00:02:46.620 But one of the things that's striking, if you look at his hand, there are no wounds.

00:09:18.960 and you didn't point out that the guy who filmed it is known to put out propaganda,
00:09:25.700 is known to be a crisis actor, puts out pictures of himself.
00:09:29.560 I mean, this is not – look, sometimes people say, oh, it's a conspiracy theory to say someone's a crisis actor.
00:09:36.280 Well, this man – I'm going to read.
00:09:38.620 This person is known as a Hamas-linked social media influencer and crisis actor,
00:09:44.660 yet ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News all treated his content as though it was a legitimate source of news from Gaza.
00:09:52.520 And, Ben, there's one of two scenarios.
00:09:55.120 Either CBS, ABC, and NBC knew who he was, in which case they're deliberately lying to the American people
00:10:03.780 and saying let's take a Hamas propagandist and put it on the global stage.
00:10:08.340 If they knew, the producer who put this segment together should be fired.
00:10:15.260 Or the alternative is they didn't know.
00:10:19.360 If they didn't know, it means they had a political narrative they wanted to tell.
00:10:24.280 They had a political agenda, and it was too good to check.

00:12:07.840 There truly seems to be a civil war inside of CNN right now because if you watch the morning show, it's like all Hamas propaganda and anti-Semitism.
00:12:17.020 You watch their primetime lineup at night, it goes right back to that.
00:12:20.420 There was a moment, and I want to give credit here, to Jake Tapper.
00:12:25.780 Jake Tapper had on an MIT graduate student and let her tell her story to the world.
00:12:32.200 And I want you to hear what she had to say.
00:12:35.080 It was – and I'm glad that he used his program for good.
00:12:39.020 He had the headline, Hate in America.
00:12:40.800 MIT student speaks out about anti-Semitism on campus.

00:12:45.460 As a Jewish student at MIT, do you feel safe on campus?
00:12:50.000 You know, honestly, Jake, in the past few weeks, I have not felt safe on campus.
00:12:54.240 Why not?
00:12:54.700 So, you know, ever since October 7th, we've seen at universities around the country that, you know, the conflict that's overseas has come to our home turf.
00:13:05.060 And we've had a lot of rallies and events by an organization called the Coalition Against Apartheid, which is the anti-Israel group on MIT's campus.
00:13:15.240 And they, along with some local anti-Israel groups, have come to campus because MIT is an open campus, which means that anybody can walk around and, you know, be on campus.
00:13:27.660 So, they together have done protests on campus on the steps of Lobby 7, which is the main entrance to MIT and in front of the student center.
00:13:36.640 And, I mean, people protest, but what do they do?
00:13:40.640 What do they say that makes you feel unsafe?
00:13:43.400 So, I guess part of it is the fact of what they're saying.
00:13:47.900 So, when you're saying things like globalize the Entifada, use your two fists to sacrifice everything for Palestine and one solution, Entifada.
00:13:56.220 You know, we know what happened during the second Entifada.
00:13:59.620 It was suicide bombings and attacks against Israeli civilians in Israel.
00:14:03.440 But the other part of it is that these people aren't just protesting outside and exercising their right to free speech, which I fully support as an American.
00:14:11.340 It's that they're going, you know, they went to the personal offices of a program that runs Israel internships on MIT's campus.
00:14:18.940 And they went to the offices of the people who work for this program and they tried to enter.
00:14:22.600 They were going from door to door trying to unlock the doors.
00:14:24.760 And the people who worked in this office had no idea what these students were trying to do by trying to get into their office.
00:14:30.960 They were yelling.
00:14:31.600 They were accusing them of apartheid, of ethnic cleansing, of genocide.
00:14:34.620 And it was a really frightening experience.
00:14:36.860 A really frightening experience.
00:14:39.080 You hear this student saying this, and yet this is happening to them.
00:14:44.080 And as you described a moment ago, they said, if you keep doing this, we're going to expel you.
00:14:48.160 Then they said, oh, never mind.
00:14:49.180 Just kidding.
00:14:49.640 You're just going to be in trouble, but you're not going to get expelled because we don't want you to lose your visa.
00:14:54.020 That's in my Semitism and accepting this type of abuse by these individuals.

00:15:01.280 And let me quote from Fox News had an article about this where they quoted conservative lawyer Marina Maria Medvin.
00:15:07.440 And she said, quote, MIT is one of the most prestigious universities in the U.S.
00:15:13.220 These days, foreigners make up about 30% of the MIT student body.
00:15:19.380 Jewish students, on the other hand, make up about 6% of the MIT student body.
00:15:25.920 A campus minority.
00:15:27.280 So think about it right now.
00:15:28.360 And I will admit it is somewhat concerning that 30% of the MIT student body are foreigners, but especially if these are foreigners that are vicious bigots, that are anti-Semites, that are willing to threaten, harass, and threaten physical violence against their fellow students, their Jewish students, because they hate them so much.

00:15:49.240 If you threaten physical violence against a fellow student, if you block them from going to class, that should be a no-brainer reason for expulsion.
00:16:01.400 And the administrators, look, why did the administrators not expel them?

00:16:12.400 The administrators, the cultural Marxists side with the people they have decided are the victims, the Palestinians.

00:16:31.220 And so, listen, the fact that someone's on a student visa, they ought to behave better, not worse.
00:16:36.980 It shouldn't be the case that Americans are held to stricter standards than foreigners coming to study in our universities.
00:16:43.200 And yet MIT says, well, if we expelled you, you'd lose your student visa, so we're not going to expel you.
00:16:49.820 Please continue to harass and threaten and threaten physical violence to our students because, you know, we, the administrators, don't give a damn about the Jewish students because in the cultural Marxist world, they're the oppressors.

00:17:05.120 And I will say, we better stand up for these students and hold these, and I hope donors.

00:17:48.460 Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.

00:18:05.160 Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out for me.
00:18:11.120 Look, I think that applies to our universities right now.
00:18:14.180 If there's anyone at a university, a student, a professor, an administrator who gives a damn about equal rights, about protection, about stopping anti-Semitism, about stopping bigotry, about stopping hate, speak out now.
00:18:31.160 If you're a donor, and you write a check to these schools, speak out now and say not one penny more until you protect the students on our campus.
00:18:41.300 You cannot give in to the violent Marxist radicals and expect us to continue to support these schools.

00:19:26.180 by this hostile group of pro-Hamas and anti-Israel MIT students that called themselves the CAA.
00:19:32.740 Then another student came out and showed another video of these massive protests,
00:19:38.660 and this is what it sounded like.
00:19:39.920 Senator, they were doing this, and they knew where many of the Jewish students were
00:19:57.140 when they went to these buildings to protest just to scare these Jewish students.
00:20:04.360 I leave everybody with that audio, and I want to get your final words on this,
00:20:10.160 because this is clearly organized.
00:20:12.920 It's being funded by someone, Senator.
00:20:16.140 MIT is what they refer to as an open campus where outside groups can come in.
00:20:21.260 This is orchestrated by these extremist anti-Israel groups.
00:20:26.060 Somebody has to be paying for this, funding this, and then they are targeting where the Jewish students are in these schools.
00:20:34.680 And it's not just MIT.
00:20:36.020 This is happening on other college campuses.
00:20:38.920 So the second Antifada in Israel was a series of suicide bombings carried out by Palestinian assailants.
00:20:46.800 And it resulted in it took place between 1987 and 1993, and it had a combined casualty figure of roughly 1,000 Israelis, 3,000 Palestinians, and 64 foreign nationals.
00:21:04.740 Wow.
00:21:04.880 And so when these radicals are cheering and chanting for another Antifada, they're calling for murdering more Jews.
00:21:13.420 Now, mind you, on October 7th, we saw 1,200 Israeli civilians targeted by Hamas death squads and murdered because they are Israelis.
00:21:23.760 And these protesters are chanting, they want another Antifada.
00:21:27.040 In other words, you haven't murdered enough Jews.
00:21:29.760 We want more Jews murdered.
00:21:31.460 That's what they're chanting.
00:21:33.280 And listen, if you're a Jewish student at MIT or at another one of these elite universities where these radical leftists have taken over,
00:21:40.200 it is understandable that you are afraid for your own safety.
00:21:44.260 This is disgraceful.
00:21:45.700 And every university that allows this to happen is failing in their obligation to keep their students safe.

00:23:33.700 I want to get back to the big story number three of the week you may have missed.
00:23:37.720 Look at these checks.
00:23:40.560 Joe Biden received a $40,000 check and laundered Chinese money from the account of his brother, James Biden, and his sister-in-law, Sarah Biden, in the form of a personal check.
00:23:48.800 We know that because the check number is 6142.
00:23:51.600 We have a copy of it.
00:23:52.520 It was made on September the 3rd, 2017.
00:23:55.480 Of course, it said loan reimbursement.
00:23:57.800 That's not the first check, by the way.
00:24:00.040 That's the second check that has come in.
00:24:02.160 And Hunter Biden also wired another $150,000 to the Lion Hall Group, a company owned by President Biden's brother, James, and sister-in-law, Sarah, on August the 28th of 17.
00:24:12.020 And then guess what happened?
00:24:13.000 Sarah Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from the Lion Hall Group.
00:24:17.440 And later the same day, she deposited it into her and James Biden's personal checking account.
00:24:24.040 And then they write the check to Joe Biden for the, quote, loan repayment.
00:24:28.080 I mean, we're at over $200,000 now.
00:24:31.260 And we also know that the money trail began in July of 2017 when Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese Communist Party friend, this associate who's linked there.
00:24:44.680 On July 30th, Hunter Biden, let's just read that famous text, right, that WhatsApp text.
00:24:51.120 I'm sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
00:24:57.300 Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.
00:25:03.440 And Z, if I get a call or a text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman,
00:25:09.440 I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
00:25:19.100 I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
00:25:22.100 And what happened after that?
00:25:23.960 Hundreds of thousands of dollars came into their account within days, and the FBI stopped.
00:25:30.480 The investigation did see if Joe Biden was, in fact, through GPS, was sitting next to Hunter Biden or in the same place on this date.
00:25:41.220 You put that together, and you see what's happening now with China and America.
00:25:44.760 I think James Comer's on to something here, and it seems like there's a lot more that's about to come out on this.
00:25:50.940 Well, the evidence is getting worse and worse.
00:25:52.980 We now know that at least $240,000 went straight to Joe Biden.
00:25:57.600 Remember, the Democrats were saying over and over again, no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.

00:26:03.780 Hunter's corrupt, but Joe is innocent.
00:26:06.500 Well, $240,000, and he labels all these checks loan repayment.
00:26:10.080 There's no evidence as to what the loans were, was there a loan that is, on its face, highly suspicious.
00:26:17.020 We also know now that the House, that James Comer, the subpoenas have escalated.
00:26:21.340 They're now subpoenaing Hunter Biden.
00:26:23.260 They're subpoenaing James Biden.
00:26:24.640 They're subpoenaing the inner circle of business associates around Joe Biden.
00:26:29.780 Among other things, they also issued a subpoena to former White House counsel Dana Remus to appear for a deposition concerning Biden's mishandling of classified documents.
00:26:41.360 This is ratcheting up, by the way, also special counsel David Weiss admitted that he wasn't granted special attorney authority in the Hunter Biden investigation.
00:26:54.180 And even though he asked for it, but then he said, well, he didn't interpret that decision as a, quote, denial in any way, shape or form, which is utterly incoherent.
00:27:03.300 You ask for, can I have special attorney authority?
00:27:06.600 You're told no.
00:27:07.820 And then he says, well, but that wasn't a denial.
00:27:09.720 What else is it?
00:27:11.660 And so I have to say, I think the investigation is getting more and more serious and the evidence is getting worse and worse for Joe and for Hunter.
00:27:22.520 The Biden crime family is now under a significant amount of pressure.
00:27:28.680 This because of subpoenas that have gone out.
00:27:32.000 These are significant.
00:27:33.860 They are going to have to have come back with real answers.
00:27:37.180 And Fox News channel kind of describe what's happening here and what we can expect for the next week or so.
00:27:42.060 Take a look at this.
00:27:43.120 Well, James Comer, these are not the first subpoenas that James Comer has issued as part of his investigation.
00:27:48.120 Actually, in September, he subpoenaed bank records belonging to Hunter and James Biden.
00:27:52.920 That was at that point the most aggressive step that he had taken.
00:27:56.800 But in the last few weeks, you know, the committee has been obtaining these subpoenaed records from James and Hunter's personal and business financial records.
00:28:07.080 And what Hunter Biden and James Biden's records have shown, according to Comer, is that President Biden actually may have benefited.
00:28:15.360 So last week, James Comer said that President Biden actually received two checks from James Biden and Sarah Biden's personal bank account, one for $40,000 and one for $200,000.
00:28:26.900 Those checks both were labeled in the memo section of the check as loan repayments.
00:28:31.560 But James Comer says the White House is not providing those documents that would prove that those were actual loans.
00:28:37.600 And those the money actually came on days that the Biden family was obtaining money from Chinese business companies and more.
00:28:44.880 So Comer's been laying all of this out and following the money.
00:28:48.560 Senator, I mean, James Comer was on this show.

00:28:53.400 But this is a guy in James Comer that I really have a lot of faith in because he takes his time.

00:29:01.740 And this is really damning that you now have direct checks to the president of the United States of America.
00:29:06.440 So we now know that Joe Biden received at least $240,000 from his brother and his brother's wife.
00:29:12.440 We know that he received it immediately after they got money from foreign nationals from China.
00:29:18.600 Within days of their getting the money, they sent the money straight to the big guy to the big guy.
00:29:25.400 Remember, Democrats kept saying there's no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.
00:29:29.140 Well, $240,000 is 240,000 direct pieces of evidence that he deposited in his bank account.
00:29:36.000 Don't forget, it was the president who said on the campaign trail his son never made a dime from China.
00:29:41.560 Yeah, which is a flat out lie.

00:29:42.940 But Biden has lied so much on this, you can't even keep track of his multiple lies.
00:29:47.740 And the media certainly doesn't keep track of him.
00:29:49.500 We know that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden had over 20 shell companies, that they had multiple bank accounts, that Joe Biden had fake email addresses and burner phones, that everything they did appears to be a massive money laundering operation.
00:30:02.620 And we know the Department of Justice is obstructed at every level.
00:30:06.300 But the House investigation is getting closer.
00:30:09.420 The subpoenas of Hunter and James Biden are a big deal.
