00:04:47.440 And I got to say, it is stunning what is in these newly declassified documents.
00:04:55.100 So they reveal, quote, confidential conversations
00:05:00.560 between members of the Democratic National Committee
00:05:03.760 and George Soros' Open Society Foundation
00:05:06.820 that occurred before the 2016 election.
00:05:10.820 And in particular, according to the declassified files,
00:05:14.600 Hillary Clinton personally approved a plan
00:05:17.820 that had been proposed by her foreign policy advisor,
00:05:21.160 a woman named Julianne Smith, to, quote,
00:05:23.820 smear Donald Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion
00:05:28.620 by the Russian special services in the pre-election process
00:05:32.060 to benefit the Republican candidate.
00:05:34.600 And by the way, Julianne Smith was later appointed
00:05:37.520 to serve as ambassador to NATO under President Joe Biden.
00:05:40.820 So it turned out this was a profitable role for her
00:05:45.040 to be involved in this massive hoax.
00:05:48.780 There's an email in particular that is really remarkable.
00:05:52.020 It was written by Open Society Foundation's senior vice president,
00:05:56.320 a fellow named Leonard Bernardo.
00:05:58.580 And it was dated July 27th, 2016.
00:06:01.920 And here's what it says, quote,
00:06:04.020 HRC, HRC stands for Hillary Rodham Clinton,
00:06:06.520 approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russian hackers
00:06:11.660 hampering U.S. elections.
00:06:13.180 This is in July of 2016.
00:06:15.700 That should distract people from her own missing email,
00:06:21.000 especially if the affair goes to the Olympic level.
00:06:25.660 And his email continues, quote,
00:06:28.040 the point is making the Russian play a U.S. domestic issue.
00:06:32.960 In absence of direct evidence,
00:06:37.100 CrowdStrike and ThreatConnect will supply the media
00:06:42.240 and GRU, which is the foreign intelligence arm of Russia,
00:06:47.460 will hopefully carry on to give more facts.
00:06:52.940 And, look, I've got to say, this is Hillary explicitly signing on
00:06:58.980 and counting on the assistance.
00:07:04.480 And then he goes on to say,
00:07:07.420 he says that the Clinton campaign's plan included, quote,
00:07:14.420 raising the theme of Putin's support for Trump
00:07:17.540 and pushing public opinion to, quote,
00:07:20.520 equate the Russian leader's influence campaign
00:07:24.060 with actual election infrastructure hacking.
00:07:27.400 And it involved distributing, quote,
00:07:30.280 the necessary information through the FBI-affiliated
00:07:34.180 technical structures, in particular,
00:07:36.780 the CrowdStrike and ThreatConnect companies,
00:07:38.880 from where the information would then be disseminated
00:07:42.380 through leading U.S. opinion, publications.
00:07:46.560 And that's another email from Bernardo.
00:07:48.740 And then the email predicts,
00:07:51.240 and this is stunning,
00:07:53.960 that the FBI would, quote,
00:07:56.560 put more oil into the fire
00:07:59.420 of the Russia collusion narrative.
00:08:01.660 This was an explicit plan
00:08:05.580 by the Hillary Clinton campaign
00:08:08.360 and by Hillary Clinton herself
00:08:09.820 to use the FBI to spread a lie about Donald Trump.
00:08:14.700 And it was in order to try to win the election.
00:08:16.940 And thank God the American people were not deceived
00:08:19.100 and they elected Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.
00:08:22.540 When it went to the FBI,
00:08:24.520 how they categorized at the time
00:08:26.460 the dossier and everything else,
00:08:27.920 it was paid for by Hillary Clinton,
00:08:30.100 partially, her campaign,
00:08:31.660 and then the Democratic National Committee.
00:08:33.940 They created it out of thin air
00:08:35.720 and then they went to the FBI
00:08:38.160 and even the FBI had classified,
00:08:41.060 if I remember correctly,
00:08:42.060 as, quote, user-generated
00:08:43.800 and even offered,
00:08:45.260 I think it was like a million dollars to Steele
00:08:48.160 if he could verify any of this dossier,
00:08:51.360 which he never got paid on
00:08:52.640 because he couldn't do it.
00:08:54.160 Well, the Steele dossier
00:08:55.500 was designed to be a lie.
00:08:57.700 And it was straight-out opposition research.
00:08:59.640 It was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign
00:09:01.620 and it was paid for by the DNC.
00:09:03.840 They paid over a million dollars
00:09:05.580 and they hid the fees.
00:09:08.120 They hid them as, quote,
00:09:09.740 legal fees to their law firm's Perkins Coie.
00:09:13.760 They had 5.6 million in legal fees
00:09:16.040 that were paid in one bill
00:09:17.140 and they hid that amount in there.
00:09:20.100 And once they created the Steele dossier
00:09:23.160 that just made blatant lies about Donald Trump,
00:09:26.200 they then gave it to the FBI
00:09:28.500 and Obama, DOJ, and FBI officials
00:09:31.980 were active in covering up
00:09:34.060 that this came from the Hillary Clinton campaign.
00:09:36.520 And understand,
00:09:37.060 this is during the presidential campaign.
00:09:39.100 This is while the campaign is in full speed.
00:09:42.980 This false oppo research document
00:09:45.620 that was just concocted,
00:09:46.680 it was just created out of whole cloth,
00:09:48.880 it became the basis
00:09:50.140 for then an FBI investigation.
00:09:52.940 And that FBI investigation
00:09:54.620 was then eagerly leaked
00:09:58.620 to the press
00:10:00.060 and the press breathlessly reported on it.
00:10:02.360 And the fact
00:10:03.020 that the FBI was investigating it
00:10:05.460 took it as confirmation
00:10:07.360 that Vladimir Putin
00:10:09.960 was behind the Trump campaign.
00:10:11.680 And the entire operation
00:10:15.100 was a deliberate
00:10:16.840 and false misleading campaign.
00:10:23.100 They knew that it was.
00:10:25.580 And, you know,
00:10:26.200 here's one thing John Solomon
00:10:28.080 says about the Durham Annex

00:10:35.580 If it is authenticated

00:11:25.860 and the New York Times
00:11:26.700 are very reluctant
00:11:28.420 to cover what's being released now
00:11:29.940 because it shows
00:11:30.820 that they operated
00:11:32.080 essentially as misinformation
00:11:33.720 arms of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
00:11:36.080 They did it at first
00:11:37.120 hoping to win the election

00:11:39.180 but then after the election was over,

00:11:43.740 they did it within the government
