00:01:05.260 Welcome.
00:01:06.000 It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson.
00:01:09.000 With you, Senator, I tell you, I get excited.
00:01:11.780 This is our last show before Election Day.
00:01:14.900 I also get nervous because you and I have done midterms before,
00:01:18.220 and I had those same feelings that I had before the last midterm you and I did with this show.
00:01:22.980 you've been barnstorming the country. We're going to cover it all. And there's been some
00:01:27.700 late breaking news in some of these big Senate races as well. Well, it is the day before election
00:01:34.000 day. Tomorrow is the midterm elections. If you have not voted, if you've not voted early,
00:01:41.760 whatever you are doing, make sure to come out and vote. It's all about turnout. It's all about
00:01:47.980 turnout all over the country. I believe this is the most consequential midterm election of our
00:01:54.240 lifetime. The state of Texas, where you and I both live, it is neck and neck. We could end up facing
00:02:00.860 a disaster in Texas if conservatives don't vote, if common sense Texans don't vote. And so whatever
00:02:07.980 you're planning on doing tomorrow, don't just come out and vote. Bring two, three, four, five other
00:02:13.960 people to vote with you. Turnout, turnout, turnout is the entire ballgame. And we've got a couple of
00:02:20.700 big bombshell developments. Number one in Michigan, massive news just broke in the Michigan Senate
00:02:26.720 race, an enormously consequential race. We also had massive news break in the Alaska Senate race.
00:02:33.020 We're going to cover it all on today's verdict. Yeah. Before we get to that, I want to talk to
00:02:37.340 you about an amazing opportunity for you to help someone who's in need. If you're going to change
00:02:42.240 someone's life you want to know it actually lasts and that's one reason compassion international
00:02:47.320 has become one of the most trusted child development ministries in the world now
00:02:52.120 independent research shows children sponsored through compassion stay in school longer and
00:02:57.460 this is incredible especially when you're talking about like third world countries countries that
00:03:01.840 deal with extreme poverty they are 40 percent more likely to graduate high school and 80 percent more
00:03:08.540 likely to finish college. That is what happens with Compassion International. And that's because
00:03:14.640 sponsorship isn't just temporary relief. It's long-term investment through the local church,
00:03:21.160 meeting the fiscal needs while sharing the hope of Jesus. Now you can do what I've done. And for
00:03:26.660 just $43 a month, you can help shape a child's future. You can sponsor a child today at
00:03:32.780 Compassion.com. That's Compassion.com. And let me say, so many of you have used this as an
00:03:38.240 opportunity to teach your kids and your grandkids about being involved in helping others. So sponsor
00:03:44.060 a child today at Compassion.com. That's Compassion.com. All right, Senator, so let's get to the
00:03:50.900 breaking news and talk about what has happened in this El Saeed race. No one saw this coming,
00:03:57.300 and it has rocked that Senate race. Well, the big news is that Haley Stevens, who ran in the
00:04:04.400 Democrat primary against Abdul Al-Sayed, who almost won, it was neck and neck, she came out
00:04:10.460 and endorsed Mike Rogers, the Republican. She said she could not in good conscience vote for
00:04:15.440 Abdul Al-Sayed. This is a big, big deal. The Michigan Senate race is neck and neck. I believe
00:04:21.700 the two most important Senate races in the country are Michigan and Texas. Both of those
00:04:27.980 races, they have the two most radical Democrat nominees, Abdul Al-Sayed in Michigan, James
00:04:34.380 Tallarico in Texas. Both of those races are dead heats. And to have Haley Stevens, she is a sitting
00:04:41.920 Democrat member of Congress. She almost won the primary. And to have her come out, it was a 0.98
00:04:48.700 demonstration of courage. It was a demonstration of principle. It was putting country before party.
00:04:55.960 And I got to say, that is rare. You do not see that very often in politics. I am immensely
00:05:02.340 grateful that Haley Stevens is willing to stand up for what she believes, even though, and she's
00:05:08.920 already seeing it, she's paying a real price in terms of pushback, in terms of hate from Democrat
00:05:17.420 Party leadership. They are furious with her for standing up and speaking the truth.
00:05:22.280 But here, I want to remind people, but remind people of that primary. It was an intense primary
00:05:27.900 and it was one after it was over. She said, I'll go with the Democratic nominee. And so there was
00:05:34.660 clearly a watching this primary, this general election, you know, kind of run its course.
00:05:40.480 There was a point where she just said, I can't stand with him anymore. That is why I say this
00:05:45.660 is incredibly brave because it would have just been easy to just kind of look the other way and
00:05:49.980 just, you know, let this happen and just stay out of it. Yeah. So on primary night, Abdul Al-Sayed
00:05:56.180 got 743,455 votes. Haley Stevens got 727,758 votes. So it was fewer than 20,000 votes separated
00:06:08.700 them. The margin was 48.5 percent to 47.5 percent, so it was just one point difference, and look,
00:06:18.200 she, well, I can shed some color because this drama actually played out over the course of
00:06:25.120 several days, beginning while I was in Michigan, campaigning with Mike Rogers, so I'm going to
00:06:32.560 bring you guys inside of that, but I just want you to listen to Haley Stevens. This is the video she
00:06:36.640 put out on Sunday explaining her decision. Hey, Michigan, as you may have seen, our Democratic
00:06:42.760 nominee for U.S. Senate, Abdul, said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should
00:06:49.800 stay away. And he's right. And that's why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate 1.00
00:06:58.520 today. I don't belong in Abdul's campaign. I do not stand with Hassan Piker, who gets trafficked 1.00
00:07:06.480 on our college campuses. A dear friend of mine earlier today was saying that education is on
00:07:14.800 the ballot and she's absolutely right and what our students see, what our children see, and who we are
00:07:23.100 as Michiganders is not hate and is not what we are getting out from our Democratic nominee right
00:07:31.200 now. So I am just one person. I love this state. As some of you know, I've run a campaign saying
00:07:40.800 that it was a love letter to Michigan, and I'm here to declare who we are as Michiganders. This
00:07:46.820 is Phil Hart's seat for the U.S. Senate. This is the conscience of the Senate right now and our
00:07:54.120 Michigan moment. And I'm just letting you know where I am. I'm still a very proud Democrat. I
00:08:00.560 still very much believe in everything I voted for and said, and I've worked really hard and
00:08:07.640 will continue to do so in all the ways life's opportunities afford. Godspeed and love you all
00:08:15.960 so much. I also want to be clear about this for people that haven't been paying attention. She's
00:08:20.620 not like a moderate in any capacity, Senator. I mean, she was a liberal Democrat, and as she said,
00:08:26.560 She's a proud Democrat, but she now made it clear why she's making this switch.
00:08:31.720 Yeah, no, look, that's exactly right.
00:08:34.180 Last week, I was up in Michigan and barnstormed the state with Mike Rogers, and we had huge rallies.
00:08:39.640 I'll tell you, the energy on the ground is really strong.
00:08:42.300 It is really positive.
00:08:43.220 And we ended the night with a long program discussing anti-Semitism, discussing hate, discussing Israel, discussing Abdul Al-Sayed's record.
00:08:56.560 uh and mike and i both participated there were between five and seven hundred people at the at
00:09:03.560 the event and it was a it was a fireside conversation but one of the people who came
00:09:08.780 to the event was hayley stevens's fiance a gentleman named jason turkish so hayley hayley
00:09:16.040 is not jewish she she is christian she's protestant her fiance is jewish and and actually
00:09:21.920 on the day of the event that I was there with Mike Rogers, her fiance decided to publicly endorse
00:09:28.440 Mike Rogers. And he did so. And so at the event, I had a chance to visit with him and a very good
00:09:35.140 conversation. And by the way, he's a Democrat, has been a Democrat donor. Like he remains a
00:09:39.680 passionate Democrat. But Abdul Al-Sayed is so radical, he's so dangerous, he's so extreme
00:09:45.580 that Jason said he wanted to stand up and speak the truth and take on this evil. He doesn't want
00:09:53.260 to see his party corrupted and turned into an Islamist party, turned into a Jew-hating party. 0.88
00:10:00.300 And so he was at the event. I visited with him. He's a very impressive guy.
00:10:04.980 And he was talking to a lot of reporters. So he was publicly saying, I'm with Mike Rogers now. Now,
00:10:09.540 that naturally produced a whole lot of intrigue and a whole series of stories. Well, wait, if
00:10:14.820 If Haley Stevens' fiancee is with Mike Rogers, does that mean she is?
00:10:19.980 That she is.
00:10:21.560 Well, she put out a statement the next day and said, look, couples can disagree and my
00:10:27.020 fiancee and I disagree.
00:10:28.660 And she said, I'm still supporting Abdul Al-Sayed, which is what she said she would do after
00:10:32.740 the primary.
00:10:34.220 But there was also this, there's been so much hatred and bigotry on the part of the
00:10:41.940 Abdul Al-Sayed campaign. And in particular, there was this TV commercial that was run in
00:10:48.980 Michigan that was run by Senk Unger, who is the uncle of Hassan Piker.
00:10:56.040 Piker, yep. He's like one of the core radicals of the YouTube world when that got started,
00:11:02.460 of the radical left. These are all Turkish radicals who are Israel-hating, Jew-hating, 0.83
00:11:08.520 And at least with Piker, I don't know well enough to know, 0.91
00:11:11.100 but at least with Piker, are America-hating as well?
00:11:13.580 I mean, remember, Hassan Piker's the guy who said,
00:11:16.300 America deserved 9-11. 0.82
00:11:18.900 Well, Sank, by the way, I do think it is an amazing irony
00:11:22.880 that Sank used to be like this big internet personality
00:11:26.520 is now going to go down in history as Hassan Piker's uncle. 1.00
00:11:29.320 Which is humorous. 1.00
00:11:30.960 By the way, you know him, don't you?
00:11:33.140 Yeah, so Sank has dropped the F-bomb on me on national TV
00:11:37.200 more than anyone else in the history of the world. 0.95
00:11:39.320 That's another claim to fame.
00:11:41.160 He has literally screamed the F-bomb at me
00:11:42.940 as I was defending Israel, calling him an anti-Semite
00:11:45.280 on Piers Morgan's show, lost his mind
00:11:47.560 to the point where he had to come back on
00:11:48.980 and show he wasn't actually crazy, 0.79
00:11:50.480 and then went crazy again.
00:11:51.700 It was a great moment, but keep going.
00:11:53.700 Well, he ran this ad that was one of the most
00:11:56.140 vicious Jew-hating ads I've ever seen.
00:11:58.520 It was a husband and wife in the line,
00:12:01.520 the checkout counter at the grocery store,
00:12:03.740 discussing how groceries are expensive.
00:12:05.300 And look, that's a real issue in this election, people.
00:12:07.200 We're feeling the effects of inflation.
00:12:10.120 Four years of Biden, we had massive inflation.
00:12:12.240 Prices are still too high.
00:12:13.400 Gas prices are too high.
00:12:15.060 Diesel prices are too high.
00:12:16.220 Food prices are too high.
00:12:17.480 But they're sitting there discussing it and saying the reason prices are too high is because we give military aid to Israel. 0.95
00:12:24.560 And it's all about the Jews. 0.98
00:12:25.880 It's the Jews.
00:12:26.800 And you literally have a husband and wife saying, we can't afford bananas. 1.00
00:12:30.960 And they put the bananas back away because of the Jews, damn it. 1.00
00:12:36.060 And I mean, it's a hateful ad. And so Haley, Abdul Al-Sayed invited her to come to a moment of unity, Democrat unity on Sunday with Jim Clyburn, the Democrat congressman from from South Carolina. 0.99
00:12:53.860 And she said she'd be happy to come. She said, yes. And she said publicly, I disagree with my
00:12:58.380 fiance. I'm still supporting Abdul. But she said, I do need him to disavow this hateful ad
00:13:04.380 that is just Jew baiting and is nasty. And you know what he said? He said, no, I won't do it. 0.85
00:13:11.500 And listen, there's a reason he won't do it, because that's who Abdul Al-Sayed is. That's 1.00
00:13:16.560 what he believes. And then it got nastier and nastier. Not only would he not disavow it,
00:13:21.080 he said, I don't want you to come to the event. Stay away from the event. And so it was very
00:13:26.540 publicly like, get the hell away from me. If you're not a full-on Muslim Brotherhood loving 0.96
00:13:32.980 radical, you have no place in my party. And then Sunday morning, Sunday morning, 0.92
00:13:42.000 the news broke that she had gone to church. Instead of going with Abdul Al-Sayed, she went
00:13:46.780 with Mike Rogers. And so she was just sitting in the pews with Mike Rogers at church. And that was
00:13:52.160 like, everyone was like, wow, this is, is this, is this what it seems like it might be? And then
00:13:59.440 afterwards she put out the video and made the full-on endorsement. I'll tell you, Ben, when she
00:14:05.080 did, I'm going to read, read you what I tweeted. I tweeted, extraordinary and massively consequential,
00:14:13.200 something very rare in politics, a true profile and courage from Haley Stevens.
00:14:21.000 She is putting country before party and rightly acknowledging that Abdul El-Sayed is too radical,
00:14:30.000 hateful, and dangerous to serve in the Senate. Bravo. It is a big, big deal, and it took real
00:14:39.040 courage to do what she did. All right, I want to jump in here and take a quick moment. I want to
00:14:42.340 talk to you about an incredible university. It's called Regent University. And somewhere along the
00:14:47.220 way, we got the idea that a serious education and strong Christian faith have to live in two
00:14:51.860 different worlds. They don't. At Regent University, faith isn't an afterthought. It's at the heart of
00:14:58.060 the education. Students are challenged to think deeply, pursue excellence, and see their education
00:15:03.620 through a Christian worldview. And make no mistake, Regent is serious about academics. With more than
00:15:09.600 150 areas of study, Regent has earned national recognition for academic excellence because a
00:15:15.340 great education shouldn't just prepare you to make a living. It should prepare you to make
00:15:20.080 a difference. Plus, you can get the same Regent education online. Learn from wherever you are
00:15:27.140 on a schedule that works around your life. Now, getting started is easy. Just fill out a simple
00:15:32.080 online form to request information and connect with an admissions counselor who will answer
00:15:37.920 all your questions about degrees, online programs, financial aid, and more. Go to regent.edu.
00:15:46.180 That's regent.edu. Exceptional academics, flexible online learning, unapologetically
00:15:53.520 Christian values, Regent University, Christian leadership to change the world. It took not only 0.66
00:15:59.020 real courage, but also then the bigger question becomes, could this be enough to disrupt or change
00:16:05.200 the outcome of that election there? How big of a boost? You were on the ground there with Mike
00:16:10.240 Rogers. So what was momentum like? How much of a significant impact do you think this could have
00:16:16.100 on election day? Look, I think this could have a very real impact. I think this could ensure that
00:16:22.000 Mike Rogers wins. I obviously hope that's the outcome. Really? So in other words, this is one
00:16:26.940 of those big moments. If you were running a campaign of Rogers and someone brought this to
00:16:32.320 you as an idea, you would say, oh my gosh, that could be huge. It is. Look, the race is basically
00:16:37.800 tied in Michigan. So if you think of different groups of voters, number one for Jewish voters,
00:16:42.340 and there's a substantial Jewish population in Michigan, her saying Al-Sayed is too radical,
00:16:50.200 too Jew-hating, too bigoted, too embracing of the Muslim Brotherhood for me to support,
00:16:55.420 that really gives a permission structure to lifelong Democrats. So if you're a Jewish voter, 0.87
00:17:01.560 if you're a moderate voter if you are a female voter if you're a democrat voter if you're just
00:17:09.580 someone who cares a little bit about national security and doesn't like seeing a candidate
00:17:13.480 who's spent decades supporting the muslim brotherhood and by the way if you go back to
00:17:18.640 last week's podcast in michigan i laid out the evidence systematically objectively the evidence
00:17:24.660 demonstrating that abdul al-sayed has been a vocal passionate and public supporter of the
00:17:29.460 Muslim Brotherhood for decades. His own sister said, our family has long supported the Muslim
00:17:35.940 Brotherhood. He's written op-eds in support of the Muslim Brotherhood. He supports them.
00:17:40.960 By the way, I have to note, Ben, you know, the Sunday shows took my comments about,
00:17:45.780 given his many decades of demonstrated, objectively proven support for the Muslim 0.75
00:17:51.920 Brotherhood, he'd be a national security risk to have a security clearance. And Margaret Brennan
00:17:56.520 instead was was fuming it's bigoted I saw this live and I was cracking up laughing because I
00:18:02.820 didn't know that was going to happen I was you know watching the shows I'm laughing and my kids
00:18:06.980 like dad what's so funny I'm like watch this watch watch this it was so good keep going so what's 0.99
00:18:11.440 interesting Ben is is I think Margaret Brennan saw how what a ridiculous fool of herself Kristen 0.88
00:18:17.580 Welker made on meet the press and Margaret Brennan said hold my beer yeah so she literally plays on
00:18:24.440 the show my conclusion which is granting abdul al-sayed a security clearance would endanger
00:18:32.540 american lives but she includes zero of the facts none of the facts as to why that is because
00:18:39.420 apparently the the networks don't cover facts they're not in the news business i laid out a
00:18:44.740 systematic detailed explanation of the evidence and she included zero and instead she just asked
00:18:53.120 Bernie Sanders, and Bernie Sanders started screaming, they're all bigots, they're all
00:18:57.200 bigots, with no discussion of, look, you know, Al-Sayed's defense is the Constitution protects
00:19:06.800 my right to pray. I agree, and I will defend his right to pray till my dying breath. I'm not
00:19:12.720 talking about his praying. I'm talking about an ideology. There's a big difference between Islam
00:19:17.960 and Islamism. Islamism is a political ideology that seeks to establish a caliphate to use the
00:19:23.960 force of law, to force people to obey Sharia law, and to subjugate non-believers. That is the ideology 1.00
00:19:32.540 that Abdullah al-Sayed has defended for decades. And the Muslim Brotherhood is a viciously 0.99
00:19:40.340 terrorist organization that Abdullah al-Sayed has defended for decades. And the media refuses 0.67
00:19:46.880 to cover it. I want to go now. So after she made her endorsement, Haley Stevens did an interview,
00:19:53.940 a TV interview, standing alongside Mike Rogers. So I want you to listen to Mike Rogers because
00:19:58.340 I think he did a really good job accepting this endorsement, but also trying to bring people
00:20:03.640 together and say, listen, we're not about hate. We're not about the vicious anti-Americanism,
00:20:09.180 the vicious bigotry that the Abdul Al-Sayed campaign has embraced. Instead, Michigan and
00:20:15.020 America are bigger. Give a listen to Mike Rogers. To have Haley Stevens support today, I'm honored
00:20:20.000 to have earned that vote. You know, when I got the call this morning, obviously it's probably
00:20:25.620 not the day we anticipated going forward today. But when we decided to, this would be good to
00:20:31.820 worship together today, I'll just give you a flavor, a little bit of flavor about this. We
00:20:36.900 talked about America, what was better for Americans, what was better for the future of our state
00:20:42.260 by bringing people together you know martin luther king said you cannot solve darkness with
00:20:48.280 darkness you have to solve it with light you can't solve hate with hate you have to solve it
00:20:54.380 with love and i talked to haley about that letter love letter to michigan that she wrote that i
00:21:00.720 thought was very very good and candidly i'm not i'm glad i'm not running against haley stevens
00:21:05.800 Stevens today. But what we decided is sometimes the hate grows so loud that it jeopardizes some
00:21:15.880 of our citizens in this state. When young Jewish women have to hide their Star at David's to walk
00:21:21.260 across the University of Michigan campus, we have gone too far. When young men have to wear ball 1.00
00:21:26.740 caps over their yarmulkes because they are getting harassed for being Jewish, we have gone too far.
00:21:33.860 This is more a statement about standing together against hate and the future of this state and this country than it is anything else.
00:21:43.120 And I just want you to know, she reminded me at the end of the call, remember, I'm still a Democrat.
00:21:49.160 I love, by the way, the end there.
00:21:51.840 Look, she's still a Democrat, but this is outside of just being a Democrat.
00:21:56.720 This is about something bigger than that.
00:21:59.280 And I got to say, as you described earlier, this is a very brave move, but it could have major consequences for her political future as well.
00:22:08.440 No, that's right. And listen, she has been a Democrat, an elected Democrat for years.
00:22:16.580 She is very much a, you know, she believes in the policy positions of the Democrat Party consistently. 0.79
00:22:23.280 But she also is a person of principle, and I think she's been horrified by the extremism, by the hatred that Abdul Al-Sayed has demonstrated.
00:22:32.000 And, you know, some people will dismiss it.
00:22:34.780 People will assume, oh, she must be Jewish.
00:22:36.520 No, she's not Jewish.
00:22:37.680 She's Christian.
00:22:38.920 She's Christian. 0.95
00:22:39.620 She just actually rejects Islamism and does not want to see Michigan or America give in to that extremism. 0.61
00:22:48.220 and and the reaction was immediate and it was ferocious her party leaders like she paid a real
00:22:54.560 price i want you to read what chuck schumer tweeted right after she put this out quote
00:22:59.260 this is a despicable betrayal from representative stevens senate democrats are united in our support
00:23:07.140 for abdul el-sayed because we know he will fight for the economic interest of working families in
00:23:12.800 Michigan, unlike Mike Rogers, who is a tool of Donald Trump and billionaire donors. And I got
00:23:20.440 to say, look, just when I think Schumer could not be more hollow, more empty, I retweeted that
00:23:29.720 statement and here's what I said. Disgraceful. Schumer and Pelosi care only about power. 0.74
00:23:37.520 nothing else matters. Tragic. Haley Stevens showed remarkable character and courage and
00:23:46.780 principle. She put America before party. And Schumer and Pelosi's savage attacks on her for 0.86
00:23:54.400 doing so shows who they are and what they value. And I'll tell you, when I visited with her fiance
00:24:02.460 in michigan i shared with him a story i said look i understand i'm a republican and normally both
00:24:10.080 parties stand with with their nominee that's that's what the two parties do in a two-party
00:24:13.920 system and that's usually the case but there are times when the line goes too far we saw that
00:24:19.860 earlier this year with graham platner yeah in maine the self-avowed communist who had a nazi
00:24:26.520 tattoo on his chest, a Totenkopf, the Nazi SS symbol of the death camps of Auschwitz and the
00:24:35.360 other death camps on his chest. And the only Democrat senator in the country, there's only one,
00:24:41.120 John Fetterman was willing to say that's too far. Every other senator, Chuck Schumer was like,
00:24:46.500 hey, Nazi tattoo on your on your chest. Goodbye, me. Good to go. Yeah. The same principle is true.
00:24:54.140 And what I shared with Haley Stevens' fiance is I said, listen, a couple of cycles ago, you may remember when Republicans nominated Roy Moore to the Senate in Alabama.
00:25:04.960 Yeah.
00:25:05.320 Now, I had not supported Roy Moore in the primary.
00:25:09.200 But once he was the nominee, I was being a loyal Republican and I endorsed him because he was our nominee.
00:25:15.840 And then after that, credible allegations came out that he had sexually abused teenage girls.
00:25:23.000 Yeah.
00:25:23.480 And these allegations were all over the news, and I saw them.
00:25:26.020 I didn't know what was true or not, but I was concerned about them.
00:25:29.000 And so what I did is I picked up the phone, and I called him.
00:25:31.600 And I said, Roy, I've seen these allegations.
00:25:33.500 I want to hear your response.
00:25:35.520 Tell me why these are wrong.
00:25:37.060 What am I missing?
00:25:38.340 What's the truth?
00:25:40.220 And I spent, I don't know, probably 15, 20 minutes on the phone with him.
00:25:45.120 And his answer was completely unsatisfactory.
00:25:47.960 He basically had no answer that I found persuasive.
00:25:51.640 And I said, you know what?
00:25:53.480 I'm done. And so I publicly withdrew my support of him. And that had a consequence, which is,
00:26:01.020 and other Republicans subsequently did the same thing. But Roy Moore lost. And Doug Jones,
00:26:07.080 a Democrat, was elected from Alabama. Alabama is about as red a state as we got. And we ended up
00:26:12.120 electing a Democrat from Alabama because I decided some things are more important than just
00:26:16.560 sticking with your party. And I will say I shared that story with Haley Stevens' fiance. I don't
00:26:25.280 know if that was helpful or not in making this decision. But not only did Schumer attack her,
00:26:32.660 Pelosi attacked her too. And there's some irony because just a few days ago, Pelosi had said
00:26:36.940 very much the same thing. All right. Now, if I haven't reminded you enough, Tuesday is election
00:26:42.700 day and between work errands and family we're all busy and with the elections right here right now
00:26:48.860 it can be hard to find time to vote now if you are in the process of having the ability to still
00:26:54.240 early vote well then don't wait until election day a flat tire or sick child could mean you
00:26:59.860 missing out on making your voice heard and that's why we want you to go and vote now you can go to
00:27:05.580 gopvotes.org and find your polling place and bank your vote today now if you live in the critical
00:27:12.120 Senate battleground states of Maine or Ohio. Early voting is already underway. It already
00:27:16.740 started. You need to get into the game. The radical left has won Democratic primaries across
00:27:22.400 the country and their turnout machine is ready to swarm the polls. That's why you need a plan
00:27:27.880 to vote too. President Trump is counting on you. Our movement is counting on you. I'm counting on
00:27:33.040 you. So don't wait. Head to GOPvotes.org and make your plan to vote. Paid for by the SLF PAC,
00:27:40.280 not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee give a listen to what pelosi said
00:27:45.660 just a few days ago about abdul al-sayed you know when you say israel doesn't have the right to be
00:27:50.680 a jewish state that's anti-semitic as far as i'm concerned who says that uh i i mandami has said
00:27:58.480 that i mean i'll say i can't account for al-sayed has said that um that he doesn't believe that he
00:28:06.880 they should be a jewish state uh that's concerning yeah no it's more than concerning it's wrong
00:28:12.960 yeah it's wrong and it isn't a reflection of the democrats in the congress of the united states 0.95
00:28:18.500 this new person in michigan will see if he gets elected to the congress but the mayor
00:28:23.720 bless his heart i hope he succeeds as mayor but i don't uh agree with some of the things he's said
00:28:30.280 i don't agree with some of the things that he's said i at that point i'm like please tell me more
00:28:36.400 about that. That's what a normal follow-up would have been, Senator. Well, and look, that's her
00:28:41.300 talking about Mondami, but she also is pretty dismissive of El-Sayed. I don't agree with him.
00:28:45.700 We'll see if he gets elected. Now, the Democrat Party, it is all about power. It turns out, look,
00:28:51.640 there's a reason she's retiring after 40 years. When the Democrat Party has gotten too extreme
00:28:56.200 for Nancy Pelosi, that tells you something. She's leaving and she's saying, listen, these Islamists 1.00
00:29:01.580 and communists that have taken over my party. I don't agree with them. And in fact, what she said 0.98
00:29:07.060 is what they're saying is evil. That was her quote that we just played. Now, at the end of the day,
00:29:14.820 power matters more. So as soon as Haley Stevens says basically the same thing Nancy Pelosi said 1.00
00:29:19.760 last week, I want you to read Nancy Pelosi's tweet. Quote, Haley Stevens has chosen to
00:29:26.400 dangerously betray Michigan family's health care, freedoms, and future with her horrific endorsement 1.00
00:29:33.560 of Mike Rogers. Abdul El-Sayed must win because Michigan and our country deserve better. 0.51
00:29:41.620 Dash NP, as in Nancy Pelosi. So never mind what I said, it's evil. Last week it was evil.
00:29:48.200 Forget that. It's just all evil, but it's fine. Today, standing up to evil is quote-unquote
00:29:53.320 horrific and and and is there any line is there anything that schumer believes that pelosi believes
00:30:01.320 that that that any of the democrat centers other than john fetterman it's it's silence it is
00:30:08.720 crickets from democrat senators who are saying this is too far cory booker has pushed back a
00:30:14.720 little bit yeah but but the rest of the democrat centers just yeah onward forward they've gone
00:30:21.660 into witness protection. And the degree of partisan hate from fellow Democrats directed
00:30:28.840 at Haley Stevens, I'm just going to say, I admire Haley Stevens. I have not met her personally. I
00:30:34.480 don't know her. I've never met her. But what she did, I admire. It was brave. It was courageous.
00:30:43.080 It was at a cost. And it made a difference. That is a big, big deal. All right. Last week,
00:30:48.820 the New York Times broke a bombshell story. The title of it is Inside Democrats' Secret Efforts
00:30:55.840 to Stack Alaska's Ballot. It continues, operatives aligned with Mary Patola, the Democratic nominee
00:31:03.880 for Senate, spent months recruiting candidates to peel votes from Senator Dan Sullivan,
00:31:09.480 the Republican. Let me read the beginning of this article. In the summer of 2025, a staff
00:31:15.080 for Mary Patola, the Alaska Democrat who was eyeing a run for Senate, received unusual instructions
00:31:20.260 from top campaign aides. Find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as you can. The
00:31:28.100 staffer complied, combing through voter records to produce a list of Dan Sullivans from across
00:31:33.020 the state. This was no random request. Dan S. Sullivan is the name of the state's Republican
00:31:40.400 senator. And if the Patola campaign or its allies could track down or persuade another Dan Sullivan
00:31:45.800 to run for Senate, the confusion could cost the senator crucial votes on the state's unusual
00:31:52.700 four-person ballot. The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along
00:31:59.720 the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate.
00:32:06.440 His name was Dan J. Sullivan.
00:32:10.260 The Patola campaign has repeatedly denied any involvement in his candidacy,
00:32:14.680 but the Times has found, based on interviews and text messages,
00:32:18.160 along with documents prepared for a potential lawsuit against the campaign,
00:32:21.820 that not only did Ms. Patola's team work with the people trying to recruit Mr. Sullivan to run for Senate,
00:32:28.420 but the effort was much broader. 0.81
00:32:30.920 The group worked to coax another would-be spoiler into the race
00:32:34.340 to dilute the incumbent support and help catapult the Democrat to victory. The endeavor,
00:32:40.980 which was internally called the Ballot Composition Project, involves secret trips to far-flung
00:32:46.980 Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative who traversed
00:32:52.380 the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brewpubs.
00:32:58.840 It also involves the Patola campaign's lawyers, as well as senior aides at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, which directs the party's campaign strategy in Senate races across the country.
00:33:11.600 From Washington to Anchorage, those advisers participated in regular conversations about the effort and even considered forming a new political party to draw conservatives into the ballot.
00:33:24.880 This story, so look, it was obvious.
00:33:28.840 Fake Dan Sullivan is fake. He's a Democrat. He has actually been a donor to Mary Patola,
00:33:37.400 the Democrat. He's given twice to Mary Patola. His daughter is a staffer for a Democrat
00:33:43.580 congresswoman from Washington state. And he is on the ballot for one reason and one reason only,
00:33:49.400 which is to deceive Alaska voters. And they're counting on that someone goes in and they say,
00:33:54.360 hey, Dan Sullivan's a good senator. I like Dan Sullivan. I want to reelect Dan Sullivan.
00:33:58.840 And they vote, and they get confused, and they vote for the wrong Dan Sullivan.
00:34:02.640 And all they need to pick away is one, two, three, four percent of the vote, just a tiny little bit.
00:34:09.240 And that could easily be enough to swing the outcome.
00:34:12.440 Now, understand, this was obvious from the beginning.
00:34:15.740 By the way, do you know who wrote the press release for fake Dan Sullivan?
00:34:20.020 This is the best part of the story, as they try to deny that they were ever involved.
00:34:23.740 Go ahead.
00:34:24.100 the political consultant for mary patola but but but the consultant's not very good because they
00:34:29.580 left the metadata on there showing that it was patola's consultant who wrote the press release
00:34:34.660 that being said mary patola said over and over again i didn't do it i knew nothing about it we
00:34:40.080 had nothing to do about it we're not the ones lying to the voters we're not the ones trying to
00:34:44.820 rig democracy and rig an election it's not us chuck schumer said no no it's not me we're not
00:34:50.280 the ones doing this. And they were called out, not by Republicans, not by conservatives, but by
00:34:57.360 that rabid right-wing publication, the New York Times. And the facts are clear. This is in writing,
00:35:04.340 these are in texts. And it goes back, it's actually the same point as Schumer and Pelosi's
00:35:10.120 reactions to Haley Stevens, which is today's Democrat party has one value above all else,
00:35:16.120 power. And it doesn't matter. Nothing else matters. If someone is an open communist,
00:35:21.580 good by them. If someone has a Nazi tattoo on their chest, good by Schumer and Pelosi.
00:35:27.080 If someone is an Islamist who spent decades supporting the Muslim Brotherhoods, 0.99
00:35:31.480 good by them. And if there is a scheme to subvert democracy and literally to steal votes 1.00
00:35:40.320 from voters in Alaska and cause the result to be the opposite of what the voters want,
00:35:46.120 This is not count every vote.
00:35:47.820 This is steal some votes so that the person who would otherwise get second might get first.
00:35:53.900 It's a bombshell, and it really does show it.
00:35:57.620 It's sad.
00:35:58.580 It's despicable.
00:36:00.420 And they were caught red-handed.
00:36:04.060 Yeah, they really were.
00:36:04.960 And remember it going into Election Day.
00:36:06.580 Don't forget, we'll be back with you, I promise, with a recap of everything that happens on Election Day.
00:36:11.040 Go vote, go vote, go vote.
00:36:12.560 Do not forget to vote.
00:36:13.820 I will say it again over and over again.
00:36:15.840 go vote and one thing and one thing and one thing yeah go vote go vote and bring somebody else
00:36:23.480 turnout matters especially if you're in texas please save texas save america come out and vote
00:36:30.700 tomorrow amen to that don't forget we will be back with you i promise with a recap after election day
00:36:36.120 as well and the senate i will see you then god bless america go vote hey i'm jack armstrong he's
00:36:43.640 Joe Getty. We've been trying to figure out how to describe
