00:04:06.380 We have now learned that federal agents have arrested more foreign nationals accused of voting illegally as Election Day is now here.

00:04:24.900 They're heading to polls to decide not only who controls Congress and the direction of this country for the next two years,
00:04:30.540 but there is another part of this, and that is election integrity.
00:04:34.960 That is the story that is happening and developing across multiple states in the final hours before people vote
00:04:43.000 Now let me tell you what the Democrats and the radical left are trying to do
00:04:46.880 Federal authorities are announcing multiple arrests
00:04:50.760 The Justice Department is bringing criminal charges
00:04:53.480 And we've learned that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is also investigating foreign nationals accused of casting ballots in American elections
00:05:02.660 And at the center of this controversy is one major question.
00:05:07.800 How do we make sure that every ballot counted in an American election was actually legally cast by an American citizen?
00:05:15.740 That is, by the way, not a hypothetical question.
00:05:18.600 This is real and it's a problem.
00:05:20.960 Now, according to a new report on October the 28th, the Department of Homeland Security announced the arrest of more than a dozen foreign nationals accused of illegally voting in American elections.
00:05:33.460 Some of these individuals also have serious criminal histories, according to the federal officials.
00:05:39.040 We are talking about allegations involving people who were never legally entitled to vote in federal elections in the first place.
00:05:47.800 And what makes this story especially important is that these arrests are not limited to one state or one election.
00:05:56.680 Federal officials have now identified alleged offenses involving elections in 2022, 2024, and even the current 2026 cycle that we're in today.
00:06:08.320 Now, federal authorities were being told not only identified individuals they believe illegally participated in our elections,
00:06:15.060 but those allegations they now say deserve a thorough investigation
00:06:19.640 because American citizens have a right to know that their votes are not only counted
00:06:24.180 but they are protected
00:06:25.360 which brings us to the Department of Homeland Security announcement
00:06:29.020 that the mainstream media is not talking about
00:06:30.900 and again I'm telling you this so you understand what we're up against
00:06:33.440 and why it is so important for you to get out and vote today
00:06:37.220 so let's start with the Department of Homeland Security
00:06:40.040 On October the 28th, DHS announced arrests involving more than a dozen foreign nationals.
00:06:46.640 Homeland Security Secretary Mueller described the arrests as part of the administration's effort to enforce election laws.
00:06:53.880 And federal authorities provide examples of individuals accused of participating in elections despite lacking American citizenship.
00:07:01.200 Now, again, all of these people have been protected by the Democrats by the left.
00:07:04.880 They believe they're voting for them.
00:07:07.000 Now, among these individuals was one by the last name of Hernandez.
00:07:11.560 He was a Honduran national accused of voting already in the 2026 election.
00:07:16.800 Authorities also identified a Venezuelan national accused of voting all the way back to 2024.
00:07:22.600 And according to DHS, his criminal history includes charges involving driving under the influence and, you know, cocaine possession. 0.95
00:07:30.460 Because, again, this is who we're allowing to vote that aren't supposed to be voting in our elections.
00:07:36.280 Then there's a Cambodian national accused of illegally voting in the 1992 election. 0.84
00:07:42.120 So if you think this hasn't been going on for a long time, well, Mr. Vorn, the Cambodian
00:07:46.460 national, he's been voting since 1992.
00:07:50.140 Federal officials say his criminal history includes convictions involving assault and
00:07:54.660 weapons offenses, because that's who the Democrats want to allow to stay in our country. 0.99
00:08:00.160 There was another individual that they talked about, a Guatemalan that was accused of voting 0.64
00:08:05.120 in the 2024 election, and a Honduras individual that was accused of illegally voting in the
00:08:10.680 current 2026 election cycle.

00:08:15.300 A lot of illegals, a lot of them voting, a lot of them are voting, and the Democrats
00:08:19.360 are looking the other way.
00:08:20.640 In fact, they're even helping get them and encouraging them to go to the polls.

00:08:27.280 Now, let's take a look at Pennsylvania for a second.
00:08:31.380 There's another case that just broke out of Pennsylvania.
00:08:34.040 The very next day on October the 29th, we now have reports that ICE had arrested a Cuban national accused of illegally voting in American elections. 0.54
00:08:44.420 Again, Democrats say that no illegal immigrant ever votes in our election, so you shouldn't care.
00:08:49.460 Well, according to the report, Sanchez-Loy had a criminal history dating back decades.
00:08:56.120 He was convicted of drug offenses in 1987 and receiving stolen property in 1991.
00:09:02.700 A federal immigration judge ordered his deportation in April of 2009.
00:09:09.000 But according to the reporting, he remained in the United States for another 17 years.
00:09:13.940 Federal agents arrested him on October the 23rd in connection with allegations of illegal voting.
00:09:19.900 Now, if you think about this question and these cases that I just told you,
00:09:24.920 you got to now say, all right, well, how is it that someone with a longstanding deportation order
00:09:30.560 was able to remain in the country and then how did that same person get themselves in an ability to
00:09:38.100 vote in American elections and cancel out your vote well it was all done by design by the
00:09:44.680 Democrats that do not want checks and balances they don't want the save act they don't want a
00:09:50.740 system that actually checks to see if you're an American before we let you vote which then brings
00:09:56.760 us to another story in california on october the 19th we're now learning a lot more about the
00:10:03.540 justice department and their announcement of 28 foreign nationals that have been charged in
00:10:08.980 california as part of an initiative called operation protect the vote 11 were arrested that
00:10:14.600 day and there's important distinction in all these cases as well according to the justice department
00:10:20.020 All 28 defendants were lawful permanent residents, a.k.a. green card holders.
00:10:27.280 They were legally living in the United States of America, 1.00
00:10:30.300 but they're not allowed to vote in our elections because they are not American citizens. 0.65
00:10:35.160 And lawful permanent resident, by the way, does not provide the right to vote in our federal elections.
00:10:39.940 I want to be very clear.
00:10:41.660 There's a lot of people I know, by the way, they're in this country legally.
00:10:44.880 They have a green card.
00:10:45.900 They're not allowed to vote in our elections.
00:10:47.740 But if you're a Democrat, you say, come on down.

00:10:53.700 Well, federal prosecutors, they now allege offenses including fraudulent voter registration of these green card holders
00:11:00.100 and false statements on naturalization applications.
00:11:04.160 According to the Justice Department, most of the defendants had cast illegal ballots in America's elections,
00:11:11.720 some of them multiple times.
00:11:13.880 Now, again, those are the government's allegations.
00:11:17.080 Now, again, these are major accusations coming from our government, and it brings up the
00:11:22.860 even bigger question, right?
00:11:25.300 You look at this election and you ask yourself, OK, should I get off the couch?

00:11:33.540 Well, based on what we're now seeing, the answer is absolutely, because illegal immigrants 0.84

00:11:43.180 Now, the government also is going to have a big fight moving forward, should you have to identify yourself and actually show proof of citizenship before you're allowed to vote in our elections.

00:11:59.560 Now, you understand what's going on in general.
00:12:02.900 So let me bring you to even more damning information that we have.
00:12:06.500 We are now learning that while federal authorities are investigating foreign nationals accused of illegally voting, there is another controversy developing over the accuracy of voter registration records.
00:12:19.780 And yeah, that means that there are people that are, you know, dead that are probably canceling out your vote.
00:12:26.280 Now, this time we're looking at two of the largest and most politically significant states in the country, California and Michigan.
00:12:34.300 and the numbers that are now being reported on this issue deserve serious examination from all
00:12:40.220 of us. Let me just give you an example of the corruption here. In Los Angeles County,
00:12:45.580 an election integrity organization says it's identified 9,766 active voter registrations
00:12:54.460 associated with potentially deceased individuals. That's almost 10,000, nearly 10,000 just in LA
00:13:02.160 County. Move far away from California. Let's go to Michigan. The same organization also alleges
00:13:09.320 that there are 2,461 registered voters that have recorded birthdates indicating that they are at
00:13:17.820 least 110 years old. Now, are there a bunch of 110 year olds voting in Michigan? Based on
00:13:24.520 statistics, that would be impossible. But again, this is why the Democrats don't want you to have
00:13:31.720 to actually show proof of ID before you vote because you can walk in and vote for a dead
00:13:36.880 person. Now, 10,000 dead people voting in California or thousands of fraudulent ballots
00:13:43.940 being cast by dead people in Michigan, you would think that that would be a story that the media
00:13:48.760 would want to cover. Apparently not. So let's start back in LA and I'll dive even more into
00:13:54.900 the details of the corruption there. On October 30th, the Public Interest Legal Foundation announced
00:14:01.000 the results of an examination of los angeles county voter registration records according to
00:14:06.900 the organization its analysis identified 9 766 potentially deceased individuals listed as active
00:14:17.280 registered voters the organization filed a formal complaint under the help america's vote act and
00:14:24.540 that is not the only finding. The group also identified 1,279 apparent duplicate registrations
00:14:32.860 associated with the same residential addresses, meaning that there's a very good chance there's
00:14:38.140 voter fraud happening. It reported another 1,340 active registrations containing what they described
00:14:45.960 as fictional dates of birth and then there's another remarkable number on top of all that
00:14:53.020 704 that is how many active registrations the organization identified with recorded birth dates
00:15:00.720 indicating that the individuals involved would be at least 110 years old 110 you know to be clear
00:15:08.680 there have been americans that have lived to be 110 by the way it's insanely rare so when hundreds
00:15:15.060 of registrations in one county alone contain ages of 110 and beyond it's more than reasonable to
00:15:24.460 ask whether the records are even remotely accurate and if the dates are incorrect then election
00:15:31.840 officials should determine why and how it happened now there's also the post office address question
00:15:38.620 that's come up as well. The organization's investigation also identified 54 United States
00:15:45.660 Postal Service locations that were reportedly listed as residential addresses and voter
00:15:51.800 registration records. Now, if you think about that, a post office is not ordinarily someone's
00:15:56.920 residential address. There can be legitimate explanations for unusual address records,
00:16:02.620 including data entry problems and you know special circumstances but a registration system
00:16:08.740 should be reliable enough that if a bunch of people are saying they live at the post office
00:16:12.780 there's a red flag that goes up especially when it's into the hundreds and hundreds in one county
00:16:18.580 alone it makes no sense at all so you put all that together and then let's go back to the
00:16:25.300 dead voters and why that number matters nearly 10,000 potentially deceased registrations are
00:16:32.000 active that means there's a very good chance that if you wanted to cheat you could do it
00:16:38.800 by just voting on behalf of the 110 year old people that you have on the list people by the
00:16:45.000 way that have also already died now i want to be clear the organization said it doesn't mean
00:16:50.220 that the all 9,766 deceased people actually cast ballots that's not what they're saying
00:16:56.220 but what they are saying is that the government databases well they have outdated information
00:17:02.200 dates of birth can be entered incorrectly that could be part of the problem why hasn't it been
00:17:06.500 fixed is the question you and i as a voter should be asking and voter registration records sometimes
00:17:11.520 take time they say to update following a death so then again could their son or daughter or
00:17:18.540 caretaker go in and vote on their behalf apparently that's exactly what happens many times
00:17:23.940 with these quote deceased voters now you take all of this into consideration and ask yourself a
00:17:32.640 question should i go out and vote if this is how hard the other side is trying to work or not trying
00:17:39.120 they are working to cheat maybe it's time that i get out and vote now let me just move to michigan
00:17:46.740 just to put this in perspective this is in california there was another report that was
00:17:51.360 published on november the 2nd it describes another set of allegations from the public interest legal
00:17:57.980 foundation according to a complaint filed late last month michigan's voter registration database
00:18:06.280 contained more than 2 460 registrants whose recorded birth dates indicated they were at least
00:18:14.500 110 years old again different state far away from the other state we were talking about california
00:18:21.340 same result 47 of these registrations reportedly contained birth years in the 1800s one record
00:18:31.700 listed a birth year is 1823 yeah 1823 and we're supposed to believe that person's still alive
00:18:39.320 now by the way just to put this in perspective why a red flag should have gone off that someone
00:18:44.120 had the birth year of 1823 michigan did not become a state until 1837 that means the person
00:18:52.880 associated with that registration would have been born 14 years before michigan even entered the
00:18:59.240 union so if the birth year were accurate that individual would be 203 years old today and
00:19:06.820 apparently is still voting now obviously you and i know there's not a 203 year old voter
00:19:13.160 that doesn't exist so why is that person still in the voter rolls why would you not make sure
00:19:20.080 that that person is off the voter rolls so someone doesn't go in and vote on their behalf
00:19:24.060 or send an absentee ballot or make sure that they actually do vote now according to the public
00:19:29.560 interest legal foundation its lawyers first flagged many of these registrations all the way back in
00:19:36.400 2019. The organization alleges the records were still present seven years after they blew the
00:19:45.440 whistle. Why would that be? Because Democrats love to cheat in the elections. All of this
00:19:51.140 comes back to a simple issue. If you're sitting at home right now, should you go vote? The answer
00:19:58.600 is yes, because the other side isn't just voting. They're finding people that were born the 1800s
00:20:04.340 to vote against you, to destroy this country.
