00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.500 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.240 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz.
00:00:07.800 Ben Ferguson with you as well.
00:00:09.540 And Senator, you've got a big investigation
00:00:12.220 that is looking into big tech specifically
00:00:16.420 and how they are silencing and deplatforming conservatives.
00:00:20.780 And it's something the media really isn't covering.
00:00:24.580 Well, that's exactly right.
00:00:25.720 In the Senate Commerce Committee,
00:00:26.720 I launched an investigation into how big tech is abusing its power.
00:00:31.880 And we just released a report explaining how big tech is using monopoly power
00:00:36.260 over basic infrastructure online to deplatform conservatives,
00:00:40.880 to target conservatives, and to shut them down.
00:00:43.080 I'm going to explain all about what they're doing
00:00:45.100 and how they're trying to silence you.
00:00:47.520 We're also going to talk about a big story that broke this week
00:00:50.840 that the corporate media is utterly ignoring,
00:00:52.880 which is testimony that occurred in a federal bankruptcy proceeding,
00:00:57.860 that Joe Biden's brother, Jim Biden, was in business with Qatar
00:01:01.960 and was making vast sums of money from the nation of Qatar
00:01:05.760 and that that money was flowing directly to Joe Biden.
00:01:09.260 Now, Qatar is a country that also has been a leading player supporting Hamas,
00:01:15.220 sheltering Hamas,
00:01:16.100 and the Biden administration has been incredibly soft on Qatar.
00:01:20.580 And so it is direct ties of Biden corruption that is undermining our national security.
00:01:26.300 We're going to explain all about it.
00:01:27.820 And to be honest, you can hear about it here and very few other places.
00:01:31.540 Yeah, it is.
00:01:32.120 And it's shocking that no one else seems to be covering it.
00:01:34.680 I want to tell you real quick about my friends at Freedom Gold USA.
00:01:39.360 If you have been looking at gold and silver and you've seen the headlines,
00:01:44.420 gold and silver continuing to have record days,
00:01:48.560 especially with the volatility that we've been seeing on Wall Street.
00:01:52.240 Why has there been volatility?
00:01:53.440 Because of what we've been seeing when it comes to the economy and inflation
00:01:57.900 and the job reports, the list goes on and on.
00:02:00.440 In other words, it's Bidenomics.
00:02:02.480 Well, there are a lot of companies that can sell you gold and silver,
00:02:06.100 but you need to pick the right one.
00:02:07.580 And the reason why I want you to know about Freedom Gold USA is because
00:02:12.720 not only do they preach diversity,
00:02:15.000 they're never going to tell you to put all of your money in gold and or silver.
00:02:19.740 They want you to diversify your assets.
00:02:22.840 And the second reason, and this may actually be the most important,
00:02:26.280 they charge 25 to 30% less than most major gold and silver firms that you've heard about.
00:02:34.040 Now, that means you're literally buying 25 to 30% more gold and silver with your hard-earned money
00:02:41.540 than you will get somewhere else.
00:02:44.420 So, if you want to find out if gold and silver can work for you,
00:02:48.560 if you want to see what you can do with an IRA or 401k,
00:02:52.380 and if you want to know how to protect your hard-earned dollars with physical gold,
00:02:56.880 call my friends at Freedom Gold USA.
00:02:59.980 Go online to FreedomGoldUSA.com slash verdict.
00:03:03.940 That's FreedomGoldUSA.com slash verdict.
00:03:08.080 Or you can call them at 1-800-655-8843.
00:03:13.020 That's 1-800-655-8843.
00:03:18.100 Or FreedomGoldUSA.com slash verdict.
00:03:23.020 Senator, big tech has obviously had a massive influence over public opinion in this country.
00:03:30.260 We saw a recent report that came out just on TikTok, for example,
00:03:34.420 where they were 45 to 1 stories that were pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas over Israel.
00:03:41.080 That's one example of how they've really been able to shape public opinion,
00:03:44.720 especially with young people and the riots and the chaos we're witnessing on college campuses right now.
00:03:49.960 But there's also something else that's happened with big tech.
00:03:52.940 I've been a victim of it.
00:03:54.300 I spoke out against big tech a few years ago at a CPAC convention,
00:03:58.900 and before I landed home, after I spoke out about big tech, specifically Facebook,
00:04:05.180 my accounts were shut down.
00:04:07.440 They have never worked the same way as they did before.
00:04:11.820 The reach has disappeared.
00:04:13.680 I've witnessed it.
00:04:15.160 And many other conservative leaders out there are going through the same things.
00:04:19.380 And it always seems to happen, Senator, right during a big election cycle,
00:04:24.920 where the Democrats get a free flow of information out and conservatives get hammered and silenced.
00:04:31.340 Well, that's exactly right.
00:04:32.860 So I started last year as the ranking member on the Senate Committee of Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
00:04:38.280 And from that position as the ranking member, which means the senior Republican on that committee,
00:04:42.840 I launched an investigation into the abuse of power from big tech.
00:04:46.600 And this past week, we put out a major report.
00:04:48.800 The report is entitled Weaponizing Terms of Service,
00:04:52.180 How Online Service Providers Use Broad Policies to Silence Conservatives.
00:04:56.680 Now, there are a lot of instances that we know about that get a lot of publicity.
00:05:01.180 We know, for example, that Twitter, before Elon Musk purchased them,
00:05:06.100 suspended the account of the Babylon Bee for making a joke about a Biden administration official.
00:05:11.480 We know that both Facebook and Twitter suppressed stories about Hunter Biden's laptop before the 2020 election.
00:05:18.940 We know that Facebook removed posts suggesting that COVID-19 originated in a Wuhan lab,
00:05:26.640 something we talked about at length on this podcast,
00:05:29.940 and a theory that has now been confirmed both by the Federal Department of Energy and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:05:35.380 We know that YouTube took down a March 2021 video of a panel discussion with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis,
00:05:44.300 during which he disputed claims that children needed to wear face masks.
00:05:48.740 We know that YouTube also, which is owned by Google, blocked access to a November 2023 episode of this podcast verdict
00:05:57.880 because we were criticizing the corporate media's favorable coverage of Hamas.
00:06:03.260 And YouTube deemed, OK, you must be an adult to see what is on the network news.
00:06:09.320 We also know in 2022, DirecTV dropped One America News Network less than a year after Democrat leaders in Congress sent a letter to the CEO
00:06:18.940 calling on them to stop carrying the network.
00:06:21.700 We also know they did the same thing to Newsmax.
00:06:24.020 Now, I lit DirecTV up and they ended up bringing Newsmax back.
00:06:28.280 We also know that Intuit, at the direction of its banking partners,
00:06:32.720 refused to provide payment processing and payroll services to gun manufacturers and sellers.
00:06:40.980 And we know that JPMorgan Chase closed the account of the National Committee of Religious Freedom,
00:06:47.380 which was created by former State Department Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom
00:06:53.020 and former U.S. Senator Sam Brownback.
00:06:55.280 We know that GoFundMe blocked the release of $10 million of donations
00:07:00.920 to the Canadian truckers' Freedom Convoy.
00:07:03.920 We've seen that happen over and over and over again.
00:07:08.000 Well, what this report does is it lays out an entirely new area of discrimination,
00:07:14.240 and it is using web-based products and services, online service providers,
00:07:19.700 to ban conservative organizations from using their technology.
00:07:23.740 And it's going after the infrastructure that is needed to communicate.
00:07:29.180 And in fact, this investigation reveals that online service providers are following a playbook
00:07:35.900 for silencing conservatives that leftist organizations, including the Southern Poverty Law Center,
00:07:42.660 which is wildly left-wing and hates conservatives, and the Anti-Defamation League, the ADL,
00:07:48.660 they together put together this strategy, this playbook to, quote,
00:07:52.080 remove infrastructure services that conservative organizations need to operate.
00:07:57.560 And so I'm going to describe that playbook and what they're doing in particular.
00:08:02.080 When you look at their playbook and this amount of influence,
00:08:06.340 I mean, this can change and alter certainly an election cycle.
00:08:10.400 It can certainly, I would argue, change a presidential election as well.
00:08:15.720 And that's the reason why they're doing this.
00:08:19.320 When you think about, you know, you've got millions of people that follow you.
00:08:23.720 Facebook, I've got, you know, over a million.
00:08:26.620 But if you turn off and throttle either one of us,
00:08:30.660 then the reach that we have compared to the left, it just disappears.
00:08:35.200 It's the old saying, right?
00:08:36.600 If a big tree falls in the forest and no one's around, did it make a sound?
00:08:40.420 And that's exactly what they did.
00:08:42.080 But it wasn't just to one or two people.
00:08:44.480 They were doing this to hundreds of top conservative voices
00:08:49.120 that people look to for their opinions,
00:08:53.540 specifically when it comes to election year issues.
00:08:57.320 So that's exactly right.
00:08:59.040 And what this report focuses on is it uses a couple of key examples.
00:09:02.240 It uses, number one, Slack's removal of libs of TikTok's workspace.
00:09:06.800 It focuses on Eventbrite's removal of event pages for events related to Matt Walsh's
00:09:13.140 What is a Woman documentary, as well as an event where Riley Gaines was scheduled to speak.
00:09:18.420 And it focuses on Bonterra's termination of its relationship with Independent Women's Forum,
00:09:23.900 which deprived that organization of major nonprofit technology service provider services.
00:09:29.620 And all of this follows, there was a report that was put out by the Anti-Defamation League,
00:09:36.500 and it is called Bad Gateway, How De-Platforming Affects Extremist Websites.
00:09:42.520 And here's what the ADL recommended.
00:09:45.700 It says, quote,
00:09:46.680 De-platforming websites, removing infrastructure services they need to operate, such as website hosting,
00:09:53.500 can reduce the spread and reach of extremism and hate online.
00:09:57.340 But when does de-platforming succeed?
00:09:59.600 And here's what ADL explained.
00:10:01.380 Quote,
00:10:01.620 This report shows that de-platforming can decrease the popularity of extremist websites,
00:10:06.320 especially when done without warning.
00:10:08.840 And they go through, we learned four important lessons about how de-platforming affects extremist websites,
00:10:16.820 by which they mean anything right of center.
00:10:19.260 Number one, it can cause popularity rankings to decrease immediately.
00:10:25.500 Number two, it may take users a long time to return to the website.
00:10:31.020 Sometimes the website never regains its previous popularity.
00:10:36.120 Bingo.
00:10:36.480 Number three, unexpected, and unexpected is key.
00:10:40.500 Unexpected de-platforming makes it take longer for the website to regain its previous popularity levels.
00:10:47.860 And number four, replicating de-platform services, such as discussion forums or live streaming video products on a standalone website,
00:10:58.100 presents significant challenges, including higher costs and smaller audiences.
00:11:03.880 Now, I want to go into a little bit more.
00:11:07.280 This is what the ADL report, it has an entire section that says, what is de-platforming?
00:11:12.000 And by the way, the corporate media insists when we talk about de-platforming that we're making it up.
00:11:16.900 Well, if you actually read the blueprint, they are very explicit.
00:11:21.860 The left is explicit.
00:11:23.180 They want to silence you.
00:11:24.400 So let me read from this ADL report.
00:11:26.060 Quote, there are three main categories of infrastructure that keep websites running.
00:11:33.520 Domain registrars, web hosting companies, and security protection companies.
00:11:39.700 Number one, the website must be able to register and keep a domain name.
00:11:43.900 A domain name, such as google.com or adl.org, is how visitors find a site.
00:11:50.000 If a website is removed from domain name services, it becomes much more difficult, if not impossible, to find.
00:11:57.700 Number two, web hosting companies and content distribution networks provide digital storage space for all the files, pictures, videos, and software that make up the content of a website.
00:12:10.280 When a website loses its hosting provider, the site's content disappears.
00:12:17.300 Losing a CDN, a content distribution network, can cause slow service for high traffic sites.
00:12:23.420 And number three, a third category of infrastructure provider includes companies that protect websites from external security risks, such as distributed denial of service, DDoS attacks.
00:12:35.680 DDoS attacks flood a website with fake traffic to overwhelm it, rendering it unable to answer normal user requests.
00:12:45.660 If an infrastructure company, such as a network security firm, Cloudfair, refuses to provide DDoS protection to a vulnerable website, it is vulnerable to being flooded with traffic, rendering it inaccessible.
00:13:00.240 So, you look at what we found out and what you just went through.
00:13:06.400 The question is, how is it that these companies, and I'm specifically referring to big tech, are allowed to get away with this and do this to many people that they're in business with?
00:13:20.440 I use myself as the example again, because I've experienced this.
00:13:25.060 When you went into business, and I felt like I was in business with Facebook, they said advertise with us, right?
00:13:31.240 Advertise your show, advertise your content, boost your content, spend money with us, and we're going to help you grow an audience, and it'll be good for everyone.
00:13:39.940 And then, all of a sudden, they just shut you down, and they were able to walk away and just say, oh, well, you violated our terms of service, or you did this, or you posted too many things that liberals posted as saying they were factually incorrect.
00:13:54.160 The fact-checkers came out, right?
00:13:55.740 The liberals on the left, they were fact-checking and putting dings against conservatives, so they lose their reach, lose their ability to boost posts, lose their ability to advertise.
00:14:03.600 And it was all being done to clearly influence public opinion, and yet they've gotten away with it.
00:14:10.620 So what's next?
00:14:12.240 Well, what this report focuses on, many of the deplatforming steps by Facebook or Twitter or YouTube, they're very public.
00:14:21.480 What this report focuses on is the ones that are not public, which is the back-office infrastructure.
00:14:26.500 So let's take, for example, Slack, which is used for communication for many online organizations and companies.
00:14:34.740 Slack canceled Libs of TikTok's workspace for violating its terms of service, and the terms of service prohibit users from, quote, engaging in activity that incites or encourages violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
00:14:49.880 Slack determined that Libs of TikTok violated this policy based on three social media posts concerning, quote, gender-affirming hysterectomies and all-age drag shows.
00:15:03.000 Now, here's the interesting thing.
00:15:04.440 Slack shut down Libs of TikTok's workspace without any warning, without any explanation as to how it has violated Slack's policy.
00:15:12.020 And Slack's action caused Libs of TikTok to effectively lose its use of Slack's communications and forced it to rely entirely on cell phones to run its business.
00:15:23.420 Now, listen to this quote, which is fascinating.
00:15:27.000 Slack told the Commerce Committee, told my investigation, quote,
00:15:30.840 What makes Libs of TikTok's posts problematic is that Libs of TikTok has a specific audience,
00:15:38.200 and they are taking this information and posting it to that specific audience so that everyone in that audience sees it at the same time.
00:15:46.020 In other words, they didn't even find objections with what Libs of TikTok was posting.
00:15:50.440 What they were mad at is conservatives were reading it, and that was enough reason to de-platform Libs of TikTok.
00:15:58.060 So when you shut down a business, in essence, the way they did,
00:16:01.380 is there any real and instant relief for Libs of TikTok or others, or is this one of those,
00:16:09.400 they're too big to fail, right?
00:16:11.040 These companies are too big, they're protected, and you're the minion, and just deal with it.
00:16:16.640 And who cares if your life work is destroyed in 30 seconds because they shut it off?
00:16:21.960 So right now, there is not immediate relief.
00:16:24.760 You could presumably file a breach of contract case.
00:16:27.660 The biggest relief, and the reason I did this report, is just sunshine.
00:16:30.740 They're doing this in the dark.
00:16:32.300 They're doing this without scrutiny.
00:16:34.340 There is right now no federal law that this is prohibited.
00:16:37.780 I'll give you another example, Eventbrite, which we focus on.
00:16:40.960 Eventbrite canceled pages for events hosted by college Republican clubs
00:16:45.380 concerning Matt Walsh's What Is a Woman film.
00:16:49.060 And it also canceled pages for an event featuring swimmer Riley Gaines
00:16:54.320 for violating its terms of service.
00:16:56.740 Now, critically, no one involved in the decision, this is what they told the committee,
00:17:03.220 watched the movie What Is a Woman.
00:17:05.800 So they never saw it.
00:17:07.880 And they couldn't identify anything objectionable in the trailer.
00:17:11.400 So they just didn't like the topic.
00:17:13.340 So they decided to take it down.
00:17:15.720 They relied instead on Matt Walsh's statements about, quote,
00:17:18.860 gender-affirming surgeries, pronouns, and his Johnny the Walrus children's book to reach the conclusion.
00:17:24.720 Likewise, Eventbrite determined that Riley Gaines's event violated its policy
00:17:29.540 based on her social media post about biological men competing in women's sports.
00:17:34.820 They shut down the event page without any warning, without any explanation as to how they violated this policy,
00:17:41.580 without any way to fix it.
00:17:43.780 And their actions ruined advertisements that included QR codes for the event pages.
00:17:49.740 So, you know, a lot had been done to put out the codes to say, hey, come to this event.
00:17:53.260 And they forced the event organizers to quickly pivot to a new method of providing tickets.
00:17:59.380 And the committee asked Eventbrite whether Gaines's statement, on October 10th, 2023,
00:18:06.980 she posted on Twitter, quote, real women lack a Y chromosome.
00:18:13.400 And we asked whether that violates Eventbrite's policy.
00:18:18.220 Eventbrite responded that, quote, the post speaks for itself.
00:18:22.760 So, they needn't answer that.
00:18:25.120 How dare you say that someone with a Y chromosome is not a woman?
00:18:29.200 We don't even need to dispute it.
00:18:31.740 We have the power to shut it down.
00:18:34.260 So, now, moving forward, you shine light on this.
00:18:38.920 And you talk about this is really being done in darkness.
00:18:43.280 And we need to shine light on it.
00:18:45.700 Was there any nervousness from those that you're questioning?
00:18:51.020 I want to use the word remorse, but I can't imagine they're remorseful.
00:18:55.500 But is it going to at least make them pause before they do it again or not?
00:19:00.500 So, let me ask you, Ben.
00:19:01.320 Have you seen this on CNN?
00:19:02.780 No.
00:19:03.520 Have you seen it on ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC?
00:19:06.580 Nowhere.
00:19:07.380 Have you read it?
00:19:07.760 This is it.
00:19:08.280 You read it in the New York Times.
00:19:10.420 No, no.
00:19:10.820 The corporate media will not cover it.
00:19:12.440 I'll give you another example.
00:19:14.000 So, Bonterra, which provides nonprofit management services.
00:19:17.800 So, it's back office, but it's incredibly important.
00:19:20.900 And there are very few providers of this.
00:19:23.680 They denied those services to Independent Women's Forum, which is a conservative organization that is focused on advancing women's rights.
00:19:31.060 And Bonterra concluded that it violated its policies, which require customers to agree to refrain from advocacy, denying, quote, LGBTQ rights.
00:19:42.140 Or denying a woman's right to reproductive choice, or denying racial justice, or denying climate change.
00:19:49.740 And their policies also prohibit customers from, quote, promoting, encouraging, or facilitating hate speech, violence, discrimination based on race, color, sexual orientation, marital status, gender, or identity expression.
00:20:02.400 Bonterra notified Independent Women's Forum of its decision not to renew their contract without any explanation of how the organization violated this policy.
00:20:10.760 As a result, Independent Women's Forum had to quickly move off Bonterra's platform and obtain a replacement services provider.
00:20:18.440 Bonterra told the committee that Independent Women's Forum violated its terms of service because the organization, quote, works to restrict the rights of the LGBTQ community.
00:20:29.900 Bonterra could not explain exactly how the group was working to restrict LGBTQ rights,
00:20:35.860 but generally pointed to Independent Women's Forum's advocacy on issues like protecting women's sports and women's spaces.
00:20:45.540 So if you actually think that girls should compete in girls' sports, that is a view that is not acceptable,
00:20:52.680 and you will be denied online basic infrastructure from monopoly and near-monopoly providers.
00:20:58.800 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:21:05.800 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk Podcast.
00:21:09.440 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:21:10.700 And I'm Catherine Clark.
00:21:11.940 And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women.
00:21:15.700 Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.
00:21:21.420 So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.
00:21:24.420 Listen to the Honest Talk Podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:21:30.500 The amount of arrogance that we see now from these companies, you've witnessed it now firsthand,
00:21:36.940 tells you they feel like they are protected by the current regime.
00:21:40.220 Am I wrong?
00:21:41.260 You are exactly right.
00:21:44.140 And if you look at Eventbrite, for example, let's go back to Riley Gaines.
00:21:49.660 So Riley Gaines, they shut her down because they disagreed about not her event, but about some posts that she had put out.
00:22:00.760 What they did not object to was an event that we identified entitled Gaza and the Struggle for Palestine.
00:22:10.140 Now, that event was flagged by Eventbrite's algorithm, and it was reviewed by its trust and safety team.
00:22:18.040 But it determined that that event did not violate its hateful events policy.
00:22:23.980 In an October 9th, 2023 statement, so two days after October 7th,
00:22:29.580 here's what the event sponsor, the Palestinian American Organization Networks, said.
00:22:34.020 It called the October 7th attack, quote, self-defense measures, and said that, quote,
00:22:40.480 Israel bears the full responsibility for those attacks, and declared that, quote,
00:22:45.480 the Palestinian people have the right to defend themselves and to fight the occupation with all means available.
00:22:50.560 We salute the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and its resistance.
00:22:55.020 So understand, saluting the mass murder of 1,200 people, the raping of women and girls,
00:23:02.860 that does not violate their hateful speech policy.
00:23:07.560 But saying that girls exist, that does.
00:23:13.420 Saying that men should not compete against women in women's sports, that does.
00:23:18.900 That is the utter hypocrisy and double standards that allows.
00:23:24.180 By the way, Eventbrite has also allowed numerous, quote, stop cop city events,
00:23:30.800 which support violent protesters who oppose the building of a police and firefighter training facility.
00:23:40.300 Likewise, Eventbrite created a map of Black Lives Matter protests, many of which turned violent,
00:23:47.960 to help users find them.
00:23:49.960 So, in other words, actual events that produce violence, that end up killing people, that burn shops,
00:23:56.620 that firebomb cars, those are not deemed hateful and violent.
00:24:01.440 But if you say that women exist, you must be deplatformed.
00:24:06.260 Incredible.
00:24:06.940 I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile.
00:24:08.640 If you're like me and you're sick and tired of giving your money to woke liberal companies that hate your values,
00:24:13.680 then your cell phone provider may be at the top of the list and you don't even know it.
00:24:17.860 You may not realize that Big Mobile gives massive donations to democratic causes,
00:24:24.100 candidates that are running at the local, state, national level as well.
00:24:28.820 You may not realize that when you pay your bill to Big Mobile, you're supporting Planned Parenthood.
00:24:35.340 That's right.
00:24:36.360 They give major donations decade after decade to Planned Parenthood.
00:24:41.760 That's why I made the switch to Patriot Mobile.
00:24:45.060 Because Patriot Mobile is the only nationwide, conservative, dependable provider of what you need.
00:24:54.420 And that is access to all three major networks.
00:24:57.160 That means the same towers you're using right now are the same towers you're going to keep using.
00:25:02.540 The other thing is switching is now easy in 2024.
00:25:05.320 Look, number one reason why people don't switch internet providers or cell phone providers is they think it takes forever.
00:25:12.080 Because it used to take forever.
00:25:14.600 Well, not anymore.
00:25:16.700 Switching is easy and you can do it over the phone.
00:25:19.940 You can keep your same cell phone number you have now.
00:25:22.700 Keep your same cell phone you have right now or upgrade to a new one.
00:25:25.940 But here's the payoff that you're going to love.
00:25:28.200 Every time you pay your bill to Patriot Mobile, they take about 5% of your bill at no extra cost to you.
00:25:34.140 And they give it back to organizations that support free speech, religious freedom, that protect the sanctity of life of unborn children.
00:25:44.180 They also give money to Second Amendment organizations.
00:25:47.720 And they support our military, our wounded warriors, our veterans, and our first responder heroes.
00:25:54.380 So you're making a difference with every phone call you make.
00:25:57.460 So get away from Woke Mobile and switch to Patriot.
00:26:00.800 The number 972 Patriot.
00:26:04.140 Use the promo code VERDICT and you're going to get free activation.
00:26:08.400 That's 972-PATRIOT or PatriotMobile.com slash VERDICT.
00:26:13.960 Senator, one of the reasons why I love doing this show with you is we get to talk about issues that the media is not covering.
00:26:21.060 The last one's a great example.
00:26:22.340 But there's also one that needs to have everyone listening share on social media.
00:26:28.940 And that is this new report out that it wasn't just Hunter Biden that was getting in on the action of selling access to daddy.
00:26:36.220 Jim Biden was getting in on the action and actually may have been a bigger offender based on what we're finding out.
00:26:43.760 Jim Biden is now being accused of being in business with Qatari officials, the actual government.
00:26:49.720 And Hunter Biden, yeah, he leverages ties to his dad.
00:26:53.080 We've seen that.
00:26:54.040 But Politico has a new report out that says that Joe Biden's brother was winning business deals with business partners that were directly linked and tied to foreign governments.
00:27:05.020 Those that were actually tied to terrorism.
00:27:07.440 According to the outlet, Jim Biden, the president's brother, was in business with Qatari officials to fund his health care venture.
00:27:14.880 That would be, quote, some of the closest known links between a Biden relative and a foreign government.
00:27:24.220 Well, that's exactly right.
00:27:25.240 This was a bombshell report that came out three days ago in Politico.
00:27:28.740 The title of the report is, quote, fund manager indicates Jim Biden was in business with Qatari officials.
00:27:35.020 And Politico explains, quote, new details about Jim Biden's foreign fundraising efforts are spilling out into a Kentucky bankruptcy court where recent testimony indicates that President Joe Biden's brother partnered with the Qatari government officials in his quest to find money for a U.S. health care venture.
00:27:52.960 The sworn testimony by fund manager, Michael Lewitt, a former business partner of Jim Biden's, attests that two companies that facilitated the efforts were part owned by members of the Qatari government.
00:28:07.380 One company named in the testimony partnered directly with Jim Biden in the multi-year fundraising efforts.
00:28:12.400 The second company provided financial backing for a series of loans that a hospital chain paid Jim Biden to arrange, according to documents and testimony, Lewitt submitted in the course of the federal bankruptcy proceedings.
00:28:25.820 If substantiated, the alleged arrangements would constitute some of the closest known financial links between a relative of President Joe Biden and a foreign government.
00:28:37.560 It's also about following the money.
00:28:41.560 Yes.
00:28:41.800 We're hearing now that this money that was coming in was not just going to Jim Biden, but it was also going into the pocket of the now President of the United States of America.
00:28:54.940 The this testimony that came out in this bankruptcy, these documents and now this this individual that did business with the Bidens, he said, look, at first there was a bridge loan to AmeriCorps that coincided with a payment from AmeriCorps directly to Jim Biden.
00:29:12.920 The report says Biden said in testimony in February that the roughly six hundred thousand dollar payments that he received from AmeriCorps around the time
00:29:24.520 where his role was in arranging, quote, was in arranging, quote, loans and many other services, quote, unquote.
00:29:30.920 And then in March of twenty eighteen, Jim Biden transferred two hundred thousand dollars of the payments in question to then his brother, Joe Biden.
00:29:42.520 Well, look, that is exactly right.
00:29:46.240 And you didn't understand.
00:29:48.200 Qatar has some of the most problematic foreign policy of any country on Earth.
00:29:54.120 And so this is, you know, it's amazing.
00:29:56.420 The Biden crime family and that phrase, I got to say, a while ago, it sounded like hyperbole.
00:30:01.120 It no longer sounds like hyperbole because the entire Biden family is engaged in a business where they only do business with our enemies.
00:30:08.920 They somehow never seem to do business with Canada.
00:30:11.580 They never do business with the United Kingdom.
00:30:13.860 They never do business with France or Spain or Japan.
00:30:17.100 They only do business with Russia.
00:30:19.660 They do business with Ukraine.
00:30:22.120 They do business with communist China.
00:30:26.040 Let me read from this political article because it lays out, quote,
00:30:31.280 In June of 2017, Qatar's neighbors led by Saudi Arabia ganged up and cut diplomatic ties with the country.
00:30:38.920 Citing its alleged support for terrorism, the ensuing financial and physical blockade through the country,
00:30:45.040 a peninsula that juts out from Saudi Arabia into the Persian Gulf into a sustained crisis.
00:30:50.920 In response, the country's rulers began showering well-connected Westerners with gifts and financial benefits,
00:30:57.700 sometimes in the form of investment funding.
00:31:00.060 The Qatari influence offensive strengthened the country's ties to the U.S. and Europe,
00:31:04.340 but also led to corruption scandals, including the European Parliament's sprawling Cuttergate fiasco.
00:31:12.700 Around the time of the blockade, Jim Biden was embarking into a foray into the health care business
00:31:16.980 in which he worked closely with the troubled hospital chain AmeriCorps.
00:31:21.240 And by the way, when Jim Biden was was raising money, he pitched himself very directly as so.
00:31:30.920 For example, here's what Jim Biden said in a draft letter to official at Cutter Sovereign Wealth Fund.
00:31:36.240 He said, quote,
00:31:38.240 My family could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at the highest level
00:31:44.460 that I believe would be worthy of the interest of his excellency.
00:31:48.240 On behalf of the Biden family, I welcome your interest here.
00:31:54.540 That's how he was pitching it.
00:31:57.200 And and it resulted in payments of roughly six hundred thousand dollars from AmeriCorps that he received.
00:32:05.100 And Jim Biden transferred two hundred thousand dollars of those payments directly to Joe Biden.
00:32:12.840 Now, understand who Cutter is also.
00:32:15.100 Do you know where the leaders of Amas live?
00:32:18.220 Where is that?
00:32:19.480 Cutter.
00:32:20.260 There you go.
00:32:21.340 They live as billionaires.
00:32:22.780 They live in incredibly lush, opulent apartments.
00:32:26.580 They fly private jets.
00:32:28.040 Cutter gives them sanctuary.
00:32:29.600 Cutter supports them.
00:32:30.740 Cutter protects them.
00:32:31.960 This is the same Hamas that carried out October 7th.
00:32:34.520 This is the same Hamas that murders Israelis and murders murders Americans.
00:32:40.640 And yet the Biden administration consistently refuses to sanction Cutter, refuses to stand up to Cutter.
00:32:45.840 And suddenly we discover that that the Biden family has been bought and paid for.
00:32:54.100 By the way, can you go back and read that one line?
00:32:57.340 Because I do think it's an important one.
00:32:59.520 Hold on.
00:33:00.260 Let me read a different line.
00:33:02.020 Yeah.
00:33:02.240 Which is, Jim Biden presented a presentation on behalf of AmeriCorps saying that AmeriCorps was seeking $30 million in financing to acquire hospitals.
00:33:13.260 Do you know how the presentation described Jim Biden?
00:33:17.200 I'm going to guess Joe Biden's brother.
00:33:19.780 It described him as totally separate person with no connection to the vice president of the president.
00:33:26.340 No, no, that actually is not correct.
00:33:28.900 I'm going to read you what it said.
00:33:30.600 This is a quote.
00:33:32.440 Jim Biden, quote, brother and campaign finance chair of former vice president Joe Biden.
00:33:41.460 So it ain't complicated.
00:33:43.220 Why do you want to give him money?
00:33:44.520 Because he's Joe Joe's brother.
00:33:47.140 And by the way, the money you give him, he'll give to Joe.
00:33:51.520 Why is this not on the six o'clock news, Ben?
00:33:54.900 Because it indicts the president of the United States of America in a pay to play scheme that would bring down, I would argue, any other presidency.
00:34:03.500 Look, in any normal sense, that would be right.
00:34:08.440 But if you look at these documents, these documents are being ignored by the media.
00:34:19.380 So, for example, Lewitt wrote to Jim Biden to express confidence that his funds would be repaid immediately for its loans to AmeriCorps with money from Dubai, according to an email that emerged in the bankruptcy litigation.
00:34:32.160 Quote, nothing else changes in terms of what I will be doing re-AmeriCorps since I will be just as responsible for the Dubai dollar, dollar, dollar, three dollar signs with the added worry of being driven around the desert.
00:34:51.580 LOL.
00:34:53.060 Wow.
00:34:53.620 I mean, I'm sitting here and I say, wow, and I mean it, rarely am I speechless, but I go back to that sentence I wanted you to read again, where the pitch is to His Excellency.
00:35:05.180 I mean, they're saying, hey, do business with us.
00:35:08.000 You guys need access.
00:35:09.440 You're in trouble.
00:35:10.860 This is how you get the Biden family on your team again.
00:35:14.640 It's just going to cost you millions of dollars in, quote, business.
00:35:19.220 Yeah, let's be clear.
00:35:20.840 Here, the entire pitch, it was not about Jim Biden's financial acumen.
00:35:26.820 It's not about what he knew about health care.
00:35:30.100 As far as we can tell, he didn't know a damn thing about health care.
00:35:33.000 Here's what he wrote, what he wrote.
00:35:34.480 I'm going to read it again.
00:35:35.340 The draft letter from Jim Biden read in part, quote, my family.
00:35:39.700 It's not even me, my family.
00:35:41.200 And who's my family mean?
00:35:42.300 He means his brother.
00:35:43.200 It's just like Hunter Biden when he says, my father.
00:35:46.020 They're all talking about Papa Joe.
00:35:47.900 So my family could provide a wealth of introduction and business opportunities at the highest level that I believe would be worthy of the interest of his excellency.
00:36:00.420 And his and excellency are both capitalized on behalf of the Biden family.
00:36:06.680 I welcome your interest here.
00:36:09.640 Yeah.
00:36:09.880 Meaning I'm speaking on behalf of my brother.
00:36:12.340 Just like Hunter Biden said, I'm sitting here next to my father, to the Chinese communist.
00:36:17.460 If you do not give me five million dollars right now, my father will retaliate.
00:36:21.340 It wasn't just Hunter.
00:36:22.660 It was Jim.
00:36:23.720 It was the entire family.
00:36:25.260 And I want to underscore.
00:36:26.720 Why didn't they do business with the French or the British or any friends, the Japanese, the Canadians?
00:36:32.880 No, it was only enemies of America.
00:36:35.200 It was only countries that provide comfort and shelter to Hamas and terrorists who murder Americans.
00:36:41.940 That was their business strategy is find people who hate America, find countries who are enemies of America, but who need favors from Joe Biden and go get hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars from them.
00:36:57.640 Yeah.
00:36:57.820 And this comes, by the way, two weeks after James Biden.
00:37:00.980 And it came out in court documents as well, apparently secretly negotiated one hundred and forty million dollar settlement deal in 2012 between a U.S. company and the Saudi Arabian government, quote, due to his relationship with then vice president Joe Biden, court documents revealed.
00:37:16.480 And no one talked about that story either on the nightly news, as you mentioned a moment ago.
00:37:21.240 Look, it reminds me of Mel Brooks's movie, History of the World, part one, where he says repeatedly, it's good to be the king.
00:37:27.960 It's good to be the king.
00:37:29.100 And that that's how the Biden family sadly approaches government.
00:37:33.580 Yeah, we're going to keep watching this.
00:37:35.660 I ask all of you listening, make sure you share it on social media, because this is what we're up against.
00:37:41.160 Share this podcast wherever you are on social media and tell people to listen to this.
