00:02:38.660 After months of Democrats trying to undermine the SAVE Act, new polling data shows it's not working.

00:02:44.960 And right now, there is still a massive majority of Americans that support the SAVE Act.

00:02:50.280 So can it get done before November? We break it down for you.

00:02:54.460 Also, Democrats had massive defeats by the socialists and communists and Marxist candidates

00:03:01.580 that ran against the, quote, establishment Democratic Party.

00:03:06.280 So how much money did they waste trying to save the establishment candidates?

00:03:10.640 It is staggering. And what does it mean now?

00:03:13.200 Well, the Democratic Party is dead, and the Marxists, they've taken over.

00:03:22.600 So let's start with the SAVE Act.

00:03:25.520 You know, where you have to show an ID to actually vote in an election in this country.

00:03:31.220 A federal election, it's a pretty obvious idea that makes a lot of sense.

00:03:36.140 Why is it that Congress is still refusing to act?

00:03:39.420 Well, there are many that are actually trying to undermine the SAVE Act.

00:03:43.200 hoping that the majority of Americans will disappear from supporting it

00:03:47.200 so then they don't actually have to do anything with it.

00:03:50.100 We've got new polling data that has just come out.

00:03:53.260 And here is what the American people are saying.

00:03:55.660 And, well, get ready, because I promise you,

00:03:57.960 Washington's still going to try to not listen to you.

00:04:01.840 Yet again, a majority of American voters continue to support the SAVE Act.

00:04:07.720 It's a simple bill requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections

00:04:14.520 That's what it does

00:04:16.260 That's it

00:04:17.380 And that's why so many Americans still support it

00:04:20.100 Now after months of those on the left trying to destroy the SAVE Act

00:04:25.240 Tear it down, say it's racist or bigoted

00:04:27.920 Or it's trying to suppress minority voters

00:04:30.520 However they want to describe it

00:04:32.080 Guess what?

00:04:33.340 The American people still are not falling for it

00:04:36.460 According to a new Rasmussen survey, 62% of likely voters support the SAVE Act,

00:04:43.740 including 46% who strongly support it, while 33% oppose the bill and 22% strongly oppose.

00:04:52.420 Rasmussen says support levels have changed little since May,

00:04:56.760 meaning that the attacks in May, June, July, yeah, and now we're in August,

00:05:02.000 they are not landing that punch with voters.

00:05:04.660 The American people believe that you should be a U.S. citizen to vote and you should have to prove that you're a United States citizen to register to vote.

00:05:14.480 And nothing that they've done so far has been able to turn the tide.

00:05:19.320 Now, the bill, also known as the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, has already passed the House, but is not advanced in the Senate, even with Republicans in charge.

00:05:31.620 Support splits sharply, by the way, along party lines.

00:05:34.940 The polling data shows 84% of Republicans back this bill, 45% of Democrats.

00:05:42.000 And here's the most interesting.

00:05:43.180 Almost 60% of independent voters say you should not be able to register to vote in a U.S. election without showing proof of citizenship.

00:05:54.900 Yeah, that's a big, big number.

00:05:57.360 Now, support also varies by pass vote.

00:05:59.920 88% of those who voted for Donald Trump in 2024, for example

00:06:04.700 They backed the SAVE Act, no surprise there

00:06:07.920 53% of Kamala Harris voters opposed it

00:06:11.540 Again, no surprise there

00:06:13.280 But the poll reveals a high level of agreement on citizenship requirements for voting

00:06:18.740 And that's the part that Washington should listen to the most

00:06:22.720 82% of voters said only U.S. citizens should be allowed to vote in U.S. elections

00:06:29.920 I'll say that again.

00:06:31.200 82% of voters say only United States citizens should be allowed to vote in our U.S. elections.

00:06:38.480 Now, including majorities across every party and racial group surveyed as well.

00:06:43.760 I'll give you these numbers.

00:06:45.580 89% of Republicans, 77% of Democrats, 79% of Independents, 87% of white voters,

00:06:54.540 67% of black voters, 74% of Hispanic voters, and 75% of other minority voters.

00:07:02.060 Now, what is the big takeaway there?

00:07:04.220 Well, the race baiting is not working.

00:07:06.920 Among minorities, an overwhelming almost 8 out of 10 say they support having to show

00:07:14.820 that they are an American citizen to vote in our elections.

00:07:18.100 Think about that.

00:07:19.160 Because the Democrats, to try to undermine the SAVE Act, have said it's racist to ask a minority to show that they are a citizen of this country.

00:07:28.040 In fact, more than half of voters, 56%, said it is at least somewhat likely that non-citizens are illegally registered to vote in their state.

00:07:39.060 Including 33% who said it's very likely.

00:07:42.720 Now, among that group, 92% want the Senate to pass the SAVE Act.

00:07:47.640 75% of Republicans consider it at least somewhat likely

00:07:52.880 Compared with 44% of Democrats and 53% of Independents

00:07:57.060 That believe that illegal immigrants are voting in our elections

00:08:01.160 Here's something else that's interesting

00:08:04.820 More men than women, 62% to 52%

00:08:11.000 That non-citizens are illegally registered in their state

00:08:14.080 The majorities of both men and women also support the SAVE Act

00:08:17.580 at 65% and 59% for women, respectively.

00:08:22.140 Now, here's the part that matters.

00:08:24.640 Time is running short for the proposal

00:08:28.060 to affect the November elections.

00:08:30.520 That's part of the reason why there has been stalling.

00:08:34.020 Democrats don't want this,

00:08:35.560 and the Republicans that hate Donald Trump in the Senate

00:08:38.040 who lost their reelection campaigns

00:08:40.420 trying to stick it to the president

00:08:41.840 also don't want the Save Act to have any implications

00:08:45.360 for the midterm elections coming up.

00:08:47.940 That is obviously messed up.

00:08:49.480 Senator Rick Scott, Republican from Florida, told Newsmax on Tuesday

00:08:54.360 that Senate Republicans can still pass core pieces of the SAVE Act before the November midterms.

00:09:01.100 Scott also urged the Republicans to force final congressional approval

00:09:05.480 of the legislation requiring voter identification and proof of citizenship

00:09:10.480 through either budget reconciliation or a talking filibuster.

00:09:15.720 I've been an advocate for that for quite some time.

00:09:18.740 He also went on to say that Senate Republicans should not allow the measure to languish

00:09:22.540 as the chamber prepares for its August recess.

00:09:26.580 Scott's push comes as the bill is again stalled in the Senate where Republicans are in charge.

00:09:32.780 Despite two years of House-pass versions and backing from President Donald Trump,

00:09:37.800 Now, this polling data shows us one thing.

00:09:41.320 No matter how much you try to undermine and slander the simple idea of having to be a U.S. citizen

00:09:47.700 and showing proof that you're a citizen to register to vote in this country,

00:09:52.180 well, the American people, they still want the SAVE Act at an overwhelmingly large number.

00:09:58.940 This is bipartisan.

00:10:00.600 And the question now is, why on earth are the Republicans in the Senate not moving this forward?

00:10:07.140 The answer, unfortunately, is sad.

00:10:09.520 There's just a handful of them that hate Donald Trump more than they love this country.

00:10:19.020 We had an election.

00:10:20.000 It was a big one that happened around the country.

00:10:23.060 And it was a primary that was going to tell us what was coming moving forward with the Democratic Party.

00:10:29.520 Well, the Democratic Party, my friends, it is dead.

00:10:32.380 They have been taken over by the Communist Socialist Marxists.

00:10:37.260 Some call them the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of America.

00:10:41.640 But to be clear, they're not socialists.

00:10:43.600 They're communists.

00:10:44.480 They are Marxists.

00:10:45.840 And now we know how much the Democratic Party was afraid of them.

00:10:49.860 We now have learned that the establishment Democrats spent more than $63.9 million

00:10:55.500 trying to take down Mohammed Abdul El-Sayed.

00:10:59.500 Yes, the radical extremist Marxists of the Democratic Party.

00:11:04.680 The Democrats in Washington spent over $60 million in support of Representative Haley Stevens

00:11:10.740 and her bid for the U.S.-Michigan Senate nomination in the Democratic Party, and it still wasn't enough.

00:11:19.440 Now, the takeaway is this.

00:11:22.100 The Democratic Party is dead.

00:11:24.020 They have completely been overrun by the Marxists, socialists, and the communists.

00:11:30.560 And this primary picking is getting worse, not better, for Democratic candidates.

00:11:38.800 They have been replaced by the radical Marxists, the communists,

00:11:43.500 who are saying that America is evil, that America is a place that should not be celebrated,

00:12:07.200 Now this radical agenda of Abdul El Saeed and many others

00:12:12.680 Are seeing a record amount of outside spending coming in to try to stop them

00:12:17.220 And it is not working at all.

00:12:20.540 And that's why Democrats are freaking out.

00:12:23.620 Now, Stevens has seen a majority of ad support targeting the primary, $63.9 million.

00:12:31.340 78% of all spending targeting the primary went towards supporting Haley Stevens against El Saeed.

00:12:39.800 He has seen $7.5 million in ad support.

00:12:42.880 That is nothing compared to the $63.9 million that was spent to support Stevens.

00:12:50.660 This is truly incredible.

00:12:53.260 Now, the pro-Israel organization, AIPAC, spent the most of any group backing Stevens,

00:12:58.680 with more than $30 million in spending over the past year.

00:13:01.960 That funding came via United Democracy Project,

00:13:05.460 doubling the amount it spent to defeat former Democratic representative,

00:13:08.700 Jamal Bowman of New York in 2024 just to put it in perspective now Stevens bid was heavily supported

00:13:16.220 also by the leadership of the Democratic Party that's the second takeaway the Senate minority

00:13:22.520 leader Chuck Schumer for example was all in the New York Times wrote in June that Schumer had

00:13:28.400 asked party donors to support Stevens heavily calling her the quote strongest candidate and

00:13:35.280 spawned efforts giving her a sizable edge from big spinning Democratic donors. Well, in spite

00:13:42.040 of the record spending, Stevens could not match El Saeed on the campaign trail and what he was

00:13:48.720 selling. The public health officials toured the state with a cast of far left supporters,

00:13:54.620 including Hassan Piker, who literally said that America deserved 9-11. And that played well in

00:14:02.580 the minority Muslim community all across the state of Michigan. You add on top of that,

00:14:09.140 Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders coming in, New York representative AOC, and that was the trifecta

00:14:15.400 of the radical left taking over. Now, El Saeed also brought in more contributions to his own

00:14:21.760 campaign than Stevens. The preliminary FEC reports show that El Saeed's raised about 14.4 million

00:14:29.060 to Stevens 9.9. The enthusiasm from Democratic Socialists of America aligned activists delivered

00:14:37.300 one of the most stunning upsets in Democratic politics history of our lifetime. So what is

00:14:44.220 the warning from this? Well, the warning to Michigan voters who now face the choice between

00:14:48.820 El Saeed and a Republican nominee, a hardcore conservative in Mike Rogers. Now, Democrats,

00:14:55.660 They're all falling in line now because they're terrified of being against El-Sayed.

00:15:01.200 They don't care what he says at this point.

00:15:03.760 Schumer and Stevens have already both publicly backed him in their statements,

00:15:09.620 saying that they cannot wait for the Democrats to win in November.

00:15:13.900 Abdul El-Sayed has run an energetic campaign that inspired thousands of Michiganders across the state

00:15:20.400 with a clear focus on lowering costs and standing up for working families.

00:15:25.660 Democrats are united by a common purpose, quote, putting a check on Donald Trump by defeating his Republican enablers and taking back the Senate.

00:15:34.540 We look forward to working with Abdul and Democrats cross Michigan to win the seat.

00:15:39.140 November is a statement from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

00:15:43.820 That's the same committee that put together tens of millions of dollars to try to beat El Saeed because even they knew he was a radical.

00:15:57.720 Representative Shree Thanedar also lost the Michigan primary to a socialist state lawmaker.

00:16:05.440 Now, Shree lost this primary race in an even more progressive foe that said, oh, no, I'm crazier than you are.

00:16:15.560 This is one of the most crazy elected Democrats in America.

00:16:20.580 But the Democratic Socialists found someone even more progressive, making him the latest Democrat to be ousted by an open socialist in the midterm election cycle.

00:16:42.680 And the Indian-born congressman lost to the Detroit native Donovan McKinney,

00:16:49.600 a state representative in Michigan's House of Representatives,

00:16:52.740 a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, DSA.

00:16:56.740 And McKinney won by 51.9% of the vote over the incumbent at 48.1%,

00:17:03.260 with the race being called by the AP Wednesday morning.

00:17:07.620 Now, Thanedar was endorsed by the U.S. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries,

00:17:12.140 another radical. And the Congressional Progressive Caucus. Yeah, this guy was crazy. McKinney,

00:17:19.040 however, won support of the well-known socialist lawmaker Bernie Sanders and squad members Rashida

00:17:25.180 Tlaib, Ilham Omar and AOC. Now, McKinney also secured endorsements from other members of the

00:17:32.320 Congressional Black Caucus, with Omar and Presley both part of that. So what is the takeaway?

00:17:38.380 it is this the democratic party has lost total control of their party they are now being run
