Ted Cruz and Ben Fergusons take a look at the closing arguments in the Democratic primary battle between Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris. They also discuss the latest in the Borat vs. Borat debate.
00:09:19.620And if you believe, you know, if you're tired of paying higher prices at the grocery store, more for every bill, if you're tired of paying more for gasoline, if you actually don't want Venezuelan gang members moving next door to your house and threatening your kids, you know what they think?
00:09:36.580They think you are a racist piece of garbage and you're deplorable.
00:09:41.060I mean, the arrogance, and they live in their gilded cages.
00:09:46.060I mean, this is reminiscent of Martha Raddatz at ABC saying, well, it's only a handful of apartment buildings.
00:09:51.980And mind you, she lives in a multimillion dollar mansion.
00:09:55.060So Venezuelan gang members are not terrorizing her.
00:11:21.080I agree that it is a very deliberate strategy that they settled on, that I think they had strategy sessions on to call Trump Hitler.
00:11:29.800That that's their grand closing strategy is Trump is Hitler, Trump is Hitler, which, to be clear, was their strategy in 2016 and 2020 as well.
00:11:38.700So they've been doing the Trump is Hitler strategy.
00:11:40.680That's their favorite closing argument.
00:12:01.260But they try to suppress that instinct because they recognize that some of their voters, some of the voters, they're trying to presumably earn their votes.
00:12:10.040And, you know, it's typically a bad strategy in campaigning to say, hey, you piece of garbage, vote for me.
00:12:16.200Like that is a very difficult argument to make.
00:12:19.660And so I think the White House is panicking today that Biden said this out loud.
00:12:24.900I think the Kamala Harris campaign is panicking.
00:12:27.800They're desperately trying to spin it.
00:12:29.700And they're trying to say he did not say what he, in fact, said, that he was just talking about the rhetoric from the one comedian.
00:12:36.120He was not talking about the tens of millions of Americans voting for Donald Trump.
00:12:40.440But that's exactly who he was talking about.
00:12:42.980And it's obvious from the words he used.
00:12:45.460And the surrogates that are out there that are doing these lines, they're all doing them on behalf of Kamala Harris.
00:12:50.520Kamala Harris has had, I think, also a new strategy that, you know, you talk about how much time behind closed doors they had.
00:12:58.360All right, what do we want people to see of her the last week of this campaign?
00:13:02.340She had this speech with the American flag behind her where she called Donald Trump Hitler and a threat to democracy and a threat to America.
00:13:10.720I think it's dog whistles for harm on Trump's life yet again.
00:13:14.520And she did that at her home in front of the Naval Observatory where she lives.
00:13:20.840And then Kamala had a speech in front of the White House.
00:13:24.040And this speech was a speech where she was trying to, I think, be presidential, to almost act like she is the president now.
00:13:33.460And so just continue on with the status quo.
00:13:37.140And she said that politicians, quote, need to treat immigration as the serious challenge, quote, that it is.
00:13:45.380I want you to listen to this and get your reaction.
00:13:47.600Politicians have got to stop treating immigration as an issue to scare up votes in an election.
00:13:56.820And instead, treat it as the serious challenge that it is that we must finally come together to solve.
00:14:05.580I will work with Democrats and Republicans to sign into law the border security bill that Donald Trump killed.
00:14:13.080All right. Let's talk about the facts behind, A, that bill as a reminder going into election week.
00:14:19.920And also the lies that were just told there in that 25 second clip, because I counted three.
00:14:25.300So number one, the Chuck Schumer bill that Kamala and every Democrat repeatedly calls the, quote, bipartisan bill.
00:14:33.020The Chuck Schumer bill was a terrible, terrible bill.
00:14:37.320It was designed to keep open borders in place forever.
00:14:41.820However, the Chuck Schumer bill wrote into law, it codified catch and release.
00:14:47.800Catch and release is Kamala Harris's policy.
00:14:50.460When they apprehend an illegal immigrant, they let him go.
00:15:00.740When they catch an illegal immigrant, they let him go.
00:15:03.600The Chuck Schumer bill also would have given illegal immigrants immediate work permits to let them legally go to work immediately.
00:15:11.180It also would have provided millions of illegal immigrants with taxpayer funded lawyers.
00:15:18.700It also would have provided billions of dollars for sanctuary cities and for NGOs that are actively aiding and abetting the human traffickers.
00:15:29.620It also went out of its way to screw the state of Texas, and in particular, it provided that Texas could no longer sue to enforce the immigration laws in federal court in Texas, but instead, Texas would have to come to the very liberal federal court in D.C.
00:15:44.820And finally, and probably most objectionably, it normalized 5,000 illegal immigrants a day.
00:15:53.440That works out to 1.8 million illegal immigrants a year, every year forever.
00:15:59.360Chuck Schumer supported this bill because it would have put into law this open border invasion forever.
00:16:05.680But, actually, the outcome that Schumer really wanted is what happened.
00:16:09.620He knew the bill was so bad that the instant the text was released, it would fail.
00:16:14.860He kept the text secret throughout the negotiations.
00:16:17.700And as soon as they released it, it collapsed within 24 hours because everyone read this bill and said, this is a joke.
00:16:23.340But the reason Schumer wanted this bill is to do what Kamala is doing, to use it as political camouflage for her and every other Democrat to say, see, we would have secured the border.
00:17:05.060She doesn't want to understand this invasion is the desired outcome of Kamala Harris and the Democrats in the House and Senate because they look at these 11.5 million illegal immigrants as future Democrat voters.
00:17:22.740And that's one of the things that I think she obviously says, OK, I got to get votes here, but I also need to look like I'm going to somehow fix the border, secure the border.
00:18:29.100You ask, why would they be willing to look the other way at all the people dying, at all the children being brutalized, at all the women being sexually assaulted?
00:19:13.820I think what some voters are struggling with, and we've heard this across the state, is when you discuss your plans, they come back and ask, well, why haven't you done it already?
00:19:24.860Exactly, but I'm going to tell you what I'm doing as president when I have the ability, then, to do what I know, based on my experience, is a new approach that is about building on the good work that has happened.
00:21:06.220Message to Michigan voters in terms of the economy.
00:21:10.420We have auto workers who are being laid off and those who fear that they might be laid off.
00:21:15.720The average person can't afford groceries or their rent.
00:21:19.380And recent polls in Michigan show that Michigan voters believe that Donald Trump would do a better job with handling the economy and bringing jobs back.
00:22:00.000It's what she says over and over again.
00:22:02.080It's what she said in the debate when she was asked the very first question of the debate against Donald Trump, are the American people better off now than they were four years ago?
00:22:11.220The classic question presidential races are decided on.
00:22:39.640I guess Kamala could say, yeah, Joe Biden and I screwed it up entirely, but trust me, we'll somehow do something magically different.
00:22:45.880She can't say that, and so she doesn't have an answer.
00:22:49.200I want to tell you about our friends over at Ammo Squared.

00:24:46.580Senator, I also want to bring up another point that she made,
00:24:49.480and that was she claimed it's, quote, misinformation that she supports taxpayer-funded sex changes for prisoners and illegal aliens.
00:25:01.660Now, this has become a nationwide issue, despite the fact that she's on tape supporting it.
00:25:07.380Now, take a listen to this from today.
00:25:09.940In the ads, he's saying that, you know, Kamala Harris wants to spend taxpayers' money for sex changes in jails.
00:25:15.960He spent millions and millions of dollars on it, and like Charlemagne said, having him and myself in that.
00:25:20.400How do you answer that for people that don't know?
00:25:22.720And what is the real news when it comes to that?
00:25:25.180Well, first of all, to your point, he has spent tens of millions of dollars trying to hit me with a bunch of disinformation and misinformation on this.
00:25:34.920And he's living in a glass house because the policies he's speaking about in terms of those surgeries were also his policies.
00:25:42.100And the reality of it is that also those ads relate to two people.
00:25:48.740What is truly shocking about this, Senator, is the show that she's on defending, you know, trying to claim she's never said this in the past,
00:26:00.220is the same show where she actually said these things in the past and was used in an ad that Donald Trump has played around the country.
00:26:06.340Yeah, so her claim is that it is misinformation or disinformation to say that she wants to use taxpayer funds to pay for sex change surgeries for illegal immigrants in prison.
00:26:23.860Now, that's her claim, that that is disinformation, that it's false.
00:26:27.100Now, I cannot imagine what the source would be for such an outrageous proposition.
00:26:36.020I want you to listen to her words in the interview.
00:26:39.820And then you assess, is that disinformation or not?
00:26:43.040When I was Attorney General, I learned that the California Department of Corrections, which was a client of mine, I didn't get to choose my clients.
00:27:04.960And when I learned about the case, I worked behind the scenes to not only make sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving.
00:27:13.440So it wasn't only about that case, I made sure that they changed the policy in the state of California, so that every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desired and need.
00:27:29.580And I believe it was not only, I know it was historic in California, but I believe actually it may have been one of the first, if not the first in the country, where I pushed for that policy in a Department of Corrections.
00:27:43.880There it is in her own words, Senator.
00:28:06.600Now that she's in the general election and now that people are pointing out, not only is this something she advocated for, it's something she did.
00:28:14.680She implemented, she spent California tax dollars on sex change surgeries for inmates.
00:28:23.680And she changed the policy so any inmate that wanted that surgery could get it.
00:29:07.240And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women.
00:29:10.980Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.
00:29:16.740So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.
00:29:19.720Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:29:25.400There's also another concern going into this final week for Democrats, and that is that Kamala Harris has somehow lost the support among minority voters.
00:29:36.260To put it in perspective, African-American voters supported Barack Obama, I think it was like 96, 97 percent.
00:29:43.680It was in the mid-90s for Joe Biden last time when he was running.
00:39:09.220And Donald Trump, by the way, isn't done with this issue.
00:39:13.300He is continuing to roll out new policies, one that I want to ask you about in a moment.
00:39:18.040But first, let me tell you about blackout coffee.
00:39:20.640If you're like me and you start your day off in the morning, I start my day off early.
00:39:24.260I'm on the radio at 7 in the morning, and I want to make sure I have a fabulous cup of coffee, a premium cup of coffee without the woke agenda of the left.
00:39:32.820And when I said that, you probably thought of a couple of different coffee companies, big brands that are woke left coffee companies.
00:39:41.400Well, stop giving your money to them and start your morning off with America first cup of blackout coffee.
00:39:51.920Blackout coffee is 100% committed to conservative values as well, from the sourcing of the beans, the roasting process, customer support, and shipping.

00:40:39.000Finally, Senator, Donald Trump is not just running a campaign and doing the speeches.
00:40:45.860He is continuing to announce new policies for his administration if he wins.
00:40:51.900And one of them hit a nerve with a lot of Americans in a positive way today when he said this about the victims of the cartels.
00:41:01.660So today, I'm announcing that for the first time under my administration, we will be seizing the assets of the criminal gangs and drug cartels.
00:41:11.500And we will use those assets to create a compensation fund to provide restitution for the victims of migrant crime.
00:41:24.360And the government will help in the restoration.
00:41:27.580The government will help in the restitution.
