04:23.920 and then people offer the victims money to settle to basically have a gag on them or just not say their names,

00:04:32.800 then I also think that that complicates things.

00:04:34.760 And there is an active pending lawsuit.

00:04:36.880 But I do hope for these people's livelihood and then also, too, for their healing process, I do hope that there's justice.

00:04:43.620 Because when you look at the documentaries and you hear the statements about what was done,

00:04:47.840 I mean, the fact is, is that, you know, this guy was a total just, like, evil person for doing this, especially to young women.

00:04:55.320 And, you know, their entire lives are destroyed over this.

00:04:57.840 They're never going to recover from that, which brings me to my next thing.

00:05:00.660 Why are the mandatory minimums in this country not higher for sex predators?

00:05:04.760 I have a bill that would –

00:05:05.380 What is it right now?

00:05:06.280 It depends on the state, but the federal mandatory minimum, I mean, you can get charged with rape and you're getting a couple years and that's it.

00:05:11.880 Stop it.

00:05:12.360 Yeah, no, it's – I actually introduced something to increase, especially for child molesters, to the death penalty.

00:05:17.840 And, or I think it's minimum 25 years in prison.

00:05:21.720 What is the –

00:05:23.200 Yeah.

00:05:24.840 Yep.

00:05:27.160 Huh.

00:05:28.520 Interesting.

00:05:29.220 Yeah, so there's no federal mandatory minimum, but there should.

00:05:32.600 And some – you hear a lot of cases, you know, where people will get charged with child rape, whatever, and they're doing, you know, a couple years and then they're out.

00:05:40.680 You rape a kid, that kid's life's over for that. 0.98

00:05:43.020 Let me ask you a question. 1.00

00:05:43.760 Let me ask you a different question.

00:05:44.460 So if – can you ask to interview Jelaine Maxwell?

00:05:47.880 Would they – could they make that happen?

00:05:49.000 So Oversight already did.

00:05:51.120 Can you?

00:05:52.200 Personally, I can try to make the request, but I think that it would be up to her attorneys and then her, essentially.

00:05:58.660 So let's just say if you did.

00:05:59.840 Let's just say if you did and you're sitting in front of her.

00:06:01.500 What three questions do you ask her? 1.00

00:06:02.800 What do you ask her? 0.64

00:06:03.580 I'm curious.

00:06:04.320 Probably names.

00:06:05.460 Okay.

00:06:06.080 Funding records.

00:06:07.920 And where can we find footage?

00:06:11.460 Names, funding record, footage.

00:06:13.260 Yeah.

00:06:13.840 Okay.

00:06:14.540 Yeah, because when you see like banking – I don't know if you guys are working with Chase or not because Chase had to pay like $290 million of fines to victims.

00:06:22.960 They're suing Deutsche Bank currently.

00:06:25.180 Who's suing?

00:06:26.180 The victims.

00:06:27.040 Yeah, that's $290 million settlement that –

00:06:29.320 Was that to Deutsche Bank?

00:06:30.460 That's Chase.

00:06:31.760 Oh, the settlement is with Deutsche Bank?

00:06:34.620 No, no.

00:06:34.980 They're currently in a suit.

00:06:36.580 So remember I was talking about the suit that exists.

00:06:38.240 So the transaction records will tell us everything that we need to know there.

00:06:43.280 But what's been interesting is the Democrats have taken this and they're trying to make it political.

00:06:47.680 And so this is kind of like, you know, they're using this as a political thing to smear the president instead of, you know.

00:06:54.960 Yeah, yet they're blocking, you know, when you're coming in like, hey, can we get some information?

00:06:58.920 No, let's block. 0.95

00:06:59.700 Yeah, let's block. 0.94

00:07:00.940 It's definitely a political, I think, hot potato.

00:07:04.400 Okay, well, I'm curious to know what happens with this.

00:07:06.680 So are many others.

00:07:07.640 After two years of working on this, we have finally pulled it off.

00:07:12.140 And let me tell you what it is.

00:07:13.440 Every time we do the Vol Conference, if you've attended, you know this.

00:07:16.780 I stand up and I speak for probably 45 hours is what I do at the Vol Conference.

00:07:22.180 And I love it.

00:07:22.900 I love being around the guys.

00:07:23.920 I love it.

00:07:24.680 But I wear the Ferragamo shoes when I do this.

00:07:27.960 Or I wear some kind of dress shoes.

00:07:30.680 Eventually, for the last 25 years, I've always been on stage walking.

00:07:33.940 I'm like, you know what?

00:07:34.580 I'm sick and tired of it.

00:07:35.760 I want a shoe that I'm comfortable wearing.

00:07:38.520 And here's what I love.

00:07:39.780 I don't like shoes that are so heavy.

00:07:41.680 That's a dumbbell.

00:07:42.300 You can use it as a weapon.

00:07:43.580 I don't want that.

00:07:44.240 Like the Xenia, you carry it. 0.55

00:07:45.540 I have so many of them, but they're so heavy.

00:07:47.200 Like you can literally curl the Xenia dumbbell, you know, the shoes, and you'll get a pump within 30 reps. 0.85

00:07:51.500 And I wanted the combination of the Hoka, the On Cloud, the Super Foam, because there's a big thing going on right now with the Super Foam where the bottom of the shoe, you wear it.

00:08:01.360 You know which ones I'm talking about, the On Cloud or the Hoka's, right? 1.00

00:08:03.540 They're so comfortable.

00:08:04.540 And I said, what if we take luxury and then combine it with the Super Comfort?

00:08:09.700 What would that look like?

00:08:11.160 And let's build it in Italy.

00:08:12.760 So what do we do?

00:08:13.600 We went to Italy.

00:08:14.840 We designed the shoe in Florida.

00:08:16.620 We made the shoe in Italy in five of the factories.

00:08:19.920 We went back and forth, God knows how many times.

00:08:22.320 And by the way, the shoes we're about to launch and introduce to you right now where you're going to see the video for the first time.

00:08:27.640 I've been wearing those shoes for the last 22 days straight.

00:08:31.060 I'm wearing them right now.

00:08:31.960 I literally wear it with suits.

00:08:33.680 I wore it yesterday when we went to lunch.

00:08:35.640 I wear it every single day.

00:08:37.080 It's the most comfortable shoes I have.

00:08:39.000 Yet, it's authentic Italian leather wrap.

00:08:41.880 If you don't mind playing the video, go for it.

00:08:44.080 Here's the video of the latest shoe, the FLBs.

00:08:46.340 When we set out to create a shoe that blends comfort, function, and luxury, we had the choice to make it fast.

00:08:54.760 We had the choice to make it cheap.

00:08:56.920 We chose neither.

00:08:58.480 Instead, we chose Toscaniro.

00:09:00.660 We chose true Italian craftsmanship.

00:09:03.380 Each pair touched by 50 skilled hands.

00:09:06.240 We chose patience, spending two years perfecting every detail.

00:09:09.680 And we chose the finest quality at every step.

00:09:13.900 Introducing the Future Looks Bright collection.

00:09:17.240 Not rushed.

00:09:18.760 Not disposable.

00:09:20.240 Not ordinary.

00:09:21.600 Rather intentional.

00:09:24.320 Luxurious.

00:09:25.600 Timeless.

00:09:29.380 Boom.

00:09:30.380 There you go.

00:09:31.140 Designed in Florida.

00:09:32.140 100% made in Italy.

00:09:33.980 50 hands touched each shoe that was made.

00:09:36.860 And here's what's unique about it.

00:09:38.120 I want to kind of show this to everybody that knows this.

00:09:40.580 And I've worn pretty much every one of these shoes.

00:09:42.560 So, if you compare this, the Italian leather, of course, it's made in Italy.

00:09:47.220 It's not assembled, made in China, assembled in Italy.

00:09:50.080 100% made in Italy, assembled in Italy.

00:09:52.420 It's FLBs, Berlutis, which are 1840.

00:09:55.740 Fergamos are 895.

00:09:57.100 Zennias are 1190.

00:09:58.120 And Gucci's are 950.

00:09:59.840 Leather premium lining.

00:10:00.960 All of them except for Gucci.

00:10:03.140 Laceless feature.

00:10:04.220 It's the FLBs, the Berlutis.

00:10:05.840 You have laces.

00:10:07.280 Fergamos, laceless.

00:10:08.800 And then you have also the Zennias.

00:10:10.120 And then the Gucci's have the laces.

00:10:11.400 I don't want to wake up in the morning, put laces on.

00:10:12.980 I want to get out of the house.

00:10:13.720 Took me three seconds to put my shoes on today.

00:10:16.560 Craftsman, five different Italian factories all made this shoe.

00:10:20.500 Berlutis are the same as us, as well as FLB.

00:10:22.860 But the only shoe, these trainers, the only one in the world today,

00:10:26.680 according to the factories that told me this in Italy,

00:10:29.160 that has the super foam, the only one that has the same super foam used

00:10:33.600 in the on clouds and the hokas, it's the FLBs, and they're officially out,

00:10:38.480 and you can place the order.

00:10:39.820 Here's a challenge.

00:10:40.980 We only have 1,000 of these pairs.

00:10:43.720 And when you say 1,000 of these pairs, they start from size, I believe,

00:10:47.100 is it 8?

00:10:47.880 It goes 8, 9, 10, 10 1⁄2, 11, 11 1⁄2, 12, 13.

00:10:53.020 Those are the sizes that we have.

00:10:54.800 And the shoes that you can get today, the colors, you have access to, Rob,

00:10:58.460 if you can go back there, you can have access to those browns,

00:11:00.800 which is absolutely beautiful.

00:11:02.640 And by the way, the brown on the bottom, the stitching on the side is a left stitching.

00:11:06.780 If you can change the picture on the bottom, it says the future looks bright.

00:11:10.780 Look at the white lines on the side.

00:11:14.060 It's beautiful.

00:11:14.440 The only ones we have right now that you can get sent out today are the black and the browns.

00:11:19.920 If you do want the white to preorder, I would highly recommend you do so.

00:11:24.260 They're going to come out the second week of December.

00:11:26.100 So the white and the navy blue comes out the second week of December.

00:11:29.340 The browns and the blacks are available.

00:11:32.040 If you believe the future looks bright as much as we do, go place the order.

00:11:36.140 There's nothing like sitting in the boardroom with your trainers,

00:11:39.100 and you put your feet over your knee, and people look at the bottom of your shirt

00:11:42.400 and it says, future looks bright.

00:11:43.340 That's how you get deals done.

00:11:44.720 All right, so they're out.

00:11:45.680 I'm excited to announce it, and I'm very happy for people to go sport it.

00:11:49.340 When you get them, take pictures, send it our way.

00:11:51.580 We're going to show all these shoes, all the pictures that are being taken.

00:11:53.900 I already got a bunch of them sent to me on Instagram.

00:11:55.800 Go to vtmerch.com.

00:11:57.160 Place your order.

00:11:58.040 It's all over the website.

00:11:59.200 Maybe buy it for your husband. 0.99
