00:00:26.380 Now that we have the official transcript, we find out he lied to the country and the
00:00:31.960 media went with it.

00:00:34.120 Well, earlier this week, we just had to rely on the characterization from Republicans and
00:00:39.100 Democrats about Devin Archer's testimony.
00:00:41.780 But now we can see the full transcript.
00:00:44.960 You'll recall that Democrat Congressman Dan Goldman said that Archer testified that it
00:00:50.540 was the illusion of access to Joe Biden that Hunter Biden was offering to these clients.
00:00:56.960 But in fact, when you look at the transcript, what you see is that that phrase, illusion of
00:01:02.840 access, is in Dan Goldman's question.
00:01:06.340 It's actually not what Devin Archer testified to.
00:01:09.020 He says, yes, but that's not quite fair.
00:01:12.660 This was about showing that there was the signal that there's influence and access here.
00:01:20.980 I mean, that's a pretty big lie.
00:01:23.260 And the media ran with that wall to wall coverage that he said he didn't sell access to the family.
00:01:29.160 It's the complete opposite, Senator.

00:01:33.160 Let me say, first of all, it's a big deal that CBS is reporting on that.
00:01:37.120 You're having at least one corporate media outlet that is doing a little bit of journalism.

00:01:44.200 I also want to point out where the hell's NBC, where the hell's ABC, where's the hell
00:01:48.380 is CNN or MSNBC, the rest of the outlets, where's the Washington Post, where's the New
00:01:53.980 York Times.
00:01:54.920 None of them are covering this, but kudos to CBS.
00:01:57.500 It's starting, we've talked about this before, the facade is starting to have cracks.
00:02:04.260 Catherine Herridge's point is exactly right, that immediately after the Devin Archer testimony,
00:02:10.540 and by the way, our last podcast, we did a deep dive into Devin Archer's testimony.
00:02:16.460 We went through the specifics of what he testified to.
00:02:19.200 To be honest, this podcast is about the only place you can find that.
00:02:23.340 It's not being covered in the news.
00:02:25.060 It's not being covered in the corporate media.
00:02:27.780 So if you haven't listened to the last podcast, you should go back and listen to it, because
00:02:31.840 there was an enormous amount of substance that Devin Archer testified to.
00:02:36.260 But first, he testified behind closed doors, and you just had the Republicans and Democrats
00:02:42.300 come out and characterize his testimony.
00:02:45.040 And the sort of leading talking head for the Democrats was Dan Goldman, who had been the
00:02:51.500 Democrats lawyer.
00:02:52.460 He was a staffer during the Trump impeachments, and then he just got elected to Congress from
00:02:57.400 New York.
00:02:57.940 He's a brand new baby freshman Democrat congressman, and he's sort of the self-appointed defense
00:03:04.140 lawyer for Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
00:03:06.080 And he's now the talking head putting out the regime talking points.
00:03:10.920 And then his phrase was, well, Hunter wasn't selling access.
00:03:15.500 He was selling the illusion of access.
00:03:18.480 And you're right.
00:03:19.980 Just about every corporate media outlet in America took that and ran with that and said,
00:03:24.280 oh, that's all it was, was the illusion of access.
00:03:26.800 Well, then they released the actual transcripts, which caused Democrat heads to explode because
00:03:33.300 they thought they would get to characterize the testimony and there would be nothing to refute
00:03:37.260 it.
00:03:37.480 And as Catherine Herridge notes there, Devin Archer didn't testify that it was the illusion
00:03:43.720 of access.
00:03:44.560 That was Dan Goldman's spin.
00:03:46.480 That was him trying to say, hey, wait a second.
00:03:48.680 Wasn't it the illusion of access?
00:03:50.000 And actually, Devin Archer said, no, no, that wasn't it at all.
00:03:53.120 That's not fair.
00:03:54.220 And remember, Devin Archer testified that 20 different times Hunter Biden put his business
00:04:04.080 associates on the phone with Joe Biden.
00:04:07.080 That's not the illusion of access.
00:04:08.820 That is actual access.
00:04:10.720 When you're putting someone on the phone with the sitting vice president, there ain't no
00:04:14.980 illusion about that.
00:04:16.300 You're talking to the vice president.
00:04:17.800 And also, Devin Archer testified that not once, but at least twice in fancy dinners in Washington,
00:04:25.660 D.C. with Hunter's foreign business associates, Joe Biden was physically there and had dinner
00:04:32.100 with them in person.
00:04:34.340 Again, that's not the illusion of access.
00:04:37.360 That is actual access.
00:04:39.260 And it's access for which Hunter Biden and allegedly Joe Biden were compensated millions of dollars.
00:04:47.080 Yeah, the White House deputy spokesman, Andrew Bates, has also been busted now for lying.
00:04:52.880 The part that should irritate anyone is our tax dollars are going to pay this man's salary.
00:04:57.960 And he's lying to the American people about Joe Biden having a Burisma meeting and the White
00:05:05.340 House Senate press secretary misled.
00:05:07.780 That's the kind way of putting it.
00:05:09.100 I say lied in 2020 when he denied from the White House that a meeting between the then
00:05:14.880 vice president, Joe Biden, and a Burisma board advisor took place in 2015, a meeting that
00:05:22.420 was confirmed now last week.
00:05:24.800 In fact, in October of 2020, the New York Post revealed an email from this individual from
00:05:30.660 Burisma on the laptop of Biden's son, Hunter, in the email dated April the 17th, 2015.
00:05:37.040 This Burisma executive thanked Hunter Biden for inviting him to Washington, D.C. to meet and
00:05:43.200 spend time with his father.
00:05:45.680 The email, therefore, suggests that Joe Biden had lied when he told reporters in 2019 that
00:05:51.380 he, quote, had never discussed his family's business dealings.
00:05:54.000 It also confirmed a link to Burisma, which the Biden had denied during Trump's first impeachment
00:05:59.560 trial as well.
00:06:00.500 So there's multiple lies here.
00:06:02.000 And if we got to remind people, Senator, the Biden campaign vigorously denied that such
00:06:06.600 a meeting ever even took place.
00:06:08.600 And then we had the White House who had to change their narrative a week ago when they're
00:06:13.520 like, well, we've said it a thousand times.
00:06:16.480 Joe Biden was never in business with Hunter Biden.
00:06:19.120 That's not what they said.
00:06:19.960 They said that Joe Biden never talked about business.
00:06:22.400 So they changed that narrative.
00:06:24.100 And they also at the time, they even went back to the official schedules and they said there
00:06:29.120 was no such meeting on the official schedules of the then vice president.
00:06:33.380 And and that was what Andrew Bates said.
00:06:35.300 The spokesman for the campaign issued a very tough statement saying investigations by the
00:06:41.100 press during impeachment and even by two Republican led Senate committees.
00:06:44.780 I want your take on that, Senator, whose work was decried as, quote, not legitimate by a
00:06:50.820 political GOP colleague.
00:06:52.120 We've all reached the same conclusion that Joe Biden carried out official U.S.
00:06:56.140 policy towards Ukraine and engaged in no wrongdoing.
00:06:59.740 Trump administration officials have attested to these facts under oath.
00:07:03.260 Again, they lied.
00:07:05.800 Well, and Ben, it's worth looking back at the exact statements that were put out.
00:07:10.100 So this is during the presidential campaign.
00:07:12.460 Andrew Bates, who was part of the communications team on Biden's 2020 campaign, publicly stated
00:07:19.720 in Politico, that that he had, quote, reviewed Joe Biden's official schedules from the time
00:07:26.620 and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place.
00:07:32.920 And it went on from there.
00:07:35.640 Another Biden associate, Michael Carpenter, denounced the allegation that a meeting happened
00:07:41.700 as, quote, part of a Russian disinformation operation.
00:07:47.140 And he added, I am very comfortable saying that.
00:07:51.820 Now, you remember, that's the same thing they said about the Hunter Biden laptop.
00:07:54.880 Yeah, it was a Russian disinformation operation.
00:07:58.420 And when they said that, just about every media outlet in America, certainly all the corporate
00:08:02.980 media outlets, happily parroted it.
00:08:05.500 Oh, it's Russian disinformation.
00:08:07.260 Joe Biden never met with Burisma.
00:08:08.680 Well, if Devin Archer is telling the truth, then the Biden campaign flat out lied to the
00:08:16.700 American people.
00:08:17.640 It flat out lied and it alleged that the truth was Russian disinformation.
00:08:23.980 And you know what hasn't happened since the Devin Archer testimony?
00:08:27.380 We haven't seen any of the corporate media outlets that repeated those lies come back and
00:08:32.760 apologize.
00:08:33.660 We haven't seen any of the corporate media outlets go back and investigate.
00:08:36.960 Look, this is a meeting that occurred in Cafe Milano.

00:08:49.120 It is not complicated to figure out if Devin Archer was telling the truth, if the vice president

00:08:55.960 That is not a difficult fact to ascertain.
00:08:58.900 It is indisputable that the Biden campaign on the record flat out denied it, said it was
00:09:06.160 a lie and said it was Russian disinformation.
00:09:09.260 And if there is one reporter who gives a damn about being a reporter, he or she will investigate

00:09:19.340 We'll ask Karine Jean-Pierre, the current liar in chief working for the White House.

00:10:10.060 And whenever they said Russian disinformation, just to repeat it without even thinking, without
00:10:14.680 even bothering to investigate.

00:10:20.060 Biden has been caught up, caught in.
00:10:22.780 And to date, virtually all of the media is ignoring it.

00:10:58.720 And unless it's CBS and Kevin Heritage, she's done an amazing job on telling the truth on these

00:13:22.580 And it turns out lying to partisan Democrats and telling them what they want to hear, especially about Donald Trump,

00:15:40.360 This is a repeat thief that they've been dealing with.
00:15:43.700 And instead of actually investigating the thief, they're now going after these store clerks.
00:15:50.200 Only in Biden's America can criminals become the victims and the victims become the criminals.

00:15:59.800 Beating a man who was trying to steal from their store are now under investigation for assault.

00:16:07.480 The video shows this man going into a 7-Eleven in Stockton and emptying shelves of cigarettes into that large trash can.
00:16:15.120 The video then shows the two clerks try to stop him before hitting him with a stick more than two dozen times.
00:16:22.300 The store clerks now say this man stole from their store two other times and threatened them.
00:16:27.520 Stockton police say they are investigating the man who was beaten for robbery and the clerks for assault.
00:16:33.440 When the investigation is complete, it will be sent to the San Joaquin County District Attorney for review.
00:16:39.000 Then it's going to be up to the DA to determine what charges, if any, are filed against the store clerks.
00:16:45.080 Against the store clerks.
00:16:46.700 Senator, this is total insanity.
00:16:48.600 But it seems to be being done in city after city on purpose now.
00:16:53.240 Well, I have to say this video this past week went viral online on Twitter.
00:16:57.600 I saw it multiple times.
00:16:59.540 I watched it multiple times.
00:17:00.900 And I think there's a reason it resonated.
00:17:02.440 I think people are fed up with the lawlessness.
00:17:05.100 People are fed up with Democrat policies that have just empowered thieves.
00:17:08.700 In this instance, the video starts with this thief who has a giant trash can.
00:17:15.180 And he's behind the counter in the 7-Eleven.
00:17:17.880 And he's just sweeping all sorts of products into the trash can.
00:17:22.300 Mostly cigarettes.
00:17:23.120 But he's sweeping dozens, I'd say probably even hundreds of packets of cigarettes into the trash can.
00:17:31.540 And while he's doing that, he's taunting the store clerks.
00:17:35.240 He's saying, there's nothing you can do.
00:17:38.160 This is someone who allegedly had done this at least twice before.
00:17:42.880 And the store clerks are watching him.
00:17:44.740 They're watching him.
00:17:45.420 They're watching him.
00:17:46.020 And he keeps throwing.
00:17:46.780 And by the way, he's also wreaking havoc while he does it.
00:17:49.260 You know, he has complete disrespect for the store owners, for the clerks, for anything.
00:17:53.880 He's just throwing stuff in there that he intends to sell.
00:17:56.960 And he's stealing with no sense of accountability, no sense that there's anything that can happen.
00:18:02.440 And as he rolls the trash can away, one of the clerks tackles him.
00:18:06.900 And the other clerk comes up with a stick and begins whacking him with a stick.
00:18:11.540 And they're both Sikhs.
00:18:13.700 And according to the reporting, one of the two was the store owner.
00:18:17.140 And so you had a Sikh store owner and another Sikh who are presumably immigrants.
00:18:22.120 I assume that, I don't know if they are directly immigrants or their families are immigrants, but they are clerks and a grocery store owner who are defending their property.
00:18:33.100 And I got to say, when you watch that video, a lot of people, myself included, said, you know, thank God.
00:18:39.260 Someone is standing up to this lawlessness, to this garbage, good for the clerks, for defending themselves and defending their store and showing that criminality cannot be allowed to just go with no consequences.
00:18:54.300 And I got to say, within a couple of days, the results were so sadly and utterly predictable, which is in Stockton, California, the DA and the police are now investigating.
00:19:09.060 Yes, they're investigating the thief.
00:19:10.620 We'll see if they charge the thief, even though there's video of him committing theft.
00:19:14.500 But they are also investigating the store owner and the clerks.
00:19:18.840 And I got to say, it's a real simple question that is illustrative, not just of California, but across the country.

00:19:29.140 Do you stand with hardworking immigrant clerks?
00:19:33.720 Do you stand with small business owners?
00:19:36.320 Or do you stand with brazen and repeat criminals?
00:19:40.100 And sadly, Democrats across the country, that is not a hard question for them to answer.

00:19:47.960 We saw the same thing in New York City with the owner of a bodega that that or actually, as Jill Biden calls it, a bodega, because, you know, you know, those Bidens, they understand we Hispanics and they call us all tacos and they talk about the bodegas in New York City.

00:20:08.260 And, of course, what happens?
00:20:09.800 The prosecutor threatens to go after the store owner for defending his store.
00:20:14.720 This is it's a story that is outrageous because it shows where the allegiances of Democrats today lie.

00:26:14.080 It is they're driving ordinary citizens out of San Francisco, and it's because of deliberate political decisions from elected Democrats.

00:26:27.760 I mean, I remember the last election go-around, Democrats used and really attacked grocery stores.
00:26:35.120 Kroger's was one of those that they attacked, saying that they were pulling out of largely minority areas in the country, and they attacked Kroger, saying, you know, you're not serving, for example, the African-American community well.

00:26:48.340 And the response from Kroger and several others were, when Democrats were running on this issue, was, hey, if you would stop, if you would actually stop the criminals and allow for those that shoplift to not just walk out of our store whenever they want to and no one enforces the law, we would love to be open.
00:27:06.660 But we're forced to close down because we're losing millions of dollars per year on these store locations, because when the criminals walk in, they know they can take whatever they want, and they can walk right out the front door, and no one's going to stop them or prosecute them.

00:28:00.700 And so she's in downtown, and she decided to stop at a Starbucks to change.
00:28:05.100 She'd been traveling, so she had flown, I don't know, in sweats or some sort of travel clothes, and so she wanted to change into dress clothes for a business meeting.
00:28:12.400 So she stops at a Starbucks, figures that's an easy place to go to the bathroom.
00:28:16.440 She walked in, and Heidi said the entire Starbucks was filled with homeless people.
00:28:21.920 And she said the clerks looked at her with shock of like, wait, you're actually a paying customer who's going to pay for coffee?
00:28:29.300 And she said she had to literally step over and around homeless people who were filling the Starbucks to go order a coffee and to go to the restroom and change.
00:28:39.820 And I'll tell you, she did not feel safe remotely.
00:28:42.540 And this is right in the middle of downtown San Francisco where a woman could not feel safe going and getting a Starbucks.
00:28:52.140 Yeah, and that's the cities that we're dealing with in this country right now.
00:28:56.640 I think this is going to be a big Achilles heel for the Democrats come election year because even if you think that you want activist DAs and this kumbaya,

00:29:10.540 when it actually hits your neighborhood, this may be one of the biggest backfires because people don't feel safe in places like D.C.

00:29:49.920 Well, and of course, the Democrats in New York have happily trumpeted that New York is a sanctuary city.
00:29:56.340 And then when they're actually dealing with just a fraction of the number of illegal immigrants that are coming into this country,
00:30:03.540 that they realize that they cannot – that they can't handle it.

00:30:11.820 Look, if you look at Martha's Vineyard, and as you know, more than a year ago,

00:30:23.060 places like Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and Palo Alto and the Hamptons
00:30:28.200 and all the places that rich liberals go and sip Chardonnay and go to parties.
00:30:34.340 And when I did that, the executive in Martha's Vineyard actually publicly proclaimed,
00:30:40.900 he said, Cruz does not understand what is happening at the border.
00:30:46.060 And he said, in Martha's Vineyard, we would happily welcome illegal immigrants here in Martha's Vineyard.
00:30:54.600 Now, as you know, about six months later, Ron DeSantis followed what I had suggested,
00:31:00.800 and he sent 50, 5-0, illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard.
00:31:05.900 And within hours, the elected leadership there, all Democrats, declared an emergency and lost their minds.
00:31:12.240 That was 50. Last week, we had one of the elected officials, the deputy mayor in New York,
00:31:21.020 tells a press conference that over 2,100 migrants are coming to New York City per week,
00:31:27.260 and it is unsustainable. That's over 2,100.

00:31:33.880 I said, listen, come to South Texas, because South Texas and all along our southern border,
00:31:39.900 I said, we would be thrilled. We would throw a party to only have 2,100 illegal immigrants per week,
