Verdict with Ted Cruz - An American Pope, Bernie's Plane Hypocrisy, Biden Incoherent & Planned Parenthood Caught in a Sting

00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.

00:00:02.500 Guaranteed human.

00:00:05.120 Welcome, it is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,

00:00:09.360 and we have got a lot to talk about on today's show,

00:00:12.340 including some very exciting news for people of the Catholic Faith Center around the world,

00:00:17.680 but really also in America with history being made.

00:00:21.300 The Pope is from the United States of America.

00:00:25.700 Well, it's an extraordinary week.

00:00:27.580 A great deal is happening.

00:00:28.920 We have white smoke at the Vatican.

00:00:30.840 We have a new Pope.

00:00:31.620 The Pope is American.

00:00:32.640 We're going to talk about that.

00:00:34.280 We're going to break that down. 0.99

00:00:35.920 We're also going to talk about Bernie Sanders and the left being exposed as utter and complete hypocrites 0.91

00:00:42.740 flying on private jets and explaining it's really the only choice for people like them. 0.92

00:00:48.880 We're also going to break down Joe Biden.

00:00:51.400 Joe Biden went on TV.

00:00:52.720 We discovered he's come out of hiding.

00:00:54.360 He went on TV and what little sense he makes.

00:00:58.480 He's blaming the loss in 2024 on racism, on sexism, on everything except his disastrous record and his policies that simply don't work.

00:01:08.880 And finally, we're going to tell you about an unbelievable story about Planned Parenthood being caught in a sting in an undercover operation prescribing sex change hormones to minors.

00:01:22.040 It is horrific.

00:01:23.280 They are caught red-handed, and we're going to give you all the facts.

00:01:26.400 Yeah, it's really incredible.

00:01:28.240 And let's start with what we mentioned a moment ago with the Pope.

00:01:30.580 It's a historic development.

00:01:32.600 Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost of Chicago has been elected as the 267th Pope of the Roman Catholic Church.

00:01:39.900 This marks the first time an American has ascended to the Papacy.

00:01:44.900 And I've got a lot of friends that are Catholic.

00:01:47.480 They were beyond thrilled about this announcement that was made following the appearance of that white smoke you mentioned from the Sistine Chapel signaling the successful conclusion of the conclave.

00:01:57.840 This is a big moment for the U.S.

00:02:01.120 Well, it is, and it's a big moment for the world.

00:02:03.900 You have over a billion faithful Catholics across the globe, and a new pope is a moment of history, a moment of great import, certainly in the Catholic faith, but also great import across the world.

00:02:18.880 And for the pope to be an American, that's a big deal for our country.

00:02:23.040 That's never happened.

00:02:24.320 You know, I was reading Nostradamus apparently predicted that we would see that the next pope would be Italian.

00:02:32.820 It turns out that that prediction was not accurate, but I guess you can't fault Nostradamus for not foreseeing America.

00:02:40.680 But instead, we have a pope.

00:02:43.820 You know, we will know many more details on the pope as time goes forward, but we know several things just from the early reporting.

00:02:52.760 We know that this is according to the New York Times, quote, as bishop in Chiclayo, a city in northwestern Peru, he opposed a government plan to add teachings on gender in schools.

00:03:07.040 The promotion of gender ideology is confusing because it seeks to create genders that don't exist, he told local news media.

00:03:13.460 New York Times also reported that, quote, in a 2012 address to bishops, he lamented that Western news media and popular culture fostered sympathy for beliefs and practices that are at odds with the gospel.

00:03:28.200 And he told the Vatican's official news website last year that, quote, the bishop is not supposed to be a little prince sitting in his kingdom.

00:03:37.440 Rather, he said, a church leader is called to be authentically to be humble, to be close to the people he serves, to walk with them, to suffer with them.

00:03:48.120 And I certainly hope and pray that God's blessings will be on him and that he will convey God's love to the Catholic Church and to the world.

00:04:02.060 Yeah, it really is cool.

00:04:03.160 The president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, also coming out with a statement.

00:04:07.220 Here is what he had to say as well.

00:04:08.840 They have already spoken to us and we'll see what happens.

00:04:18.520 But, again, to have the vote from the United States of America, that's a great honor.

00:04:24.540 That's a great honor.

00:04:27.960 I'm watching and they said he's from America.

00:04:31.400 I said, that's great.

00:04:33.680 I love the candor there.

00:04:35.240 He's like, I'm watching it.

00:04:36.420 And this is the part about selecting the pope that is really, I think, one of those moments.

00:04:41.680 I was in the airport when it was happening and everybody was watching it like it was almost like a World Series or a moment in history where you remember kind of where you were.

00:04:54.060 And every TV, people around it, and then the smoke came up, the white smoke, and people were clapping in excitement over this.

00:05:01.780 And it's kind of cool, Senator, that you've got a president that finds out the same way everyone else does.

00:05:08.220 No insider information.

00:05:09.800 You're watching.

00:05:10.560 You wait.

00:05:11.660 And it's old school in that way with a lot of history.

00:05:15.260 Yeah, no, that's right.

00:05:16.740 And I'll say you and I have to be a little bit careful because we're two Southern Baptists discussing the selection of the pope within the Catholic Church.

00:05:23.960 And for faithful Catholics, they believe that God has ordained the pope.

00:05:30.940 And I do believe God raises up leaders across the world in all sorts of context.

00:05:39.300 And so it is a moment of great spiritual import to faithful Catholics.

00:05:44.960 But it's also a moment of great consequence to the country.

00:05:48.280 You know, you look back at Pope John Paul, and you and I, we remember the Reagan presidency, and the leadership that President Reagan had, and that Margaret Thatcher had, and that Pope John Paul had.

00:06:03.820 The three of them quite literally changed the world and defeated the Soviet Union.

00:06:10.540 And so the pope is someone who is listened to everywhere, and I hope that this American pope, I wish him all the best.

00:06:23.380 I'm proud that he's an American, and we will learn more about his, who he is, what his passions are, what his beliefs are.

00:06:34.340 All of that will come in the days and weeks and months ahead.

00:06:38.020 But an American pope is really something quite extraordinary.

00:06:42.460 Yeah, it really is.

00:06:43.300 And it's going to also be very interesting to see, as those words that you read earlier, how big of an impact this pope could have.

00:06:51.480 And being a leader, and not just as he described it sitting there, but actually leading on some of these issues,

00:06:57.800 there is a lot, I think, of hope now for many that a new pope will mean that, yeah, there are some strong stances that can be taken on different issues and can lead around the world.

00:07:08.700 You talk about Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan and the pope.

00:07:11.860 I mean, it was somewhat described, I think, in history unorthodox for the pope to get that involved in the way that he did.

00:07:19.340 And yet that was the type of leader that people wanted at the time.

00:07:22.960 And I think that's part of the reason why every time there's a new pope, there's a moment of excitement of, okay, what could we see now?

00:07:29.740 And if you have someone like this pope from America that's on the record on some of these issues,

00:07:35.460 there is some excitement around what could he lead on and how could that impact the world?

00:07:41.060 Well, and we've seen that as a cardinal that he has been on social media and he's been critical of Donald Trump and critical of J.D. Vance.

00:07:51.440 And I hope, as pope, he does not use the papacy to advocate, for example, for open borders and for the kinds of disasters that we saw over the last four years.

00:08:11.280 But that's going to be a choice that he's going to make, and it's going to have real consequences.

00:08:16.080 What he chooses to speak out on, what he chooses to focus on, it's going to have a consequence for Catholics across the world,

00:08:24.680 but it'll have a consequence for discussion and world leaders across the world as well.

00:08:28.800 Senator, I want to move to Bernie Sanders.

00:08:32.000 It was one of those oof moments this week, called out for his hypocrisy on his Fighting Oligarchy Tour.

00:08:40.320 Now, this is a tour that he and AOC famously jet-setted, I'm not exaggerating, around the country to speak to the big crowds as they're trying to lead the Democratic Party.

00:08:50.340 Nothing says a communist or a socialist like taking a private jet but telling others you can't do the same thing.

00:08:56.720 He was asked about it. It didn't go very well.

00:08:59.780 No, it did not.

00:09:00.920 And I've got to say, there are moments when the left, it becomes impossible to satirize them because they are a living Saturday Night Live sketch.

00:09:10.440 Like at this point, they're simply parody.

00:09:14.280 So Bernie Sanders is in the middle, as you said, of a Fighting Oligarchy Tour.

00:09:18.680 So he is standing up to the man, to those terrible rich people.

00:09:22.980 So rich, bad, oligarchs, bad.

00:09:25.200 That's his message.

00:09:25.900 Remember, he's a socialist.

00:09:26.740 And to do his Fighting Oligarchy Tour, he's got to be on a private jet everywhere.

00:09:31.920 And mind you, he and AOC, what are they most known for other than being socialist nutcases?

00:09:37.720 Well, the Green New Deal saying that carbon emissions are going to destroy us all.

00:09:42.400 And so if you don't stop your carbon emission, you're destroying humanity.

00:09:47.100 Well, I've got to say, Bernie went on Fox and Brett Baer asked him about it.

00:09:51.300 And here, give a listen to his answer.

00:09:52.760 Melissa Slotkin, senator from Michigan, she said, you shouldn't be using oligarch. 1.00

00:09:57.260 It's over people's head.

00:09:59.000 You've gotten criticized from other people.

00:10:00.900 Free Beacon says Bernie Sanders spent $221,000 on private jets fighting the oligarchy tour paid for by friends of Bernie Sanders.

00:10:09.720 That you've spent millions of dollars in campaign funds on private jet travel over the years.

00:10:14.440 How do you push back on both of those things?

00:10:16.500 When's the last time you saw Donald Trump during a campaign mode at National Airport?

00:10:22.060 No, no, no.

00:10:22.600 It doesn't.

00:10:23.240 But he's also not fighting the oligarchy.

00:10:25.720 No.

00:10:26.380 You run a campaign and you do three or four or five rallies in a week.

00:10:30.740 The only way you can get around to talk to 30,000 people.

00:10:33.700 Think I'm going to be sitting on a waiting line at United waiting, you know, while 30,000 people are waiting?

00:10:38.680 That's the only way you can get around.

00:10:39.940 No apologies for that.

00:10:41.160 That's what campaign travel is about.

00:10:43.100 We've done it in the past.

00:10:44.000 We're going to do it in the future.

00:10:44.860 And you think that this is hitting a mark?

00:10:47.160 You think it's scratching the itch that voters want to hear from?

00:10:51.920 I think at a time when the people on top are doing phenomenally well, when seniors, working class people are struggling,

00:10:58.100 people want to hear action to stand up to the people who have the wealth and the power and create an economy that works for all of us, not just the people on top.

00:11:06.720 Look, I got to say, no apologies.

00:11:08.920 The oligarchs, they do not apologize to the peasants they're lying to.

00:11:13.480 By the way, he did flat out lie right there on Fox News.

00:11:16.700 He says, you can't do three or four rallies in a week flying on commercial airlines in United.

00:11:22.800 Well, you know what?

00:11:23.680 I fly United every single week.

00:11:25.680 I I'm I'm doing it back and forth and back and forth.

00:11:28.740 And I've done a heck of a lot more than three or four rallies flying United or Southwest.

00:11:34.020 And and in fact, in just a few minutes, I'm headed to the airport and I'm going to stand in line.

00:11:38.960 I'm going to fly Delta this time.

00:11:40.180 And and and and it is the entitlement.

00:11:45.300 No apologies.

00:11:46.660 I'm standing up to the oligarchs in my private jet and no acknowledgement that Bernie Sanders has the carbon footprint of a small town.

00:11:55.860 Mind you, the Green New Deal.

00:11:57.500 They want to restrict your life because of carbon emissions.

00:12:00.320 He could have flown commercial and not emitted all that carbon, but it's not worth it. 0.92

00:12:04.160 And you know who did the exact same thing, John Kerry, another wealthy hypocrite who who flew on a private jet up to Iceland. 0.61

00:12:12.820 And this is this is ironic to accept a climate award. 0.85

00:12:16.980 Give a listen to John Kerry explaining why he flew a private jet to Iceland.

00:12:22.180 On that issue, pollution, I understand that you came here with a private jet.

00:12:26.180 Is that an environmental way to travel?

00:12:28.260 If you offset your carbon, it's the only choice for somebody like me who is traveling the world to win this battle.

00:12:38.140 I negotiated the Paris Accords for the United States.

00:12:42.420 I've been involved in this fight for years.

00:12:44.740 I negotiated with President Xi to bring President Xi to the table so we could get Paris.

00:12:49.540 And I believe the time it takes me to get somewhere.

00:12:53.340 I can't sail across the ocean.

00:12:54.720 I have to fly to meet with people and get things done.

00:12:57.700 But what I'm doing almost full time is working to win the battle of climate change.

00:13:04.000 And in the end, if I offset and contribute my life to do this, I'm not going to be put on the defensive.

00:13:11.880 I love that.

00:13:12.820 I'm not going to be put on the defensive.

00:13:14.440 And he acts like his only other option to see the world or travel the world for these meetings, as he describes, to get on a boat.

00:13:21.260 He was on a private plane.

00:13:23.680 99.99% of people that fly around the world fly on a commercial plane.

00:13:28.480 He was asked about being on a private jet.

00:13:30.900 And he acted like, well, there's no other option for a guy like me.

00:13:33.120 It's either a boat or a private jet.

00:13:35.500 No, there's commercial planes you could get on like normal people every day.

00:13:38.580 Well, and listen to the smug entitlement.

00:13:42.400 It's the only choice for someone like me.

00:13:45.900 That's what he said.

00:13:46.960 It's the only choice for someone like me.

00:13:49.580 Just like Bernie Sanders.

00:13:51.200 I will not apologize.

00:13:52.440 And the utter hypocrisy with the Green New Deal, with the Paris Climate Accords, what they are trying to do is restrict your life.

00:14:02.140 They're trying to ban airplanes.

00:14:04.560 They're trying to ban the internal combustion engine.

00:14:07.920 They're trying to drive up your electricity bills.

00:14:10.360 They're trying to make your life harder. 1.00

00:14:12.980 And they're utter and complete hypocrites. 0.99

00:14:14.960 The reason they're doing it is they say if we keep admitting carbon, we're all going to die. 1.00

00:14:20.700 The oceans are going to rise and humanity is going to be extinct.

00:14:25.000 It's going to be extinct in 12 years.

00:14:26.520 By the way, have you noticed, Ben, it's always 12 years?

00:14:29.400 40 years ago, the world was going to end in 12 years.

00:14:32.240 30 years ago, the world was going to end in 12 years.

00:14:34.220 20 years ago, the world was going to end in 12 years.

00:14:36.720 John Kerry said the North Pole would be gone.

00:14:40.740 The ice on the North Pole would be gone.

00:14:42.200 There's actually more ice on the North Pole now.

00:14:43.840 But it doesn't matter.

00:14:45.660 They are lying when they say they believe this because if they believed it, they wouldn't get on a private jet to do their fighting oligarchy tour.

00:14:55.460 They wouldn't get on a private jet to go to Iceland to get an award for apparently fighting for the climate.

00:15:02.360 That hypocrisy is through and through. 0.91

00:15:04.680 It is who they are.

00:15:07.220 And it demonstrates that they don't believe the words they're saying.

00:15:10.960 Well, and Al Gore, this guy's made a lot of money selling this lie that the world was going to end.

00:15:17.360 He has made money.

00:15:18.540 It is documented.

00:15:19.540 It's well documented.

00:15:21.120 And Kerry, again, well, I can buy my way out of my sins.

00:15:24.900 Yeah, he said, I buy an offset.

00:15:26.380 And by the way, you've got a lot of left-wing Democrats making money on the offset scam, which is a way they can excuse.

00:15:32.340 You know, both John Kerry and Bernie Sanders remind me of an old commercial from when we were kids of the fellow who rolls down the window of the Rolls Royce and says, pardon me, sir.

00:15:44.000 Might you have some gray poupon?

00:15:46.460 That is John Kerry and that is Bernie Sanders.

00:15:49.160 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them. 0.98

00:15:56.540 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.

00:16:00.260 I'm Jennifer Stewart.

00:16:01.440 And I'm Catherine Clark.

00:16:02.660 And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women.

00:16:06.440 Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.

00:16:12.160 So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.

00:16:15.140 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.

00:16:21.480 Senator, we got to talk about Joe Biden for a second.

00:16:24.400 He has come out of hiding.

00:16:25.580 He's actually doing more interviews now than when he was running for president.

00:16:29.020 And he's apparently writing a book and making money doing speeches.

00:16:32.820 He's all in now.

00:16:34.920 Well, Joe Biden came out of the hole he was hiding in and he saw his shadow.

00:16:39.260 So I don't know if that means that spring is going to last another six weeks.

00:16:42.700 I'm not sure what that means, but he decided when he came out of hiding to go on Fox News, to go on BBC, to go on ABC's The View.

00:16:52.540 So he was just making the rounds.

00:16:55.060 On Fox News, he was asked if he left the race too late to stop Trump, if his delay cost the Democrats the race.

00:17:04.680 And unsurprisingly, he said, I don't think it would have mattered.

00:17:07.760 So, of course, he exonerated himself completely.

00:17:11.260 He bears none of the fault for the loss. 0.91

00:17:14.060 But that wasn't nearly as ridiculous as what he said on BBC.

00:17:18.500 So on BBC, listen to why Joe Biden said that he stepped away from the race. 0.50

00:17:23.600 Give a listen.

00:17:24.560 Should you have withdrawn earlier, given someone else a bigger charge?

00:17:28.240 I don't think it would have mattered.

00:17:34.300 We left at a time when we had a good candidate.

00:17:41.000 She was fully funded.

00:17:43.860 And what happened was, I had become, what we had set out to do, no one thought we could do.

00:17:52.020 I had become so successful on our agenda, it was hard to say, no, I'm going to stop now.

00:17:59.580 I mean, I didn't think it could get any worse, but yet here we are.

00:18:04.440 And this is still the de facto leader of the Democratic Party saying it was so successful, it was hard to just stop.

00:18:12.020 And people had a hard time with that.

00:18:14.500 Yeah, that clearly explains everything.

00:18:16.760 That's clearly the reason he dropped out of the race, because he was so successful.

00:18:20.060 It's clearly the reason Trump won, because Joe Biden was so successful.

00:18:25.700 It's clearly the reason we had a landslide election across the country.

00:18:29.140 And understand, there was no ambiguity in this election.

00:18:31.520 Of the seven swing states, Donald Trump won all seven.

00:18:34.920 He won the popular vote.

00:18:36.780 Republicans won the House.

00:18:37.980 Republicans won the Senate.

00:18:39.180 It was an absolute repudiation of the train wreck that was Joe Biden, the Democrats' extreme agenda.

00:18:46.380 And yet he's living in this world where, well, it was just because I was so successful that, you know, I mean, you know, of course he was so successful.

00:18:57.780 And listen on The View.

00:18:59.940 Then when he's downplaying President Trump's victory in 2024, give a listen to what Biden had to say on The View.

00:19:06.740 Mr. President, you had previously said that you thought that you would have won.

00:19:10.600 Since then, Donald Trump won all the battleground states and made inroads with almost every major demographic, from working class voters to Hispanic men to black men.

00:19:20.360 Knowing what you know now, do you think you would have beat him?

00:19:23.740 Yeah, he still got seven million fewer votes.

00:19:26.020 Yes.

00:19:26.560 A lot of people didn't show up.

00:19:29.200 Number one, number one.

00:19:30.720 Number two, they're very close in those toss-up states.

00:19:37.300 It was, well, it wasn't a slam dunk.

00:19:42.360 And so, look, I, you know, every time I've been on the show, which you've been fortunate, I've been fortunate to be on more than once, thanks for having me, is that we talk, you guys don't focus on as much, and I think it's good, on polling numbers.

00:19:59.220 But let me put it this way.

00:20:02.060 He's had the worst hundred days any president's ever had.

00:20:05.540 Yeah.

00:20:05.960 That's a fact.

00:20:06.680 Yeah.

00:20:07.300 And I would not say, honestly, he's been a strong point.

00:20:18.680 Yeah.

00:20:19.820 Yeah.

00:20:20.400 Well, Mr.

00:20:21.320 I mean, I don't even know what that answer was.

00:20:23.340 The one thing that was funny in there, Senator, is the fact that he's like, I love that you guys don't look at poll numbers because the poll numbers would say it's the complete opposite of what I'm saying right now.

00:20:34.880 Yet he goes back to polls and says, oh, well, I had more votes than he did, and it wasn't a slam dunk.

00:20:39.940 When you win all of the swing states, that is literally the definition of a political slam dunk that every candidate dreams about when they're running for president.

00:20:50.660 Yeah.

00:20:51.660 And look, you know, his comment about The View.

00:20:53.660 Oh, I love going on The View.

00:20:55.040 I go on it all the time.

00:20:56.620 You know, as you know, I've been on The View three different times.

00:20:59.340 They won't have me back.

00:21:01.040 The last three books I wrote for each of the last, well, for rather two of the last three books, I went on The View.

00:21:08.920 And for my last one, they said, no, thanks.

00:21:10.660 We don't want you back. 0.86

00:21:11.640 We don't want you back because it went so badly for them because they are screaming left wing harpies who are fundamentally dishonest.

00:21:20.620 And so it's a great place.

00:21:22.300 So when when when Biden says it's the worst first hundred days in history and everyone there applauds, oh, yes, oh, yes, beautiful, Joe, it's the worst one.

00:21:32.660 You know what they didn't discuss?

00:21:33.980 They didn't discuss that illegal border crossings are down ninety nine point nine percent because that that would actually be a fact.

00:21:41.420 And Joe Biden doesn't discuss facts, although I will say this.

00:21:45.260 Joe Biden did make a concession on The View and he made a concession that his debate performance was a train wreck.

00:21:53.660 That is indisputable.

00:21:54.840 But give a listen to what he had to say about it.

00:21:56.660 You know what freaked everybody out was that debate.

00:22:00.600 Yeah, it wasn't a great night.

00:22:02.220 It was a bad night.

00:22:03.280 Terrible.

00:22:03.520 And everybody lost their mind because, of course, no one has ever had a bad night when they were.

00:22:10.280 Nobody tries to have a bad night.

00:22:11.960 Sometimes it happens.

00:22:13.040 Yeah. So this is this is what started both sides with this.

00:22:19.920 Oh, he can't do this.

00:22:21.420 This needs to stop.

00:22:22.760 Why do you think that caught fire?

00:22:24.920 Why do you think people bought into it, especially the Democrats?

00:22:29.120 Well, first of all, we still were winning primary.

00:22:32.540 We're still doing everything.

00:22:34.280 The Democratic Party at large didn't buy into it.

00:22:37.660 But the Democratic leadership and some of the very significant contributors did, even though we raised enormous.

00:22:45.140 Like when I left the race, Kamala had hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:22:48.480 She had the best organized campaign. 0.96

00:22:51.180 Every organization, every state was organized, etc.

00:22:53.820 But, you know, what happens is that it it took on a life.

00:23:01.040 And I had a very I'm going to say something outrageous.

00:23:04.140 I've lost many debates in my life.

00:23:06.800 I've been pretty good at doing that.

00:23:08.980 I was sick.

00:23:10.200 I was no excuse.

00:23:12.340 Yes. But I was not.

00:23:13.920 It's an explanation.

00:23:15.200 And I had a bad, bad night.

00:23:17.800 Yeah.

00:23:18.380 And and I had anyway, I'm on camera.

00:23:21.140 Did you immediately know you had had a bad night?

00:23:23.320 Yeah, I did.

00:23:24.140 But even after that, the polls just showed me down by two points.

00:23:27.660 And, you know, Joe came on.

00:23:30.120 I went on to the stage after the debate.

00:23:32.420 I mean, we all saw it.

00:23:33.720 It was terrible.

00:23:34.380 And so Joe looked at me and he said, I will all use screwed up.

00:23:38.960 He said, I didn't say that.

00:23:40.380 And I said, yeah, you did, Joe.

00:23:46.720 But we have hundreds of people waiting for us.

00:23:48.860 Put your shoulders back.

00:23:49.840 Walk out there.

00:23:50.920 You know, be who you are.

00:23:52.600 And we were not going to let 90 minutes of a debate define his presidency and all those years of service.

00:24:02.520 It's very interesting how they brought out the former first lady to answer the question that actually went to him.

00:24:08.840 And she jumped in.

00:24:10.380 You know, if your wife has to jump in and say, you're not incompetent, you're you're not mentally diminished.

00:24:16.920 That tells you something if your wife has to step in and take that question for you. 1.00

00:24:20.520 But the words he said accurately, he said, I had a bad, bad night.

00:24:24.280 And you and I did this podcast verdict.

00:24:26.500 We did it that night.

00:24:27.420 We did it right after after the debate.

00:24:29.780 We put out a special podcast and and you and I predicted that night that that was the most consequential presidential debate in the history of the country.

00:24:39.840 And the reason we predicted that is we said Joe Biden is going to drop out of this race.

00:24:45.360 He will not be the nominee because of this debate.

00:24:49.400 So he's suggesting, gosh, I had a bad debate, but everyone was fine.

00:24:53.180 The Democrat Party was fine.

00:24:54.820 Really, I seem to recall George Clooney writing, saying he went to a fundraiser and was so incoherent that you couldn't understand what he was saying.

00:25:01.520 But, you know, Biden, Biden does respond later on in the view when when when there are reports questioning his cognitive abilities and listen to what he says on that.

00:25:12.800 Yeah, Mr. President, since you left office, there have been a number of books that have come out deeply sourced from Democratic sources that claim in your final year there was a dramatic decline in your cognitive abilities in the in the final year of your presidency.

00:25:27.600 What is your response to these allegations or are these sources wrong?

00:25:31.520 They are wrong. There's nothing to sustain that, number one.

00:25:37.180 Number two, you know, think of what what we're left with.

00:25:40.840 We left with a circumstance where we we had an insurrection when I started.

00:25:47.020 We did not sense a civil war.

00:25:49.440 We had a circumstance where we were in a position that we well, the pandemic, because of the incompetence of the last outfit, end up over a million people dying.

00:26:01.520 Many people dying. We're also in a situation where we found ourselves unable to deal with a lot of just basic issues.

00:26:12.500 And I won't go into it in the interest of time. And so we went to work and we got it done.

00:26:18.420 Well, what he got done was the most disaster, disastrous presidency in history.

00:26:23.460 And his mental decline wasn't just the last year. It was the entire presidency.

00:26:27.700 They kept him hidden. I'll tell you, Republican senators, the White House didn't let us talk to him all four years.

00:26:33.960 And that's a big part of the reason his mental decline and his disastrous record that he lost.

00:26:39.840 And Donald Trump is once again the president.

00:26:41.420 Senator, in our final segment, I want to talk about something that is shocking.

00:26:46.640 This is exactly why we do this show, why we do a podcast three days a week.

00:26:51.020 And what you're about to hear right now, I hope that you will share it.

00:26:55.460 Grab the podcast, subscribe, hit that auto download button and share the podcast wherever you are on social media.

00:27:01.280 This is why we do this show, to get stories like this out to the masses.

00:27:04.820 This one deals with a shocking expose on Planned Parenthood.

00:27:11.040 They have now been exposed for prescribing hormones to minors in an undercover investigation.

00:27:19.220 Well, that's right. Planned Parenthood was caught in a sting and and undercover phone calls were made by the pro-life activist group Live Action.

00:27:27.680 And it showed that Planned Parenthood clinics across multiple states offer cross-sex hormone treatments to minors as young as 17 with very little parental supervision and very little medical supervision.

00:27:42.780 Live Action did an undercover investigation in which a woman posed as a 16-year-old minor.

00:27:48.660 And she called dozens of Planned Parenthood locations seeking what she called gender-affirming care. 0.99

00:27:54.460 At least seven different facilities said, sure, they would provide cross-sex hormones at the first appointment. 0.67

00:28:04.560 So not after a long consultation, just immediately first appointment.

00:28:08.960 Come on in. We'll give you those hormones. 1.00

00:28:11.040 Several instances.

00:28:12.640 Planned Parenthood told the caller she could choose to meet with the provider virtually

00:28:18.240 and have access to the cross-sex hormones the very same day.

00:28:26.040 And this is after being told the person is a minor and that they had just begun considering trying to medically change their sex.

00:28:34.120 In Minnesota and in Oregon, facilities there said they could schedule the minor within days or even on the very same day.

00:28:43.740 This is what Planned Parenthood is doing.

00:28:46.100 Five different facilities stated that no prior therapy, zero, no mental health clearance,

00:28:53.400 and no prior documentation was needed to obtain cross-sex hormones.

00:28:58.280 And understand, these hormones can do irreparable damage to children.

00:29:04.020 They can sterilize children.

00:29:05.560 They can permanently harm a child.

00:29:07.720 And Planned Parenthood is a multi-billion dollar business that is more than happy to sterilize your child without you even knowing about it.

00:29:17.460 By the way, we've got this audio, and I want to play this, coming from live action,

00:29:22.140 where you describe them trying to schedule this.

00:29:24.700 And I want people to listen to it.

00:29:26.720 And again, this is when we ask for you to help get this out.

00:29:30.880 No one's covering this in the media.

00:29:32.620 This is why we ask you to grab the podcast and share it so that others can hear this right now.

00:29:38.600 Thank you for calling Planned Parenthood.

00:29:39.840 Thank you for choosing Planned Parenthood, Greater New York.

00:29:42.820 Thank you for calling Planned Parenthood, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota.

00:29:46.940 Hello, good afternoon.

00:29:48.220 Thank you for calling Planned Parenthood.

00:29:50.100 Hi, my name's Sophia.

00:29:51.620 I'm just trying to schedule some gender-affirming care.

00:29:55.460 I really just want to be able to get some testosterone to start my journey.

00:29:58.980 So we just have to start by booking your initial appointment so you can come in to see one of our providers.

00:30:05.040 Are you over 18?

00:30:06.900 No, I'm 16.

00:30:08.520 You're good to be seen here then, 16 and older.

00:30:11.760 I'll take that.

00:30:12.600 You're okay to do it for minors?

00:30:14.240 Yes, you can legally get hormones under 18.

00:30:17.960 How old are you?

00:30:19.180 16.

00:30:19.980 I know my mom has to come in with me. 0.88

00:30:21.900 Does she have to be in there the whole time? 0.99

00:30:24.520 Like, how does that work?

00:30:25.640 Because I don't know if I'm comfortable with that.

00:30:27.340 At some point of the appointment, maybe she doesn't have to be in the edamining room with you.

00:30:33.000 You said I could do it virtually?

00:30:34.520 Yeah, you could do it virtually.

00:30:36.320 So what would that look like?

00:30:37.540 So I'd just talk to a doctor and then they'd be able to prescribe me?

00:30:42.560 Yes.

00:30:43.060 If it's virtual, you'll still meet with the doctor and then go over, like, all necessary information.

00:30:50.020 And in the end, they will then be prescribing hormones that would then be stripped out to, like, your local pharmacy.

00:30:56.600 I don't need any, like, therapy or anything first.

00:30:59.120 Like, you don't need any record of that?

00:31:01.380 Not that I know of.

00:31:02.720 I don't need any sort of, like, records of having gone to therapy or anything like that, right?

00:31:06.820 Yeah.

00:31:07.180 So unless you have Tricare insurance, it would not be required.

00:31:10.580 There's nothing that I need before, right?

00:31:12.800 Like, I don't need to, like, have records of meeting with a therapist or anything, right?

00:31:15.720 Because my parents definitely aren't going to let me do that.

00:31:18.260 Um, no.

00:31:19.240 I just decided last week, and so I kind of want to get in as soon as possible.

00:31:23.180 Do you have any appointments available soon?

00:31:25.620 Yeah.

00:31:26.100 It depends on the location, too, but we usually do have availability for, like, the next week of whenever you call.

00:31:32.620 You think that if I came in, went over everything with the doctor, they could send the prescription that day?

00:31:38.320 Yes, I think they should be able to.

00:31:40.240 The provider is going to send the prescription to your pharmacy the same day of your appointment.

00:31:46.440 Oh, perfect.

00:31:47.260 Okay.

00:31:47.740 So I can get the hormones the same day.

00:31:50.020 Some pharmacies do take a little bit to get it together, but, yeah, if not the same day, then more than likely the very next day.

00:31:58.020 Perfect.

00:31:58.740 Thank you for calling.

00:31:59.620 Bye.

00:31:59.640 Bye.

00:31:59.720 You have a great day.

00:32:00.840 I mean, you hear that, Senator, and it makes you so angry because what you're hearing is the underworld of, hey, we don't need parents.

00:32:12.760 We don't need parents.

00:32:14.060 We don't need doctors.

00:32:15.200 We don't need evidence.

00:32:16.220 And by the way, the defenders of this mutilation, and then these are also the folks that defend surgeries where you're actually physically sterilizing little boys or little girls.

00:32:27.120 The defenders of this, they say, oh, it's the result of a long, you know, therapy and a medical condition.

00:32:36.140 It's very clear.

00:32:37.200 Planned Parenthood doesn't give a flip what your medical condition is.

00:32:40.420 That's not their business.

00:32:41.580 They're in the business of selling.

00:32:44.140 They're in the business of selling abortions, which is their main business, but they're also in the business of selling, sterilizing kids because, look, cross-sex hormones, and that includes testosterone or estrogen given to the opposite gender, they're meant to alter the body to show characteristics of the opposite gender. 0.82

00:33:04.660 And they can alter the body's natural makeup, they can alter the functions of the body, but they can also result in numerous side effects, including permanent infertility.

00:33:16.180 And Lila Rose, who's the president of live action and a tremendous warrior standing for life, here's what Lila Rose said. 0.97

00:33:25.180 She said that the investigation exposes, quote, a chilling reality that Planned Parenthood is fast-tracking vulnerable children into irreversible hormone treatments with almost no medical oversight.

00:33:42.260 These dangerous drugs can sterilize, stunt growth, and leave lifelong scars.

00:33:49.080 This is not health care.

00:33:51.080 It is child abuse, and it must be stopped.

00:33:54.520 It really is incredible.

00:33:56.140 The last question I have to ask you on this is, after this type of information comes out, is there any role that Congress can play in getting involved now that we see this so clearly?

00:34:06.780 Absolutely.

00:34:07.300 And every year, Planned Parenthood gets more than $700 million in federal taxpayer dollars.

00:34:13.520 That needs to end.

00:34:14.700 We need to defund Planned Parenthood. 0.96

00:34:17.240 You shouldn't be forced to pay for the sterilization of kids.

00:34:21.940 You shouldn't be forced to pay for abortions all over the country. 0.95

00:34:25.520 And so I hope we will see leadership in Congress.

00:34:28.720 I'm certainly fighting to defund Planned Parenthood, and I hope we get it done this year right now.

00:34:34.120 It's truly an incredible story, and this is where we hope you take the show.
