00:01:48.140 So the first one we're doing is with the owner

00:01:54.660 And AmeriCorps Health was the healthcare company

00:01:56.580 where James Biden, the president's brother,

00:01:59.840 approached them because he heard

00:02:03.280 and said that because he's a Biden

00:02:06.120 and because of his brother's contacts

00:02:09.240 in the Middle East,

00:02:10.280 that he could help them acquire all the capital

00:02:14.560 they needed to get back on their feet

00:02:18.180 But they were going to have to pay Jim Biden first.

00:02:21.140 And they gave him $600,000.

00:02:26.660 Jim Biden completely defrauded AmeriCorps Health.

00:02:29.920 He never provided any funding or anything else.

00:02:32.960 But what's ironic about this for Joe Biden,

00:02:42.580 from AmeriCorps Health.

00:02:43.580 They sent a check to Jim Biden for $200,000.

00:02:51.960 that $200,000 check from AmeriCorps Health,

00:02:55.020 they wrote Joe Biden a check

00:02:56.700 for the exact same amount, $200,000.

00:06:36.380 on Jim Biden's bank statements,

00:06:39.360 they tried to say that $600,000 payment was a loan.

00:06:46.260 of our investigation, because from the notes

00:06:48.900 that the whistleblowers have turned over,

00:06:51.440 we know that, you know, sometime in 2018,

00:06:55.200 the Bidens figured out that the IRS

00:06:57.140 was breathing down their necks.

00:06:59.420 They knew that they had all these suspicious activity reports

00:07:02.880 from the banks that were accusing them of money laundering

00:07:05.280 and having shell companies

00:07:06.340 and potentially taking bribes.

00:07:09.140 And they changed the way they were operating.

00:07:12.340 They went from receiving wires directly through the shelves

00:07:15.320 to receiving payments and calling them loans.

00:07:20.160 And the reason you would do that...

00:07:21.840 I want to stop and unpack a lot of that.

00:07:24.200 So we hear from the Democrats,

00:07:27.040 we hear from the corrupt corporate media,

00:07:28.880 there's no evidence, no evidence, no evidence,

00:07:31.160 especially no evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.

00:07:34.020 So I want to break down,

00:07:34.780 because you had a lot of substance there.

00:07:36.080 On the shell companies, how many Biden shell companies

00:07:39.640 did y'all uncover?

00:07:41.620 20. And let me make sure everyone understands this.

00:07:44.240 A shell company is a company with no assets

00:07:46.720 and no known purpose.

00:07:48.840 So the bank email that we released two weeks ago

00:07:52.020 showed the bank examiner saying,

00:07:53.920 you know, they got this wire from China,

00:07:55.860 and he says it's an investment company,

00:07:58.340 but it's an investment company with no investments.

00:08:00.840 And then the account that it went through

00:08:03.260 was essentially a dormant account.

00:08:04.960 So there's evidence that the bank examiners,

00:08:08.060 and if you look at,

00:08:09.180 and also the suspicious activity reports,

00:08:11.100 the banks knew these were shell companies.

00:08:13.440 And the banks did everything

00:08:14.820 they were supposed to do by notifying Treasury

00:08:17.860 that, wait a minute,

00:08:18.960 this politically exposed family,

00:08:21.240 they're getting wires from our enemies around the world.

00:08:24.220 We don't know what these wires are for.

00:08:25.900 And they're going through companies

00:08:27.140 that have no known purpose or no assets.

00:08:29.320 So shell companies, they're not real businesses.

00:08:31.560 This is not a dry cleaner.

00:08:32.940 This is not a gas station.

00:08:34.440 There are no employees.

00:08:36.860 They're not a business in any sense.

00:08:40.000 and it's a legal entity created to send money to,

00:08:42.360 and it's what is often used for money laundering.

00:08:45.720 It's what's often used to hide the source of the money.

00:08:50.660 And you mentioned the suspicious activity reports.

00:08:54.200 So let me ask for our listeners,

00:08:56.640 what is a suspicious activity report,

00:08:58.660 and how many of them were filed on the Bidens?

00:09:02.000 A suspicious activity report is when the bank notifies the Treasury cabinet

00:09:06.780 that they believe their client may have committed a crime.

00:09:11.540 Now, I want everyone to understand this.

00:09:13.540 Banks don't just do this nonchalantly,

00:09:15.840 like the Washington Post tried to say.

00:09:18.200 No bank wants to file a suspicious activity report, Senator,

00:09:21.140 because when you do,

00:09:22.360 that invites the bank examiners to come in

00:09:24.880 and investigate you.

00:09:27.260 And the last thing a bank wants to do

00:09:28.920 is see bank examiners walk through the front door.

00:09:30.940 The Bidens had 170 suspicious activity reports filed against him,

00:09:37.160 which is unprecedented.

00:09:38.680 I was the director of a bank for over a decade.

00:09:40.680 Never has anyone received more than one or two

00:09:44.220 that was affiliated with my bank.

00:09:46.780 And the fact that this family got 170 0.80

00:09:49.840 from six different banks on dozens of different accounts

00:09:54.580 showed that there's something bad going on here

00:09:56.980 because the banks are notifying the Treasury.

00:10:01.340 We believe the vice president's family

00:10:04.540 are involved in some type of fraud.

00:10:07.540 Well, and James, let me make sure I understand this.

00:10:11.480 Suspicious activity reports are relatively rare.

00:10:14.180 There's something that the bank files with the Treasury Department

00:10:16.860 when they believe there may be evidence of criminal conduct.

00:10:20.720 And if you or I or Ben went and created a shell company,

00:10:24.300 a company that did nothing, that had no employees,

00:10:26.580 that was not a going business,

00:10:28.240 and that shell company began getting

00:10:30.880 multi-million dollar wires from China,

00:10:34.180 from Russia, from Ukraine,

00:10:36.400 that would be the sort of conduct

00:10:38.000 that would trigger a suspicious activity report

00:10:40.160 if any of us did that.

00:10:41.380 Is that right?

00:10:42.760 That's exactly right.

00:10:43.700 And we released an email last week

00:10:45.420 that kind of showed the thought process

00:10:47.520 by a bank examiner.

00:10:49.160 He was communicating with his superior,

00:10:52.660 and in the end,

00:10:53.720 they filed a suspicious activity report,

00:10:56.060 and this email kind of outlines it.

00:10:58.340 The bank examiner said,

00:10:59.260 wait a minute,

00:11:00.040 you know, this account is pretty much dormant.

00:11:03.120 We don't know what this company is.

00:11:05.180 All we know is that the president's son owns it.

00:11:08.480 He got a $5 million wire from China.

00:11:11.140 We had to contact him to prevent a thar. 1.00

00:11:14.340 We said, I'm sorry, Mr. Biden,

00:11:16.200 we need to know what this wire was,

00:11:18.320 and he said it was a loan.

00:11:20.060 And there's like, oh, a loan from China?

00:11:22.100 Well, we need the loan documentation,

00:11:24.240 and he said, I don't have any,

00:11:26.140 which is ridiculous.

00:11:27.400 No one would loan anyone $5 million

00:11:29.320 without having some type of loan documentation.

00:11:35.280 because we know China influences politicians

00:12:15.780 you said early on, the Biden family business,

00:12:19.540 they would just get wires from overseas

00:12:21.460 that were payments through these shell companies.

00:12:26.620 when the IRS started coming after them

00:13:42.360 you didn't have to put that on your taxes,

00:13:44.120 and the IRS would never know about it.

00:13:45.820 And secondly, and this is the most obvious,

00:13:49.900 you don't have to pay taxes on it then,

00:13:51.840 if it's a loan.

00:13:53.260 And that's why I always said

00:13:55.060 we're going to follow the bank records.
