00:01:19.980 Senator Mark Kelly for seditious video,
00:01:23.220 urging military to disobey the president
00:01:26.480 of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

00:02:38.120 to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.

00:02:43.900 a reminder to all military retirees
00:02:47.100 that they remain subject
00:02:48.900 to the Uniform Code of Military Justice,
00:02:51.900 known as the UCMJ,
00:02:54.500 for applicable offenses,

00:02:58.120 that prohibit actions to interfere with,
00:03:01.040 impair, or influence the loyalty, morale,
00:03:04.660 or good order and discipline of the armed forces.

00:03:11.240 are reminded that they have a legal obligation
00:03:14.020 under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders
00:03:18.060 and that orders are presumed to be lawful,
