00:06:44.100The DSA is pushing for an expansion of the House, which they argue is a more accurate representation of the population.
00:06:50.920And they want the Supreme Court to be replaced by a judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.
00:06:56.660The new platform comes as the DSA hits 120,000 members, which they say is now the largest socialist organization in the country.
00:07:06.040The agenda will essentially serve as a rallying call as they try to build on the winds of left-wing candidates in recent primaries.

00:22:32.200I think that's the reason why he will be a great attorney general.
00:22:34.980Yeah. And look, the Democrats, not a single Democrat disputed a word I said. They didn't dispute the chaos of the open borders. They didn't dispute that this administration has secured the border, that illegal border crossings are down 99 percent, that the murder rate is down 20 percent, the drug overdose deaths are down 20 percent.
00:22:53.080They can't dispute any of that. So instead, they just scream how much they hate Trump.
00:22:58.800And I'll tell you, look, at the end of the day, it was a bad hearing for the Democrats because none of them laid a glove on on Todd Blanchett.

00:23:10.980There was another hearing this past week in Capitol Hill where Chris Wright, the secretary of energy, a very good friend of mine, was testifying.
00:23:17.860And he was testifying about the shocking revelation that the Biden administration in the last two months of the administration between Election Day and when Trump was sworn in shoveled ninety three billion dollars out of the Department of Energy, mostly to left wing cronies.

00:32:32.520much of that is being paid for by a communist named Neville Roy Singham who has deep ties to
00:32:41.340the Chinese Communist Party. And listen, we're in a race, America and China, to see who will
00:32:47.420develop AI first. If China wins, it will put China in a position to dominate the world economically,
00:32:53.480but also whichever country wins, the values of that country will dominate AI. So if China wins,
00:33:02.420AI will be dominated by Communist Party control and surveillance and propaganda and espionage
00:33:10.640and I think all of us want AI to instead reflect American values, to reflect free speech and
00:33:18.160individual liberty and free enterprise. Well, a bit of good news, which is the Trump Department
00:33:24.740of Justice is doing exactly that. It's following the money and it's holding people to account.
00:33:29.380Let me read from a story in CBS News. Husband of Code Pink founder being investigated under
00:33:34.660federal foreign agent and tax laws. Neville Roy Singham, the wealthy husband of the founder of
00:33:40.440the progressive non-profit Code Pink and the benefactor of far-left political causes is under
00:33:46.340criminal investigation by a grand jury in the Southern District of New York, according to
00:33:51.120multiple sources with knowledge of the matter. The investigation began by looking into possible
00:33:55.500violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and has since expanded into a criminal tax probe
00:34:01.460over whether the money was unlawfully funneled through non-profits he controls and whether he
00:34:08.040lied on the tax forms for those non-profits known as 990s. Singham is a major financial backer
00:34:16.540of a New York City-based non-profit called the People's Forum, a left-leaning non-profit that
00:34:22.380advocates for causes impacting the working class and other marginalized groups. He's also the
00:34:27.860founder of ThoughtWorks, an IT consulting company, and is married to Jody Evans, co-founder of the
00:34:33.540anti-war group Code Pink. Singham sold ThoughtWorks to a private equity firm in 2017
00:34:41.000for $785 million. At around the same time, Singham moved his business operations to Shanghai, China
00:34:50.780and began funding a vast global network of non-profits and think tanks to the tune of
00:34:58.360hundreds of millions of dollars. According to reports of the Free Press and the New York Times,
00:35:05.680Singham moved the funds through shell companies and other opaque entities, advancing his brand
00:35:11.140of leftist politics while pushing pro-Beijing messaging. He injected much of his own money
00:35:19.060into Code Pink, funding up to a quarter of its operation, according to reports. Soon,
00:35:25.660Code Pink softened its stance on China, which had previously been highly critical of Beijing's
00:35:31.600human rights policies. Among other things, the group defended China against widespread reports
00:35:37.300its government was committing genocide against a Muslim minority group in the country's far
00:35:42.480northwest. So I and numerous other senators on the Judiciary Committee have urged the Department
00:35:48.260of Justice to look into this. Chuck Grassley wrote a letter urging DOJ to do that. Here's
00:35:54.580what Grassley's letter said, quote, evidence suggests that the People's Forum and Code Pink
00:35:58.620have been funded and influenced by Mr. Neville Roy Singham and the communist Chinese government,
00:36:04.600both of which are foreign principles. The evidence also suggests that the People's Forum and Code
00:36:09.460Pink have engaged in covered political activities that directly advance the communist Chinese
00:36:15.020government's political and policy interest. And by the way, Neville Roy Singham's response to that
00:36:23.020That is, quote, I categorically deny and repudiate any suggestion that I am a member of, work for, take orders from or follow instructions of any political party or government or their representatives.
00:36:33.740I am solely guided by my beliefs, which are long held personal views.
00:36:38.720So, well, there's going to be an investigation into it.
00:36:41.140I don't know if this guy is just a communist who hates America and wants to destroy our nation, or if he's a communist who hates America and wants to destroy our nation, who is working directly for and may even be funded by the Chinese communist government.
00:36:53.720That's one of the things that I would imagine the investigation will examine.
00:36:57.220Either way, I am very glad the Department of Justice is examining the hundreds of millions of dollars he is using to fund the people that are tearing our country apart.

00:37:52.940You know, there was a report from the Bitcoin Policy Institute that says for the past five years, nonprofits funded by Neville Roy Singham have been putting out papers opposing export controls on advanced semiconductors to China, putting out newsletters quoting Chinese communist officials blasting America's approach to technology, and articles characterizing U.S. data centers as fronts in the, quote, new Cold War on China.0.66
00:38:22.940And this is a deliberate foreign influence effort that is targeting the American economy.
00:38:31.440It's targeting A.I. It's trying to get America to stop leading an A.I.
00:38:36.160And it's trying ultimately to defeat capitalism and destroy our country.0.79
