00:13:33.480 you look forward there are still other americans i know that are around the country around the world

00:15:10.440 following the full story of usa id funding hamas is vast and much of it was done in secret before and
00:15:18.360 after october 7th the usa id flowed unaccountable hundreds of millions of dollars towards hamas
00:15:24.680 that enabled it to launch the attack and keep battling israel afterwards they lied about the nature
00:15:30.760 of that aid in public databases refused to disclose what groups were getting the money and gave tens of
00:15:37.880 millions of millions in american cash to be distributed without american supervision they internally admitted
00:15:45.240 the aid would benefit hamas and even exempted themselves from anti-terrorism laws but in public
00:15:52.840 issued denial for all four years of the biden administration i prevented them from confirming a
00:15:59.640 middle east administrator because they wouldn't acknowledge what they were doing because continuing their secret
00:16:06.520 pro-hammas programs was more important to them and and i'll tell you there was a a major article in

00:16:34.920 department official described a lack of embarrassment among some usa id staffers about being associated with
00:16:43.800 terrorist organization and i'm going to read from the beginning of this article because it's an important
00:16:48.280 article and the facts in it are very disturbing as the trump administration works to shutter the u.s
00:16:53.880 united states agency for international development usa id current and former u.s officials who work
00:16:59.720 closely with the embattled aid group say they watched for years as it funneled millions of dollars to
00:17:06.120 anti-israel advocacy groups and entities linked to terrorism that funding caused internal friction

00:20:24.040 vet fraud allegations according to the memo such allegations often include the diversion of taxpayer
00:20:31.480 taxpayer-funded aid to terrorist organizations in a november report for example martin quote
00:20:38.440 identified deliberate interference and efforts to divert humanitarian assistance by foreign terrorist
00:20:45.240 organizations including systemic coercion of aid workers by fto's foreign terrorist organizations and
00:20:53.560 fto influence over beneficiary selection these diversion efforts are particularly

00:21:59.880 controlled newspapers in 2021 its director called for jerusalem to be cleansed quote from the impurity
00:22:10.440 of the jews this is who joe biden and the democrats were sending millions of dollars to and this is who they were covering it up

00:22:57.400 um usaid american board jihadist anwar al-ilaki received full funding to attend colorado state university in 1990
00:23:10.200 usaid documents obtained by fox news showed now now who is anwar al-ilaki he is a notorious terrorist so
00:23:18.600 notorious that president barack obama ordered him killed in a u.s airstrike in yemen 20 years later
00:23:26.760 the documents revealed that al al-ilaki who was born in las cruces new mexico lied on his application and
00:23:33.960 claimed that he was born in yemen apparently so he would be eligible for the federal tuition funding
00:23:40.760 worth more than twenty seven thousand dollars at the time that was 1990 tuition and fees for an
00:23:46.520 international student uh at at the university today would be nearly 10 times that using the education
00:23:54.280 usaid provided him he earned a bachelor's in civil engineering in 1994 al-ilaki would go on to teach
00:24:01.560 islam at mosques across the country from denver to san diego and virginia where u.s officials believe he
00:24:08.360 used his platform to radicalize and recruit terrorists and understand al-ilaki is directly
00:24:15.240 implicated uh in number one at the san diego mosque he met the 9-11 hijackers nawaf al-hasmi and khalid al-midhar
00:24:24.840 two of the men who flew flight 77 into the pentagon uh in on 9-11 and he was arrested in 2006 for his
00:24:35.720 terrorist ties in yemen and three years later on while al-ilaki communicated with nadal hassan who
00:24:43.320 murdered 14 innocent souls at at fort hood anwar al-ilaki was also tied to the underwear bomber
00:24:50.600 umar farouk abd-matullab who tried to blow up a detroit bound northwest airlines flight on christmas
00:24:59.400 day 2009 with bombs hidden in his shorts this is who usaaid said you know what we're gonna pay for
00:25:08.360 you to get a college degree what in the hell are these people doing so the question that i got to
00:25:13.720 ask finally on this to to wrap it up and people that are listening are going to say number one
00:25:19.560 how did this a happen but even more so how are people not going to jail for knowingly giving american
00:25:28.520 taxpayer dollars to terrorists i mean if you are working in our government even if it's under the
00:25:34.760 direction of the biden harris regime at the time and you're sending out money that you know is going
00:25:39.880 to terrorists around the world is that not like breaking some law senator well look that's a
00:25:45.880 question that i think is going to have to be investigated and examined you know i will say
00:25:50.040 u.s anti-terrorism laws prohibit sending money that goes to terrorism and in fact the biden administration
00:25:56.600 made a formal assessment and they concluded that sending the money to gaza uh that that it was very
00:26:02.440 likely that money would be used by hamas for terrorism now ordinarily when you make that
00:26:07.320 determination under american anti-terrorism law you don't send the money you can't send the money once
00:26:13.000 you determine that it's likely it'll go to terrorism however the way the law is written
00:26:17.960 the president has the authority to waive that provision and that's exactly what they did because
