00:11:23.620 And if they are going to try and do harm, then it is the responsibility of law enforcement to win that confrontation.

00:12:24.960 And when politicians encourage this behavior, which that's exactly what they are doing, is encouraging this behavior, encouraging people to come out and participate in these riots.

00:16:54.040 The rioting, you know, you should understand that we're going to have violent rioting if you remove illegal immigrants.

00:17:08.300 So DHS put out a list of some of the illegal immigrants, some of the violent illegal immigrants who are being removed.
00:17:16.820 One of them was Chong Chon Phan.
00:17:20.300 Chong Chon Phan is a 49-year-old Vietnamese national.
00:17:23.840 He was previously convicted of second-degree murder.
00:17:27.040 He was sentenced to serve 15 years to life in prison after he and his gang member associates were asked to leave a high school graduation party in 1994 following a dispute.
00:17:37.000 And then they returned with semi-automatic weapons, which they fired into a crowd of about 30 partygoers.
00:17:43.240 Dennis Braun, 18, of South Pasadena, and David Hang, 15, of San Marino, California, were killed, and seven others were wounded.
00:17:52.580 Then this is what DHS said, quote,
00:17:54.700 This criminal illegal alien is who Governor Newsom, Mayor Bass, and the rioters in Los Angeles are trying to protect over U.S. citizens.
00:18:04.800 Who else did ICE arrest?
00:18:06.440 ICE also criminally arrested Cielo Vivar Ubaldo,
00:18:11.040 who was a previously deported Mexican national who was convicted for sex with a minor, narcotics violations, and a hit and run.
00:18:20.780 He faces deportation.
00:18:22.800 Another person that was arrested was José Cristóbal Hernández Buitrán, 43 years old, of Peru.
00:18:29.580 He was previously convicted of robbery and sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.
00:18:33.840 Another one arrested, Julian Riveros Caravid, a Colombian national, who was arrested on administrative immigration violations.
00:18:44.720 He has prior arrests on charges of domestic battery, child endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft, and narcotics violations.
00:18:53.200 They also arrested Crisida Tui.
00:18:57.340 Crisida Tui is a 48-year-old Indonesian national previously convicted on narcotics, DUI, and illegal entry charges.
00:19:05.840 They also arrested Rolando Veneration Enriquez, a 55-year-old Filipino illegal immigrant,
00:19:12.900 whose criminal history includes theft, assault, burglary, and sexual penetration with a foreign object with force and assault with intent to commit rape in Pomona, California,
00:19:25.820 which carries a 37-year prison sentence.
00:19:29.300 Another one, Honduran national, Jordan Mauricio Meza Escobel, 32 years old.
00:19:36.140 His criminal history includes convictions on charges of domestic violence, as well as heroin and cocaine distribution.
00:19:43.440 Another one arrested, Jesus Alan Hernandez Morales, a 26-year-old Mexican illegal immigrant,
00:19:50.200 previously convicted of conspiracy to transport an illegal alien in Las Cruces, Mexico, and he received a 239-day sentence.
00:19:59.460 Another one, Delfino Aguilar Martinez, 51-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico,
00:20:04.480 accused of assault with a deadly weapon with great bodily injury in Los Angeles, sentenced to serve one year in prison.
00:20:14.620 On top of that, Victor Mendoza Aguilar, a 32-year-old Mexican national previously convicted of possessing unlawful paraphernalia,
00:20:22.660 possessing controlled substances, assault with a deadly weapon, not firearm, and obstructing a public officer in Pasadena.
00:20:30.020 And there are more and more and more.
00:20:31.560 I could keep reading names.
00:20:33.260 These are violent criminals.
00:20:34.760 And so what Karen Bass, what the Democrats are saying, is if the federal government arrests violent criminals,

00:26:32.540 That is unacceptable because if there's one thing the Democrats stand for beyond illegal immigration and crime, it is preventing the police from doing their job, preventing them from keeping you safe.
