00:00:26.280 Concerned about your gambling or that of someone close to you?

00:00:27.300 Call 1-866-531-2600 or visit connexontario.ca.

00:00:30.000 So here's Gavin Newsom campaigning to be the president of the United States, who I truly believe when Michelle Obama spoke, Obama's rating would go higher because Michelle Obama was a great speaker.

00:00:40.740 She knew how to win the Democrats over.

00:00:43.060 I am telling you, this guy's Achilles heel is his wife. 0.75

00:00:46.660 Every time Jennifer Newsom speaks, you're more worried about him becoming the president.

00:00:51.600 And by the way, I know we were going to go into Canada, but let's do more than we're going to Canada.

00:00:54.580 So he comes out.

00:00:57.440 Nick Shirley is obviously going into California, and he's exposing the fraud in California one by one by one as he's doing this.

00:01:03.580 And you can go to Nick Shirley, one of his recent videos.

00:01:06.100 Post this one right here.

00:01:06.900 Let's stay on this.

00:01:08.060 So Gavin Newsom says, California is leading the charge against a large-scale identity theft and hospice fraud.

00:01:13.420 Today we're taking decisive action against 14 providers who tried using stolen identities, Bill, to bill Medi-Cal for nonexistent hospice services.

00:01:22.400 Oh, wow.

00:01:23.580 We're going to get him, Viva.

00:01:25.680 We are going to get him, right?

00:01:27.760 Shirley responds and says, you tried to paint me as a pervert for exposing fraud. 0.97

00:01:34.600 And as a result, radical leftists started to try to dox me and send death threats wanting to kill me.

00:01:42.320 Now you're taking credit for leading the charge on the fraud?

00:01:45.800 Are you serious?

00:01:47.200 You are the fraud. 1.00

00:01:48.740 Nick Shirley, you are the flipping man. 0.97

00:01:51.160 By the way, if you're watching this and you love how Nick Shirley goes after Newsome,

00:01:55.620 you can manek Nick Shirley.

00:01:57.000 We're going to put his handle below for you guys to manek him,

00:01:58.860 and he actually gets back to 100% of people that message him.

00:02:01.520 That's one way to stay in contact with the young man,

00:02:03.420 and it's a second way to also support him for what Nick Shirley is doing.

00:02:06.720 Is this one of the clips that we have?

00:02:08.160 Yes, sir.

00:02:08.600 Okay, Viva, why don't you say a couple thoughts,

00:02:10.120 and then I'm going to get into Nick Shirley.

00:02:11.420 It's an amazing thing.

00:02:12.560 Tom McDonald, in one of his songs, had the lyrics,

00:02:14.600 they kill you, and then they broadcast it and make it the news.

00:02:17.300 Gavin Newsom created the fraud that he's now going to combat,

00:02:20.380 So he's created the problem, and he's going to make himself the solution to solve the problem that he created.

00:02:24.420 I mean, it's exactly what they've done with the homeless crisis.

00:02:26.300 The worse it gets, the more work they create for themselves to solve the problem of their own making.

00:02:30.120 But it's effective. It's effective with their own audience.

00:02:32.340 It's how government works, and it's exactly what Tim Walz has done in Minnesota.

00:02:37.740 Like, oh, look at the scale of the fraud here.

00:02:39.680 We're tackling it. We've arrested a number of people that have committed crimes under our government.

00:02:43.620 Now watch Nick Shirley here. Go for it, Rob.

00:02:45.500 now we are here outside of healthy life adult daycare this place over the past

00:02:53.000 few years has billed 19.8 million dollars alone now let's go see if I can enroll

00:02:59.840 my grandma because she needs some daycare and this right here is the

00:03:05.020 entrance of a building that's received over 19 million dollars so this is the

00:03:08.720 location that's received over 19 million dollars kind of crazy right they say

00:03:14.180 right here right now we're at 1 30. no adults are here i wouldn't doubt that adults do come but

00:03:20.260 19 million dollars got a nice pool table there yeah it's like everything's set up but there's

00:03:27.300 no people it's like for a show almost no nobody's here already you have to come back tomorrow and

00:03:34.540 can we get like a brochure to enroll our grandma into this location i don't have anything huh can

00:03:40.060 Can anyone give us a brochure?

00:03:41.060 Look, they know who he is. 1.00

00:03:42.060 Look at her.

00:03:43.060 She knows.

00:03:44.060 She knows.

00:03:45.060 They're panicking, bro.

00:03:47.060 I don't think it's enough to say it's fraudulent because you do see that it is operating.

00:03:51.060 There were people working inside there.

00:03:53.060 But the fact that there's just businesses like these popping around everywhere, and

00:03:56.060 this is what they look like outside of a location that receives 19 million dollars over the

00:04:03.060 past few years, yet the building looks completely almost dismantled out here.

00:04:10.060 And look, all they have to say that they are an adult day health care is that sign that says ADHC.

00:04:17.840 And there was some people working inside of it.

00:04:19.500 We have the phone number right here.

00:04:20.960 Darren's going to go ahead and give a phone call and see if somebody from inside answers.

00:04:25.020 There are people inside right now.

00:04:26.420 The phone's just ringing.

00:04:27.580 You can leave a message after the tone.

00:04:29.980 This mailbox is full.

00:04:31.440 There you have it.

00:04:32.140 They don't even have an inbox available to take in a voicemail.

00:04:36.780 Let me hear the last part.

00:04:38.180 What's he saying?

00:04:38.580 is gavin newsom right now on polymarket he is the leading nominee for the democrats come 2028

00:04:45.260 all this fraud is taking place all this waste is taking place and pause that right there vinnie

00:04:49.800 your thoughts vinnie i just i mean it's funny how just take a step back you haven't heard anything

00:04:56.020 from anybody from minnesota from ilhan omar from governor waltz remember they're the loudest they're 0.54

00:05:00.420 the biggest crap talkers about everything but now when there's hundreds of billions of million 0.92

00:05:05.860 whatever dollars involved everybody's quiet and this is by the way this is the tip of the iceberg 0.98

00:05:10.300 i know you're going to play the video of her after if we're going to be honest like i don't

00:05:14.980 think this is incompetence i think it's a whole system built on fraud and everybody gets paid

00:05:20.880 the bureaucrats the consultants the contractors the political forever everybody is getting paid

00:05:26.400 and for people to even think that the governor of this state doesn't know is bs okay he's exposing

00:05:35.120 this we're going to talk about the the high-speed rail also when we're talking about these billions

00:05:40.000 and billions of dollars let's think about this when financial crimes like this happen pat what

00:05:44.380 happened to bernie madoff how much time did he get in prison 150 years alan stanford got 110 years

00:05:50.680 and the country has no problem giving life sentences to these people who stole from other

00:05:55.020 people when is the accountability going to come for people like this and people like and we it's

00:06:00.540 almost like a joking thing when you see those memes of gavin newsom number one poverty number

00:06:05.020 one tax number one number one number one he still has the gall to go in front of a camera

00:06:08.960 i'm just curious when and i get investigations are launching republicans have to launch

00:06:14.000 write letters send you to congress refer you to this when is is anything actually going to come

00:06:19.580 up i think it is because rob if you want to go to rob bonta from california attorney general

00:06:23.920 announces major hospice fraud bust in la county worth 267 million dollars go ahead rob here today

00:06:29.840 to announce the results of a massive hospice fraud bust in Los Angeles County and it's called

00:06:37.900 Amazing. He blow dries for sure. Operation Skip Trace uncovered and ended a massive hospice fraud

00:06:46.600 bust in Los Angeles County and it's called Operation Skip Trace. Operation Skip Trace

00:06:54.280 uncovered and ended a hospice fraud scheme

00:06:58.200 that defrauded Medi-Cal of $267 million.

00:07:02.840 So just to be clear, a quarter billion dollars.

00:07:06.840 Over.

00:07:07.760 Funds that are paid for by California taxpayers,

00:07:11.320 funds that are meant to provide care

00:07:12.960 to Californians in need.

00:07:15.480 It is unacceptable.

00:07:16.940 It is illegal.

00:07:18.280 I agree, but you know what pisses me off?

00:07:20.620 What's that?

00:07:21.100 Number one, people like Chris Cuomo,

00:07:22.880 and I hope he hears this,

00:07:23.760 say that people like Nick Shirley are not real investigative journalists and blah blah blah blah

00:07:28.380 and nothing's going to happen number one number two this is a response because they're being

00:07:32.820 exposed your system in California should have done this years ago how long has this been going on

00:07:38.720 for but this isn't a overnight thing that Nick Shirley just stumbled upon this has been going

00:07:43.200 over for on forever and he's just and God bless him bouncing around from city to city finding it

00:07:49.080 and exposing it okay this is a response because now they have to say oh we're going to start

00:07:54.120 arresting people if it wasn't for nick shirley this would have kept going on and kept going on

00:07:58.640 and nothing ever would have come out about just remember you need to call it election year

00:08:01.780 response so go on you're right you're absolutely right it's an election year response so that it

00:08:07.060 when he's cornered when he's in a primary wherever he is he can say what are you talking about the

00:08:11.540 california attorney general found a quarter of a billion dollars in fraud under my watch we

00:08:15.780 immediately lost our own investigation and we did it better because it's in our jurisdiction you just

00:08:19.820 wait for it to hear the part that i want to see and you're asking the right question what i want

00:08:24.580 to see is where do they track the checks that come back to the campaign because they are they

00:08:29.680 did in minnesota all the allegations excuse me they were they allegedly did in minnesota and

00:08:35.920 they were pointing back to how the money went offshore to bad people right in foreign countries

00:08:41.960 and, as well, come back to PACs.

00:08:44.420 Now, here the PAC system, and David, I'd love to know what you think about this,

00:08:48.760 that creates the veil because I'm, well, you know what?

00:08:51.780 There are a lot of PACs that are supporting me and all the other down-ballot tickets.

00:08:55.860 I didn't know where that money came from.

00:08:58.020 It's the PACs.

00:08:58.900 So now the candidates and their campaign managers can say, oh, I didn't know,

00:09:03.920 but the money was flowing right back to the PAC and, therefore, back to the campaign.

00:09:08.400 I think once we get to the bottom of it in Minnesota, it's going to show up that that's where it is,

00:09:13.160 and I think it's no different in California.

00:09:15.160 Can I say one thing before, Dave, you speak?

00:09:16.980 Pat, you're a CEO of a company, okay?

00:09:18.820 I think Gavin Newsom technically is the CEO of California.

00:09:22.260 Do you think he doesn't know hundreds of billions of dollars?

00:09:26.360 Pat, he doesn't know?

00:09:27.520 Do you think?

00:09:27.940 Of course.

00:09:28.420 Okay.

00:09:29.200 And the more they spend, the better it is for them.

00:09:31.760 Look how much we're giving for adult day health care.

00:09:34.340 I mean, ADHD, it's amazing.

00:09:35.460 What's funny also is Bonta, if I recalled correctly, had his own scandals of allegedly misappropriating or spending campaign funds, half a million dollars on legal fees.

00:09:44.300 These people are all systemically corrupt, and then they look into their own corruption only when it gets exposed, pretend to do something, and then people forget that it ever happened.

00:09:53.640 Minnesota was interesting.

00:09:54.880 Remember when all the ICE stuff was going down, the riots and the protests, and everyone was like, why is Minnesota uniquely different than everywhere else where ICE is going and taking people out?

00:10:03.760 It was a pure distraction, you know, or I say organically, to distract from the corruption in Minnesota.

00:10:11.240 And so they use that crisis to distract from it.

00:10:13.240 All of a sudden, nobody's talking about the billions of dollars in Minnesota fraud.

00:10:15.960 They're talking about, you know, the incidents that a nurse that got himself shot.

00:10:19.620 A nurse that got himself shot.

00:10:20.380 And in California now, all right, fine.

00:10:21.800 It's come to the fore.

00:10:22.840 You got Nick Shirley going there.

00:10:24.740 And so now they're going to pretend to do something about it.

00:10:26.500 And I wouldn't be surprised if something does happen that's going to distract people from this massive fraud.

00:10:30.000 Adam.

00:10:31.320 Shout out to Nick Shirley.

00:10:32.300 I mean, think about what this kid's done on his resume.

00:10:35.500 When's the first time you even heard of Nick Shirley?

00:10:37.100 Less than a year ago?

00:10:38.200 I remember I met Nick Shirley at James O'Keefe's event,

00:10:42.500 and he won the Citizen Journalism Award.

00:10:47.360 And I was like, dude, you're killing it.

00:10:48.640 This is six months ago.

00:10:50.200 And we've kept in touch, and I see what's going on.

00:10:52.040 Think about this kid's resume right now.

00:10:53.920 Shows up to Minnesota, not the FBI, not the CIA,

00:10:57.620 not the Department of Justice.

00:10:58.700 nick shirley with a camera and his boy david and the leering center a month later tim walls

00:11:05.440 basically says i'm not running for re-election good took down the governor of minnesota good

00:11:10.400 now he has his eyes set on california the big question is is he going to do enough to take

00:11:16.400 down gavin newsom because gavin newsom is not tim walls tim walls by the way he showed up out of

00:11:21.640 nowhere all this money fraud minnesota we're going to see what happens there and all of a sudden he's

00:11:26.380 the potential vice president of the United States?

00:11:28.160 You know why? 0.93

00:11:29.500 Kamala, money, bingo, bingo.

00:11:31.560 He donated, what, $28 million, Tom?

00:11:33.080 Day three of getting...

00:11:34.880 The thing with Gavin Newsom... 0.98

00:11:36.160 The split DNC didn't want to give money to Kamala, 0.96

00:11:38.180 so she had to go find a bag.

00:11:39.600 And she found it.

00:11:40.600 She found the bag, that's true.

00:11:42.160 So the question is this.

00:11:43.800 The manufactured crisis that Gavin Newsom

00:11:46.560 just tried to pull off,

00:11:47.500 basically, you know, he's created the problem

00:11:49.920 or basically turned a blind eye to the problem.

00:11:52.440 And now he's like, I fixed it, guys.

00:11:53.860 it's like you just you're the arsonist to burn down the house and now you show up with a hose

00:11:59.480 and here's the catch people are going to believe him he's the most skilled politician in america

00:12:04.660 i'll tell you why what has he done for california other than look good with great hair shout out to

00:12:09.260 you guys with great hair on the podcast i'm not voting for you because you have great hair what

00:12:13.040 are your policies what have you done to effectuate change i don't know what gavin newsom's done

00:12:16.660 other than walk the he talks to talk he doesn't walk the walk here's a good news to give all of

00:12:21.840 you guys do you remember when i said to you about a month and a half ago you know we have thousands

00:12:28.000 and thousands of orders that we got to catch up to do you remember that with the shoes with the

00:12:32.160 hats with the shirts with the sweaters with the wallets with everything that we have 100 percent

00:12:37.800 of all the orders have officially been caught up when i tell you thousands of orders i mean

00:12:43.500 thousands of orders but that means tens of thousands of items that were being shipped out

00:12:47.900 that officially are in the hands of everybody.

00:12:50.540 And so today, after what took place,

00:12:53.320 the first launch that we're doing to say that the store is back open,

00:12:58.500 kind of like Tom Cruise said in Cocktails, the bar is open, right?

00:13:02.120 The store is officially open, and we're launching it.

00:13:05.860 We are launching it with a brand spanking new.

00:13:09.100 You know how the limited – I'm telling you, Ryan,
