00:00:46.820 they're fighting back hard on this new reporting that's come out on reoccurring payments
00:00:52.340 that we're going back and forth between Hunter Biden and the President of the United States of America,
00:00:57.000 and now Joe Biden.
00:00:58.140 Let's talk about what they're saying in these new accusations.
00:01:01.300 Well, remember that the talking point for the Biden White House and for Democrats
00:01:05.740 has been it's changed from the beginning.
00:01:08.540 Initially, it was that Joe Biden never talked to Hunter Biden
00:01:11.560 about any of his overseas business dealings.
00:01:14.320 Then that was proven to be a rampant lie.
00:01:16.640 Then it was that Joe Biden had never talked to any of Hunter Biden's business associates.
00:01:24.540 Then testimony came out that that was a rampant lie.
00:01:27.960 Then it became that Joe Biden was not in business with Hunter Biden
00:01:34.160 while he was shaking down Chinese oligarchs and Ukrainian oligarchs
00:01:38.380 and Russian oligarchs for millions of dollars in exchange for favors from daddy.
00:01:43.140 That was a lie.
00:01:44.300 Then the latest discussion, and we broke this down on verdict,
00:01:48.680 the Democrats are saying their talking point,
00:01:50.580 they've basically thrown Hunter overboard.
00:01:52.380 They've concluded Hunter, yeah, he's corrupt as a $3 bill.
00:01:56.200 There's no saving him.
00:01:57.420 But he was an addict.
00:01:58.760 But he had substance abuse problems.
00:02:00.520 They want to defend him.
00:02:01.680 And more importantly, what they are invested in saying
00:02:04.440 is there is no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement in criminality.
00:02:11.380 That's their sort of final line.

00:02:37.600 Well, and the James Comer one is particularly relevant because this week,
00:02:41.660 James Comer received evidence.
00:02:43.220 Remember, the Democrat talking point is there's no direct evidence
00:02:45.700 that Joe Biden benefited from Hunter Biden's corruption.
00:02:49.160 Well, what James Comer released is that Joe Biden received a recurring payment of $1,380
00:02:57.220 from his son Hunter's law firm beginning in late 2018.
00:03:02.680 And that was right after a bank money laundering officer warned that the same account was receiving
00:03:10.880 millions of dollars in Chinese government linked funds without, quote, any services rendered.
00:03:19.340 And in particular, that company was a Wasco PC, which set up a monthly transfer to then former Vice President Joe Biden
00:03:30.240 with a voided check for the future president included in the documentation.
00:03:35.960 And on Monday, the House Oversight Committee released that documentation.
00:03:40.120 The New York Post reported that at least three payments were made on September 17th,
00:03:47.140 on October 15th and on November 15th, 2018.
00:03:51.400 And it totaled $4,140 to Joe Biden from a Wasco PC.
00:03:59.020 Now, remember, the Democrats, their last ground to defend this is Joe Biden hasn't benefited personally.
00:04:07.040 He wasn't directly involved in the corruption.
00:04:09.320 Well, now we have evidence of monthly payments, at least three, potentially more,
00:04:14.160 from the shell company that Hunter Biden set up that we know received millions of dollars from the Chinese company.
00:04:22.220 So it's money directly going to Papa Joe.
00:04:25.800 And by the way, you mentioned the White House is fighting back.
00:04:29.660 They're fighting back furiously.
00:04:30.780 And what they're saying is, oh, this isn't corrupt at all.
00:04:35.280 This was Joe helping his poor, sad sack, drug addict son with buying a car.
00:04:43.760 In particular, there's an email from Hunter Biden's laptop that annotates various expenses,
00:04:50.780 including, quote, Ford Raptor reimbursement to J.R.B., which is presumably Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., for $1,380.

00:05:02.340 So that's the same amount.
00:05:04.340 And it's at least indicated to be the payment for a truck.
00:05:08.100 That may or may not be the case.
00:05:09.800 But at the end of the day, whether it's the payment of a truck or not,
00:05:13.140 this is an account that we know received millions of dollars from the Chinese communists.
00:05:18.600 And was flagged, by the way, for suspicious activity.
00:05:20.520 Yeah, the banks noted it.
00:05:21.940 Look, if you have a bank account that is suddenly getting wired tens of thousands
00:05:25.940 and hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars from the Chinese communists
00:05:28.640 under our banking laws, that gets flagged as money laundering.

00:05:33.480 And nonetheless, month after month after month, it was transferred to Papa Joe.
00:05:38.720 And the Democrats say, never mind.
00:05:41.420 I'm pretty sure Papa Joe was happy to spend that money,
00:05:44.980 money that on its face appears to have derived from the Chinese communists
00:05:49.920 so that we don't know.
00:05:50.620 We don't know the source of it, but we know the entity paying Joe
00:05:53.620 was getting millions of dollars from the Chinese communists.

00:05:57.880 And by the way, either of these things, let's be honest, could be plausible.

00:15:44.160 Is it really the case that when someone comes across the border illegally, in some way they're
00:15:50.180 using the VA to get health care services?

00:15:56.240 And I got to tell you, when I found out about this a few weeks ago, it made me mad.
00:16:00.400 And everyone I've talked to is a veteran.
00:16:02.220 It makes them mad.
00:16:04.160 VA's mission is to serve veterans.
00:16:06.480 It is not to help ICE and the Border Patrol, which we have the documents, which are on their
00:16:11.260 websites and from a memo.
00:16:13.140 It's not to help them go ahead and process medical claims and pay medical claims and make
00:16:18.460 it easy for the unauthorized migrants to get health care and dental care.
00:16:23.440 So what is happening is, and look, as someone who's a former senior advisor in the Trump
00:16:27.940 administration at the VA and advisor at the White House, I would have stopped this.
00:16:33.400 We would have stopped this because it's not right.
00:16:35.900 The mission of the VA is to serve veterans, not to serve unauthorized migrants.
00:16:39.600 And so what's happening is, and we have this from the Undersecretary of Health, he's put
00:16:44.620 out in a video, which I've seen, hey, make it hard for veterans.
00:16:49.160 Make it hard for veterans to go ahead and get community care.
00:16:52.620 But at the same time, they are processing for 2022, 161,000 medical claims and paying those
00:16:59.500 claims for unauthorized migrants.
00:17:02.300 Meanwhile, veterans are having a hard time getting health care.
00:17:05.260 They're literally dying because they can't get mental health in a timely manner.
00:17:09.140 They can't get cancer treatment.
00:17:12.340 Bills are being sent to them because they're not paying the providers on time.
00:17:15.360 So it's make it hard for veterans.

00:17:18.440 Only default to the VA community care when you have to.
00:17:21.260 At the same time, they're helping Border Patrol and ICE make it easy button.

00:17:50.080 They want vets stuck inside VA facilities and not able to go outside to get care if they're

00:17:57.060 This is a bill that was passed intentionally to fix what VA is doing so terribly.

00:18:03.720 It's an ICE agent and a vet talking to Fox News Digital.
00:18:06.640 He said, we served in the military in this country and we have these benefits to use in
00:18:11.520 the VA.
00:18:12.280 I pay an exorbitant amount of taxes to this country and I can't even get seen for basic
00:18:16.120 needs.
00:18:16.560 But illegals can.
00:18:18.120 They can literally cross the border with all these pre-existing medical injuries or
00:18:21.200 illnesses or whatever they have going on and they literally walk right into a primary
00:18:24.920 care doctor or specialty care doctor and get whatever services they need.
00:18:28.740 And what we're learning now, Darren, is that the VA is part of facilitating the reimbursements
00:18:33.700 and the payments for this.
00:18:35.400 Now, VA is denying they're involved in this, of course.
00:18:37.720 But there's a VA in front of the process by which these health care providers get reimbursed
00:18:43.140 for the care they're providing for illegals.
00:18:44.960 Absolutely.
00:18:46.160 So understand what that's reporting, that the Biden VA is in the business of providing
00:18:51.540 health care to illegal aliens.
00:18:53.660 In one year, in the year 2022, 161,000 medical claims and dental claims were processed by the

00:19:02.840 Now, listen, every one of those claims, that means there's a veteran who's getting delayed,
00:19:07.680 who's not getting the care that he or she earned.
00:19:11.380 U.S. law doesn't provide for this.
