00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.
00:00:02.500 Guaranteed human.
00:00:05.400 Welcome. It is Verdict with Ted Cruz Week in Review.
00:00:08.860 Ben Ferguson with you, and these are the stories that you may have missed
00:00:12.420 that we talked about this past week.
00:00:15.080 It starts with this big story.
00:00:17.640 ABC, NBC, and CBS elevated a video from a known Hamas propagandist,
00:00:24.680 and they put it out there as real news.
00:00:27.140 So have they retracted it? We'll tell you that disgusting story in just a moment.
00:00:31.620 Plus, CNN's Jake Tapper sat down with a Jewish MIT student
00:00:35.960 after the students on campus are being attacked by pro-Hamas protesters.
00:00:43.240 Why is this happening on college campuses? We're going to dive into that.
00:00:46.660 And finally, more checks going from the Biden crime family
00:00:50.620 to the President of the United States of America.
00:00:53.000 Don't worry. They're all being classified as loan reimbursements.
00:00:57.680 But will the story hold up under scrutiny?
00:00:59.720 It is the Week in Review, and it starts right now.
00:01:03.400 You mentioned propaganda, and I want to show part of this propaganda.
00:01:08.440 Newsbusters found that ABC, CBS, and NBC elevated a Gaza video
00:01:14.820 from a known propagandist influencer.
00:01:17.180 This guy, we're going to show you all the different jobs that he has.
00:01:21.280 But we first want you to see some of this propaganda that was put out,
00:01:25.960 and then we're going to show you who this individual is.
00:01:28.300 Take a look first at this video.
00:01:33.540 Remember this guy's face.
00:01:35.100 Now you have this little girl screaming.
00:01:59.980 Now you have this little girl screaming.
00:02:05.100 And then another lady that starts screaming. 1.00
00:02:09.220 He wasn't screaming a moment ago.
00:02:11.820 All right.
00:02:12.920 What I want to do, and I want to do this for our audience that is just listening,
00:02:16.880 I want to play it back again, but I want to narrate it as it's going forward.
00:02:19.880 I want to comment on what you're seeing.
00:02:21.940 So let's just play that video back again.
00:02:23.920 This was put out by this individual on his social media,
00:02:26.780 so that's where we got this.
00:02:28.400 So start again.
00:02:29.440 All right.
00:02:30.700 Now what you're seeing at the beginning is you're seeing an image of what appears to be a Palestinian man,
00:02:38.300 and he has what appears to be blood on his hand, and he's showing it to you.
00:02:42.340 Now one of the things that's striking, he's screaming, and he's yelling at the camera.
00:02:46.620 But one of the things that's striking, if you look at his hand, there are no wounds.
00:02:50.880 There's no cut.
00:02:52.020 It simply has some red liquid.
00:02:54.240 Maybe it's blood.
00:02:55.000 Maybe it's red paint.
00:02:56.060 Some red liquid is on his hand, but there are no wounds whatsoever.
00:02:59.580 You then move to a young girl who again has red liquid.
00:03:03.480 Stop, stop.
00:03:04.020 Just stop there for a second.
00:03:05.920 Okay.
00:03:06.780 So she's got red liquid. 0.85
00:03:09.000 Appears to be blood.
00:03:10.180 It could be red paint.
00:03:11.340 It is some red liquid.
00:03:12.240 But the interesting thing is this girl has no visible wounds either.
00:03:16.180 There's no cut.
00:03:17.080 There's no bruise.
00:03:18.000 There's nothing that is actually bleeding.
00:03:20.160 It's just liquid on someone that appears to be.
00:03:23.580 There are no visible injuries.
00:03:25.200 You and I, by the way, we both know the same thing.
00:03:27.200 There's a woman who screams in a moment. 0.98
00:03:29.460 And she wasn't screaming when the camera comes past her the first time.
00:03:32.200 It's like she's waiting for a cue.
00:03:33.780 So just on pause, you can see this little girl is screaming, and she's screaming loudly.
00:03:39.520 She has red liquid on her face. 0.92
00:03:41.820 There's a cameraman who is taking pictures.
00:03:44.940 But what I want you to do as this plays forward is behind the cameraman, there are several other men,
00:03:49.660 and I want you to look at their faces.
00:03:51.780 So play this slowly going forward.
00:03:53.620 And by the way, for everybody listening to this, audio only.
00:03:56.620 You can watch this on YouTube, and you can go and see this.
00:03:59.680 So when you get home, look at it on YouTube, and you're going to see this video because it's that important that you get to see this.
00:04:04.980 And subscribe to YouTube at the same time.
00:04:07.080 One out of three podcasts we do is on video.
00:04:09.560 All of them are on audio.
00:04:11.480 Okay, so you see her screaming and clapping. 0.59
00:04:14.360 And then we're coming around.
00:04:15.780 There's the cameraman who's filming it.
00:04:17.380 And then is the shot.
00:04:19.240 And there's another, obviously, the person filming here is some other cameraman.
00:04:22.380 But now you're going to see a couple of men in orange vests.
00:04:27.140 And I want you to look at the second man, the one on the left, because he is cracking up laughing.
00:04:33.220 He is smiling ear to ear, and he is laughing.
00:04:35.640 He's the one now in the middle next to the cameraman.
00:04:37.760 And he's laughing loudly.
00:04:40.320 Now, if this were really a young woman who had had something horrible happen.
00:04:44.900 And they're in emergency vests.
00:04:46.340 You would assume he'd be running over to give aid.
00:04:48.160 Yeah, nobody would be laughing.
00:04:49.900 If this, however, were a performance, you might not be able to resist laughing.
00:04:54.780 And his expression, you want to talk, I mean, the laughter he's showing throughout it all.
00:05:00.120 And then we'll keep playing forwards because this young girl.
00:05:03.700 And by the way, you notice there's red liquid on her toe. 1.00
00:05:05.920 But again, no injury on her foot, just red liquid.
00:05:08.540 Yeah.
00:05:09.680 My whole thing is, if you're wearing the emergency vest, wouldn't you be running over to help and give aid instead of just staying there watching?
00:05:15.900 It, the way they are interacting, it is, they are interacting as if they are watching a performance.
00:05:23.120 But let's roll forward to the next woman. 1.00
00:05:26.920 We have this little girl.
00:05:28.380 There's her performance.
00:05:29.820 She's slapping her hands.
00:05:31.660 Okay, now this woman is very calm.
00:05:33.700 Let's have audio for her. 0.93
00:05:34.900 Let's go to the beginning of the older woman. 1.00
00:05:37.280 Watch and listen because the audio here, we'll play it at normal speed with audio because she's calm.
00:05:43.420 And then she begins screaming like crazy, almost as if someone says action.
00:05:48.440 And then she's calm again.
00:05:49.700 Okay, so that was put out on social media.
00:06:00.460 You look at it, you're not sure what it is.
00:06:03.180 There are things about it that seem kind of fake.
00:06:06.100 Now that's you and me talking, but you know, we're not professional journalists.
00:06:09.300 We don't, say, have major TV networks behind us.
00:06:12.700 Tell me, what does a major TV network do with this?
00:06:14.980 If you want to run propaganda that makes you think that Israel's the bad guys, you run with this. 0.92
00:06:20.320 All right, well, let's see what CBS did with that video.
00:06:23.400 A massive strike at the Al-Shifa hospital grounds, Gaza's largest medical facility.
00:06:31.660 Israel insists Hamas is using hospitals to coordinate attacks and hide its commanders,
00:06:41.860 but sheltering at Al-Shifa thousands of civilians.
00:06:46.880 Their one place of refuge, now a blood-soaked battleground.
00:06:51.800 There's the guy, the guy with blood in his hands screaming.
00:06:57.800 They're now showing that image.
00:06:59.940 They're now showing the little girl screaming.
00:07:02.780 Although they quickly crop out the guy laughing.
00:07:05.420 They edit it so you don't get to see the guy laughing.
00:07:09.380 And then they show the woman screaming, but they end it before she stops screaming.
00:07:14.080 So they took the most theatrical elements of that video, and they aired it.
00:07:21.240 And by the way, go back to just that screenshot we just had.
00:07:24.340 Notice how they cite it.
00:07:26.040 They just cite it as social media.
00:07:28.660 They don't put the guy's name.
00:07:29.840 They don't say where this came from.
00:07:31.580 Go look at this account if you want to see more of what's happening in Gaza.
00:07:33.900 No, no, it's just social media.
00:07:35.900 All right, so who is this guy?
00:07:38.000 Ben, who is this guy?
00:07:38.740 So this guy is a guy that has been exposed by newsbusters, and I love this.
00:07:44.040 He's been dubbed Mr. Fafo and Mr. Pollywood.
00:07:50.720 That's Palestinian and Hollywood combined. 0.68
00:07:52.880 This person posts his propaganda videos to his Instagram account where he has pretended to be,
00:07:58.300 ready for this list, a Hamas fighter, in a music video, a radiology tech in a hospital,
00:08:05.420 a foster father, a member of the press, a rescue worker, among other roles.
00:08:12.420 So let's have a little fun with this.
00:08:13.980 All right, well, hold on.
00:08:14.480 Let's put up the pictures.
00:08:16.360 Okay, let's go to the pictures here.
00:08:18.060 So remember the guy at the beginning, the guy with the blood on his hands.
00:08:22.060 You can see these same guys.
00:08:23.360 These are his posts, by the way.
00:08:24.720 This is not hard to find.
00:08:26.180 You simply search for it.
00:08:27.960 So let's describe.
00:08:29.280 We've got the one in the top left.
00:08:30.760 He looks like some sort of medical tech.
00:08:32.600 He's feeding someone into a CAT scan machine.
00:08:35.100 Well, squeezing the breathing bubble, basically, to keep him alive,
00:08:39.600 which I don't think you'd put somebody in a CAT scan while you're doing that that way.
00:08:42.780 I'm guessing that may not happen.
00:08:44.680 Then he's a press guy.
00:08:45.880 Then he's got oxygen.
00:08:46.860 He's a victim of something.
00:08:48.200 I don't know what.
00:08:49.260 Then he's dying in another video.
00:08:51.040 Then he's a reporter, I think, maybe in the next video.
00:08:54.020 Then he's getting what looks like a blood transfusion in another video.
00:08:57.160 Then he's a sitting up dead man in a body bag.
00:08:59.320 Sitting up, not laying down, but sitting up.
00:09:00.900 That's impressive.
00:09:01.340 He's wrapped in a body bag and sitting up.
00:09:03.500 And sitting up, literally.
00:09:04.400 Then he's a Hamas fighter.
00:09:05.700 That's probably the most accurate one with a machine gun.
00:09:08.320 And then he's a member of the press.
00:09:10.460 And that's just the highlight reel from his social media.
00:09:13.380 So let me ask seriously, if you're the head of CBS News and you just aired this as news
00:09:18.960 and you didn't point out that the guy who filmed it is known to put out propaganda,
00:09:25.700 is known to be a crisis actor, puts out pictures of himself.
00:09:29.560 I mean, this is not – look, sometimes people say, oh, it's a conspiracy theory to say someone's a crisis actor.
00:09:36.280 Well, this man – I'm going to read.
00:09:38.620 This person is known as a Hamas-linked social media influencer and crisis actor,
00:09:44.660 yet ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News all treated his content as though it was a legitimate source of news from Gaza.
00:09:52.520 And, Ben, there's one of two scenarios.
00:09:55.120 Either CBS, ABC, and NBC knew who he was, in which case they're deliberately lying to the American people
00:10:03.780 and saying let's take a Hamas propagandist and put it on the global stage.
00:10:08.340 If they knew, the producer who put this segment together should be fired.
00:10:15.260 Or the alternative is they didn't know.
00:10:19.360 If they didn't know, it means they had a political narrative they wanted to tell.
00:10:24.280 They had a political agenda, and it was too good to check.
00:10:27.980 They got video that fit their political agenda.
00:10:30.760 Let's put it on the news.
00:10:31.780 And you know what? 0.96
00:10:32.520 If they didn't know, it means they're biased and incompetent. 0.98
00:10:35.840 They ought to be fired anyway. 0.98
00:10:36.940 This is when you simply repeat Hamas propaganda that is based on lies.
00:10:44.620 That's not journalism.
00:10:46.820 And anyone involved with putting it out should have the consequences for being a part of lying on behalf of terrorists.
00:10:54.040 A big shout-out, by the way, to Newsbusters for doing this dive, finding this intel, putting it out, going,
00:10:59.840 hey, you want to see who this guy really is?
00:11:01.680 And, by the way, let's have a real test.
00:11:03.340 First, CBS, if there's one principled journalist at all of CBS, do a story on who this guy is
00:11:12.240 and how CBS was complicit in spreading his lies.
00:11:15.880 That won't be easy. 1.00
00:11:17.060 It will be very uncomfortable because it will make you look like crap. 0.97
00:11:21.280 But if you're actual journalists who care about the truth in any way, shape, or form, that's what you do. 0.94
00:11:26.340 Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation, you can go back and listen to the full podcast from earlier this week.
00:11:33.300 Canadian women are looking for more. 1.00
00:11:36.060 More out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them.
00:11:40.220 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.
00:11:43.920 I'm Jennifer Stewart.
00:11:45.140 And I'm Catherine Clark.
00:11:46.380 And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women.
00:11:50.160 Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.
00:11:55.820 So, if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.
00:11:58.860 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.
00:12:03.300 Now, on to story number two.
00:12:07.040 It's CNN.
00:12:07.840 There truly seems to be a civil war inside of CNN right now because if you watch the morning show, it's like all Hamas propaganda and anti-Semitism.
00:12:17.020 You watch their primetime lineup at night, it goes right back to that.
00:12:20.420 There was a moment, and I want to give credit here, to Jake Tapper.
00:12:25.780 Jake Tapper had on an MIT graduate student and let her tell her story to the world.
00:12:32.200 And I want you to hear what she had to say.
00:12:35.080 It was – and I'm glad that he used his program for good.
00:12:39.020 He had the headline, Hate in America.
00:12:40.800 MIT student speaks out about anti-Semitism on campus.
00:12:44.580 Listen to this.
00:12:45.460 As a Jewish student at MIT, do you feel safe on campus?
00:12:50.000 You know, honestly, Jake, in the past few weeks, I have not felt safe on campus.
00:12:54.240 Why not?
00:12:54.700 So, you know, ever since October 7th, we've seen at universities around the country that, you know, the conflict that's overseas has come to our home turf.
00:13:05.060 And we've had a lot of rallies and events by an organization called the Coalition Against Apartheid, which is the anti-Israel group on MIT's campus.
00:13:15.240 And they, along with some local anti-Israel groups, have come to campus because MIT is an open campus, which means that anybody can walk around and, you know, be on campus.
00:13:27.660 So, they together have done protests on campus on the steps of Lobby 7, which is the main entrance to MIT and in front of the student center.
00:13:36.640 And, I mean, people protest, but what do they do?
00:13:40.640 What do they say that makes you feel unsafe?
00:13:43.400 So, I guess part of it is the fact of what they're saying.
00:13:47.900 So, when you're saying things like globalize the Entifada, use your two fists to sacrifice everything for Palestine and one solution, Entifada. 0.94
00:13:56.220 You know, we know what happened during the second Entifada.
00:13:59.620 It was suicide bombings and attacks against Israeli civilians in Israel.
00:14:03.440 But the other part of it is that these people aren't just protesting outside and exercising their right to free speech, which I fully support as an American.
00:14:11.340 It's that they're going, you know, they went to the personal offices of a program that runs Israel internships on MIT's campus.
00:14:18.940 And they went to the offices of the people who work for this program and they tried to enter.
00:14:22.600 They were going from door to door trying to unlock the doors.
00:14:24.760 And the people who worked in this office had no idea what these students were trying to do by trying to get into their office.
00:14:30.960 They were yelling.
00:14:31.600 They were accusing them of apartheid, of ethnic cleansing, of genocide.
00:14:34.620 And it was a really frightening experience.
00:14:36.860 A really frightening experience.
00:14:39.080 You hear this student saying this, and yet this is happening to them.
00:14:44.080 And as you described a moment ago, they said, if you keep doing this, we're going to expel you.
00:14:48.160 Then they said, oh, never mind.
00:14:49.180 Just kidding.
00:14:49.640 You're just going to be in trouble, but you're not going to get expelled because we don't want you to lose your visa.
00:14:54.020 That's in my Semitism and accepting this type of abuse by these individuals.
00:15:00.160 Well, that's right.
00:15:01.280 And let me quote from Fox News had an article about this where they quoted conservative lawyer Marina Maria Medvin.
00:15:07.440 And she said, quote, MIT is one of the most prestigious universities in the U.S.
00:15:13.220 These days, foreigners make up about 30% of the MIT student body.
00:15:19.380 Jewish students, on the other hand, make up about 6% of the MIT student body.
00:15:25.920 A campus minority.
00:15:27.280 So think about it right now. 0.98
00:15:28.360 And I will admit it is somewhat concerning that 30% of the MIT student body are foreigners, but especially if these are foreigners that are vicious bigots, that are anti-Semites, that are willing to threaten, harass, and threaten physical violence against their fellow students, their Jewish students, because they hate them so much. 0.98
00:15:47.660 They should be expelled. 0.96
00:15:49.240 If you threaten physical violence against a fellow student, if you block them from going to class, that should be a no-brainer reason for expulsion.
00:16:01.400 And the administrators, look, why did the administrators not expel them?
00:16:05.500 And again, this goes back to what I talk about in my new book, Unwoke.
00:16:10.040 This is cultural Marxism.
00:16:12.400 The administrators, the cultural Marxists side with the people they have decided are the victims, the Palestinians. 0.53
00:16:19.240 Over the people they have decided that they are the oppressors, the Jews. 1.00
00:16:23.700 And so for the radical left, threats of violence against Jews are okay. 0.96
00:16:29.460 It is acceptable.
00:16:31.220 And so, listen, the fact that someone's on a student visa, they ought to behave better, not worse.
00:16:36.980 It shouldn't be the case that Americans are held to stricter standards than foreigners coming to study in our universities.
00:16:43.200 And yet MIT says, well, if we expelled you, you'd lose your student visa, so we're not going to expel you. 0.86
00:16:49.820 Please continue to harass and threaten and threaten physical violence to our students because, you know, we, the administrators, don't give a damn about the Jewish students because in the cultural Marxist world, they're the oppressors. 0.99
00:17:02.380 So, to heck with them. 1.00
00:17:04.040 Yeah, to the heck with them.
00:17:05.120 And I will say, we better stand up for these students and hold these, and I hope donors.
00:17:12.180 I really do.
00:17:13.000 And the people that give to these universities are paying attention to what these universities are doing.
00:17:17.760 Yes, yes, yes.
00:17:18.940 Absolutely right.
00:17:19.700 It's one of the things that is freaking universities out, is that donors are cutting off the cash, and that is, it's the one thing that's getting them attention.
00:17:34.580 And listen, I want to actually quote from one of the best-known poems.
00:17:42.420 First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.
00:17:48.460 Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.
00:17:56.900 Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. 0.91
00:18:05.160 Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out for me.
00:18:11.120 Look, I think that applies to our universities right now.
00:18:14.180 If there's anyone at a university, a student, a professor, an administrator who gives a damn about equal rights, about protection, about stopping anti-Semitism, about stopping bigotry, about stopping hate, speak out now.
00:18:31.160 If you're a donor, and you write a check to these schools, speak out now and say not one penny more until you protect the students on our campus.
00:18:41.300 You cannot give in to the violent Marxist radicals and expect us to continue to support these schools.
00:18:49.360 This is a time for choosing.
00:18:51.480 Senator, lastly, I want to play for you, and just so people understand what's happening at MIT.
00:18:57.780 This is just some of the student videos have gone viral online.
00:19:01.200 Oh, man, Antifada!
00:19:03.560 Oh, man, Antifada!
00:19:05.400 Antifada, Antifada! 1.00
00:19:07.720 Antifada, Antifada! 1.00
00:19:09.480 Oh, man, Antifada!
00:19:11.640 Oh, man, Antifada!
00:19:13.520 MIT, look at my...
00:19:15.800 They're chanting,
00:19:18.920 Antifada, and the Jewish students are stuck inside, were physically prevented from attending class
00:19:26.180 by this hostile group of pro-Hamas and anti-Israel MIT students that called themselves the CAA.
00:19:32.740 Then another student came out and showed another video of these massive protests,
00:19:38.660 and this is what it sounded like.
00:19:39.920 Senator, they were doing this, and they knew where many of the Jewish students were
00:19:57.140 when they went to these buildings to protest just to scare these Jewish students. 0.55
00:20:04.360 I leave everybody with that audio, and I want to get your final words on this,
00:20:10.160 because this is clearly organized.
00:20:12.920 It's being funded by someone, Senator.
00:20:16.140 MIT is what they refer to as an open campus where outside groups can come in.
00:20:21.260 This is orchestrated by these extremist anti-Israel groups.
00:20:26.060 Somebody has to be paying for this, funding this, and then they are targeting where the Jewish students are in these schools.
00:20:34.680 And it's not just MIT.
00:20:36.020 This is happening on other college campuses.
00:20:38.920 So the second Antifada in Israel was a series of suicide bombings carried out by Palestinian assailants.
00:20:46.800 And it resulted in it took place between 1987 and 1993, and it had a combined casualty figure of roughly 1,000 Israelis, 3,000 Palestinians, and 64 foreign nationals.
00:21:04.740 Wow.
00:21:04.880 And so when these radicals are cheering and chanting for another Antifada, they're calling for murdering more Jews.
00:21:13.420 Now, mind you, on October 7th, we saw 1,200 Israeli civilians targeted by Hamas death squads and murdered because they are Israelis.
00:21:23.760 And these protesters are chanting, they want another Antifada.
00:21:27.040 In other words, you haven't murdered enough Jews. 1.00
00:21:29.760 We want more Jews murdered. 1.00
00:21:31.460 That's what they're chanting. 0.99
00:21:33.280 And listen, if you're a Jewish student at MIT or at another one of these elite universities where these radical leftists have taken over,
00:21:40.200 it is understandable that you are afraid for your own safety.
00:21:44.260 This is disgraceful.
00:21:45.700 And every university that allows this to happen is failing in their obligation to keep their students safe.
00:21:52.640 No student.
00:21:53.560 Everyone has a right to free speech.
00:21:55.540 No student has a right to threaten physical violence against other students to prevent students from going to class.
00:22:02.340 And that's what these radicals are doing at MIT.
00:22:05.500 And right now, the MIT administration is complicit in this terrorizing of Jewish students.
00:22:11.720 It's disgraceful.
00:22:13.000 Senator, it's always a pleasure, especially on shows like this that I think are so important.

00:22:37.020 It is an incredible read for the holidays.
00:22:39.600 Unwoke, it is out right now.
00:22:41.480 And there's so much that the Senator is talking about tonight that is really talked about in this book.
00:22:46.180 I've read it.
00:22:46.680 It's amazing.
00:22:47.820 Make sure you grab that on Amazon as well.
00:22:50.280 The Senator and I will see you back here in a couple of days.

00:23:33.700 I want to get back to the big story number three of the week you may have missed.
00:23:37.720 Look at these checks.
00:23:40.560 Joe Biden received a $40,000 check and laundered Chinese money from the account of his brother, James Biden, and his sister-in-law, Sarah Biden, in the form of a personal check.
00:23:48.800 We know that because the check number is 6142.
00:23:51.600 We have a copy of it.
00:23:52.520 It was made on September the 3rd, 2017.
00:23:55.480 Of course, it said loan reimbursement.
00:23:57.800 That's not the first check, by the way.
00:24:00.040 That's the second check that has come in.
00:24:02.160 And Hunter Biden also wired another $150,000 to the Lion Hall Group, a company owned by President Biden's brother, James, and sister-in-law, Sarah, on August the 28th of 17.
00:24:12.020 And then guess what happened?
00:24:13.000 Sarah Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from the Lion Hall Group.
00:24:17.440 And later the same day, she deposited it into her and James Biden's personal checking account.
00:24:24.040 And then they write the check to Joe Biden for the, quote, loan repayment.
00:24:28.080 I mean, we're at over $200,000 now.
00:24:31.260 And we also know that the money trail began in July of 2017 when Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese Communist Party friend, this associate who's linked there.
00:24:44.680 On July 30th, Hunter Biden, let's just read that famous text, right, that WhatsApp text.
00:24:51.120 I'm sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
00:24:57.300 Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.
00:25:03.440 And Z, if I get a call or a text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman,
00:25:09.440 I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
00:25:19.100 I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
00:25:22.100 And what happened after that?
00:25:23.960 Hundreds of thousands of dollars came into their account within days, and the FBI stopped.
00:25:30.480 The investigation did see if Joe Biden was, in fact, through GPS, was sitting next to Hunter Biden or in the same place on this date.
00:25:41.220 You put that together, and you see what's happening now with China and America. 0.87
00:25:44.760 I think James Comer's on to something here, and it seems like there's a lot more that's about to come out on this.
00:25:50.940 Well, the evidence is getting worse and worse.
00:25:52.980 We now know that at least $240,000 went straight to Joe Biden.
00:25:57.600 Remember, the Democrats were saying over and over again, no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.
00:26:02.920 This is all Hunter.
00:26:03.780 Hunter's corrupt, but Joe is innocent.
00:26:06.500 Well, $240,000, and he labels all these checks loan repayment.
00:26:10.080 There's no evidence as to what the loans were, was there a loan that is, on its face, highly suspicious.
00:26:17.020 We also know now that the House, that James Comer, the subpoenas have escalated.
00:26:21.340 They're now subpoenaing Hunter Biden.
00:26:23.260 They're subpoenaing James Biden.
00:26:24.640 They're subpoenaing the inner circle of business associates around Joe Biden.
00:26:29.780 Among other things, they also issued a subpoena to former White House counsel Dana Remus to appear for a deposition concerning Biden's mishandling of classified documents.
00:26:41.360 This is ratcheting up, by the way, also special counsel David Weiss admitted that he wasn't granted special attorney authority in the Hunter Biden investigation.
00:26:54.180 And even though he asked for it, but then he said, well, he didn't interpret that decision as a, quote, denial in any way, shape or form, which is utterly incoherent.
00:27:03.300 You ask for, can I have special attorney authority?
00:27:06.600 You're told no.
00:27:07.820 And then he says, well, but that wasn't a denial.
00:27:09.720 What else is it?
00:27:11.660 And so I have to say, I think the investigation is getting more and more serious and the evidence is getting worse and worse for Joe and for Hunter.
00:27:22.520 The Biden crime family is now under a significant amount of pressure.
00:27:28.680 This because of subpoenas that have gone out.
00:27:32.000 These are significant.
00:27:33.860 They are going to have to have come back with real answers.
00:27:37.180 And Fox News channel kind of describe what's happening here and what we can expect for the next week or so.
00:27:42.060 Take a look at this.
00:27:43.120 Well, James Comer, these are not the first subpoenas that James Comer has issued as part of his investigation.
00:27:48.120 Actually, in September, he subpoenaed bank records belonging to Hunter and James Biden.
00:27:52.920 That was at that point the most aggressive step that he had taken.
00:27:56.800 But in the last few weeks, you know, the committee has been obtaining these subpoenaed records from James and Hunter's personal and business financial records.
00:28:07.080 And what Hunter Biden and James Biden's records have shown, according to Comer, is that President Biden actually may have benefited.
00:28:15.360 So last week, James Comer said that President Biden actually received two checks from James Biden and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, one for $40,000 and one for $200,000.
00:28:26.900 Those checks both were labeled in the memo section of the check as loan repayments.
00:28:31.560 But James Comer says the White House is not providing those documents that would prove that those were actual loans.
00:28:37.600 And those the money actually came on days that the Biden family was obtaining money from Chinese business companies and more.
00:28:44.880 So Comer's been laying all of this out and following the money.
00:28:48.560 Senator, I mean, James Comer was on this show.
00:28:50.440 And if you missed it, go back.
00:28:51.720 We did a two part series with James Comer.
00:28:53.400 But this is a guy in James Comer that I really have a lot of faith in because he takes his time.
00:28:58.220 He's doing it the right way.
00:28:59.460 He's laying it out methodically.
00:29:01.740 And this is really damning that you now have direct checks to the president of the United States of America.
00:29:06.440 So we now know that Joe Biden received at least $240,000 from his brother and his brother's wife.
00:29:12.440 We know that he received it immediately after they got money from foreign nationals from China.
00:29:18.600 Within days of their getting the money, they sent the money straight to the big guy to the big guy.
00:29:25.400 Remember, Democrats kept saying there's no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.
00:29:29.140 Well, $240,000 is 240,000 direct pieces of evidence that he deposited in his bank account.
00:29:36.000 Don't forget, it was the president who said on the campaign trail his son never made a dime from China.
00:29:41.560 Yeah, which is a flat out lie.
00:29:42.800 Yeah.
00:29:42.940 But Biden has lied so much on this, you can't even keep track of his multiple lies.
00:29:47.740 And the media certainly doesn't keep track of him.
00:29:49.500 We know that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden had over 20 shell companies, that they had multiple bank accounts, that Joe Biden had fake email addresses and burner phones, that everything they did appears to be a massive money laundering operation.
00:30:02.620 And we know the Department of Justice is obstructed at every level.
00:30:06.300 But the House investigation is getting closer.
00:30:09.420 The subpoenas of Hunter and James Biden are a big deal.
00:30:12.820 And in the upcoming verdicts this week, we will do a deep dive into the legal peril and the growing evidence of corruption by Hunter Biden and much, much more important, the growing evidence of corruption by Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., the president of the United States.
