Verdict with Ted Cruz - Part 2： Ten Verdict Predictions that ALL Came TRUE! (6-10)

00:00:00.000 This is an iHeart Podcast.

00:00:02.540 Guaranteed human.

00:00:05.240 Welcome. It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.

00:00:09.440 And let me just say this.

00:00:10.700 Before we start this show today, if you missed part one of our predictions

00:00:15.920 that came right in 2024 and heading into 2025, go back and listen.

00:00:23.020 There's some big predictions we made in part one,

00:00:25.820 which came out on New Year's Day on Wednesday.

00:00:27.800 And we are continuing with our predictions with part two.

00:00:31.100 And one of the biggest stories of 2024,

00:00:33.760 especially Senator, when Joe Biden was a candidate,

00:00:37.280 was Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family and the corruption there.

00:00:41.560 And let's start with one of the biggest topics of the year in 2024.

00:00:45.700 And that was Joe Biden, his son, their relationship,

00:00:49.340 and the prediction you made that Joe Biden would pardon Hunter Biden.

00:00:53.600 Well, let me say this, this podcast,

00:00:55.700 and also the one we did on Wednesday of this week.

00:00:58.580 We were going through 10 predictions,

00:01:01.540 clear, explicit predictions made on verdict.

00:01:05.180 Most of these predictions at the time we made them were widely ridiculed,

00:01:10.900 were extremely unpopular.

00:01:12.580 They were leaning in and taking a risk.

00:01:14.920 Much of the media would not report on them.

00:01:18.900 And to the extent they reported on the predictions we made,

00:01:21.280 we were widely ridiculed for making these predictions.

00:01:24.620 All of them have come true.

00:01:26.700 And listen, if you want to know what's going to happen in 2025 and 2026 in the years to come,

00:01:31.940 this is a podcast.

00:01:33.340 I take risks.

00:01:34.500 I lean forward.

00:01:35.320 I give my best judgment.

00:01:36.420 I make predictions.

00:01:37.160 I will say we talked about in Wednesday's podcast,

00:01:41.140 the prediction I made.

00:01:42.500 In fact, the night of the debate between Trump and Joe Biden,

00:01:45.680 I made a prediction that I thought the odds were greater than 80 percent,

00:01:50.300 that Joe Biden would not be the nominee.

00:01:54.860 That was a prediction I had made more than a year ahead of time,

00:01:57.780 widely ridiculed.

00:01:59.020 Well, this is a prediction, prediction number six in our list of 10,

00:02:02.540 that I made with greater certainty than greater than 80 percent.

00:02:08.400 And in fact, this is a prediction I laid out.

00:02:11.020 I said it was 100 percent certainty.

00:02:14.380 And the media ridiculed and ignored that prediction.

00:02:17.820 But I want you to listen to what we predicted on July 22nd of 2024.

00:02:23.200 Give a listen.

00:02:23.680 I'm going to place the odds that Joe Biden pardons Hunter Biden at 100.0 percent.

00:02:33.040 Hunter Biden will get a pardon as a result of this decision today.

00:02:37.800 It will not happen till after Election Day.

00:02:39.520 That's what I was going to ask.

00:02:40.280 When's it happening?

00:02:40.640 He's not going to do it.

00:02:41.560 He's not going to do it before Election Day, but he's going to stick around.

00:02:45.040 And after Election Day, I believe it is now 100 percent that Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.

00:02:49.540 Now, remember, the media center, we played a montage on this show back then of the media

00:02:57.200 obsessing over and over again the White House press secretary, the president,

00:03:02.180 and interviews straight up lying to the American people saying he was going to respect the justice

00:03:07.740 system, he was going to respect the outcome, he would not pardon his son,

00:03:12.320 and said it over and over again.

00:03:14.140 And the entire time, they were just flat out lying to the American people.

00:03:19.080 Yeah, Joe Biden was lying to the American people.

00:03:22.280 Kamala Harris was lying to the American people.

00:03:24.620 Corrine Jean-Pierre went out on behalf of the president, stood at the White House podium,

00:03:28.200 and lied to the American people over and over and over again when they repeatedly said

00:03:31.980 Joe Biden was not going to pardon Hunter.

00:03:34.380 As I said in July of 24, I thought the odds were 100 percent.

00:03:37.840 But it wasn't even July of 24.

00:03:39.960 Let's go back even further.

00:03:41.600 Let's go back to January 1st, 2024, almost exactly one year ago.

00:03:46.980 Go back and listen to what we predicted on verdict.

00:03:49.840 January 12th, 2024.

00:03:52.040 Give a listen.

00:03:53.280 Back in January of this year, there was a prediction that was made on this show.

00:04:01.360 And the prediction that was made on this show, I just want to start by playing it.

00:04:08.220 You said this.

00:04:10.440 I'm going to make a prediction right now, Ben.

00:04:11.940 This is not one I like.

00:04:13.980 My prediction is in December of 2024, Joe Biden will pardon Hunter Biden.

00:04:23.020 Really?

00:04:24.040 That's my prediction.

00:04:25.180 It'll be after the election.

00:04:27.780 Very likely.

00:04:28.760 Win or lose, you say he'll do it no matter what.

00:04:30.820 Win or lose, if Biden were to win, I think he'll delay the pardon until right before Hunter goes to jail.

00:04:38.780 But if Biden is losing, I'd put the odds at 95 percent that in December of this year,

00:04:45.120 if Biden has just lost the general election, that he pardons his son.

00:04:48.580 And he gives him a scot-free get-out-of-jail pass.

00:04:52.600 And so understand, Hunter's legal strategy is delay 11 months.

00:04:58.300 Delay 11 months, don't go to jail for 11 months, and then daddy gives you a get-out-of-jail-free card.

00:05:04.140 And it's why the House needs to keep their eye on the ball.

00:05:07.580 That was January the 12th, Senator, 2024.

00:05:10.560 If you were listening to Verdict then, this was 100 percent predicted, and it happened exactly how you said it would.

00:05:16.360 Well, to be fair, it was 95 percent predicted then, and then last summer I raised it to 100 percent.

00:05:22.580 But if you listened to Verdict, you knew this was going to happen.

00:05:26.300 It is 10.53 p.m. on December 1st.

00:05:29.180 We are recording this podcast right now.

00:05:31.820 On December 1st, Joe Biden did exactly what we told you he was going to do 11 months ago.

00:05:36.660 He pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, never mind about the corruption, never mind about the gun offenses, never mind about the drug offenses, never mind about the tax offenses.

00:05:46.060 No man is above the law unless your name is Joe Biden and the entire Biden family.

00:05:51.240 I like how honest you are.

00:05:52.680 Ninety-five percent.

00:05:53.820 So you gave the five percent back.

00:05:55.460 I like that.

00:05:56.740 Well, to be fair, 95 percent was the odds that I put on this in January of 2024.

00:06:03.240 One hundred percent were the odds that I put on it in July of 2024.

00:06:08.720 So in those six months, I increased the odds from 95 percent to one hundred percent.

00:06:14.100 And I want to point out, I didn't just make the prediction that it would happen.

00:06:17.020 I made the prediction that it would happen in December of 2024.

00:06:21.620 Joe Biden pardoned Hunter Biden on December 1st, 2024.

00:06:27.760 So not only was the prediction correct, the date was correct.

00:06:31.620 When when we predicted on this, this podcast that Joe Biden would be removed from the ballot, I predicted that would be in August of 24.

00:06:39.140 It instead happened on July 21st of 24.

00:06:42.660 So I was off by 10 days on that prediction.

00:06:45.160 But on the Hunter Biden pardon, I was exactly right that it would happen.

00:06:48.820 And I was exactly right as to when it would happen.

00:06:51.220 I want to take a moment and talk to you real quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

00:06:57.300 The new year is a time of reflection on the past year and the hope for a new one to come.

00:07:02.540 Last year was an incredibly turbulent time for Israel and the Jewish people with a devastating and ongoing multi front war.

00:07:10.900 It's an unprecedented rise that we've witnessed in global anti-Semitism and the loss of many Jewish lives.

00:07:17.480 But we've also seen an uprising of love and support from people just like you.

00:07:22.900 And through the partnership with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, so many of you have made a difference to people that are desperately in need in Israel.

00:07:32.480 Your support of the IFCJ have saved lives and answered prayers.

00:07:36.080 And thanks to the generosity of listeners just like you, bomb shelters have been built and placed.

00:07:43.440 Life-saving food and emergency supplies have been provided to evacuees and those in critical need.

00:07:50.200 And protective gear and medical equipment have been distributed to first responders on the front line, including armored ambulances that you provided.

00:08:00.920 Now, there's still more work to be done, unfortunately.

00:08:03.320 And that is why I'm asking you to join the movement of those who have raised their voices to support and stand with Israel and the Jewish people.

00:08:11.000 We're asking you to continue your prayers and your ongoing support today by visiting supportifcj.org.

00:08:21.620 That's one word, supportifcj.org.

00:08:26.340 That's supportifcj.org.

00:08:29.840 Let's move to prediction number seven on my list.

00:08:32.900 And this was one that could have become a massive moment in American history, a massive moment with voting and our elections.

00:08:44.840 And it dealt with the Supreme Court.

00:08:47.560 And you said the Supreme Court would unanimously reverse the Colorado effort to remove Donald J.

00:08:53.980 Trump from the ballot in that state.

00:08:57.080 Well, that's right.

00:08:58.940 And remember, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump had to be removed from the ballot.

00:09:05.300 And mind you, this is back when Democrats claimed they were defending democracy.

00:09:09.220 And the way they defended democracy is trying to legally order the voters, do not vote for our opponent because we love democracy so much we're going to remove them from the ballot.

00:09:18.160 That decision was an outrage.

00:09:19.900 It was a grotesque constitutional abomination.

00:09:23.380 And when that decision came down, I was unequivocal in predicting, number one, that the Supreme Court would overturn it.

00:09:31.220 But number two, I predicted I believed the Supreme Court would overturn it unanimously.

00:09:37.420 And I want you to give a listen to this clip from January 2024.

00:09:41.740 What the Democrats have done in both Colorado and in Maine is said, to hell with the voters.

00:09:49.000 We don't care about democracy.

00:09:50.900 We don't care what the voters want.

00:09:52.720 We know better.

00:09:54.160 We hate Donald Trump so much, the voters are not allowed to vote for him.

00:10:00.440 That is, it's never happened in our nation's history.

00:10:05.080 It is a level of partisanship and weaponization and cynicism and abuse of power that is truly unprecedented.

00:10:12.940 And it is also legally frivolous.

00:10:15.060 I'm here to tell you right now, these decisions will be reversed.

00:10:21.280 I put the odds of these decisions being reversed at 100%.

00:10:25.500 When we get to November of this year, if Donald Trump is the Republican nominee, his name will be on the ballot.

00:10:33.880 Donald Trump's name will be on the primary ballot in every state.

00:10:37.960 And no partisan Democrat is going to succeed in removing his name from the ballot and keeping it off.

00:10:45.040 That is my prediction right now.

00:10:46.500 I believe the U.S. Supreme Court will take this case.

00:10:50.300 I think they will overturn.

00:10:52.380 They will reverse the Colorado decision.

00:10:54.380 I think they will do so swiftly.

00:10:56.300 And I think there is a very real possibility they do so unanimously.

00:11:00.160 I hope they do so unanimously.

00:11:02.140 I don't know if the left-leaning judges on the court would be willing to do so, but they should.

00:11:07.680 It would be the right thing to do.

00:11:09.120 And I think there's a reasonable prospect that we get a 9-0 decision from the U.S. Supreme Court reversing the Colorado decision and making clear that if you don't like Donald Trump,

00:11:20.520 the answer is go beat him at the ballot box, not go to your friendly Democrat-in-your-pocket secretary of state just to pull him off the ballot.

00:11:29.720 Yet again, the prediction, you were spot on.

00:11:32.580 Well, and it's worth noting there were multiple predictions that were baked into that.

00:11:37.940 Number one, at the time the Colorado Supreme Court decision came down, it was going to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:11:44.220 The way the U.S. Supreme Court, the vast majority of the cases before it, the way they take cases is they have what's called discretionary review.

00:11:51.160 So they have a decision whether to take a case or not.

00:11:54.380 And so what I predicted immediately when this Colorado decision came down was, number one, the U.S. Supreme Court would take the case.

00:12:02.280 Check.

00:12:02.920 That prediction proved correct. 0.80

00:12:04.840 Number two, I predicted the U.S. Supreme Court would reverse the decision.

00:12:09.480 And in fact, I said in my judgment the odds of the Supreme Court reversing the decision were 100%.

00:12:15.060 That's another 100% odds that I gave.

00:12:18.600 I gave the odds of a Hunter Biden pardon at 100%.

00:12:21.100 That proved true. 0.91

00:12:22.040 I gave the odds of the Supreme Court reversing the Colorado Supreme Court at 100%.

00:12:26.060 That proved true. 0.91

00:12:27.620 I will note when you make a prediction with 100% odds, you're taking some risk.

00:12:33.760 I don't know anyone else that was making predictions that unequivocally and boldly about what was going to happen.

00:12:39.900 I believe that was correct and it proved correct.

00:12:41.880 And then the one that was interesting is I also predicted, I said there's a reasonable prospect that the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado Supreme Court unanimously.

00:12:54.260 I said that's not 100%.

00:12:55.420 I didn't give a percentage number, but I said a reasonable prospect.

00:13:00.040 I think it's fair to interpret that as more likely than not, as greater than 50%.

00:13:05.300 And I'm very, very glad that prediction came true.

00:13:10.180 It might not have.

00:13:10.920 You might have seen one or two or three of the liberals dissent.

00:13:13.940 That would have been really unfortunate.

00:13:15.180 And I'm grateful that that prediction came true because on March 4th, 2024, the United States Supreme Court unanimously reversed the Colorado Supreme Court and reinstated Donald Trump on the ballot.

00:13:28.320 That was the right decision.

00:13:29.440 And it's exactly what verdict had predicted.

00:13:32.700 It was an important prediction, especially for the future of this country.

00:13:36.580 And one that, again, it was absolutely predicted correct by you.

00:13:40.860 Let's move on to another one, number eight on my list.

00:13:43.840 And that is that Joe Biden and the Department of Justice would protect the big guy, but would indict Hunter Biden on the gun charges.

00:13:55.420 In other words, and go back in time, remind people, the charges that were coming against Hunter Biden actually were the perfect charges to protect Joe Biden and make sure there was nothing that would intertwine or put him in a bad spot with his business partners.

00:14:11.360 We've seen the last few days, this picture coming out with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and Kim Jong-un and other business associates.

00:14:18.500 He claimed he never met with the business associates and he had no connection to China.

00:14:21.800 And there was a firewall between his son and him.

00:14:24.520 All of that was smoke and mirrors.

00:14:26.380 All of that was a lie.

00:14:27.740 But if there's anything that Joe Biden's DOJ did correctly, it was to make sure that when they indicted Hunter, it was a indictments that would not hurt Joe Biden, the president in any way.

00:14:39.780 Well, that's that's right.

00:14:41.280 And we broke down in great detail on on this podcast what the evidence was concerning Hunter Biden, concerning Joe Biden, concerning Biden, family corruption.

00:14:50.660 And in particular, we focused on, listen, the reason this is a matter of public import is because it is evidence of corruption directly by the president of the United States and by previously the vice president of the United States, Joe Biden.

00:15:05.400 And we said, listen, if Hunter Biden were just some poor, substance abusing individual who had made bad life choices his whole life, it would not be a matter of a public concern.

00:15:17.520 What the public concern is, is that Hunter Biden and the Biden family made millions of dollars selling favors from Joe Biden, that it was official corruption from Joe Biden.

00:15:28.280 And so we broke that down, but this podcast laid out how the Biden DOJ has been utterly politicized and corrupt on this investigation and that their objective was to protect the big guy, to protect Joe Biden.

00:15:44.380 And what what what what what what what I laid out is, I said, listen, if they just focus on the personal issues with Hunter, if they focus on the drug issues and the gun issues, those are unique and personal to Hunter.

00:15:58.780 They don't implicate the big guy.

00:16:01.340 They will be doing so with an aid and a purpose of protecting and insulating Joe Biden.

00:16:09.220 Give a listen to what we said in May of 2023, as we've talked about at great length on this podcast, the tell I think the Biden DOJ will indict Hunter Biden.

00:16:22.080 But if they indict him for personal tax issues or for lying on his gun permit application, that will be the tell that they're being political, that they're trying to focus on offenses that are just personal to him,

00:16:37.760 that they can say, listen, he's a troubled soul, he has substance abuse issues.

00:16:42.920 The scandal, the issue of public concern is the corruption of daddy of Joe Biden when he was vice president and when he was president.

00:16:54.580 I mean, Senator, not only did the prediction come true, but but do you think there's a good chance after Donald Trump takes office and we see all of these people at the DOJ turnover?

00:17:06.240 I would describe as from the going from the bad guys, the good guys, a simple way of putting it, that we're going to find out even more about how much they were helping protect the Biden crime family.

00:17:14.760 I do. And as I said in Wednesday's podcast, I have urged both Pam Bondi, the incoming attorney general and Kash Patel, the incoming director of the FBI, to engage in full transparency, to make this information public.

00:17:28.680 The people have a right to know. In particular, we know about Hunter Biden WhatsApp texts that he sent to the Chinese businessman where he said,

00:17:36.020 I am sitting next to my father, that would be Joe Biden, vice president, and threatening retaliation from Joe Biden if he didn't get millions of dollars.

00:17:45.720 And we know that that businessman within days sent Hunter Biden millions of dollars.

00:17:50.580 The obvious question was when he was threatening retaliation from vice president Joe Biden was daddy sitting next to him.

00:17:58.520 It's not complicated as a forensic matter to figure that out.

00:18:01.360 You can check the GPS location of Hunter Biden's phone. You can check the GPS location of Joe Biden's phone.

00:18:07.360 If they're in the exact same place, that is strong evidence that Joe Biden was actively aware and complicit in it.

00:18:16.200 If it turns out Joe Biden's somewhere else, maybe Hunter was lying.

00:18:19.520 I mean, look, the guy we know is willing to lie.

00:18:21.700 So it could be that Hunter was making threats about daddy, that he was not sitting there with Joe Biden.

00:18:27.660 And maybe the threats were not real. But we know from the IRS whistleblowers that when the investigators wanted to subpoena the GPS information of Joe Biden's and Hunter Biden's phones at that exact moment, the moment that text was being sent, the Department of Justice blocked it.

00:18:43.360 And they blocked it, I believe, because they wanted to protect the big guy.

00:18:47.040 And I got to say, so the prediction that you just played, I made in May of 23.

00:18:52.040 And the prediction was, number one, DOJ would indict Hunter Biden. Check that came true.

00:18:56.800 But number two, that they would indict Hunter Biden on personal claims, not claims related to corruption, to influence peddling, to selling favors from dad, to shaking down the Chinese for money.

00:19:08.480 And that's exactly what they did. In September 2023, the grand jury returned an indictment charging Hunter Biden with three felonies related to his purchase of a firearm.

00:19:18.640 That was the tell. That was what demonstrated that the DOJ was being partisan and that their real objective was protect the big guy.

00:19:27.800 Yeah, and they did that all the time, 24-7 for the last four years.

00:19:32.340 Let's move on to prediction number nine. This was a really fun prediction, and it was you predicting when the race will be called in Texas.

00:19:42.980 You did this, if I remember correctly, on election eve.

00:19:48.280 Yeah, that's right. And right before the election, we did a podcast and I laid out the fact that, number one, blue states.

00:19:56.040 Blue states have really managed to master the effort of stealing votes. 0.90

00:20:01.340 You notice every blue state, they count votes and they count votes and they count votes.

00:20:05.060 I think California will be still counting votes, maybe for the next two years.

00:20:08.700 They can't actually bother to finish counting votes till they've thrown every Republican out of office. 0.95

00:20:13.060 And I made the point, look, Texas, we're a really big damn state.

00:20:17.260 We're over 31 million people now, and we managed to count the votes and we do it all in one night and we're done. 0.81

00:20:22.580 And we don't drag it on. You look at blue states, California, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.

00:20:27.360 And they drag on and on and on and they count and they count and they count.

00:20:30.480 And the count always is adding more and more Democrat votes.

00:20:33.480 The count always, always, always goes one direction.

00:20:36.580 Why the hell, if Texas and Florida can count their votes in one night, why can Pennsylvania not?

00:20:42.420 It's a much smaller state than either one of ours.

00:20:44.940 Why do these big blue cities drag it on for days?

00:20:48.100 And I believe it is because they want to facilitate fraud.

00:20:51.320 Anyway, the prediction I made on on Election Day was when the results would come down in Texas, what we would get.

00:20:59.420 Give a listen to what to what you and I said on Election Eve 2024.

00:21:04.460 The odds we don't know who the president is on Election Night.

00:21:07.960 Look, I think they're quite high because Democrats are both incompetent and and they they are engaged in malfeasance.

00:21:15.100 Listen, Texas, Texas is the second largest state in the country.

00:21:18.500 It is smaller only than California.

00:21:20.960 It's bigger than New York.

00:21:21.920 It's bigger than Florida.

00:21:23.240 We will be done on Election Night.

00:21:26.220 On Tuesday night, I'm going to predict by midnight.

00:21:30.480 We will know the result in the presidential race.

00:21:33.100 We'll know the result in my race in the Senate race.

00:21:35.500 We will know the result in the in the congressional races.

00:21:38.360 There might be an individual state rep race where it is within a few hundred votes where there has to be a recount.

00:21:45.500 That sometimes happens on an individual district.

00:21:47.840 But we will have the results in almost every race, if not every single race, by the end of election night in Texas. 0.97

00:21:56.700 Now, if in Texas we can count our damn votes, why can't they do that in Philadelphia? 0.94

00:22:01.360 Why can't they do that in Detroit? 0.98

00:22:03.140 Why can't they do that in Milwaukee?

00:22:04.900 Why can't they do that in Atlanta?

00:22:06.500 Why can't they do that in blue cities in swing states?

00:22:12.020 And the answer, sadly, is that I think the Democrats running them.

00:22:17.000 They want to delay it and will.

00:22:19.640 Well, let me ask.

00:22:20.940 And not only was this prediction right, but but do you believe that we're going to get in the next four years with Republicans that are in charge in more and more states?

00:22:30.680 Because that's where this really comes down to how they do it in each state.

00:22:33.520 So we have more Republican governors and in charge of House state and Senate state, you know, majorities.

00:22:41.340 Are we going to get more reform where universally nationwide we're going to get more just quicker results, better, more accurate, and not just so much of the shadiness that people say they don't trust how the votes are being counted?

00:22:54.640 Look, in red states, yes, in blue states, no.

00:22:58.140 They want to drag it out.

00:22:59.260 California likes that it takes weeks to count the votes because it lets them throw throw Republican congressmen out of office.

00:23:05.020 They embrace the corruption.

00:23:07.020 Listen, California, Gavin Newsom supported a law making it illegal to even ask someone for photo ID.

00:23:12.640 They don't want to know if you're not the person you claim you are.

00:23:15.480 Now, let's be clear.

00:23:16.960 I mean, we can do a lot more on voter fraud, and that's been the topic of multiple podcasts in the past and will be in the future, but let's just be clear on the prediction.

00:23:24.700 I predicted we would know my race, the Senate race, well before midnight on Election Day.

00:23:30.400 Well, that came true on November 5th, 2024, Election Day.

00:23:34.180 The U.S. Senate race in Texas was called at 1041 p.m. Texas time.

00:23:38.880 At 1041 p.m., the results were in.

00:23:41.220 The Associated Press called the race, and in fact, the AP called the race for Donald Trump nationally at 534 a.m. Eastern time, and so we ended up getting the results, and it proved even though blue cities and blue states delayed the counting, Trump's victory nationally was big enough that the delay in the counting was not enough to defeat him, much to the fury of leftists who wanted another outcome.

00:24:11.220 All right, let's move on to prediction.

00:24:12.420 Canadian women are looking for more, more out of themselves, their businesses, their elected leaders, and the world around them. 0.98

00:24:18.900 And that's why we're thrilled to introduce the Honest Talk podcast.

00:24:22.540 I'm Jennifer Stewart.

00:24:23.800 And I'm Catherine Clark.

00:24:25.040 And in this podcast, we interview Canada's most inspiring women.

00:24:28.780 Entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, politicians, and newsmakers, all at different stages of their journey.

00:24:34.520 So if you're looking to connect, then we hope you'll join us.

00:24:37.500 Listen to the Honest Talk podcast on iHeartRadio or wherever you listen to your podcasts.

00:24:42.840 Action number 10.

00:24:44.240 And this one is one that I love on so many different levels because we really saw the demise of the corporate media.

00:24:53.840 I call it the state-sponsored media.

00:24:55.520 And for decades, we have seen the media, especially the big ABC, NBC, CBS, the CNNs, MSNBCs, be able, and so much of print, to control the narrative and the mindset of so many voters and sway elections towards the left and the Democrats.

00:25:14.680 I hope that we have just witnessed the true demise of the media and their influence and their corruption because so many times we've just seen how biased they are.

00:25:27.500 Whether it was COVID and that issue, whether it was the issue with Hunter Biden and the laptop, we have now seen where there's a lot of Americans that aren't getting their news from, not just not trust them.

00:25:41.360 They're not even watching anymore.

00:25:43.140 They're not even reading these newspapers anymore.

00:25:45.340 And they're turning to podcasts just like this show.

00:25:50.500 And podcasts, Senator, had a massive impact on the 2024 elections at the local, state, and national level.

00:25:58.640 And that is good for everyone.

00:26:01.420 Well, and that's the final.

00:26:02.640 That's prediction number 10.

00:26:03.920 There's no doubt that we are seeing across the media landscape a disintermediation.

00:26:09.040 That the mediators, those who had a monopoly on communicating with the public, are losing that monopoly.

00:26:16.000 They're losing that control.

00:26:17.780 And listen, part of the reason they're losing that monopoly is because they've been so dishonest.

00:26:22.460 They've been such partisan propagandists that they don't report on news.

00:26:27.520 They simply advocate for the left wing of the Democrat Party that they have utterly destroyed the trust they had with the American people.

00:26:34.180 And the corporate media has been exposed as liars.

00:26:37.200 We have seen the rise, the democratization of media.

00:26:40.760 We've seen the rise of podcasts.

00:26:42.240 I think this podcast has had a significant impact on the public discourse.

00:26:46.080 I think other podcasts, we saw Donald Trump go on multiple podcasts in the election and go right around the corporate media, go straight to the American people.

00:26:54.360 We see the impact of people like Joe Rogan, which is enormously impactful, going straight to the American people.

00:27:00.200 And the prediction that we made is that we were going to see more and more democratization, both from podcasts and also from Twitter and X and just speaking the truth right around the so-called gatekeepers.

00:27:13.540 So I want you to listen to this prediction.

00:27:15.960 This prediction was in August of 2024.

00:27:18.840 Give a listen.

00:27:20.220 Why do you and I do the podcast often at 11 o'clock at night or midnight or even one or two in the morning?

00:27:27.000 Why do we do it three days a week?

00:27:28.940 We do it because if your only source of news is the corporate media, if you only watch CNN or MSNBC or ABC, NBC, CBS, you do not know what is happening.

00:27:39.580 They are lying to you.

00:27:41.280 And the reason this podcast, we've got roughly a million unique listeners, is because people find it valuable.

00:27:48.200 We give you facts that CNN will never air.

00:27:53.120 We play the full segment of what Elon and Trump said about Hiroshima and Nagasaki instead of their dishonestly edited snippet that was designed to mislead you and lie to you.

00:28:06.580 And this podcast goes right around the corporate media.

00:28:10.840 And in fact, just about every podcast we put out drives stories in the corporate media.

00:28:16.880 That is going to accelerate.

00:28:19.200 People are going to podcast.

00:28:20.560 People are going to social media.

00:28:22.280 People are going to X.

00:28:24.480 Elon's buying Twitter remains, I think, the single most important step for free speech in decades.

00:28:31.880 And I think that's only going to accelerate and you're going to see a panic as the corporate media.

00:28:38.300 They want a monopoly on what we know, what we hear, what we understand, and they're losing their monopoly.

00:28:44.840 So I so I predict more and more frantic panic, but also more and more power to the people, which is a very good thing.

00:28:53.140 Senator, I mean, it's this is a I really do believe a major turning point.

00:28:58.080 And I think there is proof in the outcome of the election that we just saw.

00:29:02.700 And it's not that I want to have a conservative media just have a monopoly.

00:29:09.520 I just want honest journalism and those that are telling the truth to have a real platform with a real audience.

00:29:16.280 And we're gaining that now through podcasts and other venues, as we mentioned.

00:29:21.080 Yeah, that's exactly right.

00:29:23.420 And we're seeing that.

00:29:25.220 Look, these 10 predictions that we've gone through on this podcast and Wednesday's podcast.

00:29:30.260 If you got all your news from CNN, you would have heard zero of these 10 predictions.

00:29:36.480 If you got all your news from The New York Times, you would have heard zero of these predictions.

00:29:41.500 And so it's why people tune in to verdict, because you learn things and you know things that you cannot get through the corporate media,

00:29:49.320 that this is one of the very few avenues that is putting out the facts.

00:29:53.460 And in that prediction, we saw the massive impact of podcasts and X on the 2024 election.

00:30:01.200 But also the prediction that I made about the panic from the media, I want you to listen.

00:30:08.200 This is in November 2025 after the election to Axios CEO Jim VandeHei just completely losing his mind over Elon Musk saying to everyone on X, you are the media.

00:30:20.240 Give a listen to Jim VandeHei losing it.

00:30:24.540 Everything we do is under fire.

00:30:27.520 Elon Musk sits on Twitter every day or X today saying like, we are the media.

00:30:33.140 You are the media. 0.98

00:30:34.860 My message to Elon Musk is bulls**t. 0.99

00:30:37.900 You're not the media. 0.99

00:30:39.860 You having...

00:30:40.540 You having a blue checkmark, a Twitter handle and 300 words of cleverness doesn't make you a reporter.

00:30:52.540 You don't do that by popping off on Twitter.

00:30:56.240 You don't do that by having an opinion.

00:30:58.860 You do it by doing the hard work.

00:31:02.300 Yeah.

00:31:03.040 Come on.

00:31:03.360 Slow clap, everybody.

00:31:04.620 Whoa.

00:31:05.860 First of all, I've got to say, extraordinary content.

00:31:09.980 It needed to be said.

00:31:11.820 Yeah.

00:31:12.160 It continues to need to be said. 0.55

00:31:14.200 When all of the garbage is flying around on social media, lying about reporters, lying about the hard work they do, lying about the hard work editors do, lying about everything up and down, about not only their alternative set of facts, but alternative set of facts about what people like you do.

00:31:34.700 Or if social media people lying every day, every hour, every minute about the news, what you do matters, what the New York Times does matters, what the Wall Street Journal does matters, what Jonathan Lemire does matters, what the Financial Times does matters, what NBC News and MSNBC reporters do matters. 0.63

00:32:03.820 It matters.

00:32:04.260 It matters.

00:32:06.800 It matters.

00:32:07.760 I love the self-righteousness there, right?

00:32:10.640 Well, and yes, and that kicked in at the end, mourning Joe to Joe Scarborough and Mika, losing their minds, also echoing Jim VandeHei and just, yes, yes, yes, he's exactly right. 0.62

00:32:23.300 And listen, the corporate media, they hate democracy.

00:32:27.860 They hate the democratization of communication.

00:32:31.060 They hate the rise of podcasts.

00:32:34.080 They hate that people can talk directly to the voters.

00:32:38.040 They hate the ability to get the truth.

00:32:41.040 And this is destroying their monopoly.

00:32:43.780 Now, a big part of the reason so many people turn to podcasts is the corporate media lies.

00:32:49.320 They lie deliberately.

00:32:50.720 And when they had a monopoly, their lies were pretty effective.

00:32:53.560 But people are turning elsewhere.

00:32:55.000 Look, Mourning Joe, Mourning Joe, during the week that Trump, that Joe Scarborough and Mika went down to meet with Mourning Joe, do you know how many viewers Mourning Joe averaged every day?

00:33:14.440 How many?

00:33:14.880 They averaged 691,000 total viewers during the week that Joe and Mika went to meet with Trump, 691,000.

00:33:21.700 We have about a million.

00:33:23.040 So, Joe, it ought to concern you that you've got an entire corporate bureaucracy.

00:33:27.140 You've got millions of dollars.

00:33:29.160 They're broadcasting your show into every television set in America.

00:33:33.480 And yet, Verdict is getting substantially more listeners than you are.

00:33:38.780 And the reason is simple.

00:33:40.140 The corporate media, they lie to you.

00:33:41.880 They are so partisan.

00:33:43.300 They are so brazen.

00:33:44.600 They are willing to lie.

00:33:45.740 And they are horrified that their ability to lie is checked by the ability of you and me and others to speak the truth.

00:33:53.780 That's the power of podcast.

00:33:55.440 And I think that's the power of Verdict.

00:33:58.800 Finally, let's end with a prediction to watch.

00:34:02.840 Senator, not that long ago, you predicted that the U.S. will sanction the ICC for the egregious move to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu.

00:34:15.940 And that prediction, I want to play for people.

00:34:19.780 Take a listen.

00:34:21.160 I'm going to predict we will take up the legislation to sanction the ICC, and we will do it early next year when we have a Republican Congress and a Republican president.

00:34:30.800 I don't even know that we'll need that legislation, though, because I expect the Trump administration to act unilaterally.

00:34:37.420 I think there's ample authority under the law for them to act, even if the Democrats filibuster legislation to sanction the ICC.

00:34:44.700 I think the president will have ample authority to act come January 20.

00:34:48.300 Let me talk to you.

00:34:50.220 That was a prediction that you're now saying we should watch this very carefully.

00:34:55.280 Yeah, I think that's going to happen in 2025, and we'll all see it.

00:35:00.020 And you know what?

00:35:00.540 When it happens in 2025, Verdict will come back and point out exactly as we predicted it came to pass.
