00:00:41.640 And it is about an Iranian influence operation specifically on the Biden administration.

00:02:06.220 about how senior officials in Joe Biden's Democrat administration were operatives.

00:02:16.400 They were in close coordination with the Ayatollah.
00:02:19.740 They were working on behalf of Iran and they were setting U.S. policy.
00:02:24.020 And mind you, these are individuals who have security clearances who were working on behalf
00:02:29.560 of an Ayatollah who chants, death to America and death to Israel.
00:02:35.060 And so I want to walk through this because, again, you will not see this on the news.

00:02:41.960 And so the story broke yesterday that three, quote, Iran experts who worked closely for Rob

00:02:50.840 Now, who is Rob Malley?
00:02:51.680 Rob Malley was the Biden administration's, quote, special envoy to Iran.
00:02:56.680 Now, Rob Malley has been fired.
00:02:58.940 He's been fired because the security clearance was revoked and he was thrown out of the Biden
00:03:03.880 administration.
00:03:04.620 We still don't know why, but it is presumably for a serious violation of law because to be
00:03:11.420 too pro-Iran for the Biden administration, I don't even know what that means.
00:03:16.640 Maybe that entails having the Ayatollah tattooed three or more times on your body.
00:03:23.640 Maybe it entails smuggling heroin and balloons that you ingest to Iran.

00:03:35.300 So the report that came out yesterday is an investigation that was based on thousands
00:03:40.940 of emails between Iranian diplomats and analysts, and it was published by Semaphore.
00:03:47.000 And Rob Malley, working for the Biden administration, named three individuals to be senior officials.
00:03:58.320 Number one, in February 2021, Rob Malley recruited Arianne Tabatabai.
00:04:06.000 Malley, sorry if I got the pronunciation wrong.
00:04:09.360 She was a Middle East fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and she came to the State Department
00:04:15.960 to assist in negotiation for Iran.
00:04:19.420 She served in that position for 15 months.
00:04:23.320 Malley also appointed, or tried to appoint, Ali Vallez, who was the Iran projects director
00:04:30.260 at the crisis group.
00:04:31.960 But Vallez had a problem.
00:04:35.240 According to two different sources, this is in public reports, Vallez could not obtain
00:04:41.000 the necessary security clearance, and so his appointment was canceled.
00:04:45.540 Nevertheless, Rob Malley maintained Vallez as a confidant, and according to two different
00:04:52.680 people in this report, Vallez drafted Malley's tweet.
00:04:57.600 So he's communicating on behalf of a senior Biden administration official.
00:05:03.540 Now, and the third one is another Iran analyst named Dina Esfandiari, who was hired by Malley
00:05:11.820 at the ICG in 2021.
00:05:15.360 And here's what the project from Iran was.
00:05:21.720 Iran engaged in a focused influence effort.
00:05:27.720 And I want to read you one of the leaked emails, and this is within the Iranian government.

00:05:34.380 As you already know, based on our previous discussions, a network of young, second-generation Iranian
00:05:40.540 exports was initiated, and we're looking forward to holding a meeting in Vienna, in Med-Farvadian.
00:05:49.360 Actually, this very idea of Iran experts' initiatives was discussed between me and two of the young
00:05:55.580 experts. We, you and me, met in the Prague Conference, i.e., Arianne Tabatabe, and Dina Esfandiari.
00:06:05.240 We three agreed to be the core group of the IEI.
00:06:09.700 For the first meeting in Vienna, in order to establish this network in practice, we have decided
00:06:14.220 to invite almost 20 scholars with established affiliation with the leading internationally
00:06:19.980 well-known think tanks. Enclosed is the preliminary list of invitees. Please let us know if you

00:07:02.440 Iranian nationals who were in the United States, who were working for Iran. And three of them
00:07:09.700 went on to work for the Biden administration in senior positions. Now you look at the last two
00:07:16.820 and a half years, Joe Biden has leaned into Iran at a level that has been insane. Iran is on the
00:07:24.400 verge of acquiring nuclear weapons. This is a nation led by an ayatollah who chants death to America and
00:07:30.260 death to Israel. And he's about to acquire nuclear weapons. And this has been cheerleaded and pushed
00:07:39.260 forward by officials in the Biden administration who were working for Iran, who were under the
00:07:45.020 direction of Iran, who were literally operatives for the government of Iran. And this is now
00:07:52.640 documented in multiple emails where they are emailing Iran saying, what do I say? What do I do? I work
00:07:59.360 for you. What do you want me to do? And, and, and I got to say, listen, it's not illegal, by the way,
00:08:04.900 like, how is it? Of course it is. Okay. So it is. Because it is illegal is what you're saying. So,
00:08:10.560 so then how is no one being arrested for this? Well, the story just broke yesterday. So we'll see how
00:08:19.260 it plays out. But the first step is the media is just trying to bury it. The media doesn't want
00:08:26.120 people to know about it because listen, I mean, I mean, is it comforting to anyone to know that the
00:08:31.540 senior government officials in the Joe Biden administration dealing with Iran are operatives
00:08:38.200 for the Iranian government and Iran is led by a theocratic homicidal zealot who hates America
00:08:45.640 and these individuals were working for him. That is, it's stunning. And what is striking now is,
00:08:57.040 is, is, is this report has detailed. By the way, I want to make clear that when you say that the
00:09:01.700 media is not covering this, it right now, as we're recording this center, I just put in the word
00:09:05.380 Iran into Google and the top story comes up and it's from your website, Senator Ted Cruz says,
00:09:11.520 Senator Cruz calls for halting secret Iran negotiations after leaked emails. Then the
00:09:16.420 next one is a free beacon. It says Pentagon mom on Biden appointees alleged membership in Iran,
00:09:21.120 you know, in this group. And then after that, CNN. So the first big news that has anything with
00:09:27.780 Iran right now, they're reporting on it says 3M agrees to pay almost 10 million to settle an apparent
00:09:34.160 Iranian sanctions violation. Not a single news story has been written about what we're breaking
00:09:41.340 right now. It, when you put in the word Iran right now, it, the only thing that's even close
00:09:48.340 is Al Jazeera says they had this. Why did Iran's foreign minister want to go to Washington as the
00:09:54.000 U S refuses the Iran's top diplomat request to visit DC? That's it. No one else is touching this right
00:09:59.820 now. Well, and it's because the media can't defend this. And listen, this grew out of what was called
00:10:05.800 the echo chamber. So during the Obama administration, there were a group of journalists, a group of
00:10:13.360 left-wing think tank activists, and a group of zealots in the White House who created what they
00:10:20.120 called the Iran echo chamber, where when Barack Obama was pushing for the Iran nuclear deal,
00:10:25.800 everything he said would get amplified by the press and the think tank world and the NGO world.
00:10:30.400 And it was deliberate. And this grew out of that. But what we now know is that this was directed
00:10:38.160 by the, uh, by the Iranian government. And, and, and, all right, so let me give you an example.
00:10:46.840 Uh, Zarif, who was the foreign minister of Iran, uh, on October 2nd, 2014, Vallez, one of the three
00:10:53.980 wrote to Zarif regarding the discontent he had with an IGC, uh, ICG report on Iran.
00:11:00.400 Trying to clarify the situation, provide an explanation. Here's a quote from, from, from the
00:11:04.780 email quote, as an Iranian based on my national and patriotic duty, I have not hesitated to help
00:11:14.060 you in any way from proposing to your excellency and your and excellency are both capitalized
00:11:20.820 a public campaign against the notion of nuclear breakout to assisting your team and preparing
00:11:28.720 reports on the practical needs of Iran. And Vallez explained that the ICG's reports were compiled
00:11:36.600 through a process in a collaborative manner, which suggested that he didn't have final say
00:11:42.080 in his publication. Likewise, Adnan Tabat Abai wrote to Zarif on May 19th, 2014,
00:11:52.080 after an IEI meeting with him in Vienna, quote, as you will have noticed, we are all very much
00:12:00.420 willing to dedicate our capacities and resources to jointly working on the improvement of Iran's
00:12:06.200 foreign relations. Iran is our country. So we too feel the need and responsibility to contribute
00:12:15.480 our share. When I say we, I mean the very group you met. Now I want you to stop and think.
00:12:24.660 These are officials for the Biden administration who say Iran is our country. So we too feel the need
00:12:34.720 and responsibility to contribute our share. They are literally working for a foreign nation who is our
00:12:43.060 enemy and who openly advocates death to America. And by the way, their bosses, the Iranian Ayatollah
00:12:53.860 and the mullahs in Iran are actively trying to murder the former U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo,
00:13:00.940 the former U.S. National Security Advisor, John Bolton, and the former Assistant Secretary of State,
00:13:06.340 Brian Hook. They're doing that today. As we speak, I forced the Biden State Department to admit on the
00:13:13.760 record, today, the State Department is spending $2 million a month in security costs to defend the
00:13:24.180 former U.S. Secretary of State and other former U.S. senior officials from Iran's efforts to murder them
00:13:30.720 and three officials of the Biden administration are working for the bastards who are trying to

00:15:10.900 question that I have for you is, are these people, we know who they are, are they still able to access
00:15:17.900 anything they want within the U.S. government? Have they been arrested? Have they been, had their key

00:15:28.740 tonight, tomorrow, the next day, or indefinitely until someone decides to stop them, do they still have
00:15:35.280 access to all of the intel they have with this government? Astonishingly, yes. So let's take,
00:15:41.660 for example, Ariane Tabatabai. She is currently the Department of Defense's current chief of staff
00:15:52.040 for special operations. She has a security clearance today. The Biden White House has not revoked her
00:15:59.660 security clearance yet. This story broke. They haven't done anything. Let me read you what she
00:16:04.800 emailed Iranian leadership in 2014, so nearly a decade ago, quote, our goal was to show what is
00:16:12.660 said in the West, that Iran does not need more than 1,500 centrifuges, is wrong, and that Iran should
00:16:21.780 not be expected to reduce the number of its centrifuges. That is right now the current chief of staff for
00:16:29.320 special operations in the Biden Department of Defense. It is insane that she has a security
00:16:35.880 clearance. And given this evidence, that you've got three individuals, on the face of it, it appears
00:16:42.800 to be a violation of federal law that you cannot be working for a foreign government, much less an enemy
00:16:49.180 of America, while a senior national security official for the government. And look, the stories that are
00:16:58.680 most damning are the stories that the corporate media utterly ignores. It's like when you and I
00:17:04.960 discussed the border and what's happening at the border. There's a reason the corporate media doesn't
00:17:10.520 discuss the Biden open borders, because you can't defend it. There is no defense. This story, there is
00:17:17.160 no defense. Senior officials for the Biden foreign policy and national security team have been working
00:17:24.580 for the government of Iran. Like, holy crap, there's no response. So their only hope
00:17:30.280 is ignore it. And that's why we do this podcast, is to focus on topics that will not be covered
00:17:39.540 unless you engage, you speak out. And so this is an issue that this actually reminds me of when the
00:17:48.260 Biden administration sent letters to the families of the 9-11 victims and said they were not going to
00:17:54.740 seek the death penalty for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other plotters of September 11th. And we devoted
00:18:01.620 an entire episode of this podcast to talking about it. And the listeners of a verdict got engaged and
00:18:07.980 spoke out. And within days, the Biden administration reversed course. Here, they are hoping for silence,
00:18:16.000 because there is no defense. There is no explanation. Well, yeah, the chief of staff of a major division
00:18:21.860 at the Department of Defense is working for the Ayatollah who hates America, who is a radical
00:18:26.820 zealot who chants death to America, but, you know, no biggie. There's no defense there. And so they're
00:18:33.160 hoping for silence. And I'm hoping that our listeners don't allow them to engage in silence.
00:18:37.940 All right, I have to go back to this question now, because we just had this, you know, $6 billion
00:18:43.600 that went to Iran in this, quote, prisoner swap. So number one question is, were any of these people
00:18:52.080 involved in that swap and advocating for that, the billions to be freed up to Iran? That's my
00:18:59.560 question, number one. And number two, who would be making the decision tonight to suspend them,
00:19:06.420 pending at least an investigation so that they can't be taking, in theory, top secret information,
00:19:11.980 they have security clearance, and deciding to just grab it all and give it to the Iranians?
00:19:17.640 Look, in terms of who was involved, presumably all three were involved in the decision.
00:19:23.520 And look, when it comes to Iran policy, the Biden administration came in and their number one
00:19:28.500 foreign policy objective was to reenter an Iran nuclear agreement and to appease the Iranian regime
00:19:35.820 at a level that has never been seen. Rob Malley, he helped negotiate the original Obama-Iran nuclear
00:19:42.200 deal, which was catastrophic. It was a disaster. They brought him back. And by the way, this is a
00:19:47.200 guy who's been suspended. His security clearance has been revoked. We don't know why. They won't tell
00:19:52.960 us why. But he did something so stunningly bad, even the Biden administration had to fire him. Holy cow.
00:19:59.820 By the way, I've got to say, I'm really embarrassed to admit, my alma mater, Princeton, has brought Rob
00:20:05.520 Malley in as a special lecturer and professor. Because, you know, he's fired for violating national
00:20:14.720 security in some undisclosed way. So we ought to have him teach at one of the premier universities in
00:20:20.320 America. I mean, it really does illustrate all the problems we've got. But it was Rob Malley who hired
00:20:25.500 all three of these people. And look, you asked, is the fact that these three people were working for
00:20:32.800 the Biden administration the reason why the Biden administration has appeased Iran, has sent billions
00:20:39.300 of dollars to Iran, has refused to enforce oil sanctions on Iran, has allowed the Ayatollah to sell
00:20:45.500 two billion barrels, two million, rather, two million barrels of oil a day. Is that the reason? Yes and no.
00:20:53.720 They started wanting to give Iran everything they wanted, which is why they hired Iranian operatives to be
00:20:59.440 senior officials. In some ways, these Iranian operatives were effectively carrying out the mission of the
00:21:06.260 political hacks in the Biden White House, because their objective was appease Iran. And who better to
00:21:15.320 implement a policy of appeasing Iran than people who are literally working for the Iranian government?
00:21:22.400 All right. Let me ask you what words are appropriate in this scenario. Is this spying? Are these people
00:21:28.340 spies? Is this espionage? And the fact that no one in the Biden administration is stopping them from
00:21:35.180 doing this, I guess, is their way of downplaying saying, no, no, no, it's not that at all. They're
00:21:39.320 just working on great foreign relations with a country that chanced death to America. But in your
00:21:44.860 mind, Senator, is this espionage? Is this spying? Look, almost any word you could apply to this is
00:21:52.460 appropriate. These are operatives who are working for the Iranian government. We now have email proof
00:21:59.920 according to these press reports. And look, these emails need to be confirmed. But we've got now
00:22:04.840 multiple press reports that are detailing them that they were regularly emailing the Iranian government
00:22:12.560 and saying, what should we do? What do you want us to do? They were seeking direction. They were
00:22:17.240 seeking instructions. We have emails from the Iranian government saying they set up this network
00:22:22.480 with the purpose of influencing U.S. government policy. And so whether they were spies or simply
00:22:30.700 operatives working for Iran, it's functionally the same thing. They were, as the emails I read,
00:22:39.680 they said, our loyalties are to Iran. You know what? If your loyalties are to Iran or to communist China
00:22:47.740 or to Russia or North Korea or to Venezuela, you shouldn't be in a senior national security position
00:22:54.620 for the United States of America. And there's a very real question that I suspect is going to be
00:23:00.720 investigated in the days to come forward, whether it was a violation of criminal law, that there's a
00:23:05.780 law, FARA, that requires an agent of a foreign government to register. If they're working on
00:23:10.680 behalf of a foreign government, that raises an obvious question, were they in violation of that law?
00:23:16.040 But the fact that they were given security clearances, I got to tell you, listen, as an
00:23:22.460 ordinary matter, I mean, they ask you what contacts have you had with the foreign government?
00:23:27.560 Generally, if you said boo to a foreign government that is an enemy of America, you can't get a security
00:23:34.980 clearance. In this case, these three individuals, their involvement was deep and pervasive, and they
00:23:42.400 were part of a government program launched by the Ayatollah specifically to influence and undermine
00:23:49.200 American policy. And the Biden administration, they're not defending this. You can't defend this
00:23:56.440 on the merits. They are counting on silence because can you imagine Joe Biden, if any reporter had the
00:24:04.320 temerity to ask, how do you feel about senior national security officials in your administration
00:24:10.880 working for the Ayatollah in Iran? And do you think it's a grave national security violation?
00:24:16.880 He would get confused and try to tie a shoe. He couldn't answer that question. And so they're

00:27:20.540 That Hunter Biden received wire transfers for a quarter of a million dollars originating in
00:27:28.120 Beijing for more than more than 250 from Chinese business partners during the summer of 2019.
00:27:36.140 These wires were listed that were listed had the home address of the president of the United States
00:27:43.460 of America, Joe Biden, as the beneficiary address for the funds that were being transferred.
00:27:49.040 This is a direct link from money from Beijing now to the president of the United States of America

00:28:05.800 An individual named Jonathan Lee and Hunter Biden developed a business relationship while Joe Biden
00:28:11.800 was vice president. On July 26, 2019, Hunter Biden received a $10,000 wire from Wang Jin.

00:39:40.420 Turley is nationally recognized as a legal scholar who has published work in areas ranging from

00:39:47.560 O'Connor supervised the DOJ's litigation of civil criminal trial and appellate tax cases.
