00:01:45.980 President Joe Biden's former White House physician refused on Wednesday to answer questions
00:01:52.100 as part of the House Oversight Committee's investigation into Biden's health and office.
00:01:57.180 Dr. Kevin O'Connor invoked his rights under the Fifth Amendment during a closed-door interview
00:02:03.580 with the House Oversight Committee, his attorney and lawmakers both confirming.
00:02:09.320 The Republican Control Committee subpoenaed Dr. O'Connor last month as part of a sweeping investigation
00:02:15.080 into Biden's health and his mental fitness as president.
00:02:18.660 Republican Committee members claim some policies carried out during Biden's terms
00:02:23.040 through the use of the White House auto pen may be illegitimate.
00:02:27.180 If it's proven, the Democrat was mentally incapacitated for some of his term.

00:02:38.200 in office, calling these claims, quote, ridiculous and false, which brings us to the lawyer.
00:02:44.560 David, one of O'Connor's lawyers, said the doctor had, quote, no choice but to invoke his
00:02:50.920 Fifth Amendment rights and testimony before the committee.
00:02:53.860 The lawyer cited that both O'Connor's responsibilities to protect patient privacy as a doctor and the
00:03:00.740 Justice Department's ongoing investigation to Biden's use of the auto pen gave him no other

00:03:07.020 O'Connor did not invoke doctor patient privilege, however, which would have allowed him to answer
00:03:12.640 questions from the panel that were not covered by that privilege.
00:03:17.240 Representative James Comer of Kentucky, the oversight chair, had this to say as they walked

00:03:27.480 Dr. O'Connor pleaded the Fifth Amendment.

00:07:06.240 In a shocking story, Donald Trump apparently has been targeted by Iranian death fatwas
00:07:12.600 as watchdog groups are now demanding immediate sanctions response because of the news.
00:07:18.860 A news report by the United Against Nuclear Iran is urging the U.S. government to impose sanctions
00:07:26.880 on senior Iranian clerics and regime-controlled institutions that have issued or promoted Islamic legal rulings
00:07:35.660 known as fatwas calling for the torture and assassination of President Donald Trump
00:07:42.440 as well as other American citizens and the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
00:07:48.860 Now the fatwas invoked the Islamic charge, waging war against God, a term in Iran's penal code
00:07:56.540 that mandates brutal punishments, including crucifixion and cross-assumption under the regime's
00:08:04.100 interpretation of Sharia law.
00:08:06.600 Today, UANI is exposing the individuals and entities in Iran hiding behind religion to foment terrorism abroad.
00:08:17.740 The threats against the President of the United States of America and other Americans are a federal crime.

00:08:33.720 That is what a joint statement by former Governor Jeb Bush, the UANI's chairman, and Ambassador Mark Wallace, its CEO,

00:08:50.800 The latest fatwa against another American citizen, Salman Rushdie, almost cost him his life.
00:08:57.720 With him being stabbed by an Iranian regime sympathizer, it is time to ensure that those who threaten Americans

00:09:08.680 Now the UANI's new list identified not one, not two, not five, not eight, but 11 individuals
00:09:17.040 and two regime-aligned entities that have not been sanctioned under U.S. counterterrorism laws.

00:10:06.720 Counterterrorism experts are now saying that Iran's sleeper cells in the U.S. might be

00:10:24.340 And that's the real terrifying part of this is that putting people in place, as we've seen
00:10:31.720 over the past four years, everyone's scrambling because certain amounts of people could come

00:10:41.280 They could even go to the border and say they seek asylum and the Biden administration, instead
00:10:47.200 of putting them into DHS housing or ICE housing and holding them there so they could have their

00:11:09.640 And Tom Holman talked about that, how they were putting them in hotels and deferring seven

00:11:15.440 So even if we knew about them, when they get into the United States, they can just disappear.
