00:00:34.940 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong. He's Joe Getty.
00:00:36.620 We've been trying to figure out how to describe what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:00:41.100 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:00:41.880 So most media is either agenda-driven or they're so shallow and boring.
00:00:46.860 You don't learn anything anyway.
00:00:48.380 We try to get to the bottom of the stories that are shaping our worlds
00:00:51.420 and help you understand what's actually happening.
00:00:54.380 So give it a try sometime.
00:00:55.640 Entertaining and you learn something?
00:00:56.900 Where do I tune in?
00:00:57.720 Listen to Armstrong and Getty On Demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:01:00.740 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:01:05.660 Hey, it's Drew Franklin from NFL Cover Zero.
00:01:08.380 The 2026 season is underway, and we are loving football on TV.
00:01:12.640 Here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season.
00:01:15.520 I would suggest for these preseason games,
00:01:17.760 I think they should do what they do on the NFL draft. 0.87
00:01:21.780 You know, when coverage of the NFL draft is basically for moms,
00:01:24.560 And they're just like, hey, he has a dog named Spark.
00:01:30.680 Listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:01:37.600 Welcome, it is Verdict with Ted Cruz.
00:01:39.800 Weekend Review, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:01:42.000 And these are the stories that you may have missed that we talked about this week.
00:01:45.520 First up, Barack Obama hits the campaign trail with more lies than hope and change.
00:01:51.480 This time in Ohio, and we have the receipts to prove exactly what he said and how wrong it really was.
00:01:58.280 Up next, it was shocking to see how quickly the liberal media laid down when they were interviewing El Saeed.
00:02:05.500 What questions did they not ask on purpose?
00:02:08.100 What did they not press him on?
00:02:09.360 A lot.
00:02:10.160 And we'll break that down for you as well.
00:02:12.240 And finally, as we are just days away from the election, what is it that you need to know about showing up to vote?
00:02:18.680 Senator Cruz and I break that down for you as well.
00:02:21.780 It's the Week in Review, and it starts right now.
00:02:24.900 Senator, can we just go back in history and remind people about the pallets of cash that 0.82
00:02:29.900 were sent by these, quote, serious people in the Democratic Party to appease the Iranian 0.83
00:02:35.680 regime that chanced death to America that was clearly trying to get a nuclear weapon 0.71
00:02:39.900 who says they want to annihilate Israel, wipe them off the map?
00:02:43.140 Because that's his definition of a serious person who takes pallets of cash and sends
00:02:48.100 it to them saying, please don't do that. Here's money. I'm sorry, Ben, you're doing something that
00:02:52.360 is not permissible with a Barack Obama speech, which is you're actually bringing facts and
00:02:58.540 substance. We can't have that. This is political oratory. This is rhetoric. This is partisan
00:03:04.500 lies. You are, of course, exactly right. And this is a good example, A, of how Obama has always done
00:03:11.500 it, but B, where the Democrats are going to go the next two years, which is number one, just flat
00:03:16.880 out lie. So his lie is that Iran did not have nuclear weapons and it wasn't going to get
00:03:24.220 nuclear weapons because the Obama-Iran nuclear deal was going to prevent them from getting
00:03:29.960 nuclear weapons. That is an absolute lie. Now, it's a lie that begins by minimizing,
00:03:37.240 by ignoring the threat that Iran poses. You notice nowhere in Obama's speech was there 0.71
00:03:43.160 any acknowledgment of the Ayatollah routinely leading mobs of thousands upon thousands of
00:03:49.280 people chanting death to America. Nowhere was any acknowledgment that the Ayatollah and the 0.80
00:03:55.780 Islamic regime in Iran was responsible for murdering nearly a thousand Americans,
00:04:01.320 mostly servicemen and women, that they have killed year after year after year. Nowhere was 0.90
00:04:05.900 there any acknowledgment that Iran is the lead state sponsor of terrorism on the globe, the lead
00:04:11.660 funder of Hamas and Hezbollah, and that they have been actively waging war with Americans trying to
00:04:17.700 kill us. Nowhere was there any acknowledgement that Iran has invested billions of dollars into
00:04:22.220 developing not just nuclear weapons, but developing ICBMs. Now an ICBM, ICBM stands for 0.61
00:04:28.920 Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. You don't need an ICBM to get to Israel. An ordinary ballistic
00:04:35.380 missile will go from Iran to Israel. You need an ICBM to take a nuclear weapon from Iran to 0.88
00:04:41.640 the United States. 100% of the purpose of their ICBM program is to be able to deliver a nuclear 0.96
00:04:49.680 warhead and detonate a nuclear warhead in the United States, most likely New York or D.C. or
00:04:56.360 Los Angeles or for that matter where you and I live, Houston. All of those are cities Iran could 0.93
00:05:02.320 target and any one of which a nuclear weapon detonated above those cities could kill millions
00:05:08.660 of Americans in a flash of an eye. None of that is acknowledged. The Obama-Iran nuclear deal
00:05:15.760 was designed inevitably to allow Iran to get nuclear weapons. Barack Obama believes it is
00:05:25.360 perfectly fine for the Ayatollah to have nuclear weapons. He believes it is unfair, it is colonialist
00:05:31.320 of America, to try to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons. On the terms of the deal,
00:05:37.600 The terms of the deal carved out major sections of Iran that were not subject to inspections.
00:05:43.080 Anything that Iran designated as a, quote, sensitive military facility was exempted from inspections.
00:05:50.320 Well, guess where they were doing all their nuclear weapons research? 0.88
00:05:53.100 In sensitive military facilities.
00:05:56.120 Even the non-sensitive facilities, the deal that Obama signed contemplated Iran inspecting itself.
00:06:06.360 Iran's sending its own inspectors to go in.
00:06:08.900 It's a little bit like, you know, if you're in the movie Scarface,
00:06:13.060 the police calling up Tony Montana going,
00:06:15.600 hey, Tony, you have any drugs?
00:06:17.760 No, man, no, man, I got no drugs.
00:06:19.640 I got no drugs at all, nothing at all.
00:06:21.720 Okay, Tony, thank you, thank you, I appreciate that.
00:06:23.780 All right, fully inspected.
00:06:25.440 That was basically the Obama-Iran nuclear deal. 0.78
00:06:30.100 Call the Ayatollah, ask if he has nukes. 0.60
00:06:32.160 If he says no, trust him. 0.97
00:06:33.440 and finally with the weakest strictures possible even those strictures under the Obama deal
00:06:43.360 all went away in 15 years the entire deal sunsetted in 15 years which means in 15 years
00:06:49.260 Obama was saying then you could most definitely develop a nuclear weapon completely free of
00:06:54.800 sanctions you can build it in the open and we will say nothing and do nothing to stop you
00:06:58.460 It was a disastrous deal. The single most important decision President Trump made in his first term was to rip up the disastrous Iran nuclear deal.
00:07:14.540 That made America much, much safer. That was a decision I very vigorously urged the president to do. He agreed with me and he did that.
00:07:22.380 this also illustrates how Obama and the Democrats are going to combine their lies
00:07:27.960 about Iran minimizing the threat claiming falsely that the Obama deal had any threat
00:07:33.900 neutralized they're going to use it though to connect it to every bit 100 percent of the
00:07:41.720 economic pressure the very real economic pressure people are feeling look inflation is real and
00:07:47.140 inflation is real because we had four years of Joe Biden where inflation was out of control
00:07:52.080 Now, inflation has dropped dramatically.
00:07:55.000 It is much more manageable now than it was under the Biden administration.
00:07:58.180 But that doesn't mean prices have gotten cheaper.
00:08:00.860 Under Biden, they rose massively.
00:08:03.900 They're now rising more slowly, but they're rising from the higher base of four years of Biden inflation baked in.
00:08:10.860 And this is the Democrats' entire strategy.
00:08:13.100 They're trying to say everything you pay more for.
00:08:16.500 Yes, gasoline at the pump.
00:08:17.880 Yes, diesel.
00:08:18.820 Yes, jet fuel.
00:08:19.660 But also, yes, food, yes, homes, everything they are going to blame on President Trump and the Iran war.
00:08:28.240 This is a real foreshadowing of 100,000 TV commercials that are coming of hearing and hearing and hearing and candidate after candidate after candidate, all of whom are going to echo Barack Obama's messaging right here.
00:08:42.880 Yeah. Listen, by the way, to his closing statement and what he said.
00:08:46.100 if our fundamental attitude to each other is to try and hurt other people so they don't hurt us
00:08:55.580 first if we're driven by fear instead of by hope if we think it's okay to snatch children from
00:09:02.080 parents or cut programs for the aged or the infirm so the powerful can get whatever they want
00:09:07.460 we will continue to fester in anger and division and I don't know about you but I'm tired of being
00:09:14.960 and angry. And I'm tired of being divided. I want to, I want to, I want to reach out
00:09:22.520 and shake my neighbor's hand. I want to get to work doing something for somebody else.
00:09:33.520 We didn't get into this moment overnight. We won't get out of it overnight. And none
00:09:39.580 None of us should pretend that any single person in any single office is somehow going
00:09:45.260 to save the day for us, and that the rest of us can just go back to acting the same
00:09:50.480 way.
00:09:51.480 We're going to have to all make some changes, but Ohio, here's what I know.
00:09:57.880 This election can be a start.
00:10:00.420 This election can be an inflection point.
00:10:03.060 This election can be a course correction in America's long journey toward a more perfect
00:10:08.460 union because if we're willing to turn out in big numbers here in ohio and across the country
00:10:16.380 if we're willing to vote for change and vote for democrats up and down the ballot
00:10:21.740 then this election might just mark the moment this country began moving in a better direction
00:10:30.140 when we leave our worst impulses behind and start aligning our politics with our highest ideals
00:10:37.100 Ohio, you and I have proved before that it is hard to stop a change whose time has come.
00:10:46.140 In 10 days, you have a chance to do it again.
00:10:50.640 So I'm asking you, are you fired up?
00:10:54.240 Are you ready to go? 0.96
00:10:56.760 Let's make Amy Acton governor. 1.00
00:10:59.280 Let's make Sheryl Brown senator. 1.00
00:11:01.980 Let's get on the path to making America better. 1.00
00:11:05.620 Thank you. I love you.
00:11:06.800 By the way, I love how he fires them up at the end.
00:11:10.940 He says, let's make America better instead of make America great.
00:11:14.340 That kind of made me laugh.
00:11:16.400 Well, look, that entire closing reminds you of the power of Barack Obama.
00:11:22.520 You know, part three of this speech was 100 percent hope and change.
00:11:27.040 Yeah. And don't underestimate hope and change.
00:11:30.100 This guy is the best P.T. Barnum, sell one thing and deliver another that I think politics has ever produced.
00:11:40.720 He's very good at the hope he changey stuff like it.
00:11:44.080 I'm inspired. I'm tired of being angry.
00:11:46.620 I want to reach over and shake the hand of my neighbor like that's good stuff.
00:11:51.260 Now, mind you, it's an absolute lie.
00:11:54.580 Barack Obama doesn't want to shake anyone's hands.
00:11:56.220 yeah look when he was president i was in the senate when he was president 0.79
00:12:00.260 he is so arrogant and aloof it actually limited his effectiveness because he could not be bothered
00:12:08.060 to talk to senators or house members or really anybody that everyone was beneath him and and 0.93
00:12:13.860 democrat senators would complain about this like when obama was president he wouldn't talk to them
00:12:17.780 it wasn't a partisan thing he just thought that like he was from a higher plane and and all the
00:12:23.580 rest of us were were subjects that he was there to rule I mean he really did think he was King
00:12:28.660 Barack and in terms of you know he wants to to shake the hand of his neighbor well you know
00:12:35.120 interestingly enough he had an opportunity to do that he had an opportunity to shake the hand of
00:12:38.600 his neighbor during the Joe Biden presidency and that was when you'll recall I suggested actually
00:12:45.060 filed legislation to change the port of entry for illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard and
00:12:52.280 Nantucket and the Hamptons and all of and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, which is where where
00:12:59.220 Biden vacationed. And and if they were going to allow 12 million illegal immigrants to invade 0.94
00:13:05.780 our nation, they should actually have to see those illegal immigrants that they're inviting
00:13:10.220 to our country and care for them. And you'll recall Ron DeSantis in Florida implemented the
00:13:15.740 idea that I had proposed and he put together a plane full of illegal immigrants and he flew them 0.99
00:13:22.120 to Martha's Vineyard and at the time I had filed my legislation the the county executive at Martha's
00:13:29.000 Vineyard the equivalent of the mayor had had put out a public statement and he blasted me for filing
00:13:35.160 this legislation he said Cruz doesn't understand he doesn't understand immigration and he said if 0.90
00:13:42.120 illegal immigrants came to Martha's Vineyard we would welcome them here well they did come because
00:13:50.260 Ron DeSantis sent him. And what happened within 24 hours, that very same county executive declared
00:13:56.680 an emergency. And within 72 hours, they had forcibly removed every single one of the illegal
00:14:03.680 immigrants from Martha's Vineyard. Understand, Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have a palatial
00:14:08.520 mountain, a palatial mansion in Martha's Vineyard. Did Barack Obama reach out and shake the hand of
00:14:18.020 his neighbor did he say hey these illegals I've got you know 57 rooms or I don't know how many
00:14:23.640 rooms he has I've got a lot of rooms in my mansion why don't we set up some cots and put some of 1.00
00:14:28.540 these these illegals in in in my house no no no no Obama didn't say a word he didn't want to shake 1.00
00:14:34.080 their hand he just sat there while they declared an emergency and removed them because look if 0.86
00:14:38.900 you're a rich liberal you've got chardonnay to sip you've got cheese to to poke with your little
00:14:46.080 toothpick and and and you cannot be bothered to get around the dirty masses you know you have
00:14:54.040 instead what you do is you dupe the masses instead you do what obama does which is you lie to them
00:15:01.120 you say listen we've got to be nice we've got to be kind we've got to be loving and that would be
00:15:09.840 more effective if we didn't have eight years of obama's presidency because during that presidency
00:15:14.200 See, he wasn't kind. He wasn't loving. He was hateful. He hated his opposition. He demonized
00:15:21.000 his opposition. He went after them viciously, but he's very good at selling it as something
00:15:26.660 that it's not. And so I want all of y'all just to reflect, this podcast is the crystal ball
00:15:33.040 podcast. It is telling you exactly what to expect in all of 2027 and all of 2028. This is where the
00:15:43.560 democrats are going and we need to be ready to counter it now if you want to hear the rest of
00:15:49.760 this conversation you can go back and listen to the full podcast from earlier this week

00:16:31.520 and getty on demand for many years i'm gonna give it a shot so most media is either agenda driven
00:16:36.420 So they intentionally leave parts out or they lie to you.
00:16:38.560 Or they're so shallow.
00:16:39.860 And boring.
00:16:41.000 You don't learn anything anyway.
00:16:42.700 We try to get to the bottom of the stories that are shaping our world

00:16:48.700 The Armstrong and Getty Show, practically perfect in every way.
00:16:51.760 Yeah, I really like you guys' show.
00:16:53.140 I've been listening for over 10 years.
00:16:54.960 And I'll always be an avid listener and better informed for it. 0.63
00:16:57.900 The show is a collection of silly, serious, and irreverent musings of the day.
00:17:02.180 Hilariously balanced with more than just a pinch of sarcasm.
00:17:06.880 Whether it's on the left or the right, 1.00

00:17:13.400 I love it.
00:17:14.120 Keep up the great work.
00:17:14.940 I'm rocking with A&G.
00:17:16.060 So give it a try sometime.
00:17:17.200 Entertaining and you learn something?
00:17:18.480 Where do I do it now?
00:17:19.280 Listen to Armstrong and Getty on demand on the iHeartRadio app,
00:17:22.360 Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:17:27.380 Football's back.
00:17:28.680 Hey, it's Drew Franklin from NFL Cover Zero.
00:17:30.760 Enjoy the NFL season while listening to NFL Cover Zero.
00:17:34.380 We have storylines, predictions, and lots of silliness.
00:17:37.240 Here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season.
00:17:40.340 When you meet people and you say your job's a sports announcer,
00:17:44.180 it's always interesting to see what the first thing they say is.
00:17:47.700 I did have one of the more difficult questions, though.
00:17:51.820 He sits next to me and he sees I'm on my computer and he goes,
00:17:56.880 big sports fan.
00:17:58.000 And I was like, yeah, actually.
00:17:59.040 And he goes, what do you think about my Jaguars this year?
00:18:03.160 I realized, like, no one's ever asked me that question ever about anything.
00:18:08.040 And I was like, Duval.
00:18:12.440 Listen to NFL Cover Zero on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:18:22.160 Now on to story number two.
00:18:24.120 I mean, it is the exact 0.54
00:18:26.300 I mean, it would be like asking Adolf Hitler 0.88
00:18:28.580 Did you gas the Jews?
00:18:30.100 And he says no 0.88
00:18:30.680 And you're like, alright
00:18:31.420 Even though there's evidence
00:18:32.440 That is how absurd this moment was on Meet the Press
00:18:36.900 Yet it actually happened
00:18:38.080 And you saw it was only, what, 15 seconds long
00:18:40.820 It's embarrassing
00:18:41.880 But they did it because they wanted the narrative to get out there
00:18:45.720 That he is some sort of mainstream normal guy
00:18:48.620 That has no connections to terrorism 0.95
00:18:50.940 no connections to radical extremist Muslim ideas organizations groups and they want to put it all
00:18:57.840 to bed so he could finish out the campaign by saying i'm just a normal guy that just wants to
00:19:02.100 represent america in congress now senator before we get to more of this let's talk real quick about
00:19:06.820 planning on getting your vote counted for the midterms the midterms they're here and the
00:19:11.500 democratic socialists of america if they win they're going to push a radical socialist agenda
00:19:16.120 and they're going to drown president trump in endless investigations i've already said that
00:19:20.180 publicly. Now, we've seen this playbook before. They've tried impeaching him. They've tried
00:19:24.420 putting him in prison. They've tried everything. So don't let them win, because if we lose,
00:19:30.540 they're going to undo everything our movement has fought for. Now, I need you to vote early
00:19:34.880 so that you can bank your vote and fight back against the left's turnout machine. And they
00:19:40.240 are turning out. Go to GOPVotes.org right now and find out where you can vote. Now, if you live in
00:19:46.680 the critical Senate battleground states of Maine or Ohio, early voting is already underway starting
00:19:51.440 this week. So make your voice heard. It's easier than ever. You can get election reminders. You
00:19:57.100 can look up your polling location and pick a date to vote early. Go to gopvotes.org today.
00:20:04.420 Paid for by the SLF PAC, not authorized by any candidate or candidates committee.
00:20:10.380 All right. So let's get back into this story. And again, there's the scary part is there's
00:20:14.820 even more to this yeah so in in 2018 there was a documentary that that showed el saeed asking
00:20:22.180 filmmakers to keep his living room bookshelf out of the frame to quote keep the shot secular
00:20:30.580 so now what do you think that bookshelf held that he was trying to keep out of the documentary
00:20:36.860 because he didn't want people to see that by the way this is not just a book he had somewhere that
00:20:41.000 he proudly displays in his living room.
00:20:43.680 Yeah.
00:20:44.340 Well, one included works by Abu Aminah Bilal Phillips, who is a 1993 World Trade Center
00:20:52.920 bombing unindicted co-conspirator.
00:20:55.000 It also included books by Brotherhood member Muhammad al-Ghazali, a Jamaat al-Islami member,
00:21:05.040 and also by Shakul Islam ibn Taymiyyah, whose writings both al-Qaeda and ISIS cite.
00:21:18.140 His campaign later said, this was not Abdul's bookshelf.
00:21:21.960 It was apparently another bookshelf someone smuggled into his living room against his wishes.
00:21:26.360 And they said, a background book is, quote, not an endorsement.
00:21:30.880 This is, again, apparently someone mysteriously is putting books in his living room.
00:21:35.040 now all right i want to stop and go back to a foundational question the the evidence is
00:21:41.960 overwhelming that abdul al-sayed is a supporter of the muslim brotherhood that his family as his
00:21:48.100 sister says have long been muslim brotherhood supporters but but let's stop for a second and
00:21:53.320 say what is the muslim brotherhood should we be worried i mean look brotherhood brotherhood is
00:21:56.940 nice right what's wrong with brotherhood so let's do a little bit of background as to what the
00:22:01.920 Muslim Brotherhood is. The Muslim Brotherhood, whose technical name is Al-Iqwan Al-Muslimon,
00:22:11.160 is a transnational Sunni Islamist movement founded in Egypt in 1928 by schoolteacher Hassan Al-Banna,
00:22:21.660 whose stated aim was government by Sharia and ultimately a global Islamic order.
00:22:30.400 The Muslim Brotherhood's motto declares, quote,
00:22:33.180 The Koran is our constitution. 1.00
00:22:37.220 Jihad is our way. 1.00
00:22:40.240 Death for the sake of Allah is our wish.
00:22:45.780 Albana's doctrine of Tamkin, which means empowerment, 0.97
00:22:50.680 lays out a stage path for reforming individual Muslims,
00:22:55.160 to building loyal communities, to taking state power.
00:23:00.460 Brotherhood members assassinated Egyptian Prime Minister Mahmoud al-Nukrashi in 1948
00:23:07.540 and tried to kill Egyptian President Nasser in 1954.
00:23:12.200 And the writings of Brotherhood ideologue Sayyid Khutub
00:23:16.480 later supplied the theological framework for both al-Qaeda and ISIS.
00:23:24.120 The theological framework. Let's say that just again.
00:23:26.620 The theological framework is one of the people involved in the Muslim Brotherhood for ISIS and Al-Qaeda. 0.57
00:23:34.080 Yes.
00:23:35.060 The Brotherhood operates through national branches that adopt their tactics to local conditions.
00:23:41.640 Hamas is, by its own 1988 charter, the Brotherhood's Palestinian branch.
00:23:47.920 The Lebanese branch of the Muslim Brotherhood fought alongside Hezbollah.
00:23:52.920 Qatar serves as the movement's chief state patron.
00:23:58.660 In Egypt, the Brotherhood briefly held power under President Mohamed Morsi from 2012 to 2013
00:24:06.480 before he was removed and the group was banned as a terrorist organization.
00:24:11.060 in the united states the brotherhood built a network of public facing 501c3 and 501c4
00:24:22.600 organizations in the muslim brotherhood's 1991 explanatory memorandum which was seized by the
00:24:30.140 fbi and entered into evidence in the holy land foundation trial it describes its u.s mission
00:24:36.320 the U.S. mission of the Muslim Brotherhood, as, quote, a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and
00:24:44.240 destroying the Western civilization from within. And it lists the Islamic Society of North America, 0.89
00:24:52.220 which Abdul Al-Sayed's father-in-law was one of the founding members of, the Muslim Student
00:24:58.880 Association, and the North American Islamic Trust as among, quote, our organizations. This is the
00:25:06.040 Muslim Brotherhood, saying these are our organizations. After Hamas' founding, and in an 0.94
00:25:13.580 effort to derail the Oslo Accords, the U.S. Brotherhood created a, quote, Palestine committee
00:25:18.340 in 1993. This group of Brotherhood officials raised money for Hamas under the banner of
00:25:25.660 an American C-3 known as the Holy Land Foundation. The Holy Land Foundation's leaders were convicted
00:25:31.760 in 2008 on all
00:25:33.580 108 counts
00:25:35.220 of funneling roughly
00:25:37.440 $12 million to Hamas
00:25:39.480 and prosecutors named
00:25:41.880 Kerr and Isna
00:25:43.600 and Nayat
00:25:45.140 as unindicted co-conspirators.
00:25:48.480 A federal judge
00:25:49.760 ruled in 2009 that the government
00:25:51.980 has produced
00:25:53.120 ample evidence
00:25:54.960 linking Kerr, Isna
00:25:57.460 and Nayat to the
00:25:59.600 Holy Land Foundation and to Hamas.
00:26:01.760 Since then, President Trump, via Executive Order 14362, has begun the process of designating certain Muslim Brotherhood chapters as foreign terrorist organizations and specially designated global terrorists.
00:26:17.300 By the way, that's something I have been fighting for for years to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, which President Trump has taken major steps to do, and also designating CARE as a terrorist organization, which has not happened yet, although the state of Texas has done so.
00:26:32.580 Isn't it amazing, Senator, that just you and I sitting here can spend a half hour
00:26:36.940 exposing exactly how he is connected to the Muslim Brotherhood,
00:26:41.940 but in 12 seconds, NBC News does the job for the entire media of saying
00:26:47.460 there is no Muslim Brotherhood there, there's no fire, there's no smoke, 0.93
00:26:51.500 he already denied it, it's done, it is fact, we can move on. 0.95
00:26:56.520 Yeah, but look, NBC is covering up for him,
00:26:59.380 But you don't see ABC covering this or CBS or CNN or MSNBC.
00:27:03.800 None of them are covering this because at this point, these are institutions where you've got many leaders in the leadership there want the Democrats to win.
00:27:13.100 And listen, I think the evidence is overwhelming that Abdul Al-Sayed's family is directly connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, that they have financial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and that they have been vocal supporters.
00:27:27.880 If you do not believe me, believe his sister, who says, our family have long been Muslim Brotherhood.
00:27:34.020 That's his own sister.
00:27:36.140 And yet, Abdul Al-Sayed is lying about it.
00:27:38.480 By the way, the evidence is very clear that Abdul Al-Sayed has long supported the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:27:42.880 He has written in support of the Muslim Brotherhood over and over and over again.
00:27:48.380 The largest donor to the super PAC supporting his campaign is his father-in-law, who is a founding member of an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case. 0.90
00:27:58.780 The evidence is clear and understand the threat.
00:28:01.640 I want to close where we started. 0.98
00:28:03.560 If Abdul Al-Sayed wins by virtue of being a senator, he will have access to classified information, classified information about what the United States government is doing to stop the Muslim Brotherhood,
00:28:14.900 What the United States government is doing to prevent terrorist attacks by the Muslim Brotherhood, to prevent terrorist attacks by the Muslim Brotherhood against the United States, against U.S. servicemen and women, against civilians in American cities.
00:28:27.640 And I believe if Abdul Al-Sayed has access to that classified materials, that it will endanger the lives of servicemen and women, American servicemen and women serving overseas, and that it will endanger the lives of U.S. intelligence operatives serving overseas.
00:28:45.240 This is a profound danger. And so, listen, I hope Election Day is a great election where Republicans keep the House and Senate, where we grow our majorities. That would be a very good outcome. 0.77
00:28:56.000 But what I pray is that at a minimum, Abdul Al-Sayed is not elected to the Senate and James Tallarico in Texas is not elected to the Senate.
00:29:06.060 These two are radicals and they're dangerous for our country.
00:29:10.920 And I hope that everyone involved between now and Election Day does everything they can to prevent that danger to our servicemen and women, our intelligence operatives, serving abroad and protecting this nation.
00:29:24.300 As before, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation on this topic,
00:29:28.720 you can go back and download the podcast from earlier this week to hear the entire thing.

00:30:05.900 joe getty we're armstrong and getty we've been trying to figure out how to describe what is
00:30:09.560 armstrong and getty on demand for many years i'm gonna give it a shot so most media is either
00:30:14.320 agenda driven so they intentionally leave parts out or they lie to you or they're so shallow and
00:30:18.740 boring you don't learn anything anyway we try to get to the bottom of the stories that are
00:30:23.500 shaping our worlds and help you understand what's actually happening the armstrong getty show
00:30:28.500 practically perfect in every way yeah i really like you guys so i've been listening for over
00:30:32.760 10 years i'll always be an avid listener and better informed for it the show is a collection
00:30:37.540 of silly serious and irreverent musings of the day hilariously balanced with more than just a
00:30:44.000 pinch of sarcasm whether it's on the left or the right if somebody does something or says something 0.93
00:30:49.060 stupid they're going to call it out and i love that i love it keep up the great work i'm rocking 0.80
00:30:53.840 with ang so give it a try sometime entertaining and you learn something where do i do now listen 0.99
00:30:58.060 to armstrong and getty on demand on the iheart radio app apple podcasts or wherever you get your
00:31:03.000 podcasts football's back hey it's drew franklin from nfl cover zero enjoy the nfl season while
00:31:11.040 listening to nfl cover zero we have storylines predictions and lots of silliness here's what
00:31:16.200 you can expect from the podcast in our second season when you meet people and you say your
00:31:21.340 job's a sports announcer it's always interesting to see what the first thing they say is i did have
00:31:27.320 one of the more difficult questions though he sits next to me and he sees i'm i'm i'm on my
00:31:34.320 computer and he goes big sports fan and i was like yeah actually uh and he goes we think about
00:31:39.660 my jaguars this year i realized like no one's ever asked me that question ever about anything
00:31:46.200 and i was like duval listen to nfl cover zero on the iheart radio app apple podcast or wherever
00:31:55.460 you get your podcast i want to get back to the big story number three of the week you may have
00:32:04.440 mist. Senator, we're talking about the midterms. You're all over the country, that is, and working
00:32:10.740 your tail off trying to help get Republicans elected. There's three other states that we
00:32:15.320 need to break down real quick that you've been to, and let's do that. Well, just a couple of days
00:32:19.460 ago, I was in Michigan, and I'll tell you, I'm encouraged by Michigan. Michigan is a battleground
00:32:23.620 state. Michigan's a swing state. Michigan voted for Donald Trump, but right on the edge. It was
00:32:28.940 very, very close. Michigan right now has two Democrat senators. I think it is our single
00:32:33.860 best pickup opportunity in the country. And I believe Michigan, along with Texas, are the two
00:32:39.600 most important Senate races in the entire country. And a big part of the reason is the Democrat
00:32:45.180 nominees in those two states are the most radical Democrat nominees, not only in the whole country.
00:32:50.500 I think they may well be the most radical Democrat nominees in history, and they're both profoundly
00:32:54.820 dangerous. James Tallarico in Texas, we've talked a lot about how extreme and radical he is.
00:32:59.180 we're at real risk of his winning we've got to stop that 0.63
00:33:02.600 michigan you've got abdul al-sayed and by the way if you did not listen to
00:33:07.420 wednesday's podcast wednesday's podcast laid out the
00:33:11.740 objective evidence that is overwhelming that abdul al-sayed
00:33:17.700 has for decades been a vocal and passionate supporter of the muslim 0.95
00:33:22.640 brotherhood the muslim brotherhood is a terrorist organization that has 0.99
00:33:26.820 murdered tens of thousands of people and the objective evidence is compelling and and and so 0.89
00:33:32.780 mike rogers is the republican nominee i think mike is a really strong nominee really strong
00:33:37.700 candidate he is an army veteran he served in the fbi and in law enforcement he represented michigan
00:33:42.660 for for for decades and and the energy on the ground was palpable and i'll tell you people
00:33:48.880 are really frightened about you know my nickname for al-sayed was the jihadi leprechaun because
00:33:56.400 he's a little bitty guy and and and actually as i joked the the irish american society issued a
00:34:02.420 cease and desist order to ask me to stop saying that uh this guy if abdul al-sayed is the next
00:34:11.300 senator from michigan and understand that is a very real possibility this race is also
00:34:15.940 if not tied it's either plus one or two or minus one or two and and the polls are all over the map
00:34:22.720 but they're very close. If Abdul Al-Sayed is elected, it will move the Democrat conference
00:34:29.160 significantly to the left. And I've made a prediction. If Abdul Al-Sayed is the next
00:34:36.000 senator from Michigan, I believe the Democrat nominee for president in 2028 will be AOC. 1.00
00:34:42.480 The knock against AOC in the Democrat primary is she's too extreme to be elected in the general.
00:34:47.120 if michigan the quintessential swing state elects an open communist and islamist i think that 1.00
00:34:56.340 argument gets blown out of the water and look republicans might say okay that's great if aoc
00:35:00.920 is is the nominee we win listen we are such a divided country that if you think it is impossible
00:35:07.140 for aoc to win the general you have not been paying attention new york city on 9-11 could
00:35:12.400 anyone have imagined that zoran mandami would be the mayor of new york city no i don't want to see
00:35:18.800 a democrat nominee who is a radical communist who hates america and so michigan i think matters
00:35:25.420 enormously i think we're going to win in michigan the momentum on the ground there was an enthusiasm
00:35:30.720 on the ground in michigan that i actually think was greater than i felt in any of the states i
00:35:35.080 was campaigning in. So Michigan I'm bullish on. I feel good about that. From there I went to Iowa
00:35:42.820 and Iowa is an incredible state. Ashley Hinson is running for Senate there. I'm a big fan of
00:35:48.880 Ashley. I think she's a great Senate candidate. She's a young mom. She's got two teenage boys at 1.00
00:35:54.040 home. She's a member of the House right now. She's represented Iowa. She reflects Iowa values,
00:36:01.700 common sense conservative values her democrat opponent josh turek has an extreme left-wing
00:36:10.060 voting record he's voted repeatedly on immigration in favor of amnesty he supports amnesty for
00:36:17.760 illegal aliens who are convicted of drunk drunk driving which is just horrific we were in a
00:36:23.620 community where a young woman 21 year old woman just graduated from college was killed by a drunk
00:36:29.000 driver who was an illegal alien who had been convicted of drunk driving previously and been
00:36:34.460 released and then then he drunk drove again and killed this young woman he wants to grant amnesty
00:36:42.040 because he thinks apparently drunk drivers if they're illegal that's who we want in this country
00:36:47.120 i don't even understand the reasoning behind that but that's who he is and i'll tell you on the
00:36:51.540 transgender agenda josh churek he's voted in favor of men in girls bathrooms in favor of boys and
00:36:58.140 girls sports he's voted in favor of government funding for transgender sex change surgeries for
00:37:05.460 children now he's doing what james tallarico has done james tallarico's voting record is almost
00:37:11.000 identical but both of them are running tv ads claiming to oppose everything they voted for
00:37:16.280 they're trying to lie to the voters i think ashley hinson's going to win in iowa also but it is
00:37:21.600 turnout turnout turnout because what we're seeing in iowa like everyone else is a huge turnout of
00:37:29.420 the radical leftists and and the question is do the common sense iowans turn out as we wrap this
00:37:36.560 up we've obviously gone state by state what is the closing message to voters that are sitting
00:37:41.540 there maybe listening right now senator they're saying you know what i just don't i'm not that
00:37:45.800 enthusiastic about where we are i think you got to explain what's at stake here and why they should
00:37:51.200 garden vote well let me finish the last state on this run which is kansas so i'm in kansas right
00:37:58.100 now i'm in wichita we're going to do a big rally tomorrow morning roger marshall's the incumbent
00:38:02.460 republican senator um this is an exceptionally close race if you look at republicans who have
00:38:09.180 a real possibility of potentially losing kansas is is near the top of the list now i like roger
00:38:15.300 he's a good friend of mine he's been a good senator he's a conservative and yet kansas you've
00:38:20.140 got farmers who who are unhappy they're unhappy because diesel prices are high they're unhappy
00:38:25.220 because fertilizer price is high uh they're just grumpy and and the democrats did a good job of
00:38:31.640 candidate recruiting they they recruited a very very liberal pastor of a mega church in in kansas
00:38:37.360 city uh now he is he is just about as much of a whack job as james tallarico who also is a
00:38:44.760 seminarian. They both use the sort of vestige of Christianity to cover extreme left-wing views,
00:38:54.020 but this liberal pastor has preached from the pulpit that in heaven we won't just see Christians,
00:39:03.080 we'll see Jews and Muslims and people of all sorts of different persuasions. It doesn't matter if you
00:39:07.860 actually believe in Jesus to whether you'll be saved. Now look, there are differences in
00:39:13.620 denominations. You know, baptism, you can believe, you and I are both Baptists, you can believe in
00:39:18.720 immersion, or you can believe in sprinkling. Those differences are okay. I don't think those
00:39:23.460 differences are the end of the world one way or the other. There is nothing more fundamental to
00:39:29.380 Christianity than the understanding that Jesus is the path to salvation. I am the way, the truth,
00:39:37.120 and the life. No man comes to the Father but by me. That is what Jesus said. And you've got a
00:39:42.420 pastor who preaches against that, and yet this guy is tied or maybe even leading. And so the
00:39:48.760 question in Kansas, in Iowa, in Michigan, in North Carolina, in South Carolina, in Georgia,
00:39:55.420 and in Texas is turnout, turnout, turnout. I'm begging you, if you love America, if you love
00:40:02.000 the Constitution, if you don't want to see communist and Islamists taking over the Democrat 0.92
00:40:07.160 Party and taking over America, show up and vote and bring everyone you know. 0.94
00:40:10.580 As always, thank you for listening to Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:40:15.860 Don't forget to download my podcast and you can listen to my podcast every other day.
00:40:19.520 You're not listening to Verdict or each day when you listen to Verdict afterwards.
00:40:22.760 I'd love to have you as a listener to, again, the Ben Ferguson podcast.
00:40:26.620 And we will see you back here on Monday morning.
00:40:29.520 Hey, I'm Jack Armstrong. He's Joe Getty.
00:40:31.160 We've been trying to figure out how to describe what is Armstrong and Getty on demand for many years.
00:40:35.660 I'm going to give it a shot.
00:40:36.420 So most media is either agenda driven or they're so shallow.
00:40:39.420 shallow and boring don't learn anything anyway we try to get to the bottom of the stories that
00:40:45.040 are shaping our worlds and help you understand what's actually happening so give it a try
00:40:49.520 sometime entertaining and you learn something where do i tune in listen to armstrong you get
00:40:53.260 on demand on the iheart radio app apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts
00:40:57.960 hey it's drew franklin from nfl cover zero the 2026 season is underway and we are loving football
00:41:06.200 on tv here's what you can expect from the podcast in our second season i would suggest for these
00:41:11.300 preseason games i think they should do what they do on the nfl draft you know when coverage of the
00:41:17.100 nfl draft is basically for moms and they're just like hey he has a dog named spark listen to nfl
00:41:25.980 cover zero on the iheart radio app apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts
