00:00:41.140 So how many phone calls do we know about between Joe Biden and various international business associates of Hunter?
00:00:48.360 And how many meetings do we know about between Joe Biden and various international associates of Hunter?
00:00:53.500 Well, Devin Archer, in his transcribed interview, testified that there were at least 20.
00:00:59.840 Now, at least 20 could be anywhere from 20 to 100.

00:01:06.140 And now we know that Joe had lunch with some of these people.
00:01:10.320 We didn't know he had lunch with the Russian oligarch who had sent Hunter Biden three and a half million dollars.
00:01:17.120 While Joe Biden was vice president, the same Russian oligarch who, when Joe Biden became president, was the one oligarch he left off the sanctions list when Russia invaded Ukraine.
00:01:28.040 So, OK, just say that again, because I think it's important for our listeners and our viewers.
00:01:35.320 The Democrats, the White House, the corporate media, they all say there's no evidence of corruption, no evidence of corruption and no evidence of Joe Biden's corruption.
00:01:43.260 Just say what you just said again, because that is completely contrary to the talking points of the other side.
00:01:50.620 One of the things we found out when we interviewed Devin Archer was that Joe Biden actually had lunch with the female oligarch from Russia, the former mayor of Moscow's wife, the wealthiest lady in Russia.
00:02:09.980 She had sent Hunter Biden three and a half million dollars while Joe Biden was vice president.
00:02:16.000 And we have no idea what the Bidens did to receive the three and a half million dollars.
00:02:20.960 That's one of the questions we would ask Hunter Biden in his deposition.
00:02:25.700 So we didn't know Joe Biden would act like he'd never met her.
00:02:28.920 But Archer said, yeah, they had they had a very long lunch or dinner, like like several hours.
00:02:35.380 Do we know where they had lunch or dinner? Do we know that?
00:02:37.400 I think it was Cafe Milano, but I'm not I'm not 100 percent certain.
00:02:42.560 And when Joe Biden became president and when Russia invaded Ukraine, he announced sanctions against all the oligarchs in Russia, except one.
00:02:54.740 The lady who had sent Hunter Biden three and a half million dollars.
00:02:57.700 And in the updated because they've updated these sanctions throughout this war with Ukraine.
00:03:02.520 Have they ever then added her name to that list?
00:03:06.500 Because several times they've updated and added new people to that list.
00:03:09.600 Or has she been protected to date by the Biden crime family?
00:03:14.740 She's been protected to date.
00:03:16.520 So, look, there's an important thing to underscore.
00:03:18.460 And we've talked about this at length on verdict.
00:03:21.360 Bribery, as everyone knows who listens to this pod, requires a quid pro quo, Latin for this, for that.
00:03:28.840 And so you need the this, the payment, the benefit, and you need it in exchange for that.
00:03:35.040 And that is typically a government, either an affirmative failure or declining to do something that because of the payment.
00:03:44.300 In this instance, three and a half million dollars from a Russian oligarch to Hunter.
00:03:49.960 And again, and James, jump in if anything I'm saying is wrong, but there's no indication Hunter did anything of value, has any expertise in anything relating to Russia, has any services, has any skills, did anything that someone would pay three and a half million dollars for.
00:04:07.080 We do know that that along with the payment, this Russian oligarch has lunch or dinner with Joe Biden while he is vice president.
00:04:18.440 So that is direct access, direct conversation to Joe.
00:04:23.960 Hey, you know, I'm giving your son three and a half million dollars.
00:04:26.560 You know, we don't know he said that, but it'd be kind of weird in the conversation that if either she or Hunter didn't tell daddy, hey, this is the person that gave me three and a half million dollars, particularly if this is not proven, although we know the laptop makes reference with regard to China to 10 percent for the big guy.
00:04:46.900 And to the extent that there is a pattern of Joe profiting directly off of Hunter's revenue, he would have a real reason to care about the three and a half million.
00:04:57.320 But the thing that is new that is connected here is that when Joe becomes president and he puts in sanctions on Russian oligarchs, the one person that is miraculously left off is the oligarch that gave Hunter three and a half million dollars.
00:05:14.000 So that's a second example of a quo.
00:05:16.900 We've talked quite a bit about the firing of Viktor Shokin.
00:05:20.100 Viktor Shokin was the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating Burisma, the oligarch that owned Burisma, paid Hunter a million dollars a year, and Joe Biden got him fired.
00:05:30.300 That's a quo that would, I believe, support a bribery claim.
00:05:35.860 This is a second quo that could support a bribery claim, which is not listing someone for sanctions who otherwise should be listed and who would have been listed, but for the payment to your family member.

00:09:46.880 Well, where is the indictment for Joe Biden?
00:09:49.980 Because it's Joe Biden that's performing the government favors.
00:09:54.020 And the closest analog I can find to someone who has done conduct similar to what Joe Biden did,
00:10:02.240 although not as brazen, not as large scale, not as lucrative, not involving as many countries,
00:10:09.820 the closest analogy is Bob Menendez to Joe Biden.
00:10:13.160 And if they're indicting Bob Menendez, why on earth are they not indicting Joe?

00:11:06.500 Well, one of the things that I wanted to get in here on the on the tax crimes that he was indicted on,
00:11:11.540 that's from his W-2 from Burisma.
00:11:15.860 So that's like the most obvious thing.

00:11:20.900 And whether he was supposed to be on the board or not, whether it was ethical or not,
00:11:26.320 it wasn't illegal for him to be on the board.
00:11:28.400 He gets a W-2, which that's on the up and up.
00:11:31.340 He just didn't pay taxes on it.
00:11:33.560 He failed to pay taxes on the millions of dollars he got from Burisma that's listed on his W-2.
00:11:39.940 What he's never been pressed on are these millions of dollars in loans
00:11:46.180 and all these fake write-offs that he had in these show companies.
00:11:50.760 I mean, he probably owes six or seven million more dollars that he hasn't been prosecuted on yet.

00:12:00.400 So, James, tell us about about the fake write-offs,
00:12:03.320 because that's something that doesn't get discussed much.
00:12:06.460 Yeah, well, you know, so in these show companies, so he would wire, you know,
00:12:10.620 say he got a $5 million wire.
00:12:12.360 Then he would wire different, you know, maybe $5 million wires to five different show companies.
00:12:19.220 And then he would take half that money and wire it to various Biden family members.
00:12:24.680 He'd keep the other half in the shell and he would pay for basic living expenses.
00:12:29.840 And he would pay for things like prostitutes and drugs.
00:12:32.840 And he would write them off as a business deduction.
00:12:36.420 So, at the end of the day, he didn't pay any taxes on his LRB.
00:12:38.980 Did you just say prostitutes and drugs were business deductions for Hunter Biden?

00:12:43.260 That was part of the indictment in California.

00:12:47.280 He joined a sex club in California and paid for it out of a shell company that he claimed was his law firm,

00:17:25.860 Well, the fact that he, we've found five payments to Joe Biden, that we trace the source
00:17:32.480 of the payment directly from his family's influence peddling scheme.
00:17:36.100 So when Joe Biden says that he's never benefited from his family's influence peddling scheme,
00:17:43.100 that is a lie.
00:17:44.420 We have $250,000.
00:17:46.500 That's a quarter of a million dollars, which for the self-proclaimed poorest guy in Congress,
00:17:51.980 that's, that's a lot of money.
00:17:53.700 $250,000 directly to Joe Biden's back pocket from his family's influence peddling schemes.
00:18:00.640 They want to say that it was a loan repayment, which that's a whole nother story.
00:18:04.140 If, if you pay me back $250,000, Senator, then somewhere before you pay me back, I should
00:18:11.400 have a check to you for $250,000.
00:18:13.780 They don't have that, but let's, you know, I don't want to get into the weeds.
00:18:16.800 So let's, the 250, give us the details of the 250.

00:18:22.220 And, and where does it look like the money came from?
00:18:24.200 $200,000 came from Jim Biden and Sarah Biden to Joe Biden.

00:18:33.780 That was an influence peddling scheme led by Jim Biden.

00:18:37.300 Then $40,000 went from, uh, uh, Jim and Sarah Biden to Joe Biden that came from China.
00:18:45.920 That was the 10% of $400,000.
00:18:49.300 That was the company that Bobulinski said was going to be 10% held for the big guy.
00:18:54.360 Uh, they got $400,000 wire.
00:18:56.740 Hold on.
00:18:57.220 I got, I got to stop you there because that's, I'm following this pretty closely.

00:19:03.400 So, so I'm aware of the 10% for the big guy that, that, that was in the information on
00:19:08.880 Hunter's laptop.
00:19:11.040 What I was not aware of is that you now have a payment from China and direct evidence, by
00:19:19.900 the way, not circumstantial, direct evidence of a 10% payment straight to Joe Biden.
00:19:24.940 Is that, is that right?
00:19:25.700 Elaborate on that because the fact that the big guy is being paid 10%, the exact amount,
00:19:32.040 the exact 10%, not 11%, not 9%, 10% exactly what was reflected.
00:19:38.060 What Bobulinski told us that's pretty compelling.
00:19:41.220 So just to explain that again, it's, it's important not to miss this point.
00:19:44.880 If you'll remember the WhatsApp message where Hunter Biden was shaking down the, the Chinese
00:19:50.200 national saying, we expect you to fulfill your commitment, a commitment that was made while
00:19:54.640 Joe Biden was vice president.
00:19:56.160 Uh, he said, my dad's sitting here beside me and we're going to unleash our wrath on you.
00:20:01.040 If you don't, five days later, five business days later, $5 million pops into the, uh, Biden
00:20:08.640 account.
00:20:09.280 They immediately wire $400,000 to this shell company that was supposed to be the company
00:20:16.740 that, that, uh, Joe Biden was going to be 10% owner of, uh, according to Bobulinski from
00:20:23.200 that $400,000.
00:20:24.880 They start wiring different wires to different Biden family members in different shells.
00:20:30.680 This is called money laundering.
00:20:31.840 And it's confusing to explain.
00:20:33.800 And that's by design.
00:20:35.100 But anyway, they wire money to Jim Biden from that $400,000.
00:20:40.800 And he writes Joe a check for $40,000.
00:20:43.840 $40,000 is 10% of 400,000 in that particular shell that Joe Biden was supposed to have a
00:20:51.280 10% ownership in.
00:20:52.820 That money came directly from China.
00:20:55.300 That's very damning evident.
00:20:56.940 How close is the time period between the WhatsApp, the $5 million payment, the $400,000 payment,
00:21:04.060 and the $40,000 payment?
00:21:06.000 I mean, a month.
00:21:07.240 So this is all really closely compressed.
00:21:10.760 This is, this is, and remember you can, when you transfer money to an account, you have to
00:21:16.080 keep it in there at least 24 hours.
00:21:19.220 So, so, you know, a lot of times you say, oh, there's two or three days difference.
00:21:23.560 Well, maybe the bank wouldn't make it available.
00:21:25.760 A lot of times when you deposit money in a bank, you'll say your funds may not be available,
00:21:29.920 uh, for, for 24 hours or 48 hours or, or until next week.
00:21:35.560 So they got the money to Joe about as quick as you could do it in banking terms, going
00:21:42.520 through that many different accounts.
00:21:44.380 So then here's my question.
00:21:46.220 We've talked about the tax issues with, with Hunter Biden and, and, and James Biden.
00:21:52.360 I think there's some more questions there, but if all of this is happening and money is
00:21:57.340 running through to the president or then vice president, what are the liabilities that
00:22:03.560 we don't know about?
00:22:04.360 And I'm talking from a tax standpoint for the president of the United States of America,
00:22:08.540 America, because what we do know is there's money flowing in, then they claim its loans
00:22:13.380 and there's claiming there's repayment of loans, but we don't see the reclaim it payments.
00:22:17.080 So is that a tax issue for the president?
00:22:19.780 Second one I have is this.
00:22:21.220 If the bank accounts, these shell companies were acting as piggy banks for Hunter Biden and
00:22:28.600 the Biden crime family, we've also heard there were payments being made for things that benefited
00:22:33.840 the vice president and the president through things that were done at their house, his
00:22:38.520 house, home improvements, remodeling.
00:22:42.400 What other benefits was president Joe Biden receiving through this money that wasn't directly
00:22:48.320 coming to his bank account?
00:22:49.460 And would that be a tax issue in theory for the president of the United States of America?
00:22:53.240 I think so.
00:22:54.920 So a lot of these shell companies had credit cards.
00:22:58.000 So we got the bank account and it'll say, all right, we spent $15,000 this month on our
00:23:04.720 Citibank card or our Chase card or whatever.
00:23:07.420 We have to subpoena the credit card companies and start going down these bank statements.
00:23:13.180 I mean, this is stuff, this investigation is so big and so complex and so complicated.
00:23:19.440 I mean, we're moving as quickly as we can for a little old congressional staff.
00:23:24.180 This is stuff the IRS and the FBI and the Department of Justice are better suited to do,
00:23:28.920 but we're doing the best we can.
00:23:30.360 So we know from the laptop, there were things Hunter Biden was paying for a value for Joe,
00:23:35.840 like a new roof and a cell phone bill and things like that.
00:23:39.640 But the $250,000...

00:23:41.880 Did you just say Hunter Biden paid for a new roof for Joe Biden?

00:23:48.900 And remember, there's message from Hunter Biden to Hunter Biden's daughter saying, unlike
00:23:53.860 dad, I won't make you have to turn over 50% of your salary to me.
00:24:00.760 So there's lots of references in the laptop where Hunter Biden was complaining about having
00:24:06.420 to pay for stuff for Joe Biden.
00:24:08.540 That's why we wanted to depose him.
