00:05:31.820On December 1st, Joe Biden did exactly what we told you he was going to do 11 months ago.
00:05:36.660He pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, never mind about the corruption, never mind about the gun offenses, never mind about the drug offenses, never mind about the tax offenses.
00:05:46.060No man is above the law unless your name is Joe Biden and the entire Biden family.
00:05:56.740Well, to be fair, 95 percent was the odds that I put on this in January of 2024.
00:06:03.240One hundred percent were the odds that I put on it in July of 2024.
00:06:08.720So in those six months, I increased the odds from 95 percent to one hundred percent.
00:06:14.100And I want to point out, I didn't just make the prediction that it would happen.
00:06:17.020I made the prediction that it would happen in December of 2024.
00:06:21.620Joe Biden pardoned Hunter Biden on December 1st, 2024.
00:06:27.760So not only was the prediction correct, the date was correct.
00:06:31.620When when we predicted on this, this podcast that Joe Biden would be removed from the ballot, I predicted that would be in August of 24.
00:06:39.140It instead happened on July 21st of 24.
00:06:42.660So I was off by 10 days on that prediction.
00:06:45.160But on the Hunter Biden pardon, I was exactly right that it would happen.
00:06:48.820And I was exactly right as to when it would happen.

00:08:58.940And remember, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump had to be removed from the ballot.
00:09:05.300And mind you, this is back when Democrats claimed they were defending democracy.
00:09:09.220And the way they defended democracy is trying to legally order the voters, do not vote for our opponent because we love democracy so much we're going to remove them from the ballot.
00:11:09.120And I think there's a reasonable prospect that we get a 9-0 decision from the U.S. Supreme Court reversing the Colorado decision and making clear that if you don't like Donald Trump,
00:11:20.520the answer is go beat him at the ballot box, not go to your friendly Democrat-in-your-pocket secretary of state just to pull him off the ballot.
00:11:29.720Yet again, the prediction, you were spot on.
00:11:32.580Well, and it's worth noting there were multiple predictions that were baked into that.
00:11:37.940Number one, at the time the Colorado Supreme Court decision came down, it was going to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:11:44.220The way the U.S. Supreme Court, the vast majority of the cases before it, the way they take cases is they have what's called discretionary review.
00:11:51.160So they have a decision whether to take a case or not.
00:11:54.380And so what I predicted immediately when this Colorado decision came down was, number one, the U.S. Supreme Court would take the case.
00:12:27.620I will note when you make a prediction with 100% odds, you're taking some risk.
00:12:33.760I don't know anyone else that was making predictions that unequivocally and boldly about what was going to happen.
00:12:39.900I believe that was correct and it proved correct.
00:12:41.880And then the one that was interesting is I also predicted, I said there's a reasonable prospect that the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado Supreme Court unanimously.
00:13:10.920You might have seen one or two or three of the liberals dissent.
00:13:13.940That would have been really unfortunate.
00:13:15.180And I'm grateful that that prediction came true because on March 4th, 2024, the United States Supreme Court unanimously reversed the Colorado Supreme Court and reinstated Donald Trump on the ballot.
00:13:29.440And it's exactly what verdict had predicted.
00:13:32.700It was an important prediction, especially for the future of this country.
00:13:36.580And one that, again, it was absolutely predicted correct by you.
00:13:40.860Let's move on to another one, number eight on my list.
00:13:43.840And that is that Joe Biden and the Department of Justice would protect the big guy, but would indict Hunter Biden on the gun charges.
00:13:55.420In other words, and go back in time, remind people, the charges that were coming against Hunter Biden actually were the perfect charges to protect Joe Biden and make sure there was nothing that would intertwine or put him in a bad spot with his business partners.
00:14:11.360We've seen the last few days, this picture coming out with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and Kim Jong-un and other business associates.
00:14:18.500He claimed he never met with the business associates and he had no connection to China.
00:14:21.800And there was a firewall between his son and him.
00:14:27.740But if there's anything that Joe Biden's DOJ did correctly, it was to make sure that when they indicted Hunter, it was a indictments that would not hurt Joe Biden, the president in any way.
00:14:41.280And we broke down in great detail on on this podcast what the evidence was concerning Hunter Biden, concerning Joe Biden, concerning Biden, family corruption.
00:14:50.660And in particular, we focused on, listen, the reason this is a matter of public import is because it is evidence of corruption directly by the president of the United States and by previously the vice president of the United States, Joe Biden.
00:15:05.400And we said, listen, if Hunter Biden were just some poor, substance abusing individual who had made bad life choices his whole life, it would not be a matter of a public concern.
00:15:17.520What the public concern is, is that Hunter Biden and the Biden family made millions of dollars selling favors from Joe Biden, that it was official corruption from Joe Biden.
00:15:28.280And so we broke that down, but this podcast laid out how the Biden DOJ has been utterly politicized and corrupt on this investigation and that their objective was to protect the big guy, to protect Joe Biden.
00:15:44.380And what what what what what what what I laid out is, I said, listen, if they just focus on the personal issues with Hunter, if they focus on the drug issues and the gun issues, those are unique and personal to Hunter.
00:16:01.340They will be doing so with an aid and a purpose of protecting and insulating Joe Biden.
00:16:09.220Give a listen to what we said in May of 2023, as we've talked about at great length on this podcast, the tell I think the Biden DOJ will indict Hunter Biden.
00:16:22.080But if they indict him for personal tax issues or for lying on his gun permit application, that will be the tell that they're being political, that they're trying to focus on offenses that are just personal to him,
00:16:37.760that they can say, listen, he's a troubled soul, he has substance abuse issues.
00:16:42.920The scandal, the issue of public concern is the corruption of daddy of Joe Biden when he was vice president and when he was president.
00:16:54.580I mean, Senator, not only did the prediction come true, but but do you think there's a good chance after Donald Trump takes office and we see all of these people at the DOJ turnover?
00:17:06.240I would describe as from the going from the bad guys, the good guys, a simple way of putting it, that we're going to find out even more about how much they were helping protect the Biden crime family.
00:17:14.760I do. And as I said in Wednesday's podcast, I have urged both Pam Bondi, the incoming attorney general and Kash Patel, the incoming director of the FBI, to engage in full transparency, to make this information public.
00:17:28.680The people have a right to know. In particular, we know about Hunter Biden WhatsApp texts that he sent to the Chinese businessman where he said,
00:17:36.020I am sitting next to my father, that would be Joe Biden, vice president, and threatening retaliation from Joe Biden if he didn't get millions of dollars.
00:17:45.720And we know that that businessman within days sent Hunter Biden millions of dollars.
00:17:50.580The obvious question was when he was threatening retaliation from vice president Joe Biden was daddy sitting next to him.
00:17:58.520It's not complicated as a forensic matter to figure that out.
00:18:01.360You can check the GPS location of Hunter Biden's phone. You can check the GPS location of Joe Biden's phone.
00:18:07.360If they're in the exact same place, that is strong evidence that Joe Biden was actively aware and complicit in it.
00:18:16.200If it turns out Joe Biden's somewhere else, maybe Hunter was lying.
00:18:19.520I mean, look, the guy we know is willing to lie.
00:18:21.700So it could be that Hunter was making threats about daddy, that he was not sitting there with Joe Biden.
00:18:27.660And maybe the threats were not real. But we know from the IRS whistleblowers that when the investigators wanted to subpoena the GPS information of Joe Biden's and Hunter Biden's phones at that exact moment, the moment that text was being sent, the Department of Justice blocked it.
00:18:43.360And they blocked it, I believe, because they wanted to protect the big guy.
00:18:47.040And I got to say, so the prediction that you just played, I made in May of 23.
00:18:52.040And the prediction was, number one, DOJ would indict Hunter Biden. Check that came true.
00:18:56.800But number two, that they would indict Hunter Biden on personal claims, not claims related to corruption, to influence peddling, to selling favors from dad, to shaking down the Chinese for money.
00:19:08.480And that's exactly what they did. In September 2023, the grand jury returned an indictment charging Hunter Biden with three felonies related to his purchase of a firearm.
00:19:18.640That was the tell. That was what demonstrated that the DOJ was being partisan and that their real objective was protect the big guy.
00:19:27.800Yeah, and they did that all the time, 24-7 for the last four years.
00:19:32.340Let's move on to prediction number nine. This was a really fun prediction, and it was you predicting when the race will be called in Texas.
00:19:42.980You did this, if I remember correctly, on election eve.
00:19:48.280Yeah, that's right. And right before the election, we did a podcast and I laid out the fact that, number one, blue states.
00:19:56.040Blue states have really managed to master the effort of stealing votes.
00:20:01.340You notice every blue state, they count votes and they count votes and they count votes.
00:20:05.060I think California will be still counting votes, maybe for the next two years.
00:20:08.700They can't actually bother to finish counting votes till they've thrown every Republican out of office.
00:20:13.060And I made the point, look, Texas, we're a really big damn state.
00:20:17.260We're over 31 million people now, and we managed to count the votes and we do it all in one night and we're done.
00:20:22.580And we don't drag it on. You look at blue states, California, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
00:20:27.360And they drag on and on and on and they count and they count and they count.
00:20:30.480And the count always is adding more and more Democrat votes.
00:20:33.480The count always, always, always goes one direction.
00:20:36.580Why the hell, if Texas and Florida can count their votes in one night, why can Pennsylvania not?
00:20:42.420It's a much smaller state than either one of ours.
00:20:44.940Why do these big blue cities drag it on for days?
00:20:48.100And I believe it is because they want to facilitate fraud.
00:20:51.320Anyway, the prediction I made on on Election Day was when the results would come down in Texas, what we would get.

00:21:07.960Look, I think they're quite high because Democrats are both incompetent and and they they are engaged in malfeasance.

00:22:20.940And not only was this prediction right, but but do you believe that we're going to get in the next four years with Republicans that are in charge in more and more states?
00:22:30.680Because that's where this really comes down to how they do it in each state.
00:22:33.520So we have more Republican governors and in charge of House state and Senate state, you know, majorities.
00:22:41.340Are we going to get more reform where universally nationwide we're going to get more just quicker results, better, more accurate, and not just so much of the shadiness that people say they don't trust how the votes are being counted?
00:22:54.640Look, in red states, yes, in blue states, no.
00:23:16.960I mean, we can do a lot more on voter fraud, and that's been the topic of multiple podcasts in the past and will be in the future, but let's just be clear on the prediction.
00:23:24.700I predicted we would know my race, the Senate race, well before midnight on Election Day.
00:23:30.400Well, that came true on November 5th, 2024, Election Day.
00:23:34.180The U.S. Senate race in Texas was called at 1041 p.m. Texas time.
00:23:41.220The Associated Press called the race, and in fact, the AP called the race for Donald Trump nationally at 534 a.m. Eastern time, and so we ended up getting the results, and it proved even though blue cities and blue states delayed the counting, Trump's victory nationally was big enough that the delay in the counting was not enough to defeat him, much to the fury of leftists who wanted another outcome.
