Transcript

00:00:00.000 Some very strange things are going on with Diddy's kids. Let me explain to you why. Think about what happened with Jolaine Maxwell. Who was the lead prosecutor? The same person that when Epstein was being held accountable was the same lead prosecutor that is now with Diddy. This person's been the lead prosecutor for all three of them. What do you think is going to happen with Diddy? Is Diddy going to be OJ Simpson 2.0? You know, he's going to go free and nothing's going to happen to him. Slap on it. How well we couldn't find anything so far when we're looking at the case with Cassie Ventura. What do we know? We know the fact that
00:00:29.980 we've seen the videos. We know the fact that the freak offs were taking place that he was hiring people from Craigslist that he was paying them $1,500 to $6,000 depending on how well of a job they were doing performing with her. She would have to do some really nasty things, drink urine, all these weird things that they have in the documentation. He would put a mask on someone. The Craigslist person would show up. They didn't know who he was. She would put a wig on. His nickname was Frank Black and her nickname was Jackie Star. All this stuff we know already. But then you see
00:00:59.960 text messages. I can't wait for the next freak off. I can't wait to have your child. I can't live my life without you. Is this leading to this guy being innocent? All of this stuff we got going on here right now. Or maybe he pissed off the wrong person. Maybe he had this incredible protection from the top from some very, very powerful people that maybe he offended. Who knows? All of a sudden like this, this happens. We're going to talk about that today.
00:01:29.960 If you value out of this video, give it a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel. If you want all these notes, stick around to Laveria and I'm going to show you how to get them. All right, so let's get right into it. Check this out. This guy Diddy, when you look at his net worth, 2022, he's a billionaire. Oh, we hear it. We see it all over the place. Today, net worth roughly $300 million, $400 million. His net worth, if you look at it, was a lot of spirit, 70% was spirit, $700 million.
00:01:54.340 $50 million was private investments. Then you see $75 million cash, $100 million real estate and collectibles, $75 million catalog and intellectual property. Go to it right now. Only $150 million is spirits. He lost $550 million there. Cash is lower and a bunch of other things are lower there.
00:02:11.900 So what happened during that time when you think about his net worth? By the way, when you compare him to some other people net worth wise with Jay-Z, Dre, Diddy, and Kanye, this is what it looks like. Blue is Dre. Orange is Jay-Z. Green is Diddy.
00:02:24.220 And purple is Kanye. And purple is Kanye. Look what happened here. So Jay-Z keeps climbing. In 2011, he was roughly $450 million. Today, he's $2.5 billion. Dre goes from where he was at $150 million at the time. He's worth roughly $980 million today. Diddy goes from $450 million, same place, to $1 billion, down to $300 million.
00:02:44.340 And then Kanye, it goes from wherever he was. You look at the report today. You'll either see $300 million or $2.77 billion, depending on who's doing the audits. Forbes says $300 million.
00:02:55.100 Okay, so let's go look at the Ciroc deal, what happened. So Diddy, in 2007, does the Ciroc deal, which is a partnership with Diageo to revive Ciroc vodka, taking a 50-50 profit sharing role, rather than the standard endorsement.
00:03:06.340 The standard endorsement. As brand manager and CMO, he elevated the brand from 40,000 to over 2 million cases a year, making it a premium product.
00:03:15.820 Now, keep in mind, if you don't know who Diageo is, Diageo owns everybody. Johnny Walker, Crown Royale, Smirnoff, Kettle One, Don Julio, Casa Amigos, Captain Morgan, Bailey Irish Cream, Guinness.
00:03:27.900 They own all these companies. So, Ciroc, hey, this is big. We're bringing Diddy, and he's going to take it from 40,000 to 2 million.
00:03:32.980 Profitable, this is great. Let's make some money together.
00:03:36.180 2013, DeLeon Tequila co-ownership. Diddy and Diageo jointly acquired DeLeon Tequila, making it a deeper investment relationship.
00:03:43.500 May of 2023, Diddy sues Diageo. Diddy filed a lawsuit accusing Diageo of neglecting the DeLeon brand, racial discrimination, claiming they marketed it as an urban product and failed to treat him as a true business partner.
00:03:58.600 Then, in January 2024, they settled out of court. Diageo and Diego settled the dispute out of court.
00:04:04.200 While details still remain sealed, the settlement marked the end of their business relationship.
00:04:08.380 So, this is from 07 to 2024. 17 years. Could they have protected him? I don't know.
00:04:15.520 Their CO currently today is Deborah Ann Crew. She was a former intelligence officer in the military.
00:04:21.720 Once intelligence officer, forever you're an intelligence officer.
00:04:24.900 Who knows what happened? We don't know the relationship. We're not going to make any accusations.
00:04:29.160 All we know is, could this have been a protection where they were at the parties and they knew things that were taking place and are like, wait, what do you want to do to us?
00:04:37.340 No problem. Boom. Drop the bomb. I don't know.
00:04:40.180 All I'm saying is the timing. It's kind of strange.
00:04:42.940 Maybe even they wanted to kind of be like, look, we know what's about to be dropped on this guy.
00:04:46.880 We want to have nothing to do with you. We're out. Here's some money.
00:04:51.980 You stay quiet. We'll pay you. But we want to get out of here.
00:04:55.160 The only thing at the time is kind of crazy is January 2024, they settled.
00:04:58.840 Two months later, remember what we're sitting there doing and minding our own business?
00:05:02.120 And you hear, March of 2024, the feds are raiding Diddy's Miami home and his LA home.
00:05:08.060 For what? What are they trying to get? And you saw them pulling out all these boxes.
00:05:12.060 What's going on over here? Federal agents raided his Miami and LA home seizing 90 terabytes of digital data.
00:05:18.280 What are you taking? Bunch of letters he wrote? What do you think they're getting there, right?
00:05:23.060 Multiple unregistered firearms, over a thousand bottles of lubricant allegedly linked to Coors sex events.
00:05:28.720 His associate, Brandon Paul, was arrested at a Miami airport and Diddy's jet was tracked to Antigua, though he remained in the U.S.
00:05:35.980 We all remember this. This is nothing new.
00:05:37.720 May of 2024. Guess what footage is released?
00:05:41.200 This is Cassie Ventura's footage.
00:05:43.200 How long have you been having it, CNN? Since 2016.
00:05:46.140 You haven't released it till now? No.
00:05:47.820 Who made the phone call to say release it now?
00:05:50.300 Who? Who was kind of like, we're done with this guy.
00:05:54.060 You're not back. You're threatened to say this.
00:05:56.120 Release the footage, right?
00:05:57.600 So they released the footage.
00:05:58.980 He comes out and shoots an apology.
00:06:00.460 While his lawyers accused the government of leaking the tape, it was later admitted as evidence in his trial.
00:06:07.220 Again, January deal. March is raiding his house, Miami and L.A.
00:06:13.680 May. Here's a video being dropped from CNN, even though they've been sitting on it for eight years.
00:06:19.360 September 2024. Book is released.
00:06:21.060 Kim's lost words, which, by the way, there's a lot of speculation with this thing here, so whatever I'm reading you, it's not necessarily 100%.
00:06:27.640 It is there. It is not there.
00:06:29.680 The alias they use on who wrote the book is Shanti Millwood, which is an alias for Tupac, which is kind of weird.
00:06:36.180 Why would you use that?
00:06:36.980 This book appeared on Amazon, allegedly written by Kim Porter, accused ditty of abused misconduct with minors.
00:06:44.220 Porter's children denounced it as fake.
00:06:46.160 Investigators revealed the real author was Chris Todd, who claimed he compiled the book from a mysterious flash drive.
00:06:53.340 Amazon removed the book a month later in October.
00:06:56.740 So September last year was a rough year for him because that's when the lawsuit comes out and he's arrested and indicted on federal charges,
00:07:03.040 racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for prostitution.
00:07:07.120 The indictment claimed he ran a criminal enterprise from 08 to 2024.
00:07:11.160 He pleaded not guilty and remained jailed at MDC Brooklyn, where his bail offers was up to $50 million, was rejected.
00:07:19.320 Then all of a sudden, October, wave of lawsuits come out, okay?
00:07:23.660 Attorney Tony Busby filed numerous lawsuits against Diddy with over 120 cases, planned allegations,
00:07:28.900 spans sexual abuse, drugging, coercion, often tied to industry events.
00:07:32.780 Some suits implicate third parties, including Marriott International, for allegedly enabling the abuse.
00:07:39.140 Like, you allowed for this to happen and you knew it was taking place.
00:07:42.560 Then it comes to today, May of 2025, the trial begins.
00:07:47.380 Okay, so what is he being prosecuted for?
00:07:49.000 You got charges for racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for prostitution.
00:07:54.320 That's what's taking place right now.
00:07:55.560 What is he not being prosecuted for, that he's been allegedly accused of doing over the years?
00:08:00.720 For example, sexual abuse of minors ages 9 to 17 in the 90s, 2000 civil suits.
00:08:05.860 You know what happened?
00:08:06.860 Lackly barred by statute of limitations or lacked sufficient criminal evidence.
00:08:10.460 Gone.
00:08:11.400 Murder, blackmail, and surveillance claims.
00:08:13.440 Kim Porter, drive leaks.
00:08:15.260 Highly speculative with no verified forensics or corroborating evidence.
00:08:18.800 Gone.
00:08:19.660 Arson, alleged car bombing of Kid Cudi's vehicles.
00:08:22.140 Alleged by Cassie, but not supported by public documentation or prosecutable evidence.
00:08:26.420 Gone.
00:08:27.400 Civil allegations from 120 accusers.
00:08:29.600 Many told unverified and not investigated fully.
00:08:32.240 Some may still be under review, but right now we only know about four.
00:08:35.080 So this is the one part that we got to be thinking about, because a lead prosecutor can determine whether your crime is going to be bigger or less.
00:08:42.000 More scrutinized and people are going to be looking at everything or less.
00:08:44.880 I mean, if you think about President Trump, right, in New York, you have the case that came out with Stormy Daniels, Hushman.
00:08:50.960 That could have been civil.
00:08:52.500 Whatever number it was, $125,000.
00:08:54.520 Didn't need to be criminal.
00:08:55.800 He's a convicted felon.
00:08:57.400 But the guy that was a lead prosecutor was a guy named Matthew Colangelo.
00:09:01.380 And guess who was the one that appointed him?
00:09:03.060 DA, Alvin Bragg.
00:09:04.440 And who is Alvin Bragg?
00:09:05.260 You think Alvin Bragg loves Trump?
00:09:06.840 No, they wanted to make him a convicted felon to just kind of destroy him.
00:09:10.220 In this case, it's the complete opposite who the lead prosecutor is for Diddy.
00:09:14.760 It used to be Damian Williams, who was the lead prosecutor until he resigned in December of 2024.
00:09:22.120 Damian Williams is a pretty connected guy.
00:09:24.480 He's been a lead prosecutor on a lot of different things.
00:09:26.720 You already Epstein, you got Diddy, you got Jelaine Maxwell and many others.
00:09:31.480 He was appointed by President Biden.
00:09:33.960 He used to work, had a relations with the Soros family.
00:09:37.440 So he steps away in December of 2024 for Diddy.
00:09:41.580 Why would he step away?
00:09:43.220 And you know who replaces him as a lead prosecutor?
00:09:46.200 Maureen Comey.
00:09:47.540 You know who Maureen Comey is?
00:09:49.320 She is James Comey, the former director of FBI that put the 8647 on his Instagram.
00:09:55.180 She is his daughter.
00:09:57.460 That is now the lead prosecutor going against Diddy.
00:09:59.760 Do you think Diddy's going to end up being guilty?
00:10:01.980 Who knows?
00:10:02.720 We'll find out if she's going to go after him hard or not.
00:10:05.400 Now, to be fair, Damian Williams and Maureen Comey, both were the prosecutors, you know,
00:10:10.540 going against Sam McManfree and decided to kind of not look at the donations that he made.
00:10:15.000 I think it was the second biggest for Democrats.
00:10:16.680 And he gave a bunch of Republicans as well.
00:10:18.360 He was trying to buy everybody during that time.
00:10:20.720 And this comes down to one other thing with Maureen Comey to just kind of give her a little bit of the benefit of the doubt.
00:10:25.840 She was a lead prosecutor going against Robert Hayden.
00:10:27.960 Robert Hayden was a gynecologist who was accused of, you know, taking advantage of clients that were coming in.
00:10:34.300 And one of them was Andrew Yang's wife, if I'm not mistaken.
00:10:37.260 He was doing a lot of weird things.
00:10:38.740 He went away 20 years in jail.
00:10:40.300 So I don't want to put it here and say Maureen Comey is not going to go after certain people.
00:10:44.000 She has.
00:10:44.820 But in this case, Jelaine, Epstein, Diddy.
00:10:48.340 Kind of weird.
00:10:50.120 Kind of weird.
00:10:50.960 Bribery, you know, reputation of what they did.
00:10:53.520 A little weird that the same person is a lead prosecutor on those three different people.
00:10:58.260 So this was kind of weird with Diddy with certain patterns on certain people in his life.
00:11:01.620 He had Suge Knight on, around the same time while this was going on, six, seven, eight months ago.
00:11:06.200 And he says, look, no man wakes up one day and learns how to do this kind of stuff.
00:11:10.500 What do you mean no man wakes up one day?
00:11:12.320 Somebody had to teach you on how to bribe and do this and hold people hostage and da-da-da-da-da.
00:11:17.760 Kind of weird.
00:11:19.100 And then Clive Davis' name comes up.
00:11:20.840 And in Clive Davis, apparently, when you look at this, in the early 70s, federal authorities started investigating where the major records, including Columbia Records, Division of CBS,
00:11:28.620 were directly or indirectly involved in a drug-fuel payola scheme.
00:11:32.600 These were illegal arrangements where drugs or money were allegedly used to bribe radio DJs and stations to give preferential airplay to certain artists.
00:11:43.000 You know who was the leading guy for Columbia at the time?
00:11:45.500 A guy named Clive Davis in 1973.
00:11:47.400 A rising executive and then president of Columbia.
00:11:50.080 Records fired by CBS in 1973.
00:11:52.460 The official reason cited the misuse of company funds.
00:11:55.000 He was accused of charging personal expense, including lavish bar mitzvah costs for his son to the company.
00:11:59.740 I mean, obviously, that's not good.
00:12:00.720 But if you look at the charts, you hear them using heroin and other drugs to bribe DJs.
00:12:05.800 Even his former EA testified and gave statements that Clive Davis authorized payola practices further damaging his reputation.
00:12:12.980 So what does Clive Davis do?
00:12:13.880 Starts his own company called Arista Records in 1974.
00:12:16.800 Now, while he's going through, the CBS sues him to collect some of the, recover some of the funds.
00:12:20.840 Davis was not indicted or charged with any crime, including the broader allegations on payola or drug-related misconduct.
00:12:26.580 So the relationship between Clive Davis and Diddy is interesting because when Diddy is 23 years old, he's making a name for himself.
00:12:31.380 Clive gave him $15 million to start Bad Boy Records.
00:12:34.660 And then later on, they did even a bigger deal where Clive gave him $50 million advance on future earnings.
00:12:39.460 This is five years later in 1998.
00:12:41.260 $6 million upfront payment, $700,000 annual salary, and a state-of-the-art recording studio.
00:12:46.000 We're talking a $2 million recording studio.
00:12:47.660 This is when he went after Faith Evans.
00:12:49.520 He got Biggie in the early 90s.
00:12:51.480 This is when it started.
00:12:52.240 But there's a relationship with Clive.
00:12:53.840 And it's interesting because Clive later on, they say something may have happened here because Shook said Clive taught him the bad habits.
00:13:01.500 And later on, Clive comes out and says the following.
00:13:04.160 Yes, record mogul Clive Davis has identified as being bisexual.
00:13:07.200 He publicly revealed in his memoir, this is not allegedly, he said it, the soundtrack of my life.
00:13:11.780 At the age of 80, he also discussed in an interview with Katie Couric, expressing the hope that his coming out would contribute to greater understanding of bisexuality.
00:13:22.120 That's Clive Davis.
00:13:23.220 And on top of that, very weird, the principal of the high school that Diddy went to school to.
00:13:29.060 This is like completely crazy.
00:13:31.120 In 1987, Reverend Bernard Lynch and Brother Timothy Brady were accused of sexually abusing students at Mount St. Michael Academy in Bronx, New York.
00:13:42.560 While this was happening, the allegations involved the molestation of three boys.
00:13:47.420 While the timing overlaps Diddy enrollment at school, there is no public record or indication that he was among the victims and no one knows the three boys' names.
00:13:56.180 So Timothy Brady goes and gets convicted, goes to jail.
00:14:00.360 He's in prison.
00:14:01.040 But when he comes out, he goes back and is reassigned by Marist Brothers to a Catholic high school in Chicago, where he worked from 1993 to 2005.
00:14:10.180 12 more years after you know what he's doing to boys.
00:14:12.580 That makes a lot of sense, right?
00:14:14.280 And then Reverend Bernard Lynch was indicted in 98, stood trial in 89 on the abuse of former student.
00:14:19.880 He was acquitted of all charges.
00:14:21.440 Lynch has maintained that his prosecution was a result of a witch hunt due to his AIDS ministry and advocacy for LGBTQ rights.
00:14:28.420 In 2019, Lynch faced a new civil lawsuit, allegedly sexual abuse of a 16-year-old student at Mount St. Michael Academy during 1978 and 79.
00:14:39.080 The lawsuit was dropped in 2021.
00:14:40.900 So who knows?
00:14:41.780 Some are saying maybe one of those three boys could have been Diddy.
00:14:44.580 And maybe he picked up some of those habits there.
00:14:46.540 Chances of that, less than 5%.
00:14:48.540 But these are all very weird things that are kind of coming together.
00:14:51.880 This next one here, don't let your kids listen to this next part.
00:14:54.200 I mean, at this point, if you've let your kids listen to the whole thing, you shouldn't have done in the first place.
00:14:57.340 But this next part, maybe you say earmuffs or pause, stop the video, step away, put the, you know.
00:15:02.360 So this guy goes to Macy's one day, Diddy, with his crew.
00:15:05.440 While he's at Macy's, the plaintiff claims that Diddy, accompanied by three armed bodyguards, enters the stockroom.
00:15:13.360 This is 08.
00:15:14.300 This isn't too long ago.
00:15:15.160 This is 17 years ago.
00:15:16.060 It was 38 years old at the time.
00:15:17.320 Goes in the stockroom, and the plaintiff alleges that he was struck, possible pistol-whipped, and threatened with death by the bodyguards.
00:15:26.980 Combs then allegedly forced him to perform oral on him, referring to as ECHO, and making derogatory comments during the assault.
00:15:36.240 Do you know what ends up happening afterwards?
00:15:39.000 You may never go to Macy's ever again.
00:15:40.660 Okay, you ready?
00:15:41.280 Aftermath, Macy's response.
00:15:43.680 Following the incident, Combs purportedly took Sean John merchandise from the stockroom and distributed it to shoppers on the sales floor.
00:15:50.700 The plaintiff reported an assault to Macy's security, where the search said no action was taken.
00:15:55.680 He further alleges that approximately three weeks later, Macy's CEO Terry Lundgren pressured ECHO executive to terminate his employment to safeguard a multimillion-dollar deal Macy's had with Sean John.
00:16:06.700 Subsequently, he was fired and lost his company-provided housing.
00:16:10.520 I don't know if this is a true story or not, but it's written about all over the place.
00:16:13.820 You're not going to have a hard time finding this.
00:16:15.140 If a person comes out and says, this person did this to me, one person comes out, they're getting after somebody.
00:16:24.520 Two, three, all of these stories in different, this person's got issues in his heart.
00:16:34.180 And I'm talking about Diddy.
00:16:35.160 The guy's got problems, you know.
00:16:37.480 I mean, this doesn't happen accidentally.
00:16:39.620 And Diddy's father was tied to the mob back in the days working with Frank Lucas.
00:16:43.380 Have you ever seen the movie American Gangster, Frank Lucas, the one that was selling the blue magic, I think what it was called.
00:16:48.820 And they claimed that he was an FBI informant, that he was leaking information.
00:16:52.300 And who knows what the hell was going on.
00:16:53.920 But that's the lineage.
00:16:55.220 So I don't know what's going to happen.
00:16:56.900 Here's what I could tell you.
00:16:58.220 If it goes with the pattern that we've seen, with Jelaine, with Epstein, with Diddy.
00:17:04.280 Either Diddy's going to commit suicide.
00:17:08.640 Either he's going to be hiding somewhere that we won't hear about for many, many years.
00:17:13.700 Or he's going to be O.J. Simpson.
00:17:15.740 And he'll be released and said, I told you I was this innocent.
00:17:19.240 I told you nothing happened.
00:17:21.300 I told you I was this.
00:17:23.160 Or he's going to go to jail and spend the rest of his life in jail.
00:17:26.820 Not likely.
00:17:27.580 Because he has access to a lot of information on a lot of people that make a lot of money for people in Hollywood.
00:17:36.940 Do they want those people to be gone?
00:17:38.640 I don't know.
00:17:39.520 With one of those guys that makes a lot of money for a lot of people is Justin Bieber.
00:17:42.820 To the point that their lawyer has to respond to it and say, hey, although Justin is not among Sean Combs' victims, because it's always been said, there's been some very strange videos that we've seen.
00:17:53.580 These are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him, shifting focus away from the reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.
00:18:01.220 While this is taking place, it's pretty wild.
00:18:04.640 Bieber, 15 years old, you spend a couple days with him?
00:18:07.260 It's kind of weird.
00:18:08.300 Looks at the Lambeau.
00:18:09.020 What do you think about the Lambeau?
00:18:09.800 We do some things that nobody needs to know about.
00:18:12.640 It's a lot of weird things.
00:18:14.040 So, I don't know.
00:18:14.700 I ran into him, Diddy, after I made a few videos, and we looked at each other like this for a couple minutes.
00:18:23.520 At a Miami Heat game, he was there with a girl, and it was an interesting exchange.
00:18:32.400 He made a lot of accusations, you know, not accusations.
00:18:35.680 I've had, you know, Greg Kading, a lot of people I've had on because I'm convinced that's my opinion.
00:18:40.740 I believe he's tied to Tupac and a lot of other people.
00:18:42.980 So, hopefully, there will be justice, okay?
00:18:46.400 Hopefully, there will be justice.
00:18:48.020 Whatever that is, there will be justice because a lot of people were hurt by this guy here.
00:18:53.000 If you want the research, here are all the notes that we have.
00:18:55.900 Go.
00:18:56.140 All you have to do is download the app, my net.
00:18:57.600 Go to PVD Entrepreneur Circle.
00:18:59.160 I'm putting a lot of these notes over there that anybody can have access to.
00:19:02.580 You can go there, get registered, and you can communicate there as well.
00:19:06.820 Put your opinion.
00:19:07.340 What do you think about this?
00:19:07.960 What do you think about that?
00:19:08.500 You guys can do that.
00:19:09.740 But all these notes will be there.
00:19:11.100 And if you enjoyed this interview, you've never seen my conversation with Suge Knight.
00:19:14.900 It's very revealing when he says this, while all this stuff is now being talked about months
00:19:20.420 after he said this while he was in jail.
00:19:22.020 If you've never seen that, click here to watch.
00:19:23.380 Take care, everybody.
00:19:24.360 Bye-bye, bye-bye.
00:19:24.820 We'll see you next time.
