00:01:58.620 we've got a big show to talk about including uh some election results the muslim brotherhood
00:02:04.100 getting involved and with candidates uh it's really fun time to watch the democratic party 0.61
00:02:09.080 implode in a very weird way well this week i chaired a major hearing in the senate on the
00:02:14.820 muslim brotherhood and the muslim brotherhood's activity in the united states in the united 0.51
00:02:19.680 States taking over effectively the Democrat Party, engaging in and funding acts of terror, 0.92
00:02:25.780 acts of terror in the Middle East, acts of terror here at home. We're going to break down the facts
00:02:30.260 of the threat that the Muslim Brotherhood and their affiliate organizations pose to you, pose 1.00
00:02:35.640 to your family, pose to your security, but also the degree to which the Democrat Party, look this 0.96
00:02:41.000 hearing that I chaired, the Democrats boycotted. Not a single Democrat senator was willing to show
00:02:47.260 up the ranking member didn't show up all of them said we won't be there because they do not want to
00:02:52.380 know about material support for terrorism against america from a critical part of their own base
00:02:59.400 we're going to break it all down for you we're also going to talk about james tallarico the
00:03:03.520 democrat nominee for senate in texas who was just exposed he went out on the campaign trail
00:03:09.160 campaigning with an 11 year old drag queen a little boy dressed as a woman and james tallarico
00:03:16.860 was proud to stand next to this little 11 year old child and and celebrate an 11 year old drag
00:03:23.820 queen this man is radical he's extreme he doesn't match the state of texas we're going to give you
00:03:28.460 all the facts on that as well and finally we're going to talk about a very revealing story
00:03:33.260 how democrat attorneys general across the country came together and colluded on a plan to sue
00:03:41.300 president trump months before he was elected he was not yet president they just knew uh-oh there's
00:03:48.200 a chance the voters might elect him let's plan to sue from day one over and over again we're going
00:03:54.120 to give you all all the details on that as well yeah it's an incredible story and i want to go
00:03:58.560 back to this muslim brotherhood hearing so that people understand why you decide to have this
00:04:03.900 hearing this was a national security issue and democrats didn't show up for this hearing
00:04:10.660 for political reasons which is even more shocking when you're talking about a national security
00:04:16.280 issue and the muslim brotherhood is a terrorist organization well and and remember this is the
00:04:22.080 same week that abdul al-sayed a radical islamist just won the democrat primary for senate in the
00:04:29.860 state of michigan yeah and to the surprise of nobody just about every establishment democrat
00:04:36.480 chuck schumer immediately endorsed the islamist uh it's almost like he started chanting aluha
00:04:42.260 akbar i mean they're just they don't care they don't care if you're a rabid anti-semite they
00:04:47.280 don't care if you hate israel you they don't care if you hate america they don't care if you're a 0.95
00:04:52.340 communist they don't care if you're a nazi they don't care if you've assaulted and victimized 0.99
00:04:58.060 women. By the way, all of those things were in Plattner, their nominee in Maine until like 12
00:05:02.980 seconds ago, had done. And yet the Democrats, as Elizabeth Warren said, he's my kind of guy. Now,
00:05:08.880 Abdul El-Sayed, his father-in-law, is a senior figure with multiple organizations affiliated with
00:05:18.600 the Muslim Brotherhood. He campaigned alongside Hassan Piker. This is the radical left-wing,
00:05:25.940 America-hating radical who said, and I quote,
00:05:30.000 America deserved 9-11.
00:05:34.000 And by the way, not only did he say that, 0.57
00:05:36.240 but the candidate was given multiple opportunities
00:05:39.400 to denounce campaigning with the individual
00:05:42.780 who said that America deserved 9-11,
00:05:45.600 did not denounce him, 0.80
00:05:47.120 and apparently is continuing to stand beside him
00:05:49.140 and campaign, I guess, with him moving forward.
00:05:51.800 This is who they are.
00:05:53.520 All right, I want you to listen to Bill Malugian of Fox News.
00:05:55.940 reporting on the hearing we had this week. It was Republican Senator Ted Cruz who decided to call
00:06:01.240 this hearing today to take a look at the impacts of Muslim Brotherhood networks here in the U.S.
00:06:06.300 But as you mentioned, we are expecting all five Democrats on the Senate committee to boycott this
00:06:12.240 hearing today because they say it's just going to be used to scapegoat all Muslims. These are the
00:06:16.780 five Democrats we're talking about here on the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts.
00:06:21.600 Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Senator Richard Blumenthal,
00:06:24.980 Senator Misa Ferrono, Senator Alex Badia, and Senator Peter Welch.
00:06:29.160 None of them are expected to participate today.
00:06:32.320 So let's break down why they would have this meeting
00:06:36.080 where they say none of us are going to show up.
00:06:38.620 I have a guess.
00:06:39.900 The first guess is, hey, if we show up and we hear 0.89
00:06:42.600 what the Muslim Brotherhood actually does, 0.93
00:06:44.980 then it's going to hit Democrats who are hanging out 0.92
00:06:47.420 with a bunch of Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers and advocates
00:06:50.360 and even maybe fundraisers for them.
00:06:52.700 So we don't want to do that.
00:06:54.340 Is that probably the real reason why they didn't show up?
00:06:56.540 It was just pure politics of, hey, we know they're bad,
00:06:59.320 but we need them right now, and we have these connections with them,
00:07:02.000 and we don't want to highlight that.
00:07:04.400 Yes, but it's worse than that. 1.00
00:07:06.160 Listen, the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization. 0.94
00:07:09.120 I've spent a decade in the U.S. Senate leading the fight 0.98
00:07:12.300 to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
00:07:16.460 The Muslim Brotherhood is a global organization.
00:07:18.620 It has multiple affiliates in local areas.
00:07:21.780 The Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine, do you know what they're also called?
00:07:25.940 What is that?
00:07:26.980 Hamas. Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.
00:07:31.080 They're, of course, the horrific terrorists who carried out the atrocities on October 7th. 0.73
00:07:36.400 For 10 years, over five consecutive congresses, I've introduced legislation to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. 0.78
00:07:44.840 And it's been a real fight.
00:07:47.080 By the way, multiple Middle East countries have already done this.
00:07:50.260 Egypt has designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
00:07:53.820 The UAE, Saudi Arabia, all of them have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
00:07:59.440 In Trump 1, the first Trump term, I almost got the Trump administration to do it,
00:08:04.780 and they came up just short they didn't do it.
00:08:07.200 In Trump 2, we've had major success.
00:08:10.420 The president has not designated the Global Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization,
00:08:14.820 but he's designated multiple of the affiliates a terrorist organization i'm leading the fight to
00:08:20.040 make it happen and understand what has happened this terrorist organization has affiliates in
00:08:26.120 the united states and they have a very explicit objective they have an objective to undermine
00:08:30.480 and destroy america here i want you to listen to the testimony of one of the witnesses at the
00:08:36.500 hearing. Give a listen. Does Abdul El-Sayed's candidacy for senator in Michigan concern you?
00:08:43.540 Yes, sir, it does. Why is that? Well, to begin with, I look at the connections that his father-in-law,
00:08:49.660 Chikaku Tayyib, has, the two brotherhood-linked groups. This includes being the president at one
00:08:55.120 time of CARE Michigan, also his presence on the Islamic Society of North America Founders
00:09:00.520 Committee, which is only for those most exclusively devoted to ISNA and provide significant amounts
00:09:06.980 of funding. There are other known Brotherhood members on that committee. I would also look
00:09:12.260 at El-Sayed's ties to a group called M-Gage, which purports to be a Muslim sort of get-out-the-vote
00:09:19.680 or candidate recruitment organization, but it has close ties to CARE. It was created by a former
00:09:25.760 care member who at one time was on a terror watch list and was also a consultant to convicted
00:09:31.500 terrorist samuel aryan do you believe the islamic society of north america or isna
00:09:37.720 is an ongoing part of the muslim brotherhood network in the united states yes sir i do
00:09:43.900 there were some hlf documents that reflected hesitation by the brotherhood that they thought
00:09:48.680 perhaps they were losing control of isna at one point but they appear to have rectified that as
00:09:53.460 far as I can tell, there are still individuals associated with the Muslim Brotherhood who are
00:09:59.520 in high leadership positions with that organization, and they have never repudiated their ties to the
00:10:04.260 organization. Senator, you listen to that, and this is what the Democrats missed, deliberately,
00:10:11.400 on purpose, and boycotted this meeting, because I think if you were sitting there hearing this,
00:10:17.520 you can no longer look the other way. So ignorance, I guess, technically is bliss for them.
00:10:22.300 Is this a bigger problem even outside of this room?
00:10:25.640 I mean, I know the committee members that basically said we're not showing up for this.
00:10:29.580 They boycott it.
00:10:30.220 But is this also indicative of the entire Democratic Party right now where they're saying,
00:10:34.640 hey, it doesn't matter what you believe in as long as you support us, we'll take your endorsement?
00:10:39.840 Look, that sadly is absolutely right. 0.99
00:10:42.320 As I said, this week, the Democrats nominated Abdul Al-Sayed, who is an open Islamist, 0.94
00:10:47.900 who embraces hatred of America as part of his campaign. 0.71
00:10:52.980 And every Democrat in the Senate, other than John Fetterman,
00:10:55.880 and the fact that John Fetterman stands alone,
00:10:58.680 it's like Sherlock Holmes and the dog that didn't bark.
00:11:03.340 Fetterman is the only one who will dare denounce this. 0.74
00:11:06.180 Every other Democrat, they don't care that he's an Islamist.
00:11:08.420 They don't care that he's campaigning alongside someone who says America deserved 9-11.
00:11:14.600 That's why they didn't attend, because they can't defend this.
00:11:17.020 and they're counting on the corporate media not to cover it.
00:11:20.340 But let me give you some of the breakdown of what's going on. 0.96
00:11:23.440 So the Muslim Brotherhood, which has committed murders all across the world, 0.99
00:11:28.760 has funded terrorism all across the world. 0.97
00:11:31.340 In 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood drafted a document 0.72
00:11:34.600 that was called the Explanatory Memorandum.
00:11:38.180 And in 2004, the FBI investigators found it.
00:11:42.440 They found it in a home in Annandale, Virginia.
00:11:45.600 Here's what the memorandum said.
00:11:47.020 because they wrote in this memorandum what the Muslim Brotherhood's objectives were.
00:11:50.960 They described what it called a, quote,
00:11:55.420 civilizational jihadist process in North America.
00:12:01.460 And it explained in unmistakable terms the objective.
00:12:05.700 It said the Muslim Brotherhood's work in America was, quote,
00:12:08.920 a grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the western civilization from within 0.99
00:12:17.960 and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers 0.97
00:12:26.320 incredible and it also went on this is in writing to say that the brotherhood was called upon to 0.52
00:12:33.240 quote master the art of coalition building and to quote absorb contain and cooperate with the
00:12:44.140 existing islamic organizations in order to advance his mission in north america the mission was to 0.53
00:12:50.900 destroy north america to destroy the united states and and so all right ben do you know what the holy
00:12:56.520 land foundation was what is it so it was 20 years ago the largest muslim charity in america yep and 0.68
00:13:06.160 so you had lots of people saying okay this is great it's a charity it's a muslim charity isn't
00:13:09.580 that wonderful well in 2008 there was a trial and the holy land foundation was convicted
00:13:14.840 of funneling millions of dollars to hamas so it was a charity formed under u.s laws
00:13:22.020 Yeah, it was a charity that was giving money to terrorists, directly to terrorists.
00:13:24.980 Millions, millions of dollars.
00:13:26.800 So the charity itself was convicted.
00:13:29.080 Five of its senior leaders were convicted and sentenced to decades in prison for funneling millions of dollars to Hamas.
00:13:37.100 Millions of dollars that were used to murder Americans, to murder Israelis, to commit acts of terror.
00:13:42.040 It was a money laundering operation.
00:13:44.160 Now, the Holy Land Foundation trial was a landmark trial.
00:13:49.040 At at the trial, the chief prosecutor was a witness at the hearing that I chaired this week.
00:13:54.660 I want you to listen to her answer about what the threats are that she perceives today.
00:13:59.460 Give a listen to this answer.
00:14:00.960 Thank you. Thank you to each of you for your testimony, which was highly enlightening.
00:14:07.240 Ms. Burns, I want to start with you.
00:14:10.300 Thank you for your work defending the safety of all Americans.
00:14:13.660 We are indebted to you for your 23 years of service.
00:14:16.620 As the lead investigator and prosecutor in the Holy Land Foundation investigation and prosecution, you have become deeply knowledgeable on the Muslim Brotherhood network operating in America.
00:14:29.800 I want to start with a fundamental question.
00:14:32.900 What should Americans be worried about, about the Muslim Brotherhood?
00:14:39.200 Thank you for the question. 1.00
00:14:40.700 I think Americans need to understand the extent of the threat that this movement poses and the extent of their ability to achieve their goals and their patience in obtaining success in this.
00:14:56.540 The strategy that they have set in place involves the erosion of our democratic principles.
00:15:03.140 It involves the erosion of our personal freedoms.
00:15:07.240 It involves the erosions of the very principles upon which this country was created.
00:15:12.280 And the individuals within this network do not have a deadline.
00:15:17.320 If it takes them 100 years to achieve this goal, they will steadily pursue it.
00:15:23.100 That is something that I think in general Americans have a hard time understanding is the stamina that this network possesses and the lethality that exists within it, because ultimately their goal is to erode our society and turn it into something that none of us want or need.
00:15:44.000 in the holy land foundation prosecution how many entities did the government identify as
00:15:51.180 unindicted co-conspirators and joint venturers i don't remember the exact number but it was
00:15:57.780 hundreds do you believe some of these groups were likely providing material support to terrorists
00:16:02.860 i do and are some of these groups still in existence today yes sir they are do you believe
00:16:10.420 they are still actively members of the Muslim Brotherhood Network? I do. Is the conspiracy
00:16:16.080 under which the Holy Land Foundation was prosecuted still in existence today? I believe that it is.
00:16:23.520 To understand what got left on the table after the Holy Land Foundation prosecution, we have to look
00:16:30.060 at who was in the room at that Philadelphia meeting in 1993. Care was named as an unindicted
00:16:37.900 co-conspirator in the holy land foundation prosecution correct yes it was has care to
00:16:44.840 your knowledge ever formally disavowed the holy land foundation no they have not care was founded
00:16:53.020 by omar abed and nahad awad both men were captured on fbi wiretaps at that infamous meeting
00:17:00.800 where hamas operatives discussed strategy on u.s soil is that right that's correct
00:17:07.840 Senator, you hear the answers. 0.93
00:17:11.100 This is a terrorist organization working in America to destroy America with terrorism as their main way of pulling this off.
00:17:20.400 Look, it is chilling. It is dangerous.
00:17:23.620 And care is an integral part of the Democrat Party today.
00:17:27.500 That's that's the reason they boycotted this hearing.
00:17:30.840 On August 25th, my brand new book comes out.
00:17:34.640 Going Further, The Incomparable Clarence Thomas. It tells the story of Justice Thomas,
00:17:40.840 one of the true American heroes, an incredible story. It's based on nine and a half hours of
00:17:46.060 one-on-one exclusive interviews with Justice Thomas. Justice Thomas also joins us for Verdict
00:17:52.140 with Ted Cruz, a one-on-one podcast to tell his story, both his life story and his incomparable
00:17:59.160 jurisprudence. You can pre-order it right now at the website goingfurther.com. Goingfurther.com.
00:18:06.460 Click on the link now and pre-order the book today. This Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood
00:18:13.000 specifically is one thing, but the fact that we're talking about its network within the United States 0.88
00:18:19.520 of America is the part that should scare everyone and the reason why the Democrats should have been
00:18:24.340 in the room. Yeah, look, this hearing was on the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States of America,
00:18:28.960 not in Gaza, not in Egypt, not in Saudi Arabia, but here in the United States. 0.74
00:18:35.140 And their objective, which they've been very explicit about, is to destroy Western civilization, to tear it down. 1.00
00:18:41.860 They want to kill the infidels. 1.00
00:18:43.920 By the way, the infidels, that would be you and me. 0.99
00:18:46.040 That would be every Christian, every Jew.
00:18:47.720 They view us as infidels, and their objective is to subject us to jihad, 0.95
00:18:51.380 subjects us to Sharia law and forcibly conquer us and force us to live according to their totalitarian rules.
00:19:01.820 Now, the tragic thing is CARE, which I was just discussing with this witness,
00:19:09.660 who was the chief prosecutor of the Holy Land Foundation.
00:19:13.060 CARE is an integral part of the Democrat coalition.
00:19:16.720 Not a Democrat would show up at this hearing because they can't piss off CARE.
00:19:20.400 They rely on care for votes. They rely on care for money. 0.93
00:19:23.780 This is how they get elected, and I want to repeat again.
00:19:26.760 CARE was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial.
00:19:32.640 The state of Texas, our home state, has rightly designated CARE as a terrorist organization.
00:19:37.920 I'm pressing the Trump administration to do the same.
00:19:40.500 Listen to a little bit more of this back and forth with the witness, the chief prosecutor from the Holy Land Foundation trial.
00:19:45.980 Hadawad is still the executive director of CARE today. Is that right?
00:19:52.020 He is.
00:19:52.960 So when CARE tells this Congress it has no ties to Hamas, the documented record says otherwise. Is that correct? 1.00
00:20:03.100 That is correct.
00:20:03.880 agent burns if you were still an active fbi agent today with the evidence you developed in the holy
00:20:12.120 land foundation prosecution would care be on your list of organizations warranting further
00:20:18.100 investigation it would this is a letter that i sent to the fbi requesting the release of
00:20:26.840 non-classified materials seized during the 2004 search of Ismael El Barasi's home in Annandale,
00:20:36.140 Virginia. To date, I have not received those documents. This letter was sent on April 16th,
00:20:44.120 2026. Ms. Burns, are you aware of anything unusual with the search of El Barasi's home
00:20:51.600 that you would like to share with this committee?
00:20:54.780 The search of El Barase's home
00:20:57.180 revealed a massive amount of documentation, 0.97
00:21:01.720 what we call the archives of Hamas
00:21:04.060 and the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.
00:21:07.080 It was the documents and video and audio tapes
00:21:09.460 were as seen in exhibits that were put forth
00:21:13.480 in the Holy Land Foundation trial,
00:21:15.280 groundbreaking in the understanding
00:21:16.980 of this Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas network here.
00:21:19.940 And they are key to understanding the extent and scope of this network.
00:21:25.260 And am I correct that CARE showed up during the search of Albarassi's home and attempted to obstruct the seizure of the documents?
00:21:34.640 Yes, sir, they did.
00:21:36.760 If the FBI released the non-classified documents tomorrow from the search, would the public understand this network better than it does today?
00:21:46.540 I believe that the release of those documents, which would provide the ability for those of us who understand this network to conduct a full analysis, that we could use that to provide education to the general public about what this network really is.
00:22:04.780 All right, Mr. Shadler, let's turn to you.
00:22:07.080 How long have you studied the history and activities of the Muslim Brotherhood?
00:22:10.960 Since about 2007, 2008, actually with the rise of the Holy Land Foundation trial, it really piqued my interest.
00:22:19.640 And it's fair to say it changed my entire career trajectory.
00:22:22.920 Do you believe that there is a Muslim Brotherhood branch operating in the United States? 0.99
00:22:27.480 Yes.
00:22:27.700 Are there ever instances where the Brotherhood groups engage in America in acts of violence?
00:22:35.640 Yes, there are.
00:22:36.240 I would include individuals associated with Brotherhood-linked mosques who have engaged in acts of terrorism.
00:22:43.680 I would include individuals associated with Muslim Students Associations, dozens of which have committed acts of terrorism.
00:22:51.160 I would also include the role in the promotion of rioting and civil disorder conducted by groups like Students for Justice in Palestine and the Palestinian Youth Movement. 0.53
00:23:01.800 What you've described is exactly why I introduced the Stop Funders Act, which would add rioting to the RICO predicate offenses so that the Justice Department can reach the entities that fund and coordinate these riots.
00:23:19.700 Do brotherhood groups in America also participate in electoral and coalition politics?
00:23:25.260 Yes, sir, they do.
00:23:25.940 Is that consistent with the Tom Keen framework described in the explanatory memoranda, working through existing institutions rather than displacing them?
00:23:37.860 Yes, sir. As you described, it is a process of settlement by which they are creating and seizing control of institutions, which they can then use to continue to build their efforts.
00:23:47.740 You know, sadly, I think, Senator, there's a lot of Americans that think that we got a lot of the terrorist organizations after 9-11, that somehow we've never lost focus. 0.73
00:23:58.260 But when you hear this testimony, what you're really witnessing and what you're hearing is that the Muslim Brotherhood and the terrorist sympathizers and those that raise money for the terrorists are active, alive and well in the United States of America.
00:24:12.280 Well, 25 years ago, al-Qaeda and the radical Islamic terrorists, they were fringe groups.
00:24:17.940 They didn't have major domestic support in the United States.
00:24:21.880 What has changed is now they have become interwoven into the Democratic Party.
00:24:30.140 Comrade Mondami, the mayor of New York, is a fellow sympathizer, is a fellow traveler, is a jihadist with the radicals that attacked New York.
00:24:39.460 There's a reason why on 9-11, he was cheering for the terrorists and not the 3,000 Americans who were murdered that day. 0.55
00:24:49.840 There is a reason why Abdul Al-Syed happily stands next to Hassan Piker, who says America deserved 9-11.
00:25:00.240 And this is now, this is no longer fringe.
00:25:03.060 This is no longer outside the American political process.
00:25:05.760 This is absolutely integral to who today's Democrats, the radical Islamists and Marxists that have taken over the party, who they are.
00:25:16.060 Listen to this exchange with another expert witness at the hearing.
00:25:19.920 Thank you for being with us today.
00:25:23.440 And thank you for your work confronting the contemporary Muslim Brotherhood network in court. 0.93
00:25:29.240 The historical record is damning, but I'd like to turn to what's being done about it today. 0.71
00:25:34.740 The Muslim Brotherhood's ties to terrorism are ongoing today, not just historical.
00:25:39.880 Is that right?
00:25:41.580 Yes, that's right.
00:25:43.480 And yet Brotherhood groups still meet with members of Congress and are treated as a civil rights organization.
00:25:51.200 Is that right? 0.94
00:25:52.160 Yes.
00:25:52.980 In your litigation work, have you found that Brotherhood-affiliated entities share leadership, funding, or infrastructure across organizations
00:26:01.420 that hold themselves out to the public as separate and unrelated.
00:26:05.140 That's correct. 0.94
00:26:05.840 For example, the Islamic Association for Palestine,
00:26:09.020 after it was shut down, after being sued and a judgment of $156 million,
00:26:15.900 entered against it, shut down with the same leaders
00:26:18.360 and created a new organization called American Muslims for Palestine.
00:26:22.900 Another example is CARE and its relationship with the Washington Trust Foundation.
00:26:27.140 The Washington Trust Foundation is actually, it was back in 1994, it was originally incorporated as CARE, and now the Washington Trust Foundation serves essentially as a real estate holding entity that, per its own 990s, exists for the purpose of supporting the CARE Foundation today.
00:26:43.720 Well, and that's why I introduced the Sponsor Act, which would hold tax-exempt fiscal sponsors liable for what their sponsored entities do.
00:26:55.520 The loopholes and the manipulation of our tax code needs to end.
00:26:59.660 Ms. Claypock, since approximately 2022, have state and federal grant programs become a primary source of financial support for significant portions of the CARE ecosystem?
00:27:13.720 That's correct. I believe it was about $54 million in federal grant money was received by CARE California. There has been testimony in other Senate Judiciary subcommittees relating to that funding and CARE's misuse of that funding.
00:27:32.320 You mentioned CARE California. In 2024 IRS findings, filings, CARE California reported
00:27:39.400 distributing more than $4 million in subgrants to 39 other organizations. Is that right?
00:27:46.360 Yes.
00:27:46.960 Roughly 185,000 of that went to California chapters of the Muslim American Society,
00:27:52.960 an organization that George Washington University's program on extremism
00:27:56.720 identifies as a brotherhood legacy group. Is that right?
00:28:00.220 that's right and federal prosecutors also called the muslim american society the overt arm of the
00:28:06.420 muslim brotherhood in the united states the more i hear this testimony the more angry i get that
00:28:10.360 the democrats weren't there for this because this is a national security issue it should not be a
00:28:15.520 political one look the democrat party is being openly supported by what has been described as
00:28:20.760 the overt arm of the muslim brotherhood they're nominating radical islamist candidates who support 0.76
00:28:26.180 the Muslim Brotherhood, and this is a clear and present danger to our country. 1.00
00:28:56.180 Heart Radio, Crave, or wherever you get your podcasts. 1.00
00:29:26.180 doesn't really count and that just doesn't make any sense you gotta make a rule don't shoot at
00:29:31.420 the united states or if you prefer iran blah blah blah america haters are winning the would-be 0.69
00:29:38.220 communists the marxists are winning in america and they're doing so openly and nobody cares 0.65
00:29:45.320 i think giving the downtrodden money enables them they aren't getting the money i'm winning 0.92

00:31:07.460 All right, Senator, I want to get into one of the weirdest moments of the week.
00:31:10.720 James Tallarico, a guy that's running for Senate in Texas as a Democrat,
00:31:15.460 said that God's non-binary, that the Bible loves abortion,
00:31:18.420 that there I think it was six genders and then he tried to act like he was a little bit more
00:31:23.980 moderate well not so much anymore because he went to a pride event alongside a 11 year old
00:31:32.360 child drag queen and then gave accolades to the drag queen that was 11 years old
00:31:39.300 that is ridiculous look I gotta say I wish what you were saying was not accurate James Tallarico
00:31:46.060 is the democrat nominee for senate in texas this is the most woke radical nominee texas has ever 0.96
00:31:53.740 seen now the media wants you to think he's this regular guy this moderate pastor kind of guy
00:31:59.220 he is if a woke soy latte came to life that would be james tallarico you gotta vegan it don't forget
00:32:08.880 because he only he only gets vegan food you know meat scares him he thinks meat is going to destroy
00:32:14.640 the world so so he actually ran a meat free campaign he said no one in the campaign can have
00:32:20.300 meat because meat is scary mind you this guy is not running in in rhode island he's not running
00:32:27.020 in berkeley he's running in the great state of texas but but even so this particular story that
00:32:32.620 broke is stunning i'm going to read you the headline in the beginning of the story from
00:32:36.200 the washington free beacon headline james tallarico headlined pride event alongside 11 year
00:32:45.140 old child drag queen yeah queen kiki who he said quote absolute cutest and youngest of our drag
00:32:55.940 performers james tallarico a presbyterian seminarian running for u.s senate from texas
00:33:01.460 headlined an LGBTQ festival that featured, quote,
00:33:06.000 the absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers,
00:33:09.680 an 11-year-old boy, drag queen, who goes by the stage name Queen Kiki.
00:33:16.440 Taylor Pride, a group in the town of Taylor, Texas,
00:33:19.540 held the June 26, 2021 event to raise money to help rural LGBTQ communities.
00:33:25.440 The Pride Month festivities included a series of pro-LGBTQ speakers, live music,
00:33:30.120 A drag story hour and adult drag performers such as Brianna Brinks and the provocatively named Cedonia Face, Tallarico, and Queen Kiki, a local preteen named Keegan, were the biggest attractions for the Taylor Pride organizers.
00:33:48.640 Quote, Taylor Pride will be hosting numerous speakers such as state representatives James Tallarico, talented musical guests such as Venus Loves Mars, and the absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers, Queen Kiki, the group wrote in promotional materials.
00:34:05.540 Unbelievable.
00:34:06.060 Not only will this amazing preteen be performing a number at Texas Beer Company, but they will also host Kiki Storytime, where children will find lots of pride-inspired craft activities, Taylor Pride wrote of Queen Kiki in a post publicizing the event.
00:34:25.920 What the hell?
00:34:27.600 Like, who says, you know what 11-year-old boys need? 0.99
00:34:31.340 11-year-old boys need to see 11-year-old boy drag queens.
00:34:35.080 They need to be invited to explore their sexuality because that's, you know, Lord knows that's what children need is more sexuality. 0.62
00:34:43.060 And these 11-year-old, we're going to convince little boys, you're actually a girl.
00:34:48.140 And by the way, little girls, you're actually a boy. 0.96
00:34:50.680 This is sick. 0.99
00:34:51.540 This is twisted. 0.98
00:34:52.700 And this is who James Tallarico is.
00:34:55.800 That's what he believes.
00:34:56.880 He is he's celebrating it, advocating it, supporting it and hoping that more parents will dress their kids in drag to come perform in front of him in the future.
00:35:07.180 That's what his statement says.
00:35:09.500 Like, let's not overlook this is the parents.
00:35:12.320 This is the parents.
00:35:14.560 Look, there was a quote from Cynthia Nixon, you know, the left wing actress on Sex and the City, where she was quoted saying, my child's transgender.
00:35:23.720 My sister's child is transgender.
00:35:25.360 All my friends' children are transgender.
00:35:28.020 You know what?
00:35:28.740 That's not about the kids.
00:35:30.420 That is about the parents who have left-wing political ideologies
00:35:34.780 and are dressing their kids up like puppets to play out their politics.
00:35:40.120 They are virtue signaling this is cruel and is wrong.
00:35:44.500 And you want to know who James Tallarico is?
00:35:47.140 That's who he is.
00:35:48.020 That's who he is.
00:35:49.000 Finally, I want to get to this other story,
00:35:50.620 and it deals with AGs conspiring to go after Donald Trump's months ahead of his re-elect.
00:35:57.680 Let's tell people what we found out.
00:35:59.960 Well, another story that broke, it's headlined,
00:36:02.780 Democrat AGs planned to sue Trump nearly seven months before he was re-elected.
00:36:09.500 There it is.
00:36:10.580 Nearly two dozen state attorneys general banded together as early as April 2024
00:36:15.660 to plot litigation against President Donald Trump, long before he was re-elected.
00:36:20.540 According to a confidential document attained by the center square, the document was signed approximately three months before President Joe Biden exited from the race and Vice President Kamala Harris became the Democratic nominee for president.
00:36:33.140 It was signed nearly seven months before Trump was reelected by two point three million more votes than Harris, almost nine months before he was inaugurated.
00:36:42.960 State attorneys general have sued the Trump administration nearly 100 times since January 2025.
00:36:50.640 The coordinated effort appears to have a nickname, quote, the Project for Federal Accountability.
00:36:56.040 Not all of the lawsuits have been joined by each attorney general, and some offices take a lead on different cases.
00:37:01.600 At the last count, California Attorney General Rob Bonta has participated in 82 lawsuits.
00:37:08.540 Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser has joined at least 75 lawsuits.
00:37:13.640 Washington State Attorney General Brown has joined 70 lawsuits.
00:37:18.200 Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays has joined 46 lawsuits.
00:37:23.040 At a news conference on Tuesday, Monta stated the lawsuits are apolitical.
00:37:27.660 Yeah, right.
00:37:28.720 He announced the lawsuits have cost California taxpayers $19 million,
00:37:34.980 and he will continue to file them as needed.
00:37:37.800 If Trump doesn't want to get sued, all he has to do is follow the law, Bonta said.
00:37:42.040 I don't think our cases are likely to be dismissed.
00:37:44.440 Trump shows no sign of slowing down, so we will continue to sue him.
00:37:48.220 This is an example where the deep state and the Democrat machine, they like to talk about we support democracy.
00:37:56.020 They beat their chest.
00:37:57.060 We're for democracy.
00:37:59.060 Today's Democrats hate democracy.
00:38:02.300 And I don't mean to be provocative in that statement.
00:38:04.740 But if they actually respected democracy, they would say, you know what?
00:38:08.980 The voters get to choose who the president's going to be.
00:38:11.760 We're going to have an election, November 2024, and they're going to choose either Donald Trump or initially it was Joe Biden.
00:38:18.700 But then when they realized Joe Biden was deep in the dimension, was no longer capable of winning, they threw Joe Biden overboard.
00:38:26.260 They tossed him into a shark pit and immediately inserted Kamala Harris, who nobody had voted for.
00:38:31.480 Yep. And when Trump won, they do not care. They're using lawfare to destroy him and understand these Democrat AGs joined together to do so seven months before he was elected president because they don't care what the voters say. They want power and they're willing to abuse the system to get it.
00:38:52.120 yeah no doubt about it we're going to keep you updated on that story as it continues to progress
