00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.580 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.380 Welcome.
00:00:06.100 It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
00:00:09.160 And we have got a lot to cover on this episode.
00:00:12.340 On top of the fact that there is more breaking news coming out of the Biden crime family.
00:00:16.660 But we have a new FD1023 form that is alleging that the then Vice President Joe Biden was
00:00:24.080 involved in a $5 million bribery scheme with Burisma, Executive.
00:00:28.640 It's now been released by Senator Chuck Grassley.
00:00:31.840 We're going to go through that.
00:00:32.920 Plus, we also have some new breaking news that deals with corruption with the President's
00:00:39.840 sister, Valerie Biden.
00:00:42.560 Senator, let's start with this FD1023.
00:00:45.460 This comes on the heel of our two-part series that we did that went viral last week with
00:00:50.540 James Comer.
00:00:51.400 And thank you for everybody that shared this on social media.
00:00:53.880 It was in the top of the charts, both episodes at the same time, in the top 50 on Apple because
00:01:00.320 of great patriots like all of you that are listening that shared this on social media.
00:01:04.400 If you missed it, go back and listen to it because it was being downloaded by a lot of
00:01:09.840 people over the weekend as well.
00:01:11.580 People that may not have followed this story from the very beginning, Senator.
00:01:14.600 And now we have this FD1023.
00:01:17.420 Explain what this is and why this is so significant that Chuck Grassley has put it out.
00:01:21.920 Well, let me first underscore what you just said about Thursday and Friday's episodes
00:01:27.380 last week.
00:01:28.360 What we did Thursday and Friday was a two-part series where we did an exclusive interview
00:01:32.840 with James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
00:01:36.580 And he came immediately after an entire day of conducting hearings with the two IRS whistleblowers.
00:01:43.620 And he came and sat down with us for an hour.
00:01:46.760 And listen, anywhere else you get news about what's going on, you get it in a snippet.
00:01:50.840 You get it in a little bit here or there.
00:01:53.200 James goes on all sorts of shows.
00:01:55.080 He goes on things like Hannity.
00:01:56.400 I do Hannity all the time as well.
00:01:58.240 You know, you go on with Sean, you get maybe six or eight minutes.
00:02:01.700 We sat down with James for an hour, walking through in detail.
00:02:06.140 What are the facts?
00:02:07.300 What are the allegations?
00:02:08.800 What do we know?
00:02:10.020 What are the legal claims?
00:02:11.480 And it is for anyone that really wants to know what's the state of play in the evidence
00:02:17.680 that has amassed against Joe Biden, against Hunter Biden, against Merrick Garland.
00:02:22.420 Listen to Thursday and Friday's podcast, that two-part series.
00:02:26.380 It was designed to really encapsulate all of it.
00:02:29.920 Today's podcast follows up on that with another major development that occurred late last week,
00:02:35.420 which is late last week, Chuck Grassley and Chairman Comer together, released the FD-1023.
00:02:42.820 Now, we've talked a lot about the FD-1023.
00:02:45.160 That is the report the FBI made when a confidential human source made serious allegations of bribery
00:02:52.260 against Joe Biden from when he was the sitting vice president of the United States.
00:02:58.100 And you'll recall, I asked the deputy director of the FBI under oath, do you have the FD-1023?
00:03:04.040 He refused to acknowledge it.
00:03:05.700 I asked, will you give it to Congress?
00:03:07.400 He refused to commit to doing so.
00:03:09.560 Well, Grassley and Comer, they had a copy of it, and they essentially said, to hell with it.
00:03:14.540 We're putting it out.
00:03:15.460 And they released it.
00:03:16.600 I'm going to encourage everyone, go and read it.
00:03:18.700 It's four pages.
00:03:19.600 And when you read it, if you're not horrified, if you're not immediately asking, why didn't
00:03:28.200 the FBI seriously, thoroughly investigate this?
00:03:31.580 If you're not asking, why didn't this lead the six o'clock news on every station, then
00:03:37.960 you're not paying attention to the document.
00:03:39.900 So I think what is valuable for this podcast to do is for us to walk through what the document
00:03:45.980 says.
00:03:46.420 So as a document from the FBI, it says unclassified at the top of it.
00:03:50.640 And yet the FBI wanted to keep it secret, even though it was never classified.
00:03:55.260 An FD-1023 is a report from a confidential human source.
00:04:00.740 And it says at the top that it's a telephonic meeting that occurred on June 30th, 2020.
00:04:07.960 So before the last election.
00:04:10.440 And it says source reporting.
00:04:12.820 The confidential human source reported the following.
00:04:16.420 The first meeting with Burisma executives in Kiev, Ukraine in 2015 or 2016.
00:04:22.580 In late 2015 or 2016, during the Obama-Biden administration, the confidential human source
00:04:28.220 was first introduced to officials at Ukraine natural gas business Burisma Holdings.
00:04:32.460 Through and something is blocked out.
00:04:36.140 Alexander Ostapenko.
00:04:38.020 Confidential human source and Ostapenko traveled to Ukraine and went to Burisma's office that was
00:04:43.800 located 20 minutes away from the city center.
00:04:46.300 The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Burisma's interest in purchasing a U.S.-based oil and gas
00:04:51.700 business for purposes of merging it with Burisma for purposes of conducting an IPO in the U.S.
00:04:58.740 Burisma was willing to purchase a U.S.-based entity for $20 to $30 million.
00:05:03.400 At this meeting was the confidential human source, the confidential human source's business partner,
00:05:10.560 and there's a little bit redacted, Ostapenko, Burisma's CFO, Vadim Horjarski, a little bit more
00:05:21.180 is blocked out, and then Karina Zlochevsky, who's the daughter of Burisma's CEO and founder,
00:05:27.640 Mikhaila Zlochevsky, and her husband.
00:05:30.760 The conversation was in Russian.
00:05:33.680 During the meeting, Pojarski asked the confidential human source whether the confidential human source
00:05:39.200 was aware of Burisma's board of directors.
00:05:42.080 The confidential human source replied, no.
00:05:44.280 And Pojarski advised that the board members included, number one, the former president or
00:05:50.840 prime minister of Poland, and number two, Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden.
00:05:57.140 Pojarski said that Burisma hired the former president or prime minister of Poland to leverage
00:06:02.280 his contacts in Europe for prospective oil and gas deals.
00:06:05.900 And they hired Hunter Biden to, quote,
00:06:08.640 protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems.
00:06:16.400 The confidential human source asked why they, Burisma, needed to get the confidential human
00:06:21.320 sources assistance regarding the purchase merger of a U.S.-based company when Biden was on their
00:06:26.940 board.
00:06:28.400 Pojarski replied that Hunter Biden was not smart and they wanted to get additional counsel.
00:06:37.460 The group then had a general conversation about whether the purchase merger with a U.S.
00:06:43.680 company would be a good business decision.
00:06:46.800 OK, that's page one.
00:06:48.700 That's shocking, by the way.
00:06:49.960 Let's just let's just dissect that for a second, Senator.
00:06:53.140 You you basically have a confidential source saying here they're doing a massive deal.
00:06:59.140 The only thing that would involve the Biden crime family is influence peddling.
00:07:04.480 And that's what they're getting paid for here.
00:07:07.020 And you have this confidential source of saying, yeah, this is what they did.
00:07:10.900 This is how it worked.
00:07:12.040 They wanted influence in America.
00:07:13.700 They needed they need somebody to help them make this happen.
00:07:16.340 They had political clout and cover and it could make things happen and move things and get
00:07:21.620 things out of the way.
00:07:22.900 And that's what the Bidens were selling.
00:07:25.440 And let's be clear.
00:07:26.620 It's not what Hunter could do.
00:07:29.160 Go back and recall exactly what this says.
00:07:32.760 They hired Hunter Biden to, quote, protect us through his dad.
00:07:40.240 Yeah.
00:07:40.860 From all kinds of problems.
00:07:42.720 That's a quote.
00:07:44.480 That quote, if accurate, is what Hunter was selling is favors from daddy who was the sitting
00:07:52.160 vice president of the United States.
00:07:53.860 That is illegal.
00:07:54.940 You are not allowed to sell for profit favors from a sitting government official.
00:08:03.620 All right.
00:08:04.360 So that's page one.
00:08:05.420 But but but it actually astonishingly gets worse.
00:08:07.680 So it goes on from there, says meeting with confidential human source, Ostopenko and Michael
00:08:14.260 Zlochevsky in Vienna, Vienna, Austria in 2016, approximately one or two months after the
00:08:20.700 aforementioned Burisma meeting in Ukraine, the confidential human source traveled to Vienna,
00:08:25.280 Austria with Ostopenko and met with Michael Zlochevsky at an outside coffee shop.
00:08:31.040 The trio continue to talk about the feasibility of Burisma acquiring a U.S.-based entity.
00:08:36.000 The confidential human source recalled this meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made
00:08:42.100 a statement, a public statement about former Ukraine prosecutor general Victor Shokin being
00:08:49.140 corrupt and that he should be fired, slashed, removed from office.
00:08:54.320 The confidential human source told Zlochevsky that due to Shokin's investigation into Burisma,
00:09:01.320 which was made public at this time, it would have a substantial negative effect on Burisma's
00:09:08.360 perspective IPO in the United States.
00:09:12.060 Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of, quote, don't worry.
00:09:18.060 Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.
00:09:26.720 End quote.
00:09:29.060 Confidential human source did not ask any further questions about what that specifically meant.
00:09:34.280 Confidential human source asked Zlochevsky why Burisma would pay 20 to 30 million dollars
00:09:39.640 to buy a U.S. company for IPO purposes when it would be cheaper to just form a new U.S.
00:09:44.860 entity or purchase a corporate shell that was already listed on an exchange.
00:09:49.180 Zlochevsky responded that Hunter Biden advised Burisma that it could raise much more capital
00:09:55.740 if Burisma purchased a larger U.S.-based business that already had a history in the U.S. oil
00:10:03.380 and gas sector.
00:10:04.720 The confidential human source recalled Zlochevsky mentioned some U.S.-based gas businesses in
00:10:10.400 Texas, the names of which the confidential human source did not recall.
00:10:14.320 Zlochevsky mentioned the confidential human source advised Zlochevsky it would be problematic
00:10:24.100 to raise capital in the U.S. given Shokin's investigation into Burisma as nobody in the U.S.
00:10:31.560 would invest in a company that was the subject of a criminal investigation.
00:10:36.200 The confidential human source suggested it would be best if Burisma simply litigate the matter
00:10:41.860 in Ukraine and pay some attorney $50,000.
00:10:46.360 Zlochevsky said he, Burisma, would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma
00:10:53.280 was innocent.
00:10:55.860 Zlochevsky also laughed at the confidential human source's number of $50,000, not because of the
00:11:04.240 small amount, but because the number contained a five, and said that, quote, it cost $5 million
00:11:14.160 to pay one Biden and $5 million to another Biden.
00:11:21.020 Now, I've got to stop you there, Senator.
00:11:22.720 What this man is saying is, I straight up bribed the then Vice President of the United States
00:11:29.800 of America with $10 million that went into his family business that doesn't exist without
00:11:35.120 him and his position of power and laughed about the idea of paying $50,000 to a lawyer, but
00:11:43.260 it's normal to pay $10 million to the Biden family members to protect your interests.
00:11:50.280 That is bribery through and through.
00:11:53.140 Now, to be clear, in Ukraine and sadly in many of the former Soviet republics, bribery is a
00:11:59.780 fact of life.
00:12:00.560 It is how businesses behave.
00:12:02.020 They are used to bribing officials.
00:12:04.260 Public officials are on the take.
00:12:05.900 They collect money from companies.
00:12:07.780 That's how oligarchs get rich, is they bribe public officials.
00:12:10.960 The U.S. vice president, who is right now the sitting president of the United States,
00:12:16.120 is not supposed to be a corrupt Russian or Ukrainian oligarch.
00:12:21.140 Now, going back to the FD-1023, the confidential human source noted that at this time, it was
00:12:27.280 unclear to the confidential human source whether these alleged payments were already made.
00:12:32.700 The confidential human source told Zlochevsky that any such payments to the Bidens would
00:12:39.260 complicate matters, there's some understatement, and Burisma should hire, quote, some normal
00:12:46.560 U.S. oil and gas advisors because the Bidens have no experience with that business sector.
00:12:53.280 Zlochevsky made some comments that although Hunter Biden, quote, was stupid and his, Zlochevsky's
00:13:02.380 dog was smarter, end quote.
00:13:07.540 Zlochevsky needed to keep Hunter Biden on the board, quote, so everything will be okay.
00:13:14.180 So to be clear, they're admitting that Hunter Biden is dumb as a dog, and he's just the guy
00:13:21.480 we got to funnel the money through.
00:13:23.280 And it's Joe Biden that, keep your eye on the ball here, that's the guy we're really hiring.
00:13:27.980 Hunter Biden is useless, gives him nothing on the board, gives him nothing as advice, doesn't
00:13:35.060 know the language, doesn't know the industry, and a dog can help them more.
00:13:39.240 Yet, it's because of his father that they pay the money and funnel it through to the Biden
00:13:46.840 crime family.
00:13:47.620 Now, before I get into any more of this, I want to tell you about our friends at Chalk.

00:15:01.640 the promo code Ben.
00:15:02.720 Now, Senator, let's get back to this, again.
00:15:05.820 Hunter Biden, they're saying, is an idiot.
00:15:08.420 There's dogs that are more useful than he is when it comes to IQ.
00:15:12.320 Yet, we got to give $10 million to Biden crime family.
00:15:16.320 This is how we funnel the money.
00:15:17.700 Yeah, and let me be clear, Ben.
00:15:20.180 These are allegations.
00:15:22.140 We don't know if this is true.
00:15:24.040 We don't know if the confidential human source is telling the truth.
00:15:27.800 We don't know if Slochevsky said this.
00:15:30.220 I don't know Hunter Biden.
00:15:31.600 I don't know if he's smart or not.
00:15:33.080 I have no idea.
00:15:34.700 I know he went to Yale.
00:15:36.280 I don't know if that is because of daddy or not.
00:15:38.960 But I'm simply reading what the FBI form says, the confidential human source says that
00:15:47.040 Slochevsky said.
00:15:48.280 It could be false.
00:15:49.420 It could be true.
00:15:50.400 But I'll tell you, every paragraph contains bombshells.
00:15:55.040 The next sentence, the confidential human source inquired whether Hunter Biden or Joe Biden
00:16:02.760 told Slochevsky he should retain Hunter Biden.
00:16:07.280 Slochevsky replied, they both did.
00:16:13.340 That's a straight up allegation that Joe Biden told this Ukrainian oligarch, hire my son and
00:16:19.760 pay him money.
00:16:21.460 Presumably, if you want favors from me, the vice president.
00:16:25.860 The confidential human source reiterated his opinion that Slochevsky was making a mistake
00:16:31.480 and that he should fire Hunter Biden and deal with Shokin's investigation directly so that
00:16:35.960 the matter will remain an issue in Ukraine and not turn into some international matter.
00:16:41.820 Slochevsky responded something to the effect of.
00:16:45.120 Don't worry, this thing will go away anyway.
00:16:49.500 The confidential human source replied that notwithstanding Shokin's investigation, it was
00:16:54.580 still a bad decision for Burisma to spend 20 to 30 million dollars to buy a U.S.
00:16:59.400 business and that the confidential human source didn't want to be involved with the Biden
00:17:03.460 matter.
00:17:04.640 Slochevsky responded that he appreciated the confidential human source's advice, but that,
00:17:10.380 quote, it's too late to change his decision.
00:17:14.080 The confidential human source understood this to mean that Slochevsky had already paid the
00:17:20.780 Bidens, presumably to, quote, deal with Shokin.
00:17:25.680 So that's the end of the second beating.
00:17:28.960 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their
00:17:33.200 elected leaders and the world around them.
00:17:35.260 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.

00:17:53.880 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:17:59.580 All right.
00:18:00.160 Let me just say this.
00:18:01.460 And I understand you said earlier these are allegations, and that's a fair point.
00:18:05.160 I think it's a great point that we should highlight.
00:18:07.240 But let's look also, Senator, at the evidence for a second.
00:18:10.540 We know from suspicious activity reports, yes or no, that $10 million came to the Bidens.
00:18:15.760 More than that.
00:18:16.260 Okay.
00:18:17.220 And we know that the president of the United States of America is on tape saying that he
00:18:23.720 got the prosecutor fired in Ukraine that that was going to go after the corruption within
00:18:31.420 Burisma.
00:18:32.420 And he bragged about holding up U.S. dollars, a billion dollars to get him fired.
00:18:38.080 And that work, correct?
00:18:39.160 Yes, and to go back, to remember the first Trump impeachment, you remember the phrase
00:18:44.900 quid pro quo?
00:18:46.120 Yes.
00:18:46.440 Quid pro quo is a Latin phrase that means this for that.
00:18:50.420 And it's right at the heart of an allegation for bribery.
00:18:54.020 The this for that, the this is some form of official favor.
00:19:00.120 However, in this instance, there is no disputing that Joe Biden committed the quid, which is
00:19:07.820 that he went to Ukraine, that he threatened to withhold a billion dollars in American military
00:19:13.240 aid unless the Ukrainian president fired Viktor Shokin, the same guy that this FD 1023 is
00:19:19.600 talking about.
00:19:20.640 We know that Joe Biden said fire Shokin or else you're not getting the money.
00:19:26.000 And we know this because Joe Biden has confessed this in an interview with the Atlantic Council
00:19:31.160 on video.
00:19:32.000 You could watch it.
00:19:32.880 You can listen to it.
00:19:34.120 In fact, listen to it right now.
00:19:37.700 So this is we're going to play you right now.
00:19:40.600 Joe Biden admitting.
00:19:43.720 That he as vice president of the United States got Viktor Shokin fired.
00:19:49.840 Take a listen.
00:19:51.240 I was not I, but it just happened to be that was the assignment I got.
00:19:56.000 I I I got all the good ones.
00:19:57.700 And so I got Ukraine and I remember going over convincing our team or others to convincing
00:20:06.600 us that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
00:20:10.060 And I went over, I guess, the 12th, 13th time to Kiev.
00:20:14.540 And and I was going supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
00:20:20.320 And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action
00:20:27.160 against the state prosecutor.
00:20:28.660 And they didn't.
00:20:29.660 So they said they had they were walking out to the press conference and I said, I'm not
00:20:33.000 going to we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
00:20:36.480 They said, you have no authority.
00:20:37.960 You're not the president.
00:20:38.780 The president said I said, call him.
00:20:40.500 I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
00:20:44.440 I said, you're not getting a billion.
00:20:45.820 I'm going to be leaving here.
00:20:46.820 And I think it was about six hours.
00:20:48.180 I look, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
00:20:50.140 If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money.
00:20:53.180 Oh, son of a bitch.
00:20:55.440 You got fired.
00:20:56.260 There's the famous line, Senator.
00:21:00.220 That is an admission.
00:21:02.260 The quid occurred.
00:21:04.520 There is zero dispute that Joe Biden directly used his position as vice president to get
00:21:11.440 Victor Shokin fired, the prosecutor who was investigating Burisma.
00:21:15.420 That is undisputed.
00:21:16.600 The only question is, was the quid for the quo, for the 10 million dollars?
00:21:23.280 So if it is the case that the oligarch who owned Burisma paid Joe Biden and Hunter Biden
00:21:30.880 10 million dollars for that official act, then both are guilty of bribery, a felon, and
00:21:38.200 both should go to jail.
00:21:39.840 The only thing that is in question is, did Burisma pay for the quo that Joe Biden indisputedly
00:21:49.960 and that he admits he provided?
00:21:52.200 Now, you look at this document now, and again, if there wasn't so much supporting evidence,
00:21:59.540 you might just say, all right, well, this is just some random person making accusations.
00:22:04.480 But when you piece it all together now from what we have from suspicious activity reports,
00:22:09.040 what we have from whistleblowers, Senator, what we have from now the president and his
00:22:13.500 own admission, and now that we know the money came to the bank accounts and then was dispersed
00:22:18.000 to the Biden family, this may be the most damning connections that we've had, basically putting
00:22:24.040 the entire web together at one moment in time.
00:22:28.100 And there's more.
00:22:28.960 We're halfway through the FD 1023.
00:22:31.400 Just pause.
00:22:32.380 How the hell is this not on the news?
00:22:34.580 Yeah, none of it's on the news.
00:22:35.740 This is a public document.
00:22:37.240 You haven't seen this.
00:22:38.260 Ask yourself, have you heard any of what I'm telling you now?
00:22:42.400 And if not, why?
00:22:43.840 And if you haven't, look, you ought to be pissed off.
00:22:47.220 It's not like I have some state secret.
00:22:49.660 This is now a document released publicly.
00:22:53.240 And every fake journalist that runs around who's not talking about it is not talking about
00:22:59.040 it because they don't want you to know.
00:23:01.060 Yeah, they don't want to, you know, they don't want to cover it.
00:23:03.000 If they're not covering it, that means it doesn't happen, apparently.
00:23:05.500 And this is exactly why it was so important last week that both those episodes with James
00:23:09.900 Comer went viral.
00:23:11.280 So many of you patriots shared it because this is where we say, here's the info.
00:23:16.900 It's your job to get it out to every single person that can hear this.
00:23:20.480 Let me tell you real quick, though, about Augusta Precious Metals.

00:25:00.960 That's AugustaPreciousMetals.com.
00:25:03.720 Now, Senator, again, no one's covering this and the media knows this.
00:25:09.540 They can read this.
00:25:10.520 They have this document, as you just mentioned, like everyone else.
00:25:13.860 And this is just part of this.
00:25:15.080 We got to protect the president at all costs, right?
00:25:17.160 Because he's going to be the nominee.
00:25:19.220 And as of now, we can't get rid of him.
00:25:21.280 So we just act like it's not happening.
00:25:23.480 So let's keep reading this FBI report.
00:25:26.160 The next section.
00:25:27.200 Subsequent Telephone Calls Between Confidential Human Source and Zlochevsky.
00:25:32.360 2016-2017 Telephone Call.
00:25:36.440 Shortly after the 2016 U.S. election and during President Trump's transition period,
00:25:43.360 the Confidential Human Source participated in a conference call with Ostapenko and Zlochevsky.
00:25:48.520 The Confidential Human Source inquired whether Zlochevsky was happy with the U.S. election results.
00:25:54.940 Zlochevsky replied that he was not happy Trump won the election.
00:26:00.860 The Confidential Human Source asked Zlochevsky whether he was concerned about Burisma's involvement with the Bidens.
00:26:09.500 Zlochevsky stated that he didn't want to pay the Bidens and he was, quote, pushed to pay them.
00:26:16.600 The Confidential Human Source explained the Russian term Zlochevsky used to explain the payments was poluchili,
00:26:29.080 which literally translates to got it or received it,
00:26:35.900 but is also used in Russian criminal slang for being forced or coerced to pay.
00:26:43.660 Zlochevsky stated Shokin had already been fired and no investigation was currently going on
00:26:52.640 and that nobody would find out about his financial dealings with the Bidens.
00:26:57.920 Wow.
00:26:58.720 The Confidential Human Source then stated, quote,
00:27:01.540 I hope you have some backup proof for your words, namely that Zlochevsky was, quote,
00:27:08.580 forced to pay the Bidens.
00:27:11.700 Zlochevsky replied that he has many text messages and, quote,
00:27:17.760 recordings that could show that he was forced to make such payments.
00:27:24.020 The Confidential Human Source told Zlochevsky he should make certain that he should retain those recordings.
00:27:33.160 Zlochevsky asked whether it would make any legal difference whether he voluntarily made such payments
00:27:39.460 or if he was forced to make them.
00:27:42.880 Zlochevsky then asked the Confidential Human Source whether he could provide any assistance in Ukraine
00:27:48.220 with the Poroshenko regime if something were to happen to Zlochevsky in the future.
00:27:54.200 The Confidential Human Source replied that the Confidential Human Source
00:27:57.320 didn't want to get involved in any such matters.
00:28:00.600 Note, see the previous Confidential Human Source report dated March 1st, 2017.
00:28:08.180 We don't have that report.
00:28:09.260 We're in the Confidential Human Source reported the foregoing and stated the call took place
00:28:14.820 during the week of 2-27-2017.
00:28:18.860 At that time, the Confidential Human Source stated that Zlochevsky briefly discussed Hunter Biden,
00:28:24.860 but the topic was not relevant to Burisma's interest in acquiring a U.S.-based petroleum business
00:28:31.380 for 50 to 100 million dollars.
00:28:33.140 At this time, the Confidential Human Source also reported
00:28:36.780 aforementioned Vadim Pazharski was assigned by Burisma to manage the acquisition,
00:28:45.180 and he was planning to travel to Washington, D.C. in March of 2017.
00:28:50.400 Next section.
00:28:51.940 2019 telephone call.
00:28:54.900 After the aforementioned 2016 call,
00:28:57.900 the Confidential Human Source had no interactions with Zlochevsky or Burisma whatsoever.
00:29:02.340 until 2019.
00:29:05.020 In 2019, the Confidential Human Source met with Ostropenko
00:29:08.220 in London to discuss various business matters,
00:29:11.900 which had nothing to do with Zlochevsky, Burisma, the oil and gas industry.
00:29:16.160 The Confidential Human Source noted
00:29:17.980 that his meeting with Ostropenko took place at a, quote,
00:29:22.220 Russian coffeehouse near Knightsbridge Street,
00:29:26.320 located near Harrod's department store,
00:29:28.540 and that Ostropenko's fiancé lives in London.
00:29:34.100 At some point during the meeting,
00:29:36.240 Ostropenko advised the Confidential Human Source
00:29:38.500 that he was going to call Zlochevsky.
00:29:41.180 At this time, the Confidential Human Source understood
00:29:43.760 Zlochevsky was living somewhere in Europe.
00:29:47.260 During the call, Zlochevsky asked the Confidential Human Source
00:29:50.380 and or Ostropenko if they had read the recent news reports
00:29:55.140 about the investigations into the Bidens and Burisma.
00:29:59.780 And Zlochevsky jokingly asked the Confidential Human Source
00:30:02.760 if the Confidential Human Source was an, quote,
00:30:06.460 oracle due to the Confidential Human Source's prior advice
00:30:11.340 that Zlochevsky should not pay the Bidens,
00:30:13.720 but instead hire an attorney to litigate the allegations
00:30:16.400 concerning Shokin's investigation.
00:30:18.980 The Confidential Human Source mentions Zlochevsky
00:30:21.080 might have difficulty explaining suspicious wire transfers
00:30:24.680 that may evidence any illicit payments to the Bidens.
00:30:30.280 Zlochevsky responded that he did not send any funds
00:30:34.740 directly to the, quote, big guy.
00:30:39.340 Same phrase used elsewhere.
00:30:41.040 Yeah.
00:30:42.300 Parentheses, which the Confidential Human Source understood
00:30:45.660 was a reference to Joe Biden.
00:30:47.840 The Confidential Human Source asked Zlochevsky,
00:30:50.660 how many companies slash bank accounts Zlochevsky controls?
00:30:55.540 Zlochevsky responded that it would take them, investigators,
00:31:00.820 10 years to find the records, i.e.
00:31:06.240 illicit payments to Joe Biden.
00:31:08.880 The Confidential Human Source told Zlochevsky
00:31:11.380 if he ever needed help in the future
00:31:13.240 and wanted somebody in the U.S. government to speak,
00:31:15.460 wanted to speak to somebody in the U.S. government
00:31:16.960 about the matter,
00:31:18.000 the Confidential Human Source could introduce him to someone.
00:31:21.080 Now, to be clear,
00:31:21.860 we asked James Comer about that quote, right?
00:31:24.680 The 10 years.
00:31:25.980 This was just the arrogance of not only the Bidens,
00:31:29.360 but also Burisma.
00:31:31.240 They thought that they had perfected this scheme.
00:31:34.920 And, to be clear, Senator,
00:31:37.420 if Joe Biden wouldn't, or Hunter Biden, I should say,
00:31:41.120 wouldn't have left his laptop,
00:31:42.760 we probably wouldn't have known any of this.
00:31:45.440 It was all because he left his laptop.
00:31:47.760 And without that laptop,
00:31:49.000 this scheme would have worked perfectly.
00:31:52.140 This bribery would have worked perfectly.
00:31:53.520 You know, it makes you wonder
00:31:54.740 if Zlochevsky's dog was smarter.
00:31:56.800 Yeah.
00:31:57.920 I mean, seriously.
00:31:58.800 I don't think the dog left a laptop at a repair shop
00:32:02.740 with all the incriminating information to be found.
00:32:06.380 Well, and this brings up the other question,
00:32:08.820 and I want to read between the lines here for a second.
00:32:12.720 There was also one thing that James Comer said to us
00:32:15.520 as we were sitting there last week.
00:32:17.840 And he said,
00:32:18.640 there's more and there's the other brother.
00:32:21.580 And he mentioned the other brother.
00:32:22.720 And he also said there's more money in other places
00:32:24.600 that would be coming out that he believed.
00:32:26.360 And the dollar amount keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger
00:32:29.220 that we think is coming out as well as we find more.
00:32:32.900 I mean, is there any reason to believe
00:32:34.960 that this wasn't happening, say, 10 years ago,
00:32:37.380 12 years ago, 15 years ago, 20 years ago
00:32:39.800 with the Bidens based on what we're witnessing now?
00:32:42.840 With criminal conduct, if someone has a pattern,
00:32:45.400 you expect the pattern to repeat it.
00:32:47.040 And actually, the next paragraph of the FD-1023
00:32:50.620 shows that this was a way of doing business.
00:32:53.380 Here's what the next paragraph says.
00:32:54.660 Regarding the seemingly open and unsolicited missions
00:32:58.500 by Pojarski and Zlochevsky about the purpose
00:33:02.500 for their retention of Hunter Biden
00:33:04.620 and the forced payments Zlochevsky made to the Bidens,
00:33:08.640 the confidential human source explained
00:33:10.720 it is very common for businessmen
00:33:13.220 in post-Soviet countries to brag or show off.
00:33:17.160 Additionally, it is extremely common
00:33:19.280 for businesses in Russia and Ukraine
00:33:22.320 to make bribe payments to various government officials.
00:33:26.120 The confidential human source noted
00:33:28.260 that in corporate budgets for other Russian
00:33:30.580 and Ukrainian businesses,
00:33:32.440 which the confidential human source
00:33:34.040 had inspected in the past,
00:33:36.120 the confidential human source observed
00:33:38.320 budget line items in Russian
00:33:41.280 called Padmazat,
00:33:44.120 which literally translates to,
00:33:47.960 oil, lubricate,
00:33:51.100 or make things run smoothly,
00:33:53.640 which companies routinely use
00:33:57.420 to account for
00:33:59.260 anticipated bribe payments.
00:34:02.840 Part of your own business.
00:34:04.280 Given the pervasive necessity
00:34:07.360 to bribe government officials
00:34:08.980 in Ukraine and Russia,
00:34:11.580 the confidential human source
00:34:12.740 did not perceive Pojarski or Zlochevsky's statements
00:34:15.900 to be unusual,
00:34:17.860 self-serving, or pretextual.
00:34:20.040 Additionally,
00:34:20.760 regarding important business meetings,
00:34:22.240 it is also common in Ukraine or Russia
00:34:23.840 for persons to make covert recordings.
00:34:28.200 However,
00:34:29.060 the confidential human source
00:34:30.180 has only met Zlochevsky in person
00:34:31.760 on one occasion,
00:34:32.940 and has only spoken to him
00:34:34.020 twice on the telephone.
00:34:35.840 As such,
00:34:37.100 the confidential human source
00:34:38.320 is not able to provide
00:34:39.640 any further opinion
00:34:40.720 as to the veracity
00:34:42.360 of Zlochevsky's
00:34:44.300 aforementioned statements.
00:34:46.000 But,
00:34:46.760 it says right after that,
00:34:49.120 on June 29, 2020,
00:34:50.680 the confidential human source
00:34:51.700 provided the following
00:34:52.800 supplemental reporting.
00:34:55.280 Regarding the confidential human source's
00:34:57.240 aforementioned reporting
00:34:58.640 that Zlochevsky said,
00:35:00.340 quote,
00:35:00.640 he has many text messages
00:35:03.100 and recordings
00:35:03.800 that shows
00:35:04.560 he was coerced
00:35:05.740 to make such payments.
00:35:07.460 The confidential human source
00:35:09.120 clarified
00:35:09.720 that Zlochevsky said
00:35:11.840 he had a total
00:35:12.760 of 17 recordings
00:35:15.180 involving the Bidens.
00:35:17.480 Now,
00:35:17.700 to be clear,
00:35:18.840 that coerce,
00:35:19.600 and I think this is
00:35:21.020 an important point
00:35:21.560 we have to make,
00:35:22.540 he's saying
00:35:23.200 he recorded these,
00:35:24.220 Senator,
00:35:24.420 because he was being coerced
00:35:25.620 to make these payments.
00:35:26.600 The only person
00:35:27.360 you could argue
00:35:27.880 that would be able
00:35:28.640 to coerce him
00:35:29.340 to make these payments
00:35:30.180 would actually be
00:35:31.340 the Bidens.
00:35:32.440 Well,
00:35:33.000 he says he has 17 recordings
00:35:34.740 involving the Bidens.
00:35:35.860 He says two of the recordings
00:35:37.080 included Joe Biden
00:35:38.180 and the remaining 15 recordings
00:35:40.500 only included
00:35:42.220 Hunter Biden.
00:35:44.180 The confidential human source
00:35:45.580 reiterated that
00:35:46.360 Perz Llochevsky,
00:35:47.340 these recordings
00:35:48.080 evidenced Llochevsky
00:35:49.240 was somehow
00:35:50.000 coerced
00:35:51.240 into paying
00:35:52.020 the Bidens
00:35:52.660 to ensure
00:35:53.960 Ukraine Prosecutor General
00:35:55.720 Viktor Shokin
00:35:56.700 was fired.
00:35:58.840 Llochevsky stated
00:35:59.800 he has two documents
00:36:01.160 which the confidential
00:36:02.540 human source
00:36:03.180 understood to be
00:36:03.860 wire transfer statements,
00:36:05.800 bank records,
00:36:06.580 etc.,
00:36:07.080 that evidence
00:36:08.120 some payments
00:36:08.880 to the Bidens
00:36:09.500 were made
00:36:10.120 presumably
00:36:11.140 in exchange
00:36:12.580 for Shokin's
00:36:14.060 firings.
00:36:15.460 Keeping these records,
00:36:17.180 Senator,
00:36:17.560 is,
00:36:18.080 from his perspective,
00:36:19.120 is not,
00:36:19.960 he doesn't seem
00:36:20.740 to have an issue
00:36:21.380 with it.
00:36:21.820 In fact,
00:36:22.740 it's his insurance policy
00:36:24.320 keeping these records.
00:36:25.740 He's happy to know
00:36:28.060 that the Bidens
00:36:29.260 took his money
00:36:30.040 because then
00:36:30.780 if he ever gets in trouble
00:36:31.880 it's like,
00:36:32.380 well,
00:36:32.480 look what I have.
00:36:34.240 It makes perfect sense.
00:36:37.080 Look,
00:36:37.920 the only question is,
00:36:40.360 is what this guy
00:36:41.360 is saying
00:36:41.940 credible?
00:36:43.680 We have been told
00:36:45.280 in the past,
00:36:46.040 we don't know
00:36:46.440 who this confidential
00:36:47.000 human source is.
00:36:48.360 We've been told
00:36:49.220 in the past
00:36:49.920 that this source
00:36:51.200 is someone
00:36:51.800 the FBI
00:36:52.380 had relied on
00:36:53.520 and found credible
00:36:55.040 previously,
00:36:55.720 that they had
00:36:56.320 experience with this source
00:36:58.140 and that he had been
00:36:59.540 reliable.
00:37:00.560 We don't know
00:37:01.400 the details about that.
00:37:03.080 But
00:37:03.460 we also don't know
00:37:05.540 when I
00:37:06.000 interrogated
00:37:07.800 the deputy director
00:37:08.700 of the FBI
00:37:09.280 about this FD-1023,
00:37:11.800 he refused to acknowledge
00:37:12.840 it existed.
00:37:13.500 He refused to give it
00:37:14.300 to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:37:15.860 He refused to confirm
00:37:17.180 the 17 voice recordings.
00:37:18.540 He refused to say
00:37:19.360 whether the FBI
00:37:20.020 had the recordings.
00:37:21.320 We don't know.
00:37:22.200 You and I asked
00:37:23.200 James Comer
00:37:24.400 if the FBI
00:37:24.920 had the recordings.
00:37:25.880 He said he thought
00:37:26.520 they didn't
00:37:27.180 because he thought
00:37:28.160 they never bothered
00:37:28.820 to investigate.
00:37:30.020 We have no idea
00:37:31.260 because the FBI
00:37:32.160 is so damned arrogant
00:37:33.960 that their answer is,
00:37:36.080 how dare you ask
00:37:37.440 if we investigated this?
00:37:40.280 They owe the American people
00:37:41.740 more than that.
00:37:42.900 And I got to say,
00:37:43.800 Merrick Garland
00:37:44.620 and Chris Wray
00:37:46.140 and everyone involved
00:37:47.460 in leadership
00:37:48.040 of the DOJ
00:37:49.220 and the FBI
00:37:49.840 ought to be ashamed.
00:37:50.960 They ought to come forward
00:37:51.900 and say,
00:37:52.620 in the face of these allegations,
00:37:55.340 this is grave.
00:37:56.840 This is alleging
00:37:57.740 the sitting president
00:37:58.720 of the United States
00:37:59.540 took a bribe
00:38:00.700 from a foreign national
00:38:01.860 for official favors.
00:38:04.660 The FBI owes
00:38:05.600 the American people
00:38:06.380 complete candor
00:38:07.140 to say,
00:38:07.760 we either investigated
00:38:09.620 or we didn't.
00:38:10.420 Here's what we investigated.
00:38:11.700 Here's what we found.
00:38:12.660 If they found this is false,
00:38:14.800 they need to come forward
00:38:16.060 and explain it.
00:38:16.760 Why is it false?
00:38:17.680 What about it is false?
00:38:19.080 What did they do
00:38:20.140 to determine
00:38:20.680 whether it was true or false?
00:38:22.140 They have not earned
00:38:23.740 the right to simply say,
00:38:25.380 trust us,
00:38:26.700 but that's what they're saying.
00:38:28.640 It's incredible.
00:38:29.640 Let me tell you about
00:38:30.100 our friends at Patriot Mobile.
00:38:31.300 I don't know about you,
00:38:32.060 but if you're sick and tired
00:38:33.180 of all the people
00:38:35.120 and all the companies
00:38:36.020 that have just gone woke recently
00:38:37.820 and you're tired
00:38:39.180 of giving them your money,
00:38:41.100 you've now got an option
00:38:42.320 to get rid
00:38:43.040 of some of that wokeism
00:38:44.400 when it comes
00:38:44.940 to your cell phone provider.
00:38:46.800 Now, for years,
00:38:47.940 big mobile companies
00:38:49.140 have been dumping
00:38:49.720 millions of dollars
00:38:50.760 into leftist causes.
00:38:51.980 We're talking about
00:38:52.560 causes like Planned Parenthood
00:38:53.760 and you just had to deal with it
00:38:55.340 because there wasn't
00:38:56.060 another option.
00:38:57.360 Well, now there is.
00:38:58.300 Patriot Mobile
00:38:58.980 is America's only
00:39:00.900 Christian conservative
00:39:02.580 wireless provider.
00:39:04.200 They offer you
00:39:05.060 dependable nationwide coverage
00:39:06.560 on all three major networks
00:39:07.760 so you're going to get
00:39:08.300 the best coverage
00:39:09.600 in your area possible,
00:39:11.220 period,
00:39:11.940 without the woke propaganda
00:39:14.200 being pushed
00:39:15.340 by leftists
00:39:16.540 working hard
00:39:17.100 to destroy this country.
00:39:18.340 Now, when you switch
00:39:19.460 to Patriot Mobile
00:39:20.180 and you pay your bill
00:39:20.940 every month,
00:39:22.340 you're actually supporting
00:39:23.460 free speech
00:39:24.160 and religious freedom.
00:39:25.440 The Sanctity of Life,
00:39:26.720 you're helping protect,
00:39:27.660 the Second Amendment,
00:39:28.600 and our military veterans
00:39:30.060 and first responders
00:39:31.260 that are our heroes.
00:39:33.300 This is a company
00:39:34.320 that I love working with.
00:39:35.780 It's a company
00:39:36.140 I love paying a bill to
00:39:37.320 because when I pay my bill,
00:39:38.620 I know I'm standing up
00:39:39.660 for what I believe in
00:39:40.580 for something I'm already
00:39:42.220 going to spend money on.
00:39:43.560 So get rid of your
00:39:44.860 woke cell phone company
00:39:46.180 and switch to Patriot Mobile.
00:39:48.640 Their number,
00:39:49.420 878-PATRIOT.
00:39:50.800 You can keep your same
00:39:51.620 cell phone you have
00:39:52.420 right now in your hand
00:39:53.220 and your same cell phone
00:39:54.580 number if you want to
00:39:55.720 or switch to a new one.
00:39:57.440 878-PATRIOT.
00:39:58.540 Use the promo code VERDICT
00:40:00.620 and you will actually get
00:40:02.360 free activation
00:40:03.100 plus the best deals
00:40:04.260 of the year.
00:40:04.780 PatriotMobile.com
00:40:06.880 slash VERDICT
00:40:07.540 or 878-PATRIOT.
00:40:10.020 Use the promo code VERDICT,
00:40:11.760 free activation
00:40:12.480 and the best deals
00:40:13.640 of the year.
00:40:14.660 Now, Senator,
00:40:15.540 all this that you've
00:40:16.680 been talking about
00:40:17.540 also connects to
00:40:18.760 the other big
00:40:19.780 breaking news story
00:40:20.660 and we're going to do
00:40:21.500 more of a deep dive
00:40:22.440 on this coming up
00:40:23.620 on Wednesday.
00:40:25.240 But there is
00:40:26.840 the president's sister
00:40:29.240 that now has come out
00:40:30.780 or her name has come up,
00:40:32.740 I should say,
00:40:33.520 Valerie Biden,
00:40:34.360 Owens,
00:40:35.540 and this is another
00:40:36.800 shock here.
00:40:37.900 Apparently,
00:40:38.720 the IRS stopped
00:40:40.280 from questioning
00:40:41.840 Joe Biden's sister,
00:40:43.560 Valerie Biden,
00:40:44.880 Owens,
00:40:45.740 because she had
00:40:48.580 intel,
00:40:49.320 information,
00:40:50.720 about cash
00:40:52.080 that she received
00:40:53.040 from Hunter Biden.
00:40:54.180 A whistleblower
00:40:54.960 is now claiming
00:40:55.820 this is now
00:40:57.180 another member
00:40:57.860 of the Biden crime
00:40:58.720 family on the take.
00:41:00.880 Well,
00:41:01.480 that's exactly right.
00:41:02.720 So Valerie Biden,
00:41:04.140 Owens,
00:41:04.780 is Joe Biden's sister.
00:41:06.620 They are very close.
00:41:07.840 She has run
00:41:08.540 his previous campaign.
00:41:10.060 She is one of his
00:41:10.640 closest advisors.
00:41:12.300 And the news
00:41:13.440 that has just broken
00:41:14.300 is that Biden,
00:41:15.980 Owens,
00:41:16.880 received a payment
00:41:18.440 via Venmo
00:41:19.860 from the first son,
00:41:21.580 from Hunter Biden,
00:41:22.940 according to an interview
00:41:24.180 with IRS whistleblower
00:41:25.640 Joseph Ziegler,
00:41:26.620 who is one of the two
00:41:28.020 IRS whistleblowers
00:41:29.380 who gave testimony
00:41:30.240 to the House.
00:41:32.760 And Ziegler said,
00:41:33.840 quote,
00:41:34.660 so I continually ask,
00:41:36.620 can I go and interview them?
00:41:39.180 And those were always
00:41:40.660 met with,
00:41:41.720 no,
00:41:42.680 said Ziegler,
00:41:43.800 who was known as
00:41:44.680 whistleblower two
00:41:45.880 in the Ways and Means
00:41:46.580 transcripts.
00:41:47.940 Quote,
00:41:48.600 and I think
00:41:49.400 one of them
00:41:50.480 was Valerie Owens
00:41:52.340 that we talked about
00:41:53.720 that I wasn't allowed
00:41:55.840 to go and interview.
00:41:58.420 So yet again,
00:41:59.900 we now have
00:42:00.900 a whistleblower.
00:42:02.340 And remember,
00:42:02.920 Ziegler is a career
00:42:04.260 IRS employee.
00:42:05.360 He is a Democrat.
00:42:06.600 There's no reason
00:42:07.500 to think he has bias
00:42:08.700 against Joe Biden.
00:42:10.080 And he is alleging
00:42:11.420 not only did they
00:42:12.520 handcuff the investigation,
00:42:15.280 not only did they
00:42:15.940 protect Hunter Biden,
00:42:17.000 not only did they
00:42:17.620 prevent any questions
00:42:18.540 about Joe Biden,
00:42:19.420 the big guy,
00:42:20.020 but they wouldn't
00:42:21.200 allow any questions
00:42:22.740 directed to Valerie Owens
00:42:25.600 about the money
00:42:26.260 she received
00:42:27.460 and every day
00:42:29.980 the allegations
00:42:31.720 and the evidence
00:42:32.860 of corruption
00:42:33.660 against what is now
00:42:35.500 the entire extended
00:42:36.760 Biden family.
00:42:37.740 I mean,
00:42:37.900 it really is amazing
00:42:39.000 when you're involving
00:42:40.300 your brother,
00:42:41.260 your sister,
00:42:42.000 your kids,
00:42:43.060 your grandkids,
00:42:44.280 your,
00:42:44.680 I mean,
00:42:45.220 your entire extended
00:42:46.940 family is involved
00:42:48.960 in this operation
00:42:50.140 to be on the take
00:42:51.320 from,
00:42:52.380 among others,
00:42:52.940 the Chinese,
00:42:54.780 the Ukrainians,
00:42:56.140 the Romanians,
00:42:57.080 and as we broke news
00:42:59.640 on the two-part series
00:43:01.500 last week with James Comer,
00:43:03.340 the Russians as well,
00:43:04.940 the Biden family,
00:43:06.260 there is evidence,
00:43:07.860 was receiving cash
00:43:10.200 from China, Ukraine,
00:43:13.760 Romania, and Russia.
00:43:15.860 You know,
00:43:16.540 to paraphrase,
00:43:19.140 it's good to be a Biden.
00:43:20.860 It is.
00:43:21.540 And it's not just
00:43:22.820 one Biden now,
00:43:24.220 but it's two Bidens
00:43:25.340 that the whistleblowers
00:43:26.160 have now said
00:43:26.760 they were not allowed
00:43:27.780 to interview.
00:43:28.380 Remember,
00:43:28.600 it was Hunter Biden
00:43:29.320 they were called off of.
00:43:30.380 They said,
00:43:30.740 no,
00:43:30.900 you have to wait.
00:43:31.660 You can't interview him.
00:43:33.200 And Joe.
00:43:33.960 And Joe,
00:43:34.440 that's right.
00:43:35.020 And it's four and five
00:43:35.960 because they weren't allowed
00:43:36.700 to talk to the grandkids either,
00:43:38.500 even though they were getting money.
00:43:39.620 They weren't allowed
00:43:40.280 to ask the grandkids,
00:43:41.360 well, gosh,
00:43:41.800 what did you do
00:43:42.220 to get this money?
00:43:42.960 Nope,
00:43:43.160 they weren't allowed
00:43:43.600 to ask that.
00:43:45.020 So in other words,
00:43:45.760 if your last name's Biden,
00:43:46.920 you can do whatever
00:43:47.320 the hell you want to,
00:43:48.120 and investigators come for you,
00:43:49.960 they're not going to be allowed
00:43:51.040 to do their job.
00:43:51.960 That's what each
00:43:52.800 and every one
00:43:53.280 of these whistleblowers
00:43:53.960 seems to be saying
00:43:54.820 over and over again.
00:43:55.800 At least there's
00:43:56.460 some consistency,
00:43:57.540 Senator,
00:43:57.660 in that part of the story.
00:44:00.420 It really makes you wonder
00:44:01.840 what the hell's
00:44:03.320 going to break tomorrow.
00:44:04.700 Yeah.
