Verdict with Ted Cruz - Border Patrol Sounds The Alarm about Hamas Terrorists plus Coca Cola Quietly Erases BLM Support & Proof of Cash Going Direct to Joe Biden

00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.

00:00:02.580 Guaranteed human.

00:00:05.660 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.

00:00:09.640 And we have got a lot to talk about, including Hamas and Hezbollah warnings about crossings at the southern border.

00:00:16.080 That would be in the United States of America.

00:00:18.980 Also, a big victory over Coca-Cola.

00:00:23.120 And it has nothing to do with drinking a Coke.

00:00:25.120 And also, big checks directly tying now the President of the United States of America to the Biden crime family.

00:00:32.480 And we're expecting more to come out this week.

00:00:34.980 But first, let's talk about the border, Senator.

00:00:37.440 There is a new warning, a federal warning, that Hamas and Hezbollah could be crossing the southern border.

00:00:45.760 Remember, federal officials are warning that members of these terrorist groups of Hamas and jihadists and Hezbollah could be crossing through the southern border, according to an internal October the 20th memo that's now been obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller.

00:01:02.920 Your reaction to this?

00:01:04.480 Well, this is a story that broke on Sunday from the Daily Caller.

00:01:09.440 And this is a memo that came from the San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Patrol.

00:01:16.220 And the memo warns that due to the war between Israel and Hamas, there could be encounters of terror-tied individuals who are seeking to travel to or from the Middle East across the southern border.

00:01:28.880 And in particular, they specify Hamas, they specify Palestinian Islamic Jihad, they specify Hezbollah, all of which are designated by the United States as terrorist organizations,

00:01:40.480 and all of which have been committing attacks on Israel since the war began on October 7th.

00:01:47.020 And here's what the memo says, quote,

00:01:48.500 The memo continues, quote,

00:02:11.700 And the memo then lists the patches, the insignia of Hamas, of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and of Hezbollah.

00:02:37.600 You look at this coming from the San Diego Field Office, and you think,

00:02:44.100 How is this not something that's being briefed to everyone, I would assume, like major important announcement?

00:02:51.760 Why wouldn't they want this to go public?

00:02:54.200 Why does it have to come out the way that it is?

00:02:56.500 You would think it would be, this would be a perfect example of, hey, if you see something, say something.

00:03:02.340 We had that ingrained in Americans after 9-11.

00:03:05.080 It obviously helped save lives after 9-11.

00:03:08.340 If you see something, say something.

00:03:10.160 For example, that bomber that we were going to have at Times Square.

00:03:13.300 That worked then.

00:03:14.420 If you see something, say something.

00:03:16.380 And yet, it's like, this administration doesn't want to admit there's a problem at the southern border with it being wide open.

00:03:22.280 So let's just downplay it.

00:03:24.240 Well, this administration consistently hides its own role in making America less safe, making the world less safe.

00:03:31.800 So this administration does everything they can to cover up the fact that they have flowed nearly $100 billion to Iran, which is funding this war in Israel.

00:03:42.740 They do everything they can to cover up the fact that they've sent hundreds of millions of dollars to Gaza, which in their own internal assessment, they said, was highly likely to go to Hamas for them to carry out terror activity.

00:03:55.540 And, of course, what's their answer once this war begins?

00:03:59.440 Joe Biden goes on national television and proposes to send hundreds of millions more to Gaza that will end up again in the hands of Hamas terrorists. 0.92

00:04:08.880 That's their approach.

00:04:10.300 They likewise accept zero responsibility for the chaos at the southern border, and they do not acknowledge that it makes America less safe.

00:04:19.700 You look at this memo that was sent out on the 20th.

00:04:23.620 It lists several, quote, questions of interest, such as questions related to the individual's personal or familial associations with Hamas, with Hezbollah, with Palestinian Islamic Jihad, or with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine or other similar groups.

00:04:44.420 Now, as the memo is rightly noting, if you're a terrorist crossing the southern border, you want to obscure that fact.

00:04:53.900 You want to hide that fact, because if you're coming here, there is a very real possibility you're coming here to commit acts of terror.

00:05:00.740 And so I want to underscore something I've said on this podcast previously.

00:05:04.960 I believe we are at a greater risk for a major terrorist attack in the United States today than we have been any time since September 11th.

00:05:15.100 And the Biden administration's policies continue to make that more and more likely each and every day.

00:05:21.180 Let me ask you the logistics of you being in the Senate, and do you guys get briefed on the regular, or do you have to ask for briefings when it comes to issues like this, or is this something they purposely want to keep members of Congress in the dark on?

00:05:37.240 Well, we had last week an extensive classified briefing on Israel and on the war that is playing out there.

00:05:43.540 And that featured senior officials from the Department of Defense, from intelligence, from state, laying out their view in terms of what was happening.

00:05:54.920 In that classified briefing, obviously I can't discuss the details of what was said, but what was said is consistent with what they have been saying publicly over and over again, which is they're trying to downplay Iran's culpability here.

00:06:09.040 The Wall Street Journal has reported that Iran planned this attack, funded this attack, and directed this attack.

00:06:16.400 And the Biden administration is desperate to avoid anyone knowing that, because the obvious conclusion from that is that, well, wait a second, if Iran is the one driving this attack, why is the Biden administration's Iran's principal financier?

00:06:32.820 They don't want that question. So even in these classified briefings, they are spinning like crazy.

00:06:39.040 You mentioned funding a moment ago, and I do think this ties back to it.

00:06:43.020 You look at Biden's request for Congress. It included $14 billion for Israel and then $60 billion for Ukraine, $10 billion for general humanitarian aid.

00:06:56.340 I'm not really sure what that means. $7 billion for Indo-Pacific, $100 million for Gaza, $14 billion to process illegals faster at the border.

00:07:08.280 That doesn't mean we're going to secure the border. It just means we're going to let them come into this country and process them faster. 0.51

00:07:12.980 This is what the president said you have to agree to, almost holding the American taxpayers hostage, to get the funding that's desperately needed to support Israel, our ally.

00:07:25.800 And all of this other stuff comes in at higher dollar amounts. Ukraine, $60 billion, but just $14 billion for Israel.

00:07:33.740 Is this dead on arrival in the Senate, or does this have a good chance of moving through his request?

00:07:38.480 Well, understand what Joe Biden is doing and what Chuck Schumer is doing.

00:07:43.660 They both know that military assistance for Israel has enormous bipartisan support.

00:07:49.620 So they are deliberately trying to hold Israel military assistance hostage to try to pass their other priorities.

00:07:59.620 They know that there are significant concerns in Congress about Ukraine funding, about it going to internal corruption, about it not being well spent, about the administration funding both sides of the war.

00:08:11.820 Funding Ukraine on the one hand, and flowing billions of dollars to Iran on the other, when Iran is producing drones that Russia is using to fight the Ukrainian army.

00:08:20.640 And they don't want to try to get the votes through on the merits.

00:08:23.700 They don't want to actually convince Congress about Ukraine funding.

00:08:28.720 So they're trying to tie it to Israel funding to force every member of Congress to say, well, if you want to vote against Israel funding, be my guest, or else you've got to fund everything else we want.

00:08:40.580 And I'll tell you, the most cynical element that they include in this package is what they call border security funding.

00:08:49.000 And the reason that's cynical is because they don't actually propose to do anything to secure the border.

00:08:54.100 They don't actually propose to stop these Hamas or Hezbollah terrorists from coming across the border. 0.55

00:08:59.340 What they want instead is additional money to process illegal immigrants more quickly, to put more illegal aliens on buses and planes, and to send them even faster to every city in America. 0.65

00:09:13.440 They call that border security, and they say, well, if you want to support Israel, you've got to fund exacerbating, accelerating the southern border crisis.

00:09:24.320 It is profoundly cynical.

00:09:26.980 It is wrong.

00:09:28.160 What I think we ought to do, Ben, is we ought to vote on a clean military aid package for Israel.

00:09:33.420 If we did that, it would pass with overwhelming bipartisan support.

00:09:37.900 Biden knows that.

00:09:39.000 Schumer knows that.

00:09:39.840 That's why they don't want to do it.

00:09:40.920 Let me tell you real quick about our friends over at Patriot Mobile.

00:09:44.200 I was meeting with the CEO of Patriot Mobile, and he was talking about what an impact you as listeners are having by switching your cell phone to the only conservative Christian provider in the country.

00:11:44.780 Senator, I want to move to another story.

00:11:47.500 It's not been covered.

00:11:48.700 And it should be.

00:11:50.100 And it's a big, big victory that you are leading the way on.

00:11:54.480 It was about a victory pressuring Coca-Cola where they finally deleted language supporting Black Lives Matter.

00:12:02.720 And this was also about dealing with pro-Hamas funding and protests that are intertwined here.

00:12:11.180 Talk a little bit about this and how this came about.

00:12:13.640 Well, I want to say this is another instance of this podcast having a real and positive impact.

00:12:19.760 And I want to give a real shout out to our listeners because your voice can change the behavior of the radical leftists who are destroying this country.

00:12:28.520 And it can change the behavior of the big, big business that has sadly been willing to be complicit in this.

00:12:36.240 We did a podcast last week that did a deep dive on how Black Lives Matter supports Hamas. 0.73

00:12:43.060 And if you didn't listen to that podcast, I'd urge you to go back and listen to it because it was really important and it's something that the corporate media will not cover.

00:12:51.220 But we walk through all of the giant companies that have given hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to Black Lives Matter.

00:12:58.360 And we explain Black Lives Matter, the phrase is unquestionably true. 0.94

00:13:04.520 Of course, Black Lives Matter. Absolutely, yes.

00:13:07.200 But the institution, the organization, Black Lives Matter, Inc., was founded by explicitly Marxist organizers, avowed Marxist.

00:13:19.020 It was founded for Marxist purposes and it is blatantly anti-Semitic.

00:13:23.840 Black Lives Matter embraces Hamas. It defends Hamas. 0.97

00:13:27.500 One of the co-founders of Black Lives Matter has explicitly called for the destruction of the state of Israel. 0.87

00:13:33.360 They are virulently anti-Semitic.

00:13:36.500 And we pointed out in this podcast all of the giant companies that have given checks, including Amazon and Coca-Cola and DoorDash, Dropbox, Warner Brothers, Microsoft, all of them.

00:13:48.180 We walk through and we gave chapter and verse how each of them was funding this explicitly anti-Semitic organization.

00:13:56.260 Well, interestingly enough, our episode aired on October 18th.

00:14:01.620 The very next day, Coca-Cola deleted the language on its own website about supporting Black Lives Matter.

00:14:12.380 And Coca-Cola owns Sprite. So Sprite's a company owned by Coke.

00:14:16.040 Here's what the website said the day before the October 18th episode of Verdict.

00:14:21.360 It said, quote, Earlier this month, Sprite announced a $500,000 contribution to the Black Lives Matter global network in a social post committing action on the fight for racial justice.

00:14:32.860 On June 28th, the brand debuted a new TV commercial during the 2020 BET Awards telecast showcasing Black America's resilience, excellence and optimism.

00:14:44.600 The 62nd spot titled Dreams Realized emphasizes Sprite's commitment to making young Black creators dreams a reality and to inspire the next generation to do more and dream bigger.

00:14:57.460 Well, then the day after our podcast aired, that paragraph miraculously disappeared from Coca-Cola's website.

00:15:06.600 They simply deleted it. All the rest of the website is there.

00:15:09.620 But that paragraph, someone went and said, oh, we got caught.

00:15:13.880 Maybe it's not a good idea to give a half million dollars to a Marxist organization, which, frankly, they're probably fine with giving to a Marxist organization.

00:15:21.780 But a Marxist organization that is explicitly embracing Hamas and, as we detailed again on the podcast, is sending out social media tweets with pictures of the Hamas terrorist paraglider and supporting the mass murder of Israelis.

00:15:39.500 I guess that finally was too much for Coca-Cola.

00:15:43.260 So, listen, I think listeners of this podcast should take a victory lap that your voice can make a difference.

00:15:50.020 And Coke decided they couldn't take the heat.

00:15:54.080 And I guess my question is, what about the other companies?

00:15:56.460 Are they still proud of supporting anti-Semites or is it just Coke that can back away from it when they're confronted about it? 0.52

00:16:05.360 Yeah, and this really brings us into another issue that deals very much with the same type of circumstances here.

00:16:11.520 Following the money for the pro-Hamas capital protests that were not only backed by Democratic extremists, but they have been supported financially by pro-Hamas organizations.

00:16:25.480 And we really need to talk about who's funding this insanity.

00:16:29.500 I was in D.C. with you.

00:16:31.380 And all of a sudden, by the time I left, you know, the capital area, you had this call it an insurrection.

00:16:38.760 It's a favorite word of the media, and no one, of course, is going to get in trouble for this.

00:16:42.760 And the FBI is not going to come knocking on people's doors.

00:16:44.960 They're not going to be demanding bank records or hotel records of who was in town on that day.

00:16:49.680 But they decided that they were going to go all in for the terrorists on Capitol Hill.

00:16:53.740 And this is being funded by organizations and people.

00:16:57.760 And no one seems to be asking the question, hey, where's this money coming from?

00:17:01.240 Well, unfortunately, big business has been behind much of the radical Marxist movement in this country, especially Black Lives Matter.

00:17:11.580 But you're right.

00:17:12.740 The corporate media has no interest in following the money in terms of the Hamas sympathizers, those who support terrorism, those who hate Israel.

00:17:21.680 Instead, much of the corporate media operates as the propagandists for the Hamas terrorists, including, as we discussed at great length, repeating the Hamas false propaganda that Israel had bombed a Palestinian hospital.

00:17:38.640 We now know that was an utter lie, but it didn't stop CNN and The New York Times and much of the corporate media from trumpeting it as loudly as they could.

00:17:49.680 Yeah, it's it's it is really, I think, shocking to see this.

00:17:53.860 And if you look at the compare and contrast here to to what happened also with Clarence Thomas, we did a lot about Clarence Thomas on this show and the attacks on him, a character assassination on him.

00:18:06.880 They do. They've done everything to undermine him.

00:18:09.100 And a lot of this money can be connected to the same type of donors.

00:18:14.100 Well, that's exactly right.

00:18:15.740 And also on Sunday, Tablet Magazine came out with a story that is entitled Pro Hamas Capital Protest, Backed by Democratic Dark Money.

00:18:25.260 And there were about 300 protesters who were arrested in the Capitol on October 18th.

00:18:30.480 And the demonstration, by the way, it featured a speech from Rashida Tlaib repeating the lie that Israel had bombed the hospital in Gaza.

00:18:41.220 We now know that's a lie. It had been reported that it was a lie at the time she said it.

00:18:45.300 And yet she was perfectly happy to stand up and be an active and aggressive member of the Hamas propaganda effort.

00:18:53.340 Well, these groups were organized by an organization called Jewish Voice for Peace and If Not Now, which is described by the New York Times as, quote, both of them as, quote, Jewish anti-Zionist groups.

00:19:12.140 So understand that they're saying they're Jewish, but they hate Israel.

00:19:15.800 Anti-Zionist means you do not believe Israel should exist.

00:19:19.460 You are opposed to the existence of the state of Israel.

00:19:21.920 That's what these groups mean.

00:19:23.800 But to understand, these groups, the Jewish Voice for Peace, received $340,000 from the Rockefellers Brothers Fund between 2019 and 2023.

00:19:40.000 And $75,000 from the Tides Foundation in 2019.

00:19:43.680 And for the much smaller INN, if not now, those numbers were $160,000 from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Tides Foundation.

00:20:02.460 Both are funding radical leftist Marxist endeavors.

00:20:06.340 And they are explicitly behind the efforts to smear Clarence Thomas.

00:20:15.140 And if you go back to the Washington Examiner, which said, as far back as its 2022 funders, the Washington Examiner can reveal that the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, which has supported climate groups and said in 2015 it had a, quote, moral obligation to divest from supporting pro-fossil fuel groups, gave $50,000 to fix the court, according to tax forms.

00:20:40.140 And fix the court is, of course, the left-wing shell company that exists to smear Clarence Thomas and to attack the U.S. Supreme Court and undermine the rule of law.

00:20:50.080 Yeah, it is, I think, one of those things that's going to have to become more of a focus for conservatives to expose where this money is coming from.

00:21:00.940 And Black Lives Matter is a great example of that, just going back to what happened. 0.99

00:21:05.040 There were so many of those agitators nationwide that were not doing it because they believed it.

00:21:11.100 They were hired and paid for with dark money to show up to their events and rallies and protests.

00:21:17.060 And they were paid to be there.

00:21:18.620 It wasn't organic.

00:21:20.220 It was organized by this dark money behind the scenes.

00:21:24.420 And they're just continuing this model for any extreme issue or social issue or anti-Israel issue they can get their hands on.

00:21:33.220 And it's frustrating because the media doesn't want to look into their money either.

00:21:37.240 It's so dishonest.

00:21:39.560 If you have a massive amount of people randomly show up on a Tuesday in Washington, D.C.,

00:21:44.620 why isn't that a reporter doesn't ask the first question, hey, is this authentic?

00:21:48.620 Or is this a paid propaganda by somebody with dark money?

00:21:52.300 How hard is it to do your job in that scenario?

00:21:54.540 I don't get it.

00:21:55.580 Yeah.

00:21:55.740 And look, it's not complicated to ask, OK, who paid your travel expenses?

00:21:59.280 Who paid your hotel? 0.64

00:22:00.500 Is someone paying you to be here?

00:22:02.160 Are you on?

00:22:02.860 Are you getting a paycheck?

00:22:04.480 The media doesn't care.

00:22:05.780 They don't want to know.

00:22:06.680 They don't ask those questions because they support the agenda of the radical left.

00:22:11.640 This is all intertwined.

00:22:13.920 The Democrat dark money organizations, big business, big media, the Marxist organizations, the anti-American organizations, the anti-Israel organizations, the anti-Semitic organizations.

00:22:24.600 They are all intimately intertwined.

00:22:28.240 Yeah.

00:22:28.500 It also brings up just a side note here.

00:22:31.380 You and I both saw this and it's like it's about time.

00:22:34.900 The save the world, save the environment, Greta Thunberg.

00:22:37.900 She came out in support of Hamas and now everybody's had to, no pun intended, cool off to Greta for a little bit because she's now out there backing the Palestinians in Gaza and supporting Hamas.

00:22:52.340 And this was the darling of the left who said that we were all going to die and that the biggest threat to her was was those that didn't, you know, fossil fuels and those that didn't believe with its extreme green religion.

00:23:05.400 And now all of a sudden she's supporting terrorists.

00:23:07.620 Really?

00:23:08.760 Well, and Greta Thunberg, she tweeted out to the world, quote, the world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected.

00:23:22.180 And she also shared on her Instagram account a post by a German based pro-Palestinian account which says a, quote, genocide is happening in Gaza.

00:23:35.100 And you got to understand, look, this is who the radical left is.

00:23:40.040 They hate Israel.

00:23:42.900 They embrace anti-Semitism.

00:23:45.260 Now, interestingly enough, Thunberg's tweet has since been deleted.

00:23:48.600 I just clicked on it a second ago and I come to a post that says this tweet has been deleted.

00:23:53.880 So the pushback, what was enormous, but it is.

00:24:00.300 And in fact, the group that she reposted, Palestine Speaks, explicitly celebrated Hamas's mass murder and its attack on Israel two weeks ago and talked of its, quote,

00:24:12.740 indignation against genocide in Gaza and the repressive state terror of many Western states against anyone who shows acts in solidarity with the Palestinians.

00:24:24.200 And, and listen, if you're a radical environmentalist, you probably believe this nonsense because, again, they are fellow travelers.

00:24:33.100 And I will point out that a spokesman for the Israeli army told Politico, quote,

00:24:39.800 whoever identifies with Greta in any way in the future, in my view, is a terror supporter, because what Greta is doing, that she is now showing solidarity with Gaza while not saying a word about the massacres of Israelis,

00:24:57.300 shows that she is not actually in favor of the Palestinians, but she is sweeping the terror of the Palestinians or Hamas and Islamic Jihad under the table as if it did not exist.

00:25:11.020 Now, Thunberg afterwards realized that she was a bit too open about the left's embrace of anti-Israel, anti-Semitic statements.

00:25:19.780 And so she put out a follow-up quote that said, we're, of course, against any type of discrimination and condemn anti-Semitism in all forms and shapes.

00:25:29.920 This is non-negotiable. You know what she didn't do?

00:25:32.420 She didn't say the claim that Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza is a flat-out lie.

00:25:39.640 She didn't say Hamas terrorists are the ones targeting civilians. 0.91

00:25:43.560 She didn't say Hamas terrorists murdering children, raping women and young girls is deplorable. 0.96

00:25:49.780 She said none of that. She just said, oh, oh, no, I'm still anti-Israel. 0.97

00:25:53.480 But, of course, anti-Semitism is bad.

00:28:07.180 Senator, I want to go back to one of your favorite texts that you've ever gotten to read on verdict.

00:28:13.920 And it has exploded this week with the Biden crime family.

00:28:19.200 And I want to make sure we spend some real time on this.

00:28:21.280 I'm going to tell everybody listening right now, you're going to want to share this.

00:28:24.740 So make sure you help us get this out there and go viral on social media.

00:28:28.600 Share the podcast, because some of what we're going to talk about right now, I promise you, you will not know about.

00:28:33.960 There is that famous tweet or not tweet.

00:28:37.200 I should say WhatsApp message that went viral from Hunter Biden sitting there with his father.

00:28:44.580 And it went to Z.

00:28:46.580 That's the Chinese business partner.

00:28:48.560 When they demanded their they closed their 10 million dollar deal.

00:28:52.840 Now, that that that text and we'll read it in a minute is now connected to Joe Biden paying nearly two point seven five million dollars in cash for his beach house.

00:29:05.740 Within weeks of Hunter sending the threatening text that Chinese business partner demanding to close the 10 million dollar deal.

00:29:13.300 Now, this they bought this six bedroom house, beach house in June of 2017 for two point seven four four million in cash.

00:29:22.080 The transaction we now learn was within weeks of that questionable text that Hunter sent to that Chinese associate demanding they get their money.

00:29:30.580 And it be tonight when he said, I'm sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.

00:29:37.740 Well, you now put that together with some other info that we talked about on this show and the accounting problems for the president start to really glow in front of you off of the page.

00:29:51.460 If you're an accountant, what do I mean by that?

00:29:54.160 Well, we're now learning that there were some issues with their taxes and money that's missing.

00:29:59.020 In 2017, the first year Joe Biden was out of office after 36 years in the Senate and eight more as vice president, the couple declared an income of 11 million and a further four point five eight million in 2018.

00:30:13.380 Here's the problem.

00:30:14.560 Between 17 and 19, Joe Biden, the first lady reported 16.5 million in gross income on their federal tax returns.

00:30:24.300 That's what was released by the Biden campaign.

00:30:27.280 An analysis published last year shows a five point two million dollar discrepancy between his IRS filings and his office of government ethics disclosures for that same time period.

00:30:41.280 You combine this now and you look at the office of government ethics filing for the same period.

00:30:48.060 And Joe only reported nine point six million income for himself and his wife.

00:30:53.220 Well, here's something else that's interesting.

00:30:55.220 We now have an official check for two hundred thousand dollars that was written from his brother and his wife to Joe Biden on the same exact day that money was transferred in from a shady business deal.

00:31:06.640 So we now have missing money and a lot of cash going to the president and him paying two plus million dollars in cash for a house and millions missing from his from his filings.

00:31:19.640 Well, if you start adding the money up, you can see where the money went.

00:31:23.180 It may have quite possibly just gone directly to his favorite place to hang out on the weekends at Beach House.

00:31:28.300 More and more news keeps coming out that is damning of Joe Biden and that ties him personally to the corruption of his entire family.

00:31:37.980 His family had a business and the business was selling favors from Joe Biden.

00:31:42.500 And it was a very lucrative business that it was a business that produced tens of millions of dollars.

00:31:48.360 We know about the WhatsApp that that that that Hunter sent sent and I'll remind you what it what it says.

00:31:54.300 I'm going to read from it. Quote, I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.

00:32:01.560 Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand.

00:32:05.560 And now means tonight.

00:32:07.020 And Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.

00:32:23.280 I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.

00:32:28.080 Now, that was sent on July 30th, 2017.

00:32:31.380 The month before June of 2017, it's now being reported that Joe Biden purchased his six bedroom Rehoboth Beach Beach House for two million seven hundred and forty four thousand and one dollar in cash.

00:32:49.700 Now, I don't know about you, but most people don't have three million dollars in cash just laying around.

00:32:56.420 But if you're busy shaking down the Chinese communists for millions of dollars and if you're busy shaking down Ukrainian oligarchs for millions of dollars, that has a way of producing millions of dollars of cash laying around.

00:33:10.840 And I'll point out also that we do not know from GPS data whether or not Hunter Biden was, in fact, sitting next to Joe Biden when he sent that text.

00:33:22.420 We would if the Biden DOJ had allowed the investigators to examine that GPS data.

00:33:30.600 But explicitly, according to the IRS whistleblowers, the Biden DOJ said, no, you are not allowed to check on GPS whether Hunter was telling the truth, whether he's physically sitting next to Joe Biden.

00:33:44.060 Because as we've talked about at great length, it seems there's no higher priority for the Biden DOJ than protecting the Biden White House from any account of accountability or culpability for his criminal conduct.

00:34:00.400 But we do know that there's a photo of Hunter Biden outside of his father's Delaware home on the exact day that he sent the text to his Chinese business partner.

00:34:15.160 So that certainly suggests there's a lot of smoke there and the corporate media has no interest in examining the fire that produced that smoke.

00:34:24.940 James Comer is a guy that we've had on this show before, and he is a pretty mild guy.

00:34:31.320 I don't know of a single instance where I can say he was, you know, on the record as overstating something and having to walk it back with this investigation.

00:34:40.100 He's very, very methodical, very cool, calm and collected.

00:34:44.960 He has been telegraphing that this is just the tip of the iceberg and more direct links of cash to the Biden president, the president Biden, right?

00:34:55.380 Joe Biden from this family business is going to be coming out this week.

00:35:00.980 I think it's going to shock everybody.

00:35:03.820 Well, we already have a check that Joe Biden's brother, James Biden, wrote to Joe.

00:35:11.260 And it is a check for $200,000 from his brother in 2018.

00:35:18.440 And it is the same day that a distressed rural hospital operator wired $200,000 to James Biden and his wife, Sarah Biden, to their bank account.

00:35:30.700 And by the way, in their bankruptcy filing, they said they were hiring Bidens for political influence.

00:35:38.960 They were solely hiring them because they thought they could bring an investor in from overseas and have political influence over their company to maybe help them when they were in financial distress.

00:35:49.880 That's in their actual documents from their bankruptcy filing that no one in the media is covering as well.

00:35:56.720 Well, the Daily Caller has covered it.

00:35:58.900 And here's what they said.

00:36:00.280 They said, quote, in 2018, James Biden received $600,000 in loans from AmeriCorps, a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator.

00:36:10.880 According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received those loans, quote, based upon representations that his last name, Biden, could open doors and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections.

00:36:28.280 Now, you might say, OK, that's James.

00:36:31.260 That's the brother.

00:36:32.060 He's just selling influence and access.

00:36:34.160 Well, except for the fact that he wrote a $200,000 check.

00:36:39.480 And in fact, the Daily Caller continues, quote, on March 1st, 2018, AmeriCorps wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, not their business bank account.

00:36:50.240 And then on that very day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from the same personal bank account to Joe Biden.

00:36:59.420 So it's very hard for Joe Biden to claim he has nothing to do with it when the check is made out to Joe Biden for that exact amount.

00:37:07.100 Yeah, this is going to be very big.

00:37:09.380 We're going to keep covering it here and breaking news on it on verdict.
