00:01:57.940 ted cruz ben ferguson with you senator i am so excited to hear that you've decided to get behind
00:02:04.460 free groceries i just want to know when can i get my free groceries from you what borough is it going
00:02:10.520 to be in and how long until we never have to pay for groceries again because this is now what we're
00:02:16.080 up against with the communist party in america well ben i i will say that there are consequences
00:02:21.440 to communists coming to part power and look the democrats who are winning the people who are
00:02:29.880 taking over the democrat party they're not socialists they're not liberals they're not
00:02:35.160 progressives they are marxist yeah comrade mandami is an absolute marxist so two things
00:02:42.560 that happened this week that illustrate what happens when communists take over number one this
00:02:47.540 week the new york city government doxed hundreds of thousands of new yorkers so so mandami published
00:02:55.060 a list of every new yorker with their name and their home address yep who he says owns a pied
00:03:02.440 a terre who owns a million dollar or more home in new york and doesn't live in new york by the way
00:03:08.160 many of the people who are on that list say they do live in new york full-time but this list which
00:03:14.000 is published with full names with full home addresses is designed for one purpose it's
00:03:20.820 designed so that leftist radicals will harass will threaten and and indeed will even commit
00:03:26.540 acts of violence against them yeah at the same time mandami announced that he's going to open
00:03:32.920 five government-run grocery stores where they are going to sell food for 30 percent below the market
00:03:40.520 rate, which is going to effectively drive out of business the private grocery stores in New York
00:03:46.980 City. We're going to break down both of those because this is not let's have a little bit higher
00:03:53.920 taxes, let's have a little bit more welfare. This is the government, number one, targeting the
00:04:00.340 enemies of the state and using violence and intimidation to go after them. And number two,
00:04:06.560 moving towards government seizure and control of private industry. We're going to break all
00:04:12.020 that down today. Yeah, it really is incredible. I also want to ask you to take a moment and I
00:04:16.900 pray for the people of Israel with me. There are so many prayers that are needed right now for
00:04:22.120 those that are in pain and suffering in Israel, and they are constantly still under attack and
00:04:28.140 under threat the headlines they may move on the reporters may move on to the next big story but
00:04:34.540 the heartache and the terror they do not iran and its terrorist proxies are continuing to target
00:04:40.280 israel as we speak hezbollah continues its attacks in the north forcing families to live under
00:04:45.840 constant threat now israel is not only just defending her people she is standing on the
00:04:51.260 front lines against terror that threatens all of us and that is why i want to ask you to join me
00:04:56.840 and helping pray for the people of Israel.
00:04:59.640 The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
00:05:02.100 they have remained there even after the news crews have left.
00:05:05.160 And every day, they are on the ground.
00:05:07.400 They're providing life-saving aid near Israel's border with Lebanon.
00:05:11.240 Just recently, the Hezbollah drone struck the home of Yelena.
00:05:14.840 She was widowed earlier this year, living alone.
00:05:17.560 She was trapped inside by that blast.
00:05:20.460 Now, thankfully, she was not injured, but she did remain displaced.
00:05:24.280 And as she described it, it's hard these days, but I don't want to leave.
00:05:28.520 And why should she?
00:05:29.860 As Christians, we're called to stand with God's people and pray for those defending Israel
00:05:34.380 and protecting their freedoms we hold dear.
00:05:37.240 And that's why I want you to join the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews
00:05:40.420 in praying for the peace of Jerusalem and for the soldiers, families, and civilians
00:05:44.960 carrying the burden of this fight right now.
00:05:48.040 How do you find out who you can pray for and what their needs are?
00:05:51.080 go to prayifcj.org. That is prayifcj.org, prayifcj.org. All right, so Senator, let's start
00:06:02.300 with this doxing list that you brought up a moment ago. Very interesting list. I've been on one of
00:06:08.120 these lists before to dox me. There was a kid that made a clock. It looked like a bomb. It happened
00:06:13.840 in Texas. They filed a lawsuit. They published their home address. We had to move out of our
00:06:17.980 house as the fbi described there were so many credible threats this is no different than that
00:06:23.300 what they did was they said here's a list of people they are evil they have money they live
00:06:29.320 in a place of more than a million dollars we want you to harass and target them so they will feel
00:06:34.540 unsafe and by the way this is very close and eerie to the same type of violence we saw against that
00:06:41.160 health care ceo where people celebrated that that health care ceo was assassinated on the streets
00:06:46.420 of new york you would think they would have learned from that but this is now being done
00:06:49.800 by the leader of new york mandani so we have a lot of listeners to this podcast who are in new york
00:06:55.160 and and if you're on this list i'm sorry but but for everyone else outside of new york i want to
00:07:00.880 think how you would feel if you have this newly elected communist mayor who publishes a list of
00:07:07.820 essentially ungrateful millionaires who don't pay their fair share and your name is there and your 0.64
00:07:14.500 home address is there. And that is designed to send harassment your way and to send threats of
00:07:20.500 physical violence. Here's what the New York Post reported. Mamdani publishes names and addresses
00:07:25.540 of all NYC property owners who could be hit with a new pied-a-terre tax. Mayor Zoran Mamdani's
00:07:31.560 administration has published a searchable database of Big Apple properties that could fall under the
00:07:36.540 state's new pied-a-terre tax, effectively doxing thousands of wealthy New Yorkers. The city's
00:07:43.800 department of finance uploaded the comprehensive list which purports to cover all unoccupied non
00:07:48.820 primary residences in the five boroughs worth north of one million dollars including the full 0.66
00:07:55.320 names and addresses of every property owner quote it's a reckless and foolish move especially
00:08:02.340 considering there are potentially thousands of properties on that list that do not qualify as
00:08:07.060 second homes or whose owners will successfully dispute their inclusion council minority leader
00:08:12.060 david carr republican of staten island told whose own home appears on the list told the post on
00:08:17.020 monday uh the move follows a widely panned ex post by the mayor in which he put wealthy residents
00:08:23.320 on notice to quote check your mailbox when you're back in the five boroughs because you've got mail
00:08:28.620 a warning that notification letters were on their way this is understand this is the strategy
00:08:38.340 that communists do they want to drive just look mandami started out by going after ken griffin
00:08:45.780 yeah by demonizing him here's a citadel ceo so if you understand a man that has built a heads fund
00:08:52.120 that's massive and moved a lot of his offices by the way down to miami to get out of new york for
00:08:56.120 this exact insanity and griffin had invested billions of dollars in new york he had thousands
00:09:01.180 of employees in new york and mandami did a video as the elected mayor attacking him how dare you
00:09:07.900 have an apartment in new york even though you don't live here full time you know what griffin
00:09:13.260 understandably he was planning on expanding operations in new york city he said you know
00:09:16.780 what i'm not going to do so so if if you want jobs in new york well guess what your mayor
00:09:21.460 doesn't want you have jobs in new york but it didn't just stop with ken griffin it wasn't just
00:09:27.500 you know it's always the radical left they say oh it's just the billionaires this list
00:09:34.740 had 960,000 names and addresses on it this is much broader like when this tax was announced
00:09:44.500 they said oh it'll just be a handful of people it won't be you yeah and yet this is a massive list
00:09:50.660 and and and you know i suppose you could be a devil's advocate and say well they didn't intend
00:09:57.340 it to be that way look the example you gave of the united health care ceo who was murdered
00:10:02.600 shot in the back of the head the left celebrated that murder yeah you had leftists cheering it 1.00
00:10:10.740 you have leftists wearing t-shirts of the murderer uh with his face you have idiots who are tattooing 1.00
00:10:17.480 the guy's face on their bodies yeah because they're so proud that he murdered a ceo this list 1.00
00:10:24.960 tragically is certain to result in harassment and may well result in violence and mandami is
00:10:34.620 perfectly okay with that he wants to drive these people from new york if you do not support him he
00:10:40.080 wants you out of new york that is not new and and and it's one of the points look
00:10:47.140 communism is you know when you say there's a communist takeover the democrat party
00:10:53.920 to to a person that doesn't pay close attention to politics that sounds extreme that sounds
00:10:59.460 radical come on that that can't possibly be real that is in fact what's happening and understand
00:11:05.260 communism is not something abstract and theoretical look my family fled cuba my father
00:11:12.260 was in prison and tortured in cuba my aunt my tia sonia who we've had on verdict as as a guest on
00:11:18.620 verdict. She was imprisoned and tortured by Castro's goons. If you look at communism everywhere
00:11:25.660 it's been implemented, whether you're talking about Cuba or China or Vietnam or North Korea
00:11:32.700 or the Soviet Union or Venezuela, it produces misery. It produces poverty. It produces
00:11:39.820 murder, torture, oppression. And one of the things to understand, by the way,
00:11:44.700 do you know who does own a pied-a-terre which by the way is not a term i use it's kind of weird
00:11:49.180 that i keep using this weird french term do you know who does own one who that would be comrade
00:11:55.820 mandami he has this luxurious estate in uganda because he comes from money himself but yeah
00:12:04.700 Understand, that's not unusual. Fidel Castro was a billionaire. Putin is a billionaire. In communist dictatorships, the communists have all the money and have all the power. And so this effort to demonize and attack capitalists is deliberate and it's dangerous.
00:12:30.400 Yeah. Not only is it dangerous, I also think there's a there's a method to this madness that I want people to understand. This is how you gain power and control. If you're Mondani, if you push all the people out that have the resources and the intellect to actually challenge you on these things and you make life for them so miserable where they finally just say, I have the resources to get out of here.
00:12:55.220 I don't have to stay anymore, then by default, that gives Mandani even more security.
00:13:01.320 He doesn't have to worry about massive donations coming in against him.
00:13:04.280 They don't have to worry about another Democrat that might actually be sane that runs against him and beats him.
00:13:08.880 We have witnessed this, by the way, happen all over the country in high crime, high poverty, failing cities in America,
00:13:16.620 where people are like, why do they keep electing these people right over and over again?
00:13:20.280 Look, Minneapolis turned into Mogadishu. 1.00
00:13:22.340 It was Somali invasion. The Democrats sold the city to Somali fraudsters and criminals. 1.00
00:13:28.940 Regular verdict listeners will know the answer to this. 0.89
00:13:32.080 Who is the single largest donor to al-Shabaab, which is the radical Islamic terror group in Somalia?
00:13:38.580 The taxpayers of Minnesota.
00:13:42.640 Yeah, it was literally the fraud was so blatant and the Democrats signed off on it.
00:13:47.300 They facilitated it. They profited from it. They got elected from it.
00:13:50.480 they took campaign donations from it mandami's effort here is to lock in control to drive out
00:13:57.500 anyone who opposes him but by the way you might think okay i'm not a billionaire you might think
00:14:02.180 even i'm not a millionaire so what does it concern me this week he also had had another announcement
00:14:07.240 he had an announcement about grocery stores i want you to listen to what he had to say about
00:14:10.880 grocery stores here's how it'll work once a month our five city run grocery stores will set prices
00:14:16.840 for this core set of goods at 30% below typical retail prices.
00:14:21.180 No exceptions, no gimmicks.
00:14:23.380 The savings will last for the entire month.
00:14:26.160 That means no weekly fluctuations
00:14:27.800 nor sticker shock at the checkout line.
00:14:29.740 It's simple.
00:14:30.540 Why don't we just do this all over the country, Senator, right?
00:14:32.940 Like who needs to, you know, this is a no-brainer. 0.80
00:14:35.860 We can just fix prices.
00:14:37.660 The prices never fluctuate.
00:14:39.540 We force the prices down.
00:14:41.360 They make it sound like it is so easy.
00:14:44.020 And if it was this easy, by the way, then it worked.
00:14:46.120 but a lot of people don't realize this.
00:14:48.040 Grocery stores' margins on the goods they sell
00:14:50.900 are usually about 1.5% total.
00:14:54.680 Like, if you go to a grocery store chain,
00:14:56.960 they're not making 20%, 30% on groceries they sell you.
00:15:00.140 It is extremely thin margins.
00:15:02.720 If you do a really good job,
00:15:04.200 as one grocery store executive told me a couple years ago,
00:15:07.120 you might hit 2.5% to 3%.
00:15:09.440 So if you're paying $1 for something,
00:15:12.460 they paid $0.97 for it to put in perspective.
00:15:15.200 And listen, a couple of things are going to happen. So you're going to have five city run grocery stores. They're going to set prices 30% below cost. So one of the things that's going to happen is people are going to come in and buy those goods at those lower costs. They're going to run out. They're going to be empty shelves. By the way, the media is not going to show you the empty shelves, but they're going to run out.
00:15:36.440 Yeah. And and and by the way, you see that in the Soviet Union, you see that in in communist countries where where the the government run grocery stores have empty shelves because it turns out government planners are not very good at deciding and figuring out what people want.
00:15:55.400 And so if bananas are 30 percent cheaper at the government run grocery store, they're going to run out of bananas.
00:16:01.320 They're going to be nobody. But secondly, let's assume that Mondami is spectacularly good, that he just orders so much food that they don't run out.
00:16:10.560 What is the effect going to be? Let's suppose you run a grocery store down the street.
00:16:15.120 If you're running a grocery store and Mondami's store is selling all of their food at 30 percent below cost, there's no way for you to compete with that.
00:16:24.500 You don't have the ability. If you're paying cost, you can't sell it for 30% less than cost.
00:16:30.680 And so if he continues this, you're going to go out of business.
00:16:33.280 And understand, this is not just giant, wealthy, capitalist grocery stores, and there aren't necessarily all that many giant, wealthy, capitalist grocery stores.
00:16:44.180 We're talking bodegas. We're talking like little grocery stores that are owned.
00:16:49.480 Many of them have Hispanic owners. Many of them are immigrants.
00:16:52.580 If you're selling – you've got a little bodega, you've got some milk, you've got some eggs, you've got – you've got kind of different – yeah, you've got different necessities, people in the neighborhood come by. 0.99
00:17:02.620 Well, you know what?
00:17:03.940 If milk at Mondami's government-run grocery store is 30 percent less than you can buy it for, the bodegas are going out of business.
00:17:14.800 And understand, this is part of the communist agenda as well.
00:17:17.740 to drive out their opponents, but it's also to destroy private enterprise, to destroy small
00:17:23.800 businesses. The bodegas, remember we had just a week or two, we played this on the podcast where
00:17:29.360 one of the heads of the DSA in New York was asked about the margin in bodegas. And he said, well,
00:17:34.880 look, if you can't, if you have to charge such high prices, maybe those bodegas just shouldn't
00:17:40.840 be in business at all. They want to drive these people out of business. And the objective,
00:17:46.180 which the dsa is telling us is for the government to be in charge of all a private enterprise in
00:17:54.280 charge of every business to be the employer to be the store to be and you know i i actually had
00:18:01.280 some fun tweeting out today uh saying mondami in in five years when he visits another town and i
00:18:08.760 showed the image of boris yeltsin when he visited you're in my hometown of houston and he went to a
00:18:15.160 grocery store and he was totally blown away at the incredible array of diversity and choices
00:18:21.240 and it's actually what what helped convince him that that the soviets could not win the cold war
00:18:26.620 that that if we had 40 different kinds of ice cream and they had one kind of ice cream and
00:18:33.500 they were out of it in the soviet union that they were not going to compete that the marketplace
00:18:38.540 works and mandami he doesn't understand that and he doesn't care he is saying the government is
00:18:45.600 going to be in charge of every aspect of your life that's dangerous and and and i want to underscore
00:18:52.160 there's some republicans who who are celebrating saying oh this is great okay the democrats have
00:18:58.920 gone so crazy that they're going to be unelectable and that's good for republicans we're going to win
00:19:03.940 i am not in that camp i i've changed on this by the way i was one of those early on that was like
00:19:10.980 i love having an aoc i even said to you once i said i would actually give money to keep her in
00:19:16.020 office tongue in cheek because she would say the crazy things that democrats actually believe out 0.98
00:19:22.240 loud and she was a useful idiot in that way now i'm as concerned as you are about this that this 1.00
00:19:27.780 is now turning into a cancer that how do you stop it look we have two major political parties in 1.00
00:19:34.340 this country i would like two parties that are somewhat sane relatively normal we could have
00:19:41.360 differences okay republicans want lower taxes democrats want higher taxes okay that's fine
00:19:46.540 i mean we can have differences on you know republicans are pro-life democrats are pro-choice
00:19:51.020 okay there are differences that you can have in the arena of political discourse and go back and
00:19:57.080 forth. I don't want one of our two major political parties to be a communist party that is outright
00:20:04.320 nuts. And that's what's, and by the way, that's not all the Democrat Party. Look, listen, in the
00:20:10.400 Senate, there are no more than a handful of Democrat senators who I would say right now are
00:20:16.240 Marxists. You've got the Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, who, by the way, are recruiting
00:20:20.600 these communists and they're celebrating and and when elizabeth warren looks at a nazi communist
00:20:27.240 misogynist oyster farmer and says he's my kind of guy well she's telling you the truth that is her
00:20:32.880 kind of guy but most of the democrats in the senate are not yet communists but every one of
00:20:38.340 them are terrified of the communists it's that radical left that has them scared and by the way
00:20:43.640 when you say they're they're terrified it's because they're afraid of losing power of course
00:20:50.100 That's what they're terrified. They're afraid of the primary. They're afraid of losing their job to a socialist slash communist slash Marxist candidate.
00:20:59.380 And this goes back to the original fear with AOC. Chuck Schumer, I have never seen a man capitulate more than I have with him in the last couple of years because he's so afraid, as you described it perfectly, that they were going to get rid of him, the leader of the Democratic Party, and replace him with AOC in the Senate.
00:21:17.580 I believe it is 100 percent that Chuck Schumer cannot win another primary in the Democrat Party in New York, and I think he's gradually coming to realize that.
00:21:27.540 He was terrified that AOC was going to primary him.
00:21:31.340 I've joked that Schumer was going to be the inaugural member of the AOC for president campaign.
00:21:37.220 It's actually not a joke.
00:21:38.880 Look, I think AOC will run for president.
00:21:41.000 Save his own tail.
00:21:42.440 I think she is one of the two frontrunners for president of the Democrat side.
00:21:46.840 I think it's AOC and Gavin Newsom that is two frontrunners. But I've also predicted I think Mondami will be the next Democrat senator from New York.
00:21:55.100 I do not think Schumer – my guess is Schumer won't even run because he can't run because the party, particularly in New York, but it's a cancer spreading to the rest of the country, has gone crazy.
00:22:05.400 And listen, New York is the largest city in America.
00:22:10.800 My heart grieves that New York is an incredibly important part of our country, and to see it run by an outright communist is really dangerous.
00:22:19.720 And I'm sorry to say there will come another Democrat who's elected president.
00:22:25.320 I wish there wasn't.
00:22:26.180 I would like that never to happen.
00:22:27.800 But if history is any guide, it will happen.
00:22:30.480 I don't want the next Democrat president to be an outright communist.
00:22:35.460 And I think the odds of that happening have increased exponentially because they're engaged in a hostile taker of the Democrat Party. 0.82
00:22:43.240 And other than John Fetterman, who's been heroic in fighting back on this, almost no other Democrat is even willing to fight back on these lunatics.
00:22:50.940 Yeah.

00:25:15.960 get to this other big story that deals with anthony fauci so thank you i i've never said
00:25:21.100 this before to anthony fauci but thank you for keeping a really really good diary because now
00:25:28.020 we have his record of what he was worried about during covid when it was exploding and it all
00:25:35.820 went back to what i would describe as psychotic narcissism he was obsessed with being famous
00:25:42.100 He loved being the center of attention. He also, I think, clearly knew that, and there's new
00:25:47.640 accusations out, that he was lying about the side effects of COVID-19 vaccines, some of which
00:25:52.980 apparently affected him personally, but he did not disclose to the public. Yeah, look, Fauci is the
00:25:59.420 single most dangerous bureaucrat in American history. He's a megalomaniac. He loved the press, 0.77
00:26:05.780 and he was willing to implement policies that hurt Americans, and he was willing to lie.
00:26:10.540 so for example Fauci played a critical role in shutting down schools all across America
00:26:16.640 yeah now when America saw devastating results we have witnessed I actually think a decade or two
00:26:23.080 from now people will look back at the school shutdowns during COVID and marvel at what an 0.99
00:26:28.380 idiotic policy this country pursued as sort of mass psychosis we have seen in the data demonstrate 1.00
00:26:35.860 this. The largest learning loss in recorded history, since we began measuring the learning 1.00
00:26:42.340 of our students, the biggest learning loss came from the COVID shutdowns. And by the way, the
00:26:47.120 racial gap, the gap between black and white students, the gap between Hispanic and white
00:26:51.360 students grew more during the COVID lockdowns again than any time since it's been recorded.
00:26:58.400 Now, once it became irrefutable that the schools' shutdowns were a travesty, a disaster,
00:27:08.760 Fauci's tried to back away and say, oh, I didn't ask for the schools to be shut down.
00:27:12.560 Well, a number of his private diary entries had been released.
00:27:17.760 Here's what he wrote on March 15th, 2020.
00:27:20.220 So this is pretty early in the COVID pandemic.
00:27:23.200 He writes, quote, big day.
00:27:27.040 It's written in red letters.
00:27:29.000 I spoke with Bill de Blasio, mayor of New York City, and convinced him, based on what I was saying publicly in my conversations tonight, to close the New York City schools.
00:27:39.120 He had already decided, based on what I was saying on TV.
00:27:41.920 That's what he said in his private notes in March.
00:27:44.200 Amazing.
00:27:44.740 By the way, he said the same thing.
00:27:46.180 Quote, I had a similar call with Anne O'Leary, the chief of staff of Governor Gavin Newsom in California.
00:27:53.300 and said that based on my TV appearances today and yesterday,
00:27:58.040 the governor has decided to close the schools in California as well as the bars and the restaurants.
00:28:04.360 Now, seven months later, October 16th, 2020, ABC News is interviewing Fauci,
00:28:10.360 and he denies he had any role in the lockdowns.
00:28:14.560 He says, quote, let's go back and look at the transcript.
00:28:17.340 We said we should try as best as possible we possibly can to keep the children in schools.
00:28:22.500 Nobody plays that clip. They always come back and say Fauci was responsible for shutting schools down.
00:28:27.440 I had nothing to do with it. Now, there's a technical word for that.
00:28:32.140 That's called a lie. Also, in 2022, he told The Hill that he, quote, didn't recommend locking anything down.
00:28:39.880 Well, his own private diary refutes that.
00:28:43.400 By the way, January 2024, he said, quote, when he was testifying the House of Representatives, I did not close the schools.
00:28:50.300 um Fauci is dishonest um and the diary is unequivocal uh five days later here's what
00:29:05.580 Fauci's diary says quote also had a phone call with Mayor de Blasio who wants to go to shelter
00:29:12.160 in place for the entire city is asking my advice since Governor Cuomo is pushing back
00:29:16.240 I advise de Blasio to go ahead and do it. I will try to speak with Cuomo.
00:29:21.280 So he's saying shut everything down. By the way, Fauci also in March of 2020
00:29:26.660 describes President Trump as incorrigible. This is this pattern and the rest of these
00:29:36.540 diary entries are stunning. They reveal a megalomaniac.
00:29:46.240 all right here here's another component that's fairly stunning you remember fauci laid out at
00:29:52.480 great length that the source of covid was not the wuhan institute for virology yes so that was one
00:30:01.840 of the big ones and he got angry on tv when it was brought up it it was not the chinese government
00:30:07.500 it was not any of that um it was instead the wet market in china that that occurred organically
00:30:14.540 from like bat soup in the wet market that just jumped from animals so here is what he wrote
00:30:21.480 in january of 2020 so right at the outset um he he wrote the following it now appears using
00:30:31.880 epi data and genomic data that the first infection it was in early december and not
00:30:38.160 connected to the market. The infection spread among people weeks before the Chinese reported
00:30:44.580 that they were dealing with a new infection and that gave the virus time to establish itself
00:30:50.320 in multi-generational sustained spread. Remember, early on, the Chinese were saying that there is
00:30:56.960 no human-to-human transmission and that all the original 27 cases were from the market.
00:31:04.320 now we know the market was not the source it was the amplifier having said that somewhere the
00:31:17.020 virus jumped from animals to humans i want to repeat that sentence now we know the market was
00:31:23.480 not the source it was the amplifier this was january of 2020 and fauci repeatedly lied about
00:31:31.140 this over and over again and by the way in march and april of 2020 for those who are long-time
00:31:36.260 listeners to verdict we have a lot of new listeners to verdict yeah but in march and april of 2020 go
00:31:41.900 back and listen to i did two episodes on verdict where we laid out the evidence early in covid
00:31:48.400 yep that the weight of the evidence was the covid virus came from the wuhan institute from
00:31:54.340 virology, where they were studying coronaviruses derived from bats, and that it escaped. I think
00:32:01.400 it was likely an accidental lab leak. I think they were engaged in research, gain-of-function
00:32:05.740 research, where they took existing viruses. They made them more dangerous. They were more
00:32:09.900 transmissible, more targeted at humans. I think they were studying them. And then they screwed 0.76
00:32:14.900 up. They had lax, they had lousy biosecurity measures. And I think a doctor or a researcher
00:32:21.220 or someone got the disease walked out and spread it to someone else and spread it to someone else
00:32:25.860 spread it to someone else that is the most likely scenario by the way multiple u.s government
00:32:30.500 agencies now concur with that that assessment fauci knew that at the outset and life he lied
00:32:39.780 it was straight out lying and it was it was profoundly harmful you look at what we're seeing
00:32:48.240 now in these notes i love the transparency there's some that are mad that this is put out saying well
00:32:52.860 people aren't going to take accurate notes in the future they think they're going to be outed
00:32:55.820 in this scenario you should not be afraid of your notes unless you are lying and manipulating and
00:33:02.260 don't lie yeah just don't don't lie like they'd be like well don't you want transparency i'm like
00:33:08.000 of course like well if you out these types of notes you're never gonna get transparency again
00:33:11.520 i'm like no just don't be a pathological liar to the american people and what we saw in these notes
00:33:17.160 was on the biggest issues of covid and i think this is the core reason why i want to wrap it up
00:33:23.180 and get your reaction to it now i understand why he needed a pardon preemptive pardon because i
00:33:30.200 think it's abundantly he was lying and knew he was lying and quoting his own words he was lying
00:33:36.800 under oath to you guys who were questioning him in congress and by the way i also believe fauci
00:33:42.260 funded the gain of function research at the wuhan institute virology he was covering his own
00:33:47.040 rear end because his decision to to fund reckless research was a direct cause i believe of the
00:33:54.300 pandemic understand this is not a new phenomenon for fauci i want to read an entry from his diary
00:34:00.340 from 2013 so long before covet happened 2013 january 14th 2013 hhs turned me down on request
00:34:09.580 from cnn wolf blitzer and soledad o'brien i asked john burka to call up bill hall and find out what
00:34:15.220 the heck is going on and what the reason for all of this is. John told me that CDC complaining to
00:34:20.320 Bill Hall and HHS that I was getting all of the publicity on an issue, influenza tracking,
00:34:26.040 that they considered was their issue. I do not know who at CDC did this. It could be anyone from
00:34:34.640 Tom Frieden, I doubt this, to more likely Tom Skinner, CDC PR person. In any event, it has
00:34:41.300 nothing to do with my use of the word epidemic on wolf blitzer show and everything to do with
00:34:48.960 pure jealousy that i am a rock star stealing their thunder shame on the cdc so this is 2013
00:34:58.700 yeah this man's own personal assessment i want to read that sentence again
00:35:02.780 it has everything to do with pure jealousy that i am a quote-unquote rock star stealing their
00:35:12.140 thunder this is someone who's a narcissist who just wants to be on tv so when when we're in the
00:35:18.640 middle of a pandemic we're in the middle of a crisis what did he wanted to do he wanted to be
00:35:22.260 on tv as the savior as the solution and he was willing to lie he knew early on he knew that that
00:35:30.580 the wet market is not where this virus came from, and yet he lied about that deliberately.
00:35:36.980 And I think he did so, again, to cover his own culpability. And when it came to lockdowns,
00:35:43.940 he repeatedly urged and advocated locking down schools, locking down small businesses,
00:35:50.720 locking down churches, destroying people's livelihoods, destroying kids.
00:35:54.940 there were tens of millions of kids in america who did not go to school for more than a year
00:36:02.580 because of these lockdowns and and ruin their education moving forward and by the way the data
00:36:09.760 show that learning loss will be within the rest of their lives when they're 80 yeah they will still
00:36:15.500 suffer the consequences and he is born no no consequences for his own recklessness this was
00:36:21.800 egomaniacal. It was reckless and it was wrong. It really was. We're going to keep covering it.
00:36:28.260 He's also going to be speaking, I think, before Congress very soon. We'll have that for you as
