00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.660 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.380 Welcome.
00:00:06.080 It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson.
00:00:08.840 With you, Senator, we heard from the President of the United States of America,
00:00:12.400 and he's staying the President, he says.
00:00:15.040 Until the end of his term, are you a little bit surprised by this?
00:00:19.880 Well, last night we got something we've been missing for four days,
00:00:23.060 and that is proof of life.
00:00:24.760 Joe Biden is still with us.
00:00:26.960 Four days after his tweet saying that he was dropping out of the race,
00:00:30.140 we saw him actually do a live TV address to the American people,
00:00:34.020 in which he still says he's dropping out of the race, but here's the news.
00:00:37.920 He plans to stay President.
00:00:40.120 He's going to serve out the rest of his term.
00:00:43.460 Metal competence be damned.
00:00:44.900 He's sticking around.
00:00:46.280 We're going to talk about that.
00:00:47.360 We're also going to talk about his presumed successor, Kamala Harris,
00:00:51.140 and just how radical she is.
00:00:52.380 We're also going to talk about yesterday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed
00:00:57.420 a joint session of Congress.
00:00:59.300 Democrats up across the board boycotted that speech, including Kamala Harris.
00:01:03.940 Normally, the vice president sits directly behind a foreign leader that is addressing Congress.
00:01:09.680 Kamala Harris refused to even listen to the elected leader of Israel.
00:01:15.140 I was there, sitting on the floor.
00:01:16.980 I sat down afterwards with Prime Minister Netanyahu for a one-on-one meeting.
00:01:21.520 I'm going to fill you in on all of that.
00:01:23.920 That's what this episode is all about.
00:01:25.740 Yeah, Kamala certainly telegraphing what type of radical she would be as president with that move.
00:01:31.760 Not even the president yet.
00:01:33.560 In her mind, she's probably like, hey, might as well act like it.
00:01:36.660 So there you go.
00:01:37.820 Let me talk to you real quick about your cell phone bill.
00:01:40.600 If you're with Big Mobile, you may not realize that you are supporting radical candidates
00:01:45.160 and causes in this election cycle.
00:01:47.860 You also may not realize that every month when you're paying your bill,
00:01:51.280 you're supporting organizations like Planned Parenthood.
00:01:54.820 Well, that is why over 10 years ago, a group of conservatives got together when they found this out
00:01:59.760 and they said, we got to start our own cell phone company.
00:02:02.660 A decade later, Patriot Mobile is incredible.
00:02:06.020 They are the only conservative Christian cell phone provider in the U.S.
00:02:10.220 and their service is amazing as well.
00:02:13.860 I have switched to Patriot Mobile and I travel all over the place.
00:02:16.920 And in 2024, what you learn is you're using the same towers as everybody else.
00:02:21.740 Technology has changed.
00:02:23.440 Coverage and how coverage works with cell phone has changed completely.
00:02:27.520 And also, switching from one company to the other, which used to be exhausting and nightmare,
00:02:32.680 now is as easy as making a phone call.
00:02:35.340 You can do it all from your home.
00:02:36.760 In fact, you can keep your same cell phone number you have right now
00:02:40.280 or you can get a new number if you want to.
00:02:43.160 You can keep the same cell phone you have right now
00:02:45.200 or you can upgrade to a new one.
00:02:47.000 All you have to do is call Patriot Mobile.
00:02:49.120 Now, when you pay your bill, this is where the magic happens.
00:02:51.880 At no extra cost to you,
00:02:53.420 they actually give about 5% of your bill back to conservative causes and organizations
00:02:58.680 that support our First and Second Amendment rights,
00:03:02.060 the rights of unborn children.
00:03:03.980 They support our first responders, our wounded warriors,
00:03:08.120 and our men and women in uniform.
00:03:10.300 That's why I love them, and that's why I want you to make the switch.
00:03:13.340 So, go ahead and call them.
00:03:15.680 972-PATRIOT is their number.
00:03:17.680 That's 972-PATRIOT.
00:03:19.460 Or they're online at patriotmobile.com slash verdict.
00:03:23.840 Use the promo code VERDICT, and you'll actually get free activation as well.
00:03:29.220 972-PATRIOT or patriotmobile.com slash verdict.
00:03:33.160 Promo code VERDICT for free activation.
00:03:36.120 So, you'll look at the president's speech tonight,
00:03:39.060 and it was one where, at the beginning, you're thinking to yourself,
00:03:42.460 all right, it's one of two things.
00:03:43.740 He's either going to announce that he's literally going to resign from the White House,
00:03:47.200 or he's going to stick.
00:03:49.000 It was pretty clear early on he's staying.
00:03:52.460 But he also did something else that was very interesting, Senator.
00:03:54.940 He kind of started to lay out the Harris radical agenda.
00:04:00.400 Well, listen, let me start with what I viewed as the biggest news,
00:04:04.000 which is just that he's alive and kicking.
00:04:06.380 I mean, it was a weird thing on Sunday to announce that you're dropping out of the presidential race via tweet.
00:04:13.020 And he didn't address the nation.
00:04:16.940 He didn't do an interview.
00:04:18.680 There wasn't even a picture of him.
00:04:20.400 And so, look, Twitter was alive with speculation that, you know, Biden had a medical episode.
00:04:27.680 He has COVID.
00:04:28.500 He's in the hospital.
00:04:29.400 Like, the whole world was speculating, is the U.S. commander-in-chief, is he, how's he doing?
00:04:35.940 So, listen, I'm glad from the speech last night, he seemed healthy and engaged.
00:04:42.140 He's still quite aged, and he still has the same mental challenges that he had before.
00:04:48.560 But health-wise, that was encouraging.
00:04:50.860 It's a little weird that the White House let Sunday pass, Monday pass, Tuesday pass.
00:04:55.640 They waited until Wednesday night to show the American people that the president's still alive.
00:05:00.400 That's strange.
00:05:02.000 But then I'll say, secondly, look, I think what most people who tuned in were curious about is what you just said.
00:05:08.900 Is Biden going to stick around?
00:05:10.720 Listen, if you're saying you're not mentally competent to be a candidate for president of the United States,
00:05:16.440 it raises a natural question, well, are you mentally competent to be the commander-in-chief right now today
00:05:22.980 if the Chinese communist attack, if Russia attacks, if North Korea attacks, if Venezuela attacks,
00:05:29.340 if there's a terrorist attack in the United States, if there's a major disaster.
00:05:33.460 Right now, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. is the only president we've got.
00:05:38.280 And that, he didn't say he was going to resign.
00:05:43.300 I think most people didn't know what he was going to say on that front.
00:05:48.660 I will say another caveat on this.
00:05:51.980 So we've seen a fair number of Republicans kind of pushing Biden to get out,
00:05:58.640 making the argument about the 25th Amendment, saying, listen, if you're not competent,
00:06:02.600 you're not competent to be commander-in-chief, you should be removed right now.
00:06:05.920 And on that, I'll make two observations.
00:06:10.100 Number one, I think the 25th Amendment was threatened to Biden.
00:06:14.140 I think that's how Democrats got him out.
00:06:16.460 I think Schumer and Pelosi and the powers that be in the party said,
00:06:20.980 either you drop out or we're going to exercise the 25th Amendment and throw you out.
00:06:26.680 I don't think this was gentle.
00:06:29.160 I think this was a forceful defenestration.
00:06:32.180 But let me say, secondly, to those Republicans who are pushing Biden,
00:06:37.120 get out now, get out now, get out now, like Br'er Rabbit, be careful what you wish for.
00:06:44.060 Like, am I concerned about the threats to the nation of a commander-in-chief
00:06:50.140 who is not mentally competent to handle it?
00:06:52.460 Absolutely.
00:06:54.200 Do I think it would be good for America to elevate Kamala Harris right now today
00:06:59.980 to President of the United States and to let her run as the incumbent president
00:07:04.240 with all of the advantages of incumbency?
00:07:06.980 Hell no.
00:07:08.940 And I think that's a very dangerous thing.
00:07:11.400 So what are those advantages?
00:07:12.600 Let's really dive into this and talk through it,
00:07:15.340 because there's part of me that said early on,
00:07:17.780 I think I said this on Fox yesterday,
00:07:20.580 I said there's part of me that's torn.
00:07:22.560 I think she's going to do such a bad job as president that it's almost like, fine.
00:07:26.500 There's part of me that says, let her have it.
00:07:28.020 She'll make a fool of herself.
00:07:30.020 You'll see what a radical she is.
00:07:32.240 And then people are like, there's no way I'm going to vote for her.
00:07:34.660 But then there's the other side of it.
00:07:36.660 Maybe she's smart.
00:07:37.680 Maybe she doesn't do anything at all for the next three months
00:07:40.760 and just kind of keeps the status quo going
00:07:43.400 to not upset people with agenda items yet
00:07:47.000 and runs on what she's going to do in the future, not doing it right now.
00:07:51.140 And that's incredibly dangerous because of the benefits that you just described.
00:07:55.220 But you alluded to, I should say, let's go through them.
00:07:58.780 If she did become the president of the United States of America today,
00:08:02.080 how big of an advantage is that and why?
00:08:05.620 Massive.
00:08:06.260 And let me say the two scenarios you laid out,
00:08:08.940 scenario one wouldn't happen.
00:08:10.300 It's scenario two that would happen.
00:08:12.180 So listen, I believe here's what Democrats intend to do.
00:08:16.020 They intend with Kamala Harris to run a Joe Biden basement strategy.
00:08:22.020 They're going to hide her.
00:08:24.000 They recognize that she is incredibly prone to gaffes.
00:08:27.580 So they're going to protect her from being in a situation where she can make a gaffe.
00:08:32.540 And let's be clear, for five years,
00:08:35.240 they've hidden Joe Biden to try to limit how many gaffes he could make.
00:08:39.000 So for three months, they can hide Kamala Harris.
00:08:42.040 So what are they going to do with Kamala Harris?
00:08:43.660 They're going to do some very carefully orchestrated media interviews with friendly reporters who are just doing puff pieces.
00:08:52.280 They are going to run billions of dollars of campaign ads where they tell exactly the story they want to tell.
00:08:59.520 They'll do one debate.
00:09:03.120 Kamala and Trump will have one debate.
00:09:05.280 And she's got to get through that.
00:09:07.180 But other than that, they're going to do everything they can to avoid any screw up on her part.
00:09:11.420 And they're going to count on the corporate media to spend billions of dollars in a massive PR campaign.
00:09:20.380 And look, coming out of the convention, you and I were both in Milwaukee last week.
00:09:24.180 My single biggest sentiment, on one level, I was happy.
00:09:28.140 I was thrilled.
00:09:29.100 The best convention I've ever seen is the most unified Republicans I've ever been.
00:09:32.460 All of that I loved.
00:09:33.960 But on another level, I was deeply, deeply worried.
00:09:37.200 I am worried that Republicans are overconfident right now.
00:09:41.040 In Milwaukee, there was an air of celebration.
00:09:45.120 And my view is now is not the time to celebrate.
00:09:47.700 Celebrate after Election Day.
00:09:49.200 Now we have work to do.
00:09:51.100 We have 102 days until Election Day.
00:09:54.180 And with Kamala as the new nominee, I want you to put yourself in the mindset, Ben.
00:09:59.820 Imagine you're a left-wing nutcase.
00:10:02.660 Imagine you're a gazillionaire Democrat donor.
00:10:06.700 Imagine you're a radical activist.
00:10:08.740 Imagine you're a grassroots activist.
00:10:12.920 Two weeks ago, you were demoralized.
00:10:16.560 You were depressed.
00:10:17.880 You were despondent.
00:10:19.260 You were trying to resign yourself to, holy crap, our nominee is mentally incompetent.
00:10:25.560 He can't win.
00:10:27.100 We're going to get crushed.
00:10:28.900 Donald Trump is going to get reelected.
00:10:30.980 There's going to be a Republican Senate.
00:10:32.580 There's going to be a Republican House.
00:10:33.940 Everything I care about is defeated and destroyed.
00:10:36.320 Right now, today, you are thrilled.
00:10:40.940 You are like a drowning man who's been thrown a life preserver.
00:10:44.700 You're grasping for it.
00:10:46.520 You're ecstatic.
00:10:48.200 You are relieved.
00:10:50.160 It's why Kamala Harris raised $81 million in the first 24 hours in this race.
00:10:58.120 And she claims, or Super PAC claims, she raised an additional $150 million in Super PAC funds.
00:11:04.600 That's a ton of money.
00:11:06.100 And that's because people are relieved.
00:11:07.880 And you combine that with billions of dollars of a media PR campaign, we're about to see a month-long Democrat convention building her up as a combination of Mother Teresa, Oprah, and Gandhi.
00:11:23.760 That is incredibly dangerous.
00:11:25.220 You know, the media, by the way, that hated Joe Biden days ago now has completely rewritten his obituary to call him the greatest and selfless guy they've ever seen.
00:11:38.560 He's FDR and George Washington right now.
00:11:41.540 Exactly.
00:11:42.000 In the media world, now that he's not on the ticket and going to drag every Democrat down, he's FDR and George Washington.
00:11:48.160 So, and that's the part that concerns me, is that they're actually going to now use him like a great-grandfather to go out there and just pump her up.
00:11:59.540 Pass the torch.
00:12:00.580 Right, pass the torch.
00:12:01.840 And this is not going to be political.
00:12:04.080 This is going to be like watching the Olympics.
00:12:06.220 It just happens to be the presidential election where it's USA, USA, and they're going to turn this into a grandfather steps to the side to allow the other, the elder statesman to come in to his own.
00:12:18.780 And this is this feel-good love story, which was hell on earth for them just 48, what, 72 hours ago.
00:12:24.940 And all of a sudden, the entire thing has changed.
00:12:27.860 You're going to have this massive in-kind donation from the media.
00:12:31.080 They're all in for Harris.
00:12:32.920 I described it like being on the Titanic and the ugliest, crappiest boat in the world could have showed up that night.
00:12:38.220 As you know, you're going down, and that thing looks amazing.
00:12:41.540 That's Kamala Harris right now.
00:12:43.380 She is the ugly, crappy boat that is next to the Titanic sinking, and that's the best boat you've ever seen in your life.
00:12:50.660 That's how the media is going to sell this to the American people.
00:12:53.520 Look, Eddie Murphy is one of my favorite comedians of all time.
00:12:56.740 His stand-up in Raw and Delirious is side-splitting.
00:13:01.440 You and I, right before this pod, were talking about the fact that you are culturally illiterate and don't know any Eddie Murphy.
00:13:06.660 It's really terrible, Ben.
00:13:08.360 I don't know why I do a podcast with a 12-year-old.
00:13:12.360 I love it when you age yourself.
00:13:13.340 You and Diaz, our producer, when you all age yourself and go on these kicks, it just makes me grin.
00:13:18.820 Look, Ben, I get that you're an expert if we have to talk about Barney or the Power Rangers.
00:13:23.180 But Eddie Murphy, your analogy.
00:13:26.480 Throwing Saved by the Bell in 90210.
00:13:28.400 Come on, give me some street cred here.
00:13:31.360 You know, Eddie Murphy, I don't remember if it's Raw or Delirious, but he talks about, he says when there's like a starving man in the desert,
00:13:39.300 and he's like desperate for water, and someone shows up and gives him water and gives him a cracker.
00:13:43.360 And he's like, man, this cracker's delicious.
00:13:45.120 It's wonderful.
00:13:45.800 It's amazing.
00:13:46.560 Okay, this is an ordinary cracker.
00:13:47.780 This is a Ritz.
00:13:48.440 This has got to be a Ritz.
00:13:49.520 Like, that's exactly, the Democrat Party is looking at Kamala Harris saying, this is not an ordinary cracker.
00:13:56.400 This is a Ritz.
00:13:57.220 This is the best.
00:13:58.040 This is the most amazing.
00:14:00.180 Because if you're like dying, a cracker is manna from heaven.
00:14:07.880 And we, as anyone who's Republican, who's conservative, who's not a wild-eyed Marxist lunatic,
00:14:19.380 you need to be worried about how elated and relieved the left is right now, because that translates into money,
00:14:27.960 that translates into energy, that translates into grassroots, that translates into turnout,
00:14:32.140 that translates into getting voters to come to the polls.
00:14:35.040 And this race has become a very dangerous race.
00:14:37.640 Now, I still think we win, but understand the risks.
00:14:43.080 Let's talk about one of the things that I noticed in the Oval Office addressed the nation saying,
00:14:49.000 hey, I'm still alive, proof of life, and oh, by the way, I'm going to keep being the president, even though I can't.
00:14:54.380 By the way, did anyone notice if he blinked any, like, Morse code messages?
00:14:58.160 Yeah, right?
00:14:58.740 I mean, seriously.
00:14:59.600 It's like, well, I laugh, because if I got one, I got 100 messages from people tonight saying to me,
00:15:04.960 Ben, is this AI or is this actually Joe Biden?
00:15:07.520 And I'm just laughing because the fact that we can even joke about it and you feel like there's yet a little bit of a possibility of it
00:15:14.320 tells you just how insane it is that this guy is still the acting president of the United States of America.
00:15:20.980 But his staff, I think, clearly said, okay, you need to introduce Kamala Harris's agenda and where she's going to go.
00:15:30.620 And one of those points that he made, it was only eight seconds long, but it's something you and I have been warning about now for well over a year on this show.
00:15:38.640 And that is about the undermining of the Supreme Court by the radical left who says, anytime we don't get our way at the Supreme Court, we just want to get rid of it.
00:15:47.880 We want to delegitimize it.
00:15:49.120 We want to put term limits on it.
00:15:50.540 We want to pack the court.
00:15:51.740 We want to be able to kick people off the court.
00:15:54.040 And in eight seconds, Joe Biden made it very clear what Kamala Harris wants to do.
00:15:59.640 I'm going to call for Supreme Court reform because this is critical to our democracy, Supreme Court reform.
00:16:06.640 It's not critical to our democracy to reform the Supreme Court, but every time now they want to do something radical, they call it democracy.
00:16:14.920 Well, and understand, by the word reform, he means destroy the Supreme Court.
00:16:19.240 What he wants to do is utterly politicize it.
00:16:22.880 Go back.
00:16:23.740 Let's look at some ancient history.
00:16:25.240 FDR, who is the president that Joe Biden desperately wishes he could be.
00:16:29.580 FDR, at the height of his power, when he had super majorities in Congress, tried to pack the Supreme Court.
00:16:37.300 He was frustrated because the Supreme Court was striking down aspects of the New Deal.
00:16:41.320 And he proposed expanding the Supreme Court in order to pack it with left-wing justices.
00:16:47.240 And even the Democrats in Congress, they said, no, we're not going to do that because a Supreme Court that is independent, that is focused on the Constitution and upholding the rule of law, it is critical to our liberty in this country.
00:17:00.040 And so the Democrats, its own party, told FDR, no.
00:17:03.380 What has changed?
00:17:04.980 There are no Democrats willing to stand up to the radicals now.
00:17:08.980 If Kamala Harris is the president, God forbid, and if Democrats win the House, and if they gain just one seat in the Senate, they have right now 51 Democrats, if they gain one seat, they will have the votes to end the filibuster.
00:17:25.000 And when they do so, if they do so, they will add four new left-wing justices immediately to the Supreme Court.
00:17:34.100 They'll grow it from nine justices to 13.
00:17:36.720 And understand, you don't need a constitutional amendment to do that.
00:17:39.680 The number of justices on the court is not set by the Constitution.
00:17:42.940 It's set by federal statute.
00:17:44.220 And so if you end the filibuster, they can do it with just 50 votes in the Senate.
00:17:48.880 They will do that because the Supreme Court is the one institution of government they do not control right now, and they're willing to burn it to the ground.
00:17:57.580 This is a radical agenda, and it's who Biden and Harris are.

00:18:27.200 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:18:31.600 I think we need to remind people and define Kamala Harris very clearly to the American people.
00:18:40.160 Dave McCormick, a good friend of yours and this show we've had him on, he put out a very interesting ad today.
00:18:49.260 I think this is an ad that Donald Trump should be running.
00:18:53.240 I think this is an ad that should be running all over the country because it reminds you of just how radical Kamala Harris is.
00:19:00.200 Take a listen to this.
00:19:02.080 Kamala Harris is inspiring and very capable.
00:19:05.340 The more people get to know her, they're going to be particularly impressed by her ability.
00:19:09.820 That's Bob Casey, just so people know, who's a Democrat running and listen to then all of the things she said.
00:19:16.080 He's the incumbent Democrat senator in Pennsylvania that McCormick is running against.
00:19:19.940 So Casey, and by the way, every Democrat on the ballot across the country, they are tying their bodies to the mast of ship Kamala.
00:19:29.820 And she either rises or sink and they rise or sink with her.
00:19:33.760 The nonpartisan GovTrack has rated you as the most liberal senator.
00:19:39.600 I am prepared to get rid of the filibuster to pass a Green New Deal.
00:19:43.600 There's no question I'm in favor of banning frack.
00:19:45.580 Would you ban offshore drilling?
00:19:46.820 Yes.
00:19:47.240 What is the solution for voters in the fossil fuel industry?
00:19:51.060 Giving the workers an ability to transition.
00:19:53.200 We're not going to treat people who are undocumented across the border as criminals.
00:19:57.000 That's correct.
00:19:57.360 Raise your hand if you think it should be a civil offense rather than a crime across the border without documentation.
00:20:04.220 Abolish ICE.
00:20:05.160 Yeah, is that a position you agree with?
00:20:07.600 And we need to probably think about starting from scratch.
00:20:10.180 Outdated, it is wrong-headed thinking to think that the only way you're going to get communities to be safe is to put more police officers on the street.
00:20:17.520 Why do you support changing the dietary guidelines?
00:20:20.320 Yes.
00:20:20.660 You know, the food pyramid.
00:20:21.680 Yes.
00:20:22.560 To reduce red meat specifically.
00:20:24.220 Yes.
00:20:24.420 People who are convicted in prison, like the Boston Marathon bomber, on death row, people who are convicted of sexual assault, they should be able to vote?
00:20:31.920 I think we should have that conversation.
00:20:33.340 We have to have a buyback program, and I support a mandatory buyback program.
00:20:37.060 So for people out there who like their insurance, they don't get to keep it.
00:20:40.660 Let's eliminate all of that.
00:20:41.860 Let's move on.
00:20:42.700 I am opposed to any policy that would deny any human being public health, period.
00:20:49.400 The more people get to know her, they're going to be particularly impressed by her ability.
00:20:53.600 We did it.
00:20:55.660 We did it, Joe.
00:20:57.640 That's who she is.
00:20:59.280 And she's not afraid to say all these things.
00:21:02.200 It's not like one time she slipped.
00:21:04.320 She is a radical, call it a socialist, call it a Marxist, call it a Marxist center, whatever one you want to call it.
00:21:12.640 I mean, these are extreme, extreme ideas that are not even, I would say, of the Democratic Party as we know it.
00:21:21.360 This is far outside of that.
00:21:23.120 Well, and look, one of the elements of that montage was GovTrack, which is a nonpartisan website that ranks senators in their votes.
00:21:32.000 And in 2019, it concluded she was the single most liberal senator in the United States Senate.
00:21:37.100 She was to the left of Bernie Sanders.
00:21:38.720 She was to the left of Elizabeth Warren.
00:21:40.620 Now, what's amazing is that story yesterday was trending.
00:21:45.440 And you know what GovTrack did?
00:21:47.180 It deleted the page that said it.
00:21:49.280 They literally erased it.
00:21:50.200 Which is so shady.
00:21:51.620 Can we just talk about how scumbaggy that is?
00:21:54.900 Yeah.
00:21:55.260 Look, we're going to see.
00:21:57.360 By the way, there's another dynamic, which is the corporate media is desperately trying to erase the fact that Kamala Harris, for the last four years, has been Joe Biden's, quote, border czar.
00:22:11.060 He appointed her border czar.
00:22:12.580 He put her in charge of the border.
00:22:14.700 Yesterday, Axios, the political website, news site, said, no, no, no, it's false to say that Kamala Harris was the border czar.
00:22:24.160 Now, mind you, a couple of years ago, they described her as the border czar, like the same website.
00:22:28.320 They're trying to gaslight the American people.
00:22:31.760 And you mentioned, you said she's not going to run away from her positions.
00:22:36.480 Well, that's true over her career, but I'm going to predict it's not true over the next 103 days.
00:22:42.640 Over the next 103 days.
00:22:43.720 Oh, for sure.
00:22:43.920 Yeah, no, she's going to fake it like she's some sort of mod.
00:22:47.320 And in fact, here's a prediction.
00:22:48.700 So long ago, she was a prosecutor in California.
00:22:52.560 Now, the left got mad at her because she actually put some criminals in jail.
00:22:55.420 And so she spent much of her years since then trying to run away from her years as prosecutor and arguing for things like abolishing the police, abolishing ICE, all sorts of extreme policies.
00:23:06.440 My prediction is in the next three months, she's going to harken back to her prosecutor days.
00:23:13.680 And if there is a sister soldier moment, if there's a moment where she stands up to her party and pushes it back, it's going to be on the George Soros prosecutors.
00:23:22.160 It's going to be on the soft on crime crazies.
00:23:24.620 Now, mind you, Kamala Harris is the person that during the Black Lives Matter riots and the Antifa riots was raising money online to bail out of jail the violent criminals who had been imprisoned.
00:23:38.580 My prediction is she's going to try to run away from that and the media is going to do everything they can to erase that chapter from her career.
00:23:46.520 Let's also just talk about how does now that we know who it is, we know it's Kamala.
00:23:54.160 She's already wrapped this up.
00:23:56.160 She's got the delegates.
00:23:57.880 No one's voted for her.
00:24:00.260 Before I even get to how Trump's going to run against her.
00:24:03.300 Do you believe that American voters are going to be insulted by the fact that they didn't even vote for this woman?
00:24:10.500 Candidly, not really.
00:24:12.100 Okay.
00:24:12.700 I would like them to be.
00:24:14.980 And, you know, Hakeem Jeffries this week tweeted out, you know, nobody should lecture us on democracy.
00:24:20.740 And I got to admit, I retweeted him and said, you know, narrator, at the same time that he was saying this, Democrats were in the process of naming, as their candidate for president, a person that not one single Democrat primary voter had ever voted for to be president.
00:24:39.760 Like, they're literally flouting democracy while pretending to be warriors for democracy.
00:24:46.800 That being said, look, you and I are annoyed by that.
00:24:50.520 I think the Democrats, the Democrats who didn't vote for her, they might be mildly miffed for about a tenth of a second, but they're so relieved to have a candidate they think has a prayer of winning that I think they get over it very quickly.
00:25:05.080 And frankly, I don't think this is a winning argument in terms of the swing voters, the independent voters, the people who are not engaged.
00:25:12.680 I think it's too much of a process and procedure argument.
00:25:16.000 I think what we ought to be talking about is Kamala Harris is responsible for the disastrous agenda that has hurt your life, your family, your children, has made you less safe, has made it harder for you to put food on the table, has endangered the world.
00:25:29.160 She is responsible for policies that are hurting you.
00:25:32.180 That's the path, I think, to victory.
00:25:33.920 I want to tell you real quick about my friends over at Bond Arms, and Bond Arms is an incredible company.
00:25:40.860 If you have ever carried a firearm, you've got to check out Bond Arms.

00:25:57.100 I have had to use a firearm to save my life, and thank the Lord, and I mean that literally, that I had a gun with me that day.

00:27:15.060 That's GetBondArms.com.
00:27:18.480 Senator, there was also something else that happened in Washington today,
00:27:22.640 and it was something that, and look, part of it is I understand it.
00:27:27.860 Everyone was talking about what happened with Joe Biden.
00:27:31.220 We need proof of life.
00:27:32.520 Where is he?
00:27:33.340 But there was a very significant moment that happened, and it was missed by Kamala Harris on purpose,
00:27:39.720 and that was Netanyahu coming to the U.S.
00:27:42.620 Now, she won't miss if Zelensky shows up, but by golly, she's going to make a real point that I'm not with Israel.
00:27:49.080 When he comes to address Congress, you were there,
00:27:52.120 and you spent some real quality time with Bibi as well.
00:27:56.420 Well, that's right.
00:27:57.500 So yesterday afternoon, Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed a joint session of Congress.
00:28:02.660 I was there.
00:28:03.300 I was sitting in the front row listening to the speech.
00:28:05.380 I've heard Netanyahu many times.
00:28:07.440 I know him well.
00:28:08.660 It was an extraordinary speech.
00:28:10.380 I believe it was an historic speech.
00:28:12.440 It had a sense of gravity, a sense of history.
00:28:18.280 Israel is facing an existential threat right now, and the adjective I used after the speech for Bibi's speech was that it was Churchillian,
00:28:29.900 and that is not an adjective I used for any address by any other world leader,
00:28:34.080 because it had the same sense of clarity and history and seriousness of purpose that Winston Churchill brought to rally the world to defeat the Nazis and win World War II.
00:28:47.160 I am very grateful for Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech.
00:28:52.300 I think it was serious.
00:28:53.540 It laid out the evil of Hamas.
00:28:56.200 It laid out the seriousness of their purpose to utterly eliminate Hamas.
00:28:59.880 It addressed many of the lies that Democrats and the corporate media and the leftist influencers on TikTok and social media are pushing to young people.
00:29:10.460 He addressed them very directly, the lies that are being told, and it was significant, but I've got to say, at the same time, it was sad, the number of Democrats who boycotted the speech.
00:29:20.380 We saw dozens and dozens of House members that refused to attend.
00:29:24.420 You saw dozens of Senate Democrats who refused to attend, and the most high-profile person who boycotted the speech was Kamala Harris.
00:29:32.020 Now, typically, when a head of state addresses a joint session of Congress, the Speaker of the House and the Vice President are both sitting directly behind him.
00:29:40.920 In this instance, Kamala refused to attend, and she's not just the Vice President right now.
00:29:47.120 She is the presumptive Democrat nominee for president, and understand the Democrat Party has gotten so radical today that many of them,
00:29:56.980 including the likely Democrat nominee for president, they are unwilling even to listen to, even to hear what the democratically elected leader of Israel has to say.
00:30:09.200 I thought it was disgraceful that she boycotted the speech, and I'll tell you, during the speech, so I was sitting with a bunch of Republican senators.
00:30:17.760 I told them right when it began, I said, listen, in honor of Richard Simmons recently passing away,
00:30:24.240 get ready to do some aerobics, because we were going to be standing and standing and standing.
00:30:29.640 I think the count was we gave Netanyahu 57 standing ovations.
00:30:34.820 Now, you know what's interesting?
00:30:37.000 Those were almost exclusively on the Republican side of the aisle.
00:30:40.260 On the Democrat side of the aisle, most of the Democrats refused to stand.
00:30:45.900 When Netanyahu walked onto the floor, Chuck Schumer refused to shake his hand and kind of turned his back on him.
00:30:53.200 I mean, it was I've never seen anything like it, that the contempt that there were several senators, Chris Murphy and Raphael Warnock were sitting near the front.
00:31:03.080 They spent almost the entire speech sitting there with scowls on on their face.
00:31:09.380 They wouldn't applaud.
00:31:10.580 They wouldn't stand up.
00:31:11.920 Even when Netanyahu said things like we need to stand united against anti-Semitism, the two of them sat there scowling and could not stand to stand against anti-Semitism.
00:31:24.020 It is a manifestation of just how much the pro-Hamas anti-Semitic faction of the Democrat Party has the rest of the party terrified.
00:31:33.900 Yeah, I mean, Senator, you look at what Bibi actually said on the floor, and it was not radical.
00:31:42.460 It was not extreme.
00:31:43.980 It actually made a lot of sense.
00:31:46.580 And for them not to stand when he talks about Hamas, when he talks about good and evil, was shocking.
00:31:53.840 But here's one of the things that he said.
00:31:55.600 My friends, defeating our brutal enemies requires both courage and clarity.
00:32:02.220 Clarity begins by knowing the difference between good and evil.
00:32:08.900 Yet incredibly, many anti-Israel protesters, many choose to stand with evil.
00:32:16.880 They stand with Hamas.
00:32:19.080 They stand with rapists and murderers.
00:32:21.320 They stand with people who came into the kibbutzim, into a home.
00:32:27.920 The parents hid the children, the two babies, in the attic, in a secret attic.
00:32:32.600 They murder the families, the parents.
00:32:35.640 They find the secret latch to the hidden attic.
00:32:38.560 And then they murder the babies.
00:32:41.700 These protesters stand with them.
00:32:43.600 They should be ashamed of themselves.
00:32:45.260 I mean, I'm watching this as a video, as it's playing, Senator.
00:32:54.660 And you can see...
00:32:55.460 Scores of Democrats sat down, refused to applaud.
00:32:58.620 They did not cheer that we should stand against radical racist baby killers.
00:33:05.940 He also, Netanyahu, also slammed the protesters.
00:33:08.880 Another example of the radical Democrats and how they're in favor of those that support Hamas and Hezbollah, an actual...
00:33:16.860 I mean, these are terrorist organizations that butchered Jews for sport and are calling for the annihilation of every Jewish person from the river to the sea.
00:33:26.940 And he talked about that.
00:33:28.680 And yet again, yet again, Democrats sat.
00:33:33.220 The anti-Israel protests that are going on right now outside this building, not that many, but they're there and throughout the city.
00:33:42.300 Well, I have a message for these protesters.
00:33:44.580 When the tyrants of Tehran, who hang gays from cranes and murder women for not covering their hair, are praising, promoting, and funding you, you have officially become Iran's useful idiots.
00:33:58.320 Some of these protesters...
00:34:24.320 Thank you, Mr. President.
00:34:54.320 It's just a couple of blocks north of the Capitol.
00:34:56.720 At Union Station, they pulled down the American flag on the flagpole outside Union Station.
00:35:03.000 They pulled it to the ground and they burned it.
00:35:05.540 When they pulled it to the ground, the crowd of protesters cheered.
00:35:09.800 They then hauled up the flagpole, a Palestinian flag.
00:35:15.000 Now, let me say two things on this.
00:35:17.200 Number one, I am not saying that Kamala Harris was at Union Station pulling down the American flag, lighting it on fire, and pulling up a Palestinian flag on the flagpole.
00:35:30.500 But understand that she has far greater sympathies for the radicals who did that than she does for Prime Minister Netanyahu, the elected leader of Israel.
00:35:41.540 There's a reason she boycotted, because she and the Democrats, they want the votes of these anti-American, anti-Semites.
00:35:51.160 Secondly, why was this allowed to happen?
00:35:54.400 It was allowed to happen because the Democrat mayor in D.C. let it happen, because we didn't see law enforcement.
00:36:01.800 If this happened in Texas, if you tried to do that in Texas, you know what they'd do?
00:36:05.360 They'd arrest you and put you in jail.
00:36:06.920 The Democrats in office, they are siding with the protesters, and they hate Prime Minister Netanyahu, and sadly, many of them hate Israel just as much as these rabid protesters.
00:36:19.680 There's also the left that's behind it.
00:36:22.440 You know, these agitators were being seen being dropped off by buses before the protests.
00:36:27.420 A lot of them are paid.
00:36:28.780 Yeah, I was going to say, who paid for them, right?
00:36:31.440 That's a fair question that should be asked, like, who was paying for all these people to show up there?
00:36:35.880 It's the radical lefts, I'm sure, and the Democratic Party, but this is the base.
00:36:41.000 And for Kamala Harris to not be there when Netanyahu arrived tells you how anti-Israel they are, how much they just can't stand the Jews.
00:36:53.080 Joe Biden has been the most anti-Israel president in American history, but if, God forbid, Kamala Harris becomes president, she will be orders of magnitude worse.
00:37:04.700 And by the way, it's striking also, so we'll do another pod and we'll talk about possible VP nominees under Harris.
00:37:13.160 I think it's going to be the most boring white guy on the face of the planet.
00:37:16.940 I think the two most likely, which we've talked about, are Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, and Mark Kelly, senator from Arizona.
00:37:24.320 But it's interesting, this week, CNN, in covering the VP's sweepstakes, they just, matter of fact, John King, just matter of fact, said, well, Shapiro has a problem, which is he's Jewish in the Democrat primary, in the Democrat Party.
00:37:40.080 That's a real problem.
00:37:41.140 And CNN just reports that as a fact, that there are so many anti-Semites among the Democrat Party, that being a Jew is a real problem if you're the Democrat nominee.
00:37:52.320 That is sad.
00:37:54.420 Yeah, it really is.
00:37:55.560 And my final question for you on this is, you see Netanyahu here, you see the impact these stories should have had on the people in the hall, you see the left that they're just saying, look, this is not who we are, we can't stand the Jews, we can't stand Israel, we're not going to support them.
00:38:15.480 We're going to either not show up, we're going to protest.
00:38:18.380 I mean, you've got the, look at this, you've got Netanyahu, head of a state, arriving in the U.S.
00:38:23.960 Neither Biden or Harris nor Anthony Blinken were there to greet him.
00:38:27.020 That's a middle finger to Netanyahu and to Israel, make no mistake about it, and that was done deliberately on purpose.
00:38:33.720 So how much of a campaign issue should this be for the Trump campaign?
00:38:40.060 Look, it should be a very significant issue because Americans' lives have been made worse by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' radical agenda, and the world has been made less safe.
00:38:50.880 Your family's less safe, your kids are less safe with the open borders and the invasion we've seen, but the world is less safe as they've undermined our friends and allies, including especially Israel,
00:38:59.840 and they've given over $100 billion to the Ayatollah Khamenei, to the nation of Iran that is the leading funder of Hamas and Hezbollah, and is actively trying to kill Americans and Israelis.
00:39:13.340 That is a major campaign issue, and I'll tell you, yesterday afternoon, after Bibi's speech, I went and sat down with him, had a one-on-one meeting.
00:39:21.860 He's staying at the Watergate, so I had to drive across town to go meet with him.
00:39:25.360 Now, I'll tell you, it took an hour to get from the capital to the Watergate because the protesters, there were so many streets closed down that there was so much law enforcement that it just took an hour to go what would ordinarily take just a few minutes to get to.
00:39:41.140 When we got there, now I will say, arriving at the Watergate, I was sort of amused, going, you know, the last time a Cuban arrived at the Watergate, it kind of made some news.
00:39:51.280 You know, I told my team when we go in, we need to put duct tape on the door latches and go in secretly at night.
00:39:57.100 We did not do that.
00:39:59.500 But I sat down, spent, I don't know, probably 40 minutes with Bibi.
00:40:03.620 I know him well.
00:40:04.740 I've spent a lot of time with him.
00:40:06.400 And we had a very good one-on-one conversation.
00:40:09.600 I told him his speech was extraordinary.
00:40:12.660 I thanked him.
00:40:14.020 And I told him, look, the most important part of your speech, there were two things.
00:40:17.880 Number one, you addressed and directly took on the lies that are being spread, that Israel is committing genocide, that Israel is targeting civilians.
00:40:26.620 All of those are false.
00:40:27.620 One of the most important parts of Netanyahu's speech is that he addressed that and directly provided the facts to the contrary.
00:40:36.640 That was important.
00:40:37.820 But secondly, he closed it.
00:40:39.200 And he said, if you remember nothing else from my speech, remember this.
00:40:42.420 And I'm going to paraphrase.
00:40:43.540 The way I put it is, those who hate Israel hate America.
00:40:48.680 And I would say also, those who hate Jews hate Christians.
00:40:51.380 And what Bibi said is, we are killing Hamas and terrorists.
00:40:57.060 We are killing your enemies.
00:40:58.540 The people that we are fighting and destroying are the people that want to kill you.
00:41:04.180 That's an incredibly important point.
00:41:06.140 And sadly, when it comes to Kamala Harris and the radical Democrats, between the Israeli defense forces and the radical terrorists, they routinely side with the radicals.
00:41:19.020 And in fact, their position is trying to do everything they can to pressure Israel to stop killing the terrorists.
00:41:26.240 I want them to kill as many terrorists as possible because it helps Israel.
00:41:29.620 It helps America.
00:41:30.820 And it keeps you and me and our families safe.
00:41:34.000 Amen to that.
