00:00:23.240 Senator, we've got a lot to talk about on today's show,
00:00:25.600 including another one that is a big warning for America.
00:00:30.900 Watch the money, and where Democrats are spending it right now
00:00:34.120 is they're now trying to affect the court system altogether.
00:00:37.720 Well, that's exactly right.
00:00:39.600 Major left-wing groups are putting serious money behind pushing jury nullification,
00:00:44.640 trying to convince jurors not to enforce the criminal laws,
00:00:48.180 essentially to allow left-wing violent protesters to get away with violent assault
00:00:53.660 and not face any consequences.
00:00:55.900 We're going to explain exactly what they're doing and why it matters,
00:00:58.800 how it's the latest iteration of the left's effort to abolish the police,
00:01:02.960 and how it's fundamentally dangerous and contrary to rule of law.
00:01:06.660 We're also going to talk about a fairly amazing story.
00:01:08.920 Tucker Carlson flew to Israel.
00:01:11.000 He was there for like 14 seconds, stepped foot on the ground,
00:01:14.380 ran away screaming.
00:01:15.660 He did interview Mike Huckabee.
00:01:16.880 I'm sure we will see that shortly.
00:01:18.640 But then he amazingly claimed that Israel detained him,
00:01:23.160 and he sort of conjured up being thrown in a dungeon with leg irons.
00:01:27.120 And then he sort of had a little bit of a problem because the video came out,
00:01:30.940 and it's obvious that's not happening.
00:01:32.940 He's happily posing for selfies,
00:01:35.360 and the Israeli government came out and said he's lying,
00:01:38.600 and then the American embassy came out and said he's lying.
00:01:41.020 We're going to come with the receipts.
00:01:42.320 It's really every day when I think Tucker Carlson can't get sadder and sadder,
00:01:46.580 it gets sadder and sadder.
00:01:48.600 And if you wonder what happened, was he abducted by space aliens?
00:01:52.940 Well, that brings you to our third story,
00:01:54.820 which is Barack Obama told the world space aliens are real,
00:01:59.360 and now President Trump has said he's directing the administration
00:02:03.000 to release all the evidence of space aliens.
00:02:05.640 We're going to cover all of that on today's show.
00:02:08.400 Yeah, my favorite line from Trump was when he was asked about it on the plane.
00:02:11.460 He's like, by the way, that's classified.
00:02:12.920 He's not supposed to be talking about that publicly,
00:02:14.680 which was just such a great Trump line.
00:02:16.340 So we'll have that for you in a moment.
00:02:17.880 Let me take a quick moment and tell you about an incredible organization
00:02:21.040 called Compassion International.
00:02:23.600 For the next 60 seconds, can you hit pause on your life and just think about this?
00:02:28.700 Every day, millions of children face a crushing reality.
00:02:32.420 A constant defeating message echoes in their empty stomachs and their desperate eyes.
00:02:37.620 It is that you don't matter.
00:02:39.620 Poverty doesn't just steal food and shelter.
00:02:41.780 It steals hope, dignity, and the fundamental belief that they are love.
00:02:46.380 But there's another message, one of boundless love and hope.
00:02:49.840 Through Compassion International, you can change the child's story forever.
00:02:54.440 You can sponsor a child just like I do.
00:02:56.540 You can introduce them to a loving heavenly father.
00:02:59.420 You can equip them with education, health care, and the support to overcome poverty.
00:03:04.380 This isn't just about one child.
00:03:06.460 It's about transforming families, revitalizing communities, and changing nations.
00:03:11.160 It's about proving that every child truly matters.
00:03:15.460 So help give a child a future.
00:03:17.300 Give them hope.
00:03:18.380 Visit Compassion.com today.
00:03:21.160 That's Compassion.com.
00:03:24.880 All right, Senators.
00:03:25.920 So this is a complicated issue for many Americans,
00:03:29.200 and they look over it quickly because it just seems that way.
00:03:32.440 Let's explain exactly what jury nullification even means from the outset.
00:03:37.600 And then I think people really understand, oh, so that's why Democrats are now pushing this so hard,
00:03:42.200 and the dark money is coming in from the big mega donors in the Democratic Party.
00:03:46.700 Well, look, jury nullification is the ability of a jury to disregard the instructions given to the jury by the judge,
00:03:54.680 to disregard the law, and to disregard the facts,
00:03:57.820 and simply to say we are going to find the defendant not guilty.
00:04:01.840 Even if they are guilty, right?
00:04:03.700 I want to be clear.
00:04:05.360 It's only jury nullification if they are guilty.
00:04:08.020 If they're not guilty, then it's actually the jury finding them not guilty.
00:04:12.460 Nullification is specifically when the prosecution has proven that the individual committed the criminal offense,
00:04:19.640 the judge has instructed the jury, here's what the law is, here's what you must do,
00:04:23.520 and the jury nonetheless says we're not going to apply it.
00:04:27.240 And what's happening here, I want to give some of the details of what these left-wing groups are doing,
00:04:32.120 and then we're going to talk about why it matters.
00:04:34.180 So here's one story that was published by Alpha News in Minneapolis.
00:04:40.520 It is entitled,
00:04:41.380 Minneapolis Anti-ICE Activist Groups Promote Jury Nullification Training Amid High-Profile Cases.
00:04:47.360 And here's what the story reports.
00:04:50.400 A Minneapolis-based activist network is now openly advertising, quote,
00:04:54.960 jury nullification training,
00:04:57.140 raising new concerns about the integrity of jury trials in the Twin Cities.
00:05:01.620 Defend 612, which seeks to support, quote,
00:05:05.620 resistance to the ICE occupation in Minneapolis,
00:05:08.800 is promoting two virtual sessions titled
00:05:11.400 The People's Pardon or Jury Nullification scheduled in the coming weeks.
00:05:16.000 One description frames the effort, quote,
00:05:19.740 because when systems fail to deliver justice, the people must.
00:05:25.020 Quote,
00:05:25.980 jury nullification is a legal tactic that has been used to protect one another
00:05:30.280 from unjust laws and political persecution.
00:05:32.860 This is the description of the advertisement.
00:05:35.260 We will learn about jury nullification or The People's Pardon,
00:05:37.980 how it's been used, ways it can stem authoritarian overreach,
00:05:41.320 and how we can use it today.
00:05:43.240 In an email to supporters, Defend 612,
00:05:45.500 defended the trainings as a means of protecting our local heroes
00:05:49.260 through jury nullification.
00:05:51.660 Jury nullification occurs when jurors vote to acquit a defendant,
00:05:55.060 despite believing the law was broken,
00:05:57.040 often because they oppose the law itself or how it is enforced.
00:06:00.760 Last month, Alpha News reported on a Minnesota Democratic Party officials
00:06:04.380 urging his followers to use jury nullification in a federal case
00:06:08.700 involving an assault against an immigration officer.
00:06:12.200 Nick Cruz, a former vice president of the Minnesota Young DFL
00:06:17.200 and a current at-large director of Stonewall DFL,
00:06:21.020 wrote in a since-deleted post on X that, quote,
00:06:24.200 no one should be going to prison for defending our city against ICE.
00:06:29.400 Cruz was referring to the federal case of Claire Louise Fang,
00:06:32.360 who is accused of biting off the tip of a U.S. border agent's finger
00:06:38.400 during a struggle in Minneapolis.
00:06:40.680 So understand this.
00:06:41.620 A federal law enforcement officer has the tip of his finger
00:06:45.120 bitten off by an activist,
00:06:46.720 and these lunatics are saying,
00:06:48.560 don't convict the person who bit off part of his finger.
00:06:52.920 By the way, you can see that picture on X.
00:06:55.280 It went viral.
00:06:56.160 They actually showed the baggie of the fingertip
00:06:59.160 and the agent's finger.
00:07:01.300 If you just want to see, like, how violent these attacks are,
00:07:04.460 that went viral because people thought they were lying.
00:07:06.740 And so then someone took the picture and was like,
00:07:08.700 okay, you think we're lying?
00:07:09.900 Look at my finger that's missing.
00:07:11.680 Here it is in a bag, and we're going to the hospital now.
00:07:13.980 Just so you understand what they're up against to the left.
00:07:16.560 And this left-wing activist,
00:07:19.000 he encouraged followers to spread information
00:07:21.200 about jury nullification and to, quote,
00:07:23.640 act neutral during the voir dire,
00:07:26.620 the jury selection process, in order to get seated.
00:07:28.840 I'm going to take a brief digression to say,
00:07:33.000 two weeks ago I spoke at an event honoring Justice Scalia.
00:07:36.860 It was the 10th anniversary of his passing away.
00:07:39.720 And I described preparing for an oral argument
00:07:42.220 in a Supreme Court case
00:07:43.380 where jury selection was an aspect of that case.
00:07:46.920 And Justice Scalia was brilliant.
00:07:48.500 He was a remarkable person.
00:07:50.040 But he was also a stickler for language.
00:07:52.460 And the process of selecting jurors,
00:07:57.080 it's spelled V-O-I-R-D-I-R-E.
00:08:00.000 And in many parts of the country,
00:08:01.700 that's pronounced voir dire.
00:08:03.600 In Texas, it's voir dire.
00:08:06.200 And actually, in preparing for the oral argument,
00:08:09.040 one of the questions I prepared for is,
00:08:11.520 when I said voir dire,
00:08:12.620 having Scalia ask,
00:08:13.980 counsel, I just heard you say words.
00:08:16.180 I'm sorry, I don't understand them.
00:08:18.360 And my response, which I was ready to give,
00:08:20.980 I would have said, Justice Scalia,
00:08:22.180 I understand that in other parts of the country,
00:08:24.520 there may be more Frenchified pronunciations
00:08:27.380 of those words.
00:08:28.240 But in the great state of Texas,
00:08:29.960 it is voir dire.
00:08:31.460 And representing Texas,
00:08:32.820 that's what I'll be using.
00:08:35.000 Understand, though, the relevance of voir dire here.
00:08:37.840 This leftist is saying,
00:08:39.320 lie during voir dire.
00:08:40.760 Tell the judge you'll be neutral
00:08:43.000 and then defy the law anyway.
00:08:45.840 This is blatantly undermining our justice system.
00:08:49.380 This is something that I think is a very scary moment.
00:08:53.960 It is Democrats now putting big money behind the idea
00:08:56.960 of advocating for juries to basically say,
00:08:59.780 even if you have someone that has broken the law,
00:09:01.920 if they've broken a law that you're in essence favor of,
00:09:04.780 then just don't find them guilty,
00:09:06.500 even though you're admitting they are guilty.
00:09:08.100 And now the Democratic Party is like, let's do this.
00:09:11.180 We're going to put real money behind it.
00:09:13.760 And look, understand,
00:09:15.460 jury nullification has always been part of the justice system.
00:09:19.940 And so there are numerous examples in history.
00:09:23.460 So, for example, in 1735,
00:09:25.680 John Peter Zenger was tried in New York.
00:09:27.920 He was charged with seditious libel
00:09:29.580 for criticizing the royal governor of New York,
00:09:32.680 William Cosby, in the New York Weekly Journal.
00:09:34.640 And under English law, truth was not a defense.
00:09:38.360 But the jury decided to acquit anyway.
00:09:40.860 That was a very early example of jury nullification.
00:09:45.620 The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850,
00:09:48.320 Northern juries sometimes refuse to convict individuals
00:09:51.500 charged with assisting escaped slaves.
00:09:55.860 That was another instance of jury nullification
00:09:57.700 where they'd say,
00:09:58.580 we're not going to participate in this unjust law.
00:10:00.460 There are really tragic and bigoted examples
00:10:05.940 of jury nullification.
00:10:07.080 For example, the Emmett Till murder trial in 1955,
00:10:10.880 the defendants were quickly acquitted
00:10:13.260 despite very significant evidence.
00:10:15.180 And it was an all-white male jury that nullified.
00:10:19.460 And it was simply racism.
00:10:21.500 They weren't going to hold the defendant guilty
00:10:24.100 for murdering Emmett Till.
00:10:25.960 And by the way, in the Vietnam War,
00:10:29.080 there were some juries that acquitted draft dodgers
00:10:32.040 and protesters and activists.
00:10:33.760 That is a check built in the system.
00:10:36.200 What is different here is you've got George Soros
00:10:39.520 and left-wing groups putting serious money
00:10:41.980 behind promoting this on a systemic basis
00:10:44.840 by trying to send leftists in to infiltrate jury pools
00:10:48.500 and to undermine it.
00:10:51.140 And understand the purpose of this.
00:10:53.680 This is really, it's a form of really jury tampering
00:10:57.080 because, look, Minneapolis is not a particularly
00:11:00.240 huge municipality.
00:11:01.640 And if they're able to push enough left-wing activists,
00:11:04.820 their objective is for their protesters
00:11:07.880 to be able to engage in criminal violence.
00:11:10.480 Understand, this is not like draft dodgers
00:11:13.380 and you disagree with the Vietnam War.
00:11:15.560 This is biting someone's finger off
00:11:18.500 and saying, we're going to refuse
00:11:21.860 to hold you criminally accountable.
00:11:23.420 And understand, this will also be
00:11:25.080 beating someone up, seriously injuring them.
00:11:28.100 And this is part and parcel
00:11:29.380 with the leftist agenda of abolishing the police.
00:11:33.660 That's one way that you eliminate
00:11:35.780 criminal penalties for violent conduct.
00:11:38.820 Another way you do so
00:11:41.440 is by electing George Soros prosecutor.
00:11:44.540 Soros has put millions of dollars
00:11:46.320 into electing radical prosecutors
00:11:48.900 who simply refuse to charge crimes.
00:11:51.680 And you know what?
00:11:52.260 If someone commits an act of violence
00:11:53.640 and the prosecutor won't charge them,
00:11:55.020 you've effectively abolished the police
00:11:56.660 because you've legalized violence.
00:11:58.680 And this is another strategy
00:12:00.900 designed to do the exact same thing.
00:12:03.300 Yeah, it really is.
00:12:04.360 When you look at the money behind this too,
00:12:06.720 it makes a lot of sense, right?
00:12:08.320 This isn't just something
00:12:09.160 they want to do in Minnesota.
00:12:10.400 This is something that Democrats
00:12:11.820 want to do all over the country
00:12:13.640 where they're being activists.
00:12:16.160 And then it could expand.
00:12:17.900 I actually was reading
00:12:19.300 on one of the websites
00:12:20.440 and I went deep into this.
00:12:22.460 We were getting ready for the show
00:12:23.540 that there was calls for
00:12:26.000 this being a new way
00:12:27.100 to deal with what they described
00:12:28.600 as reparations.
00:12:29.580 Hey, if we have somebody
00:12:30.380 that's a minority,
00:12:31.560 even if they've committed a crime,
00:12:33.440 we should let them go
00:12:34.520 and we can do it this way.
00:12:36.100 I mean, you want to talk about
00:12:37.480 opening Pandora's box
00:12:38.640 to radicals that believe things like this.
00:12:40.800 That is what they're writing right now.
00:12:42.380 They're saying, no, no, this is far outside
00:12:43.960 of just this issue with ICE right now.
00:12:45.920 This could be to right
00:12:47.140 all the wrongs of the world
00:12:48.320 is how they're describing it
00:12:49.440 in their own forums.
00:12:50.980 Yeah, and understand,
00:12:52.140 like these Soros DAs,
00:12:53.560 they include George Gascon
00:12:55.160 in Los Angeles,
00:12:56.260 Chesa Boudin in San Francisco,
00:12:58.720 Kim Fox in Chicago,
00:13:00.100 Kim Gardner in St. Louis,
00:13:01.500 Rachel Rollins in Boston,
00:13:02.960 Marilyn Mosby in Baltimore.
00:13:05.900 Don't forget Steve Mulroy
00:13:07.080 down there in Memphis, Tennessee.
00:13:08.300 I just got to give that guy a shout out
00:13:09.720 because he's a radical as well.
00:13:10.960 Look, and it's a challenge
00:13:13.760 because there are vulnerabilities
00:13:16.820 in our justice system
00:13:18.060 and in our democratic system.
00:13:20.360 And George Soros, listen,
00:13:22.020 you and I disagree with everything
00:13:23.440 George Soros has done,
00:13:25.280 but I'm going to credit him
00:13:26.420 with something,
00:13:27.640 which is being effective.
00:13:29.600 This man is a Marxist
00:13:32.240 who hates America,
00:13:33.700 and he has spent billions of dollars
00:13:37.040 effectively tearing this country down,
00:13:39.280 and the network that he funds.
00:13:41.440 And much of it is done
00:13:43.060 through dark money.
00:13:44.160 It's done through 501C3s and C4s, 0.97
00:13:46.620 and I actually have legislation
00:13:47.880 that will help at least expose
00:13:51.920 the billions of dollars
00:13:53.540 that are going to tear down
00:13:55.380 tear down this country.
00:13:57.160 But you look at electing DAs.
00:13:59.180 It wasn't that long ago
00:14:00.280 where a DA election
00:14:01.940 was a fairly sleepy affair
00:14:03.300 where you'd have a couple of candidates
00:14:04.560 and they both wanted
00:14:05.620 to enforce the law.
00:14:06.660 They'd both prosecute criminals.
00:14:07.940 They'd lock up bad guys.
00:14:08.940 Everyone agreed,
00:14:09.900 if you're a murderer,
00:14:10.840 you should be charged.
00:14:11.660 You should be prosecuted.
00:14:12.660 You should be convicted.
00:14:13.480 You should go to jail.
00:14:13.840 It was a popularity contest
00:14:15.080 in essence, right?
00:14:16.020 It was two of the same,
00:14:16.900 but who has more friends?
00:14:18.640 Right.
00:14:19.440 And it was, you know,
00:14:20.400 who looks like a tougher,
00:14:21.500 like there was an old DA
00:14:23.260 in Houston
00:14:24.500 who had this giant
00:14:25.620 handlebar mustache for years.
00:14:27.520 And like,
00:14:27.820 who is sort of the tougher
00:14:29.520 law enforcement guy?
00:14:31.480 And Soros understood
00:14:32.980 that for really a cheap amount,
00:14:36.520 if you put a DA in,
00:14:37.920 in most instances,
00:14:38.840 a DA's decision not to prosecute,
00:14:41.060 there's nothing you can do about it.
00:14:42.660 A DA has almost
00:14:43.440 total discretion over that.
00:14:45.600 And this is another effort.
00:14:47.800 And look,
00:14:48.120 it's one thing
00:14:48.720 if jury nullification happens
00:14:50.580 in a particular case,
00:14:52.420 you know,
00:14:52.840 I think of, for example,
00:14:54.300 a case where, say,
00:14:56.100 God forbid,
00:14:56.840 a child is raped
00:14:57.880 and the father
00:14:59.140 beats the hell out of
00:15:01.220 or even commits
00:15:02.280 more serious violence
00:15:03.480 against the rapist.
00:15:04.380 That's the sort of case
00:15:05.320 where a jury could say,
00:15:06.780 you know,
00:15:07.840 damn it,
00:15:08.260 I'm not,
00:15:09.740 you know,
00:15:10.160 there's an old line in Texas
00:15:11.420 that it's a defense to murder
00:15:12.760 that the defendant
00:15:14.180 needed killing.
00:15:16.160 Yeah.
00:15:17.780 It's one thing
00:15:18.840 for it to organically happen
00:15:20.600 in a case of
00:15:22.240 grotesque injustice,
00:15:24.380 and that's built into the system.
00:15:26.160 It is another thing
00:15:27.140 when you have millions of dollars
00:15:28.720 promoting people
00:15:30.260 going into lie,
00:15:31.400 like showing up
00:15:32.420 with the purpose of
00:15:33.780 I'm here to get
00:15:36.080 violent left-wing protesters off,
00:15:39.060 to get them off scot-free,
00:15:40.340 so it is effectively
00:15:41.220 not a crime
00:15:42.360 in this jurisdiction anymore
00:15:44.460 to beat the hell
00:15:46.460 out of a cop
00:15:47.380 walking down the street,
00:15:49.020 to bite the tip
00:15:50.220 of their finger off,
00:15:51.080 or to commit even more
00:15:52.260 egregious acts of violence.
00:15:53.820 This is dangerous,
00:15:55.180 and this is Soros
00:15:56.500 in the left wing
00:15:57.320 exploiting vulnerabilities
00:15:59.280 in our system
00:16:00.120 and doing it systematically.
00:16:02.740 Canadian women
00:16:03.600 are looking for more,
00:16:04.920 more out of themselves,
00:16:06.000 their businesses,
00:16:06.940 their elected leaders,
00:16:07.900 and the world around them.
00:16:09.100 And that's why we're thrilled
00:16:10.080 to introduce
00:16:10.720 the Honest Talk podcast.
00:16:12.860 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:16:14.040 And I'm Catherine Clark.
00:16:15.260 And in this podcast,
00:16:16.400 we interview Canada's
00:16:17.380 most inspiring women,
00:16:18.860 entrepreneurs,
00:16:19.720 artists,
00:16:20.380 athletes,
00:16:20.980 politicians,
00:16:21.420 and newsmakers,
00:16:22.580 all at different stages
00:16:23.620 of their journey.
00:16:24.760 So if you're looking to connect,
00:16:26.580 then we hope you'll join us.
00:16:27.980 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast
00:16:29.340 on iHeartRadio
00:16:30.380 or wherever you listen
00:16:31.340 to your podcasts.
00:16:33.920 All right, Senators,
00:16:34.840 so it was a very interesting week.
00:16:37.160 There was a big back and forth.
00:16:39.160 I don't think it's an interview.
00:16:40.580 I think it's a debate.
00:16:42.200 It had a lot of fanfare.
00:16:44.080 It was Tiger Carlson
00:16:45.080 going to Israel
00:16:46.080 to have a sit-down
00:16:48.020 with the U.S. ambassador,
00:16:49.340 dear friend of both of ours,
00:16:50.760 Mike Huckabee.
00:16:52.040 I was rooting for Mike
00:16:53.720 because you knew
00:16:54.560 what Tucker was going to do.
00:16:56.380 But before we even got
00:16:57.720 any of the interview out,
00:16:59.440 and maybe it's because
00:17:00.420 it didn't go well for Tucker,
00:17:01.840 we'll see.
00:17:03.060 But what he did do
00:17:04.140 is had a great distraction
00:17:05.400 claiming he was detained
00:17:06.900 in Israel at the airport.
00:17:09.240 And thank goodness
00:17:09.840 he got safe out of the country.
00:17:12.140 Turns out it was all crap and a lie.
00:17:14.800 Yeah, look,
00:17:15.240 I got to say,
00:17:15.920 Tucker Carlson's descent
00:17:17.400 into madness
00:17:18.100 has been tragic
00:17:20.580 and horrific to watch.
00:17:22.440 You and I have both known
00:17:23.260 Tucker a long, long time.
00:17:24.540 I've known him
00:17:25.080 probably 25 years.
00:17:27.280 And, you know,
00:17:28.380 there was a time
00:17:29.360 when he would vocally
00:17:30.480 defend Israel,
00:17:31.920 when he was,
00:17:32.540 look,
00:17:32.680 when he had his Fox TV show
00:17:34.260 during COVID
00:17:34.920 and the lockdowns,
00:17:36.320 his monologue every night
00:17:37.880 was the single best thing
00:17:38.760 on television,
00:17:39.320 and it was destination TV.
00:17:41.780 Well, he got fired from Fox,
00:17:43.220 and he's gone into
00:17:44.280 the kind of the dark
00:17:45.140 hinterlands of the Internet,
00:17:46.140 and he's turned really twisted.
00:17:48.400 He is, number one,
00:17:49.740 obsessed with Israel.
00:17:51.380 It seems like
00:17:52.460 if you are a Jew-hating bigot,
00:17:54.900 you too can be a guest
00:17:56.120 on Tucker's show.
00:17:56.920 He will find every person
00:17:58.660 that says the Jews 0.98
00:18:00.020 are responsible
00:18:00.740 for terrible things.
00:18:01.660 By the way,
00:18:02.280 if you're a Nazi apologist,
00:18:03.780 if you think Adolf Hitler
00:18:04.860 was very, very cool,
00:18:06.680 you too can be on Tucker's show.
00:18:08.820 By the way,
00:18:09.500 if you're an Islamist,
00:18:10.680 if you think Hamas
00:18:11.780 is not a terrorist organization,
00:18:13.300 as Tucker has said,
00:18:14.360 you too can be on Tucker's show.
00:18:16.900 If you hate Donald Trump
00:18:19.400 because his show now
00:18:20.500 is attacking almost
00:18:21.400 every foreign policy decision
00:18:23.220 Donald Trump makes,
00:18:24.780 you too can be on Tucker's show.
00:18:27.060 And he has said
00:18:27.960 the people he hates
00:18:28.960 most in the world.
00:18:30.860 Are they the jihadists
00:18:31.960 who murder Americans? 0.68
00:18:33.060 No.
00:18:33.400 No, no, no.
00:18:33.880 Those are the people
00:18:34.680 he actually prezes.
00:18:35.420 Not ISIS, not Al-Qaeda,
00:18:36.300 not Hamas, not Hezbollah.
00:18:39.260 Who are they?
00:18:40.160 They are Christian Zionists. 0.99
00:18:41.600 He said there's no one
00:18:42.460 on planet Earth.
00:18:43.200 By the way,
00:18:44.120 if you are A, a Christian,
00:18:45.940 and B, you believe
00:18:47.220 Israel should exist.
00:18:48.700 That's what it means
00:18:49.400 to be a Zionist.
00:18:50.260 You know, a lot of the Jew haters,
00:18:51.980 they're scared of actually
00:18:53.620 admitting they're Jew haters,
00:18:54.700 so instead of saying
00:18:55.420 the word Jew,
00:18:56.500 they say Zionist
00:18:57.660 because they think
00:18:58.140 that sounds so much more...
00:18:59.960 Like, Zionist means
00:19:02.360 should Israel exist?
00:19:05.260 Yeah.
00:19:05.980 I gotta say,
00:19:07.160 I am proudly a Zionist,
00:19:09.080 and I am proudly a Christian,
00:19:10.560 and if you're a Christian,
00:19:11.680 and you believe
00:19:12.520 the nation of Israel
00:19:13.380 should exist,
00:19:14.200 there are 57 Muslim countries
00:19:16.240 in the world
00:19:16.740 if you think the Jewish people
00:19:17.940 should have one country,
00:19:19.640 just one.
00:19:21.360 Mind you,
00:19:22.180 the modern state of Israel
00:19:23.020 was formed after the Holocaust,
00:19:24.740 after the Nazis
00:19:25.660 murdered over 6 million Jews
00:19:28.080 in committing a genocide,
00:19:30.060 and the phrase
00:19:31.320 never again meant something,
00:19:32.760 that there would be
00:19:33.300 a homeland
00:19:33.900 that at least there would be
00:19:35.300 one place for Jews to flee to.
00:19:36.960 If you think Jews ought to exist, 1.00
00:19:38.880 well, then Tucker hates you
00:19:40.880 more than anybody else
00:19:42.620 on planet Earth,
00:19:43.380 and he's identified
00:19:44.060 two people in particular
00:19:45.320 that he hates the most,
00:19:46.860 and that is Mike Huckabee and me,
00:19:48.120 and so he went to interview
00:19:49.200 Mike Huckabee.
00:19:50.200 I'm sure there are fireworks.
00:19:51.700 We'll see what happened in it,
00:19:53.540 and he touched down.
00:19:55.540 It was the most bizarre thing.
00:19:57.080 He landed in Israel.
00:19:59.220 He didn't leave the airport,
00:20:00.620 so I guess the interview
00:20:01.560 was at the airport.
00:20:03.580 And it sounded like
00:20:04.540 that's because he was afraid
00:20:05.480 of his safety or something.
00:20:06.700 Like, he was trying to say,
00:20:07.460 I don't feel safe in this country,
00:20:08.740 and I need to be able to leave
00:20:09.540 at a moment's notice,
00:20:10.440 so I'll only do the interview
00:20:11.400 at the airport.
00:20:12.100 That is what the team
00:20:13.800 seemed to be wanting
00:20:14.420 to get out there.
00:20:15.040 They didn't feel safe.
00:20:16.060 They didn't think that Israel
00:20:16.920 would be a place
00:20:18.100 they would be able to be,
00:20:19.000 you know, free or welcome
00:20:20.400 or whatever,
00:20:21.000 so we're just going to stay
00:20:22.040 in the airport.
00:20:22.680 But meanwhile,
00:20:23.500 the same guy that would go to Russia
00:20:24.980 that detains Americans 0.99
00:20:26.300 on a regular basis
00:20:27.100 and will happily put out
00:20:28.500 grocery store propaganda
00:20:29.620 on their behalf
00:20:30.420 and travel anywhere in Russia
00:20:32.360 that they would let him go.
00:20:33.700 And by the way,
00:20:34.460 interview Putin.
00:20:35.940 Interview the president of Iran.
00:20:37.540 The president of Iran
00:20:38.180 is actively trying to murder
00:20:39.680 President Trump right now.
00:20:41.440 And Tucker did an interview
00:20:43.400 where he was practically
00:20:44.580 rubbing his leg
00:20:46.160 and gazing adoringly
00:20:46.980 like a lovesick 16-year-old
00:20:50.320 sucking soda straws
00:20:52.000 with her crush
00:20:53.000 at the soda fountain.
00:20:54.260 And don't forget,
00:20:54.820 he buys houses in Qatar, right?
00:20:56.600 Let's not forget that one.
00:20:58.020 He has literally purchased
00:20:59.140 a home in Qatar.
00:21:01.260 And by the way,
00:21:01.920 I get asked routinely,
00:21:04.500 is Tucker being paid
00:21:06.560 millions of dollars from Qatar?
00:21:08.460 I don't know.
00:21:09.320 I have no evidence of that.
00:21:10.800 I will tell you,
00:21:11.460 it would explain an awful lot
00:21:12.740 because if you play
00:21:13.560 what Tucker said on TV
00:21:14.800 for years
00:21:15.820 and he's done an about-face
00:21:17.080 on everything,
00:21:18.560 money would certainly
00:21:19.520 explain an awful lot.
00:21:20.620 I don't know why.
00:21:21.620 I just know that he is
00:21:22.860 attacking Israel and Jews 1.00
00:21:24.340 every day.
00:21:25.440 He is praising Islamists 1.00
00:21:27.200 and he is attacking capitalism.
00:21:29.040 He's praised Mandami repeatedly.
00:21:31.420 He's praised Maduro.
00:21:33.140 I mean, it is,
00:21:34.440 it's a crazy descent.
00:21:36.780 When he went to Israel,
00:21:38.120 there were some Christians
00:21:38.980 in Israel who said,
00:21:39.900 come visit us.
00:21:40.560 We'll show you
00:21:41.200 that Christians are protected
00:21:42.540 and prospering in Israel,
00:21:44.280 that the people
00:21:44.820 who are persecuting Christians 0.99
00:21:46.140 are the Islamists 0.98
00:21:49.720 who are persecuting Christians.
00:21:50.960 He's focused on,
00:21:52.200 well, Bethlehem,
00:21:53.300 the Christian population
00:21:54.360 is under assault.
00:21:55.680 Well, that's true
00:21:56.800 because the Palestinian authority
00:21:58.220 is in charge of Bethlehem,
00:21:59.780 not Israel.
00:22:01.240 Yeah.
00:22:01.780 He refused to meet
00:22:03.320 with Christians there.
00:22:04.120 I just got back from Israel.
00:22:04.860 The number of people
00:22:06.040 that are there
00:22:06.600 on a pilgrimage
00:22:07.540 as Christians
00:22:08.840 is massive.
00:22:11.340 And by the way,
00:22:13.400 I want to be,
00:22:13.980 I forgot to tell you this.
00:22:15.200 I too, Senator,
00:22:16.440 and I probably should have
00:22:17.380 put this out,
00:22:18.440 seeing the video
00:22:19.140 of Tucker Carlson Airport,
00:22:20.160 I was detained as well
00:22:21.320 when I left.
00:22:22.240 I just can't believe
00:22:22.900 you didn't come save me.
00:22:23.980 I'm a little disappointed.
00:22:25.180 I thought you had my back here,
00:22:26.560 but I was detained in Israel
00:22:27.920 because they checked my passport
00:22:29.440 and they held me
00:22:30.360 for a second to the side.
00:22:31.680 So I just want to be clear.
00:22:33.660 If Tucker Carlson was detained,
00:22:35.280 I was detained as well.
00:22:36.600 Well, and here's the statement
00:22:39.220 Tucker put out.
00:22:40.260 Quote,
00:22:41.060 men who identified themselves
00:22:42.360 as airport security
00:22:43.480 took our passports,
00:22:45.260 hauled our executive producer
00:22:46.580 into a side room,
00:22:47.620 and then demanded
00:22:48.320 to know what we spoke
00:22:49.580 to Ambassador Huckabee about.
00:22:51.500 Now, I got to say,
00:22:52.400 this ridiculous claim
00:22:53.980 that he put out
00:22:54.720 was promptly refuted,
00:22:56.960 A, by the video
00:22:58.200 of his interaction.
00:22:59.220 He's in the airport.
00:22:59.980 He's laughing.
00:23:00.580 He's taking pictures
00:23:01.340 and selfies with people.
00:23:03.340 B, by a statement
00:23:04.780 from the government of Israel
00:23:05.880 saying this is totally false
00:23:07.060 and C, by the U.S. Embassy.
00:23:10.100 But actually,
00:23:10.740 the best refutation to this
00:23:12.220 is there is a fellow online.
00:23:15.620 I don't know him,
00:23:17.260 but he's a comedian
00:23:18.400 and he's a comedian
00:23:19.200 named Ami Kozak
00:23:20.560 who does this great
00:23:22.140 Tucker impression.
00:23:23.520 And it's hysterical.
00:23:24.840 If you're watching it on video,
00:23:26.100 you really should watch it on video
00:23:27.280 because he's actually,
00:23:28.040 his hair looks like Tucker
00:23:28.900 and he does it.
00:23:29.740 If not, give a listen
00:23:30.840 because this is satire.
00:23:32.620 It's not real,
00:23:33.200 but this is a comedian
00:23:34.200 portraying Tucker
00:23:36.480 being, quote,
00:23:37.380 detained by Israeli airport.
00:23:40.660 Shalom.
00:23:41.240 Hi.
00:23:42.880 Okay, you pack your own bags
00:23:44.180 or somebody pack for you?
00:23:45.640 I don't even know
00:23:46.880 what that means, actually.
00:23:48.240 I mean, I certainly,
00:23:48.900 I pack some things.
00:23:49.960 I certainly pack a lot of things,
00:23:51.460 like a lot.
00:23:52.500 And I probably overpacked.
00:23:53.920 I always tend to overpack.
00:23:55.480 I bring everything.
00:23:56.760 And I'm sure other people
00:23:57.880 pack for me, too.
00:23:59.320 Well, we have to ask
00:24:00.080 to make sure, you know,
00:24:00.780 no one put their weapon
00:24:01.640 or something you don't know.
00:24:03.180 Well, I'm proud of owning guns.
00:24:05.500 I own lots of guns.
00:24:06.600 I'm not going to apologize
00:24:07.460 for that, like at all.
00:24:08.420 I own guns.
00:24:09.380 You have one here?
00:24:10.100 And so I'm not going
00:24:11.160 to apologize for that.
00:24:11.780 Okay, but did you pack it?
00:24:12.760 I'm not going to do it.
00:24:13.720 Okay, okay.
00:24:14.500 What do you do for work?
00:24:15.880 Oh, I'm a journalist.
00:24:17.000 I'm a journalist,
00:24:17.680 a commentator.
00:24:18.520 I talk to people.
00:24:19.720 I have conversations
00:24:20.580 with people.
00:24:21.500 Journalist?
00:24:21.880 Okay.
00:24:22.160 Do you ever lie?
00:24:22.840 Oh, all the time.
00:24:23.960 I lie every day.
00:24:24.720 I lie every day.
00:24:25.700 And I'll continue to do it.
00:24:27.560 I'm sure I'll continue
00:24:28.420 to do that.
00:24:30.020 And I hate it.
00:24:31.620 I hate that I do that,
00:24:32.460 but I'm certain
00:24:32.920 that I do do it.
00:24:33.940 You're lying right now
00:24:34.940 about your intentions?
00:24:36.020 Oh, yeah.
00:24:38.300 And I'm very honest
00:24:39.200 about that.
00:24:39.760 I'm very honest about that.
00:24:40.840 You're honest
00:24:41.360 that you're lying.
00:24:41.980 Okay.
00:24:42.320 You with a major network?
00:24:43.460 No.
00:24:44.020 We're independent.
00:24:44.900 Okay.
00:24:45.480 And who is funding you?
00:24:49.080 I'd rather not say.
00:24:50.900 That's not your business.
00:24:52.240 It's not your business at all.
00:24:53.100 It's a secret?
00:24:53.720 Actually, I don't have
00:24:54.380 to disclose that.
00:24:55.240 Okay.
00:24:55.920 You traveled to the Middle East
00:24:57.180 at all in the last six months?
00:24:58.320 I have.
00:24:58.980 Okay.
00:24:59.460 Yes.
00:24:59.880 Where do you go?
00:25:01.260 Which places do you travel?
00:25:03.160 Well...
00:25:03.740 And why do you go there?
00:25:06.460 No, let's go.
00:25:07.280 I went to places.
00:25:09.020 They were nice.
00:25:09.520 I just...
00:25:09.840 I wanted to...
00:25:10.360 I wanted to talk to people
00:25:12.820 and see people
00:25:13.660 and have conversations
00:25:15.180 with people.
00:25:15.920 Okay.
00:25:16.360 Any of the people
00:25:17.080 you talked to
00:25:17.600 have any connections
00:25:18.220 to radical terrorist organizations?
00:25:20.980 I mean...
00:25:22.580 Really?
00:25:23.140 I mean,
00:25:24.400 last I checked,
00:25:24.920 they were all
00:25:25.260 political organizations.
00:25:26.500 They're what?
00:25:26.900 Any of those regimes
00:25:27.940 were political organizations
00:25:29.820 in the last I checked.
00:25:31.840 Okay.
00:25:34.460 This funny to you?
00:25:35.960 Are you Jewish?
00:25:36.740 No, I'm not Jewish.
00:25:38.180 I certainly...
00:25:38.780 There's nothing wrong
00:25:39.620 with being Jewish.
00:25:40.520 Some of my favorite people
00:25:41.280 are Jewish.
00:25:41.800 Like, really, like,
00:25:42.620 some of my very
00:25:43.360 absolutely favorite people
00:25:44.540 are Jewish.
00:25:45.620 Some of my least favorite people
00:25:46.620 are Christian Zionists. 0.84
00:25:47.740 I hate them.
00:25:48.360 I'm appalled by them, actually.
00:25:49.700 Like, really.
00:25:50.240 Like, really appalled.
00:25:51.020 But I'm not going to apologize
00:25:51.960 for who I am.
00:25:52.680 I'm a white person.
00:25:53.520 I'm a Christian.
00:25:54.160 I'm a man.
00:25:54.980 And I'm not going to apologize
00:25:55.940 for that.
00:25:56.920 Period.
00:25:57.700 Okay, okay.
00:25:58.560 Couple more questions.
00:25:59.960 Where are you from?
00:26:00.780 Oh, I came from Maine.
00:26:01.740 What is Maine?
00:26:02.360 Yeah, I live across
00:26:02.940 from my parents' graves.
00:26:03.880 Wow.
00:26:04.460 Okay, for Maine,
00:26:05.300 what's the population?
00:26:07.480 I see what you did.
00:26:09.900 Why not?
00:26:12.000 And so...
00:26:12.880 So what brings you to Israel?
00:26:13.920 Well, I'm here to interview
00:26:14.680 Ambassador Mike Huckabee.
00:26:16.120 You know Ambassador Mike Huckabee?
00:26:18.000 Very well, actually.
00:26:18.980 I know him a lot.
00:26:19.480 From where you know him?
00:26:20.460 And I also have no idea
00:26:21.380 who he is, like, at all.
00:26:22.640 Like, I barely even know
00:26:23.740 who that is.
00:26:24.260 I don't even know who he is.
00:26:25.460 Ma?
00:26:25.740 And so I'm here to interview him.
00:26:26.780 So wait, you do know him
00:26:27.760 or you don't know him?
00:26:28.760 An Ilomevin.
00:26:29.580 Okay, anyone give you
00:26:30.420 a gift or something
00:26:31.220 to take to Israel with you?
00:26:32.300 I mean, I got a house
00:26:33.620 from Qatar.
00:26:34.540 Why you get that?
00:26:35.360 They're an ally.
00:26:36.040 Last I checked,
00:26:36.600 they're an ally.
00:26:37.920 They're, like,
00:26:38.360 one of our closest allies, actually.
00:26:39.820 Okay, we're going to need
00:26:40.500 your passport, please.
00:26:41.680 Why do you need
00:26:42.220 to see my passport?
00:26:43.020 Is it because I'm a Christian?
00:26:44.360 What's you saying?
00:26:45.380 Did you just spit at me?
00:26:46.780 Ma?
00:26:47.180 Did you just spit at me?
00:26:48.040 We need your passport.
00:26:49.900 Your passport, please.
00:26:51.140 Well, I'm certainly not going
00:26:51.780 to give you my passport.
00:26:52.820 I would never do that.
00:26:53.780 Like, at all.
00:26:54.220 This is standard.
00:26:55.740 Take it to a supervisor.
00:26:57.820 They're detaining me!
00:26:58.740 We just need a passport.
00:26:59.700 Get off me! 1.00
00:27:00.180 This is just like the demon!
00:27:01.160 Ma?
00:27:01.460 This is just like the demon!
00:27:04.100 All right, why?
00:27:05.240 Hey, Mr. Blah!
00:27:08.740 Look, I'm not sure
00:27:09.600 that's satire.
00:27:10.300 That might actually be real.
00:27:11.840 All right, Sinner.
00:27:13.160 One other thing
00:27:14.100 about Tucker real quick.
00:27:15.360 We played the satire
00:27:16.920 and it's amazing.
00:27:18.320 That comedian,
00:27:19.000 brilliant job.
00:27:20.320 But this just blatant
00:27:22.560 and clear lie,
00:27:24.360 I think this is,
00:27:25.680 unfortunately,
00:27:27.000 what many Americans
00:27:28.080 need to see
00:27:28.740 to realize
00:27:29.460 just how much
00:27:30.660 Tucker Carlson
00:27:31.440 is spinning things
00:27:32.460 and also
00:27:33.340 just not being
00:27:34.220 intellectually honest
00:27:35.120 about Israel.
00:27:36.480 Yeah, if you haven't
00:27:37.640 watched the video
00:27:38.720 that was put out,
00:27:39.980 like, it's a little bit amazing
00:27:41.160 he would lie
00:27:41.660 about being detained.
00:27:42.640 Did it not occur to him
00:27:43.700 that the interaction
00:27:44.640 would be videoed,
00:27:46.080 that he's in
00:27:47.220 the customs office?
00:27:48.660 That video clearly shows
00:27:50.420 he's laughing,
00:27:51.080 he's taking selfies,
00:27:51.900 he's happy,
00:27:52.320 it's gone viral.
00:27:53.040 If you haven't watched it,
00:27:53.960 Google and watch it
00:27:54.700 for yourself.
00:27:55.660 And I just want to tell you
00:27:56.620 what both the Israeli
00:27:57.760 foreign ministry said
00:27:58.800 and the United States
00:28:00.100 Embassy said.
00:28:01.240 Here's what the Israeli 0.94
00:28:02.120 foreign ministry said.
00:28:03.220 Quote,
00:28:03.460 Israeli Airports Authority,
00:28:05.720 contrary to reports,
00:28:06.980 Tucker Carlson
00:28:07.580 and his entourage
00:28:08.280 were not detained,
00:28:09.380 delayed,
00:28:09.720 or interrogated.
00:28:10.900 Mr. Carlson and his party
00:28:12.020 were politely asked
00:28:12.920 a few routine questions
00:28:14.500 in accordance
00:28:15.080 with standard procedures
00:28:16.300 applied to many travelers.
00:28:18.040 The conversation
00:28:18.580 took place
00:28:19.300 in a separate room
00:28:20.180 within the VIP lounge
00:28:21.580 solely to protect
00:28:22.880 their privacy
00:28:23.660 and to avoid conducting
00:28:24.640 such a discussion
00:28:25.360 in public.
00:28:26.420 No unusual incident
00:28:27.580 occurred
00:28:28.080 and the Israeli
00:28:28.720 Airports Authority
00:28:29.640 firmly rejects
00:28:31.360 any other claim.
00:28:32.660 And then here
00:28:34.560 I want to read
00:28:35.740 the statement
00:28:36.360 from the United States
00:28:37.620 Embassy
00:28:38.140 about this.
00:28:41.320 And here's what
00:28:42.540 the Daily Mail
00:28:43.900 reported on this.
00:28:44.820 Quote,
00:28:45.640 A spokesperson
00:28:46.200 for the U.S. Embassy
00:28:47.240 in Israel
00:28:47.740 denied that Carlson
00:28:48.860 was detained
00:28:49.480 and claimed that,
00:28:50.560 quote,
00:28:51.080 he received
00:28:51.680 the same passport control,
00:28:54.200 questions that
00:28:55.080 countless visitors
00:28:56.120 to Israel,
00:28:56.840 including Ambassador Huckabee
00:28:58.220 and other diplomats,
00:28:59.240 receive as part
00:29:00.500 of the normal entrance
00:29:01.620 and exit from Israel.
00:29:02.660 It is not accurate
00:29:04.160 that Israel
00:29:04.760 was only going
00:29:05.540 to let Tucker
00:29:06.180 into the country
00:29:06.880 for the interview,
00:29:07.720 the spokesperson added.
00:29:09.220 The only engagement
00:29:10.060 the embassy had
00:29:11.180 with Israel
00:29:11.680 about his visit
00:29:12.420 was to coordinate
00:29:13.140 his private plane
00:29:14.520 landing as a part
00:29:16.380 of facilitating
00:29:17.140 a seamless visit.
00:29:18.740 It was Tucker
00:29:19.360 who chose
00:29:20.280 to only come
00:29:20.920 into the country
00:29:21.480 for a few hours
00:29:22.340 and depart.
00:29:23.320 And Tucker
00:29:23.960 received the same
00:29:25.000 positive treatment
00:29:25.920 of any visitors
00:29:27.080 to Israel.
00:29:27.780 look,
00:29:30.300 if you lie
00:29:31.800 to people
00:29:32.320 and make
00:29:33.700 an accusation
00:29:34.520 that is false,
00:29:35.240 I think it's reasonable
00:29:36.100 to ask why
00:29:37.360 would he be lying
00:29:38.760 and the next question
00:29:40.180 is what else
00:29:40.780 is he lying about?
00:29:41.920 Yeah,
00:29:42.260 I just want to know
00:29:42.860 who paid for the plane.
00:29:43.840 A private jet
00:29:44.460 all the way to Israel?
00:29:45.300 I'm just saying
00:29:45.760 that's pretty bougie.
00:29:46.760 That's pretty bougie.
00:29:47.720 I got a lot of questions.
00:29:49.660 Well, you know,
00:29:50.460 and that's not the only thing.
00:29:51.540 I got questions
00:29:51.840 about that center
00:29:52.660 and I got questions
00:29:53.500 about aliens
00:29:54.560 at the same time.
00:29:55.480 I just want to be clear
00:29:56.200 about that.
00:29:57.360 And I was going to say
00:29:58.340 that's not the only thing
00:29:59.300 I have questions about.
00:30:00.600 If you miss the news,
00:30:02.340 maybe there are
00:30:03.580 little green men.
00:30:05.020 Yes, yes.
00:30:06.220 We're getting
00:30:06.680 the good stuff now.
00:30:08.360 By the way,
00:30:09.040 if you happen to be
00:30:11.060 a Democrat,
00:30:12.460 a liberal,
00:30:13.380 A, I think it's amazing
00:30:14.320 you've listened
00:30:15.080 this deep into the podcast.
00:30:16.600 That's really quite remarkable.
00:30:18.060 But if you are,
00:30:19.680 maybe you don't believe me
00:30:21.360 when I say
00:30:21.880 there might be aliens.
00:30:22.960 Instead,
00:30:24.380 listen to Barack Obama.
00:30:25.700 Here's what Barack Obama
00:30:26.800 said about aliens.
00:30:27.700 Give a listen.
00:30:29.320 Are aliens real?
00:30:31.740 They're real,
00:30:32.620 but I haven't seen them
00:30:33.820 and they're not being kept
00:30:35.920 in, what is it?
00:30:37.600 Area 51.
00:30:38.020 Area 51.
00:30:39.300 There's no underground facility
00:30:41.720 unless there's
00:30:43.500 this enormous conspiracy
00:30:45.360 and they hid it
00:30:47.400 from the President
00:30:47.960 of the United States.
00:30:51.360 Wow.
00:30:52.440 And okay,
00:30:53.180 so the press
00:30:54.660 asked Donald Trump
00:30:55.900 on Air Force One
00:30:56.880 about what Obama
00:30:58.220 just said.
00:30:58.920 Give a listen
00:30:59.320 to President Trump's
00:31:00.100 response.
00:31:02.080 No discrimination.
00:31:03.940 Something that got
00:31:04.580 a lot of attention
00:31:05.200 this week.
00:31:05.880 Barack Obama said
00:31:07.080 that aliens
00:31:08.400 are real.
00:31:10.180 Have you seen
00:31:10.860 any evidence
00:31:11.560 of non-human visitors
00:31:13.460 to Earth?
00:31:14.280 Well, he gave players
00:31:15.020 the right information.
00:31:16.040 He's not supposed
00:31:16.600 to be doing that.
00:31:17.940 So aliens are real?
00:31:18.880 Well, I don't know
00:31:19.600 if they're real or not.
00:31:20.360 I can tell you
00:31:20.840 he gave classified
00:31:21.640 information.
00:31:22.520 He's not supposed
00:31:23.140 to be doing that.
00:31:24.060 He made a big mistake.
00:31:26.520 He took it out
00:31:27.080 of classified information.
00:31:28.840 No, I don't have
00:31:30.040 an opinion on it.
00:31:30.840 I never talk about it.
00:31:32.300 A lot of people do.
00:31:33.640 A lot of people believe it.
00:31:35.900 Do you believe it, Peter?
00:31:37.300 Well, the President
00:31:38.400 can declassify anything
00:31:39.780 that he wants to.
00:31:40.620 So if you want to make
00:31:41.360 an announcement.
00:31:41.660 Well, I may get him
00:31:42.680 out of trouble
00:31:43.120 by declassifying.
00:31:44.180 We know illegal aliens, really.
00:31:45.860 Yeah, illegal.
00:31:46.880 Only illegals.
00:31:47.660 What else?
00:31:49.180 I love his response.
00:31:50.880 It's like, well, you know,
00:31:51.700 he revealed classified information.
00:31:53.700 So I just I'm just saying
00:31:55.420 like, let's just
00:31:56.160 throw that out there. 0.72
00:31:57.800 And by the way,
00:31:58.560 the exchange,
00:31:59.360 they point out
00:31:59.860 the president
00:32:00.360 can declassify information.
00:32:02.040 And so following
00:32:03.040 that exchange,
00:32:04.760 President Trump
00:32:05.440 sent out the following
00:32:06.540 truth social quote,
00:32:08.560 based on the tremendous
00:32:09.720 interest shown,
00:32:10.520 I will be directing
00:32:11.780 the secretary of war
00:32:13.020 and other relevant
00:32:13.860 departments and agencies
00:32:15.140 to begin the process
00:32:16.680 of identifying
00:32:17.480 and releasing
00:32:18.080 government files
00:32:19.020 related to alien
00:32:20.180 and extraterrestrial
00:32:22.180 life,
00:32:24.640 unidentified aerial
00:32:25.920 phenomenon,
00:32:26.720 UAP,
00:32:27.460 and unidentified
00:32:28.040 flying object,
00:32:29.160 UFOs,
00:32:29.900 and any and all
00:32:31.420 other information
00:32:32.500 connected to these
00:32:33.540 highly complex
00:32:34.660 but extremely
00:32:36.080 interesting
00:32:36.920 and important
00:32:37.940 matters.
00:32:39.180 God bless America.
00:32:41.720 So let me just say
00:32:42.860 hot diggity damn
00:32:44.160 wow.
00:32:45.400 All right.
00:32:45.780 So I don't want
00:32:46.760 to get you in trouble
00:32:47.460 with classified
00:32:48.100 information,
00:32:48.980 but have you ever
00:32:49.840 asked this question?
00:32:50.740 I just got to know.
00:32:51.460 I have.
00:32:52.060 I have.
00:32:52.820 And on a scale
00:32:55.140 of one to ten,
00:32:56.040 how exciting
00:32:56.800 was that review
00:32:58.260 of that information?
00:32:59.800 Negative 47.
00:33:01.080 Okay.
00:33:01.880 All right.
00:33:02.220 So you're telling me
00:33:03.760 we're not going to
00:33:04.320 fly to Vegas
00:33:05.000 and put a bet
00:33:05.720 out in Vegas
00:33:06.320 right now on aliens.
00:33:07.220 Is that what
00:33:07.500 you're telling me?
00:33:07.980 So listen,
00:33:09.540 I have reviewed
00:33:10.860 lots of classified
00:33:12.180 materials over the
00:33:13.300 last 14 years
00:33:14.200 in the Senate
00:33:14.640 on many,
00:33:16.220 many topics,
00:33:17.140 and I am aware
00:33:19.300 of absolutely
00:33:20.180 nothing demonstrating
00:33:21.440 aliens are real.
00:33:22.840 Now,
00:33:23.240 I haven't reviewed
00:33:24.020 all the classified
00:33:24.800 materials.
00:33:25.460 Maybe Barack Obama.
00:33:26.080 I'm sure Barack Obama
00:33:27.140 and President Trump
00:33:28.120 have seen things
00:33:28.660 that I have not,
00:33:29.500 many things.
00:33:30.860 But I will say
00:33:32.200 we did have,
00:33:33.120 there was this
00:33:34.020 briefing that was
00:33:35.020 classified that was
00:33:35.880 supposed to be
00:33:36.440 on aliens,
00:33:37.260 UFOs,
00:33:37.840 and I was like,
00:33:38.300 all right,
00:33:39.020 I'm going to go
00:33:39.560 read it.
00:33:39.740 I'm going to that one.
00:33:40.740 Yeah.
00:33:41.100 So you go down
00:33:42.180 to the skiff.
00:33:43.180 The skiff is in
00:33:43.920 the basement
00:33:44.320 of the Capitol.
00:33:45.080 I went in,
00:33:45.520 like,
00:33:45.760 behind the steel doors.
00:33:46.920 I sat down
00:33:47.560 eagerly to read it.
00:33:48.660 All right,
00:33:49.000 little green men,
00:33:49.660 let's see what we
00:33:50.140 find out.
00:33:51.220 And I can't reveal
00:33:52.360 anything,
00:33:53.020 but I can tell you
00:33:53.820 it was the most
00:33:54.520 underwhelming
00:33:55.840 nothing burger.
00:33:57.100 I'm like,
00:33:58.240 guys,
00:33:58.740 why did you tell me
00:33:59.640 there's a classified
00:34:00.440 briefing that I read
00:34:02.160 and it has,
00:34:02.820 like,
00:34:03.520 words,
00:34:04.220 somebody saw
00:34:05.460 something not
00:34:06.420 sure what it is,
00:34:07.340 but something
00:34:07.960 somewhere.
00:34:08.680 Something,
00:34:09.140 something,
00:34:09.700 somewhere.
00:34:10.820 So I've only,
00:34:11.680 I've only had my,
00:34:13.180 my life threatened,
00:34:14.060 by the way,
00:34:14.460 by one cabinet member.
00:34:15.840 Okay.
00:34:16.280 It was sort of,
00:34:17.540 so you know,
00:34:18.220 this,
00:34:18.460 my mentor was John
00:34:19.360 Ashcroft back in,
00:34:20.200 this was gotta be 2005,
00:34:21.860 2000,
00:34:22.320 somewhere in there.
00:34:23.220 We're at his,
00:34:23.880 we're at his farm
00:34:24.600 and we rode dirt bikes
00:34:25.780 and I ate,
00:34:26.280 we were sitting
00:34:26.620 having lunch.
00:34:27.160 I was like,
00:34:27.360 all right,
00:34:27.500 I gotta ask you.
00:34:28.120 I was like,
00:34:28.300 are there aliens?
00:34:28.980 And he started
00:34:29.440 dying laughing.
00:34:30.200 He goes,
00:34:30.380 he goes,
00:34:30.620 I can't tell you,
00:34:31.300 Ferguson.
00:34:32.140 He's like,
00:34:32.480 if I did,
00:34:32.840 I'd have to kill you
00:34:33.380 afterwards.
00:34:33.820 I was like,
00:34:34.060 oh,
00:34:34.260 that's really,
00:34:34.900 he's like,
00:34:35.120 I'm just,
00:34:35.500 I'm gonna keep it there.
00:34:36.240 And he loved knowing
00:34:37.160 that he knew
00:34:37.800 and I didn't know
00:34:38.680 and he messed with us
00:34:39.900 forever on that one.
00:34:41.180 So I,
00:34:42.020 but we're not going to,
00:34:42.920 more of the story
00:34:43.400 is we're not going to Vegas.
00:34:44.480 We're not putting money
00:34:45.100 on little green men.
00:34:45.960 That's what we're,
00:34:46.420 that's,
00:34:46.720 we're agreeing on that
00:34:47.560 tonight,
00:34:47.780 right?
00:34:48.540 Look,
00:34:49.000 I've,
00:34:49.460 I've watched every
00:34:50.160 man in black movie.
00:34:51.900 I do believe them
00:34:53.360 when they say
00:34:53.940 Dennis Rodman was an alien.
00:34:55.740 Listen,
00:34:56.020 Elon Musk is so damn smart.
00:34:57.800 He may be an alien.
00:35:02.480 There's the headlines
00:35:03.140 coming out of this show.
00:35:04.400 Ted Cruz says Elon Musk
00:35:05.840 may be an alien.
00:35:07.260 But by the way,
00:35:08.000 when like Elon
00:35:08.780 has toured me around SpaceX,
00:35:10.600 the phrase he uses repeatedly,
00:35:11.980 he looks around and goes,
00:35:12.860 this is all alien technology.
00:35:14.560 It actually would explain a lot
00:35:15.980 of like the innovation
00:35:17.480 he,
00:35:17.900 he,
00:35:18.120 he's done.
00:35:19.440 But amazing.
00:35:20.400 I,
00:35:20.740 I hope that the admin
00:35:22.880 follows through on this.
00:35:24.080 I'm actually excited
00:35:24.820 about the president's directive.
00:35:26.200 I want to know.
00:35:27.140 I want to see
00:35:27.960 the little green men.
00:35:29.240 It's verdict with Senator Ted Cruz,
00:35:31.160 Ben Ferguson with you.
00:35:31.940 We'll see you back here soon.
00:35:34.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:35:36.680 Guaranteed human.
