00:29:57.540 Representatives, that the

00:29:59.640 natural step he wanted to

00:30:01.220 follow was to determine

00:30:03.680 whether Joe Biden was in

00:30:05.200 fact sitting next to his

00:30:06.360 father when this threat was

00:30:07.660 made to extort millions of

00:30:10.100 dollars from a Chinese 1.00

00:30:49.280 IRS whistleblower that you did

00:30:50.760 not seek the GPS data.

00:30:52.260 And you're right, David Weiss,

00:30:54.400 the special prosecutor, is in

00:30:55.700 charge of it.

00:30:56.840 And it is David Weiss and his

00:30:58.340 underlings who, according to

00:31:01.900 the IRS whistleblowers, have

00:31:03.420 alleged that they're the ones

00:31:05.560 trying to stop the

00:31:06.420 investigation.

00:31:07.120 They allowed the statute of

00:31:08.040 limitations to run on many of

00:31:10.380 the most serious violations.

00:31:13.060 Not only that, IRS whistleblower

00:31:15.820 Shapley testified that on

00:31:17.220 September 3rd, Assistant U.S.

00:31:19.780 Attorney Leslie Wolfe explicitly

00:31:21.320 told investigators that despite

00:31:23.020 having probable cause to

00:31:24.200 search, quote, there is no way

00:31:26.060 a search warrant would be

00:31:27.080 approved when the evidence in

00:31:29.300 question was located inside of

00:31:31.100 Vice President Biden's guest

00:31:32.460 house.

00:31:32.860 Wolfe stated that, quote, the

00:31:34.420 optics prevented such a search.

00:31:39.300 Is the FBI, do they make a

00:31:41.400 routine practice of allowing

00:31:42.980 partisan political optics to

00:31:44.820 prevent investigating serious

00:31:46.440 evidence of corruption?
